Latest / Two Ts In A Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge / Popping Off: VPR Reunion Pt. 2 & The Valley Ep 10
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, guys, this is Teddy Mellencamp and I'm joined by
- 0:04Speaker 1: my friend Emily Simpson for our new spinoff show Popping Off,
- 0:09Speaker 1: where we are digging deep on this season of Banner
- 0:12Speaker 1: Pump Rules. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Popping
- 0:16Speaker 1: Off with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
- 0:18Speaker 2: And and Emily Simpson. I don't understand what that voice
- 0:22Speaker 2: was all about. I didn't know that you changed your
- 0:24Speaker 2: voice when we were in person.
- 0:25Speaker 1: That's why I curled my hair and I bet my
- 0:27Speaker 1: lips so would be bleeding, like I felt like just
- 0:29Speaker 1: giving all the things. Okay, well we're here, we're in person,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and there's a lot to discuss. The first headline is
- 0:36Speaker 1: something about her is open. I think today is actually
- 0:41Speaker 1: the first day it's fully open. But we went online
- 0:44Speaker 1: because we wanted to postmate some It's not on Google
- 0:48Speaker 1: or Yelp or anything, so there's no phone number, so
- 0:53Speaker 1: we couldn't even do a taste test if we wanted,
- 0:55Speaker 1: unless we were to go show up at the place.
- 0:58Speaker 2: So I guess the only way you can of sandwiches
- 1:00Speaker 2: if you go in person right now?
- 1:01Speaker 1: Yeah, which I'm sure a shit ton of people are.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It's just not gonna be us.
- 1:05Speaker 2: That's not us, it's today.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:07Speaker 2: So but if someone's there and they would like to
- 1:09Speaker 2: bring us.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Some, yeah, we're at iHeartRadio right now if you want
- 1:12Speaker 1: to zip on over to be a bank from West.
- 1:15Speaker 2: I like I like Turkey, I like Triggy.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I'm allergic to blue cheese. I don't know you know
- 1:20Speaker 1: all the different ones, but they're all named after like
- 1:26Speaker 1: high what would you say, like women, and like I
- 1:30Speaker 1: think one's the Meg, Like for Meg Ryan, one is.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Meg Ryan, Like I haven't even thought about her in
- 1:37Speaker 2: like twenty years.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Well I've thought about her in twenty years because she
- 1:39Speaker 1: was with my dad for like ten years, so she's
- 1:44Speaker 1: her step No, they're not together anymore. But like my
- 1:48Speaker 1: point is there's a bunch of I think another's Nicole
- 1:51Speaker 1: for Nicole Kidman, I think there's something along those lines.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Either way. Andy went to the pre opening, which I
- 2:00Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know that I've ever seen a
- 2:02Speaker 1: photo of him. You can google it. Nothing comes up
- 2:05Speaker 1: at him at like Schworts and Sandy's or Tom Tom
- 2:08Speaker 1: or any of these other places.
- 2:09Speaker 2: What about for Lisa does you sew up for for Well?
- 2:12Speaker 1: I heard him say on watch What Happens live. If
- 2:14Speaker 1: he flew her.
- 2:15Speaker 2: If she on a jet, a jet, he would show up.
- 2:18Speaker 1: He would show up to the Wolf, right, I mean,
- 2:20Speaker 1: if we got float on a jet, we chove to
- 2:22Speaker 1: the Wolf.
- 2:22Speaker 2: If Lisa wants to send us a jet, I'll go.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I have a feeling of all the people Lisa's going
- 2:26Speaker 1: to send on a jet. No, I don't think you're
- 2:29Speaker 1: on the list. Or she'd be like, you're going up
- 2:30Speaker 1: and never coming down.
- 2:32Speaker 2: She might you might land in like Sri Lanka. We're
- 2:34Speaker 2: gonna have a little.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Bomba that's gonna be us. But not only that, Stassy
- 2:39Speaker 1: also showed up, which squashed any of the rumors that
- 2:42Speaker 1: Katie and Stassy are on the outs. Katie was there,
- 2:48Speaker 1: I mean, everybody was there except Lisavanner Pump Well, yeah,
- 2:51Speaker 1: she was noticeably absent.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Noticeably absent from the Something about her opening? Do you
- 2:56Speaker 2: think it's about Penny. I think there's definitely some tension there.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I think think my take is that she recommended Penny,
- 3:03Speaker 2: and she backed Penny and said Penny can help you
- 3:06Speaker 2: and consult and do all these things. And then I
- 3:08Speaker 2: think there was definitely some animosity between the three of
- 3:10Speaker 2: them and I think Lisa probably, But.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Why would Lisa care that much unless bringing Penny in
- 3:16Speaker 1: would give her some skin in the.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Game, Because maybe Penny got so irritated that it looked
- 3:22Speaker 2: bad on Lisa for like recommending that the three of
- 3:24Speaker 2: them work together.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't think people really get irritated
- 3:29Speaker 1: about shit unless financials are involved.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Well, I think maybe that is, like, maybe there's some
- 3:34Speaker 2: money issues and partnership issues.
- 3:38Speaker 1: La La Kent was also not there.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Well, that makes sense.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean her comments are currently limited right now,
- 3:47Speaker 1: which you know there's trouble when somebody's comment like that
- 3:51Speaker 1: you can only see ten comments and then they're limited
- 3:53Speaker 1: and oh wait, La LA's on that. Yeah, oh yeah,
- 3:56Speaker 1: so shit must be hitting the fan. Well, is it
- 3:58Speaker 1: because she's getting back last from the reunion. I think
- 4:01Speaker 1: she's getting a lot of accle because I feel like
- 4:03Speaker 1: the way that she talks and presents herself, she wouldn't
- 4:05Speaker 1: care that people were leaving negative comments. Well, something I
- 4:08Speaker 1: was thinking of, and I'm actually going to be talking
- 4:12Speaker 1: to her soon. But if I were to guess, I
- 4:16Speaker 1: feel like when trolls really come out for you, one
- 4:19Speaker 1: of the things that they really come for you on
- 4:21Speaker 1: is your parenting style? And she is in an ongoing
- 4:26Speaker 1: that we all know about custody case, which I think
- 4:29Speaker 1: is the part we're not fully getting as we're watching
- 4:31Speaker 1: this reunion. Like anything that people say about her or
- 4:34Speaker 1: if they're coming after her in that extent, I think
- 4:37Speaker 1: that would be the only reason she'd turn off comedy careacter.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I mean, people have called her home record, they've called
- 4:42Speaker 1: her everything else. Why else would she do it if
- 4:45Speaker 1: it wasn't something that's involving ocean? Yeah, or she makes
- 4:48Speaker 1: her pregnant, so like her mental health could be Yeah, that.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Could be it too. I mean, who Jax doesn't want
- 4:56Speaker 2: Vanderpump Rules stars on the Valley? This is from bye
- 4:59Speaker 2: Way Hello Rama. On Jackson Brittany's podcast When Reality Hits,
- 5:03Speaker 2: Brittany said she'd like to see Shena and Laala on
- 5:06Speaker 2: the Valley. Jax disagreed, saying, I personally don't think we
- 5:10Speaker 2: need to bring anyone from vander Pump Rules over. I'm
- 5:13Speaker 2: not trying to make this vander Pump Rules. This is
- 5:15Speaker 2: the Valley. This is not an extension of vander Pump Rules.
- 5:18Speaker 2: I'm very proud of our show, and I think it
- 5:20Speaker 2: isn't fair for our cast members after they work so
- 5:22Speaker 2: hard to just bring people over, well, no one else.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I think isn't fair that Jax was one of the
- 5:27Speaker 1: reasons why everybody stopped filming with Kristin. So you can't
- 5:31Speaker 1: say that and then also be the one playing we're
- 5:34Speaker 1: going to act Kristen because Kristin didn't come over from
- 5:38Speaker 1: vander Pump Rules just now. This was something they all
- 5:42Speaker 1: built together, they all got brought on together, and then
- 5:45Speaker 1: because she didn't carry out the story the way that
- 5:47Speaker 1: he wanted, now he doesn't want her a part of it.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Well, okay, so what's your take do you think? I see,
- 5:53Speaker 2: I think The Valley would be good with Sena and Brock. Yeah,
- 5:58Speaker 2: and even with law as a mother, because I feel
- 6:01Speaker 2: like the Valley is more it's just a more mature
- 6:05Speaker 2: version of Vanner Pump, like how long can you keep sure?
- 6:09Speaker 1: I think it's an interesting word choice.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Mature as in where they're at in their life as
- 6:15Speaker 2: far as relationships, meaning like they're homeowners and they have
- 6:17Speaker 2: children and they're married, like.
- 6:19Speaker 1: That reality of where their life is right now. That's
- 6:23Speaker 1: where on vander Pump Rules unless they're going to either
- 6:26Speaker 1: totally do a shakeup. We're going to have to get
- 6:29Speaker 1: to a new storyline. Like what everybody's doing for work
- 6:32Speaker 1: is interesting and as exciting as it is that Ariana
- 6:35Speaker 1: has all of these television shows. That's not the reality
- 6:38Speaker 1: of the rest of the cast on that show. So
- 6:42Speaker 1: it's like, that can't be a storyline, right, Like, because no,
- 6:46Speaker 1: I want to know, like, what are you actually doing
- 6:48Speaker 1: for work? What's happening? How are you building these relationships? Like,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and so I wouldn't mind some crossover, but what I
- 6:57Speaker 1: have noticed, and you have to correct me if I'm wrong,
- 6:59Speaker 1: sometimes you bring on seasoned reality television people onto a
- 7:04Speaker 1: show with a bunch of newbies, they will then overpower
- 7:07Speaker 1: the show. Yeah, I would agree with that one hundred percent,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and then it doesn't feel as authentic.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Right Yeah, I mean I could see that happening. I mean,
- 7:15Speaker 2: she and Laala been on TV a long time. So
- 7:17Speaker 2: and I think maybe what makes the Valley good and
- 7:19Speaker 2: refreshing and white people are so interested in it is
- 7:22Speaker 2: because it has new people that aren't reality stars, so
- 7:25Speaker 2: they are they don't know the game. They're not trying to.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I mean, even though Janet I feel like she knows
- 7:31Speaker 2: the game, but she's not supposed to know the game. Yeah,
- 7:35Speaker 2: so I think that's why it works, but I don't know.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I mean, but.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Also you see them all starting to pick up on it.
