🚨 SILVER Doing It AGAIN! 🦍🦍 You BEST Hear This NEWS! - (Gold Price Action) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Is silver ready to do it again? New all time highs.
0:04
We got a lot to cover today. Silver and gold doing some very
0:09
interesting things. We got a technical analysis to
0:12
look at. We have fundamental analysis to
0:14
look at. We even have macro data to look
0:17
at. All of us giving reasons and
0:18
examples why I think right now, not only on the long term but
0:23
also the short term, we can be super optimistic about where the
0:28
precious metals prices are going.
0:30
And I have a new angle on what's going on in silver in
0:34
particular. 2 paragraphs from probably the smartest guy out
0:39
there in the world of precious metals.
0:41
A new angle, something hardly anybody's talking about, but he
0:45
is. And I think it's reason for us
0:47
to be super excited about what's happening right now in the
0:50
metals markets. Thank you for being here.
0:53
I almost forgot the most important part.
0:55
That's you, right? This is not possible without
0:57
you. Thank you so much.

1:05
We super appreciate you Now let's go out and get an update
1:08
on the markets. Did we close above the critical
1:13
$80? We talked about it all last
1:15
week. How important closing above
1:17
$80.00 was, is in the silver market.
1:20
And here we're looking at the July futures price from the
1:25
COMEX, our good friends at the COMEX and we did indeed, we
1:28
almost closed at $81.00 in the silver market.
1:32
But guys, look, I think the most exciting thing to look at on
1:37
this chart, let's get that out of the way, is, is this right
1:41
here again? You know, if we go back to early
1:45
February and just look at the foundation that's been built,
1:49
we're going to look at some of the technical stuff that
1:52
happened last week and why that's such a big deal.
1:55
But we have formed an incredible strong base.
1:58
Oh, and by the way, basement dwellers, that's what we call
2:02
ourselves down here in the basement.
2:04
Let us not forget that one year ago today we had a silver price
2:08
of only $33.44 per oz, and today we're talking about $81.00.
2:15
And today we're talking about why the gold and silver price
2:20
are set up both on a long term basis, but more importantly for
2:24
us right now a short term basis to go much, much higher.
2:28
Let's start by looking at some more charts and this is getting
2:32
interesting. We're going to go to Rashad and
2:35
we're going to talk about gold. First.
2:38
Another breakout is about to take place from gold's six month
2:42
bullish triangle formation. Upon successful breakout, gold
2:47
should be able to reach 7 to $8000 target by late summer
2:53
2026. And we are seeing this
2:56
everywhere. We talk about it every day
2:59
because it is so important these wedge patterns that are forming
3:04
in the precious metals as we are in a big uptrend.
3:08
Look, the last time we broke out of the wedge pattern in gold, we
3:12
shot up significantly higher. This time we're we're doing it
3:16
again. And the likely and it's not just
3:20
Rashad, right? It's JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley,
3:24
Goldman Sachs. It's a host of other people
3:27
talking about how we can get much higher gold prices through
3:30
the end of the year. But let's switch over to silver
3:34
because you've probably this is this, this chart has been shared
3:40
all over. This is the silver chart.
3:43
These are weekly candles. OK.
3:46
This right here was the $120.00 range.
3:51
What January 28th we broke all the way down to about $60.00.
3:56
Each one of these candles on this chart represents one week.
4:00
And guys, the big news of the week again with us closing where
4:05
we did, is that we have broke out of this wedge pattern.
4:09
It is a very, very good sign from a technical analysis
4:13
perspective. And again, the important thing
4:16
to remember about what was happening in here during this
4:20
process was consolidation, absolute consolidation.
4:24
Now, let's see what Rashad is saying about targets for silver.
4:29
He's telling us that once silver successfully clears the $83
4:33
level, which could happen next week.
4:36
Look, you know I don't make like price predictions on a super
4:40
short term price predictions on a on a very regular basis.
4:43
But I will say that I do believe I feel very strongly like maybe
4:48
72% that next Saturday when we're talking we're going to
4:53
have a silver price above $83. I'll even go out on a limb and
4:58
say that I think we'll be at $85 plus, but the next price target
5:03
here for silver, $83, after that, $90.00, after that $96.
5:12
And from there we just go higher and higher and higher and
5:16
higher. Now I want to talk to you about
5:19
something different with silver. But it's also, this is like, I
5:22
think, probably 1 of the strongest factors that on a
5:27
short term basis, outside of all those charts and wedges and cup
5:30
and handles and all that stuff that I love and that do make
5:34
sense. But this is more of a solid
5:36
piece of information about silver that I think on a short
5:40
term basis could lead us to much, much higher prices.
