Heavy rain is slamming west of San Antonio, with meteorologist Avery Tomasco warning of potentially catastrophic flooding by Tuesday, July 14th. Some areas have already seen 10 inches, with rain falling at a blistering 4 inches per hour—torrential and dangerous.
