- 0:29Speaker 1: we head to the Republican National Convention next week. I
- 0:32Speaker 1: have to tell you, we've got a very important guest
- 0:35Speaker 1: coming up today on the program. And if you're joining
- 0:38Speaker 1: me live this morning, I'd encourage you to tell your friends. Today,
- 0:42Speaker 1: we will be joined by Marcus Coleman. He is the
- 0:46Speaker 1: father of a beautiful little girl who was maimed by
- 0:51Speaker 1: an illegal alien driving a big rig, last year. And
- 0:56Speaker 1: just the results of that have been absolute chaos for him.
- 0:59Speaker 1: He was just testifying before Congress yesterday and absolutely tearing
- 1:03Speaker 1: up these Democrats who he holds responsible for hurting his
- 1:07Speaker 1: precious little girl. Marcus Coleman does join us on the
- 1:10Speaker 1: program today. Perhaps you saw the viral video of him
- 1:14Speaker 1: giving it to those Democrats yesterday. We'll talk to him today.
- 1:17Speaker 1: He's joining us right here on the show coming up
- 1:19Speaker 1: this hour. So hold on for that. We've got a
- 1:22Speaker 1: lot to get to. We're going to talk about some
- 1:25Speaker 1: of the efforts to get our country under control. The
- 1:29Speaker 1: illegal alien problem, Operation Rotten Apple that just played out
- 1:33Speaker 1: in New York, despite the fact that the Democrats are
- 1:36Speaker 1: refusing to give us any assistance whatsoever in restoring order
- 1:39Speaker 1: to the country. There's a lot to address. We're going
- 1:41Speaker 1: to do it coming up today on this edition of Vince.
- 1:45Speaker 1: As always, I'm so grateful you could be here with
- 1:47Speaker 1: me this morning. Appreciate you for doing that. If you're
- 1:50Speaker 1: listening on the audio podcast, join us sometime in the
- 1:52Speaker 1: live chat, rumble.com slash Vince. Appreciate you for doing that.
- 1:57Speaker 1: All right, let me tell you about Helix Mattresses. They're
- 1:59Speaker 1: the sponsor to kick us off today that support this
- 2:03Speaker 1: program and support my sleep. I love my Helix Mattress.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We've got the Midnight Lux. Allison and I have the
- 2:07Speaker 1: Midnight Lux Mattress. That's the individual model. It might not
- 2:10Speaker 1: be the right one for you, though. You should find
- 2:12Speaker 1: out which one works for you perfectly by going to helixsleep.com
- 2:16Speaker 1: slash Vince and taking that amazing sleep quiz. Look, when
- 2:19Speaker 1: we upgraded the mattress, that's when we realized, holy cow,
- 2:23Speaker 1: the old one sucked. This one rocks. It is so
- 2:28Speaker 1: much better. Before switching to Helix, I would toss and
- 2:31Speaker 1: turn throughout the night trying to get comfortable. I'd wake
- 2:33Speaker 1: up feeling groggy. I'd be low on energy. Since making
- 2:36Speaker 1: the change, I fall asleep so much more quickly. I
- 2:39Speaker 1: stay asleep longer. I wake up feeling much more refreshed.
- 2:43Speaker 1: We took the sleep quiz, like I said. We answered
- 2:45Speaker 1: just a couple of questions about our sleeping style, our preferences.
- 2:48Speaker 1: They matched us up with a mattress that was tailored
- 2:50Speaker 1: specifically for us. And on top of that, Helix offers
- 2:53Speaker 1: free shipping, 120-night sleep trial, a limited lifetime warranty, so
- 2:57Speaker 1: you can feel very confident about trying it for yourself.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And now Helix has an exclusive offer for you. It's
- 3:03Speaker 1: 27% off site-wide. Go to helixsleep.com slash vans. 27% off
- 3:07Speaker 1: site-wide exclusive offer. For you, that's helixsleep.com slash Vince.
- 3:14Speaker 2: 27% off.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Site-wide, helixsleep.com slash Vince.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Boom.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Okay, we've got a lot to get to today. Let's
- 3:23Speaker 1: get into it. The Trump administration rounding up violent, illegal
- 3:27Speaker 1: aliens all across the Empire State. and doing it without
- 3:32Speaker 1: much fanfare, but with a lot of results. Thousands, nearly 2,200
- 3:36Speaker 1: of them, illegal aliens, so many violent murderers, rapists, drug traffickers,
- 3:43Speaker 1: child abusers, a special place in hell for them. Mark
- 3:47Speaker 1: Wayne Mullen, who's been on a good run lately with
- 3:50Speaker 1: the announcement yesterday from New York. Cut one, watch this.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Operation Rotten Apple was an operation we decided to take
- 3:58Speaker 4: on because you have a very liberal slash socialist mayor
- 4:05Speaker 4: here in New York City that instead of working with
- 4:11Speaker 4: law enforcement tries to cut NYPD's budget by 22 million
- 4:16Speaker 4: dollars and refuses to work with with federal law enforcement.
- 4:21Speaker 4: You have a governor that refuses to work with us,
- 4:25Speaker 4: but over the last 30 days Operation Rotten Apple has
- 4:30Speaker 4: taken over 2,100 criminals off our streets. That's the worst
- 4:37Speaker 4: of the worst. 2,100. We focused on them all across
- 4:43Speaker 4: the state.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Of New York.
- 4:45Speaker 4: These arrests included gang members, rapists, murderers, and child predators,
- 4:50Speaker 4: which I believe there's a special place in hell for
- 4:53Speaker 4: those individuals. Here are just a few as you look.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Right here beside you, there's a few individuals here that
- 5:02Speaker 4: we have highlighted. A 50-year-old citizen from Ukraine whose criminal
- 5:08Speaker 4: history includes conviction of kidnapping, abduction, possession of a weapon,
- 5:14Speaker 4: and murder. We have a 38-year-old citizen from India who
- 5:20Speaker 4: has a criminal history that includes conviction of rape in Germany. Yet,
- 5:27Speaker 4: underneath the Biden administration, We allow this individual to come
- 5:30Speaker 4: in and roam our streets. A 53-year-old from Columbia who
- 5:35Speaker 4: was arrested of sexual assault against a child. These individuals
- 5:42Speaker 4: should never have been on our streets. But while the
- 5:44Speaker 4: radical left sanctuary states protect illegals, underneath Trump's administration and
- 5:50Speaker 4: Department of Homeland Security, ICE officers, which is our Immigration
- 5:55Speaker 4: Customs Enforcement Officers, are out there every day protecting Americans.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Where are the Democrats? You guys, if you're watching with me, rumble.com
- 6:08Speaker 1: slash Vince, you're looking at video there. You're seeing federal
- 6:10Speaker 1: government officials standing there at that lectern talking about taking
- 6:14Speaker 1: all these rapists, murderers, drug cartel people into custody. Where
- 6:19Speaker 1: are the Democrats standing side by side, shoulder to shoulder
- 6:21Speaker 1: with law enforcement? Why isn't the governor standing there with
- 6:25Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen? Why isn't Mayor Mamdani standing there with
- 6:29Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen? Don't they have any interest in protecting
- 6:32Speaker 1: their community? Wouldn't they want to try and take credit
- 6:35Speaker 1: for bringing about some safety? Wouldn't they want to be
- 6:38Speaker 1: celebrating the restoration of law and order? Right, in a
- 6:41Speaker 1: normal world, this would be a collaborative effort to take
- 6:44Speaker 1: bad guys into custody, get them the hell out of
- 6:46Speaker 1: our country. They're not there. Why aren't they there? You
- 6:50Speaker 1: notice that? And of course, Markway Mullen pointing out they're
- 6:52Speaker 1: the reason that we have this problem. We can't even
- 6:54Speaker 1: take these guys into custody if we just rely on
- 6:56Speaker 1: the state because the state refuses to work with us.
- 6:59Speaker 1: You've got sheriffs all across the state of New York
- 7:01Speaker 1: right now who are pleading to be able to do
- 7:05Speaker 1: their jobs. And you've got people like Kathy Hochul, that fraud,
- 7:09Speaker 1: standing in their way, trying to prevent them from working
- 7:12Speaker 1: with federal law enforcement. It's not the only place that's happening.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Democrat-run Virginia right now, that's also happening. as these cops
- 7:19Speaker 1: are being told, you are forbidden from working with ICE.
- 7:23Speaker 1: It's madness. It's madness. And Kathy Hochul and Mayor Ma'am Donnie,
- 7:29Speaker 1: the commie, they had a press conference yesterday. And at
- 7:32Speaker 1: their press conference, they were bitching and moaning about the
- 7:36Speaker 1: fact that ICE just did this, that the Trump administration
- 7:38Speaker 1: just did this. They were whining about it. Check this out.
- 7:42Speaker 1: This is from this morning. Fox News had this and
- 7:45Speaker 1: they had Tom Holman on. So I want you to
- 7:46Speaker 1: hear both parts of this. Here's the clip of Kathy Hochul,
- 7:50Speaker 1: Ma'am Donnie, running their socks yesterday. And then the reaction
- 7:54Speaker 1: from Tom Holman, the borders are, listen to this. That
- 7:57Speaker 1: these individuals are about to be released and they should
- 7:59Speaker 1: be deported. That's always been our policy for decades. You
- 8:03Speaker 1: know what? Sometimes they don't even show up. ICE doesn't
- 8:06Speaker 1: even do their job.
- 8:07Speaker 5: They don't care.
- 8:08Speaker 1: So I'm not buying what they're selling here.
- 8:10Speaker 6: What we are seeing, however, from ICE is an attempt
- 8:14Speaker 6: to criminalize the very fact of being an immigrant. And
- 8:17Speaker 6: we are seeing a terrorizing of immigrants across our city and, frankly,
- 8:22Speaker 6: across our nation.
