  and today in this conversation

  they're talking about how to align with

  the higher frequencies amongst the global shifts
• 2:05
  and I would love to say
• 2:06
  this conversation came through in November of 2024

  and I find it so intriguing

  and applicable to where we are today
• 2:15

  I want to just review a couple of my favorite

  highlights here we are The Council of Light

  I know that you were previously

  speaking about the shifts

  and what is all happening behind the scenes
• 2:36
  that we're not really recognizing or really seeing
• 2:39
  or some of us are not really seeing
• 2:41
  everything that's going on at the moment
• 2:43
  and so this leads me to my next question
• 2:46
  which was um
• 2:47
  with all this that is happening on earth
• 2:50
  well earth is moving into its next phase or chapter
• 2:53
  as you can say
• 2:55
  what are we to expect to see and change
• 2:58
  with all that that is occurring at this moment
• 3:01
  yes dear one
• 3:03
  there will be strong contrasting experiences
• 3:06
  so some will feel bliss they will feel peace
• 3:10
  they will feel success they will feel light
• 3:14
  they will feel gratitude
• 3:16
  and then
• 3:17
  you have others that will feel quite the opposite
• 3:19
  in all accounts
• 3:21
  and
• 3:23
  and some will feel both
• 3:26
  the polarity of it at different seasons of life
• 3:30
  now that is a part of the human experience
• 3:32
  but it is heightened it is heightened for sure
• 3:36
  so while things are working out
• 3:38
  over the next three to five
• 3:39
  seven eight years
• 3:40
  it will be a little wobbly
• 3:43
  a little wobbly trying to cap
• 3:45
  catch and to keep the balance
• 3:48
  so
• 3:48
  we have spoken for many days and years and months even
• 3:53
  about compassion
• 3:54
  that's important but also
• 3:58
  respecting yourselves and the others and not allowing
• 4:02
  in a very compassionate non egoic way
• 4:06
  not allowing others to disrespect you
• 4:09
  and so that means
• 4:10
  we do not need to feel high and mighty
• 4:13
  and call them out and
• 4:15
  and fight fire with fire
• 4:18
  a softer
• 4:19
  gentler response in disconnection if needed is OK
• 4:25
  so again using your discernment to
• 4:30
  what would be the overall best
• 4:33
  for all parties involved
• 4:35
  and that would feel the effects of it
• 4:39
  so calming the fire
• 4:41
  and not creating a bigger one would be beneficial
• 4:45
  when you are navigating experiences
• 4:48
  conversations and relationships
• 4:51
  and what's interesting is
• 4:54
  there will be a lot on the political stage
• 4:57
  the international spaces hmm
• 5:00
  there will be a lot of
• 5:01
  even unrest in the spiritual communities
• 5:05
  because not everyone will align
• 5:07
  with the same teachings or the same approach
• 5:11
  and that is because everyone is at a different space
• 5:14
  and has different perspective
• 5:17
  and there will also be shifts and rediscoveries
• 5:20
  in the relationships even with oneself
• 5:24
  and so everything will be heightened
• 5:27
  and so at this point of time
• 5:29
  it is important to say
• 5:32
  what are you putting into your reality
• 5:35
  we are here sharing a vision with the channel
• 5:39
  uh like a water
• 5:41
  a glass of water and dropping in food coloring
• 5:45
  one drop at a time
• 5:47
  one drop at a time of your intentions
• 5:49
  of your emotions of your habits
• 5:53
  of your thoughts all of this
• 5:55
  your free will choices
• 5:56
  one drop at a time is coming into your reality now
• 6:01
  and by the time that the months and years go by
• 6:05
  you will have created
• 6:08
  because every day
• 6:09
  you're putting in multiple drops of your energy
• 6:13
  in your energy multiple drops of your intentions
• 6:16
  of your color let's say
• 6:18
  so over time you will have created something beautiful
• 6:21
  or something chaotic and really unregulated
• 6:25
  and yes chaotic
• 6:27
  chaos which causes confusion to the system
• 6:31
  so to that it is important now to reset your reality
• 6:35
  with a recommitment
• 6:37
  to the qualities that you have within
• 6:41
  your experience as a human
• 6:43
  and we are going to begin by saying
• 6:46
  the qualities of the human that you want to be yourself
• 6:49
  if you are thinking negative thoughts
• 6:51
  time to cancel clear that out and work on it
• 6:55
  um if you are having low vibrational emotions
• 6:58
  let's heal those things
• 6:59
  we're not saying to disconnect and shut off
• 7:03
  without looking
• 7:05
  it is important to observe
• 7:07
  to look and to get clarity
• 7:09
  so you can heal yourself
• 7:11
  and create that life that you chose
• 7:13
  and that you came to to fully live
• 7:16
  so the next few years
• 7:18
  while there is a lot happening outside of one's self
• 7:21
  we will be seeing a strong calling back to the own
• 7:25
  being self care
• 7:27
  self awareness self healing
• 7:29
  self respect all of these
• 7:32
  there will be a lot of energy about the self
• 7:35
  and those whom
• 7:37
  feel in life that it is hard for them to be solo
• 7:42
  it's hard for them to be their own conscious being
• 7:46
  their own sovereign being
• 7:47
  and they're always feeling more comfortable
• 7:50
  being in group setting
• 7:53
  or leaning on someone may have a hard time
• 7:56
  if all of those in their reality
• 7:58
  in their life want more of their own sacred safe
• 8:02
  special space solo
• 8:05
  then these beings may feel left out left behind
• 8:09
  discarded not cared for
• 8:11
  so
• 8:11
  within your communities and within your conversations
• 8:15
  again compassionately
• 8:18
  maybe bringing that through to share with others
• 8:21
  that we are moving into this phase
• 8:23
  and it is not personal against another being
• 8:27
  if you are not as readily available
• 8:29
  but in fact this is a phase for all
• 8:33
  and you would maybe
• 8:34
  then encourage the others to take care as well
• 8:38
  to look at their own space
• 8:41
  and make a deeper connection with themselves
• 8:44
  so this is the piece that we wanted to highlight
• 8:47
  about what is to becoming
• 8:49
  over the next seasons of your time
• 8:53
  beautiful beautiful
• 8:54

