A three-year-old boy, De Andre Smith, died from injuries sustained in a home shooting on Sylvanhurst Road in Cleveland Heights. The incident occurred August 11th, and he passed away two days later at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. A 19-year-old, Warren Jenkins of East Cleveland, has been arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter, pleading not guilty. His bond is set at $500,000, and the case will proceed to the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury.
