- 0:04This is HBr News number four thirty six, Epstein client list exposed. Zelenski
- 0:10wants military age rays where we discussed the news of the week and give it
- 0:14the Badger treatment. Hello everybody, and welcome to Honey Badger Radio. My
- 0:21name is Brian. I'm joined by, as always, my lovely co hosts
- 0:25Mike and Hannah. Mike Jay is going to be away probably until next year,
- 0:31so you know, wish him a happy season and a happy new year
- 0:36in the comments if you wish. But even without his light, he's able
- 0:42to help us with write ups and stuff like that too, so you know,
- 0:45he's sort of still here in spirit. Anyway. I hope you guys
- 0:51are ready for some news this week. We're going to be talking about the
- 0:54possibility that more and older men might need to die for their country of Ukraine.
- 1:00Staffing in the hearing room staffing is I don't want to put that in
- 1:04quotes. Boston Mayor holds a special holiday party for non whites and more so
- 1:10stick around is going to be a good time, and be sure to join
- 1:12us afterwards for the patron only show. So I want to plug a website
- 1:18that I'm very much like to see grow called fandom Pulse, and fandom Pulse
- 1:27was created by and started by John Dela Rose, who has been a guest
- 1:32on this channel before. He is a writer and he was involved with I
- 1:37believe he was involved with the Sad Puppies like a long time ago. And
- 1:41he, you know, used to write for a website you might have heard
- 1:44of called Bounding in the comics. He also writes for PJ Media. Anyway,
- 1:48he's starting his own thing and he's got some good articles there and we're
- 1:51going to go through one of them in the Patron Show. You might remembered
- 1:55a story of Activision Blizzard that was they were accused of a sexual misconduct culture
- 2:05of toxic male behavior years ago, and it looks like there their lawsuit has
- 2:10been settled. So we're gonna be going through the article in the Patron Show.
- 2:15I've already given my thoughts on these allegations. I know that people have
- 2:19said that there might actually be stuff going down, and that might be true,
- 2:23but I think that you what you have is a case of you know,
- 2:28male feminists interacting with female feminists, and these are the kinds of things
- 2:31you're just gonna get from that, You're right, So, but we'll see
- 2:35what they say in the in the Patron Show. So if you want to
- 2:38join us in the Patron Show, you have to become a Badger by going
- 2:40to feed the Badger dot com and setting up a monthly subscription. Five bucks
- 2:44a month will get you into our discord where you will be able to participate
- 2:49in all of the additional sort of UH activities and and the in the community
- 2:53that we have here, which I think is is very special. It's not
- 2:59you know, it's not necessarily like a it's a very open minded group of
- 3:04people and very intellectual kind of spurry actually, So if you like that kind
- 3:07of thing, go to feed the Badger dot com and start a monthly subscription.
- 3:12And if you want to send us a comment or anything, you can
- 3:15also go to badger feed dot com slash just the tip and give a badger
- 3:23chan a snack and then you'll be able to say whatever you want and we
- 3:28will get more of whatever is sent out and we will read it on the
- 3:31air for you guys. So and lastly, if you don't want to wake
- 3:36up one morning to find that we've been yeeded from the internet, then you
- 3:39have to follow us and by going to Badger. I'm sorry, it's Honeybadger
- 3:46radio dot com or Badger feed dot com, which is where we archive everything.
- 3:51So shout out also to the Rumble gang. What's up, guys,
- 3:54and give us some emojis let us know that you're there. All right.
- 3:59So with all that out of the way, it's a lot let's get into
- 4:02the story. So I gotta start with one bit of breaking news that I
- 4:06got during the day, so I had to change what we have based on
- 4:13that. So breaking, Okay, Over one hundred and seventy of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 4:18high profile associates will be named in court documents set to be unsealed in the
- 4:25first days of twenty twenty four. So let me go ahead and give a
- 4:30brief overview of this. So, court documents revealing the names of over one
- 4:33hundred and seventy high profile associates of financier Jeffrey Epstein or I guess the late
- 4:41financier Jeffrey Epstein, are set to be unsealed in the first days of twenty
- 4:46twenty four, ordered by a judge. The vast unsealing scheduled in fourteen days,
- 4:51which is I believe it's like new Year's Day, but there probably isn't
- 4:56going to be anything out on New Year's Day, so we'll say probably like
- 4:59the second or sometime that week. Anyway, in there was I saying yeah.
- 5:09Fourteen days is expected to expose Epstein's powerful friends, shedding light on his
- 5:14sex trafficking operation and network of influence. The release is likely to occur on
- 5:18January second, following the New Year's holiday. The documents will You Know supposedly
- 5:25identify one hundred and seventy seven individuals across hundreds of files. Four documents are
- 5:31to be unsealed are related to a defamation case brought by Virginia Roberts, an
- 5:35accuser of Prince Andrew, against Gelain Maxwell. Lots of names, It's a
- 5:41little convoluted. The ruling by Judge Presca, who gave fourteen days to four
- 5:46objections, involves does or doze does like John Doe and Jane Doe, who
- 5:53are identified through media interviews, and includes housekeepers from Epstein's private island, one
- 5:59of Prince Andrew accusers, and material on Harley Robson named in the two thousand
- 6:03and six Epstein investigation. Some documents may relate to Jean Luke Brunel, a
- 6:09model scout close to Epstein, who died in a Paris prison in twenty twenty
- 6:14two. There's also other bodies that have turned up in the wake of this,
- 6:17you know, probably COVID. I mean, let's be real, they
- 6:20probably weren't masking. The documents have been released periodically since twenty nineteen. Court
- 6:28documents really related to a defamation case by Virginia Roberts against Glade Maxwell, are
- 6:31set to reveal the names of over one hundred and seventy individuals the unsealing Wait,
- 6:38I don't think I actually did that twice. Sorry, but yeah,
- 6:43so again we are supposedly going to learn something about this now. I guess
- 6:51there's a couple of ways to look at this. This could be a you
- 6:56know, a really exciting thing. I think that it's interesting. At least
- 7:00one hundred and seventy seven names is not a small number, But then we
- 7:03don't know how many have been to the island, and you know, and
- 7:09whether or not like the ones that we're hoping to see are going to be
- 7:13among the names. But it is some light that is being shed, hopefully,
- 7:17and we'll see because they gave them fourteen days for objections. So I'm
- 7:23sure there are people that are gonna be throwing everything they can at this so
- 7:27that none of this stuff gets released. But I thought it was really important.
- 7:30So what do you guys think? Yeah, I don't buy it.
- 7:32I'll believe it when I see it, but I'm not confident that I'm going
- 7:36to see it. A similar story We've covered a similar story earlier this year,
- 7:41like a handful of complete unknowns well like it was said to be part
- 7:46of his clientist and we were like, who the fuck are these people?
- 7:48We don't care. We want we want the what called high profile associates,
- 7:54and that's apparently what we're being given now. But I get I get the
- 7:59feeling one hundred and seventy seven more unknowns are going to get thrown under the
- 8:03bus, some of them possibly innocent, to save the next of Bill Clinton
- 8:09and Bill Gates and what have you. They're not going to there's no cat
- 8:13in the world that can withstand the pure evil of of of of people like
- 8:20that. They're going to get off scot free. And it's it's just like
- 8:26the FBI framing people for certain things. Yeah, like I said, they're
- 8:31just they're just gonna throw a bunch of who I is under the bus and
- 8:35justice will never be served, but I hope to be proved wrong. I
- 8:39always blackpilled by default, and then if I'm right, I'm right, and
- 8:43if I'm wrong, good things happen. That's what I'm doing. It's kind
- 8:48of the way to look at it. And the other thing I want to
- 8:50point out is it's interesting how it got released because this is maybe a tool
- 8:58of the ultra feminist left getting used possibly against some of the representatives if if
- 9:07they actually released those names, and and that is the use of the use
- 9:13of defamation lawsuits to shut down uh a defendant's ability to assert their innocence.
- 9:22And you know, I, like I, I have no doubt about Galaine
- 9:28Maxwell. There's been too much evidence that's come out. But I've noticed that
- 9:33in a lot of high file, high profile cases, that's been a tool.
- 9:37You you know, you see the media attacks the individual, the individual
- 9:41says no, I'm innocent, and for them saying I am innocent, that
- 9:46this that the allegation never happened, then the accuser comes along and sues them
- 9:52for for definite defamation. And honestly, they shouldn't be able to do that.
- 9:58You should have the right to proclaim your innocent even if you're guilty.
- 10:01It's that's part of due process, and it's not defaming the person who accused
- 10:07you. Their accusation is defamation until it's proven to be true. And and
- 10:16that's we have to look at it that way because oh when uh oh we
- 10:28lost Hannah. I mean, it's gosh, it just it just muted me
- 10:33for Pete's sake. Well, hopefully it's not going to do that all night.
- 10:39What I'm saying, Yeah, that's really weird. I didn't even Ah,
- 10:48okay, well that's that's that. That's kind of anyway. Now,
- 10:52so you guys heard what I said about the defamation stuff and everything. If
- 10:56we can't, we can't have that become a weapon that false accusers can use
- 11:01to silence the public defense of the falsely accused, just because you know,
- 11:11there are going to be some accusations that are not false where the individuals also
- 11:16going to publicly defend themselves. In the end, if the accusation is true
- 11:20and the individual says a bunch of bullshit about it being a lie in public,
- 11:24and then the truth comes out and it's proved in court that it's true,
- 11:30they're just going to look like an idiot. So there's no reason,
- 11:33you know, to allow that. But unfortunately that's the case. And in
- 11:37this case, it may give us one hundred and seventy seven names of people
- 11:41who may or may not have gone to the island, and we won't know
- 11:48unless those one hundred and seventy seven individuals then get investigated or the results of
- 11:54investigations that are already being done into those people come out. Hopefully it won't
- 12:01cause a wave of suicides or interfere with any ongoing investigations. Yeah, My
- 12:07hope is that if most likely the people that are going to be released are
- 12:15not going to be like the biggest names, but if this is followed up
- 12:20on, and if justice works out the way it should, then maybe they
- 12:26will. This will lead to plea deals, which will lead to bigger you
- 12:28know fish Basically, I mean, I don't want to be too optimistic,
- 12:35but I do think that the fact that you know this hasn't disappeared into the
- 12:39memory hole is still like a you know, a big thing for us.