- 8:24Speaker 5: First, take on what Hochul said, that ICE isn't showing
- 8:27Speaker 5: up to pick up the criminals. And then Mondami says
- 8:32Speaker 5: that you guys are just targeting foreigners and terrorizing them.
- 8:38Speaker 7: Look, you know, first of all, Hochul's lying. Stone cold lie.
- 8:42Speaker 7: This past year, over 13,000 detainers weren't honored. So she
- 8:47Speaker 7: says she cares about working with ICE on criminal alien
- 8:51Speaker 7: public safety threats. 13,000 detainees that weren't honored. And also,
- 8:57Speaker 7: she just signed legislation that says local law enforcement can't
- 9:00Speaker 7: work with us. She ended the 287G programs. And she
- 9:04Speaker 7: no longer allows us to rent beds from local sheriffs.
- 9:09Speaker 7: So the 2,200 aliens we arrested, meaning we moved out
- 9:11Speaker 7: of state immediately. We don't have a bed here in
- 9:13Speaker 7: the state. And finally, I'll tell her this, listen to
- 9:16Speaker 7: your own sheriffs. You got 15 sheriffs in the state
- 9:20Speaker 7: suing you over this legislation that you just signed. These
- 9:24Speaker 7: are career law enforcement officers that know their community better
- 9:27Speaker 7: than she does. And she says, this is about local
- 9:30Speaker 7: law enforcement doing local, you know, keeping their neighborhoods safe.
- 9:32Speaker 7: 15 of our own sheriffs are suing her because they're
- 9:36Speaker 7: saying this makes communities less safe. As far as McDonough, look,
- 9:39Speaker 7: I'm an equal opportunity deporter. I don't care where you're from.
- 9:43Speaker 7: I don't care what country you're from. If you got
- 9:46Speaker 7: an order of removal issued by an immigration judge, you're.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Going to go home. You're going to go. We're going
- 9:52Speaker 1: to get rid of you. That's the right attitude from
- 9:56Speaker 1: the border czar. Now, this thing, you want to know
- 9:59Speaker 1: how we know they're lying about ICE? You want the
- 10:02Speaker 1: ultimate proof of this? This has never been about ICE.
- 10:05Speaker 1: The left keeps acting like ICE is the problem. ICE,
- 10:08Speaker 1: their tactics are out of control. ICE is the problem.
- 10:10Speaker 1: We need to abolish ICE. We need to get rid
- 10:12Speaker 1: of them.
- 10:13Speaker 3: It's not about ICE.
- 10:15Speaker 1: It's about immigration enforcement at all. The left is furious.
- 10:20Speaker 1: that we are restoring order to the United States of America,
- 10:24Speaker 1: that our great men and women in federal law enforcement
- 10:27Speaker 1: are restoring order to the United States of America. They're
- 10:30Speaker 1: very upset about this. And the reason we know this
- 10:32Speaker 1: with such certainty is because if it was about ICE specifically,
- 10:38Speaker 1: then Kathy Hochul would have every police department in her
- 10:42Speaker 1: state sign up for the 287G program. You guys know
- 10:46Speaker 1: what the 287G program is? You familiar with this? It's
- 10:49Speaker 1: a really simple concept. The federal government deputizes local police
- 10:55Speaker 1: to conduct immigration enforcement. So then ICE agents don't need
- 10:59Speaker 1: to go in at all, all across the state of
- 11:02Speaker 1: New York. You could have local law enforcement enforcing immigration
- 11:05Speaker 1: laws and then handing off illegal aliens directly to ICE.
- 11:10Speaker 1: It wouldn't require an ICE raid. It wouldn't require ICE
- 11:13Speaker 1: agents going into towns and communities. It wouldn't require ICE
- 11:16Speaker 1: having to deploy into the state of New York in
- 11:19Speaker 1: order to round up all of these murderers, rapists, and
- 11:21Speaker 1: bad guys. It wouldn't be required because the local cops
- 11:25Speaker 1: would be able to do it. It's the 287G program.
- 11:29Speaker 1: If these guys were really upset about ICE specifically, they
- 11:33Speaker 1: would have local law enforcement take care of it. But
- 11:36Speaker 1: they don't. You know why? Because they don't want immigration
- 11:39Speaker 1: enforcement at all. It's never been about ICE. It's always
- 11:43Speaker 1: been about aiding and abetting the invasion of the United
- 11:46Speaker 1: States of America. It is as simple as that. That's it.
- 11:51Speaker 1: They just demonize ICE. They put a target on ICE's back.
- 11:55Speaker 1: They're trying to stop all immigration enforcement, and they're trying
- 11:57Speaker 1: to whip their radical base into a frenzy to once
- 11:59Speaker 1: again take more potshots and assassination attempts on ICE officers,
- 12:03Speaker 1: which we see happen over and over and over and
- 12:06Speaker 1: over again, which is why, of course, Mark Wayne Mullen has...
- 12:09Speaker 1: engineered a change in strategy about the way they go
- 12:11Speaker 1: into these locales to make these arrests. Instead of alerting
- 12:16Speaker 1: everyone in advance, hey, we're going in for Operation Rotten Apple,
- 12:20Speaker 1: you find out after it's concluded. Thousands of people rounded up.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I didn't hear about this. That's because DHS kept it quiet.
- 12:26Speaker 1: They arrested everybody, and then they put up record numbers
- 12:28Speaker 1: in July for deportations. Record numbers. And not just of
- 12:32Speaker 1: the worst of the worst, but every illegal alien that
- 12:35Speaker 1: they came into contact with. I'm eager to see what
- 12:38Speaker 1: August's numbers are. Very eager. And by the way, to
- 12:42Speaker 1: Markway Mullen's credit, I keep seeing him front and center
- 12:46Speaker 1: in all of these very big stories about restoring order
- 12:48Speaker 1: to the country lately. I love this. You have to
- 12:50Speaker 1: do this, by the way. You have to do this.
- 12:52Speaker 1: We have so little built-in trust for the government that
- 12:55Speaker 1: if we don't hear from you, we just assume that
- 12:57Speaker 1: nothing's happening. So it really is important to give us
- 13:00Speaker 1: routine updates on what precisely is happening. Sorry, that's just true.
- 13:06Speaker 1: President Trump and the people around him are the inheritors
- 13:09Speaker 1: of the world's crappiest reputation, which is the United States
- 13:13Speaker 1: federal government. It just has a terrible reputation.
- 13:15Speaker 2: All right.
- 13:16Speaker 1: So what do we do? You got to talk to
- 13:17Speaker 1: the public. You got to give us updates. Just let
- 13:19Speaker 1: us know what's happening. That's all we're asking for. Constant updates.
- 13:22Speaker 1: We're your parole officer. We need an update on what
- 13:24Speaker 1: you're up to. And Marco Malin keeps giving us updates.
- 13:27Speaker 1: So what have we gotten in the last week? Well,
- 13:28Speaker 1: we got the record numbers out of the month of July.
- 13:30Speaker 1: That was great. I can't wait to see what August holds.
- 13:32Speaker 1: We have Operation Rotten Apple that just came through. We've
- 13:35Speaker 1: got all of these illegal alien truck drivers who they're
- 13:38Speaker 1: rounding up and arresting in the country. They're getting rid
- 13:40Speaker 1: of all of these fake CDL schools that are just
- 13:43Speaker 1: handing out licenses to illegal aliens, people who don't speak English.
- 13:47Speaker 1: people who don't get any meaningful training whatsoever out on
- 13:50Speaker 1: America's roadways, driving these like huge death machines and then
- 13:54Speaker 1: running into American citizens, killing them or maiming little girls
- 13:58Speaker 1: like Delilah. We're going to find out as we talk
- 14:00Speaker 1: to Marcus Coleman coming up, what their life is like
- 14:03Speaker 1: as they try and pick up the pieces. Mark, I'm
- 14:07Speaker 1: only going on after all of that. That's good news.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Please keep giving us updates, please. We need that. And
- 14:16Speaker 1: to Mark Wayne Mullen's credit, as much as I was
- 14:18Speaker 1: concerned about, okay, is this the right guy for it?
- 14:20Speaker 1: He seemed to make some amnesty noises when he was
- 14:22Speaker 1: in Congress. It was a little annoying to hear that.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I was like, is he the right guy to be
- 14:25Speaker 1: DHS secretary? Well, you put up results, dude. You prove it.
- 14:29Speaker 1: You keep putting up results, then we're going to give
- 14:31Speaker 1: you the stamp of approval. We'll give you a good
- 14:33Speaker 1: grade for that. So keep putting up results. I'm glad
- 14:36Speaker 1: to see Mark Wayne Mullen out there front and center
- 14:37Speaker 1: on this.
- 14:38Speaker 3: It's important.
- 14:41Speaker 1: But these lefties, they're just, all they are is agents
- 14:43Speaker 1: of chaos, a bunch of AOCs. They just want the
- 14:45Speaker 1: border to be wide open, which is why they don't
- 14:47Speaker 1: assist in immigration enforcement at all, and which is why
- 14:49Speaker 1: the Trump administration has to do this on their own.
