- 0:10Speaker 2: so many things that I saw go down on your Instagram.
- 0:13Speaker 2: I've tried to be patient in the studio. I didn't
- 0:15Speaker 2: want to ask too many questions because I wanted to
- 0:17Speaker 2: have the conversation here. And before we get to that,
- 0:20Speaker 2: I also want to say thank you to Beatbox being
- 0:22Speaker 2: a sponsor of this podcast.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Love you Beatbucks.

- 0:49Speaker 3: And it's also one thousand dollars so you can afford
- 0:51Speaker 3: to go to Bonnaroo and then five hundred dollars so
- 0:53Speaker 3: you can afford to get to Bonnaroo.
- 0:55Speaker 2: A lot of goodies right there. But with this past weekend,
- 0:58Speaker 2: first off, I just thought about this, so I was
- 1:00Speaker 2: walking in the hallway. You went out to the pool
- 1:02Speaker 2: party again on Sunday.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Yeah, that was kind of a last minute thing because
- 1:05Speaker 3: one of the girls that I interviewed for Bason Bay
- 1:08Speaker 3: Shore was like, oh, are you gonna go to the
- 1:09Speaker 3: pool party? And I was like, well, I wasn't going to,
- 1:11Speaker 3: but like, if you're going, maybe I'll pop down. So
- 1:14Speaker 3: everybody was also at that Saint Peter Cold Plunge event.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Oh that's right. There was like a huge health and
- 1:19Speaker 2: wellness event going on.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Yeah, and I knew that I probably wouldn't enjoy going
- 1:23Speaker 3: to that, just because those can sometimes be very like
- 1:26Speaker 3: overwhelming and very like show body, Like I like the
- 1:28Speaker 3: idea of it, but the reality is typically not as fun.
- 1:31Speaker 3: So I was like, Okay, well, instead of going to that,
- 1:33Speaker 3: why don't I just go to the pool party and
- 1:36Speaker 3: then you know all the people that I know will
- 1:38Speaker 3: be there.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:39Speaker 3: So I just solid core class. I brought a friend
- 1:41Speaker 3: there and we just showed up in showed up.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I love that. So this is a friend that you've
- 1:44Speaker 2: recently made or somebody that came into town to visit you.
- 1:47Speaker 3: No, just a recent friend in Tampa.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Nice. Okay. So the Moxie Pool party that looked awesome.
- 1:51Speaker 2: It looked like there was poppin'. But before that, you
- 1:57Speaker 2: I was texting Abby on Friday to make sure she
- 1:59Speaker 2: was alive. You went out to the hard rock.
- 2:03Speaker 3: It was very sweet of you. By the way, when
- 2:05Speaker 3: I got the message, I thought that was very thoughtful.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Well, I was talking to my girlfriend about it. I
- 2:08Speaker 2: was like, I'm I'm worried about Abby. I was giving
- 2:11Speaker 2: her the whole run.
- 2:12Speaker 1: He was worried about Abby because we were talking about
- 2:14Speaker 1: it before.
- 2:15Speaker 2: And I'll let you tell the full story because I
- 2:16Speaker 2: don't know what happened. I don't know how it went,
- 2:19Speaker 2: but we were talking about it. And as soon as
- 2:21Speaker 2: I told my girlfriend about like the concerns that we
- 2:23Speaker 2: talked about in the studio, she was like, yeah, that
- 2:25Speaker 2: was the first thing that I thought of immedia And.
- 2:27Speaker 3: I was like, oh, oh yeah, yeah, Like I for
- 2:29Speaker 3: sure thought we were going to die several times this night.
- 2:31Speaker 2: So good.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Let me give you the context. So I have this
- 2:33Speaker 3: new friend through social media. Her name is Tory, and
- 2:36Speaker 3: we have a lot of fun together. We've done a
- 2:38Speaker 3: couple of things in the last couple of weeks. I
- 2:40Speaker 3: took her to that white Haven event. We went out
- 2:42Speaker 3: afterwards and she was filling me in on her dating
- 2:45Speaker 3: life and Toy's a social goal. So she's always got
- 2:48Speaker 3: a suitor. And she said, my most recent suitor is
- 2:50Speaker 3: this guy that she met on Hinge. It's this guy
- 2:53Speaker 3: in the British Army, but he's Scottish. We'll give him
- 2:56Speaker 3: a fake name, we'll call him Seamus. Yeah, so she
- 3:00Speaker 3: matches with Shame. I think Seamus might be an Irish name.