5:44
This comes from Rafi Farber from the in game investor sub stack.
5:50
OK, Rafi. Rafi is loved and respected.
5:54
He dives into much more of the actual numbers, technical data
5:58
coming out of the exchanges and guys, there's something that I
6:02
hope this makes as much sense to you as it does to me that I
6:06
think is incredibly optimistic about what's going on right now
6:11
in the silver market. Silver is a loaded spring if
6:20
there ever was one. All right, let's go down and
6:23
here are Here's one paragraph. But then we got two more.
6:27
Silver is a loaded spring if there ever was one.
6:30
If you take a close look at the end of this chart where the
6:34
rectangle is, you'll see something that would be
6:37
considered insane only two years ago.
6:42
And what this chart is showing is open interest in the silver
6:47
market, in the COMEX silver market.
6:51
And guys, it has completely collapsed the box, the
6:56
rectangle, you can see it right there, OK, What does this mean?
7:00
This is so important for I think what can happen on the short
7:04
term in the silver market. This is showing that number one,
7:08
before we go there, people are losing faith in the paper
7:12
market. There's not as much activity,
7:15
liquidity going on in the paper market because the physical
7:20
market is taking over because China and India, right, both of
7:25
which have 1.4 billion people are taking over the the physical
7:31
price, the price setting of. But when we look at the paper,
7:35
these are the two markets. I know it looks like a rainbow
7:37
explosion, but guys, follow with me here because this is powerful
7:42
about what's happening, he says. I'll explain.
7:46
Silver liquidity is probably as low as it's going to get.
7:51
Speculative positions are at a minimum.
7:55
Open interest remains below 100,000.
8:00
That means any small increase in speculative bullishness will
8:06
move the price a lot higher, whereas any decrease hasn't
8:12
seemed to move it at all. So when the when the open
8:16
interest, when this, when the trading volumes get so low.
8:20
There's an old saying in the world of of stock trading, any
8:23
commodity trading price follows volume.
8:27
So when the volume does pick up, right, it could make a huge,
8:31
huge impact on the price. But he goes on to say, whereas
8:36
any decrease hasn't seemed to move it at all.
8:41
OK, the price this is also key is $20 higher 25% than at the
8:48
low than at the Lowe's and open interest is much lower than it
8:53
was at the Lowe's. So two big things here.
8:56
Number one, right. He's saying that this this
8:58
collapse that we had in open interest, which in theory should
9:03
have decreased the price of silver, that didn't happen.
9:07
The price actually went up. And the bonus on top of that is
9:12
that if volume does pick up, and it probably will, that could be
9:17
a massive catalyst for a quick, quick move higher.
9:21
He goes on to say in red, a big move in price on a tiny move in
9:27
higher on a tiny move higher in speculative positioning is
9:33
exactly what we've seen in the rectangle.
9:37
All right. We're going to look at that in a
9:38
minute because we've got more up to date data on volume.
9:41
We're going to look at it's about $10 on about 2100
9:46
contracts and open interest. That means if and or when
9:52
there's a sudden awakening in speculative fervor for silver
9:56
and open interest jumps, say a reasonable, reasonable number
10:01
like 115,000, the price should increase wildly like 20 or even
10:08
$30.00 in a day or two. This is completely realistic and
10:15
it's why he bought calls apparently.
10:17
And and it you can subscribe to him on this sub stack and he I
10:20
guess he shares what his trades are, why he bought calls, why he
10:24
bought, why he made a bet that the silver price is going to go
10:27
much, much higher. So guys, there you have it.
10:31
I mean, I love that because everybody talks about the
10:34
charts, but Rafi really digs in and I think shows us something
10:38
that is incredibly optimistic about.
10:40
What's that? Yeah, sure.
10:41
The volume in the futures markets and yeah, it's all
10:44
paper, whatever, right? But if that volume just picks up
10:49
a little bit, right, it can have a massive immediate impact on
10:54
the silver price. And like he said, right, and
10:58
like we've talked about many times, right, the sentiment in
11:01
the precious metal sector over the last 6 to 8 weeks has been
11:06
completely in the dumps. And that's OK, because Despite
11:10
that, despite the sentiment being so horrible, OK, despite
11:15
the volume, the trading volume in silver being so horrible,
11:20
silver held the line in silver actually went up in price.
11:26
It hit a low of what, $61.00? Where did we just look at?