  I was seeing all kinds of visions
• 8:57
  as you were talking to and I think that

  it makes sense that
• 9:05
  kind of what you said was about us really looking in
• 9:09
  in in with within like all of us
• 9:11
  this is
• 9:11
  the time for us to have a greater time of reflection
• 9:14
  of us really diving deep within ourselves
• 9:17
  getting to know ourselves
• 9:18
  like in a much deeper level than we have in the past
• 9:22
  and would you say that the energies are also
• 9:27
  helping us with that as well
• 9:30
  like looking in getting to know ourselves
• 9:33
  yes and we will go back to the initial topic
• 9:36
  and conversation
• 9:37
  about those whom are feeling scattered
• 9:40
  influenced and bombarded uh
• 9:43
  if they are not understanding what is theirs
• 9:45
  and what is not and truly aligning with
• 9:51
  one approach and that could be a wide approach
• 9:54
  but some are feeling conflicting thoughts
• 9:57
  within themselves
• 9:58
  conflicting emotions within themselves
• 10:00
  conflicting energies around their self
• 10:03
  and that can cause just the chaos that it has
• 10:08
  leads to doubt it leads to fear
• 10:10
  it leads to uncertainty it can lead to violence
• 10:13
  it can lead to um verbal assault
• 10:15
  you see it can lead to disconnection
• 10:18
  non unification and so it's really understanding
• 10:23
  if all could clairvoyantly see the airways as we do
• 10:28
  you would really be proud of yourselves
• 10:31
  even those who may feel that they are being infected
• 10:35
  bombarded or influenced by the energies
• 10:38
  it's quite a lot truly quite a lot
• 10:42
  because you've added in the technology now
• 10:44
  which has a life of its own essentially
• 10:47
  so we are giving you our credit
• 10:50
  and we are very grateful
• 10:52
  we are honoring you for our being here
• 10:55
  and if you're having a challenge in a hard time
• 10:58
  it is to be expected for some
• 11:01
  meaning there's nothing like wrong with your soul
• 11:04
  there's nothing wrong with you
• 11:05
  but there are ways to help it run more smoothly
• 11:09
  there are ways to take responsibility
• 11:11
  accountability and reline
• 11:14
  and so yes you're again
• 11:16
  you're going to have a lot
• 11:18
  whom are navigating these experiences
• 11:20
  within their own realities
• 11:23
  and looking for assistance
• 11:26
  looking for mentor coach
• 11:28
  healer community
• 11:30
  to essentially help them find stability
• 11:33
  and bring peace you see
• 11:35
  so yes we will share that with you
• 11:39