- 7:41Speaker 1: But because everybody doesn't know the game, I feel like
- 7:44Speaker 1: Jax lets his guard down about certain things and says
- 7:47Speaker 1: stuff like we saw it on this episode where he's
- 7:50Speaker 1: like on the boat and he's like, well, your marriage
- 7:52Speaker 1: is on the rocks as well, or says something like that, right,
- 7:55Speaker 1: And then you see Janet's husband like code red but
- 7:59Speaker 1: I say that, and you see Jack's like try to
- 8:01Speaker 1: reel it back in.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Yeah, well, we're just having problems right now.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Everybody has problems right now, Like he had forgotten because
- 8:06Speaker 1: these are his boys that they're actually on a reality
- 8:09Speaker 1: television show and this could really hurt his marriage and
- 8:13Speaker 1: something else. That. And I'm not saying this is a
- 8:16Speaker 1: bad thing or a good thing, but we heard a
- 8:19Speaker 1: lot on the vander Pumperoles reunion about people living in
- 8:22Speaker 1: the comments. I don't necessarily think Kristen and Jack's live
- 8:27Speaker 1: in their comments. They may live with their head in
- 8:29Speaker 1: the sand.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I would say that Jackson definitely does not live in
- 8:33Speaker 2: the comments because he's never altered his behavior ever, and
- 8:37Speaker 2: when he.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Does, it's completely obvious that he's trying to and it
- 8:40Speaker 1: doesn't last and it doesn't very true. This next one
- 8:45Speaker 1: is regarding Joe. She claims that Tom Schwartz blocked her
- 8:50Speaker 1: and says she can relate to Katie Maloney. Joe took
- 8:54Speaker 1: to Instagram live once again on Friday and read alleged
- 8:58Speaker 1: text messages from Swartz. Please don't make me or my
- 9:01Speaker 1: girlfriend anymore. Why would you waste another second of your
- 9:04Speaker 1: life chasing someone who doesn't want to be with you?
- 9:07Speaker 1: One alleged message from short set, according to Joe, who
- 9:09Speaker 1: was reading off of her cell phone. Why Schwartz said
- 9:12Speaker 1: he wasn't trying to gaslight Joe. He asked that she
- 9:15Speaker 1: let him go, adding respectfully blocking you, so whatever you
- 9:19Speaker 1: say will fall on deaf ears. Joe said she will
- 9:21Speaker 1: continue to talk about the reality star because he was
- 9:24Speaker 1: a massive part of her life and now she can
- 9:26Speaker 1: kind of relate to Schwartz's ex, Katie Maloney. I think
- 9:30Speaker 1: how can she relate to Katie? I think there's such
- 9:32Speaker 1: a difference in those two relationships. But well, first of all,
- 9:35Speaker 1: what do you think about Joe going on Instagram live
- 9:37Speaker 1: all the time.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Like, do you think it's it's like to me? Is
- 9:40Speaker 2: it like a need for attention?
- 9:42Speaker 1: I think the shift, which I think there's multiple things,
- 9:45Speaker 1: but I think one of the big shifts and where
- 9:47Speaker 1: it became a problem with Joe and Schwartz is once
- 9:51Speaker 1: Schwartz realized Joe wanted to be on the show. I
- 9:56Speaker 1: think he was saying we had magic. For a while,
- 9:58Speaker 1: it was say it was a miracle, like things were great,
- 10:02Speaker 1: and I love that she wasn't into it. But then
- 10:05Speaker 1: I think he realized she is into it, right, she
- 10:08Speaker 1: wants to be on the show. And I think, as
- 10:10Speaker 1: a man who has been on a relationship on a
- 10:13Speaker 1: television show for a very long time, feeling like someone
- 10:16Speaker 1: likes you for you was probably a good feeling. And
- 10:19Speaker 1: then having.
- 10:19Speaker 2: That shift, Yeah, because she definitely. I mean I've never
- 10:25Speaker 2: seen someone do so many Instagram lives like she does.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think she wants I mean she's
- 10:32Speaker 1: gone on Rachel's podcast. I think she'd probably come on
- 10:35Speaker 1: here if we wanted her. But after that awkward reunion, no,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I just don't even think I'm interested. I feel like
- 10:41Speaker 1: I'm good. I also wanted her to stop taking her
- 10:45Speaker 1: earring in and out. I understand that she made an
- 10:48Speaker 1: earring choice that hurts, and we all do. But like
- 10:50Speaker 1: you have to leave it, yeah, let it go or
- 10:52Speaker 1: just take them out. Suffering, just suffer.
- 10:55Speaker 2: I don't suffered through reunions where my dress was like
- 10:59Speaker 2: so tight and you just you just wait until the end.
- 11:02Speaker 2: You just you're going to pass out at any moment,
- 11:04Speaker 2: but you just deal.
- 11:06Speaker 1: To be honest, I'm suffering right now because it is
- 11:08Speaker 1: so hot in this road. It is very hot here.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I am suffering, like I have I was going to take.
- 11:14Speaker 2: I have a sports for naked, like, oh, I don't
- 11:17Speaker 2: have a sports braw Never.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Mind suffering, but I am grinning and bearing it. But
- 11:21Speaker 1: I've just declared our producer to turn down. All right.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Next one, Tom Schwartz worries Lola Kent could threaten the
- 11:31Speaker 1: authenticity of Vanner Pump Rules. All right, what is your
- 11:33Speaker 1: thought on this? Okay?
- 11:34Speaker 2: The Vanner Pump Rules finale incorporated a popular media phenomena,
- 11:38Speaker 2: breaking the fourth wall, essentially removing the barrier between actor
- 11:42Speaker 2: and viewer. Schwartz said to Kristen on her podcast, Balancing
- 11:46Speaker 2: act and talking about that and breaking the fourth wall,
- 11:48Speaker 2: I don't know. Lately, I've been feeling like it's jeopardizing
- 11:50Speaker 2: the authenticity of it because these are our real lives.
- 11:53Speaker 2: We're not acting, we're not making up storylines. The audience
- 11:56Speaker 2: is a where cameras boom, mics, hordes of people are
- 11:58Speaker 2: off camera working to de of he TV magic. The
- 12:01Speaker 2: question is, okay, do you want to be reminded of it?
- 12:03Speaker 2: Like do you do you like it when they break
- 12:05Speaker 2: the fourth wall? Yeah, sometimes I think it's necessary.
- 12:07Speaker 1: I don't like it when they refuse to break the
- 12:11Speaker 1: fourth wall, So then you can't understand what the actual
- 12:13Speaker 1: drama is. But what I am hoping is in the
- 12:17Speaker 1: next part of the reunion, we see Jeremiah, we see
- 12:23Speaker 1: that conversation that is, ultimately I think what caused all
- 12:27Speaker 1: this drama. At the reunion, we start to see it. Wait,
- 12:29Speaker 1: do you think they're going to show more than they showed? Yes,
- 12:31Speaker 1: because he says I'm gonna I'm going to release the
- 12:34Speaker 1: last seven minutes of the episode that nobody has seen yet.
- 12:38Speaker 1: So my guess is at some point Katie loses it
- 12:43Speaker 1: agrees with Lalla to. I could be completely wrong, but
- 12:47Speaker 1: this is in my gut.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Something happens, so do you think so far at this
- 12:51Speaker 2: point when they're filming the reunion, that they've seen the
- 12:54Speaker 2: finale episode where they do see them breaking the fourth wall?
- 12:57Speaker 1: Or do you think they left all of that outcome? Now?
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think've seen what we've seen.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Okay, so you think they've seen that much. I think
- 13:02Speaker 2: we're gonna So you think that at that point at
- 13:04Speaker 2: the reunion, Arianna knows that like La La went off,
- 13:08Speaker 2: and she agreed with her and.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Twists right then, I think it's going to go further
- 13:14Speaker 1: and they're all going to get very upset about their
- 13:16Speaker 1: jobs and see.
- 13:17Speaker 2: It made me wonder if if they had seen that already,
- 13:20Speaker 2: because I felt like Arianna was kind of fine with
- 13:22Speaker 2: La La even though La La went off.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Well. Speaking of fake voices, Ariana was using one this
- 13:28Speaker 1: entire reunion. Was she you didn't notice? I mean, I
- 13:34Speaker 1: great job, But like she's like, yeah, La La, you're right,
- 13:39Speaker 1: because you're the one that speaks the loudest. Oh yeah,
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'm like, I still remember you were like comet. That's
- 13:47Speaker 1: how I think of you. Now we are like now
- 13:50Speaker 1: that we're on Broadway, we're prim and proper.
- 13:52Speaker 2: She has a baby voice now says a baby voice.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Listen, I'm just here. I didn't have time to watch
- 13:57Speaker 1: the show.
- 13:58Speaker 2: See, that's how I felt like she comes off. She
- 13:59Speaker 2: comes off very aloof like I felt like she was
- 14:02Speaker 2: very disinterested.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Every once in a while she'll just like perk up
- 14:05Speaker 2: a little and make like a face, like a side eye.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It was like when you see I don't know, she
- 14:11Speaker 1: looked beautiful. Yeah, but I think I think episode three
- 14:16Speaker 1: is where we'll see her actually start show emotions. But
- 14:18Speaker 1: I think she's holding it all in to be strong.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And I think sometimes people, when you're trying to be strong,
- 14:25Speaker 1: you get very quiet quiet, Yeah, and you don't want
- 14:28Speaker 1: to start to argue because you may lose your shit.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Right, I do that a lot, you do. I'm like
- 14:32Speaker 2: a sniper. If I'm very quiet, it's.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Bad you're playing your scheme.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Yeah, everyone like should like leave the room.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Okay, So I don't ever want you quiet around me.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I feel like I'm a little scared. All right, let's
- 14:48Speaker 1: take a quick break. We'll come back and we'll get
- 14:50Speaker 1: into the reunion. Well that was quick break, and now
- 15:02Speaker 1: we're back and it's still hot in hair.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Wait, I feel the air though, I can feel.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Oh, that's so nice on the left side of the couch.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Well, see, that's what happens when you pick the side
- 15:10Speaker 2: that you want because your hair looks better on one side.
- 15:13Speaker 1: That's what happens.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I did because I hit the error.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Listen, if you had roots as bad as you would
- 15:18Speaker 1: want to pick the side. What is going on with that?