11:30
We're at $80. I'm telling you, if now and
11:35
it's, it's happening, I'm, I'm, it's from a technical analysis
11:39
from the, from the volume. And people are gonna, I think, I
11:42
think potentially, please don't make any financial decisions
11:46
based on what I'm saying. But it feels like we're on the
11:49
cusp of a wave of a new of a new massive amount of people getting
11:55
back into silver. Everybody heard about silver
11:59
back in January, right? It was kind of like a little
12:02
mania that occurred that was nothing that I think was just a
12:07
a taste of what's to come. So it's going to be very, very
12:10
interesting if you right, if you have a good long term view on
12:14
silver and want to get your hands on some silver, check out
12:17
channel sponsor First Mint. They are a silver specialist
12:22
mint. They're the only one around that
12:25
I know of, right? They're actually owned by First
12:28
Majestic Silver. So they get their silver
12:31
directly from the silver mine, from the mine to the to the
12:35
meant and then directly to you. It never gets touched by the
12:40
COMEX. It never gets touched by the
12:41
LBMA. If you want to be part of the
12:44
silver movement, right? Like we believe in the long term
12:47
value, the long term wealth that can be great at created by
12:50
silver if you believe in that. And if you want to take silver,
12:54
literally take silver off the market that's coming straight
12:58
out of the ground first meant that's the way you can do it.
13:02
But on top of that, they've got like great prices, great
13:04
selection, great service, great website that I'm going to show
13:07
you right now. And then I'll show you the five
13:10
ounce bar that I have from first Mint, which is absolutely
13:14
incredible. They've got a special on their
13:17
Liberty bars right now. You can go out here to 1st
13:19
mint.com. They got the Las Vegas round.
13:22
It's awesome. The year of the horse, the their
13:25
Buffalo round, the year of the dragon.
13:27
And if you want to see everything they have just go
13:30
right up here. Click on store and you can check
13:33
out bars rounds. They even have a place where you
13:36
can personalize silver, including the five ounce silver
13:41
bar, which I got to tell you is one of upstairs Susie, our
13:45
lovely host who's out running around picking our daughters up
13:48
right now. But this 5 oz bar and I love it
13:52
also. It just is perfect.
13:55
I mean check that out. Who doesn't love holding silver?
13:58
That's the five ounce bar from first mint.
14:01
Look at their logo on there. Everything about first Mint is
14:04
awesome. The the most important thing
14:07
that I love about it is the feedback that you guys the
14:09
basement dweller community like we love stacking silver.
14:13
We love taking silver off the market, but we love getting a
14:16
good price, great selection, great customer service, right?
14:20
It's a premium retail experience and the positive feedback you
14:23
guys give me about your experience with First Meant
14:27
means everything. Thank you.
14:28
First Meant for sponsoring Ron's basement.
14:30
Oh, I almost forgot. Remember we talked about
14:33
decreasing volume. But if the volume does pick up
14:37
at the Comex, well, guess what? Like Raffy said, it did pick up
14:41
a little bit yesterday. Let's go check on our friend the
14:44
dude, right? We love him.
14:47
He puts out the silver data on a daily basis yesterday.
14:52
I'm sorry. Yeah, that was that this is
14:53
actually Thursday, Thursday when silver went up it that there's
14:58
the, there's the higher volume, 372 million paper contracts.
15:03
OK, talks about deliveries. He says do you think we could
15:09
see $100 silver by the end of the month?
15:12
It's about to get exciting. We agree dude.
15:15
We love you my man. Us basement dwellers, we are
15:18
with you. We believe in the long term.
15:20
That's why I started this channel 3 years ago.
15:23
I believe in the long term value of silver.
15:26
He says. I'm waiting for the miners to
15:28
really get going. So we saw two things here.
15:31
We saw an increase right in the paper trading, which created an
15:36
increase in the price, but also, lest we not forget, 372 million
15:45
ounces of paper in one day. That's the equivalent of almost
15:50
half of what the entire world silver mining industry produces
15:56
in one year. In one day they trade, they
15:59
trade paper make believe Fantasy island deplane deplane, right
16:04
like that too from fantasy Island silver.
16:07
That's what we call it basement dwellers comex fantasy island
16:11
silver In one day they trade half as much as the entire world
16:17
mining of industry can produce in one year.
16:21
OK. And the miners are working seven
16:23
days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days.
16:27
Those people on the COMEX, they work like 6 hours like four days
16:31
a week on average. They get every holiday known to
16:33
man off and then they get then they get time off when the when
16:39
the COMEX has to shut down because their servers overheat.
16:44
I mean, what the heck, right? Oh, by the way, warning, don't
16:48
be surprised if we see some strange thing happen at the at
16:53
the paper exchange in the coming months if and when these prices
16:57
accelerate out of control like we're talking about now.