- 12:43I guess because I think that like the average citizen is really really interested in
- 12:48the outcome. I think it's the powerful people that wanted to disappear, So
- 12:54yeah, i'd be I'd be interested to see how this unfolds. But we'll
- 12:58see on Uh. You know, it's funny. I had a guest on
- 13:01years ago named Jonathan Pagot, and I remember talking to him and him saying,
- 13:07we were talking about how crazy things have gotten, and he said twenty
- 13:11twenty four like like he was, he's like observing patterns and he said,
- 13:15twenty twenty four is going to be really crazy. So I mean, if
- 13:18this is going to happen on New Year's Day, I guess like it could.
- 13:22It could be that things will get really really crazy. We'll see.
- 13:28So I don't know, Uh, you guys have any other thoughts on this
- 13:31before I move on to the next thing. So for a while, rumble
- 13:35was on. But I think it's working now and that's just some restream shit.
- 13:39But I don't know what. Go ahead, Mike, I said,
- 13:41hang them ole new kimol and I'm trying to think of a more violent verb.
- 13:46But I count ship on their ashes. Yeah, not too Yeah,
- 13:50there you go. Somebody, somebody get the Wood Chipper Company on the phone.
- 13:58All right, let's move on to the next to let us know what
- 14:00you guys think about this one in the comments. Again, it's just a
- 14:01little update. There isn't a lot of information. We don't know if this
- 14:05is confirmed, but let's cross our fingers, I guess, and pray to
- 14:11whoever God's you happen to worship odin whatever. All right, let's know what
- 14:15you guys think in the comments. We're gonna move on to the actual stories
- 14:18that I had picked out first this one. So, after his third trip
- 14:26to Washington, d C. This year, Ukrainian President Voladimir Zelensky has expressed
- 14:31the possibility that the age of military conscription could be raised to over forty years
- 14:37old for all men. This statement arrives on the heels of Zelenski once again
- 14:43asking Congress for another multi billion dollar military aid package, but with Congress not
- 14:50being quick to agree to such a deal, citing the lack on manpower on
- 14:54the part of the Ukrainian military. As it stands, all men between eighteen
- 14:58and sixty are prohibited from leaving the Ukraine, and men with no prior military
- 15:03experience can be drafted up to the age of twenty five. So they're doing
- 15:09that. That SpongeBob meme, you know, the one. We did it,
- 15:15Patrick, We did Patrick, except as not the city that's collaterally burning
- 15:20down in the background. It's surprise, surprise the men. So it's the
- 15:24same thing happened in World War One. Literally nothing was achieved in that war
- 15:28other than the needless, pointless deaths of millions of men, and that seems
- 15:33to be happening in Ukraine. You're not saving your nation, you're saving shit.
- 15:39If you had just done a little bit of peace negotiation right from the
- 15:41start, you might have lost, like Crimea in the dumbass region and whatnot,
- 15:46but you wouldn't have matched your male population to their deaths in the process.
- 15:52And why are you doing this? What's the justification. You don't want
- 15:56to surrender, You don't even want to surrender a fraction of land that's largely
- 16:02populated by ethnic Russians anyway, but you're ready, willing and enthusiastic about surrendering
- 16:07your men, apparently all of them. You've burned through all the young men,
- 16:11and now you're burning through the middle aged ones. And when they're all
- 16:15dead, I don't know. I suppose you'll take the men over sixty,
- 16:19load them into the treboschet and fling them across the Russian border in the hope
- 16:25that one of them will land on a cow and perhaps injure it, and
- 16:29before you know it, your population is reduced to mostly women. Much like
- 16:33after World War One. Those women go on to vote in their own interests,
- 16:37like they always do. They vote for a government that, through taxes
- 16:41and skewed laws, steals whatever the few remaining have left and gives it to
- 16:47ungrateful communist skanks who keep demanding more and more, and you get yourselves one
- 16:52hundred years of darkness and counting. This is not patriotism by any stretch.
- 16:57Your nation is not defined by your and it's defined by your people, specifically
- 17:03your men. Let's be honest, your women won't. Your women won't fight
- 17:07for it physically or metaphorically, not even if you let them, not even
- 17:11if you force them, which you never would anyway. Evidently, they'll vote
- 17:15for socialism, they'll demand more and more gibbs, they'll destroy the nation from
- 17:19the inside out. And when they lose a war and all the men die,
- 17:23the women opportunistically and enthusiastically defect to whoever won the fight, and they'll
- 17:30get away with it, and they'll live to not fight another day, they'll
- 17:34move on to the next nation and they'll fuck that up as well. This
- 17:38is what we're funding, by the way, albeit against our will. This
- 17:41is what our taxes are being spent on the destruction of the Ukrainian people and
- 17:48lining the pockets of the Biden family and anyone else taking advantage of one of
- 17:53the world's most corrupt governments. Do not give me any of this shit about
- 17:57don't you care about the Ukrainian people? Why, yes, yes, I
- 18:00do a little bit. I wish you would stop sending them to die,
- 18:04and I get the distinct feeling they don't want to die either. If you
- 18:10negotiated with Russia, they would have taken a few southeastern provinces and that would
- 18:14be it. As it stands, Russia's gonna go ahead and take those provinces
- 18:18anyway, and then they'll cast their eyes northwest and notice that there's no one
- 18:22left to defend the rest of the country, No one left, except of
- 18:26course, American men and British men and men from all over the western world.
- 18:32They too will be sent to die against their will, and those nations
- 18:36will also be reduced to mostly women, just like they were one hundred years
- 18:38ago. The cycle repeats, and the whole situation gets a shit load worse.
- 18:42This is why we talk about men's issues, because war is one of
- 18:47the many symptoms of what happens when no one gives a shit about men or
- 18:52their issues. Mysonry is even more destructive than xenophobia, even more destructive than
- 18:57eucophobia. It's the excuse use people use to start wars. It's the excuse
- 19:03people use to exact totalitarianism. They care more about the spoils of war than
- 19:10they care about the men who fight for those spoils. Those who sacrifice men
- 19:17for land deserve neither, and they will get neither. I'm paraphrasing a possibly
- 19:22apocryphal quote there, and I think it's more apt than the original. But
- 19:27I suppose I would say that I'm some kind of filthy mra But yeah,
- 19:33bring the boys back home and words to that effect. We didn't invent that
- 19:38sentiment, with a sentiment dispoused by many a conscientious objector over the years.
- 19:47We're just among the very few people who are still espousing it. For whatever
- 19:52it's worth. Wish us luck, and we'll wish it right back. That
- 19:56give us more than luck, and we'll give you more than wishes, thoughts
- 20:02I pressed and all that jazz. I just want to repeat, Like I
- 20:11think I've said this in other ways about a million times. Every minute that
- 20:15the United States is involved in this stuff creates more risk of what I've come
- 20:25to think of as the Yank effect. It's a lot like the Batman effect.
- 20:29Right, we see shit happening in other countries where we're not under attack,
- 20:37and we're not under threat of attack, and we're not obligated to get
- 20:45involved, and we finagle away to make it look like we're obligated to get
- 20:51involved, and then we get involved, and we stir the shit, and
- 20:56then it gets worse and the next thing you know, there is a larger
- 21:00conflict, or there are a series of conflicts that that echo off of it
- 21:07later on, or both. And the World War one World War two effect
- 21:15was a really prime example of that, where I don't think things would have
- 21:23gone throughout history and and honestly, the golf Wurs and everything came out of
- 21:29that if the United States had not meddled in World War One. And we're
- 21:36just we're just doing it again and again and again, and every single time
- 21:41we have had you know, we come out looking like we're saviors for a
- 21:47short time, and then history looks back and says, you know, if
- 21:51we hadn't gone in there trying to be superheroes, this would have had a
- 21:56an outcome that would have created a more lasting piece, or not created more
- 22:02war. And now there's more war. So I just it's not just the
- 22:10current situation that we're putting at risk. It's men today and men tomorrow,
- 22:19and men twenty years from now, men fifty years from now, men one
- 22:26hundred years from now, Like we're still seeing the echoes of the interference that
- 22:33we engaged in in World War One and the resulting conflict that we got involved
- 22:40in World War Two. So I just this is terrible. And if our
- 22:45people don't figure out that every time our government does this it results in deaths
- 22:53of their grandchildren and their great grandchildren, we're going to continue this pattern indefinitely.
- 23:00Then it just needs to stop. We need to put the brakes on.