  those two other questions that were brought forward

  the two questions we know the two questions
• 11:59
  oh perfect okay

  okay let us recall we say we know hold on

  the 1st was about the recent energies
• 12:10
  and there's a particular questioning
• 12:12
  they were saying they were very tired and she was too
• 12:17
  and again
• 12:19
  with the devastation that happened on the east of the
• 12:24
  America North America
• 12:25
  the United States of the Americas
• 12:30
  that caused quite a lot
• 12:31
  because she felt it before knowing what was happening
• 12:36
  and that created a lot of concern for her
• 12:40
  because she didn't understand
• 12:41
  but
• 12:43
  so a couple of things starting here
• 12:47
  we will say not to alarm others
• 12:49
  but she felt the feeling of death
• 12:52
  was the way she could describe it
• 12:53
  around human life death and
• 12:58
  not understanding
• 12:59
  but yet the spirit world was very close oh
• 13:03
  she's getting emotional
• 13:05
  we are saying what she felt were the ancestors around
• 13:10
  coming through
• 13:11
  that would then help these beings cross over
• 13:14
  when the time came
• 13:16
  beautiful so yes
• 13:19
  it's a very humbling experience
• 13:23
  and she did not understand
• 13:24
  why did the other side feel so close
• 13:29
  and not specific to her
• 13:31
  but feeling this whole dimension for multiple days
• 13:37
  uh we are saying about 10 days prior to the event
• 13:41
  within that experience
• 13:43
  there was a lot of interesting dynamics with sleep
• 13:49
  sometimes very very tired
• 13:51
  sleeping longer in fact
• 13:53
  she slept one day for uh was it almost 18 hours
• 13:58
  not heard of for humans very bizarre
• 14:01
  and then going about the next for six uh in series
• 14:05
  it was never
• 14:06
  so the reason was because during the sleep state
• 14:12
  her spirit was needed elsewhere
• 14:14
  resting the body for yes what was to come
• 14:18
  but also working behind the scenes in the spirit world
• 14:25
  to help orchestrate
• 14:26
  this is bringing a lot of emotion to her
• 14:28
  she does not know this but now we are saying ah
• 14:32
  ah to help orchestrate
• 14:34
  is it were the ushering of souls over in a peaceful
• 14:39
  aligned way like
• 14:42
  air traffic control you know
• 14:45
  so that was confusing in a way
• 14:48
  and also we do believe there was thoughts about oh
• 14:51
  maybe it's an eclipse maybe it's that
• 14:54
  maybe it's this what could it be
• 14:57
  so the question that came through was about
• 14:59
  many sensitive souls being extremely fatigued
• 15:04
  and tired 1
• 15:05
  you are assisting in a spiritual space
• 15:07
  but too there are things in the energy
• 15:11
  that are non organic
• 15:13
  that were being put to the earth in certain locations
• 15:17
  that were making people tired
• 15:21
  because their body was
• 15:24
  is the word contesting we think that would sound right
• 15:28
  their body was contesting against
• 15:31
  in response to those energies
• 15:33
  now that
• 15:36
  should alleviate a tiny bit
• 15:38
  but expect something again around the holiday of
• 15:42
  this Thanksgiving holiday
• 15:43
  November 24
• 15:47
  particularly of your time of this year 2024
• 15:51

• 15:53
  is
• 15:55
  currently a space
• 15:57
  where there would be a lot of heightened energy
• 16:00
  however now that we have shared that
• 16:02
  it might shift and make it a little bit easier
• 16:04
  because you all will be aware
• 16:05
  and you all are doing great with your light
• 16:07
  working magic
• 16:09
  many of you came together for some of the
• 16:12
  subsequent hurricanes
• 16:13
  to deactivate the intensity of the storm
• 16:17
  we we are confirming you did an amazing job
• 16:19
  thank you yes

  we did I did maybe three meditations
• 16:24
  and sending light and energy
• 16:27
  to them
• 16:28
  because I also have some family there
• 16:32
  and just to everybody
• 16:33
  it's a lot of chaotic things that are happening and

  you know I
• 16:39
  know that we as light workers as channels and
• 16:44
  people bringing light um on this planet we um
• 16:48
  definitely have you know a purpose and
• 16:51
  and we're here to kind of assist
• 16:54
  humanity and and anchoring this light
• 16:57
  and helping others anchor their own light
• 16:59
  in that same time haha