17:02
Let's say we get moving. Are you ready for the silver
17:05
price and gold price to really get moving again?
17:09
Again, I don't have a crystal ball, but I think we're on the
17:12
cusp of something very, very major.
17:15
We are reliving the 1970s. OK, That's a fact, guys.
17:21
But there's a big, big, big reason why that's important.
17:25
And let's look at that right now, because in the 1970s, OK,
17:33
silver crashed by 45%. Does that sound familiar?
17:38
Did that happen just back at the end of January, early February?
17:43
It happened in the 1970s. Also.
17:45
Remember the 1970s when silver went from like, I don't know,
17:49
under $2.00 to over $50 during that period?
17:53
Well, during that period the silver price crashed by 45% and
17:59
you know all those people out there that don't believe in
18:01
silver, who we like to call the sheeple, they were like, oh,
18:07
silver's done. People sold, right?
18:08
We can sold just like happened over the last three or four
18:13
months. Smart hands held.
18:16
But what happened in the 70s, silver then ran at that point
18:20
from $6 all the way to $50, which is like 8X8X, not 8
18:29
percent, 8X800 percent, $6 to $50.00 in 14% in, in 14 months
18:38
and eight or 700% move. No, I think that's like 800%.
18:44
I, I, I, unless my math is off and there's a picture of your
18:48
silver stack that you have in your basement.
18:52
But now look, you know about silver, I know about silver, we
18:59
know like again, that's why I started this channel.
19:02
I believe in silver, I believe in gold, I believe undoubtedly
19:07
in the in the future value that's going to be created in
19:10
the metals and the mining stocks.
19:12
When the rest of those people, the sheeple start to join us,
19:16
okay, it's going to get crazy. What's going to get those
19:19
sheeple to join us? Mainstream media, We're going to
19:22
talk about that here in one second, but you guys keep that.
19:25
Why? Why I started the channel?
19:27
I'll tell you why I started the channel for two reasons, guys.
19:30
I was 52 years old. I was going to get ready to, I
19:34
guess permanently retire, but I knew I had something else in me
19:37
and I knew that I believed in the future of gold and silver.
19:41
And I love creating. I love connecting with people
19:45
and what an incredible period of time that we live in right now
19:49
that we are all together, all of us right basement dwellers.
19:53
We love silver and gold. We believe like 100%.
19:57
I believe the silver price can get the 606,600 thousand.
20:02
What? Whatever and to be able to share
20:04
that, to be able to do it on this platform with you with this
20:07
modern technology is really, really a gift.
20:10
So people keep asking me like why you know, and I and I and I
20:14
was, I was at a point in my life.
20:15
I'm sure you've been there where I was like, what am I going to
20:18
do? Right?
20:19
What, what, what you know, I kind of felt like a I'm not a
20:22
loser, but I was very confused. Even though later in life, I
20:26
guess you're supposed to have to figure it out.
20:27
It took me till I was 52. And I just want to say thank you
20:31
to all of you out there who helped build this channel.
20:35
But we like to have fun, OK? We like to not make things real
20:39
complicated. And I like to make it so that
20:42
everyone feels welcome and that we can welcome new people.
20:45
And if we can do that by education, if we can do that
20:49
with some humor and with our gold bear, right?
20:53
And our oh, there are silver, right?
20:55
We had our silver bear who was blind old to 85.
20:59
What a great thing. It's a big honor.
21:01
So I just wanted to share that with you.
21:02
But when now here's the thing. There's going to be we've got
21:05
thousands of people, almost 500 on this live stream right now.
21:09
But by the time this gets watched, there will be 10s of
21:12
thousands of people. But there's going to be more
21:15
people joining us in the basement.
21:17
There's going to be more people joining us in the gold and
21:20
silver sector. And we are so small still right
21:24
now, right? Then again, it's kind of like
21:27
what Rafi said about the trading volume at the Comex with silver,
21:31
just the smallest increase in people joining us.
21:34
Those will be new people in that will be new money coming into
21:40
precious metals. Those will be converted cheap,
21:43
right? They come join us.
21:44
It will make a major impact. But what's going to make that
21:48
happen is when there's more mainstream knowledge, mainstream
21:53
attention on silver and it's starting to happen and gold as
21:57
well, because we got this. One of you, one of you guys
22:00
shared this with me and said MarketWatch, who never has
22:03
anything to say about gold or silver and usually not very
22:07
positive, put out a special bulletin yesterday, right with
22:12
the headline. Gold has climbed back above a a
22:16
key trend line or more gains on the way.