- 23:03I need to start telling them, no, we're not going to vote
- 23:07for people who will fund this shit. If you vote for this, you
- 23:11lose our support, regardless of party, regardless of any other Like you maybe
- 23:18your pro abortion and you got a pro abortion candidate, but they voted for
- 23:22this shit. Vote them out anyway. There's a thousand other people willing to
- 23:26run that are that are pro abortion. You know, if you're pro life
- 23:30and the same thing they voted for this, it's not pro life to vote
- 23:33for this, So vote them out. You know, there's there's a thousand
- 23:40other people that you can vote in that are pro life. You know,
- 23:44that's one issue. Every other issue, the drug issue, the budgeting issues,
- 23:48welfare, all of that, whatever your other issues are, it's a
- 23:52guarantee you can find somebody else to vote for your your pet issues. Find
- 23:57somebody who won't say, and our guys to war, and it is our
- 24:03guys. It's it's not for the most part, they don't send women,
- 24:07right, Women might be on medical ships, women might be behind computers,
- 24:12but they don't send women to fight, not very much. And and so
- 24:19yeah, well for somebody who's not gonna send our guys, and then that's
- 24:25that's it. Somebody in the chat saying that they are drafting women, even
- 24:29pregnant women, I'd like to see a source for that, because that's crazy.
- 24:34Well, there's two ways you get drafted in war. One is when
- 24:37the government does it. And one is when the fight comes to your doorstep
- 24:41and the war drafts you. I doubt the government doing it. I doubt
- 24:45the government's doing it. They might be seeing some people where some instances where
- 24:51women decided to stay in a neighborhood where they shouldn't have and then regretted it,
- 24:56But I sincerely doubt that they're drafting women. But uh, but there
- 25:06is like our I can I cannot tell you very much, but I can
- 25:11tell you that our government is lying to the public about what they are doing
- 25:15with the men in the United States. Absolutely. I I live where I
- 25:22am seeing things happen, and our government is claiming things are not being done,
- 25:29and things are not happening that are being done and that are happening,
- 25:33just like before Vietnam. That's all I'm gonna tell you. Do not believe
- 25:42what you see in the news about our non reaction. And that's that's to
- 25:51everything that's going on right now and now. And one thing I will also
- 25:56just put out there that I think matters a lot is where so when they
- 26:00locked down Ukraine, they only prevented the men from leaving, and women left
- 26:07that country and droves and from what I've what I understand, they've all gone
- 26:11to other countries and they've essentially started new lives, or they've become male order
- 26:17brides or something. Now I'm not saying all of them. There's probably a
- 26:21significant number that are loyal to their you know, husbands and either stayed in
- 26:26the country or they just got to a safe you know, the safe haven
- 26:32wherever and stayed in contact. But all I'm saying is that the price that
- 26:37the citizenry is paying for this, which I don't think is a just war.
- 26:44And I've always been suspicious of it, especially the timing and then with
- 26:49all of the stuff with like the Biden family and others. I've always been
- 26:55suspicious of that, and I think it, Yeah, it's it's really messed
- 26:57up because it's men's lives that are paying the price. And now you know,
- 27:02Zelensky's willing to throw like guys over forty at this like how much is
- 27:08enough? How much is it you like to take before people say, you
- 27:11know, we need to start valuing men. So I don't know. Anyway,
- 27:18I will say one more thing, Yeah, yeah, when you hear
- 27:19the phrase boots on the ground, do not let them do that. You
- 27:25see boots on the ground phrasing on Twitter say you know, asterisk men,
- 27:33there are no boots on the ground. There are men. Yes, absolutely,
- 27:41anyway those on you guys think about this in the comments, I have
- 27:44a super chow from Meredith the top g and she says, for five dollars,
- 27:52thank you, Meredith, HBr News number four thirty six, honey for
- 27:55the Badgers. Are we surprised that effeckless fool wants to send more of his
- 27:57citizens to the meek rind? I'm not no, I mean all he does
- 28:03is like ask for money, I swear. I think it's just a giant
- 28:07money laundering scheme and they're just killing people. They don't give a shit.
- 28:11You know. That's pretty much the last two centuries of war. Yeah,
- 28:15yeah, and probably going back throughout the whole history of war. Yep.
- 28:22All right, well anyway, and let us know what you guys think about
- 28:25this one in the comments. I think it's I think again, another thing
- 28:29that's worth thinking about. And the reason why I brought this up is that
- 28:32people will tell you the draft is not like you know, like there hasn't
- 28:36been a draft. We're not going to be drafting anybody that all it takes
- 28:40is one motion, one motion through like whatever your Congress or your parliament,
- 28:45and even if they've never done it before, they'll do it. So it's
- 28:51a conversation that's worth having, despite the fact that so many people will tell
- 28:56you that it's a non issue. So, yeah, wh who's going to
- 29:00stop them from changing the law so that so that men get drafted into a
- 29:04war. They don't give a ship aback. You've seen what governments did over
- 29:07the last three years and people just went along with it. Mm hmm,
- 29:11Like it involves killing people quite a lot of people. I'm not going to
- 29:18say how or why a going to over the last three years because we still
- 29:22can't or can we I don't know, But yeah, the world governments have
- 29:26displayed how ready and willing they are to sacrifice their own people. I say,
- 29:32their own people. And that's how governments view people. They own them.
- 29:37And yeah, there's they'll they'll throw everyone into the meat grinder, even
- 29:41women by injecting Eventually, eventually when they they will kill women by poisoning them
- 29:52and denying that they did it. But they'll kill men by throwing them into
- 29:56an explosion, and they'll just say, yeah, we did it the They
- 30:00won't even wait twenty years to declassify a document admitting that they did it.
- 30:03They'll just do it and they go, what, Yeah, we threw a
- 30:07bunch of men to the deaths. Well that's what we do with the government.
- 30:08Fuck you, what are you gonna do? Nothing? Mm hmm.
- 30:17Well let us know what you guys think about this one in the comments.
- 30:21I looked forward to your thoughts. Thank you, Meredith for the kind comments
- 30:26and support for the channel. All Right, so next up something a little
- 30:32I don't know, is it light? There is a different picture, but
- 30:34I don't think I'm gonna show it because I don't know how YouTube's gonna feel
- 30:37about this. But Aiden mazy Zirpolski Zorrovsky, I'm sorry, a Senate staffer
- 30:44who was fired after a video of him engaging in explicit acts in a Senate
- 30:48hearing room surfaced. I don't know if you guys heard about that. I
- 30:52guess it's been doing the rounds. After he was fired, he claimed homophobia
- 30:56as the reason behind the fallout. You might as well just go for it.
- 31:03You might as well. The leaked footage showed him involved in explicit activities
- 31:10on a table in the Senate hearing room, mays Zarobski, identified as part
- 31:15of Senator Ben Cardin's office. That's the person pictured here was subsequently terminated from
- 31:22his position. Which position are we talking about? Like doggie or what?
- 31:27In response, he posted a statement on LinkedIn attributing the incident's consequences to homophobia.
- 31:34While acknowledging past poor judgment, he defended his love for his job and
- 31:38vowed to explore how beet he loved it, and vowed to explore legal options
- 31:44against what he called fabricated characterizations of his actions. Suggestions for improvement may include
- 31:48clarifying the sequence of events and providing a more concise summary. See that's the
- 31:53cleanest version of this story that I could, Like you said, is homophobia?
- 32:02A common rebuttal to this story is if someone had heterosexual intercourse in a
- 32:07Senate hearing room, you'd be perfectly fine with that. No, No,
- 32:13I would not. That the story would be just as huge and just as
- 32:15scandalous. And what's more, the perpetrators would be sacked even faster, and
- 32:20the lanstream press would not be defending them like they are. It wouldn't surprise
- 32:24me if they arrested the man in question for fucking a woman in the Senate.
- 32:30Only the man, of course, the woman we would be considered a
- 32:32rape victim unless it was Lauren Bober, of course. But when two Republicans
- 32:37have sex, or even one touches the other's boob, they're both rapists and
- 32:43neither of them is a rape victim. Don't ask me how that works.
- 32:45I don't even know, all of which based the question that has it ever
- 32:50happened? Has a straight couple ever had sex in the Senate? As far
- 32:54as we know, no, maybe it has happened in GfK's time. You
- 33:00know what, if we don't know that, Here's why we don't know that.
- 33:05Here's why we don't know that. All right, I want you guys
- 33:07to remember something. It came out I believe in twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen,
- 33:12somewhere in there that our United States Congress, both the House and the
- 33:19Senate, I believe, had a slush fund to pay people who work in
- 33:25the building for making allegations against senators. So any kind of sexual misconduct allegation
- 33:35could be swept under the rug using a handful of money that existed that was
- 33:40reported on. That's been a thing for a long time. So I'm I'm,
- 33:49you know, skeptical here of the idea that we would we would have
- 33:54this reaction if there wasn't something else going on. And I'm not saying we
- 34:00the public. I'm saying that we. I'm skeptical that we would be seeing
- 34:05this reaction from the media and Congress. I wonder maybe there is maybe they
- 34:09are just like fucking like rabbits out there, and every so often somebody they
- 34:15want to get rid of somebody, and they're like, oh, you did
- 34:19the thing that we do all the time, and we can use it against
- 34:22you in this instance. I don't necessarily think it's an issue of hobo homophobia.
- 34:28But I don't necessarily believe that this never happens and that it's it's not
- 34:36normal behavior there, because everything I've seen come out about the Senate and Congress
- 34:45and sexual misconduct indicates that it's just one big party there, that they don't
- 34:52give a rat's ass about the sanctity of their buildings and the sanctity of their
- 34:57environment, and that they're not shot to win stuff like this happens. I
- 35:00don't believe they're shocked when stuff like this happens. I think maybe he did
- 35:05it in front of cameras and a security guard saw it and went, oh,
- 35:09you know, or something along those lines. Or he's pissed somebody off
- 35:15in some other part of his job, some other avenue of reason why they
- 35:22might be pissed off at him, and they're like, well, we've got
- 35:24this dirt, let's use it. But I don't I don't believe for a
- 35:28minute that these guys are scandalized in the least by this. I don't think
- 35:31anybody in Washington is scandalized by sex. I think it's a constant, ever
- 35:37present. Yeah, and even so, even if they do, even if
- 35:45they have heterosexual orgies in Senate heroins, no one has ever been so wanton,
- 35:51so blatant. So she bristic as to film the sexual acts and post
- 35:57it online for all the world to see without any Yeah, pretty consequences.