- 3:02Speaker 3: So she matches with Seamus and she's like, you know,
- 3:04Speaker 3: I really really like him. There's a couple of things
- 3:06Speaker 3: I'm worried about, but like he's just really handsome and cool,
- 3:10Speaker 3: and he wants to do a night out next weekend.
- 3:14Speaker 3: But he has this roommate in town or not this
- 3:16Speaker 3: roomatin town. He has this roommate period. And she asked
- 3:19Speaker 3: somebody else to go, and then she asked me and
- 3:22Speaker 3: she said, listen, you're probably not gonna be romantically interested,
- 3:25Speaker 3: but I just want someone to tag team with us,
- 3:27Speaker 3: and I was like sure, like I'll go for the vibes.
- 3:28Speaker 3: And also she said that they wanted to go to
- 3:31Speaker 3: the hard rock casino, and so I was like, okay,
- 3:33Speaker 3: well now I feel like, as your friend, I'm not
- 3:36Speaker 3: letting you go alone.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yeah, And I like the hard rock I have no
- 3:41Speaker 2: It's just in a part of Tampa which is sometimes
- 3:43Speaker 2: be a little sketch.
- 3:44Speaker 3: It's just a little sketchy. It's a little out there.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I mean, there's nothing wrong with going to the casino
- 3:49Speaker 3: like it. I mean everyone's in there every one time.
- 3:51Speaker 3: But I will say before I get into the actual story,
- 3:54Speaker 3: the hard rock casino crowd is a very specific crowd.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Real.
- 3:59Speaker 3: You know, when you say photos of like people of Walmart,
- 4:01Speaker 3: there needs to be like a people of the hard
- 4:03Speaker 3: rock Casino.
- 4:04Speaker 2: It's an Instagram page.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Because it's like bachelor parties, Bacherette parties. There's people that
- 4:08Speaker 3: you know, have drone droven out, droven out, driven out
- 4:11Speaker 3: all the way from like I don't know, freakingland.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Whatever, Popka to come on over the hard park like
- 4:17Speaker 2: it is.
- 4:18Speaker 3: It is such a melting pot. There's people that clearly
- 4:20Speaker 3: have money. There's people that clearly don't have money. There
- 4:23Speaker 3: are people that are clearly trying to flex that they
- 4:24Speaker 3: have money, but they don't really have money.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Like it is true.
- 4:27Speaker 3: It's just such an interesting mix. But the funny thing
- 4:29Speaker 3: is the hard rock caf or the hard rock casino
- 4:32Speaker 3: is it's actually a really nice establishment.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Hell yeah, Like they have great food there. I know,
- 4:37Speaker 2: they put on great shows, they do great pool parties.
- 4:40Speaker 2: It's so weird, but yeah, I mean it's that one place.
- 4:43Speaker 2: It's there's only a couple places that are open twenty
- 4:46Speaker 2: four hours. Always go there. It always is a party
- 4:49Speaker 2: that's one of them. But again, what is always interesting
- 4:51Speaker 2: because it's so big, they have to put it in
- 4:53Speaker 2: an area that's just it's not near anything. Like if
- 4:57Speaker 2: you go to the hard rock, you are going out
- 4:58Speaker 2: of your way, I don't care where you live into
- 5:00Speaker 2: Like you were going out of your way to go
- 5:01Speaker 2: to the hard rock. Like that's a commitment, which sounded
- 5:04Speaker 2: weird when Abby was like, yeah, we're going out to
- 5:05Speaker 2: the hard rock. I'm like the hard rock out of everywhere.
- 5:09Speaker 2: And this is like their first date. No, it's not
- 5:11Speaker 2: their first date. I think they've been out four or
- 5:12Speaker 2: five different times. I mean they've had they've been dating
- 5:15Speaker 2: for maybe a month. Oh okay, and she's really into him.
- 5:17Speaker 3: So I was like, okay, Like I will come and
- 5:19Speaker 3: support you as your friend, good for you, and help
- 5:21Speaker 3: you not get human trafficked.
- 5:22Speaker 2: That was the biggest concern because as I started to
- 5:25Speaker 2: think about it, We're like, how long has Abby known
- 5:27Speaker 2: this person? And then you just go you just see
- 5:29Speaker 2: too many documentaries and you hear too many stories are
- 5:31Speaker 2: I'm like, what if this person, well, only talk to
- 5:34Speaker 2: Abby for this amount of time so they could finally
- 5:36Speaker 2: feel comfortable to get her out to the hard rock
- 5:38Speaker 2: and that human trafficker.