22:21
And yes, they are. But then we get this from
22:24
mainstream media, the biggest. We got to share it two days in a
22:29
row because this is getting famous on the Internet.
22:32
Jim Cramer on CNBC said he's not bullish on gold right now.
22:38
And the gold and silver community jumped all over this
22:41
with joy because everybody knows they call it the inverse Kramer
22:46
indicator. The the Kramer is usually wrong.
22:50
So that we got #1 attention to gold from CNBC mainstream media,
22:56
attention on gold from MarketWatch mainstream media in
23:00
the fact that Jim Cramer is saying that he's bearish on gold
23:05
is a good, good, good thing. OK, It's OK, right?
23:09
We don't, we don't, we aren't. We don't have to be friends with
23:12
everybody. All right, guys.
23:13
The number one thing that we're going to talk about, the number
23:20
one thing that's going to get us to silver prices of 102 hundred,
23:26
$300 per oz silver, gold 7008 thousand, who knows, maybe even
23:32
much higher. We talked the other day about a
23:35
$25,000 gold prediction is inflation is money printing and
23:41
this data is absolutely stunning.
23:44
It's happening now, it's happened.
23:46
It's going to continue to happen.
23:48
Let's take a look at what this is.
23:50
This is take your blood pressure medicine because you can thank
23:53
the Fed and you can thank Washington DC for this.
23:58
Ronnie Stoeferly gave the man said this.
24:02
Since 1900, the United States M2 money supply, the M2 money
24:08
supply is the measure of all the paper money out there, all the
24:13
liquid money out there. It's a little broader than the
24:16
M1 money supply, but it basically measures all the money
24:19
in bank accounts, money market accounts, all that stuff.
24:22
OK. It grew from 1900 from 9
24:29
billion, OK, 9 billion all the way to 23 trillion, OK On a per
24:38
capita basis, that means on a per United States basis, per
24:43
United States citizen basis, I apologize.
24:46
This represents an increase of more than 540 times from 100.
24:56
And I think he, I think he actually misspoke here.
24:58
From A109118 whatever per citizen, $109 per citizen to
25:06
over 63,000. Now why is this important?
25:11
Because this represents inflation.
25:20
I'll abbreviate it. OK.
25:22
In 1900, there were 109 U.S. dollars.
25:25
We were on the gold standard. Things were good in this
25:28
country, OK? As you can see, over all those
25:32
years, it kind of barely went up, kind of barely went up.
25:36
This is right about when they took the United States off the
25:41
gold standard. And do you see what happened
25:45
from there? OK, the amount of money, paper
25:48
money. That's just paper.
25:50
This is all. Hold on, let me get a different
25:52
color. What do you say?
25:55
I'll pick a color. OK.
25:56
I know you picked green. This this increase, right, Is
26:02
all paper money made out of nothing, made out of nowhere,
26:07
just created straight out of thin air that created massive
26:12
inflation, OK? Inflation and devaluation of the
26:19
US dollar are the exact same thing.
26:21
What happened? Let's go back.
26:23
What happened also during this period when that when that
26:27
occurred, OK, the dollar lost 99% of its value versus gold
26:34
98%. I've heard some people say
26:36
99.3%. No, you get the point.
26:39
OK, this right here in 1971 is when President Richard Nixon
26:46
went on TV on a Sunday night and said, my fellow Americans, I'm
26:50
full of crap. And guess what?
26:54
We can't we, we, we, we need to print more money.
26:57
So as a result, we're going to temporarily, temporarily take
27:02
the United States of America off the gold standard.
27:05
What he was really saying is you normal average, Are you normal
27:09
average Americans in this really affected everybody all
27:13
throughout the world. We just screwed you over, OK,
27:16
because the gold standard. And I got a little clip we're
27:19
going to watch here next. That that, that that explains it
27:23
in no uncertain terms. The gold standard was good for
27:27
the average people, right? The dollar, which was backed by
27:32
gold held its value. The dollar, which have been
27:35
backed by silver as well. Don't forget, guys.
27:39
OK, this right here. See if we can get the camera to
27:44
focus on it. That's what it used to be.
27:47
Let me move my finger out of the way.
27:50
There we go. Look at the very top of that.
27:52
Can you see that? The very top?
27:54
Look, it says silver certificate and on the bottom, can you read
28:00
that? It says that you can basically
28:04
trade this in for silver. Up to that point, right, America
28:10
was the greatest country on earth.
28:11
Imagine that they could actually save money, save dollars, right?