- 36:02How the fuck did that happen? The first confirmed case of sex in the
- 36:07Senate, and it's gay sex, and people are defending it, They're calling
- 36:10it an act of love. We looked away for a second, and suddenly
- 36:15gay sex is less stigmatized than straight sex. So I'm I'm starting to wonder
- 36:20if it was indeed done with thought for the consequences. One guy getting fired
- 36:28is a low, low price to pay for the chance to undermine the nation
- 36:32and make a mockery of the American people whose taxes are paying the wages of
- 36:37these degenerate AIDS pigs. They're doing it on purpose. They've turned the US
- 36:44Senate into their playground and their orgy, while they also turned playgrounds into orgies
- 36:51and vice versa. But that's another Sorry, that's the next step though.
- 36:53By the way, they're gonna get Joe Biden to fuck a child in the
- 36:57ass and the front steps of the White House and they're gonna stream that shit
- 37:00to twitch. Yeah, and CNN will just go what love is? Love?
- 37:07Stay out our bedroom? Wait what? And when I say that,
- 37:12As far as I know, I'm joking, But nothing would surprise me anymore.
- 37:15You can't start progress after all, because progress is a euphemism that means
- 37:21the death and destruction of everything anyone has ever held it, which technically is
- 37:27inevitable on a cosmic scale. Soon enough, the universe is going to eat
- 37:30death itself. I guess we were just hoping for a few more years of
- 37:35stability before this death by a thousand cucks is thrust upon us, and indeed
- 37:42into us by these unapologetic misanthropic traitors. Fuck you, not not literally fuck
- 37:52you. I mean I don't I don't mean, I don't even know what
- 37:54I mean. Anyway. You fucked up our nations and you've fucked up our
- 37:59language, so we can't even say what we're talking about. There's nothing left
- 38:02to fuck up except our literal asses. I for one, I'm keeping sandpaper
- 38:10up my ass from now on, just in case it's a sensation that leaves
- 38:15something to be desired. But I think it's far better than the alternative,
- 38:19if the reason it it even is an alternative to this phenomenon, people are
- 38:23still calling alternative no matter how normalized. It becomes. Bollocks to you.
- 38:30And I don't mean you can have my bollocks. I mean, god,
- 38:34never mind, I can't eat, I can't even anymore. Go away.
- 38:39The chat is roasting the ship out of this story. Guys, you have
- 38:44a lot of opinions, and I love them all. They're hilarious. Bain
- 38:46says, the politicians fucked the public in the Senate all the time. That's
- 38:52true, and then shadow Wolf eighty seven on rumble. What's up? Shadow
- 38:58Wolf says my favorite take? How is that different from then what happens there
- 39:02already? Just to the American people. Oh, you guys got jokes.
- 39:08You guys got jokes. All right, Well, anyway, let us know
- 39:14what you guys think about this crazy story in the comments. It's uh,
- 39:16yeah, it's pretty wild, and we're gonna move on to the next one.
- 39:22Last. I think that's really all we have left is one more thing.
- 39:24Laughter. I want the list of names of people on whose behalf payments
- 39:32have been made out of that slush fund I mentioned earlier. You think the
- 39:37Epstein list is bad, I would like to compare the Epstein list to that
- 39:42list and see if there are any names on both. Yep. It's saying
- 39:50love is love, okay, And apparently apparently it doesn't matter if both people
- 40:00are of age or consenting, or if it's done in an area that is
- 40:05owned by the American people. The American people didn't consent to it. Yeah,
- 40:12it's wild. All right, Well, let us know what you guys
- 40:14think about this one in the comments, and we're gonna move on to the
- 40:16next story. All right, let's talk about Mayor Michelle Wu So every year
- 40:24since twenty fourteen, one of the Boston Council members hosts an electorate Elected of
- 40:30Colors holiday party, in which Boston City Council members that aren't white get together
- 40:37for a party. Michelle Wu, Boston's mayor, hosted the party this year.
- 40:40She shared a photo on Instagram saying that quote, last night was my
- 40:44turn to host the annual holiday dinner for Boston's elected officials of color. A
- 40:49special moment to appreciate that our affinity group now includes leadership across city, state,
- 40:53country, and federal offices. I think county is what, Yeah,
- 40:57it's county. Wu was under five earlier this week when her director of City
- 41:01Council Relations accidentally emailed the invitation to all city council members, not just those
- 41:07that are people of color. Denis Dos Santos, the director, promptly rescinded
- 41:12the invitation to those who received it by mistake, saying that quote, I
- 41:15wanted to apologize for my previous email regarding a holiday party for tomorrow. I
- 41:21did send that to everyone by accident, and I apologize if my email may
- 41:23have offended or came across as so sorry for any confusion this may have caused
- 41:29and quote, yeah, totally not offensive at all, because I said I
- 41:32didn't mean it. Wu said of the annual party that quote. Not too
- 41:38long ago in Boston, we didn't need such a big table to fit electeds
- 41:43of color. But over my time as city councilor and now mayor, following
- 41:47so many leaders who have paved the way, I've proudly watched this group grow
- 41:52and create space for mentorship and fellowship amongst many who are breaking down barriers while
- 41:57holding the weight of being the first or the only end quote. WU defended
- 42:01her position outside of the home, saying that quote or outside of her home
- 42:07saying, quote, I've been a part of the group that gathers representing elected
- 42:10officials of color across all different levels of government in Massachusetts end quote. Who
- 42:15said, according to WCVB, quote she continues a group that has been in
- 42:22place for more than a decade and the opportunity to create a space for people
- 42:25to celebrate and rotate who hosts end quote. She also added that quote,
- 42:30I think we've all been in a position at one point where an email went
- 42:34out and there was a mistake in the recipient end quote. She stressed that
- 42:37there are other holiday parties where city officials of all races gather together. You'll
- 42:44notice she didn't apologize for her racism. She only apologized for accidentally allowing her
- 42:52secret racism to be revealed to the public. The question is why was she
- 43:00keeping it secret. I know she's a politician. That's what politicians do by
- 43:05trade. They lie to everyone and they keep the truth secret. That's that's
- 43:08part of the cost. But when the truth is revealed, you're supposed to
- 43:13actually show some remorse. When some when some devout Christian congressman is caught smoking
- 43:21myth and fucking rent boys, what they do is apologize properly, even though
- 43:25they're not actually hurting anyone, unless you unless you count the medical complications that
- 43:30come from smoking myth and the acute pain that can come from buggery. But
- 43:35at least it's it's all consensual. What they don't do is say I'm sorry
- 43:38you found out. I'm sorry if I confused anyone into thinking that I'm some
- 43:45kind of myth smoking twink fucker, but by smoking myth and fucking twinks.
- 43:50But I can I can assure you this is fine, even though again,
- 43:54what you do in your private life is not necessarily an abuse of government power
- 43:59or betrayal of the people you're supposed to be serving. This bitch, on
- 44:04quite the other hand, deliberately segregated elected officials or what she calls electeds.
- 44:10I don't know when elected became a noun or whatever. She segregated them into
- 44:15a two tier caste system for ten fucking years and she got away with this.
- 44:21Ye when people are like, what, it's fine, it's been happening
- 44:23for ages, you know, that makes it worse? Right? A thousand
- 44:29years of darkness is not better than one hundred years of darkness. There's literally
- 44:32an order of magnitude worse. That would be why you kept at secret.
- 44:38And what's really crazy is, in the ten years this has been going on,
- 44:40why did nobody blow the whistle on it? How Come no elected of
- 44:45color ever mentioned this to anyone, not even the Asians, even while Asians
- 44:51have been discriminated against in universities and god knows where else and getting banged up
- 44:55in the streets by thugs whose race shall remain un identified. How come none
- 45:00of the Asians invited to this banquet ever thought, hang on, this bullshit
- 45:07is exactly what's keeping my people down. I'm gonna call it out, and
- 45:12yet, probably because if they did so, they would have to name and
- 45:16shame themselves as the whistleblower, forever being outed as the wrong direction racist who
- 45:22refuses to be racist in the right direction. Evidently, anti white racism is
- 45:30still even less stigmatized than open buggery in the Senate building. But we'll get
- 45:35there as well. Give it a couple of years, and the next guy
- 45:38who does it will issue a statement along the lines of I'm very sorry I
- 45:43got railed in the Senate by a white man. It was inconsiderate and racist
- 45:47of me. Next time, I will endeavor to get Shane fucked by six
- 45:52black guys right there in the Oval office, and I'll film it in four
- 45:54K and release on IMAX and force school children to watch it as part of
- 46:00the curriculum, and arrest any parents who are at all perturbed by the situation.
- 46:05Again, I am joking, but take heed for many a true word
- 46:10is spoken in jest. All of this is just after all the fucking gestures
- 46:15clowns. They don't even know what they're doing. All they know is that
- 46:19whatever they're doing must be the right thing to do. They will fuck the
- 46:23whole world in the ass and give it AIDS, and they will beraate anyone
- 46:27for not respecting the civil rights of the AIDS virus. And then they'll force
- 46:31you to take a vaccine that they claim cures the AIDS virus but actually gives
- 46:36you the Black Death, and then they'll berate you for calling it the black
- 46:39death because that's racist. Nothing is off the table, nothing on the contrary,
- 46:45everything, everything, and everyone is on the table fucking each other to
- 46:50death. I do excuse me, I have a lot to drink right now.