- 14:52Speaker 1: It's crazy, but it's true. Now, yesterday in the United
- 14:56Speaker 1: States Congress, of course, we had a number of hearings
- 14:59Speaker 1: on this subject, two of importance. One was the status
- 15:03Speaker 1: of these sanctuary cities and states across the country and
- 15:07Speaker 1: the kinds of chaos that they're enabling. That's where Marcus
- 15:10Speaker 1: Coleman testified yesterday, and he ripped these Democrats. You're going
- 15:13Speaker 1: to see that in a moment. Also, we had a
- 15:15Speaker 1: big hearing on birthright citizenship yesterday. This idea that anybody, anybody,
- 15:20Speaker 1: in any circumstance, legal immigrants or illegal aliens can come
- 15:23Speaker 1: into the country, have a baby, suddenly they have an
- 15:25Speaker 1: American citizen. That is a senseless system. It doesn't in
- 15:29Speaker 1: any way protect our sovereignty. It is in no way
- 15:32Speaker 1: what the founders of our country could have possibly envisioned
- 15:34Speaker 1: about our future, and it is definitely not what the
- 15:37Speaker 1: framers of the 14th Amendment envisioned. intended for that amendment,
- 15:40Speaker 1: which was designed to ensure that black Americans were considered American,
- 15:44Speaker 1: not to hand out citizenship willy-nilly to illegal aliens who
- 15:48Speaker 1: invade our country at the behest of Democrats, obviously. So
- 15:52Speaker 1: we had two big hearings on the subject yesterday. I'm
- 15:54Speaker 1: going to take you through some of the important highlights
- 15:56Speaker 1: of them. because there were some staggering moments. I'm watching this.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It's just jaw dropping what you're going to see as
- 16:03Speaker 1: you watch as these Democrats, just absolute callous indifference to
- 16:07Speaker 1: what it means to be an American citizen. And it's
- 16:10Speaker 1: just all on all on display yesterday. Unbelievable stuff. Not shocking.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Totally appalling, though. More ahead on this edition of Vince.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I want to thank one of the fine sponsors who
- 16:19Speaker 1: make this truth telling possible. And that's our sponsor going
- 16:22Speaker 1: into the Republican National Convention next week. Gold Co. We
- 16:26Speaker 1: appreciate them. You know, one thing is so abundantly clear.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Political volatility can actually drive market uncertainty. And as you know, Washington,
- 16:35Speaker 1: not exactly a great track record of coming to save
- 16:37Speaker 1: your savings. This is why gold and silver have been
- 16:40Speaker 1: on an absolute rally lately. So many Americans are taking
- 16:44Speaker 1: control of their own wealth. So if you've ever thought
- 16:46Speaker 1: about buying precious metals, now is your chance. And we
- 16:48Speaker 1: are very proud to have Goldco as our sponsor, our
- 16:50Speaker 1: partner with Silverlock Media. Now, you might.
- 16:55Speaker 1: You know, hear about this and you thought about this
- 16:57Speaker 1: in the past, now's the time. Look, Gold Co. is great.
- 17:00Speaker 1: They've got 8,000 five-star reviews. They have an A-plus rating
- 17:02Speaker 1: with the Better Business Bureau. They've helped thousands of Americans
- 17:05Speaker 1: help protect millions in retirement savings through physical metals and
- 17:08Speaker 1: gold IRAs. And they are Silverlock Media's trusted gold and
- 17:12Speaker 1: silver partner for the convention. So don't wait for... the
- 17:16Speaker 1: huge political shifts and ensuing inflation to erode your hard-earned money.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Right now, when you get started, you can receive a
- 17:22Speaker 1: free gold and silver kit, plus up to 10% back
- 17:25Speaker 1: in bonus silver on qualified orders. Head over to goldcornc.com
- 17:30Speaker 1: or call 833-669-GOLD. That's goldcornc.com or 833-669-GOLD. Performance may vary.
- 17:39Speaker 1: You should always consult a financial and tax professional. Yes, indeed.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Thank you to GoldCo. supporting us as we head to
- 17:45Speaker 1: the convention next week. That's going to be epic. It's
- 17:47Speaker 1: going to be epic. We'll have a lot of fun
- 17:49Speaker 1: stuff to share with you there.
- 17:50Speaker 5: All right.
- 17:51Speaker 1: But let's get to yesterday's hearings in the United States
- 17:53Speaker 1: House of Representatives. Let's start with birthright citizenship, and then
- 17:56Speaker 1: I'll take you to the epic video of Marcus Coleman yesterday.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Birthright citizenship yesterday, we had Brandon Gill, the chairman of
- 18:04Speaker 1: the committee. Boy, is he great. And there was a
- 18:07Speaker 1: witness yesterday who happens to be involved in a scheme
- 18:12Speaker 1: that to bring people to the United States to have babies.
- 18:16Speaker 1: In fact, it's in the title of his quote, service,
- 18:19Speaker 1: have my baby in Miami. The guy's name is Vladimir Lawrence.
- 18:26Speaker 1: And he was hauled in before Congress yesterday. And Brandon
- 18:28Speaker 1: Gill started asking him about, wait a second, you're selling
- 18:31Speaker 1: birthright citizenship? Is that what you're doing? Of course, that's
- 18:34Speaker 1: what he's doing. Watch as this exchange goes down. Yesterday,
- 18:39Speaker 1: cut four. Here it is.
- 18:41Speaker 5: Lawrence, what?
- 18:42Speaker 9: This website isn't public anymore. What motivated you to take
- 18:46Speaker 9: down or at least substantially modify this website for Have
- 18:50Speaker 9: My Baby in Miami after we first wrote to you
- 18:53Speaker 9: about birth tourism in May?
- 18:56Speaker 8: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer
- 19:00Speaker 8: the question on the grounds that a truthful answer may
- 19:02Speaker 8: incriminate me, and I invoke my rights under the Fifth
- 19:05Speaker 8: Amendment to the United States Constitution.
- 19:08Speaker 9: Does your business help children of members of the Chinese
- 19:10Speaker 9: Communist Party obtain American citizenship?
- 19:14Speaker 8: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer
- 19:17Speaker 8: the question on the grounds that a truthful answer may
- 19:20Speaker 8: tend to incriminate me, and I invoke my rights under
- 19:22Speaker 8: the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
- 19:25Speaker 9: Have you ever facilitated the childbirth in America for a
- 19:29Speaker 9: member of Trend de Aragua, MS-13, or any other narco-terrorist organization?
- 19:35Speaker 8: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer
- 19:37Speaker 8: the question on the grounds that a truthful answer may
- 19:40Speaker 8: tend to incriminate me, and I invoke my rights under
- 19:42Speaker 8: the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Dr.
- 19:45Speaker 9: Lorenz, are you declining to answer any question that I've
- 19:48Speaker 9: put you today on the basis that you believe that
- 19:51Speaker 9: an answer would incriminate you?
- 19:54Speaker 8: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer
- 19:57Speaker 8: the questions on the grounds that a truthful answer may
- 20:00Speaker 8: tend to incriminate me.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Dr.
- 20:02Speaker 8: Lorenz— And I invoke my rights under the Fifth Amendment
- 20:05Speaker 8: to the United States.
- 20:06Speaker 9: Is it your intention to answer any question put to
- 20:08Speaker 9: you by the committee today? with an assertion of your
- 20:11Speaker 9: Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination?
- 20:14Speaker 1: Can you please repeat that question?
- 20:15Speaker 9: Is it your intention to answer any question put to
- 20:18Speaker 9: you today by the committee with an assertion of your
- 20:21Speaker 9: Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Speak to counsel, please.
- 20:28Speaker 2: No.
- 20:29Speaker 3: No?
- 20:29Speaker 1: No, sir.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Okay.
- 20:31Speaker 8: On the advice of.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Sir, this is a.
- 20:43Speaker 2: All right.
- 20:43Speaker 9: Let the record reflect that Dr. Lorenz has asserted his
- 20:46Speaker 9: Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. To all questions posed to
- 20:50Speaker 9: him today, Dr. Lorenz, considering your invocation of the Fifth
- 20:54Speaker 9: Amendment right against self-incrimination pursuant to the terms of the
- 20:57Speaker 9: subpoena issued for your appearance at this hearing, I have
- 21:00Speaker 9: no choice but to excuse you from the witness panel.
- 21:02Speaker 9: You're hereby excused from the witness panel, and we will
- 21:05Speaker 9: continue the hearing.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Okay.
- 21:08Speaker 1: You watch this, and look, I get it. Like, the
- 21:12Speaker 1: guy tried to invoke his Fifth Amendment right because he
- 21:15Speaker 1: thinks he can avoid incrimination this way, and he's got
- 21:17Speaker 1: a Fifth Amendment. I'll let the lawyers all debate this.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm just saying, as a normal person, you watch that,
- 21:22Speaker 1: and you're thinking to yourself, that guy is guilty as hell.
- 21:25Speaker 1: That guy is guilty as hell. Even the wording of
- 21:27Speaker 1: the way he invoked the Fifth Amendment there was like, well, look,
- 21:29Speaker 1: if I answer truthfully, I'm likely to incriminate myself. OK,
- 21:33Speaker 1: wasn't that sort of an admission that you are running
- 21:36Speaker 1: a scam operation designed to just hand out citizenship to
- 21:40Speaker 1: the worst people on planet Earth on the basis of nothing?
- 21:43Speaker 1: We're going to run an operation like this. We're going
- 21:45Speaker 1: to run a country like this.
- 21:46Speaker 6: What?
- 21:47Speaker 5: That's insane.
- 21:49Speaker 1: That's insane. Any thinking American who witnessed that exchange yesterday
- 21:53Speaker 1: would think to themselves, you can't run a country like this.
- 21:56Speaker 1: You hand out citizenship to random chi-coms who fly into
- 21:59Speaker 1: the country and pop out babies and then fly back
- 22:01Speaker 1: to China. Now they have American citizens with them. That
- 22:04Speaker 1: ain't going to work. To random trendy Aragua members, that
- 22:07Speaker 1: ain't going to work. This can't stand. This garbage has
- 22:11Speaker 1: to end. Birthright citizenship. How stupid. In fact, one House
- 22:16Speaker 1: Democrat yesterday thought that he had some epic moment where
- 22:20Speaker 1: he could like own Brandon Gill. His name is Dave Min.
- 22:24Speaker 1: He's a congressman from California. And this is a weird
- 22:28Speaker 1: clip because he straight up admits that he would not
- 22:31Speaker 1: be a citizen were it not for this scam of
- 22:34Speaker 1: a system. He goes, I wouldn't be a citizen were
- 22:37Speaker 1: it not for birthright citizenship. Yeah, we know. That's the point.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Watch this. Here's cut five.