28:16
And they would be they they would be able to maintain their
28:19
buying power over time. Since 1971, that's not been the
28:23
case, right? The value of of the dollar has
28:27
absolutely tanked. It's only I don't want to be a
28:30
doom and gloomer, but it's only going to get worse.
28:34
OK, but think about this. This is powerful from 1971
28:40
through today. That's what, let's say 55 years,
28:45
excuse me. OK, Since we've been off the
28:48
gold standard, the dollars lost 99% of its value against gold.
28:54
OK, That actually happened in the early phases of money
28:59
printing. That also happened during a
29:01
period of time where the United States was the world superpower.
29:05
We were able to do the Petro dollar.
29:08
We were able to exert our will all over the world.
29:12
Think about that, OK? That's what happened during
29:15
those 50 years. That happened during a period
29:19
where we were racking up $40 trillion in debt.
29:24
We didn't have that much debt in 1971.
29:27
So over that 50 year period where we enjoyed this, this
29:30
privilege of being the world reserve currency, of being the
29:34
world's hegemony, that's a fancy way to say the world superpower,
29:38
OK, the value of the dollar collapsed.
29:42
OK. Now think about the next 50
29:44
years. Think about how different the
29:46
world is now. Now you've got China, you've got
29:49
India, you've got Russia, you've got 40 trillion.
29:53
We're starting the next 50 years with $40 trillion in debt.
29:58
I don't want to be doom and gloom, the town crier, but it's
30:02
not looking real good. It's just not.
30:04
Let's listen. Peter Schiff has one minute of
30:08
of of of of his perspective on what we just talked about.
30:14
Let's listen to Peter here. Well.
30:22
You know, before we had a Fed and we had sound money, the cost
30:26
of living went down every year prices went down.
30:28
They were lower in than than they were, you know, earlier.
30:32
And so that benefits, you know, the common guy in gal, you know,
30:36
their standard of living goes up if food gets cheaper, if their
30:40
gas gets cheaper, if their healthcare gets cheaper, if
30:42
traveling gets cheaper, if clothing gets cheaper, if all
30:45
the things they need and all the things they want become less
30:48
expensive. Every year they win, they're
30:50
better off. But ever since we've had a
30:52
central bank, and particularly since we went off the gold
30:55
standard in 1971, the cost of living goes up every year.
30:58
And in fact, the Fed's goal is for the cost of living to go up.
31:01
And they say that the goal is a 2% rise every year.
31:05
Now, they rarely achieve that. It's generally higher, but their
31:08
goal is at least 2%. So that that's cheating the
31:11
little guy automatically. And, you know, if the Federal
31:14
Reserve didn't create so much inflation, prices might go down
31:17
2% a year. So if they go up 2%, that's 4%
31:21
that you're worse off. And that's every year.
31:23
So it compounds. Also, they keep interest rates
31:26
artificially low. That hurts somebody who wants to
31:29
save money. A lot of smaller, you know,
31:31
people, they, they don't, they're not buying stocks or
31:33
stuff. They just want to put some money
31:35
away and earn a little interest. And they can't do that when the
31:38
Fed keeps rates artificially low.
31:40
Well, you know, before. OK, so who's benefited?
31:44
Think about it, it's not funny, it's sad, but who's benefited
31:51
since 1971? The top 1%, the top 2%, the top
31:55
5%, whatever. Who got a screw job, right?
31:58
99% of the other people out there, people who just put money
32:03
into A, into A, into a bank, into C DS or whatever.
32:07
OK. And like he said, think about
32:09
it. Take a step back.
32:11
The feds state they have a goal, a stated goal to destroy the US
32:17
dollar under the best of circumstances, right?
32:21
At minimum they want the dollar to go down in value by 2% per
32:26
year. How?
32:27
By inflation right guys as we move forward we the number one
32:32
driver and it's going to be fun it's going to be exciting over
32:36
the next 10 years will be inflation all this other and
32:40
we'll talk about it we'll dive into it it's all everything else
32:43
will be short term noise. Inflation will derived the price
32:47
of gold and silver. People will talk about interest
32:50
rates and what the Fed does. Does the Fed?
32:53
the Fed has been neutered, all right?
32:55
We declared that about 18 months ago.
32:58
That's why even yesterday Goldman Sachs talked about how
33:04
the jobs numbers talk about fantasy Island, right?
33:09
That that's become nothing more than a sideshow, right?
33:14
The only thing that's going to drive it is inflation.
33:18
And why do you and you may not agree with me?
33:20
Oh, Ron, we got to watch the Fed and what they do with inflation
33:23
or with interest rates. No, no, no.