- 5:39Speaker 3: I told Torri that too. I was like, listen, I'm
- 5:41Speaker 3: gonna be honest with you. It did flash my mind
- 5:43Speaker 3: that maybe you were playing the long game and trying
- 5:45Speaker 3: to human traffick me. But I've met so many of
- 5:47Speaker 3: her friends and I was like, there's just like no way.
- 5:49Speaker 2: It would be way too weak.
- 5:50Speaker 3: This would be the con of the century if she
- 5:52Speaker 3: was trying to get me human trafficked. So anyway, I
- 5:55Speaker 3: meet up with her in Hyde Park or she picks
- 5:57Speaker 3: me up from my house and drives me out to
- 5:59Speaker 3: Hyde Park, which is where these guys are staying, and
- 6:02Speaker 3: it's at a very common apartment complex that like most
- 6:05Speaker 3: people postgrad move to. Oh nice, I don't want to
- 6:08Speaker 3: like just give out where they live. But it's in
- 6:10Speaker 3: Hyde Park. It is a very popular apartment complex. So
- 6:12Speaker 3: we pull in and the first red flag for this
- 6:15Speaker 3: guy was she Seamus for Seamus is. She pulls into
- 6:21Speaker 3: the parking lotch she parks her car and she says,
- 6:22Speaker 3: I'm gonna give him a call and have him come
- 6:24Speaker 3: down and get us. I'm like, okay, cool, Like maybe
- 6:25Speaker 3: there's a buzzer or whatever. So she calls up the
- 6:27Speaker 3: guy and immediately he's in full Scottish mode. He's like, no, no, no, no, no,
- 6:32Speaker 3: you can't word this guy saying he's just yelling.
- 6:35Speaker 1: He's on the whole, he's on the back bagpipes are
- 6:38Speaker 1: in the background.
- 6:41Speaker 3: I'm like, is Outlander plane or is this guy trying
- 6:44Speaker 3: to explain where he's I can't understand a word this
- 6:46Speaker 3: guy is saying. All it sounds is and I'm like,
- 6:48Speaker 3: oh my god. And so she's like, hey, we're down stairs,
- 6:51Speaker 3: can you come get us? And all I can understand
- 6:53Speaker 3: from him, and God, I wish I was good at
- 6:55Speaker 3: accents because I wish I could really I don't have
- 6:57Speaker 3: good sky, I don't have a good Scottish accent. But
- 6:59Speaker 3: basically he says, you've been here before, you know where
- 7:02Speaker 3: it is?
- 7:03Speaker 2: Oh, hell no.
- 7:04Speaker 3: But it's in that fast guy and he's just going on.
- 7:08Speaker 3: I'm like, there's music in the background, Like is this
- 7:11Speaker 3: guy a rape? Where is he? So I look at
- 7:14Speaker 3: her and I go, what the fuck is wrong with him?
- 7:16Speaker 3: Like respectfully, like that's you're dating this guy? And he's like,
- 7:20Speaker 3: you've been here before. Just come up? The doors open,
- 7:23Speaker 3: like so weird.
- 7:24Speaker 2: So that is so messed up, Like guys like just
- 7:26Speaker 2: go like this is why ah. I was just talking
- 7:28Speaker 2: about this tangent of like the bare minimum should not
- 7:32Speaker 2: be the standard. No, like just step up, be a man.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But it doesn't sound like we're going down that trail today.
- 7:39Speaker 3: She hangs up and I look at her and I'm
- 7:40Speaker 3: actually speechless, like I'm kind dumbfounded. I'm looking at her.
- 7:43Speaker 3: I'm like, that's him. I was like, why would he
- 7:46Speaker 3: speak to you like that? I'm like, you, girl, you
- 7:48Speaker 3: deserve so much more. But like I don't know him.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I was like, is he normally like that? Like is
- 7:52Speaker 3: this that a character? And she she's like, yeah, just
- 7:54Speaker 3: go upstairs. So we go upstairs to his apartment and
- 7:59Speaker 3: we walk in and it is eerily quiet. The lights
- 8:02Speaker 3: are off. It's a very dark apartment. It's millennial gray.
- 8:05Speaker 3: There's like one light on in.
- 8:06Speaker 2: The kitchen, one candle.
- 8:08Speaker 3: I'm look at him like, where are the knives? Where
- 8:11Speaker 3: are the knives put in this kitchen? What the hell?