- 22:45Speaker 2: This is all very deeply personal to me because I
- 22:47Speaker 2: am myself a birthright citizen. My parents were here in
- 22:50Speaker 2: America on student visas when I was born. They had
- 22:52Speaker 2: not become naturalized until after I was born. And if
- 22:55Speaker 2: Donald Trump and Brandon Gill... had had their way, maybe
- 22:58Speaker 2: my parents would have been denied their visas. Maybe they
- 23:00Speaker 2: would have been deported. Maybe my citizenship would have been denied.
- 23:03Speaker 2: And maybe if I say something today or beyond that
- 23:05Speaker 2: Brandon Gill doesn't like, he'll try to revoke my citizenship.
- 23:11Speaker 1: He's like, I wouldn't be a citizen were it not
- 23:12Speaker 1: for this system.
- 23:13Speaker 10: Yeah, I know.
- 23:14Speaker 1: That's the problem. That's the problem. By the way, he
- 23:17Speaker 1: became a citizen, and then what did he do with it?
- 23:19Speaker 1: He joined the party that is betraying America on a
- 23:22Speaker 1: routine basis. Thanks. Great work, everybody. Great work. So insane. No,
- 23:29Speaker 1: citizenship should be conferred on the children of Americans. And
- 23:33Speaker 1: then if you want to become a citizen of the
- 23:35Speaker 1: United States, it kind of has to be a joint agreement.
- 23:37Speaker 1: The American people have to agree that you become a
- 23:40Speaker 1: naturalized American citizen. That's the arrangement we have. It is
- 23:43Speaker 1: possible for immigrants to become American citizens, obviously, but it
- 23:47Speaker 1: has to be a sensible arrangement, not this free-for-all that
- 23:51Speaker 1: we have going on in the United States of America
- 23:52Speaker 1: right now. And if the Supreme Court would get off
- 23:54Speaker 1: its ass and actually defend the Constitution and uphold the
- 23:57Speaker 1: purpose of the 14th Amendment, we could clean this up
- 23:59Speaker 1: real quick. But in the absence of that, maybe we
- 24:02Speaker 1: need something like the Citizenship Act from Senator Jim Banks,
- 24:05Speaker 1: which declares that if you illegally immigrate to the country
- 24:08Speaker 1: or if you come to the country for the purposes
- 24:10Speaker 1: of birth tourism, you're an invader of the United States
- 24:13Speaker 1: of America. And you are not entitled to the benefits
- 24:16Speaker 1: of citizenship for your children. Maybe we need that. Whatever
- 24:22Speaker 1: we do, we need a way out of this. We
- 24:24Speaker 1: need a way out of this. And that was an
- 24:27Speaker 1: important hearing to demonstrate the necessity of fixing this ridiculous
- 24:32Speaker 1: crisis going on in the United States of America yesterday. Now,
- 24:35Speaker 1: in addition to the birthright citizenship hearing yesterday, there was,
- 24:38Speaker 1: of course, the sanctuary city, sanctuary jurisdiction hearing yesterday. This
- 24:43Speaker 1: is where Democrats decide that the law will not be
- 24:46Speaker 1: enforced at all. that illegal aliens can invade the country,
- 24:49Speaker 1: and the Democrats who run these jurisdictions will aid and
- 24:51Speaker 1: abet their invasions. No, we won't let the feds catch you.
- 24:56Speaker 1: You can claim sanctuary here. So what did that lead to? Well,
- 25:00Speaker 1: it led to this clip yesterday. This is the father
- 25:04Speaker 1: of a beautiful little girl who was maimed by an
- 25:07Speaker 1: illegal alien last year. His name is Marcus Coleman. And
- 25:12Speaker 1: let me just give you some background. basic details first
- 25:15Speaker 1: and foremost about his daughter, Delilah, and what happened to her.
- 25:18Speaker 1: We'll be talking to Marcus coming up here in a moment,
- 25:20Speaker 1: but I want to share this with you first before
- 25:22Speaker 1: I show you this clip from yesterday's hearing. DHS shared
- 25:25Speaker 1: this earlier last year, late last year. Father speaks out
- 25:29Speaker 1: after ICE arrests criminal illegal alien who struck and severely
- 25:32Speaker 1: injured his five-year-old daughter while driving an 18-wheeler on a
- 25:35Speaker 1: California-issued commercial driver's license. Okay, so an illegal alien issued
- 25:39Speaker 1: a driver's license by Gavin Newsom's California. There's Delilah. Look
- 25:43Speaker 1: how beautiful Delilah is. Look at this. Rumble.com slash Vince,
- 25:48Speaker 1: if you're listening to the audio podcast, you want to
- 25:50Speaker 1: see this image of Delilah. Look how gorgeous that little
- 25:53Speaker 1: girl is. And they say on June 20 of 2024,
- 25:58Speaker 1: an illegal alien by the name of Parthap Singh from
- 26:03Speaker 1: India caused a multi-car pileup while driving a commercial 18-wheeler
- 26:08Speaker 1: in the sanctuary state of California. The collision resulted in
- 26:11Speaker 1: the hospitalization of Delilah's stepfather, Michael Krause, and the girl,
- 26:17Speaker 1: who was airlifted to a hospital after suffering critical injuries.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Several other individuals were also transported to the hospital for injuries. Singh,
- 26:26Speaker 1: the illegal, had driven at an unsafe speed and failed
- 26:32Speaker 1: to stop for traffic in a construction zone. thus causing
- 26:37Speaker 1: this horrific accident. According to Delilah's father, the crash resulted
- 26:42Speaker 1: in her inability to walk, talk, eat orally, or attend
- 26:45Speaker 1: kindergarten as planned. She was in a coma for three weeks.
- 26:50Speaker 1: She required six months of hospital treatment before her family
- 26:53Speaker 1: could bring her home. While in the hospital, she had
- 26:55Speaker 1: a craniectomy. She was without half of her skull for
- 26:58Speaker 1: four months. Delilah experienced a broken femur, skull fractures, and
- 27:05Speaker 1: has since been diagnosed with deblegic cerebral palsy, global developmental delay,
- 27:11Speaker 1: and will need lifelong therapy. Horrific. Absolutely horrific. And entirely preventable.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Which is why this happened yesterday, as her father, Marcus Coleman,
- 27:26Speaker 1: is sitting here in this congressional hearing to talk about this,
- 27:29Speaker 1: about stopping this going forward so that other children don't
- 27:33Speaker 1: suffer Delilah's injuries here. And he had some words for
- 27:38Speaker 1: the Democrats on that panel. Take a look. Yesterday, Marcus
- 27:41Speaker 1: Coleman testifying before that committee. Cut to, watch.
- 27:45Speaker 3: How is that okay? How are you guys not fighting
- 27:47Speaker 3: for this? Right here. How are you guys not fighting
- 27:50Speaker 3: for this? I reject your guys' sympathy, to be honest
- 27:56Speaker 3: with you. There's no way you guys are sorry. Not
- 27:59Speaker 3: one of you guys have ever called me. Not one
- 28:01Speaker 3: of you guys have ever reached out to me. Not
- 28:02Speaker 3: one of you guys have ever sat there and seen
- 28:04Speaker 3: me in the hallways and said, hey, sorry about your daughter.
- 28:06Speaker 3: You guys do it right here while you guys are
- 28:08Speaker 3: grandstanding on top of your soapbox. This is when you
- 28:10Speaker 3: guys care. Right here inside this room is the only
- 28:13Speaker 3: time you guys care. I've never received anything from anybody
- 28:17Speaker 3: over here at all regarding my daughter or my family
- 28:20Speaker 3: or anything. Hey, Mr. Coleman, your guys' Delilah law, I
- 28:24Speaker 3: want to help you revise it so that we're interested
- 28:26Speaker 3: inside of it. Nothing. You guys have no pathway to anything.
- 28:31Speaker 3: You guys want to sit there and talk about the
- 28:32Speaker 3: pathway to citizenship. There is a pathway. It's not jump
- 28:34Speaker 3: the fence and apply. That's not the way it goes.
- 28:38Speaker 3: There's a process to get it done. You don't just
- 28:40Speaker 3: do that. I can't just go over there and go
- 28:42Speaker 3: sit down inside one of those seats and become a Democrat.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Oh, you know what?
- 28:45Speaker 3: I probably could. I honestly probably could. So I'm not
- 28:48Speaker 3: even going to say that. But I can't go inside
- 28:51Speaker 3: a hospital and become a doctor just because I want
- 28:53Speaker 3: to and go put on a coat and come to work.
- 28:56Speaker 3: It's getting ridiculous the way things are going now. It
- 28:59Speaker 3: honestly is. It makes no sense at all. Sanctuary cities
- 29:03Speaker 3: allow so much to be done that it's almost like
- 29:07Speaker 3: the parents not there to take care of the household.
- 29:10Speaker 3: And everybody's running around and doing what they want to do.
- 29:13Speaker 3: And it sucks. It honestly does. You guys sit there
- 29:16Speaker 3: and you guys talk about ICE invading cities and doing
- 29:18Speaker 3: this and doing that. I agree with Mr.
- 29:20Speaker 7: Gordon.