  yeah so yes

  is a question of
• 17:07
  No. 2 is the second question was about
• 17:12
  cosmic disclosure
• 17:13
  and they had been feeling something in the cosmos
• 17:16
  something happening but not quite understanding
• 17:18
  is how we took the question
• 17:20
  and it and it really parallels so well from Question 1
• 17:24
  because this is about assistance
• 17:27
  from non governmental beings
• 17:30
  okay
• 17:31
  we're gonna say that yeah
• 17:33
  she's she's asking explain expand
• 17:36
  non non governmental beings
• 17:41
  ooh okay
• 17:42
  so some are human form in a body and some are not
• 17:48
  and so we're saying that
• 17:50
  so you have systems that were in place
• 17:53
  and some have been decommissioned deactivated
• 17:56
  crumbling down
• 17:58
  releasing that structured organization in the physical
• 18:01
  but that is also in the spiritual space
• 18:04
  in the star realm spaces and so those have been also
• 18:09
  or in the process of re aligning
• 18:12
  readjusting and such
• 18:14
  and many in the past felt very militant
• 18:18
  felt that it very democratic
• 18:20
  very look up the appropriate definition of that
• 18:23
  we're not speaking of one party over the other
• 18:25
  but very democratic very
• 18:28
  militant democratic um political government
• 18:32
  it has been that way for quite some time
• 18:35
  and you now see
• 18:37
  there are some on the earth creating a call for heart
• 18:41
  space more humanitarian
• 18:44
  more spiritual more feminine
• 18:47
  more loving assistance and they
• 18:51
  this will not go through as it were in the past
• 18:55
  a political party
• 18:58
  faction or structure as it did in the past
• 19:02
  maybe tiny bits
• 19:03
  but not like it was in the past where it was uh
• 19:07
  gate kept I guess would be a way under locking key
• 19:10
  secretive
• 19:12
  so many humans would only know what they were told
• 19:16
  and those who felt an inkling of a spiritual
• 19:19
  significance or an intuitive awareness
• 19:22
  were made on purpose to feel like they were uh insane
• 19:27
  had a mental disability needed to be locked up
• 19:29
  you would say in an asylum
• 19:32
  and the words of the day back then in a Looney bin
• 19:35
  you know what your grandparents may say back then
• 19:38
  anybody who spoke out about government
• 19:41
  conspiracy everywhere
• 19:42
  or aliens or programs were made to feel a fool
• 19:48
  now
• 19:49
  it has been very much documented and released
• 19:51
  that they were correct all along
• 19:53
  so in the past times
• 19:56
  many gave their powder away feeling oh
• 19:58
  it had to be official had to be in writing
• 20:01
  and there's a lot still that will come through
• 20:03
  if that was misaligned
• 20:06
  that the public was led astray on
• 20:09
  so now you've got these beautiful channels
• 20:12
  you've got these beautiful souls here
• 20:14
  who are following all the promptings of intuition
• 20:18
  and also discernment
• 20:20
  and where are they getting their
• 20:22
  non physical information
• 20:23
  where are they getting the messages from
• 20:26
  and they are starting to feel something
• 20:29
  oh what is that they are saying
• 20:31
  it's hard to put my finger on it
• 20:33
  well what it is
• 20:33
  is
• 20:34
  your families and communities are the spiritual realms
• 20:37
  and the star realms who are coming a bit closer
• 20:40
  and they are not being regulated
• 20:43
  uh restricted is a better way restricted
• 20:46
  so prior we were seeing
• 20:48
  they are showing like chains where they were
• 20:52
  they could not break free
• 20:54
  they were in a tight boundary
• 20:56
  they were silenced
• 20:57
  and also we keep seeing the chains on their arms
• 21:00
  like they could not assist
• 21:03
  they had these chains where they could not work
• 21:06
  they could not use their energy to help
• 21:09
  and those are being released
• 21:12
  so the cosmic disclosure is interesting
• 21:17
  because some would say oh
• 21:18
  I need the government to tell me
• 21:19
  I need to be public
• 21:21
  okay perhaps but all along
• 21:25
  that was misleading to begin with
• 21:27
  so it's interesting the mindset is I
• 21:30
  I need somebody to tell me something that's true
• 21:32
  whom have been lying to me all along
• 21:34
  do we see how that could be interesting
• 21:37
  unot making so much sense
• 21:39
  so rather we feel it would be beings the humans
• 21:45
  the natural community that would say oh
• 21:49
  I had this experience I'm having this experience
• 21:52
  and then another to say same or hmm
• 21:56
  mine was slightly different
• 21:57
  and also do I
• 21:58
  align with it or not because when it becomes organic
• 22:02
  then it is the truth of it all
• 22:06
  but yet at the same time
• 22:08
  do not discount the technology of non organic messages
• 22:15
  and non organic visions
• 22:18
  and non organic assimilations and programming
• 22:22