- 15:20Speaker 1: They're getting done on Friday? And I couldn't deal. And
- 15:23Speaker 1: I was like, oh, I know it's going to be
- 15:25Speaker 1: all this.
- 15:25Speaker 2: What is your real hair color?
- 15:27Speaker 1: Is a blonde? I have no idea. I've been dying
- 15:29Speaker 1: it since the seventh grade.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Yeah, like, my it looks black.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I know it looks black. It's probably the same color
- 15:36Speaker 1: as slates. But when I was in seventh or eighth grade,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I died at egg plant.
- 15:41Speaker 2: With the egg plant.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Is that purple? It's purple egg plant with white stripes
- 15:46Speaker 1: in the front. Oh, I thought that was hot. My
- 15:48Speaker 1: parents were really proud, you know, like I've consistently been
- 15:51Speaker 1: stand up for them. Anyways, we're at the reunion. Ariana
- 15:55Speaker 1: stands up for Katie, saying she's always been authentic on
- 15:58Speaker 1: camera for eleven years. It doesn't bother Ariana that Katie
- 16:02Speaker 1: was saying these things behind her back. Lalla feels Katie
- 16:05Speaker 1: made her the enemy this season. Despite this, Lalla thinks
- 16:08Speaker 1: her and Katie will continue to be the way they
- 16:11Speaker 1: always are on the up.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I don't know how I feel like I agree with
- 16:15Speaker 2: what Lala's saying where she in her head, she's thinking,
- 16:18Speaker 2: but we have these conversations where you're frustrated with Ariana,
- 16:22Speaker 2: and then we start filming and you're not frustrated with
- 16:24Speaker 2: her anymore. So I think she makes a valid point,
- 16:26Speaker 2: Like I understand where she's coming from. I understand how
- 16:28Speaker 2: frustrating that is to have conversations about someone else that
- 16:31Speaker 2: you're on a cast with and you both feel like
- 16:33Speaker 2: you're on the same page and you feel the same way, and.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Then you start filming and you have the conversation that
- 16:38Speaker 1: a person's looking at like you're on.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Glue, right, and then you're like, wait, but I thought
- 16:42Speaker 2: about this. Now I look like an asshole because I'm
- 16:44Speaker 2: the one being honest about how we both felt and
- 16:47Speaker 2: you're not. And so I can understand her frustration.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I think Katie's like, back off, I just I'm here
- 16:52Speaker 1: to sell tuna meltz. Just let me live in my life.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I'm loaning to everyone at this point, let me live right.
- 17:00Speaker 1: If I want to talk about my friend behind her back,
- 17:02Speaker 1: let me like, why do you got to hold me?
- 17:05Speaker 1: I think you could tell by Katie's face she was
- 17:08Speaker 1: shocked by it. You mean you didn't think she didn't
- 17:11Speaker 1: think that La would bring it up?
- 17:13Speaker 2: Does she not know La?
- 17:14Speaker 1: La? I think this is the first time they've had
- 17:17Speaker 1: to they've had that like mutual friend that I don't
- 17:22Speaker 1: know that they're protecting or that they're having their back for.
- 17:24Speaker 1: But I also get I get Lawa's side, but I
- 17:27Speaker 1: also get Katie's.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Side, Like no, I do too. I can see both sides,
- 17:30Speaker 2: but it's like I don't know which way you go though,
- 17:32Speaker 2: I mean, which what would you do?
- 17:35Speaker 1: Well? I think I probably would have immediately had a
- 17:39Speaker 1: confrontation with Ariana, Like I think even if she was
- 17:43Speaker 1: going through a hard time, I'd be like, listen, we
- 17:46Speaker 1: need to know now, like where we go from here.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I'm very straightforward in that way. Yeah, I don't like
- 17:51Speaker 1: to leave much for interpretation, So I think I would
- 17:54Speaker 1: have probably confronted my grievances to that person originally. So
- 17:59Speaker 1: if Katie waseling that way, I feel like it would
- 18:02Speaker 1: have made for very good television.
- 18:04Speaker 2: For her to say that to Arianna at the beginning
- 18:06Speaker 2: and have the conversation and just put it all out there.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Yeah, like I whatever, the imposter syndrome, all those things,
- 18:11Speaker 1: Like I'm feeling insecure. I'm so excited for you. I
- 18:14Speaker 1: don't want this to take away from all the exciting
- 18:16Speaker 1: things happening to you, but I'm feeling yeah that that
- 18:21Speaker 1: is what I think is missing.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think it would have been more interesting
- 18:24Speaker 2: because I feel like all we get from Arianna is
- 18:26Speaker 2: just the hatred towards Tom. So, like, give me something else,
- 18:29Speaker 2: Like you give me a real conversation that you're having
- 18:31Speaker 2: with a friend instead of just looking like you two
- 18:33Speaker 2: are two teas in a pot, but without any context,
- 18:38Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like you're just loyal to
- 18:40Speaker 2: each other.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Because nobody I mean, no matter ho.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Actually I meant two peas, but I'm so used to
- 18:45Speaker 2: saying to no, I can't say two peas, I have
- 18:48Speaker 2: to say two teas.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Yeah, branding hashtag fail it. But I think because of that,
- 18:54Speaker 1: it makes it frustrating. And I think that's what Schwartz
- 18:57Speaker 1: is saying when it comes to breaking the fourth wall
- 18:59Speaker 1: and all that stuff is like, don't out us for
- 19:02Speaker 1: not being authentic on camera because it's gonna screw us over.
- 19:06Speaker 1: But I think that's what's happening. And I think it's
- 19:08Speaker 1: also because there is fear surrounding saying anything negative involving
- 19:13Speaker 1: Ariana because what she's been through.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's sad, and it's it's difficult to have
- 19:18Speaker 2: an authentic show when everybody is scared to talk about
- 19:20Speaker 2: what the way they really feel, you know, because of backlash.
- 19:25Speaker 1: I mean you could feel. Even Sheena was annoyed when
- 19:27Speaker 1: Arianna said I haven't watched the show. She knows, like, well,
- 19:30Speaker 1: she like you went to bring up something about sheen
- 19:33Speaker 1: wat and I mean, I don't watch.
- 19:36Speaker 2: But here's but I don't watch because I don't want
- 19:38Speaker 2: to watch. I don't I don't say like I don't
- 19:40Speaker 2: watch because I don't have time. I have time, I
- 19:42Speaker 2: just don't want to. But here's this is not like
- 19:44Speaker 2: I'm out there doing like Jersey Mike's endorsements or anything
- 19:48Speaker 2: you would.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I would. But I'm going to tell you this now
- 19:51Speaker 1: that I'm going to be recapping you, like now start
- 19:57Speaker 1: not only should you start being nicer, but you should
- 19:59Speaker 1: start watching because I'm gonna be watching you with the fine.
- 20:04Speaker 2: You're gonna be watching and then I expect a full
- 20:07Speaker 2: breakdown after every episode.
- 20:09Speaker 1: You're gonna get it on the pod. I need it
- 20:11Speaker 1: in a text. I don't listen. You can get a
- 20:14Speaker 1: voice note.
- 20:14Speaker 2: That's fun, all right.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Then Lala tells everyone why her situation with Randall is
- 20:19Speaker 1: extremely different from Ariana situation with Randall. I know you're
- 20:24Speaker 1: gonna agree with Lala on this. Maybe I know, because
- 20:29Speaker 1: you're saying, how do you put boundaries? I'm putting words
- 20:32Speaker 1: in your mouth. You're like, what am I saying? You
- 20:35Speaker 1: haven't said it, but I know what you're thinking. But
- 20:39Speaker 1: Lala saying what's different is once she put those boundaries down,
- 20:42Speaker 1: those went across the board. And Arian is saying, your
- 20:46Speaker 1: boundaries don't have to look the same as mine, but
- 20:48Speaker 1: you have to respect them. I don't know, we'll see again.
- 20:54Speaker 2: I felt like, I don't know if Lala was trying
- 20:56Speaker 2: not to break the fourth wall, because you can't break
- 20:57Speaker 2: the fourth wall the reunion, like they tell you, like,
- 21:00Speaker 2: whatever you have to say at the reunion, because to me,
- 21:02Speaker 2: the biggest fundamental difference between when you make that comparison
- 21:05Speaker 2: is the fact that Randall isn't a cast member. I
- 21:08Speaker 2: mean we've always said, like Tom is on the cast,
- 21:10Speaker 2: like he is on the.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Show, So.
- 21:14Speaker 2: You have a job, you're getting a paycheck, You've been
- 21:18Speaker 2: on the show a long time. He is a cast member.
- 21:21Speaker 2: So the boundaries aren't they're different. It's different.
- 21:27Speaker 1: But I also can say the way Arianna handled this conversation,
- 21:31Speaker 1: I don't know if she's just like nailing it on
- 21:33Speaker 1: her own or I need to like give props to Susan,
- 21:35Speaker 1: our publicist, And also like Susan, where's this type of
- 21:38Speaker 1: advice when it comes to me?
- 21:39Speaker 2: You're down low on the totals, baby voice, handle shit
- 21:44Speaker 2: better make the other people look worse?
- 21:47Speaker 1: Like, where's that info for me, Susan? But on this one,
- 21:53Speaker 1: I see both sides as well. Why did they If
- 21:57Speaker 1: if we would have gotten the ari on it that
- 21:59Speaker 1: was said that end with Sandoval, I don't think this
- 22:03Speaker 1: would have been as big of an issue. But the
- 22:04Speaker 1: stuff Ariana said at the beginning, yeah, I think is
- 22:07Speaker 1: what made it hard. Well, I mean let's make it.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Let's say, instead of it being Sandoval, what if a
- 22:11Speaker 2: cast member said, I don't like Sena, so I don't
- 22:14Speaker 2: want anybody to be friends with Sheena. I don't want
- 22:16Speaker 2: you to hang out with Sheena. I want you to
- 22:17Speaker 2: film with Sheena.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I mean, I.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Understand that Tom did her wrong, but at the end
- 22:21Speaker 2: of the day, you don't get to dictate who films
- 22:24Speaker 2: with who, who likes who, who's friends with who?
- 22:26Speaker 1: But also, do you care, like, is there anyone on
- 22:29Speaker 1: Orange County that you would be Like with the Shena
- 22:33Speaker 1: and Ariana conversation when they're talking in the pool and
- 22:36Speaker 1: she's like, will you do it for me? Like, is
- 22:38Speaker 1: there anyone you would feel like, oh, I have to do?