- 29:21Speaker 3: Jordan, sorry. That if you guys, if the state sat
- 29:25Speaker 3: there and told them come pick up the person, it
- 29:27Speaker 3: would take one or two people to go do it. Instead,
- 29:29Speaker 3: they got to send an army out there because now
- 29:31Speaker 3: they have to look for them. And then since it's
- 29:34Speaker 3: a sanctuary state, you got people sitting there abusing the
- 29:37Speaker 3: ICE the the ice officers that are out there i
- 29:39Speaker 3: have a whole statement right here that i was going
- 29:41Speaker 3: to read to you guys but just listening to you
- 29:42Speaker 3: guys none of this is relevant anymore because you guys
- 29:44Speaker 3: just changed so much it makes no sense at all
- 29:50Speaker 3: my daughter doesn't deserve this she will she didn't ask
- 29:53Speaker 3: for any of this the people that jumped the fence
- 29:55Speaker 3: did though they knew exactly what they were doing they
- 29:57Speaker 3: still chose to move forward in that direction And every
- 30:00Speaker 3: day something's happening to somebody. And it is your guys' fault.
- 30:04Speaker 3: I hold each and every one of you responsible for it.
- 30:07Speaker 3: And I always will.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Marcus Coleman will join us in just a moment on
- 30:12Speaker 1: this edition of Vince. I want to thank the people
- 30:15Speaker 1: who make shows like this possible today. We want to
- 30:18Speaker 1: thank Bon Charge for being with us, being a great
- 30:20Speaker 1: sponsor of the program. They've got the infrared sauna blanket.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I've got this great product. I appreciate it. Allison's got
- 30:25Speaker 1: the red light face mask. Ever since they sent them
- 30:27Speaker 1: to us, we can't recommend them enough. And, you know,
- 30:30Speaker 1: I first turned to that sauna blanket to help with
- 30:31Speaker 1: muscle recovery, detoxification. It's become a total game changer in
- 30:34Speaker 1: my life. Very easy to use. Just wrap myself up,
- 30:36Speaker 1: let the infrared heat work its magic. It's created a
- 30:38Speaker 1: huge difference in how relaxed and rejuvenated I feel afterward.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Allison loves the red light face mask. Very impressive. She
- 30:44Speaker 1: uses it because it improves your skin's texture. It reduces inflammation.
- 30:47Speaker 1: She's seen fantastic results. It's like a mini spa treatment
- 30:50Speaker 1: right at home. If you're thinking about trying these great

- 31:15Speaker 1: the fine people over at Chapter. Chapter is great, and
- 31:19Speaker 1: here's why. You know how I read the news. First
- 31:22Speaker 1: question is always, who's paying for this? You follow the incentive,
- 31:25Speaker 1: and the coverage explains itself. Apply that to Medicare for
- 31:28Speaker 1: a second. Most Medicare agents make more money steering you
- 31:32Speaker 1: into certain plans. That's not a conspiracy. That's an incentive structure.
- 31:35Speaker 1: And then you're the one who has to live with
- 31:37Speaker 1: the result, which is why you should trust Chapter. You know, look,
- 31:40Speaker 1: they're the only Medicare advisors that compare every plan nationwide.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Chapter's independent advisors are honest. They're not paid to steer you.
- 31:47Speaker 1: They advocate for you, not the big insurance companies. They
- 31:50Speaker 1: look at your doctors, your prescriptions, your zip code, every
- 31:53Speaker 1: plan that's available to you. If you're already on the
- 31:55Speaker 1: right plan, they'll tell you that. Call Chapter at 316-835-9955.
- 32:01Speaker 1: It's free, under 20 minutes, no sales pitch. That's 316-835-9955.
- 32:09Speaker 1: You question everything else, question this too.
- 32:11Speaker 3: 316-835-9955.
- 32:12Speaker 1: All right, joining us right now, I'm very grateful to
- 32:18Speaker 1: have with us Marcus Coleman. He's the father of Delilah,
- 32:22Speaker 1: who you just learned so much about. She's been permanently
- 32:25Speaker 1: disabled after that illegal alien. caused that horrific multi-car crash
- 32:28Speaker 1: now two years ago and had that important testimony yesterday
- 32:32Speaker 1: before the House Judiciary Committee. Marcus, thank you so much
- 32:34Speaker 1: for joining me this morning, sir. I appreciate you for
- 32:35Speaker 1: being here.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you for having me.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Tell me about this testimony yesterday. What was that like
- 32:41Speaker 1: sitting there and listening to each of those Democrats express
- 32:44Speaker 1: some kind of sympathy for you?
- 32:46Speaker 3: It was extremely infuriating. Um, the, the, the mentality, the
- 32:54Speaker 3: unconsciousness that they have is just, it doesn't make any sense. Uh, it's,
- 32:59Speaker 3: it's overwhelming. Um, you want to jump up and cut
- 33:03Speaker 3: them off and, you know, ask them, you know, where,
- 33:05Speaker 3: where the thought process is at. And, you know, you
- 33:07Speaker 3: just kind of have to sit there and take it. It's, um,
- 33:09Speaker 3: it's torturous.
- 33:10Speaker 1: What makes you believe, what makes you believe that they're
- 33:13Speaker 1: lying when they say, when they say, Hey, we feel
- 33:14Speaker 1: so sorry for you. We feel so sorry for Delilah.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Why do you know that they're lying?
- 33:18Speaker 3: It's the excuse that comes right after it. You know,
- 33:21Speaker 3: if something happened, I bumped into you at the store
- 33:25Speaker 3: or something like that. You know, it's something you apologize for.
- 33:28Speaker 3: You know, I'm sorry about that. You know, and then
- 33:30Speaker 3: you go on. But if you sit there, oh, I'm
- 33:33Speaker 3: sorry that I bumped into you. It's just you were
- 33:34Speaker 3: in the way. You know, you come up with an
- 33:36Speaker 3: excuse after it. It's an invalid apology at that point.
- 33:39Speaker 3: You know, I've said that I've told my kids before,
- 33:41Speaker 3: you know, if you're going to sit there and apologize
- 33:43Speaker 3: to somebody, you apologize to them because you want to
- 33:44Speaker 3: apologize to them. You don't apologize to them because I
- 33:47Speaker 3: ask you to apologize to them or because it sounds good.
- 33:49Speaker 3: And I explained last night on another interview that the
- 33:53Speaker 3: way that they talk, it's just, it's printed. You know,
- 34:00Speaker 3: it's something that just comes out. We sit there and Ms.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Fox and myself, And the sheriff, we made statements and
- 34:07Speaker 3: they didn't respond to any of those statements. They already
- 34:09Speaker 3: had what they were going to say before they even
- 34:10Speaker 3: got there. And we could have not been there. And
- 34:14Speaker 3: their their delivery would have been exactly the same. So
- 34:18Speaker 3: it didn't change anything at all. Us being there. This
- 34:21Speaker 3: is all basically pre-recorded, premeditated for them. You know, it's
- 34:25Speaker 3: just print and say the show.
- 34:28Speaker 1: You know, as you point out, if you're actually sorry
- 34:30Speaker 1: about something, normally you would change your behavior to demonstrate that.
- 34:35Speaker 1: The Democrats have not done that at all, though. They
- 34:38Speaker 1: continue to allow these sanctuary cities to exist. They govern them.
- 34:43Speaker 1: And then more people are imperiled like your daughter has been.
- 34:46Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 34:47Speaker 3: And if you take a really close look at the video,
- 34:49Speaker 3: you'll see there's very few Democrats that are present. You know,
- 34:53Speaker 3: the Republican side wasn't you know, packed either. But in
- 34:57Speaker 3: this committee, I don't know exactly how many representatives are there.
- 35:00Speaker 3: But if you look at the Democrats, I think there
- 35:02Speaker 3: was only like four or five and then two more
- 35:05Speaker 3: stepped in and that was it. You know, so I mean,
- 35:08Speaker 3: they don't take this serious. They show that they don't care.
- 35:11Speaker 3: And it doesn't take anybody with glasses to see it.
- 35:14Speaker 3: It's pretty visible that this is not important to them
- 35:18Speaker 3: at all. What is important is them traveling to jails
- 35:21Speaker 3: to check on illegal immigrants to make sure that their
- 35:24Speaker 3: welfare is okay, but not sitting here worried about the
- 35:26Speaker 3: American people's welfare. What's okay for them and what's important
- 35:29Speaker 3: to them is to make sure that illegal immigrants are
- 35:32Speaker 3: given welfare such as food stamps and Medi-Cal and Medicaid
- 35:36Speaker 3: and Social Security and all these subsidiaries that we can't
- 35:39Speaker 3: even get. You know, my daughter got denied for Social Security.
- 35:44Speaker 3: And I don't understand how people that jump the border
- 35:47Speaker 3: get approved for Social Security and yet they're driving around
- 35:49Speaker 3: and Mercedes and BMWs, but they have Social Security and
- 35:52Speaker 3: food stamps. It doesn't make any sense. Our system that's
- 35:55Speaker 3: supposed to help us doesn't even help us. It helps
- 35:57Speaker 3: everybody else except for us.
- 35:58Speaker 1: It's a betrayal.
- 36:00Speaker 3: It really is. It honestly is. And then everybody's wondering
- 36:02Speaker 3: why Social Security is going to run out. And the
- 36:04Speaker 3: people that are on Social Security shouldn't even be on
- 36:06Speaker 3: Social Security.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Tell me about Delilah's health right now and how she's doing.
- 36:13Speaker 3: She's doing actually very well. She's doing a lot better.
- 36:15Speaker 3: We just had surgery on August 3rd. So about a
- 36:19Speaker 3: month ago, she just had skull surgery again. They went in.
- 36:21Speaker 3: It had looked like her bone flap was deteriorating. So
- 36:25Speaker 3: they had to go back in and cut her skull,
- 36:27Speaker 3: her head to get access to her skull. And when
- 36:31Speaker 3: they went in, they found out that it was actually
- 36:33Speaker 3: fusing very well. There was a few spots that were deteriorating.
- 36:36Speaker 3: So they just did a bone graft while they were
- 36:38Speaker 3: in there. They removed the hardware and stuff like that.
- 36:41Speaker 3: So the hardware is gone. She's recovering very well, though.