- 8:14Speaker 3: So we go in and I look at her. I'm like,
- 8:16Speaker 3: is this the part where you kill me?
- 8:17Speaker 2: Yeah? This is it? This is it. Oh my god,
- 8:19Speaker 2: imagine in the back of your head the whole worry,
- 8:21Speaker 2: this whole week has been I'm gonna be human trafficked.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, this is happening sooner than I thought.
- 8:26Speaker 2: We're not even gonna get to the hard ruck. That
- 8:27Speaker 2: was just a sham.
- 8:28Speaker 3: And so I look at her. I'm like, is like,
- 8:30Speaker 3: is he here? And she goes, no, No, he's not here.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm like, where is he? Like is he?
- 8:35Speaker 2: Like?
- 8:35Speaker 3: What is he gonna lock the doors? He's in the
- 8:38Speaker 3: closet and she's like here, there's wine in the fridge,
- 8:43Speaker 3: Like you know that there is wine in the fridge.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Every bit of this is My eyes twitched. I'm so scared.
- 8:47Speaker 3: So she grabs the two most heinous pub wine glasses
- 8:51Speaker 3: from the from the cabinet and I look at her.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm washing this absolutely. It's one of those short,
- 8:56Speaker 3: stubby pub glasses. But it also has like all different
- 8:59Speaker 3: types of wine listed on it, like it's like a graphic.
- 9:02Speaker 3: It's the graphic tea of wine glasses. It says like
- 9:05Speaker 3: Sharpennay meul back at all these different fonts like conic sands,
- 9:09Speaker 3: Like where did this man get this glass? Anyway, So
- 9:11Speaker 3: she grabs the wine for the fridge and she looks
- 9:13Speaker 3: at it and I don't know what kind of wine
- 9:15Speaker 3: it was, but she goes, this is not what I
- 9:17Speaker 3: asked him to get me.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 9:19Speaker 3: And I was like, girl, it's fine, just pour a glass.
- 9:21Speaker 3: So she pourss a glass and I'm thinking this hysterical,
- 9:23Speaker 3: and I look at her. I'm like, I need to
- 9:24Speaker 3: get footage for the documentary, Like I hope you're okay
- 9:26Speaker 3: with this.
- 9:27Speaker 2: She goes, girl, I'll do what you need to do,
- 9:28Speaker 2: Like I get I need people to have this up
- 9:30Speaker 2: on my Netflix.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:31Speaker 3: I was like, wait, we're in the documentary head So
- 9:34Speaker 3: I start making little TikTok videos because I think it's funny.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I mean, there's like a Teaki sign on the wall
- 9:38Speaker 3: and there's a chessboard, like it's just such a weird,
- 9:40Speaker 3: random boy apartment. So finally we're hanging out and him
- 9:45Speaker 3: and his roommate come in, and of course it's literally
- 9:48Speaker 3: like instantly on and I just look at him and
- 9:52Speaker 3: I go, is that English? And then I look at
- 9:58Speaker 3: his roommate and I go and we get subtitles like
- 10:02Speaker 3: I feel like I'm watching the Worlds. I'm watching Outlander
- 10:05Speaker 3: on two time speed. So his roommate is very sweet.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Roomate's the one I'm getting quot unquote set up with,
- 10:10Speaker 3: but not really set up with, just more of like
- 10:11Speaker 3: we're bots, just here for the vibes the roses here
- 10:13Speaker 3: because like these are the two people in Tampa we know.
- 10:16Speaker 3: And he's English and he's he kind of looks like
- 10:19Speaker 3: a mix between James Cordon and Prince Harry, like just
- 10:25Speaker 3: like blonde like James Cordon, kind of a similar build,
- 10:28Speaker 3: but like has the face of Prince Harry. Prince Harry,
- 10:31Speaker 3: and so he's talking. I'm like, oh my god, this
- 10:33Speaker 3: is so funny, Like why the only men that want
- 10:36Speaker 3: to hang out with me are from the.
- 10:38Speaker 2: UK, that's actually where your soul is supposed to be at.