- 22:41Speaker 1: Like you care what that other person thinks so much
- 22:44Speaker 1: about this friendship?
- 22:45Speaker 2: You mean that I would let them dictate you I
- 22:48Speaker 2: film with her?
- 22:48Speaker 1: Who I talked to? Ye?
- 22:49Speaker 2: No, because I've been that close to Gina for six years.
- 22:53Speaker 2: And I mean I was always friendly with Shannon when
- 22:55Speaker 2: Shannon hated Gina, do you know what I mean? So
- 22:58Speaker 2: I've always felt like I've never let anyone dictate who
- 23:03Speaker 2: I'm who you're alay with, or who I.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Have a relationship with. Right, But I think that is
- 23:08Speaker 1: what we're saying is the girls really want to stand
- 23:10Speaker 1: by Ariana one because they know that she got picked
- 23:12Speaker 1: over but two because they're afraid. They're afraid. Yeah, and
- 23:17Speaker 1: and she made it clear where she stood. But then
- 23:21Speaker 1: Ariana explains why she didn't tell Shena about Dancing with
- 23:24Speaker 1: the Stars. There was a leak, and then Sena found
- 23:27Speaker 1: out about Arian's Broadway debut by accident. Then this part
- 23:31Speaker 1: kind of made me laugh. Andy thinks it's cool at
- 23:33Speaker 1: this point, like Dancing with the Stars.
- 23:35Speaker 2: She just had to rub it in even more right, He's.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Like, it's cruel. God. I was like, Andy, can you
- 23:40Speaker 1: pitch for me to be on a show? Like? Can they? Hello? Right,
- 23:44Speaker 1: it's cruel at this point that I have to recap
- 23:46Speaker 1: all these shows that I'm not on.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Do you want to do Dancing with the Stars?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Do you think I would be good at it? No?
- 23:55Speaker 1: But I think it would be fine to watch. Let
- 23:59Speaker 1: me be clear, I wouldn't be mad at you if
- 24:01Speaker 1: you didn't tell me you got Dancing with the Stars.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I've always wanted to be Can we tell that out
- 24:05Speaker 2: there Dancing with the Stars. I even have like the
- 24:07Speaker 2: whole hip replacement backstory.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Oh, I had the cancer backstory.
- 24:12Speaker 2: That's true. That's a good one too.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to learn, but I don't know that.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I mean replacement though, I feel like I don't know, Well,
- 24:20Speaker 1: you could also have an injury or like a fall
- 24:22Speaker 1: like Vanderpump did. Oh yeah, Like is she going to
- 24:25Speaker 1: feel good enough to continue? Okay, there's real you cast?
- 24:31Speaker 1: Is it you not Sudden? No?
- 24:34Speaker 2: I mean I wish it was me not sudden, but
- 24:38Speaker 2: it's not me. Well, and both of her hips work fine,
- 24:41Speaker 2: like I don't understand, like I definitely have the better backstory.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I have a titanium hip, damn it. Then Andy welcomes
- 24:58Speaker 1: Ali and Joe to the reunion. Joe, listen, I'm not
- 25:03Speaker 1: Joe's biggest fan, but she comes in under fire immediately,
- 25:08Speaker 1: like there's not even James can be nice to do? Ye,
- 25:11Speaker 1: Like Joe tried to like help James out and he's like, yeah,
- 25:14Speaker 1: I know, I've watched myself on the show for a
- 25:15Speaker 1: million years. I know, like nobody wanted her there, which
- 25:20Speaker 1: leads me to believe that's got amazing. I'm wondering if
- 25:24Speaker 1: that's why she's acting super bizarre.
- 25:27Speaker 2: A needy, like trying to like get just well, her
- 25:31Speaker 2: time on the show is done now right, I mean,
- 25:32Speaker 2: there's no reason for her to be back if there's
- 25:34Speaker 2: another season, Joe wouldn't be around.
- 25:36Speaker 1: No, Joe's done. That was we're seeing the end of show.
- 25:39Speaker 2: So maybe that's the So you're saying, maybe that's why
- 25:41Speaker 2: all the all odd bizarre instagram lives, Like she just
- 25:44Speaker 2: keeps trying to get out there and have conversations and
- 25:46Speaker 2: create media.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Yeah, because she's hoping that it'll catch on or that
- 25:51Speaker 1: somebody will do. I think that Short's kind of probably
- 25:54Speaker 1: screwed her over, and to some extent, of course you did,
- 25:57Speaker 1: but I think there's more to this story. I'm not
- 26:01Speaker 1: going to actually fully spell it out, but other than
- 26:04Speaker 1: Joe wanting to be on the show and that bothering Schwartz.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Okay, I think, like clearly Schwartz screwed her over, but
- 26:10Speaker 2: like it doesn't bother me.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I mean because I don't feel badly for her. She's
- 26:14Speaker 1: an adult woman.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I think it was very clear that he was interested
- 26:18Speaker 2: in hiding their relationship. He wasn't making it public, he
- 26:21Speaker 2: didn't want to tell anybody about it. He's like keeping
- 26:22Speaker 2: her hidden in his apartment. He's telling people like with
- 26:26Speaker 2: her around that they're not dating dating, Well, he's dating,
- 26:30Speaker 2: and she's stating there holding his hat like he made
- 26:32Speaker 2: it very clear. I think that he I mean, I
- 26:34Speaker 2: get it, he was probably saying I love you at home,
- 26:36Speaker 2: but how I mean, come on, if he's saying I
- 26:38Speaker 2: love you at home, but then he's speed dating and
- 26:40Speaker 2: making you hold his hat like he's clearly not interested.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yeah, well, actually he didn't even give her the hat.
- 26:44Speaker 1: He gave it to the word.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Right girl that he likes. So I'm just saying, I
- 26:48Speaker 2: don't really feel that badly.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I don't, But I also feel like there's something else
- 26:52Speaker 1: they're not talking about. Something happened, in my opinion, with
- 26:56Speaker 1: Schwartz and his brother and all of that that made
- 26:59Speaker 1: him change whatever it is that he was doing in
- 27:02Speaker 1: his life. And I think that Joe was a part
- 27:05Speaker 1: of whatever, because there's something they keep alluding to, and
- 27:08Speaker 1: they go, we don't need to talk about that on
- 27:10Speaker 1: the show. We don't need to talk They said it
- 27:12Speaker 1: four to five times, we don't need to talk about
- 27:14Speaker 1: on the show. I'm like, well, I need to talk
- 27:16Speaker 1: about it. I need to know what you're talking about,
- 27:18Speaker 1: because it can't just be that she wanted to be
- 27:20Speaker 1: on a television show. That's one, but what are the
- 27:23Speaker 1: other reasons?
- 27:23Speaker 2: Well, okay, Well, if you could get Joe onto the podcast,
- 27:26Speaker 2: he would ask her that that would be a reason
- 27:28Speaker 2: to have her on.
- 27:29Speaker 1: I don't trust Joe, I texted Schwartz, if I'm being honest,
- 27:34Speaker 1: Normally he texted me right back. But I text him
- 27:36Speaker 1: and said, can I call you one speaker? I have
- 27:38Speaker 1: a question for you from the pod? And he hasn't responded,
- 27:41Speaker 1: But it is pretty early for Schwartz, so like maybe
- 27:45Speaker 1: he isn't awake, but it has been delivered.
- 27:48Speaker 2: What were you going to ask him?
- 27:50Speaker 1: I wanted to ask him what that thing is that
- 27:52Speaker 1: they're not actually saying.
- 27:54Speaker 2: He's going to tell you, Yeah, why you're recording a
- 27:57Speaker 2: podcast I do on speakerphone?
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, he can't to himself, he really can't. If somebody
- 28:03Speaker 1: were to have dug into him in that moment and said,
- 28:08Speaker 1: he would have given in. But I think everybody kind
- 28:11Speaker 1: of respected the boundaries because they all know whatever those
- 28:13Speaker 1: boundaries are. But then we get into him talking about
- 28:19Speaker 1: his new girlfriend Sophia.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Why did he have to start it with like she's beautiful?
- 28:26Speaker 1: And what did he say? I don't know, she's like
- 28:29Speaker 1: like the most beautiful girl ever. I mean, not that
- 28:31Speaker 1: that's like my least favorite thing about her. Then you
- 28:35Speaker 1: don't lead with it. Then you're like, she's funny, she's smart,
- 28:39Speaker 1: she's cool, she's got a good job, she's of course beautiful.
- 28:42Speaker 1: You don't lead if I.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Mean, well, how awkward is that what Joe is sitting
- 28:47Speaker 2: right next to him? And then I might have felt
- 28:49Speaker 2: sorry for her like a little bit in that moment.
- 28:51Speaker 1: I like, at this point, Joe has pushed him to
- 28:54Speaker 1: the point where he's trying to almost be mean to
- 28:57Speaker 1: her to get her to go away. Yeah, Like, I
- 28:59Speaker 1: don't think it's actually gas lighting at this point. I
- 29:01Speaker 1: think he's like, listen, here's the fire, bitch, it's over.
- 29:05Speaker 1: I'm telling you what's done. Get me out of your phone.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Quit talking about I am done. And she's not.
- 29:14Speaker 2: She's not done. She has more Instagram lives to do well.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Even when she left, she said I'm gonna go home
- 29:17Speaker 1: to cry, and I was like, but also she was
- 29:20Speaker 1: being very bizarre to Katie, Like Katie made very good points,
- 29:23Speaker 1: and she was like, listen, you know, I feel like
- 29:25Speaker 1: I was going through a lot and the last thing
- 29:27Speaker 1: I need to deal with was you. And she's like,
- 29:30Speaker 1: am I hearing this right?
- 29:32Speaker 2: Yes? Yes, you are hearing ye right, Yeah.
- 29:34Speaker 1: And actually what I'm saying makes perfect sent Also, she
- 29:37Speaker 1: didn't know what bread crumbing meant.
- 29:39Speaker 2: I don't know what that means either.
- 29:40Speaker 1: What is that I'll be like little bread crumbs so
- 29:44Speaker 1: they can fall?
- 29:45Speaker 2: Yeah, like in a relationship. Yeah, so like a guy
- 29:49Speaker 2: just gives like a little I've been married a long time.