- 36:46Speaker 3: She still doesn't speak. Her comprehension is becoming a little
- 36:50Speaker 3: bit more present. So when we talk to her, we
- 36:53Speaker 3: ask her things. She's starting to acknowledge the requests a
- 36:56Speaker 3: lot better. She goes to therapy every day from 10 a.m.
- 37:00Speaker 3: to 3 p.m. And the therapy is expensive. It's, you know,
- 37:05Speaker 3: it's I want to say for a year of about
- 37:11Speaker 3: three quarters of a million dollars for a therapy for
- 37:14Speaker 3: the year. So it's, it's, it's a huge inconvenience for us,
- 37:18Speaker 3: huge inconvenience for us, you know, and for the people
- 37:21Speaker 3: that are quote unquote American citizens to sit there and
- 37:25Speaker 3: not pay attention to that, that's gross. You know, it's,
- 37:29Speaker 3: to us, it feels negligent. We should be the priority.
- 37:33Speaker 3: You know, we should be the priority. And I explained
- 37:35Speaker 3: to them, if I went to their house, I mean,
- 37:37Speaker 3: just think about it like this. If, if, I mean,
- 37:39Speaker 3: I'm assuming you have kids, correct?
- 37:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I have a daughter.
- 37:42Speaker 3: Okay, so if another kid moved into your house and
- 37:46Speaker 3: you prioritize that other kid over your daughter, no matter
- 37:49Speaker 3: how uncomfortable that other kid made your daughter feel, your
- 37:52Speaker 3: priority was that other kid. And you came up with
- 37:54Speaker 3: excuses after excuses to your daughter when she told you, hey,
- 37:57Speaker 3: she stole this from me. She stole that from me.
- 37:59Speaker 3: She hit me. She punched me. She did this. She
- 38:01Speaker 3: did that. I don't want her here. And you're explaining
- 38:04Speaker 3: to your daughter, not in a convincing way, just saying, hey,
- 38:07Speaker 3: don't worry about it. You'll get over it. type of
- 38:09Speaker 3: way that's what they're doing to us you know we
- 38:12Speaker 3: are the priority we are the american citizens and not
- 38:15Speaker 3: saying that our lives are worth any more than theirs
- 38:17Speaker 3: are it's just we are the priority there's a pathway
- 38:20Speaker 3: like i explained yesterday there's a pathway to citizenship you
- 38:23Speaker 3: know and if you sit and you follow that pathway
- 38:26Speaker 3: you can become a naturalized citizen you can become an
- 38:28Speaker 3: american citizen and you can gain those rights i can't
- 38:31Speaker 3: break into somebody's house and ask to be treated equally
- 38:35Speaker 3: You know, that's just not how it works. You have
- 38:38Speaker 3: to sit there and follow protocol. And I do apologize
- 38:41Speaker 3: that the American system, the immigration system, takes so long
- 38:44Speaker 3: for the applications to get approved. But what would happen
- 38:47Speaker 3: if we approved every application upon application?
- 38:50Speaker 2: Right.
- 38:51Speaker 3: You know, our country would be in disarray.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Well, American citizenship would be meaningless. I mean, you have
- 38:56Speaker 1: to have some sense of who we let in and
- 38:58Speaker 1: under what terms.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 39:01Speaker 1: You know, yesterday, as you're talking to these Democrats, I
- 39:03Speaker 1: noticed that they almost looked angry at you, that you
- 39:06Speaker 1: were calling them out in this way. I'm just staring
- 39:09Speaker 1: at the dais, and they looked just contemptuous of you
- 39:13Speaker 1: and upset that you were spoiling the image that they
- 39:16Speaker 1: were trying to create of one of empathy when, in fact,
- 39:19Speaker 1: they had no intention of actually doing anything to fix
- 39:21Speaker 1: this problem.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Well, and I have an answer for that. You know,
- 39:25Speaker 3: a lot of them are argumentative. They'll sit there, and
- 39:27Speaker 3: I was watching Raskin, his— committee hearing in June. You know,
- 39:33Speaker 3: he'll sit there and stand his ground, you know, which
- 39:35Speaker 3: I'm fine with. I don't mind sitting and having a
- 39:37Speaker 3: conversation with somebody. even if it does turn into a
- 39:40Speaker 3: heated debate, it doesn't bother me, you know, but I
- 39:43Speaker 3: think that they knew that they couldn't say anything, not
- 39:46Speaker 3: because what I was saying was the truth, but because
- 39:48Speaker 3: I called them out on it and it already looked
- 39:50Speaker 3: bad for them. And I think if he stood up
- 39:52Speaker 3: and said something, started arguing with me, then the narrative
- 39:55Speaker 3: would have shifted really, really hard. You know, a congressman
- 39:58Speaker 3: sitting there arguing with an angel family over the injuries
- 40:02Speaker 3: of their kids. So they, they're not, They're not as
- 40:06Speaker 3: dumb as they play. They're not as dumb as they look.
- 40:09Speaker 3: I mean, they are dumb, but they know their boundaries.
- 40:14Speaker 10: Yes.
- 40:14Speaker 1: No, they're plotting. They're constantly plotting. No question about it.
- 40:18Speaker 1: It's just so sinister. Tell me about Delilah's Law. I
- 40:21Speaker 1: heard you reference it in your testimony.
- 40:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so Delilah's Law was introduced by Senator Jim Banks.
- 40:27Speaker 3: And what the initial thing is, is to stop illegal
- 40:33Speaker 3: non-domiciled truck drivers from being on the road. You should
- 40:37Speaker 3: be able to speak English if you're going to operate
- 40:39Speaker 3: a truck. I'm a truck driver myself. You know, there's
- 40:41Speaker 3: a lot that goes on out there when you're driving
- 40:43Speaker 3: that you have to, one, understand within milliseconds. The other
- 40:47Speaker 3: is etiquette when you're driving out there on the road.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Our driving habits here, I've driven in Canada. It's a lot.
- 40:55Speaker 3: more lax driving in Canada. It's almost like a Sunday
- 40:57Speaker 3: drive out there everywhere you go, which is crazy. I've
- 41:00Speaker 3: driven in Mexico, which is the complete opposite. Yep. You know,
- 41:03Speaker 3: so every country has their own driving habits. I mean, heck,
- 41:07Speaker 3: even if you go from the West coast to the
- 41:08Speaker 3: East coast, you know, driving in California versus driving in
- 41:11Speaker 3: New York are very, very different.
- 41:12Speaker 1: It's such a good point. You know, I've gone to
- 41:14Speaker 1: other countries, just like travel anywhere. What you find out
- 41:16Speaker 1: is a lot of countries, road lines are suggestions. They're
- 41:19Speaker 1: not even, and that's usually because roads are in such
- 41:21Speaker 1: disrepair that you're like constantly driving around like potholes and
- 41:25Speaker 1: huge problems. So in the United States, you come here
- 41:28Speaker 1: and like, they're not suggestions. You've got to follow the
- 41:30Speaker 1: law in the United States. And there's a reason for
- 41:32Speaker 1: that is to keep people alive on the roadways.
- 41:34Speaker 6: 100%.
- 41:34Speaker 3: So our main goal is trucker safety, American road safety.
- 41:40Speaker 3: So we're asking Congress to eliminate all drivers that don't
- 41:45Speaker 3: speak English, that can't pass an ELP. We're asking Congress
- 41:48Speaker 3: to eliminate all non-domiciled CDLs. If you're coming from another
- 41:51Speaker 3: country to the United States and you're not a U.S. citizen,
- 41:54Speaker 3: you should not be driving a truck here. It's as
- 41:56Speaker 3: simple as that. I'm also pushing for the Delilah standard.
- 41:59Speaker 3: I'm introducing that to companies, individual trucking companies, individual carriers
- 42:05Speaker 3: and brokers can apply for the Delilah standard. I'm also
- 42:08Speaker 3: introducing it to states, which will further push the Delilah
- 42:11Speaker 3: law because Congress has taken a very long time to
- 42:13Speaker 3: pass it, which things don't happen quick in Congress, which
- 42:17Speaker 3: is fine. But states have the ability to sign this
- 42:20Speaker 3: within a month, a month and a half, they can
- 42:22Speaker 3: enact this law. And what that will do is it
- 42:24Speaker 3: will require the same thing as the Delilah law. But
- 42:26Speaker 3: in addition, also there's going to be protocols where if
- 42:32Speaker 3: a trucker gets pulled over in a state that has
- 42:34Speaker 3: a Delilah standard, that truck will be impounded. The driver
- 42:38Speaker 3: will not get that truck back. The company will not
- 42:40Speaker 3: get that truck back. The driver will also be taken
- 42:42Speaker 3: into custody. The truck becomes part of the state's property
- 42:45Speaker 3: to do with as it needs for different revenue for
- 42:50Speaker 3: different programs. So right now we have all these illegal
- 42:53Speaker 3: actors and Secretary Sean Duffy is doing an amazing job.
- 42:57Speaker 3: You know, Administrator Derek Barr is doing an amazing job.
- 43:00Speaker 3: But their hands are tied, really, really tied on what
- 43:03Speaker 3: it is that they can do. So if we're able
- 43:05Speaker 3: to step in and assist, then that's exactly what it
- 43:07Speaker 3: is we're going to do.
- 43:08Speaker 1: They had big announcements this very week that they're closing
- 43:11Speaker 1: hundreds of these CDL schools across the country because they
- 43:16Speaker 1: were not requiring any English proficiency standards and because they
- 43:19Speaker 1: don't have any actual turf to train truck drivers. These
- 43:23Speaker 1: are like you would think basics that you would need
- 43:25Speaker 1: to operate a CDL school. And something I learned, Marcus,
- 43:29Speaker 1: is that apparently it was the Biden administration that made
- 43:32Speaker 1: it so that these schools could self-certify. They didn't even
- 43:35Speaker 1: have to actually go through any certification standard. Pete Buttigieg,
- 43:39Speaker 1: the transportation secretary, just said, yeah, you can just say
- 43:41Speaker 1: you're a certified school and you're.