- 46:55I just want to know it. At what point do we get to
- 47:00say, well, you're not oppressed anymore, Like it's obviously we've We've had
- 47:07decades and decades of advancement in various areas of of work and social advancements,
- 47:16with various areas of legal power and social power and political power. Uh,
- 47:22there is not an area of government that is still racially segregated to the disadvantage
- 47:30of any people of color. There's not an area of even government bureaucracy that
- 47:38is racially segregated to the disadvantage of people of color, regardless of what color
- 47:46we're talking about other than white. Right, there's there's no area where there
- 47:54is still systematic institutionalized discript a nation against people who are black, Hispanic,
- 48:06Asian, doesn't matter, Native American, indigenous of any to any nation other
- 48:14than white European nations. There's no law that says you can't be in any
- 48:21particular position of government. There's no law that says you can't hold any particular
- 48:27office. There's no law that says you can't be part of any particular bureaucracy,
- 48:31the police force, the justice system, criminal justice system, none of
- 48:36it. Right now, we find out that even sunshine laws don't apply to
- 48:44elected officials of color. They can gather in secret, call it a party,
- 48:52and you know, not not tell the public, not invite other officials,
- 49:00in fact, openly disinvite other officials. And well it's supposed to be
- 49:07okay because it's for people of color. Got their own separate little shadow government
- 49:13there now, right, That's that's it. Ye. When do we get
- 49:19to stop, you know, stop hearing about how oppressed you are? Do
- 49:22we do we have to wait until there is a an open and blatant domination
- 49:32of government. Do we have to wait until you know where we're we got
- 49:39jack booted thugs coming to our doors and hauling us out of our apartments for
- 49:45for being the wrong color and that kind of thing. Does that have to
- 49:47happen first, or can we say that given access to every aspect of society
- 49:57plus special access over and above the normal access to every aspect of society,
- 50:06where you get your own special you got regular access plus your own special segregated
- 50:12access. On top of that, you have exemption from standards for accountability within
- 50:19society and in particular within government. At some point we should be able to
- 50:25say, okay, that that constitutes not being oppressed anymore. Oppression is over
- 50:31right, That's it done. We want we do of color oppressed, It's
- 50:37over I will not accept any further statements of oppression from anyone, because it
- 50:45is now okay for people of color to have their own separate government meetings out
- 50:54of the press, outside of the media, and outside of the eye of
- 50:59the public, and outside of the eye of their their colleagues in office,
- 51:04and and make decisions and have discussions about government matters as long as they just
- 51:09label it a party. Yep, you know, I'm I'm I'm actually in
- 51:16support of the right of people to associate with whoever they want. I'm a
- 51:24big supporter of freedom of association. If you if you are a private citizen.
- 51:31This is not a private citizen situation though these are government officials, government
- 51:37people, uh, the city council members, et cetera, that are discriminating.
- 51:44So I think that that in the private space. You know, we've
- 51:47talked about this before. If you own if you are a Muslim and you
- 51:52own a uh, you know, a restaurant or a bakery or something you
- 52:00going to, your your values are gonna impact like your preferences in terms of
- 52:04your customers, and you have a right even if it even if people will
- 52:07see it, could see it as discriminator or hateful. I think that,
- 52:10you know, everybody has a right to associate with whom they want. That's
- 52:14why I don't have a problem with the existence of skinheads or black nationalists or
- 52:20whatever. I mean. I think it's stupid. I don't think it's productive,
- 52:22but I don't think it should be illegal. But when you work for
- 52:28the state, you are the you are working for us, and the people
- 52:34are the ones that sign your checks. And this is something that most people
- 52:37don't seem to like get through their heads, is that you know, the
- 52:39government serves the people, not the other way around, and when they do
- 52:45stuff like this, you have to ask yourself, like, is this where
- 52:47my tax dollars are going? Like, even if it's something as petty as
- 52:52a Christmas party, this is just what we learned about. I'm just saying,
- 52:55like, what else is going on? What other kinds of description a
- 53:00nation like this? How? How else has critical theory informed these kinds of
- 53:07policies in ways that are more impactful than a party. And that's what I
- 53:12think about when these when these things come, you know, come to to
- 53:15uh to surface. Uh. Also, one other thing I'll say about this
- 53:20too, is that why do people like this think that all people of or
- 53:24or you know, slightly negative neutral, uh you know, attitudes. It's
- 53:30not like Chinese people, Korean people and Japanese people and Filipinos all get along
- 53:37like it's like the same, you know, even in that context. But
- 53:40it's funny because it's this again, this is one of these things where it's
- 53:44like all the people of color, if we lived in a world together,
- 53:46we'd all get along when we know that they'd be at each other's throats.
- 53:50I mean, did you see the the ship that the Japanese did to the
- 53:52Chinese before World War Two. I think it was pretty horrible. So and
- 54:00and the grudge that existed for it probably still does between Japan and South Korea.
- 54:06Maybe Japan just gets in a lot of trouble. I don't know,
- 54:08the same thing here in the US before Europeans came here, the tribes were
- 54:15oh, yeah, the native tribes were killing each other. Yeah, they
- 54:17were all at war with each other, and the wars were very brutal,
- 54:21very very brutal. Yeah, child sacrifice, cannibalism in some cases. So
- 54:27there's some stuff I'm looking at just a couple of comments, and I'm thinking,
- 54:31maybe people don't know what sunshine laws are a This is is something that's
- 54:37present in multiple levels of government, so you might have there's there There are
- 54:44some sunshine laws at the federal level, there are some sunshine laws at the
- 54:46state level, and there are some sunshine laws at the local level, depending
- 54:52on your community standards. But sunshine laws basically exist to give residents access to
- 54:59government activity, government meetings, and records. And the idea is that your
- 55:05government can't just make a bunch of laws in secret and then start applying to
- 55:08you things that you had no way of knowing what was going on. So
- 55:14the more local and direct the action is toward you, the more likely it's
- 55:20covered by a law like that. So your federal government might do military things
- 55:24without telling you, but your local government, like your city government and your
- 55:29county government, shouldn't be deciding a highway is going to go through your front
- 55:34yard without letting you know. And they get around it by putting the information
- 55:39in places that are hard to access, like another thing that's highlighted in the
- 55:44Hitticker's Guide to the Galaxy. But there are not supposed to be secret meetings
- 55:51of your local government. And Massachusetts does have such a law any meeting,
- 56:00any any gathering of a certain number of people or more. Basically, and
- 56:07I know in my area it's usually just a two or three people or more,
- 56:13like you get three people in the hometown that I grew up with at.
- 56:15If there are three people meeting to discuss a public matter, they have
- 56:20to alert the media, the local newspaper, They have to make the meeting
- 56:25public, they have to open it to the public, and if the public
- 56:29doesn't show up, that's their problem. But there are there are laws like
- 56:35that in Massachusetts. As well. So this could be If it looks like
- 56:42they have these parties to discuss any kind of you know, public public policy
- 56:50or public policy gets discussed at these meetings, then they are in violation of
- 56:58I believe it's Section eighteen. Yeah here it looks like for Massachusetts. Yeah,
- 57:07not that there will be any repercussions, not that there will be any
- 57:10accountability, but it is. It is a violation, absolutely, absolutely,
- 57:17So let us know what you guys think about this one in the comments.
- 57:20I do have a bit of breaking, breaking, breaking news, like breaking
- 57:25breaking, like right now. Apparently Mike Jay put this through the live show
- 57:30chat and tagged me, but I'm going to share it with you guys.
- 57:35I think I don't think there's any super chats or super childs, but feel
- 57:38free to send those through. Apparently a big story just broke. Colorado Supreme
- 57:45Court has said that as per the Civil War Insurrection Clause, they will not
- 57:50put Trump on the ballot and even write ends for him will not be counted.
- 57:55This is according to Disclose dot tv, but they're sharing a a wider
- 58:00link. You can look at it in the uh Denver Post dot com,
- 58:06which I'm putting up right now. Colorado Supreme Court bars Donald Trump from hearing
- 58:09at on the state's ballot in twenty twenty four. Legal challenge alleged January sixth,
- 58:15Capital Riot dis qualified Trump under insurrection clause, which, by the way,
- 58:20more and more people are realizing was not in fact the thing that they
- 58:23claimed it was. But I even if it was, Let's let's consider something
- 58:29really quick here before we get into anything. What crime has he been found
- 58:35guilty of in a court of law? Well, nothing yet, as far
- 58:42as I know. There's just a lot of conspiracy. This is like the
- 58:45kind of stuff I don't know. I've been Okay, let me be let
- 58:46me be clear. I've been following the case because it's garbage, and I
- 58:51figured I just probably gonna be a lot of like, you know, rhetorical
- 58:54bullshit and like legal ease, and I thought I would just wait until things
- 59:00done and settled before I looked. But this is just a decision that the
- 59:05Denver Supreme or the Colorado Supreme Court came to. So a state Supreme court
- 59:12is basically saying you can't vote for him even if you write him in,
- 59:15and they're going by it's it's very I guess like it's sketch right from what
- 59:22I can it's a it's a four to three opinion, so three of the
- 59:24judges said this is wrong. And this is an old Democrat by the way,
- 59:30but you look at this, it's the The Amendment prohibits people who engaged
- 59:38in insurrection from running for office. So he has not been found guilty of
- 59:45a single crime. He has not been found guilty of engaging in insurrection or
- 59:51even encouraging insurrection. Nothing has been set, nothing has been attributed to him
- 1:00:00officially by the government. So this is a Supreme Court of the State of
- 1:00:07Denver stating that due process is not a right. If you are running for
- 1:00:15office, you can be deemed guilty of a crime that you are not on
- 1:00:22trial for in the state of Denver and excluded from the ballot in Denver for
- 1:00:31being accused. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's it, just for being
- 1:00:39accused. I just wanted to make that clear. Everything else about the story,
- 1:00:45nothing they have to say about Trump matters. The underlying story that we
- 1:00:52just got is Denver court system. The Supreme Court of Denver just told the
- 1:01:00American public that Denver's court system can act on allegations as if they are a
- 1:01:08guilty verdict. Mm hmm. Unless it is Sony, it didn't happen.