- 29:51Speaker 2: I don't know what's going on.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Follow the bread crumbs here, I'll leave him right out.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Can I have some crackers? My gosh. Then Katie has
- 30:01Speaker 1: continuously stated how much she dislikes Joe. Then we get flashbacks.
- 30:06Speaker 1: It's I don't really know that I have anything else
- 30:09Speaker 1: to say about Joe.
- 30:10Speaker 2: No, I really don't either. It We've we've spent a
- 30:12Speaker 2: lot of time on Joe. We're at our threshold.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You know what. Bye Joe, Bye Joe. We wish you
- 30:17Speaker 1: the best, Joe. We won't see you next season, but
- 30:19Speaker 1: we won't see you next year.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Joe, walk with your Instagram lives.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Maybe you'll make it onto our rundown if you keep
- 30:26Speaker 1: it up, but we can't make any promises. Then we
- 30:30Speaker 1: get into James responding to Rachel's accusations that Hippy's behavior
- 30:34Speaker 1: is bad because of the way James treated him, and
- 30:38Speaker 1: Lisa knew that James would be a great dad to Hippie.
- 30:41Speaker 1: This is the part that confuses me. I am surprised
- 30:44Speaker 1: that Lisa allowed the conversation that a dog was to
- 30:48Speaker 1: be purchased and then shipped across the country all of that.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I was like, this doesn't feel like for the dog.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I mean, granted, people do that all the time. Yeah,
- 31:00Speaker 1: but that's not a very vander Pump dog's right type
- 31:04Speaker 1: of dog. Perty Well, do you think that she should
- 31:06Speaker 1: have intervened? And I'm surprised she was like, well, I'm
- 31:10Speaker 1: just surprised she didn't have any comment.
- 31:11Speaker 2: On that, right unless they cut it out?
- 31:15Speaker 1: Yeah. True. But then they talk about some of the
- 31:18Speaker 1: compromises he's made for Ali, where Ali, I think Ali
- 31:22Speaker 1: doesn't really let him like, she doesn't let him wiggle
- 31:26Speaker 1: at all, Like she kind of holds him.
- 31:29Speaker 2: No, she holds him accountable. And the fact that she
- 31:31Speaker 2: moved out for two days when he drank and she
- 31:33Speaker 2: doesn't like how he is when he drinks. Like, I
- 31:36Speaker 2: give her props for being strong and having like a
- 31:39Speaker 2: solid line, Like it's very black and white with her,
- 31:41Speaker 2: and that's good you know, I.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Think so too, But I also think if they were
- 31:48Speaker 1: to get engaged, what do you think the chances are
- 31:51Speaker 1: that those two end up together.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Well, I don't know, because she made it clear that
- 31:55Speaker 2: even if they got engaged anytime soon, it would have
- 31:57Speaker 2: to be a long engagement.
- 31:58Speaker 1: But sometimes people do that because they really want to
- 32:01Speaker 1: get engaged.
- 32:02Speaker 2: You mean they just want to get engaged.
- 32:04Speaker 1: No, they want like they want to feel like she's
- 32:07Speaker 1: at the age where she may still be playing the game,
- 32:11Speaker 1: you know, like she may be like, oh, well, I
- 32:13Speaker 1: mean yeah, I mean I wouldn't if I really didn't
- 32:16Speaker 1: want to get married, I wouldn't want somebody to propose
- 32:18Speaker 1: to me.
- 32:19Speaker 2: So you're saying she would just say okay, even knowing
- 32:22Speaker 2: that it probably wouldn't work out.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Well, no, that's what she's saying. She goes, well, if
- 32:25Speaker 1: I would say yes now, but it would be a
- 32:29Speaker 1: very long time. It would be a very drawn out engagement.
- 32:32Speaker 1: I don't really get that, Like, you either want to
- 32:34Speaker 1: get married or you don't, Like, I have no interest
- 32:39Speaker 1: in granted I'm divorced and remarried, but I have no
- 32:42Speaker 1: interest in getting engaged to multiple people. Yeah, just so
- 32:47Speaker 1: I can have a ring on my finger just to
- 32:48Speaker 1: appease somebody.
- 32:50Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 32:50Speaker 1: What do you think about her on the show?
- 32:51Speaker 2: Like, do you think she's like we clearly thought that
- 32:53Speaker 2: Joe's in it for the show, Like Joe likes the spot,
- 32:56Speaker 2: likes she likes me on the show.
- 32:57Speaker 1: What do you think about Ali? I think Ali likes Jane.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I think Ali also wants to and I think this
- 33:03Speaker 1: is fine to be both things. I think Ali wants
- 33:05Speaker 1: her career in the music industry. I think she wants
- 33:08Speaker 1: to promote her readings all of those things. But I
- 33:12Speaker 1: think she really does like James, and I think he
- 33:15Speaker 1: really does like her. But I think there's something inside
- 33:18Speaker 1: of James where he cannot be alone because there's a
- 33:21Speaker 1: void there and he just feels like it's like this
- 33:26Speaker 1: ultimate neglect, which is why he quits drinking every single
- 33:29Speaker 1: time a girl says that they will leave him if
- 33:32Speaker 1: he doesn't stop, but then starts back up when they
- 33:35Speaker 1: do leave him. When James got very upset with Sandoval
- 33:40Speaker 1: ten minutes after this conversation regarding Hippie and oh was
- 33:45Speaker 1: that the Egdonna's dog and all that stuff, I think
- 33:49Speaker 1: that had zero to do with anything Sandoval said, I
- 33:51Speaker 1: think it had to do all with what Ali had
- 33:53Speaker 1: said about you think it saying that she'd leave again
- 33:58Speaker 1: if he started drinking. I think he was holding it in, Yeah,
- 34:02Speaker 1: because he didn't want to be aggressive with Ali and
- 34:04Speaker 1: he knew he could be with Sandom. Yeah.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Because that's interesting because Shane was actually in the room
- 34:09Speaker 2: during that scene and he goes, what just happened? He goes,
- 34:11Speaker 2: I don't even understand what just happened? Yeah, where it
- 34:14Speaker 2: went to that level of anger and it didn't There
- 34:17Speaker 2: was no context for it, like it just came out
- 34:19Speaker 2: of nowhere.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Yes, you know what, whoever is the primary carekeeper of
- 34:23Speaker 1: the dog is the one that's going to get the dog.
- 34:24Speaker 1: But like to go from that to that, I think
- 34:27Speaker 1: was really he was annoyed with the alley situation. Anne
- 34:30Speaker 1: is referred to as Star of the Year on vander
- 34:33Speaker 1: Pumper Rules. I'm surprised Anne wasn't a surprise guest.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Yeah, unless she comes out in the next one.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I don't think so.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Because A do cell commercials, she didn't have time for Dura.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Cel hook us up because like I'm I use batteries, listen, I've.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Never had Dura cel all for anyone offer me to
- 34:50Speaker 2: do a commercial. I've been on TV for six years now,
- 34:53Speaker 2: I know.
- 34:53Speaker 1: What you're offering right now? Yeah, six years.
- 34:56Speaker 2: I've been on TV for six years now. I don't
- 34:59Speaker 2: no one's knocking out my door to ask me to
- 35:01Speaker 2: do commercials. And Ann's made like a few scenes here and.
- 35:04Speaker 1: There also a post on her instant that people fly
- 35:07Speaker 1: her to watch what Happens Live. Well, I mean, Durusil,
- 35:11Speaker 1: it could have been you. Yeah, a trip sponsored by Drusso.
- 35:14Speaker 1: But anyways, coming up. In part three of the Union,
- 35:16Speaker 1: Andrew reveals that they're going to watch the last few
- 35:19Speaker 1: minutes of the season finale together. Lala is yelling at
- 35:22Speaker 1: someone to respect her position on the show, and Sandoval
- 35:25Speaker 1: is sobbing as he tries to apologize to Ariana, to
- 35:28Speaker 1: which she responds. And this, I felt was a really
- 35:31Speaker 1: heartfelt moment. I just want you away from me. I
- 35:34Speaker 1: want you gone.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree with that. That was I mean, that
- 35:38Speaker 2: was tough to see and I understand.
- 35:40Speaker 1: I felt like both emotions were real in that moment. Yeah,
- 35:43Speaker 1: we're in this together, but we really don't want to
- 35:46Speaker 1: be see. I felt like the second reunion was just very.
- 35:51Speaker 2: And then the third one is where yeah, all the
- 35:54Speaker 2: intensity is going to come out.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Well, I wonder if they're going to give Laala any redemption.
- 36:00Speaker 1: They're just going to keep making her look like the
- 36:02Speaker 1: catalyst and the one that's creating all this drama within
- 36:05Speaker 1: the friend group. But yeah, I don't know. I also
- 36:10Speaker 1: am a little bit curious why Brock stayed the whole
- 36:13Speaker 1: time and the other ones zipped out. Brock's are just
- 36:16Speaker 1: there to make like small comments ship talk, like like
- 36:21Speaker 1: that's he's there. For one.
- 36:24Speaker 2: He did that with Schwartz, right, he made some comment
- 36:27Speaker 2: about his marriage or something.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Both of them. I was like, so what But him
- 36:31Speaker 1: and she and I haven't really had any like connection
- 36:35Speaker 1: or talking much.
- 36:36Speaker 2: No, and they haven't talked about their relationship at all
- 36:38Speaker 2: really no.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Just about his stuff with the kids the episode one,
- 36:41Speaker 1: But who knows. I am it has made me more interested.
- 36:46Speaker 1: But let's take a quick break and come back to
- 36:47Speaker 1: talk about Valley Season one, episode nine. This episode of
- 36:59Speaker 1: The Valley is brought to you by Jackson's number one
- 37:02Speaker 1: guy in the group, Huddy. Like I have smelled like
- 37:05Speaker 1: sweat and tequilla at this point, like he's always sweaty.
- 37:09Speaker 1: He is, I mean it's a man I have ever seen,
- 37:12Speaker 1: not a sweaty as me right now.
- 37:14Speaker 2: But he's so moist all the time.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I want you to look at how your mouth looks
- 37:20Speaker 1: when you say the I'm gonna say it again. It's
- 37:22Speaker 1: to bother you. He disgusted.