- 43:43Speaker 4: Good to go.
- 43:44Speaker 1: To what extent did that create the problem that we're
- 43:47Speaker 1: now seeing?
- 43:49Speaker 3: Tremendously. I mean, you figure if I own a trucking
- 43:51Speaker 3: company and I need a driver– And I, you know,
- 43:54Speaker 3: my cousin's trying to get the driver license. I mean,
- 43:56Speaker 3: I'm just going to sit there and be like, Hey man,
- 43:58Speaker 3: I can give you driver license. You know, it's not
- 44:00Speaker 3: a problem at all. And there's no, well, there was
- 44:03Speaker 3: no repercussion. Now there is. So what the Delilah standard,
- 44:06Speaker 3: and there's a lot of different provisions inside the Delilah
- 44:08Speaker 3: law that I had, that had requested as well as
- 44:11Speaker 3: Delilah standard. We had introduced that there, that there's a
- 44:14Speaker 3: federal officer at each DMV that issues commercial driver licenses.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Cause not all DMVs issue commercial driver licenses. So like
- 44:21Speaker 3: in Bakersfield, for instance, we have, or in Kern County, right?
- 44:25Speaker 3: I think we have like six or seven DMVs. And
- 44:27Speaker 3: out of those six or seven, I think only two
- 44:28Speaker 3: or three issue commercial driver licenses. So if we were
- 44:31Speaker 3: to have a federal officer at each one of those
- 44:33Speaker 3: to certify that that driver is eligible to become a, uh,
- 44:39Speaker 3: a CDL holder, that would eliminate a lot of this,
- 44:41Speaker 3: you know, underwriting.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Do you know how the illegal alien who injured your
- 44:46Speaker 1: daughter obtained a CDL? Do you know the circumstances behind that?
- 44:51Speaker 3: I do not. Um, Yeah, I'm not 100% sure. I
- 44:55Speaker 3: know the school he went to was a sham school.
- 44:56Speaker 3: I know that for sure. I don't know if it
- 44:59Speaker 3: was a self-certification or if he went to the actual
- 45:01Speaker 3: DMV for his application.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Okay. But he got it from California. Correct, yes. Do
- 45:06Speaker 1: you hold Gavin Newsom accountable for that?
- 45:09Speaker 3: Oh, 100%. Yeah, 100%. Everybody asks me, you know, has
- 45:13Speaker 3: Gavin Newsom reached out to you? He hasn't and he won't.
- 45:17Speaker 3: You know, like I'm– and Governor or not, I'll hold
- 45:21Speaker 3: him to the fire. You know, I, I don't care,
- 45:23Speaker 3: you know, his title at the end of the day, I'm,
- 45:26Speaker 3: I'm a father, you know, and he's the one that's
- 45:28Speaker 3: responsible for all this. And he sits there smiling and,
- 45:31Speaker 3: you know, joking and laughing about all these other serious things.
- 45:34Speaker 3: And it's, it doesn't make any sense to me how
- 45:37Speaker 3: this is not a priority. Even if, even if my
- 45:40Speaker 3: daughter's accident happened two years ago, it should still be
- 45:44Speaker 3: a priority for the United States citizens because he's allowing
- 45:48Speaker 3: X amount of drivers to get their driver licenses in California.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Secretary Duffy and Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen had said, you know,
- 45:58Speaker 3: just because your license is valid inside the sanctuary states
- 46:01Speaker 3: doesn't mean that your license stays in there. You're allowed
- 46:03Speaker 3: to drive in all 50 states, which is very true.
- 46:05Speaker 3: All these accidents are not stuck just in California. They're
- 46:08Speaker 3: across the United States, but the majority of the drivers
- 46:11Speaker 3: that cause these car accidents are from California. I don't
- 46:15Speaker 3: understand how, you know, Gavin Newsom's not seeing that this
- 46:18Speaker 3: is a huge issue. You know, if I sat there
- 46:20Speaker 3: and I had a product that was failing, why am
- 46:23Speaker 3: I going to sit there and continue producing that product?
- 46:25Speaker 3: That's exactly what he's doing. He's introducing people that should
- 46:29Speaker 3: not be driving. He's introducing safety hazards that are out there,
- 46:33Speaker 3: and he's well aware of it, and he's allowing them
- 46:35Speaker 3: to be out there. I 100% agree with the chairman
- 46:40Speaker 3: yesterday when he said that these states should be held
- 46:42Speaker 3: accountable for lawsuits when things happen. I agree with that.
- 46:47Speaker 3: It's not about the monetary portion of it. They need
- 46:49Speaker 3: to be held accountable. California needs to be held accountable
- 46:51Speaker 3: for allowing this to go on. Gavin Newsom needs to
- 46:54Speaker 3: be held accountable.
- 46:55Speaker 1: So obviously you are, given that you've lived through all
- 46:58Speaker 1: of this and Delilah has had to deal with the
- 47:00Speaker 1: consequences of this insanity, you're very aware that who's in
- 47:03Speaker 1: charge really does matter for our country. What's your sense
- 47:08Speaker 1: going into the midterms, just a few weeks away? What's
- 47:11Speaker 1: your message to the American people about what the stakes are?
- 47:14Speaker 3: They need to vote based on information. American people need
- 47:17Speaker 3: to be informative. you know, they need to be informed.
- 47:20Speaker 3: You can't vote based on policy or your, I'm sorry,
- 47:25Speaker 3: you can't vote based on your party. You have to
- 47:27Speaker 3: vote based on policy. You have to vote knowing that
- 47:30Speaker 3: this is going to be better for your future, for
- 47:34Speaker 3: the American people's future that are around you, for your kids.
- 47:37Speaker 3: You know, people sit there and it's like, oh, I
- 47:38Speaker 3: hate Trump. Whatever he says, I'm not going to vote
- 47:41Speaker 3: for it. And that's not the way to go in things.
- 47:44Speaker 3: You know, there are some things that the Republican Party
- 47:47Speaker 3: does that I don't agree with. There are some things
- 47:49Speaker 3: that the Democrat Party does that I do agree with.
- 47:51Speaker 3: And when I vote, I vote based on what the
- 47:54Speaker 3: policy is that's coming in. I don't vote based on, oh,
- 47:57Speaker 3: this guy said it and I can't stand that guy,
- 47:59Speaker 3: so I don't want to do it. That's not the
- 48:02Speaker 3: way to do things. You know, there's a lot, and
- 48:06Speaker 3: I don't want to say this in a certain way
- 48:08Speaker 3: that it gives away too much information, but, you know,
- 48:11Speaker 3: when you have a family that's separated, the mom and
- 48:14Speaker 3: the dad are separated.
- 48:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 48:16Speaker 3: One parent wants what's better for the kid, but the
- 48:19Speaker 3: other parent, because that parent and they're in disagreeance, they
- 48:24Speaker 3: don't agree with that. It doesn't matter what it is.
- 48:26Speaker 3: You know, they could want them to go to college
- 48:27Speaker 3: and then the other parents would be like, oh, I
- 48:28Speaker 3: don't want them to go to that college or this
- 48:29Speaker 3: college or that because you're the one that wants it.
- 48:32Speaker 3: You can't be like that. You got to do what's
- 48:34Speaker 3: best for the kid. You got to do what's best
- 48:36Speaker 3: for American citizens in this case. So if you go
- 48:38Speaker 3: in there and you vote against certain policies, whether it's
- 48:41Speaker 3: a Trump policy or, you Because you're a Republican or
- 48:46Speaker 3: because you're a Democrat, that's the wrong way to vote.
- 48:48Speaker 3: That's not how people should vote. You know, you need
- 48:50Speaker 3: to vote based on what it is that you truly
- 48:53Speaker 3: believe in is best for the economy. It doesn't matter
- 48:56Speaker 3: if it's Trump saying it. It doesn't matter if it's
- 48:59Speaker 3: the Democrats saying it. You need to do it for
- 49:02Speaker 3: what's best for everybody. Because like the old saying says,
- 49:05Speaker 3: just because you want it doesn't mean you need it.
- 49:07Speaker 3: And just because you need it doesn't mean you want it. Yeah.
- 49:10Speaker 3: And that's the way people need to go into this.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Well, I'll tell you, I mean, at the bare minimum,
- 49:13Speaker 1: you should understand, you should vote for the guy who's
- 49:15Speaker 1: actually going to give you borders.
- 49:16Speaker 3: Vote for the guy who's actually going to protect your country. 100%.
- 49:20Speaker 1: That's what you need. If you want to play by
- 49:21Speaker 1: the rules, we need a country to play the rules in.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Marcus Coleman, I appreciate you, brother. Thank you for coming
- 49:28Speaker 1: on the show today.
- 49:29Speaker 3: No problem at all. Just one quick thing. People need
- 49:32Speaker 3: to understand that America is like your house. If you
- 49:35Speaker 3: want to open borders, then leave your door open at nighttime.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Everybody has cameras at their house. Everybody has security at
- 49:41Speaker 3: their house nowadays. It's the same thing here. You have
- 49:44Speaker 3: to sit here and protect your home. America is your home.
- 49:47Speaker 3: So if you lock your doors at night, then you
- 49:49Speaker 3: need to lock the borders also.
- 49:50Speaker 1: Protect your people. Real quick, before you go, can people
- 49:54Speaker 1: help Delilah? You said you got immense expenses here in
- 49:56Speaker 1: order to help her recover. Do you have anything set
- 49:59Speaker 1: up to help her with that?