  so uh non organic simulations
• 22:25
  simulations and programming
• 22:27
  so this is where those spiritual psychic healers
• 22:32
  it is important that you have found and connected
• 22:34
  with your teams so you can vet the information
• 22:38
  all whom are clairvoyant
• 22:41
  that means you can see energy
• 22:43
  but you can also see thoughts
• 22:45
  you can see intentions
• 22:47
  and you might be able to see something in the airwaves
• 22:50
  the screen in your mind's eye that is very damaging
• 22:56
  that is not truly coming from source
• 22:59
  but yet there has been a way to manipulate and share
• 23:04
  information that is
• 23:08
  propaganda is a good word
• 23:10
  and put it in the airways where
• 23:13
  psychics would see it
• 23:15
  so it takes a discerning psychic to say
• 23:18
  what am I seeing and then feeling into the body
• 23:23
  is that accurate
• 23:24
  because we have just shown her a vision as an idea
• 23:28
  and to the viewer to use whom are listening
• 23:30
  we showed her like this robotic being
• 23:34
  that was a robotic type of a being
• 23:36
  looking to be as if it had consciousness
• 23:39
  or this is what the future will be
• 23:42
  and it's some kind of vision
• 23:44
  it is but the energy behind it is low
• 23:49
  her energy dropped
• 23:50
  which we find funny because we are here
• 23:52
  but we are helping her to feel the little nuances
• 23:55
  of what that would feel like
• 23:56
  so the energy dropped a little bit
• 23:58
  and her thoughts were like huh
• 24:01
  I'm going to question that
• 24:02
  something is off
• 24:04
  versus a message you all would feel from your guides
• 24:08
  your team and spirit
• 24:09
  we're letting it come through now whoo okay
• 24:11
  so she can feel it better light flowing through
• 24:14
  light pouring through all the love
• 24:16
  all the compassion all of the peace
• 24:19
  all of the strength and it's a sure resounding
• 24:22
  this energy of your team is sharing with you
• 24:27
  these messages so it's very important
• 24:29
  discernment of whom is on your team
• 24:31
  and whom you are working with is very important
• 24:34
  as you are moving forward
• 24:36
  when it comes to cosmic disclosure
• 24:38
  because there will be false narratives
• 24:42
  laced into mankind for the nefarious intentions
• 24:46
  and ways of those controlling
• 24:49
  that simulation we will say so again
• 24:53
  the
• 24:54
  question was from someone who was feeling a shift
• 24:58
  or something coming about
• 24:59
  and it is the organic aspect of it
• 25:02
  but then also as they have said the warring in heaven
• 25:05
  there's wars in heaven
• 25:06
  it's like in the spirit realm as well
• 25:09
  that are also still activities occurring
• 25:13
  that would be in direct opposition
• 25:16
  so we are gonna go back
• 25:19
  probably we have spoken 15 million times
• 25:21
  it were not exactly
• 25:24
  but about the importance of honoring yourself
• 25:27
  and reconnecting and filling your soul light
• 25:31
  into the human experience
• 25:32
  into the human body to then flow with that integrity
• 25:38
  flow with that compass of your true north
• 25:40
  and sensing using all of your
• 25:42
  your physical sensations as well
• 25:45
  of what is accurate and what is not
• 25:47
  what is appropriate
• 25:49
  what is working with organic light Ascension
• 25:52
  and what might be in the spirit world
• 25:57
  in the cosmic airwaves a deterrent or a distraction
• 26:02
  dear one does this make a sense
• 26:05
  yes it does
• 26:06
  um and I
• 26:08
  I kind of had a question arise
• 26:09
  while you were speaking about all this
• 26:11
  and um
• 26:13
  so yes they're trying
• 26:15
  what is the reasoning or why would they be trying to
• 26:20
  create these non organic entities or beings
• 26:25
  what is the reasoning behind
• 26:27
  why would they try to create these distractions for us
• 26:31
  now that we're more aware
• 26:32
  yes the main theme is slavery
• 26:36
  they have there's been a lot of slavery on planets
• 26:40
  and here on your planet and so to get to that point
• 26:45
  they are creating fear or specific narrative
• 26:49
  to steer communities into one mindset
• 26:54
  way of thinking
• 26:56
  and you understand how powerful you all are
• 26:58
  if they can elicit fear in a group
• 27:01
  it will take over
• 27:03
  and it ripples out like a domino effect
• 27:06
  and so that is why the light worker beings
• 27:08
  you whom are here
• 27:10
  are counter balancing that for the Ascension
• 27:14
  because in that space of the new earth energy
• 27:17
  there is no slavery
• 27:20
  that is autonomy that is sovereignty
• 27:22
  there is unity there is freedom
• 27:25
  and they are very afraid and these are entity
• 27:28
  spirits that are behind the scenes of all of it
• 27:31
  if the decisions are made by a human
• 27:33
  that human is aligned
• 27:35
  with the different type of entity spirit
• 27:38

