On our final day in Ecclesiastes, we look at Eccl. 12:9–14 and the true purpose for wise words, as seen in an analogy. We talk about why we receive from God so we can give to others, how to stay discerning in a world full of opinions, and why the summary of the whole book is to respect God and obey Him. Then we zoom out: what is life actually about once everything has been said and done?