33:26
The interest rates, right? At most, think about this.
33:30
Interest rates at most, at most could get dropped by 2% or in
33:35
the coming could go down by 2%. And if they do great, right, If
33:39
the fake and lower rates by like Trump says he wants by 2%,
33:42
that's great, OK. And what that would do if
33:45
interest rates go down and inflation's here is create this
33:49
gap. This gap is called real interest
33:53
rates. That would create negative real
33:55
interest rates. OK, If interest rates went down
33:58
1% in inflation stayed at 3.5%, which it won't, right?
34:04
That would mean that real interest rates would be
34:07
negative, like 2.5%. The reason why the only thing
34:12
that matters and why we should be so excited about inflation is
34:16
this. Even if the Fed doesn't lower
34:19
rates, which they probably won't be able to do significantly, and
34:23
rates stay here. Oh, that's bad for gold and
34:26
silver? No, wrong, because inflation can
34:29
go higher. And when inflation goes higher,
34:32
let me get down here lower. When inflation goes higher, it
34:35
creates that same exact gap that everybody's cheering for, and
34:40
once with lower interest rates. But the bonus kicker is that
34:45
while interest rates can only go down by 1 or 2%, inflation can
34:50
go zoom, zoom, zoom, zoom, zoom as high.
34:55
Who knows? Literally they could go to
34:58
Infinity. That's called hyperinflation.
35:00
Like we looked at yesterday Weimar Germany when the price of
35:03
silver went from 80 marks to, I don't know, 16,000,000 in the
35:09
matter of like 2 years. So the only thing we got to
35:12
worry about is inflation. Everything else is just noise.
35:18
All the sheeple out there, yeah, they'll be paying attention.
35:22
All the Fed, blah, blah, blah. I mean, we used to follow the
35:26
Fed very closely. I mean, look, we even have this,
35:29
Remember, we weren't supposed to open this, right with old Jerome
35:33
inside. It used to be a big deal, right?
35:36
Because we'd say, oh, we've got a recession and we have
35:40
inflation. But this, the I that stands for
35:43
inflation is the most important thing right now.
35:46
Coincidentally, my friends, we also still have a slow economy.
35:50
And when you have a recession and inflation at the same time,
35:54
that's why we made this right. the Fed is in a box, right?
35:58
the Fed is in big, big trouble because that creates
36:02
stagflation. We're going to have, we're going
36:06
to have stag hyperflation, stagflation squared.
36:12
I don't know, whatever we want to call it, that's what's
36:15
coming. Thank you to 1st Mining Gold for
36:17
sponsoring Ron's basement. Hey, they got gold in the ground
36:20
in Canada. They have two huge development
36:24
stage projects. OK.
36:25
That means they've determined the gold is in the ground and
36:28
there's a lot of it, millions of Oz at 2 separate projects,
36:33
Spring Pole in Ontario and Du Parquet in Quebec, both multi
36:38
million ounce deposits in Canada, right?
36:42
Those are very rare to have massive gold deposits in such a
36:46
great, great jurisdiction. You can learn more about them at
36:50
firstmininggold.com. OK, we can look at the charts.
36:54
We can look at the charts for gold and silver.
36:57
And look, we don't talk short term very often down here in the
37:00
basement, but things are looking like breakout zone could be
37:05
around the corner right now for the gold and silver price.
37:10
We can look at the fundamentals behind the metals.
37:14
Somebody sent me something yesterday.
37:16
All right, let's just touch on this is crazy about silver right
37:20
in one one, one small but potential massive growing
37:25
segment for silver solid-state batteries.
37:29
It's happening, right? They're not going to advertise
37:32
China is a head of the United States.
37:34
There's a company in China don't tell anybody that's already now
37:38
producing solid-state batteries. Those are the batteries that go
37:42
into EVs. The electric vehicle industry,
37:45
right the way it is, is exploding higher.
37:48
These new this new battery technology where the batteries
37:51
are lighter, they charge in like instead of like 3 days or three
37:56
hours, they charge in like 15 minutes and these batteries
38:01
allow you to get like twice as much mileage out of each charge.
38:05
They also use up to people are saying right in the data shows,
38:11
let's just say significantly more silver and some people are
38:14
even saying one full kilogram of silver.
38:18
Do you know how many ounces of silver and a kilogram?
38:21
I know it's more than 30 oz each.
38:24
So the fundamentals, sorry, I had to touch on that for silver
38:29
are also absolutely incredible right now.
38:33
But what about gold? Are there any good fundamentals
38:35
for gold? Well, let's see, you've got the
38:39
world central banks buying gold like no other time in history.
