- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. About a year ago, we heard from Pam
- 0:06Bondy about how she had the Epstein list on her
- 0:09desk and about how there were truckloads of information that
- 0:13were making their way from various parts of the DOJ
- 0:16to an area where they could go through those documents
- 0:20as they were figuring out what they were going to release,
- 0:23and throughout the whole process, Pam Bondy made a lot
- 0:25of big promises, a lot of promises about investigations, about
- 0:30transparency and about going after people that were allegedly involved
- 0:35with Jeffrey Epstein. And of course none of that came
- 0:38to fruition, and instead they chose to go the other way.
- 0:41They chose to go the cover up route instead of
- 0:44just shooting the American people straight like they said, they
- 0:46were going to do, only a reverse course and decide
- 0:50not to be transparent or at least as transparent as
- 0:53they promised. Well, now, Pam Bondy, who was the AG
- 0:56at the time and who was overseeing all of this,
- 1:00she's now gonna speak to Congress today. But here's the caveat.
- 1:05She's not gonna be under oath and we're certainly not
- 1:08gonna be able to see the deposition itself as far
- 1:11as video or anything like that, so we're gonna have
- 1:14to rely on what they tell us, And like most
- 1:16of you, I don't have very much faith in them
- 1:18telling us the truth or doing the right thing, especially
- 1:22when they know there's no record of their bullshit. So yeah,
- 1:24it's great that Pam Bondy is gonna appear before Congress today,
- 1:28but what's really gonna come of it? Because I have
- 1:30no confidence that Pam Bondy has any desire to give
- 1:34anybody even anything close to the truth. She could have
- 1:38done that previously, what makes anyone think she wants to
- 1:41do it now. Maybe she'll tell us about the dal
- 1:44though she seems to want to talk about the stock market,
- 1:47so maybe she'll have something to say about that. But
- 1:50as far as Jeffrey Epstein goes and his enablers and
- 1:54the cover up that she helped manage and create, I
- 1:58doubt she's gonna have a word to say about that.
- 2:00And that brings us to our article. Today's article was
- 2:03published by CBS News and the headline Pambondi to testify
- 2:07behind closed doors and House Committee is Epstein probe today.
- 2:11This article was authored by Graham Kates. Fifteen months after
- 2:15saying a list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients was sitting on
- 2:18my desk right now, and four months after overseeing the
- 2:22release of millions of associated documents, Former Attorney General Pambondi
- 2:27will testify before a House committee on Friday about her
- 2:30handling of the so called Epstein files? What does that mean?
- 2:35So called? Are they not the Epstein files? What should
- 2:38we call them? The make believe Epstein files? The might
- 2:42be Epstein files, the could be Epstein files? How about
- 2:46we just call them what they are, the Epstein files.
- 2:49Bondie's closed door interview in the ongoing congressional investigation into
- 2:53Epstein is likely to have a different focus then previous
- 2:56high profiles sit downs in the probe the House Oversight Committe.
- 3:00He has questioned the likes a former President Bill Clinton
- 3:03and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik about their relationships with the
- 3:07deceased former sex abuser. But Bondi was not among Epstein's
- 3:11globe trotting network of powerful friends. No she wasn't. Instead,
- 3:16she was helping maintain and run this cover up. I
- 3:21think it's pretty obvious that there's a cover up under way.
- 3:24And I'll tell you what, the whole entire war in
- 3:27Iran has done exactly what they wanted it to do.
- 3:33Talk about taking the spotlight off of Epstein and putting
- 3:36it on some contrived, bullshit war, But boy was it effective.
- 3:43And that's what they do. That's the kind of shit
- 3:46that's been done throughout history time and time again. You
- 3:50have a domestic issue, let's cause an international one, and
- 3:55then people, of course they're gonna rally around the flag,
- 3:57They're going to rally around the country. I don't blame
- 4:00people for that. I blame the administration for leading people
- 4:04into that, leading people into this disaster over in Iran,
- 4:08where we've just lost a whole bunch of face. A ceasefire, Really,
- 4:12what did we gain exactly? Does anyone really think that
- 4:16the Iranians are going to stop trying to make nuclear weapons? Oh, well,
- 4:21we have a deal in place, Oh okay, cool? Great.
- 4:24The whole entire thing, in my opinion, especially now, is
- 4:28that it was contrived and that there was no reason,
- 4:31no justification for what occurred. Now, Look, don't take that
- 4:36as me thinking or saying that the Iranian regime was
- 4:40filled with great people, and that there are people that
- 4:43could be trusted. They're not. But I don't think that
- 4:46there was any justification for what happened, especially considering where
- 4:51we're at now. What exactly was gained? Now, if they
- 4:55would have destroyed the regime and knocked the IRGC out
- 4:58of control, that would have been worthwhile. This is not.