- 37:25Speaker 2: He's so moist.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Oh, he just looks like he needs those like you
- 37:30Speaker 1: know those makeup, Yeah, like I know I need one
- 37:34Speaker 1: right now, to the little powder pat he just needs
- 37:38Speaker 1: to put some in his pocket. And just you know,
- 37:39Speaker 1: I feel like he may use self tanner, not like
- 37:42Speaker 1: even spray tans, but he uses his own self tanner.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Which clogs his poor yes, and then it's just like
- 37:47Speaker 2: permanently sweaty. Yeah, yeah, that would make sense.
- 37:51Speaker 1: But it starts where the conversation between Michelle and Jack's
- 37:55Speaker 1: and I gotta tell you, I thought this was gonna
- 37:58Speaker 1: go a different way. I was like, he's like, so
- 38:03Speaker 1: I heard your sexting celebrities, and she's like, well I am,
- 38:09Speaker 1: but it's just clearly marketing, like yeah, and then she's like,
- 38:15Speaker 1: of course Jesse knows. And at this point you realize
- 38:19Speaker 1: their marriage.
- 38:19Speaker 2: But was there ever really any confirmation of whether she
- 38:23Speaker 2: sends nude photos or sexy photos or whatever, or did
- 38:26Speaker 2: she just kind of glaze over that part?
- 38:29Speaker 1: And she does. I went back and looked at a
- 38:32Speaker 1: million old photos of Michelle and Jesse. I took the time.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Where do you have this time? You know what? I
- 38:38Speaker 1: don't sleep so during I fall.
- 38:40Speaker 2: This is why you don't get your roots done because
- 38:42Speaker 2: you're too busy. I'm doing this stuff.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Listen, you want to ask me anything about p Diddy?
- 38:47Speaker 1: Quiz mey. I know every thing there is to know, like, honestly,
- 38:51Speaker 1: ask I mean, he's even where is he right now?
- 38:55Speaker 1: That I don't know? But anything else that you can
- 39:02Speaker 1: find out on TikTok or anything else. The baby mama
- 39:08Speaker 1: that loves Sean Combe's instagram. How he's involved with Michael
- 39:12Speaker 1: Jackson's death. I'm I'm involved. Well, you should just have
- 39:17Speaker 1: your own podcast, honestly. Can we do a popping off
- 39:22Speaker 1: episode where you get Aubrey O'Day on because that okay, Maya.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Shane's really good friends as an attorney. His name is
- 39:30Speaker 2: Cyrus and he's like, was best friends with Audrey Aubrey.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Whatever the hell her name is? What's her name? Aubrey Aubrey,
- 39:36Speaker 1: but it might be Audrey Aubrey like they were best friends,
- 39:41Speaker 1: like all through college. Well, I watched the TMC Investigates
- 39:44Speaker 1: last night and she had to have been reading from
- 39:46Speaker 1: a script.
- 39:48Speaker 2: Again, I don't know what you're talking. What is she
- 39:50Speaker 2: being investigatd.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Peaty because she was on Danity Kane. Oh, yeah, Culture
- 39:58Speaker 1: for the Love.
- 39:59Speaker 2: I don't know what you're I think I was in
- 40:00Speaker 2: law school oh when that was going on.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Sorrys in law school too, was second bar exam during that. Anyways,
- 40:12Speaker 1: we get back to texting celebrities. I really need to
- 40:14Speaker 1: know who the celebrity was. Is he hot? Well?
- 40:17Speaker 2: Do you still think it's Michael Bay?
- 40:19Speaker 1: Oh? I think that was the next guy. I think
- 40:21Speaker 1: that was whatever celebrity I think is an actor because
- 40:24Speaker 1: she was like, I was really excited.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Do you think everyone on the cast knows who the
- 40:29Speaker 2: celebrity is? Yes, okay, so we're going to ask Janet.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Oh, we forgot to tell you, guys, Emily met Janet.
- 40:35Speaker 1: I met Janet and she's lovely by the way, which
- 40:38Speaker 1: now we don't know if we're biased human beings, Like
- 40:41Speaker 1: if one of us meets the person and says that
- 40:43Speaker 1: we like them, then all of a sudden we forget
- 40:46Speaker 1: all of the bad things that we've said in the past. Yeah,
- 40:48Speaker 1: and there are new favorites.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Well, when I met her, I asked her, I said,
- 40:51Speaker 2: how does it feel to be the villain?
- 40:53Speaker 1: Oh? What she said?
- 40:54Speaker 2: She goes, I don't know how that happened? And I
- 40:56Speaker 2: was like, well, you're really good at it.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Do you know we talked shit? I don't think so, because.
- 41:02Speaker 2: She agreed to come on, So I feel like she
- 41:07Speaker 2: doesn't know, so nobody tell her.
- 41:09Speaker 1: No, Please, guys, don't tell tall the things we've said,
- 41:13Speaker 1: because this is actually Janet's best episode. By the way,
- 41:16Speaker 1: Congratulations Janet. I don't know if I feel that way
- 41:18Speaker 1: because now you're coming on and I like you, or
- 41:21Speaker 1: if this was really just a good we like Janet.
- 41:23Speaker 1: We just like to talk shit too. So but then
- 41:28Speaker 1: you know, we see this happen, and then we see
- 41:31Speaker 1: Jack's confronting Brittany about throwing up, saying she's the only
- 41:35Speaker 1: one of the women throwing up. Everyone else is normal.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Why can't you be? I don't know, like everyone else
- 41:41Speaker 1: is normal, why can't you be? Like it's very narcissistic,
- 41:45Speaker 1: well kind.
- 41:45Speaker 2: Of clearly his delivery, Like I actually feel like he
- 41:49Speaker 2: has valid points when it comes to the drinking or
- 41:52Speaker 2: whatever is going on, because we see her get sick
- 41:54Speaker 2: multiple times, so clearly there's an issue. I don't know
- 41:57Speaker 2: if it has to do with her ulcer. I don't
- 41:59Speaker 2: know if she really is dream you too much. I
- 42:00Speaker 2: don't know if she's only drinking a little. But then,
- 42:02Speaker 2: but when you're repeatedly getting sick and it ruins your
- 42:05Speaker 2: entire day and you have to stay in bed, it
- 42:07Speaker 2: is a problem. I don't disagree with it being a problem,
- 42:10Speaker 2: but it's the delivery. And we don't know if it's
- 42:13Speaker 2: a drinking. We don't know if it's partying. We don't
- 42:14Speaker 2: know any of the things. But if you're in a
- 42:16Speaker 2: situation in your life, in any part of your health,
- 42:19Speaker 2: where you can't get up and go to work right,
- 42:23Speaker 2: and it happens multiple time, so you're on notice, you
- 42:26Speaker 2: know what happens anyway. So I don't disagree with his sentiment,
- 42:31Speaker 2: I disagree with with how he talks to her.
- 42:34Speaker 1: With his delivery. And then I also was confused are
- 42:37Speaker 1: the girls lying for her? Because at first it was
- 42:39Speaker 1: I drank nothing right, and then it was two, and
- 42:42Speaker 1: then it was I had two shots. It's always two.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Do you notice that it's always it's like.
- 42:46Speaker 1: How many people have you had sex with? Three? Oh?
- 42:48Speaker 1: Everyone says three? Oh?
- 42:49Speaker 2: They say three?
- 42:49Speaker 1: Yeah, how many of you had three?
- 42:51Speaker 2: I always I say two.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Oh you do? I like to go with three. It
- 42:55Speaker 1: feels it feels like it was a little bit wild.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Oh, three is a little bit wild.
- 43:01Speaker 1: But I don't know. I've gotten to the point where
- 43:04Speaker 1: I watched them. I don't see the love there anymore
- 43:07Speaker 1: between Brittany and Jackson. Yeah. No, I feel like this
- 43:09Speaker 1: relationship is done donezo over because you do think. I
- 43:13Speaker 1: think what she's the most pissed about when he is
- 43:17Speaker 1: being completely inappropriate and wanting all her friends to talk
- 43:20Speaker 1: shit about her and throw under the bus, and he's
- 43:22Speaker 1: clearly had two bottles of tequila and she can't have
- 43:25Speaker 1: two shots or whatever it may be, is she wants
- 43:30Speaker 1: him to have her back, and even on national television,
- 43:35Speaker 1: he won't, right, And that's got to be a really
- 43:38Speaker 1: And he would have loved it.
- 43:39Speaker 2: If everybody else would have joined in and talked about it,
- 43:42Speaker 2: he would he would have like ate it up, He
- 43:45Speaker 2: would have kept going. He would have been like, you're right,
- 43:47Speaker 2: and he would have been like it would have been
- 43:48Speaker 2: even worse. He she's lucky that they were all respected
- 43:51Speaker 2: her enough to not engage.
- 43:53Speaker 1: But also at the end of the day, all she
- 43:55Speaker 1: did was throw up versus where Jesse was physically fighting
- 44:00Speaker 1: Danny and you know everybody else. I mean, by the end,
- 44:05Speaker 1: Danny's so drunk he like can't even tell what he's
- 44:07Speaker 1: upset about. He's like about the thing and wait, is
- 44:12Speaker 1: that what he was crying? Yeah? Well I was right
- 44:15Speaker 1: before the cry before they went outside. Michelle goes up
- 44:18Speaker 1: talks to Jesse. He's in full going out outfit, like
- 44:22Speaker 1: loafers with no socks all things.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Can we talk about Jesse being on the bottle of
- 44:29Speaker 2: Trim with Anna Nicole Smith? He was hot, he was hot.
- 44:34Speaker 1: He's in my DMS right now, is he? Yeah? I
- 44:36Speaker 1: mean because I have slid into his DMS at the
- 44:38Speaker 1: beginning of the valley just to say, like, you want
- 44:40Speaker 1: to come on the pod. But he's now apparently just
- 44:44Speaker 1: he's realized the plus ninety nine or whatever, and so
- 44:46Speaker 1: he's like, hey, just went deep down in the DMS.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Happy to come on. I think you've talked to my
- 44:50Speaker 1: manager and we have buddy, see you soon. We saw
- 44:54Speaker 1: you looking hot. On the trim spot.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I like that.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Popular. I don't know it had to be ninety.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Well, she died in seven, so yeah, did you.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Ever try trimspaw? Probably? I did. Probably, I've probably done
- 45:11Speaker 1: it all now they're all cooking. We've gotten through the
- 45:14Speaker 1: like texting with celebrities, sending sexy photos that okay.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Wait, can I ask you though, do you think jesse
- 45:20Speaker 2: so do you really think jesse knew everything about Michelle texting?