- 10:40Speaker 3: I'm like, I don't know what, Why can't American men
- 10:42Speaker 3: want to hang out with me? So anyway, I'm hanging
- 10:44Speaker 3: I'm hanging out with the British guy and my friend
- 10:48Speaker 3: and Seamus are getting in an argument because she's like,
- 10:50Speaker 3: I can't believe you didn't get the wine I asked
- 10:53Speaker 3: for you, which, actually I know sounds really stupid and petty,
- 10:56Speaker 3: but like it's one of those things that when you're
- 10:58Speaker 3: dating somebody new and they do something as flippant as that,
- 11:01Speaker 3: it's a subconscious tell that like, oh, you don't actually
- 11:04Speaker 3: really care about me.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Yep, you know what I mean. It's not this is
- 11:07Speaker 2: already where we're at. We're only one month in. This
- 11:11Speaker 2: is how you treat me. What happens when you get
- 11:13Speaker 2: even more comfortable in six months exactly.
- 11:15Speaker 3: So they're having a little squabble in the kitchen and
- 11:16Speaker 3: I'm like, hey, what's a stereotypical Hey, Harry, Hey. So
- 11:22Speaker 3: we're making small talk, and so we're all hanging out.
- 11:24Speaker 3: They're having a Mick Ultra and they're like, Okay, we're
- 11:26Speaker 3: gonna drive to the casino, and I go, okay. So
- 11:29Speaker 3: we get in their car, the government issue car, and
- 11:31Speaker 3: they start driving to the casino, and Seamus is driving
- 11:35Speaker 3: and he's driving so recklessly that I look at my
- 11:37Speaker 3: friend and I'm like, I'm ubering home, like I'm a hundred,
- 11:42Speaker 3: I'm getting I get to I will hang out with
- 11:43Speaker 3: you with the casino, but I will be taking my
- 11:45Speaker 3: own car back, Like I'm so scared he's driving so recklessly.
- 11:48Speaker 3: And I remember I had just seen a TikTok where
- 11:51Speaker 3: an older woman was saying advice that she had given
- 11:53Speaker 3: to her daughter. She said, at some point, you're going
- 11:55Speaker 3: to get in a guy's car and he's going to
- 11:57Speaker 3: try and impress you or freak you out by ribing recklessly.
- 12:01Speaker 3: And in that moment, what you need to do is
- 12:03Speaker 3: you need to not make it fun for him. So
- 12:06Speaker 3: when I was in the car, I'm like I made
- 12:08Speaker 3: a couple of comments where I'm like whoa, Like can
- 12:10Speaker 3: you chill? Like there were a couple of moments where
- 12:13Speaker 3: he like ran across the street and there was a
- 12:15Speaker 3: car coming at us. I'm like, this is literally how
- 12:16Speaker 3: I'm gonna die.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Yeah, oh my god. Not even the trafficking, It's just
- 12:19Speaker 2: a car.
- 12:19Speaker 3: But I don't want to overreact because I don't want
- 12:21Speaker 3: to make it fun for him because I don't know
- 12:22Speaker 3: this guy. Cause it's like it's kind of dawning on
- 12:24Speaker 3: me that we're in this car, and I'm like, I
- 12:26Speaker 3: don't know these people, and I don't necessarily I mean,
- 12:28Speaker 3: I know Tory, but I don't trust Seamus. I actually,
- 12:30Speaker 3: you know, it's so funny. We were kind of making
- 12:32Speaker 3: fun of the room mamate because I remember last week
- 12:34Speaker 3: I was talking about how like, oh, I'm not in
- 12:35Speaker 3: his league and she doesn't want. I was having so
- 12:37Speaker 3: much fun with the English guy. I'm like, he seems
- 12:39Speaker 3: so nice, he seems so responsible, he seems like he's
- 12:42Speaker 3: freaked out to be here too. So I felt very
- 12:44Speaker 3: very buddy buddy with him and my friend. But Seamus
- 12:46Speaker 3: is driving like a crazy person. So finally we get
- 12:49Speaker 3: to the casino and I just look at my friend
- 12:50Speaker 3: to go, oh my god, I'm so scary, And I
- 12:52Speaker 3: remember thinking I'm like so relieved to be at the
- 12:55Speaker 3: hard rock casino because this is where I feel the
- 12:58Speaker 3: most safe, ironic.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Out of everywhere so far, it's the hard rock.
- 13:02Speaker 3: So we go to this restaurant we all have a
- 13:04Speaker 3: bed and we're gabbing and we're talking about like cultural
- 13:06Speaker 3: differences between U game America. Blah bla blah blah blam.