- 5:03I mean, I'm paying five dollars and fifty cents a
- 5:07gallon of gas in some places, close to six dollars
- 5:09here in Vegas, and for what There's been no tangible
- 5:13changes as far as the region goes. In fact, everything's
- 5:18much worse. So what exactly was accomplished besides killing the
- 5:23Epstein story? Instead, she faced more than a year of
- 5:30withering criticism for handling of the Department of Justice Epstein
- 5:34probe and the rollout of documents after President Trump signed
- 5:38the Epstein File Transparency Act that he had to be
- 5:41forced to sign. Let's not act like President Trump was
- 5:45a driving force behind that. He signed that shit because
- 5:48he had to. That's it. That's the only reason Donald
- 5:51Trump could have bypassed all this nonsense and release the
- 5:54files on his own. But that was always the carrot.
- 5:56Right after he got elected, he pulled back that carrot
- 6:00and hit us with the stick. Bondi initially pledged to
- 6:05release files related to Epstein, telling a Fox News interviewer
- 6:08shortly after she took office in February of twenty twenty
- 6:11five that a client list was sitting on my desk
- 6:14right now to review. And I told you at the time,
- 6:17she was lying, There's never been a client list. That's
- 6:20always been part of the misdirection. Do you really think
- 6:24an operation like this would have a client list. Look,
- 6:26Epstein and Maxwell certainly reprehensible, but they weren't stupid. They
- 6:31weren't dumb people, and they knew exactly what they were
- 6:35doing when it comes to running this operation. And if
- 6:39you think people like that are going to have a
- 6:40client list sitting around for people to find, I don't
- 6:43know what to tell you. In July twenty twenty five,
- 6:48the Justice Department published a memo concluding that there was
- 6:51no client list and that no further disclosure would be
- 6:54appropriate or warranted. Imagine saying that, and not only that,
- 6:59but then Trump went on the warpath, calling everybody that
- 7:03disagreed with them traders, saying anybody talking about Epstein was
- 7:06a trader and just having a generational crash out over
- 7:10the fact that more Epstein information was going to be released.
- 7:15And this is all after he himself used that topic
- 7:18during the campaign to get elected, and then he has
- 7:21the audacity to call anybody else a trader, buddy, take
- 7:25a look in the mirror. She had faced months if
- 7:28heated criticism from members of Congress and both parties over
- 7:32the Justice Department's efforts to comply with the Epstein File
- 7:35Transparency Act. It required the release of the Justice Department's
- 7:39records related to federal investigations into Epstein. And as accomplice,
- 7:44you mean, co conspirator, right general, all around scusbag and
- 7:49bipedal serpent, that's what you mean, right within thirty days
- 7:53a deadline the Department did not meet. Well, it was
- 7:57never their goal to meet it. They were never going
- 7:59to meet it. They were never going to meet the
- 8:01deadline that was set for them. And I think that
- 8:03was pretty obvious from the very beginning. About three million
- 8:06pages the documents were ultimately published, but the total is
- 8:10only about half of the files kept by the Justice Department.
- 8:14It said the remaining were withheld for a variety of reasons,
- 8:17including efforts to protect survivors personal information and to avoid
- 8:21jeopardizing active federal investigations, which is very weird considering nobody's
- 8:27privacy was respected and we were told that there were
- 8:30no more investigations. So what do they mean by jeopardizing
- 8:34active federal investigations. That's something they should explain, and it's
- 8:40something that Congress should be asking about. The President fired
- 8:45Bondi in April. In announcing the move, he called her
- 8:47a great American patriot, despite his behind the scenes frustration
- 8:51with her performance on the job. She was originally scheduled
- 8:54to appear before the Oversight Committee under subpoena on April fourteenth,
- 8:59but the Justice Department canceled her interview because she had
- 9:02been removed from her post as Attorney General. And it's
- 9:06so wild. If they have nothing to hide, nothing to fear,
- 9:10why are they jumping through so many hoops to try
- 9:12to get Pam Bondy not to speak to Congress. What
- 9:16do they have to gain by that? Oh, that's right,
- 9:19silence and the cover up. Moving forward. Bondi's testimony comes
- 9:24just days after revealing to CBS News that she's undergoing
- 9:28treatment for thyroid cancer. She said that She was diagnosed
- 9:32after leaving the Justice Department and recently underwent surgery as
- 9:36part of her treatment. YO. Look, I don't wish cancer
- 9:39on anybody, and that includes Pam Bondy, and I hope
- 9:43that her treatment goes well and I hope that her
- 9:47cancer is sent into remission. I don't have a bone
- 9:51to pick or an axe to grind with any of
- 9:53these people. This isn't about me hating them or disagreeing
- 9:58with their politics. This is about them covering up Jeffrey
- 10:02Epstein's bullshit. But that certainly doesn't mean that I wish
- 10:06anybody gets cancer or that they're sick. That said, it
- 10:10shouldn't be an excuse for Pam Bondy not to talk
- 10:13about Epstein, not to talk about what happened, because cancer
- 10:17or not, she was smack dab in the middle of
- 10:19the cover up. And when you're running the DOJ, you're
- 10:22the ag. The buck stops with you. So who knows
- 10:28what we're going to hear today about Pam Bondy and
- 10:31her visit to Congress. But my guess is we're going
- 10:34to hear two competing storylines, one from the Democrats and
- 10:37one from the Republicans, and Somewhere in the middle of
- 10:40all of that will find the truth. All the information
- 10:45that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 10:47description box.