  where they're talking about setting boundaries

  with compassion that really resonated with me

  and how it helps us to manage our energy field

  it helps us to understand that we can have a say

  and a stance in things

  and also be able to act productively

  which actually when we're resonating in that frequency

  it helps us to flush out any distractions

  just kind of set aside any of the narratives

  and go in with our heart

  and really psychically and intuitively

  because this has happened to many of us

  that I know that I don't know all the information

  there could be more usually there is behind the scenes

  so going to spirit helps me to understand

  how to hold my space how to let the energy flow

  and stay in that compassionate heart space vibration

  and I've really found that that's helped things flow

  beautifully in my life

  and as I'm supporting and working with others

  that was one of the things that really stood out to me

  also I'm reflecting on the natural disasters

  and at this conversation

  it was specific to the hurricanes and the floods in

  in North Carolina and the surrounding regions

  and that really affected me
• 33:43
  I had felt so much leading up to it
• 33:45
  that I fully didn't understand
• 33:47
  but through this process about two weeks after
• 33:51
  I was really working with energy
• 33:54
  and I was feeling empathetically
• 33:55
  a lot of the distress in the airways
• 33:58
  we'll call it the psychic field

  and so had done a lot of assistance kind of work
• 34:05
  and having the council come through and confirm
• 34:07
  and also shed some additional insight on it
• 34:10
  really felt supported to me
• 34:12
  and some might say
• 34:13
  how did you not know what was going on

  in my experience and I
• 34:17
  I had an idea I felt it

  a lot of it happened at dream times

  and also it felt like during the day

  I wasn't fully here

  it felt like I was overlapping in the spirit world

  and so I did understand at some point

  that things were happening however

  prior to the devastation

  I didn't know it was coming and so at the soul level

  I knew I was working and doing something

  and these sorts of things are just

  those experiences that we can learn from

  and while I try and share

  it's um not often easy to put words to it

  especially when it's my first time

  so when I was speaking with a friend

  I just kept saying gosh

  I feel death all around me and a part of me was like

  well

  maybe it's the season it's getting close to you know

  Halloween then the
• 35:06
  the season where things are going into hibernation

  and the leaves are falling and things are dying

  so I was like oh maybe that's it right
• 35:16
  but after this happened it made so much more sense
• 35:19
  so

  I was really grateful for the message from the council

  and that's one of the benefits of being a channeler
• 35:27
  is that we do have direct access to information
• 35:30
  and it's our responsibility or it's up to us to ask

  so I hadn't really fully asked

  I didn't go into channel for it and
• 35:40
  so this message brought me some comfort

  and I'm feeling

  and I have felt more healing along the way

  also I think in here they

  they mentioned donating

  or what can we do monetarily if we're not there

  so aside from the spiritual shifting of energy

  with prayers blessings and intentions

  I did do some donations to help

  and as I was guided in that

  that helped me to feel like I was supporting

  also in the physical world

  and this is applicable to any sort of devastation

  or disaster that happens and afterwards

  we have the fires that took place in California

  so some of you are also in that moment of the now

  right now

  still recovering and will be for quite some time

  in whatever way that it affected you