- 13:08Speaker 3: We're hanging out and one of the funny moments was
- 13:11Speaker 3: I was telling them how I only drink Guinness when
- 13:13Speaker 3: I go abroad because I feel weird having a Guinness
- 13:15Speaker 3: in America. I feel like it's not the same. It's
- 13:16Speaker 3: definitely not they don't do it the same way. But
- 13:18Speaker 3: what was so funny, like a full circle thing for
- 13:20Speaker 3: that was then Seamus was like, Oh, I want to
- 13:22Speaker 3: order a Yingling because it's brewed here in Tampa. Oh don't, Like,
- 13:25Speaker 3: that's so funny, Like I want to drink your beer
- 13:27Speaker 3: when I go to your hometown, but like you're drinking
- 13:30Speaker 3: our beer when you're just very funny and like full circle.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That's cute.
- 13:33Speaker 3: So anyway, we finally go down to the casino, disgusting.
- 13:36Speaker 3: It just smells like straight cigar smoke. I'm pretty sure
- 13:38Speaker 3: I left with several lung diseases.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Yeah. Actually I could see your lung cancer right now, honestly.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm like, oh, my lung one really hurts right now,
- 13:44Speaker 3: Like did I puncture something? So we go down to
- 13:46Speaker 3: the casino and these guys are like sitting down and
- 13:49Speaker 3: they're like, so, which ones do you guys want to play?
- 13:51Speaker 3: I'm like, I actually don't want to play one.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Just get rid of money, like I'll use it on something, yes,
- 13:57Speaker 2: the pain.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Well yeah maybe, I mean they pay for a drinks,
- 14:00Speaker 3: which I was very nice. I was like, thank you.
- 14:01Speaker 3: So anyway, they sit down the casino and they go, yeah,
- 14:04Speaker 3: we actually really don't gamble.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Holy crap, guys, Jesus.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Tory and I look at Seamus and Harry and we
- 14:10Speaker 3: go why did we come here?
- 14:12Speaker 2: Did y'all think? Did they think you all were the gamblers? Yeah?
- 14:15Speaker 3: There were, and they're like, we thought we could like
- 14:17Speaker 3: bond over being bad at it. I'm like, I don't
- 14:19Speaker 3: want to spend hundreds of dollars to lose, you know
- 14:22Speaker 3: what I mean? Like that's not fun, Like I'd rather
- 14:24Speaker 3: just go to the Irish pub in Hyde Park and
- 14:26Speaker 3: like do a card game or something.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Yes, way less expensive.
- 14:30Speaker 3: And so literally after ten minutes, they go, well, what
- 14:32Speaker 3: if we just went home? And I was like, honestly,
- 14:35Speaker 3: I would love that. Because it's now around like ten
- 14:37Speaker 3: thirty eleven. I'm like, so ready to get the hell
- 14:39Speaker 3: out of here, and I'm getting ready to call my uber,
- 14:42Speaker 3: and then it dawns on me. I'm like, you know what,
- 14:44Speaker 3: I am kind of scared to be at the hard
- 14:45Speaker 3: Rock casino by myself because the crowd is a little
- 14:48Speaker 3: sus looking. Okay, I'm gonna be I know it's politically incorrect.
- 14:52Speaker 3: I'm a little scared being there.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's valid.
- 14:54Speaker 3: One.
- 14:55Speaker 2: It's a lot of people too. If you've ever been there,
- 14:56Speaker 2: you know exactly what have you.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Said just a little while.
- 14:59Speaker 2: That's not the Hard Rocks. It's just the amount of
- 15:00Speaker 2: people that.
- 15:01Speaker 3: It's like two am at the Walmart. That's how it feels.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't want to be there alone.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I just don't want to be there by myself.
- 15:06Speaker 3: And so I'm like, I also kind of feel bad
- 15:08Speaker 3: because I'm getting the sense that my friend is getting
- 15:10Speaker 3: the eck and I also don't want to abandon her.
- 15:13Speaker 3: So I'm literally like, God, he me home.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I'm like, if you haven't talked in a while, Like,
- 15:19Speaker 2: I will.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Go to church tomorrow if you if you just get
- 15:22Speaker 3: us home safely. So I get in the in the
- 15:24Speaker 3: car and I tell Seamus, I said I'm so fucking
- 15:27Speaker 3: serious right now if you've if you mess around on
- 15:31Speaker 3: the road, I will call the police and guess who
- 15:35Speaker 3: drove so safely back? That's right back to Bark.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Come on now.
- 15:38Speaker 3: I was like, I am laying down the law. I'm like,
- 15:39Speaker 3: I feel so uncomfortable, so unsafe. So we get back
- 15:43Speaker 3: to the apartment and I'm like, Toy, I'm want to leave.