38:43
You've got gold production coming out of the mines at a
38:46
basically a stagnant level, but even more interesting with gold.
38:51
And this is also true with silver is the fact that there
38:55
have been no major new, very few, very few new discoveries of
39:01
the metals in the last 10 years. That's the future pipeline.
39:06
That's the few, that's the pipeline that provides the
39:09
future supply of silver and of gold.
39:14
Think about it, OK? Because it's very important.
39:17
But let me tell you, if you're new, those of you who've been
39:20
around a while know this. You just don't go out with a
39:25
shovel or a drill and discover gold or silver in the ground and
39:30
turn it into a mine. Six months or a year later.
39:33
Between the time that that and there are no discoveries being
39:37
made or very few, but the ones that are being made, once gold
39:41
or silver is discovered, it takes it minimum 10 years from
39:46
the time it's discovered to the time that it's actually being
39:50
produced from a mine. You got to get permits, you got
39:53
to do all kinds of crazy work. Anyway, I won't go into the
39:56
details, but that pipeline of future supply for both of the
40:01
metals is massively, massively constrained.
40:05
Guys. It's it's insane what's going
40:07
on. And then the macro.
40:09
It's time for the macro minute, right?
40:11
The macro minute on a macro level, when we look at what's
40:15
going on in the world geopolitically, right?
40:18
When countries don't agree with each other, right, when there's
40:21
war, which there is all over the world, countries don't trust
40:26
each other. And when they don't trust each
40:28
other, guess what? They don't trust their promises
40:32
to each other in those promises are typically represented by
40:38
money, by things like dollars in yen in Chinese, yuan in Russian
40:43
rubles, right? Whatever.
40:45
All these paper currencies. What people then trust are
40:49
things that are real, that they can hold, right?
40:53
Where there's no counter party risk, right?
40:57
There's nobody you have to rely on for the value and there's
41:00
nothing that fits that bill like gold and silver.
41:04
But wait, there's more. Because on the macro level,
41:08
we've also got the background that not just the United States
41:12
of America, but the entire world has never been right in a
41:18
financial conundrum. Like, it isn't like it is in
41:22
right now where there's so many promises like what, $330
41:26
trillion in debt in the entire world, right?
41:30
The people think they're going to get paid on between each
41:33
other. Look, I don't want to be the
41:35
town crier and I don't know about you, but I sure feel
41:39
really, really good about the fact that and look, don't make
41:43
any financial decisions based on what I say.
41:45
Listen to me, listen to others, do your own research.
41:49
Please always be responsible, but I feel really good about
41:53
precious metals and the precious metals mining stocks.
41:56
Now, if you have some metals or something else valuable that you
42:00
want to store in a very safe, fun way like that's been proven
42:05
to work for thousands of years, check out Dirty Man Safe.
42:10
These are safes that you bury in the ground in a location that
42:15
you choose and you don't tell anybody about.
42:17
Not me. I don't want to know where you
42:19
put it right, but tell somebody, tell your heirs or whoever.
42:23
These things are awesome. There is a discount code Ron 10.
42:26
Don't forget that you get a discount and maybe a few free
42:30
goodies included as well. But the bottom screws off and
42:35
these things are super cool, super high quality.
42:38
When they said they wanted to send me one, I was like, that's
42:40
a piece of pipe, whatever. No, when you get one of these,
42:43
they're really, really well made and cool.
42:46
Made with pride by a great family.
42:49
I really love working. They're wonderful, wonderful
42:51
people. I will only take sponsorships
42:53
from companies or products that I know and believe, but you put
42:57
whatever you want in there. I happen to have a plastic
43:00
Unicorn in this one. You seal it up, comes with a
43:04
tube that you bury in the ground.
43:06
You can check it out on their website.
43:07
A cap it's got really everything about it so cool this and then
43:12
you put this on top and whenever you want to get to it don't
43:15
forget Ron 10 and you'll get a discount.
43:18
You dig it up and you got your product.
43:20
So that's what the pirates did. Maybe you have a safety deposit
43:25
box. Maybe you have AI don't know a
43:27
big safe in your house that's great.
43:30
But but burying things in the ground has been proven for
43:33
thousands of years to work very very well.
43:36
Hey super appreciate you joining us down here in the basement on
43:39
behalf of upstairs Susie and myself, we appreciate you OK.
43:44
We wish you the best of days and we will look forward to seeing
43:48
you and we see you. We'll see you next time down
43:51
here in the basement in the future.
43:53
Looks bright for us and for the precious metals.
43:57
Take care, have a great day.