- 50:01Speaker 3: Yes, we actually do have a GoFundMe set up. So
- 50:03Speaker 3: I mean, if People are willing to go over there
- 50:05Speaker 3: and do that. I know right now the economy is really,
- 50:07Speaker 3: really tight. I don't expect anybody to donate, you know,
- 50:09Speaker 3: whatever they have. But, I mean, every little bit helps,
- 50:12Speaker 3: you know. So, I mean, our lives have been shifted
- 50:16Speaker 3: upside down, you know. We have people that have come
- 50:18Speaker 3: in and stepped up and helped us out tremendously. We've
- 50:22Speaker 3: had some things that have been waived, you know. But
- 50:26Speaker 3: for legal reasons, I'm not allowed to disclose all that. But,
- 50:30Speaker 3: I mean, we're not stuck footing the entire bill.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Okay.
- 50:34Speaker 3: I can just say that. But yeah, she does have
- 50:36Speaker 3: a GoFundMe set up.
- 50:38Speaker 1: So people should just look for Delilah's GoFundMe.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Yes.
- 50:40Speaker 3: Yeah. If you type in Delilah Coleman or stand with Delilah,
- 50:44Speaker 3: then it'll pull her GoFundMe up. It's a photo of
- 50:46Speaker 3: her at the hospital. And then there's another one of
- 50:48Speaker 3: her at the State.
- 50:49Speaker 2: Of the Union.
- 50:50Speaker 3: Okay.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Marcus Coleman. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you for coming on.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Thanks so much. There's Marcus Coleman. He's been through it
- 50:56Speaker 1: and Delilah's going through it. Appreciate him for coming on today.
- 51:01Speaker 1: And it's just a shame. It's just an absolute... tragedy,
- 51:05Speaker 1: the way that his family is being treated by these
- 51:07Speaker 1: Democrats who betrayed him and don't want to stare at
- 51:11Speaker 1: the consequences of their own actions, what they've done to Delilah.
- 51:14Speaker 1: And he was right to tell them they own this
- 51:17Speaker 1: and that he holds them accountable. Just brutal, just absolutely brutal.
- 51:22Speaker 1: You know, we have the GoFundMe pinned.
- 51:28Speaker 10: Okay.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Okay. So for those of you who are watching the
- 51:32Speaker 1: live show, we have the GoFundMe pinned to the top
- 51:33Speaker 1: of our live chat, and we're putting it in the
- 51:35Speaker 1: description of our show as well so people can find
- 51:38Speaker 1: that as well. As always, Rumble.com slash Vince if you'd
- 51:43Speaker 1: like to check any of this out and to see
- 51:45Speaker 1: our interview and see Delilah's beautiful little face as we
- 51:49Speaker 1: got into that interview with Marcus. There's a couple of
- 51:53Speaker 1: other things we can get to. We have always a
- 51:55Speaker 1: million things to get to. There is a Senate race
- 51:59Speaker 1: going on right now in Nebraska that is not receiving
- 52:05Speaker 1: quite as much attention, but holy crap, overnight, I just
- 52:09Speaker 1: got this. The Democrat in the race is a fellow
- 52:12Speaker 1: called Dan Osborne. Now, I will tell you immediately that
- 52:15Speaker 1: he is running as an independent. He's calling himself an independent,
- 52:19Speaker 1: but he is endorsed by the Democrat Party. He is
- 52:22Speaker 1: supported by the National Democrats. in every sense. Now, the
- 52:26Speaker 1: reason he's running as an independent is because he thinks
- 52:28Speaker 1: that in a state where it's almost a virtual certainty
- 52:31Speaker 1: that Republican Pete Ricketts is going to get the seat again.
- 52:33Speaker 1: If he calls himself independent, that may actually, you know,
- 52:37Speaker 1: pull the wool over the eyes of the voters and
- 52:39Speaker 1: perhaps they'll vote for the independent guy because he doesn't
- 52:41Speaker 1: say Democrat. But again, he's a Democrat. And yesterday, if
- 52:46Speaker 1: you're Pete Ricketts, you must be like, I can't even
- 52:49Speaker 1: believe my good fortune that we get audio like this.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Audio emerges, and I believe this was obtained by Town Hall.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Audio emerges of the guy, Dan Osborne, saying to a
- 53:02Speaker 1: confidant that he can't admit to the voters that he's
- 53:05Speaker 1: for abolishing ICE. And he can't admit to the voters
- 53:09Speaker 1: that he's for boys... playing girls sports. If he ever
- 53:13Speaker 1: admitted that, he wouldn't be able to win the election.
- 53:16Speaker 1: So he's just lying to them. I swear to you,
- 53:20Speaker 1: real audio, not AI. Check this out. This guy's Dan Osborne,
- 53:23Speaker 1: the Democrat running in Nebraska. Cut seven. Check this out.
- 53:27Speaker 3: I have people recording me.
- 53:28Speaker 1: So I can't say I want to abolish ICE.
- 53:31Speaker 3: I can't say those words. I'll be fucked.
- 53:34Speaker 7: The state is made up of 50% Republicans.
- 53:37Speaker 10: 26% Democrat, 24% independence.
- 53:42Speaker 4: So my win numbers, mathematically, I have to get probably
- 53:47Speaker 4: 10 to 15% of Republicans to win this race.
- 53:50Speaker 3: How am I going to do that? By fucking saying, oh.
- 53:54Speaker 2: I love trans people and they should be able to
- 53:57Speaker 2: play in sports.
- 53:58Speaker 1: Like, fuck no, Jane, that's not how I win. Fuck no, Jane.
- 54:02Speaker 1: I can't admit that. That would be crazy. To tell
- 54:06Speaker 1: the truth about my positions?
- 54:08Speaker 6: No.
- 54:09Speaker 1: There's no way I could possibly do that. Now, this guy, again,
- 54:13Speaker 1: I can't even believe this audio exists. I mean, the
- 54:16Speaker 1: positions themselves are not shocking.
- 54:18Speaker 8: Not at all.
- 54:19Speaker 1: It's just the fact that he's like saying it out loud.
- 54:23Speaker 1: A cut on tape, and now it's public. And then,
- 54:25Speaker 1: of course, immediately, Senator Pete Ricketts, Republican, put it up
- 54:29Speaker 1: in an advertisement yesterday, right away, cut eight. Check this out.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Boom.
- 54:36Speaker 3: I'm Pete Ricketts, and I approve this message. What's con
- 54:39Speaker 3: man Dan Osborne hiding from Nebraskans?
- 54:42Speaker 1: Just listen.
- 54:43Speaker 10: I have people recording me, so I can't say I
- 54:46Speaker 10: want to abolish ICE.
- 54:47Speaker 3: I can't say those words. I'll be f * *
- 54:49Speaker 3: * ed. How am I going to do that?
- 54:51Speaker 5: By.
- 54:53Speaker 2: and saying, oh, I love trans people and they should
- 54:56Speaker 2: be able to play in sports.
- 54:57Speaker 1: Like, no, Jane, that's not how I win. What else
- 55:00Speaker 1: does con man Dan Osborne want but just can't say?
- 55:04Speaker 1: I can't say those words. What the hell is happening?
- 55:09Speaker 1: Con man Dan Osborne. This Democrat is just caught on
- 55:13Speaker 1: camera saying it out loud. It's unbelievable. Supported by the Democrats.
- 55:18Speaker 1: They're all in on this guy. Maybe he's our chance.
- 55:21Speaker 1: We can defeat Pete Ricketts. That's real, ladies and gentlemen.
- 55:26Speaker 1: That's real. And God willing, the voters in Nebraska don't
- 55:30Speaker 1: for a moment fall for that idiot. But just the
- 55:34Speaker 1: fact that, look, here's the thing. This Dan Osborne, that
- 55:38Speaker 1: admission is the same admission that every one of these
- 55:41Speaker 1: Democrats have made, perhaps not in front of microphones, but
- 55:44Speaker 1: have made, you know this, privately in front of friends
- 55:47Speaker 1: and family and whoever else, confidants. They're constantly, I guarantee it,
- 55:52Speaker 1: sounding like Dan Osborne. Maybe a microphone hasn't caught them yet.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Maybe James O'Keefe hasn't successfully baited them in with some
- 55:58Speaker 1: sort of honey trap yet. But I'm telling you, these guys,
- 56:01Speaker 1: they all share his view. abolish ICE. Boys and girls sports,
- 56:06Speaker 1: let it burn is the position. Let it burn. What
- 56:10Speaker 1: a whack job. What, we shouldn't have immigration enforcement? Girls
- 56:14Speaker 1: shouldn't be able to compete in fair sports? These are
- 56:16Speaker 1: real positions you have?
- 56:18Speaker 8: They are.
- 56:19Speaker 1: And he even says, I'm going to lie to the
- 56:20Speaker 1: voters about it. That way I can get power. And
- 56:23Speaker 1: that way, the second I get power, I can betray them.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Be on guard for that. The stakes are very high.
- 56:29Speaker 1: The midterms are just weeks away. And it's pretty obvious
- 56:33Speaker 1: who's on the side of decency and who's on the
- 56:35Speaker 1: side of chaos.
- 56:37Speaker 3: Vote well.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Vote well. We've got a lot to get to. The
- 56:41Speaker 1: big national radio show today, a lot more to discuss.
- 56:44Speaker 1: I mean it. There's a lot to get to. We
- 56:46Speaker 1: had developments in the Charlie Kirk case. Tyler Robinson now
- 56:50Speaker 1: pleading not guilty despite the mountain of evidence demonstrating that
- 56:53Speaker 1: he is the guy who assassinated Charlie Kirk. We've got
- 56:56Speaker 1: the details on that coming up on the National Radio Show.
- 56:59Speaker 1: And just so much more to get to. Iran developments. TheVinceShow.com.

- 58:37Speaker 10: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 58:39Speaker 10: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 58:43Speaker 10: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 58:46Speaker 10: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 58:48Speaker 10: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 58:52Speaker 6: That is it.