- 15:45Speaker 3: I'm gonna go yeah, and she goes, honestly, I'll drive
- 15:47Speaker 3: you home. And I go oh. I was like, you
- 15:49Speaker 3: don't want to stay, and she goes, no, like I'm
- 15:50Speaker 3: going to leave, So we leave. And what I essentially
- 15:55Speaker 3: got from Toy, I don't think she necessarily said this
- 15:57Speaker 3: in so many words, but she I think it's really
- 16:00Speaker 3: interesting to see the guy that you're dating through your
- 16:02Speaker 3: friend's eyes, Like it's very telling, absolutely where you know
- 16:07Speaker 3: you can have feelings because it's fun to have mutual
- 16:10Speaker 3: attraction or crush on someone, or what can feel like
- 16:12Speaker 3: banter to you is actually just like squabbling. And I
- 16:16Speaker 3: think she got the ick because I got the ick
- 16:19Speaker 3: because I showed up and I felt unsafe genuinely, like
- 16:24Speaker 3: he's just a reckless guy, Like he's young and impressionable
- 16:28Speaker 3: and I think just needs to grow up a little bit.
- 16:32Speaker 3: And I was like, I'm so uncomfortable being here. I
- 16:35Speaker 3: had a good time with my friend and like, you know,
- 16:37Speaker 3: it's all for the story, but like, of course, I
- 16:41Speaker 3: was like, this is not a good situation. I'm like,
- 16:43Speaker 3: I don't want to see this guy we're in And
- 16:45Speaker 3: I think she kind of felt the same way, like
- 16:47Speaker 3: she was like, yeah, I can probably do better than
- 16:49Speaker 3: this dude, And I was like, you can.
- 16:50Speaker 2: And hasn't that happened to so many of us where
- 16:52Speaker 2: it's your friends that are the ones that say, I'm
- 16:54Speaker 2: gonna just take you aside right now, I'm gonna go
- 16:56Speaker 2: ahead and let you know my thoughts.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Now you don't need to tell him all all the time,
- 17:00Speaker 2: Like if your friend doesn't listen when you explain your thoughts,
- 17:03Speaker 2: that's gonna be on them. At least you expressed yourself.
- 17:06Speaker 2: But like that's a huge step into the relationship of
- 17:09Speaker 2: if you can't get along with my friends and they
- 17:11Speaker 2: don't like you, I almost start looking at you sideways.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Yeah, well it's not that we couldn't get along. I
- 17:16Speaker 3: just felt like he was being a little bit of
- 17:17Speaker 3: a show off, and it was just kind of like, dude,
- 17:19Speaker 3: just exist, just be that, just be like Harry just exists.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Me and Harry were talking about the Cotswalt dude telling
- 17:25Speaker 3: me about his knees, and I was like, I'm so wholesome, Harry.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Who knew you were gonna be like the sweet one
- 17:28Speaker 3: out of this.
- 17:29Speaker 2: He's the good guy.
- 17:30Speaker 3: He's a good guy. And he's like, I hate Tampa.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I can't wait to get back to where I'm normally based.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I'm like, where you normally based? And he's like Gibraltar
- 17:37Speaker 3: and I was like, oh, yeah, I'd rather be in
- 17:38Speaker 3: Spain too.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Oh okay, I was like, where the heck is jibral Yeah,
- 17:41Speaker 2: but I.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Guess it's owned by the UK or something like that.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Probably, So is there any okay? First off, Tory is
- 17:47Speaker 2: probably going to be like deuces.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:49Speaker 3: I don't know that she's ever going to see him again,
- 17:51Speaker 3: and I don't blame her.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's the right step. Yeah, if it's
- 17:54Speaker 2: like a month in, that's it. Go ahead and call
- 17:57Speaker 2: it now.
- 17:57Speaker 3: I don't know how you bounce back from that. It
- 17:58Speaker 3: was weird.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that guy, how old was he?
- 18:01Speaker 3: I don't know. I whenever I feel like a guy
- 18:04Speaker 3: is immature but an adult age, I always think that
- 18:07Speaker 3: he's twenty four.
- 18:07Speaker 2: So that's exactly where my head went to.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Yeah, and they definitely remember had a conversation about age
- 18:12Speaker 3: because she's a couple years older than me, and I
- 18:14Speaker 3: think I made a joke about, oh my god, we're
- 18:16Speaker 3: so old and she goes, no, we're not, and I
- 18:18Speaker 3: was like, oh, how.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Old are we? Yeah, we're just slightly old. Twenty three,
- 18:23Speaker 2: we're mature.