- 45:27Speaker 2: I mean she left out the part about her being
- 45:29Speaker 2: didn't she leave out the part about being accused of
- 45:30Speaker 2: sending sexy photo?
- 45:31Speaker 1: Or did she tell him that too? She Jax ended
- 45:35Speaker 1: up telling him that because I remember immediately He's like Jack's,
- 45:38Speaker 1: I don't want to play the game of telephone. I
- 45:39Speaker 1: think what really is happening, and we'll ask them when
- 45:42Speaker 1: they're on the pod. I think they were done by then.
- 45:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:45Speaker 1: I think that relationship was done and they're over and
- 45:48Speaker 1: they're try trying to keep it together and slowly backing
- 45:53Speaker 1: out of it. Yeah. I think that they're so far done.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I don't think they're into each other. She cringes when
- 45:58Speaker 1: he touches her. Yeah, she clearly doesn't even care to
- 46:01Speaker 1: be like, oh, you know, and he's.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Like, yeah, sure, I knew she was texting slowly.
- 46:06Speaker 1: I'd love to see Edwin be like, yeah, I'm fine
- 46:08Speaker 1: with Cheddy texting whoever. Like I even tell him when
- 46:12Speaker 1: I have a DM moment with somebody that's not even sexual.
- 46:15Speaker 1: I'm like, just so you know, I was on Oliver
- 46:17Speaker 1: Hudson's podcast and we DM.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Like, I, oh, you feel like you feel like you
- 46:22Speaker 2: have to tell me?
- 46:23Speaker 1: Yeah, And then I tell him the joke. Well, Shane
- 46:25Speaker 1: has access.
- 46:25Speaker 2: To my instagram, So do you think he goes on
- 46:27Speaker 2: and looks yeah, because he knows that. Like sometimes all
- 46:30Speaker 2: like forward like guys working out to like my girlfriends
- 46:34Speaker 2: will be like.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Oh he's hot, like the guy with the penis that
- 46:36Speaker 1: always flops?
- 46:37Speaker 2: Oh the guy guy, why is it always.
- 46:44Speaker 1: On my floor? Because I probably forwarded it? All right,
- 46:49Speaker 1: But then we get to uh, Michelle saying getting kind
- 46:55Speaker 1: of upset with Nia because Nia didn't stand up for
- 46:58Speaker 1: the fact I.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Should understand this. Can you explaining that situation about the
- 47:01Speaker 2: Santa Clarita? I don't get it?
- 47:02Speaker 1: Okay, So I guess Danny is a realist and realizes
- 47:06Speaker 1: they can only afford a house if they live in
- 47:08Speaker 1: Santa Clarita. Okay, Michelle said she never heard what Santa
- 47:12Speaker 1: Clarita is. Blah blah blah. Nia said, I wouldn't actually
- 47:15Speaker 1: want to live in Santa Clarita because I don't want
- 47:17Speaker 1: to feel like an outcast from my relationship and friends.
- 47:21Speaker 1: But then Michelle went to show them a house, and
- 47:23Speaker 1: Nia in the moment did not say anything bad about
- 47:26Speaker 1: the house. I don't think me is going to say
- 47:28Speaker 1: something bad about anybody regardless.
- 47:31Speaker 2: No, she just doesn't have that kind of personality.
- 47:32Speaker 1: I don't think she's going to talk about somebody's house,
- 47:35Speaker 1: whether it's in the San Fernando Vouse anything. Well, I
- 47:40Speaker 1: know it next week's going to be bad. Something happens
- 47:43Speaker 1: between the next week. But I did wonder why the
- 47:47Speaker 1: AI was like who triggered you to want to go
- 47:50Speaker 1: for Nia? For Nia me yah, like why do you
- 47:55Speaker 1: need to go for her? But then the men drunken
- 48:00Speaker 1: conversation outside. I don't know that was that was.
- 48:02Speaker 2: I don't know. I've that was an awkward. First of all,
- 48:05Speaker 2: I've been married to Shane for fifteen years. I've never
- 48:07Speaker 2: seen him cry, not one time.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I've seen a him cry twice. Yes, and something about
- 48:12Speaker 1: his mom.
- 48:13Speaker 2: See, I think that fifteen years never seen him cry.
- 48:17Speaker 2: So watching men sitting around cry was very odd for me.
- 48:22Speaker 2: They had been like, damn, I didn't even understand what
- 48:26Speaker 2: Danny was crying about because he said he doesn't.
- 48:28Speaker 1: He was like, I don't have thick skin or something.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Not sleeping. I'm in a ting top, it's snowing, like.
- 48:34Speaker 1: I think he was just in a rough way. I
- 48:36Speaker 1: think somebody probably should have put Danny to bed prior
- 48:40Speaker 1: with the babies.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Yeah, Danny put his shirt on.
- 48:48Speaker 1: You're Binky nine night. But I think Neia didn't realize
- 48:53Speaker 1: the level he was at because she was probably.
- 48:55Speaker 2: If Nia knew that was going on, she lost her mind.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Nia is like, makes me look like I'm casual with control.
- 49:02Speaker 2: She would have been like she would have been like
- 49:04Speaker 2: right in there because.
- 49:09Speaker 1: No more. But then you know, we start to hear
- 49:13Speaker 1: a little bit more about Jesse and Jack's and then
- 49:17Speaker 1: this party didn't really get Janet walks outside and Janet
- 49:20Speaker 1: was cooking. She is on her baby moon, but she
- 49:24Speaker 1: comes out and Jesse kind of loses a ship on her.
- 49:26Speaker 2: Because she comes out and tells him dinners ready, how
- 49:30Speaker 2: dare you cook?
- 49:31Speaker 1: For me pregnant, beyond get back in the kitchen. Where
- 49:35Speaker 1: are you? This is? Then instead you're crying, go back.
- 49:43Speaker 1: You're giving each other hand jobs because none of his
- 49:45Speaker 1: old sex and so long, and you don't mind, and
- 49:49Speaker 1: this is going to be bad. But then Janet's husband
- 49:52Speaker 1: haven't learned his name yet, maybe the season. Then Janet's husband,
- 49:58Speaker 1: we'll just call him Janet's husband. Janet's husband, of course,
- 50:02Speaker 1: goes running to her, and he had and the most loved.
- 50:07Speaker 1: And I was like, listen, Janet's husband, my husband. I
- 50:11Speaker 1: would eat you alive. I would swallow you up, okay,
- 50:16Speaker 1: choke you down and torture you. But here's you are
- 50:18Speaker 1: so nice and good. Right.
- 50:20Speaker 2: But here's the question, though, would he genuinely have done
- 50:23Speaker 2: that if he wasn't outside with a bunch of douchebags
- 50:26Speaker 2: who yell at women.
- 50:27Speaker 1: I don't know. I think so do you.
- 50:30Speaker 2: I think he's like he was like sitting out there
- 50:33Speaker 2: with all those guys and Jax's yelling at Brittany and
- 50:36Speaker 2: Jesse doesn't like.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Michelle, and Danny's crying, and Janet's husband didn't even do that.
- 50:43Speaker 1: He was just Janet. He was just sitting there Janet's
- 50:46Speaker 1: husband said nothing, I know, but I felt like.
- 50:48Speaker 2: He had to go and like redeem himself because he
- 50:50Speaker 2: got like he was.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Because he was in proximity of assholes. Yes, he's like,
- 50:54Speaker 1: I got it. I kind of run in there really
- 50:56Speaker 1: fast and apologize. But Janet's husband, he was like ship
- 50:59Speaker 1: when baby comes, life's about to be really bad. But
- 51:02Speaker 1: he knew what to do. He like or offered her water.
- 51:05Speaker 1: But also then I have to throw a little shade
- 51:08Speaker 1: because all this talk about cooking dinner. I don't cook
- 51:13Speaker 1: a lot, but I can make a freaking burger and
- 51:15Speaker 1: a hot dog. I was waiting was elaborate item that
- 51:20Speaker 1: took all of this time.
- 51:21Speaker 2: Well, I saw them mixing things and.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Nobody was eating anything that was mixed. No, I only
- 51:26Speaker 1: saw the hot hamburgers and hot dogs. But there I
- 51:28Speaker 1: saw with a fine tooth comb was like, where is
- 51:31Speaker 1: the item she's been cooking? Because I does she mean
- 51:34Speaker 1: prepping because we I'm very particular with I.
- 51:37Speaker 2: Don't know, but that's a good question for Janet. Yeah,
- 51:40Speaker 2: we want to know the menu. I want to know
- 51:41Speaker 2: the menu. I want to know what you made.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Was there a keen lost salad?
- 51:44Speaker 2: We didn't see maybe I feel like maybe there was
- 51:48Speaker 2: like a pasta salad or something in there.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Okay, fine, if that's happening. But then Jack's asked the
- 51:53Speaker 1: women how much Brittany was drinking on the boat. Brittany
- 51:57Speaker 1: comes out from the bedroom. Brittany, I love you. You need
- 52:01Speaker 1: different glasses because the fact that they match right where
- 52:04Speaker 1: your eyebrow is.
- 52:07Speaker 2: Do they cover the eyebrow?
- 52:08Speaker 1: There's two eyebrows.
- 52:09Speaker 2: Oh, I see it's like right below the eyebrow.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Kline. Like love her, but like we all like I
- 52:16Speaker 1: make bad fashion choices. I made one today, but like
- 52:18Speaker 1: I need the glasses to shift. Yeah. But she comes
- 52:23Speaker 1: out and she's like Jacks Jacks, but yeah, but she
- 52:32Speaker 1: emphasizes she does not have a drinking problem. Her body
- 52:35Speaker 1: is just turning against her because she's unhappy, which could
- 52:38Speaker 1: be true.
- 52:39Speaker 2: I don't disagree with that. It might be like stress sickness,
- 52:42Speaker 2: you know, I mean, do you does something happen to
- 52:45Speaker 2: like when I get stressed, I get alopecia, Like I
- 52:47Speaker 2: have a bold spot in the back of my head
- 52:48Speaker 2: right now, I have roseicia. So maybe hers is like
- 52:52Speaker 2: she throws.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Up, which I can say, like one of my babies
- 52:55Speaker 1: when they were little, when they didn't want to go
- 52:57Speaker 1: to bed, and I would put them to sleep and
- 52:59Speaker 1: they want to get they would throw up because they
- 53:01Speaker 1: knew I would come in immediately if they threw.