- 1:01:19Unless they're allegations against Democrats, well we'll find out. I don't think they
- 1:01:25have anything. Honestly, they'd have to prove that Trump organized January sixth,
- 1:01:30and we already know it was mostly the Fads that did that. Someone's in
- 1:01:34fucking trouble. Someone many people in Colorado are gonna get fired. And even
- 1:01:37if they don't, even if they get away with the old cloth or whatever,
- 1:01:43Trump doesn't need Colorado. The next election is going to be like the
- 1:01:50Reagan thing in nineteen eighty. It's gonna be an absolutely well, he's gonna
- 1:01:52take it all the way to the top though, and his boys, his
- 1:01:55boys in the Supreme Court. Guy's ass covered. I think I hope it's
- 1:02:00it's gonna be i'd say whitewash, but red wash. It's I know,
- 1:02:05Colorado's Yeah. Colorado is a swing state anyway, so it's one of those
- 1:02:08states that could go either way. So they just found it another way of
- 1:02:13stealing it like that, like they allegedly sometimes do in so many swing states.
- 1:02:16But even if they do get away with this, even if they completely
- 1:02:22break the fucking law. Trum's still going to win and unless many other states
- 1:02:28follow suit and also get away with it, which again wouldn't surprise me.
- 1:02:32So yeah, I mean this weird dead space between the black pillow and the
- 1:02:36white pill on this. I don't, I don't. I don't know how
- 1:02:38bad it's going to get, but I I I hope these cunts get arrested.
- 1:02:44And I don't know, give color Give Colorado to Wyoming. They need,
- 1:02:51they need more people. Anyway, they won't get arrested because it's it's
- 1:02:53it's the Supreme Court of Colorado. The only thing that will happen is that
- 1:03:00the Federal Supreme Court might overturn the state Supreme Court on this and say,
- 1:03:07no, you have to list them, but it might be too late.
- 1:03:12They timed this it looks like specifically, but yeah, it's it's it's it's
- 1:03:22a near certainty the case will head the U. S. Supreme Court.
- 1:03:24Colorado Supreme Court state its ruling until January fourth, the day before the deadline
- 1:03:30for the Secretary of State to certify its presidential primary ballants ballots in case an
- 1:03:36appeal is filed, in which case the state will be required to include Trump's
- 1:03:39Nate name on the March fifth primary ballot unless federal justices say otherwise. So
- 1:03:45they barely have time to get this in. But you know, it's the
- 1:03:52thing that's that's of vital importance here for you to understand is we just had
- 1:04:00the highest court in a state rule that you can be punished for being accused
- 1:04:09of a crime without being found guilty. That if that doesn't get overturned,
- 1:04:15that it doesn't matter who gets elected president. Yep, it's over. That
- 1:04:23is a huge step. It's it's Trump. Notwithstanding, I don't care if
- 1:04:30Satan himself came up and was accused of crimes in the United States and everybody's
- 1:04:34like, it's the devil. Of course he's guilty. Doesn't matter, right,
- 1:04:39you still have due process rights. And the reason this is important is
- 1:04:45because you, each individual person out there can be accused of anything from insurrection
- 1:04:56to treason to any other type of crime. I'm against the government for as
- 1:05:02much as a tweet criticizing the actions of your elected officials. And it doesn't
- 1:05:11matter if you have the right to freedom of speech. It doesn't matter if
- 1:05:17you have the right to do process before you get criminally penalized. If the
- 1:05:24highest court in your state can say you get trampled right. Your rights don't
- 1:05:30matter. You have been accused of something too serious to give you due process
- 1:05:34rights. Your name can't be on the ballot, you can't get this job,
- 1:05:38you can't travel outside the state. You go to jail. Directly to
- 1:05:43jail. Do not pass go, do not get a hearing. It's over.
- 1:05:48There is no more. Yeah, there's no more civil rights, there's
- 1:05:54no more human rights. There's nothing. You are subjects. Yep. When
- 1:06:01the last law was down and the devil turned round on you, where would
- 1:06:05you hide the laws? All being flat? The country is planted thick with
- 1:06:10laws from coast to coast. Man's laws, not God's. And if you
- 1:06:13cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you
- 1:06:15really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow? Then yes,
- 1:06:19I'd give the devil benefit of law for my own safety's sake. You'll
- 1:06:26know the quote, but it's worth repeating, and it is. Every bit
- 1:06:31is important today, it is it is forever important. There is. You
- 1:06:38have no rights if you do not have due process rights. All right,
- 1:06:44So I got a super chow from Richard Beierre, who gives US five dollars,
- 1:06:48thank you, Richard, and says, once the universal enemy is disposed
- 1:06:53of, watch how fast they all turn on each other. There was a
- 1:06:58minority meeting event at one of the California universities that, because the agenda hadn't
- 1:07:02been decided on beforehand, degenerated into the oppression Olympics of who should be allowed
- 1:07:08to speak first and on what issues? And then he followed up with another
- 1:07:13five dollars and just said see above, Well, thank you for that,
- 1:07:18Richard. And yes, this is a this is a pickle. That's what
- 1:07:25I will say to that. But I think Trump's gonna fight this, and
- 1:07:30I don't know. I don't think that it's going to be solidified. But
- 1:07:33if it does end up going, then they're gonna do this everywhere. This
- 1:07:41is like getting their foot in the door. If Colorado can do it and
- 1:07:44then and no one stops them, then then all the states that want to
- 1:07:49are going to follow up and they're just gonna do the same thing. So
- 1:07:53this has to this has to be nipped in the bud. If they can
- 1:07:56do this, elections won't be real matter even less than they already do.
- 1:08:02And here's the thing, like, even if they were real, they still
- 1:08:05wouldn't matter. M You wouldn't there is There's no government you can elect that
- 1:08:15can replace your right of due process. Out of all of the battles that
- 1:08:19Trump has fought, this one is the single most important one. Mm hm
- 1:08:29all right, well let us know what you guys think about this one of
- 1:08:30the comments. Thanks Mike Jay for the last minute a bit of breaking,
- 1:08:34breaking, breaking news after the Epstein clientless thing. Yeah, twenty twenty four
- 1:08:40is going to be a crazy ass year. I think Pageau was right.
- 1:08:44Let us know you guys about this in the comments that we're gonna move on
- 1:08:45to our last story. This is just a little follow up. So Jonathan
- 1:08:49Majors, you guys might know as an actor that Hollywood was in love with
- 1:08:55for a couple of years. He was in Creed three and a lot of
- 1:08:59other films and television shows just kind of like skyrocketed to stardom, and he
- 1:09:04was originally well, he played Kang the Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
- 1:09:10He has been found guilty of reckless assault and harassment, though not guilty of
- 1:09:15intentional assault and aggravated harassment. So just to you just remember, we covered
- 1:09:20the there were these allegations against Jonathan Major's and at the time we didn't like
- 1:09:27have like a you know, like any it was still an ongoing thing.
- 1:09:30Well, these are the findings, according to the courts. So Disney owned
- 1:09:34Marvel Studios swiftly severed ties with Majors following the verdict. He liked they did
- 1:09:41with Johnny Depp, impacting his role in upcoming projects like Avengers Kan Dynasty.
- 1:09:46Majors expressed gratitude for support and may may appeal the verdict. The fallout extends
- 1:09:53beyond the MCU, impacting Mayor's career with cancelations and distancing from PR teams and
- 1:09:58Disney owned entities. The case raises broader questions about the challenges faced by successful
- 1:10:03men in the hashtag me too era. The m c U now grapples with
- 1:10:09decisions on recasting or altering the storyline affecting the highly anticipated Avengers King. Yeah
- 1:10:15not not not anticipated that that last part, that last part is it didn't
- 1:10:23happen. So here's the question, what's the difference between reckless assault and harassment
- 1:10:29and intentional assault and aggravated harassment? Because like, I'm sorry, but if
- 1:10:34you can assault someone by accident. Uh. That that raises a whole bunch
- 1:10:41of other questions since you don't actually have to lay a finger on a person
- 1:10:47to assault them, You only have to threaten them mm hmm. And if
- 1:10:51you don't like to threaten someone, that that that takes intention. Right.
- 1:10:58If I if I say I'm going to punch you in the face, that's
- 1:11:00a threat. Right. If I were to tell you that that's an overt
- 1:11:04threat and there's intent behind it, the the intent to uh communicate to you
- 1:11:10that I am considering an act of violence against you, right, that that's
- 1:11:14that's a threat. Right, That's definitely an intentional assault, especially if I
- 1:11:19do it with my fist raised up in the air and I'm approaching you,
- 1:11:23that's an intentional assault. Mm hmm. So what the heck is a reckless
- 1:11:28assault? You know? Is that flinging your arms around in you? I
- 1:11:30think it's like, yeah, I think it's I think they're actually calling it
- 1:11:33an accident. So that's that's not an assault. That's ridiculous. Let me
- 1:11:40look it up. Reckless, reckless assault. I'm going to look it up.