- 53:04Speaker 2: Up, So they made themselves throw up.
- 53:06Speaker 1: No, not like gag themselves, but they would be so
- 53:09Speaker 1: anxious that then they would like they'd be like, Mom,
- 53:11Speaker 1: I want to get up. I want to get up.
- 53:13Speaker 1: And but they they grew out of it. But it
- 53:18Speaker 1: became like a thing that we had to nurture in
- 53:20Speaker 1: a certain way. But it was they were looking for
- 53:23Speaker 1: something that we weren't giving them clearly. So I think
- 53:27Speaker 1: it could be that, But it also I think the
- 53:31Speaker 1: conversation of here's the thing, and this is the bottom
- 53:35Speaker 1: line of this episode, Edwin. If I was if I
- 53:40Speaker 1: was throwing up ninety percent of the time we were
- 53:43Speaker 1: hanging out with our friends while filming being paid, he would.
- 53:48Speaker 2: Be upset too, Yeah, totally.
- 53:51Speaker 1: But the way he's speaking to her, the way that
- 53:55Speaker 1: he's implying that she has a drinking problem, if she
- 53:57Speaker 1: has an ulcer, if she has a medical condition, these
- 54:00Speaker 1: are things that we should be seeing playing out right now.
- 54:03Speaker 1: We need to go to the doctor, we need to
- 54:04Speaker 1: do this. We need to figure it out. It shouldn't
- 54:06Speaker 1: be now that she's a mother, This shouldn't be happening anymore.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Right If this has always happened the duration of your
- 54:12Speaker 1: entire marriage, your entire relationship, why do you think it
- 54:16Speaker 1: would change now? And then? Also, why do you not
- 54:19Speaker 1: have to change what she does?
- 54:21Speaker 2: Well, he's never going to change, but he's never going
- 54:24Speaker 2: to think he needs to change.
- 54:25Speaker 1: But also he thinks he's she's never going to leave him,
- 54:28Speaker 1: and now we know she has right, do you think
- 54:31Speaker 1: she's still gone or do you think she's going to
- 54:33Speaker 1: take him back?
- 54:34Speaker 2: Oh gosh, I don't know. She posted that photo of
- 54:38Speaker 2: her Did you see that on her Instagram? The most
- 54:40Speaker 2: recent post she did where it said what did it say,
- 54:43Speaker 2: like if my boyfriend's out of town or something?
- 54:45Speaker 1: Yeah, but I didn't really know what I've been casting together.
- 54:48Speaker 1: They're together all the time.
- 54:49Speaker 2: They'll probably get back together.
- 54:50Speaker 1: I feel like they're going to get back to I
- 54:52Speaker 1: think she unless maybe they are back together. I don't know, Well,
- 54:57Speaker 1: who knows.
- 54:58Speaker 2: Maybe that's what he means by she'll never leave me, Like,
- 55:01Speaker 2: even if she does leave, it's never gonna last because
- 55:04Speaker 2: she's always gonna come back.
- 55:05Speaker 1: But I think what can be true is that if
- 55:09Speaker 1: you're in a relationship with a jack sorry we love
- 55:12Speaker 1: you on television, but with a narcissist and they continuously
- 55:18Speaker 1: break you down and make you feel like you're not enough,
- 55:22Speaker 1: they do have a way of always getting you back
- 55:24Speaker 1: because they have torn you down for so many years
- 55:27Speaker 1: that you really feel like you're not enough. And I
- 55:31Speaker 1: think that's as much as she's upset with the way
- 55:36Speaker 1: he's talking to her, I think she's also upset that
- 55:38Speaker 1: she's not enough for him, and that's I mean, that's trauma, right.
- 55:44Speaker 2: So you're saying, as long as she always feels that way,
- 55:46Speaker 2: she'll always go back.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Yeah. I think it's really hard to not go back
- 55:49Speaker 1: if you feel like you still have more to give
- 55:52Speaker 1: if you didn't do yeah.
- 55:53Speaker 2: Nothing, And it's hard when you have children together too.
- 55:56Speaker 1: Yeah. What do you think about Zach posting Instagram story
- 56:01Speaker 1: with big Bear location?
- 56:02Speaker 2: Okay, first of all, I didn't find that like the
- 56:04Speaker 2: least bit funny, And then I didn't understand why Janet
- 56:09Speaker 2: I couldn't sleep that night because she was like, well,
- 56:11Speaker 2: she was worried he was like in the bushes or
- 56:12Speaker 2: something like he was gonna jump out and scared.
- 56:14Speaker 1: Like he was going to be there next to laser
- 56:16Speaker 1: coming in.
- 56:17Speaker 2: It made that whole thing made no sense to me.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I want to know how closes Zach and Janet actually
- 56:24Speaker 1: were before filming, because I haven't really seen very much
- 56:27Speaker 1: closeness with them, and I was talking about each other. Yeah,
- 56:30Speaker 1: so I feel like they must have had a closer
- 56:34Speaker 1: relationship leading into this than that we're seeing. But also
- 56:38Speaker 1: I don't I didn't want to do that spat day
- 56:40Speaker 1: at Christen's, Like, I don't want to come over to
- 56:42Speaker 1: your house, No, with all the dogs. I mean, I
- 56:44Speaker 1: love dogs, but like I don't want. I don't want.
- 56:46Speaker 2: I don't want while my dogs are No, I don't.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Try to buy an Amazon foot spot and then have
- 56:52Speaker 1: me stick my feet into lukewarm water. I just kept
- 56:56Speaker 1: thinking about all the dog hair that's in that water,
- 56:59Speaker 1: also the shap all of it. I didn't want any
- 57:02Speaker 1: of it. I didn't want that spa day, But I
- 57:05Speaker 1: also didn't want to be in Big Bear. Why do
- 57:07Speaker 1: you think they couldn't have actually gone to a spot? Well,
- 57:10Speaker 1: I had to google it was this during COVID, but
- 57:13Speaker 1: it wasn't. It wasn't.
- 57:15Speaker 2: I thought it was four years ago.
- 57:17Speaker 1: I thought maybe they filmed or they couldn't go anywhere.
- 57:22Speaker 1: You have to realize, like why else would you not?
- 57:25Speaker 1: Is the only place you can get a permit is
- 57:27Speaker 1: like Kristen's apartment, I guess, so that's the only place
- 57:31Speaker 1: they've had her film and she's been in the same
- 57:32Speaker 1: T shirt the whole damn time. I know it's been
- 57:36Speaker 1: rough for Kristen, but either way, between the two pey
- 57:41Speaker 1: and all the things, then we get to the men going.
- 57:46Speaker 2: The men fishing. I like Jesse saying that he likes
- 57:48Speaker 2: renaissance women, not women with abs, and then he's talking
- 57:51Speaker 2: about how Michelle isn't like that, like she's not considered
- 57:55Speaker 2: that type of renaissance woman.
- 57:57Speaker 1: I guess because she's thin. Well, he said she didn't
- 58:00Speaker 1: used to always be this way. When I met her,
- 58:02Speaker 1: she was bigger. I don't know exactly what he met,
- 58:07Speaker 1: but I think her watching it back, she was definitely
- 58:12Speaker 1: like dide, he just me fat. I'll send him nudes
- 58:21Speaker 1: only if he's richer.
- 58:25Speaker 2: But it gets a new personality.
- 58:30Speaker 1: But then Danny says he's only ever been with short
- 58:33Speaker 1: women because he has Napoleon complex. Then they get a
- 58:35Speaker 1: whole fight about Napoleon complex.
- 58:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Napoleon complex is just like I always see, he's five seven. Yes,
- 58:46Speaker 2: he has a big attitude. He totally has a Napoleon complex.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Dinger.
- 58:50Speaker 2: It's it's very nice size considering he's five to seven.
- 58:54Speaker 1: Yes, he's very well in dowed. I'll ask Gina, Oh
- 59:02Speaker 1: my goodness, my gosh. But this is where Jesse says
- 59:06Speaker 1: Neo wears the pants and her and Danny's relationship. Jesse says,
- 59:11Speaker 1: Jax is always trying to prove himself and he doesn't
- 59:13Speaker 1: need to prove what. I don't actually remember him saying that.
- 59:16Speaker 2: I don't know, but Jesse has a lot to say
- 59:18Speaker 2: about other people's complexes and relationships and like he's like
- 59:23Speaker 2: the psychologists of the group.
- 59:24Speaker 1: Well, I love that he's like JACKX, you know you
- 59:28Speaker 1: should be asking me about this part of the relationship,
- 59:30Speaker 1: you know, like this happening relationship. And at first I
- 59:32Speaker 1: didn't agree with him, and I agreed with Janet's husband,
- 59:35Speaker 1: where like you're the last person, You're the last person
- 59:39Speaker 1: he asked, But actually he is, like I've already ked
- 59:41Speaker 1: all this up, Like if you want a chance of survival,
- 59:45Speaker 1: do all of the things opposite than what I do, right,
- 59:48Speaker 1: But Jack's pretty much just stepped in it there, and yeah,
- 59:51Speaker 1: that's all that. They're done. He's just said he needs
- 59:54Speaker 1: to read the signs before it's too late.
- 59:56Speaker 2: He says he misspoke. His marriage is far from being
- 59:58Speaker 2: on the fence.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Did you think about that makeup apology the next day
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: with the kissing and the I'm sorry but Jack's still
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: in the sweatshirt.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: I felt like it was just like the obligatory We
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: got in a fight, so now we have to continue
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: on a story on camera. So now it's like, Okay,
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: now we have to talk because we're obligated to talk
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: about it. So he said what he should say, I'm
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: sorry about that. I shouldn't have said that, and she's like, yeah,
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: you were wrong, but I forgive you, and then let's
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: have some beer cheese, and then that was the end. Yeah,
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: I know, I wish I kind of need to talk
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: to her. Yeah, do DM do you get in her DMS?
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: No, I don't. We have never had like that. No, Well,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: I don't know. I could try. She's from Indiana. I'm
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: from Ohio, so I'm from Indiana and she's still.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: Oh, well, maybe maybe she does.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Maybe she hates me as much as you. No, no, impossible.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Well that's a round, guys, enjoyed. Gina and uh Emily, Emily, Emily?
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Is that?
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: And that that other girl?
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: Another girl? Hopefully they'll do do us justice next week.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: All right, Well, thanks guys, thanks for listening. M m
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: hm hm