- 1:11:44Go ahead. And the same thing with harassment. You can't accidentally harass
- 1:11:46somebody. You shouldn't be able to accidentally harass somebody, right, Either your
- 1:11:54behavior was inappropriate and you knew it, or it wasn't or you had no
- 1:12:00way of knowing it it was never communicated to you. Right. And so
- 1:12:05these this idea that we're getting these smaller and smaller categories, in these vaguer
- 1:12:12and vaguer ways of describing unintentional acts as if they have the same criminal culpability
- 1:12:20attached to them as intentional acts. It strikes me that the only reason we
- 1:12:27have this is because women are willing to exploit the legal system as a tool
- 1:12:31of vengeance and as a means of using it as a stair steps to get
- 1:12:40better jobs and more money and things like that. And I just don't buy
- 1:12:45this that that sounds ridiculous to me. I can see reckless negligence, you
- 1:12:54know, and things like that where you cause injury because you were less,
- 1:13:00but that's not an assault. Yeah, they call it recklessly recklessly causing injury.
- 1:13:10This is the lawyer the legal term that keeps coming up when I search
- 1:13:15for it. So let me see a person who without lawful excuse, intentionally
- 1:13:21or unintentionally. Let me see where is it uh yeah, without Okay,
- 1:13:34the legal legislation, a person who without lawful excuse, intentionally or recklessly causes
- 1:13:41injury to another person who is guilty of an indictable offense. The penalty is
- 1:13:46level five imprisonment ten years maximum if the injury was caused recklessly, level six
- 1:13:53imprisonment. So if it's intentional, it's ten years. If it's reckless,
- 1:13:57which is I guess not intentional but still like dangerous, is five years.
- 1:14:02I yeah, my searching, I keep seeing this coming up as a DV
- 1:14:10thing specifically don't matter to violence thing, it doesn't happen. Yeah, those
- 1:14:14were the accusations against him, is that domestic abuser and of course because of
- 1:14:17the me too thing, even though this guy, in my opinion, he
- 1:14:21was astro turf to start him because they just wanted like him to make it
- 1:14:26and that's why they were able to toss him aside so quickly because he basically
- 1:14:30like lost all his work after this. And again like this, he lost
- 1:14:33work before he got like before they found a verdict, So it didn't matter
- 1:14:38like to you know, to his employers, because they were like, well,
- 1:14:40we're not going to associate with this guy, just like they did.
- 1:14:43Johnny Depp's the same thing. Basically, if you get into an argument with
- 1:14:45your wife or girlfriend and she gets injured, and even she can't she can't
- 1:14:51prove that you did anything to cause the injury, that's enough for you to
- 1:14:56get criminalized. Now, So the guy that the cops told him if if
- 1:15:03his wife so much as broken nail assaulting him, they'd have to arrest him,
- 1:15:09that's that's this mm hmmm. Basically, if she breaks her fist punching
- 1:15:14you, you're you're guilty of reckless, reckless harm or reckless assault. And
- 1:15:21then there's there was at least one case that I found when I was doing
- 1:15:26my video on the history of social and legal response the domestic violence, where
- 1:15:34I believe it was California law caused a guy to be arrested because his his
- 1:15:43wife broke her wrist trying to stab him through his his defense where you know,
- 1:15:48he has his arms up to block her, and she tried to get
- 1:15:54past his arms and she broke her wrist because of how hard she was hitting
- 1:15:58to try to get that knife into him, and he was the bad guy
- 1:16:03for causing her injury when she was trying to stab him to death. And
- 1:16:11that's that's basically what we're seeing here. That's what that is. As far
- 1:16:15as harassment. Women accuse harassment over things that you should have learned to deal
- 1:16:25with easier as kids, if you had siblings, you know, like you've
- 1:16:30you've seen siblings have arguments in the back of the car on the way to
- 1:16:32vacation. He's got his foot on my side of the floor, you know,
- 1:16:39and and Dad's like, you know, deal with it. You know,
- 1:16:44mom might Mom might say move your foot, get your food out of
- 1:16:46there. Dad might say, deal with it. Yeah, and uh,
- 1:16:49you know. And and when I was grown up, I learned to deal
- 1:16:53with it. My brother and me, we would pick on each other.
- 1:16:56You know, God forbid anybody else pick on one of us like that.
- 1:16:59There was hell to pay for that. Between between the two of us.
- 1:17:00We made them regret that they were ever born. But you know, we
- 1:17:06picked on each other all the time. And we taught each other a lot
- 1:17:10about what you can tolerate and how to creatively deal with intolerable behaviors and how
- 1:17:16to negotiate a more tolerable set of behaviors toward each other, and also how
- 1:17:23to bond with somebody who is picking on you and the and it worked out
- 1:17:27really well. I mean, we're good buddies now, you know. But
- 1:17:34this, this is bullshit, and this kind of legaliese just covers for women
- 1:17:43being able to to use the court system as a means of getting one over
- 1:17:47on men. It's not I'll bet that this is not a one way thing.
- 1:17:54I'll bet that this is not a situation where there was a female victim
- 1:17:59and a male purpose trader. Because if there, if there was, if
- 1:18:02this was a situation where there was just a female victim and just a male
- 1:18:08perpetrator, then the guilty verdict would have been intentional everything and aggravated everything.
- 1:18:15But in this type of situation, when you see a verdict like this,
- 1:18:20this was probably two way aggravation, two way agitation, and one way allegation.
- 1:18:30And that's it. Oh yeah, for sure, for sure. I
- 1:18:34think I think she was the woman involved from what I remember was reporting this
- 1:18:40before the major's produced evidence that showed that she was as abusive as as he
- 1:18:47was, at least because that was like video evidence. But of course she
- 1:18:53wasn't found guilty of anything. I don't know if he like made a you
- 1:18:58know, sort of like a counter suit suit or something like that. But
- 1:19:03it doesn't really matter. His his life, his purpose, his career is
- 1:19:08basically over. He's gonna be like doing something else unless somebody picks him up
- 1:19:12or he goes to some like independent studio that's willing to overlook this or whatever.
- 1:19:16But yeah, I think that's it. And this is this is not
- 1:19:19like like, it's not he's gonna be able to go to the Daily Wire
- 1:19:23because they're they're they're gonna see him as just as guilty. You know.
- 1:19:26This isn't like a partisan thing, no way across the board. It doesn't
- 1:19:31matter, right if they get accused of something, they're just gonna believe it.
- 1:19:36So yep, this is what you do, guys. If if you
- 1:19:41are in a situation where you have to work with women, or you're in
- 1:19:45a relationship and you've picked a woman with volatile temper, which you shouldn't do,
- 1:19:54and she starts acting like that, she starts being aggressive, she starts
- 1:19:59being a beauty and that kind of thing. Don't don't try to defend yourself,
- 1:20:06you know, unless you're facing deadly violence. Get your phone out and
- 1:20:11start recording and back away and demonstrate that you are are trying to extract yourself
- 1:20:19from the situation. Don't don't move forward, don't move toward the person,
- 1:20:26don't lean in, don't yell back, don't talk back, don't do any
- 1:20:30of that. Just get video of her aggression and retain that, and no
- 1:20:38matter what else happens, don't give that up. Even if you have to
- 1:20:43set your phone up to store that video outside of your phone, like online
- 1:20:49somewhere, don't give that up because it'll disappear if if it's it happens to
- 1:20:58be the only copy in the cop Just get a hold of it, and
- 1:21:01that's how you handle it. Always be recording because you can't. You don't
- 1:21:09have any other defense. You don't have any other recourse, you don't have
- 1:21:12any other way of preventing yourself from being made culpable for her behavior, and
- 1:21:21any reaction you have to her behavior is going to be criminalized. So that's
- 1:21:28it. Just record it, and if you know, if you're you're being
- 1:21:33railroad, make the evidence public. Yep. All right, Well, I
- 1:21:43think that's all the stories, and we got through like six of them and
- 1:21:46we still have a couple of minutes. So I got a super chow from
- 1:21:50I think it's Richard again, Richard Bierer, who gives us five dollars,
- 1:21:56Thank you, Richard, and says, you know, some of what our
- 1:21:59mainstream had today would have only been something in the National Inquirer or Weekly World
- 1:22:03News. So when do we see the public reveal of bat Boy? Oh,
- 1:22:08I'm waiting for that. I think that's the the VP pick. If
- 1:22:11I remember correctly, it's gonna be bad Boy. What what's bat Boy?
- 1:22:16I don't know that. You don't know about, Mike. You don't know
- 1:22:18about that photoshop photoshop actually before photoshop. Yeah, so do you know what
- 1:22:26the Weekly World News was, Mike. It was like the lowest quality tabloid,
- 1:22:33like way below Inquirer. But it was a fun read, which is
- 1:22:38weird, Like it had all these ridiculous claims. You know, they would
- 1:22:43go like regularly they would be like Nostra Damis predicted, this, this and
- 1:22:46this, you know, and they talk about aliens and UFO sightings and the
- 1:22:50face on Mars. Anyway, bad Boy was like a recurring show. Yeah,
- 1:22:56bad Boy was like a recurring theme. What was that hold on wrong
- 1:23:02thing posting your genome? Why no, that wasn't what I was trying to
- 1:23:06post. I'm trying to get it photo they had an arrow or they had
- 1:23:12an error. It wouldn't go through. So I think I can't pay for
- 1:23:15it with my medical Oh, I'm trying to get that information for I'm still
- 1:23:24going through the medical things of trying to get that information for uh, finding
- 1:23:31out my getting my medical diagnosis for ailor s dan loos to to where the
- 1:23:38insurance company will accept it. But this is what I was, This is
- 1:23:42what I was trying to push. There was an image that I clicked on
- 1:23:45and it didn't copy. That in West Virginia thirty years ago Americans pushed to
- 1:23:49make June twenty. Yeah, yeah, there's there's the image that I was
- 1:23:57a model. It just goes to this stupid news story. But the image
- 1:24:00isloading. You can search bat boy pictures there he is. So that that
- 1:24:08was basically done in a dark room or with makeup or both. There's there's
- 1:24:15a little bit of dark room magic, but I think the ears are probably
- 1:24:19latex, and you can kind of see the line where the bald cap was
- 1:24:26placed on the person and then you can kind of see where they This is
- 1:24:34a multiple exposure basically of like there's so there was this stuff was getting done
- 1:24:46before photoshop ever existed, Before there were computer programs to do this, This
- 1:24:50stuff was getting done in the dark room, and it's kind of neat how
- 1:24:53they used to do it. So I always used to like this picture because
- 1:24:57of that, because I knew it predated photoshop, you know. But yeah,
- 1:25:03and and for those who are weird olfans, if you remember the song
- 1:25:09Midnight Star, he couldn't he didn't say bat Boy, but the lie the
- 1:25:14Incredible frog Boy is on the loose again is a reference to this story.
- 1:25:18It's it's kind of depressing that if a real bat Boy existed now and someone
- 1:25:23took a photo of it, everyone wud be like, hey, I generated
- 1:25:26fuck you. If actual aliens landed at the White House lawn tomorrow, I
- 1:25:32generated it. No one can believe anything anymore. I missed the days when
- 1:25:39photographs actually meant meant evidence. You know, this is the thing that people
- 1:25:46don't understand. You could you could fake this stuff before photoshop. It's just
- 1:25:56that you had to have some talent, uh, you know, I back
- 1:26:00in the day in the in the dark room. If if you were,
- 1:26:05if you've created the correct circumstances, like you'll notice this is on a black
- 1:26:10background. There's no trees and flowers and chirping birds. There's not a lot
- 1:26:14of things that you would be interfering with if you it was dark right right.
- 1:26:24And then the face itself, you notice that it's over exposed, so
- 1:26:30there's a lot of a lot of white space to work with because the light
- 1:26:35was so bright from the flash. It scared him. That's the face.
- 1:26:39Yeah, But that's like so there. If you have a sky, you
- 1:26:43could put things in the sky, you can put things in water, you
- 1:26:45could put you could actually add a person to an image as long as you
- 1:26:51had a solid color background that you wouldn't be obviously interfering with. All you
- 1:27:00had to do was was a little bit of creating a shape to shine through
- 1:27:10in the in the dark room any in larger so that you you know,
- 1:27:15you block the that part of the image when you put when you print the
- 1:27:19first part of it, and then you take the piece that you cut that
- 1:27:26out of and and you know you shine through just that part when you when
- 1:27:32you do the next part, and you maybe move it around a little bit
- 1:27:35too, to create a little bit of double exposure around the edges, just
- 1:27:40to just to hide it a little bit and that's why you end up with
- 1:27:45like you can see along the eyebrow, that's what that is where they've double
- 1:27:51exposed then and a lot of old pictures like you you can't be sure.
- 1:27:57That's why it is easy to uh, or not necesscessarily easy. It's more
- 1:28:00work. But the stuff that that we say well today, it's you know,
- 1:28:04it's photoshops photoshop. It's not like pictures from history are a hundred one
- 1:28:12hundred percent say well, there's a picture this happened, because there are ways
- 1:28:17to have done that from the first photographs that came into existence. Right when
- 1:28:25it became difficult is when photos were more sharp and less grainy. So and
- 1:28:31it's a lot easier when you're doing it in newsprint because you're you're dealing with
- 1:28:36images that aren't going to look good anyway. Yeah, m well, I
- 1:28:44feel like you know that boy is like a throw Like the weekly World News
- 1:28:46was like a fun paper, but you you had kind of looney if you
- 1:28:49really believed it. One of the things that I did that I do kind
- 1:28:54of miss about these days is that we wanted to believe things because it added
- 1:29:00to like a kind of mystique about the world, Like it's why people are,
- 1:29:05you know, talking, They talk about Aliens and Bigfoot and the moth
- 1:29:10Man and the Jersey Devil and the chupacabra, And I think bat Boy was
- 1:29:14kind of like trying to join that pantheon of cryptids, and it was you
- 1:29:18know, I mean, it was one of these things that you you knew
- 1:29:21like it probably wasn't real, but it was still fun to play along,
- 1:29:27like Santa Claus, you know. But yeah, bat Boy unfortunately has gone
- 1:29:32to the archives of cryptid history. So but it's good that you guys got
- 1:29:38to see him if you've never seen him before. Anyway, probably still more
- 1:29:41real news than the actual news we're getting. Yeah, yeah, so yeah,
- 1:29:45this is the fun part today. You know, when you see when
- 1:29:49you see video and stuff that the press is releasing and everything, you can
- 1:29:55never be sure that you're not being tricked. It's right now, people that
- 1:30:00really have access to the ability to create totally fake video are the ones in
- 1:30:06power. It's still possible to verify video and stuff for court purposes, but
- 1:30:16when you see it, when you see it on television, you can't even
- 1:30:20be sure that it actually ever really happened. Mm hmmm. We're rapidly approaching
- 1:30:27a future where real pictures will be called fake and fake pictures will be called
- 1:30:31real, and no one will know the difference. It's all going to be
- 1:30:35about a consensus. Yeah, well, yeah, that's that's that's what people
- 1:30:42have call being been being, have called it post truth world even since before
- 1:30:48this thing has happened. But that's that's what we're actually approaching. Well,
- 1:30:54where no one knows the difference between a real photo and a faked photo,
- 1:30:57and no one can even stuck the photo for for the telltale signs of what's
- 1:31:01different. We're not there now because AI is still a bit ship, but
- 1:31:08we geting to that point when no one's going to know the truth, especially
- 1:31:12not if all of this is is controlled by by a centralized government, yeah,
- 1:31:19a centralized corporation. If it if there's no competition between reporters of anything,
- 1:31:29and it's all and everything is under the rubric of one globalist government,
- 1:31:34then they're going to fake images and tell and tell you it's true, and
- 1:31:40and they're going to suppress true images by telling you they're fake, and they're
- 1:31:44going to be able to control everything. The only way to defeat the menace
- 1:31:49of AI generated images is to decentralize the forces that control the media, namely
- 1:31:59the government, but even in the absence of the government, that could still
- 1:32:02be forces controlling the media in in in this in this all pervading way.
- 1:32:09It's if if we want a future where anyone knows what the fuck the truth
- 1:32:13is, we we need to decentralize these powers so that there is competition.
- 1:32:19Yep, well, it has it has to be more than just competition.
- 1:32:24There has to be a situation where you know, when when it was imagery,
- 1:32:33like on film and print back in the day, the way to tell,
- 1:32:39the way to prove that an image was real was to show the negative
- 1:32:44or to produce a polaroid. Polaroid is really hard to fake because it has
- 1:32:49to be uh shot from like two to four feet away to be in really
- 1:32:54good focus, and so it's hard to create a fake negative. You don't
- 1:33:00there's no negative, right, It's hard to create a fake polaroid because you'd
- 1:33:04have to have a very large print that you were photographing with the polaroid,
- 1:33:11you'd have to have it not have any glare on it. There'd be all
- 1:33:14kinds of issues with that. So polaroid is one of those where you know,
- 1:33:20you could use that as evidence, and a lot of people do take
- 1:33:25evidence pictures with Polaroid Because of that, it's it's very hard to declare it
- 1:33:28fake with imagery that's created uh and and not video, but imagery that's created
- 1:33:38using say Nikon camera or a an Olympus camera or something like that U Cannon
- 1:33:46rebel, you know, one of those. You basically have EXIF data that
- 1:33:53is attached to the original image that that gives the time of them being shot,
- 1:34:00tells what created it, what what device created it, uh and and
- 1:34:05uh and so on, and that data proves that that's that's the original image.
- 1:34:12When you start messing with the image, you get new incarnations. The
- 1:34:16EXIF data will show that the image has been run through a program. But
- 1:34:24the thing that will cause that to be a problem in the future, to
- 1:34:29be able to determine you know, this was shot with an icon camera versus
- 1:34:32this was this was edited in photoshop. Is if you get AI that messes
- 1:34:39with the EXIF data when it when it does its editing or when it creates
- 1:34:44its images, so that it lies and says this was this was taken with
- 1:34:48Anikon camera, or this was taken with a with a canon or an Olympus
- 1:34:54or produced by somebody's phone. Uh. And so if if we didn't,
- 1:35:02if we didn't decentralize it, there's you know, if there's government involved,
- 1:35:06there would have to be some sort of policy that made that illegal, that
- 1:35:12would label it fraud to say this AI produced image that was entirely made on
- 1:35:19a computer and has absolutely nothing to do with Nikon was actually filmed or photographed
- 1:35:26with a Nicon camera. And and you're not. Your government's not going to
- 1:35:31do that. Your your officials are going to want to be able to do
- 1:35:40that. So our only recourse is basically, you know, totally totally taking
- 1:35:47it out of their hands. All right, Well, I'm going to wrap
- 1:35:55the show up there, guys, and we are going to head into the
- 1:35:58Patent Show to talk about the latest with Actiblision. But I have to call
- 1:36:01them. I think that like ever since Activision bought Blizzard, that's what we've
- 1:36:06been saying. So Actiblision is settling their civil rights lawsuit over sexual misconduct in
- 1:36:13the California office, and we will be looking at that in the Patron Shows.