- 18:24Speaker 3: So if I had to put an age on him,
- 18:26Speaker 3: I would say twenty four ish.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Anything out the hairy guys, there's anytime he comes back,
- 18:31Speaker 2: You guys got to.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Hanging out or no, no, just like friend and vibes,
- 18:33Speaker 3: but just like a sweet dude, like a really really
- 18:35Speaker 3: good human.
- 18:36Speaker 2: That's wild. How that just kind of unfolded of this
- 18:40Speaker 2: So many dudes we get it wrong. And I did
- 18:42Speaker 2: this so many times in my youth of thinking what
- 18:44Speaker 2: we thought impressed women, but that actually did the complete opposite. Yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 2: of whether it's like I remember in like early maybe
- 18:52Speaker 2: college years, where like the thing was you got to
- 18:54Speaker 2: be like slightly slightly mean or kind of a dick,
- 18:57Speaker 2: and it's like, huh, that's an interesting way to have
- 19:00Speaker 2: take on that. Yeah, or driving aggressively is a huge
- 19:03Speaker 2: one where it's like, ah, this is gonna be cool.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Not not at all.
- 19:07Speaker 3: No, what's cool is actually taking care of the women
- 19:09Speaker 3: in your back seat.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Yes, treating everyone like the precious cargo that they are,
- 19:14Speaker 2: which is just wild to me. I'm glad you're alive. Same.
- 19:18Speaker 2: That was literally in my thought process. I saw your
- 19:20Speaker 2: story yesterday. When I saw you at the Moxie, I
- 19:22Speaker 2: was like, Okay, cool, Abby's alive. Awesome yea. Yeah.
- 19:24Speaker 3: At that point, I was like, Okay, I'm gonna let
- 19:26Speaker 3: everyone know the situation that we're in. It's kind of funny.
- 19:28Speaker 3: At this point, I have this really funny TikTok that
- 19:30Speaker 3: I have to ask Tory if I can post. But
- 19:31Speaker 3: it's like POV and I don't know if you've ever
- 19:34Speaker 3: seen those tiktoks where it's like editing our night out
- 19:37Speaker 3: like a reality show, and it's like scary, And so
- 19:40Speaker 3: I just took all these different clips of like us
- 19:41Speaker 3: in the apartment and then us at the casino. I'm like, POV,
- 19:45Speaker 3: you're third wheeling with your friend and her situationship mm hmm, and.
- 19:48Speaker 2: It's so typical though, like us dudes were like the
- 19:50Speaker 2: same when it comes to our living spaces, like we
- 19:53Speaker 2: have what I've now been hearing a lot of because
- 19:55Speaker 2: I've been called out on it is boy brain or
- 19:58Speaker 2: a boy brain just gets super loud. Like if you
- 19:59Speaker 2: walked into my apartment right now, it's just bare bones.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I got a couch and then a TV is on
- 20:04Speaker 2: the ground, and I got this little like makeshift chair
- 20:07Speaker 2: like table thing that folds into a table. Bare necessities,
- 20:10Speaker 2: no art decor nothing that's making it really sparkle. But
- 20:14Speaker 2: in my eyes, I'm like that suckers home. It makes
- 20:17Speaker 2: me very comfortable. I'm pretty sure Shamus's place is probably
- 20:19Speaker 2: like that, where it's like random thing on the wall,
- 20:22Speaker 2: random thing on a table, one thing in the fridge.
- 20:25Speaker 2: That's it. Yeah, good lord, the right one.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Shamus and Harry like literally it was a government issue department.
- 20:31Speaker 3: They're like, yeah, the British Army just has like eight
- 20:33Speaker 3: apartments at the same complex and this is where we
- 20:36Speaker 3: all live.
- 20:36Speaker 2: God dang, what did you do on Saturday after that? Though?
- 20:39Speaker 2: You go to church?
- 20:40Speaker 3: Oh Saturday?
- 20:40Speaker 2: You know what?
- 20:41Speaker 3: I hung out with one of our coworkers who the
- 20:44Speaker 3: new uf grad. Yeah, she asked me for drinks, so
- 20:47Speaker 3: she took me to Maru. Maru.
- 20:50Speaker 2: You go to so many places that I have never
- 20:52Speaker 2: been a co work. It's a Tampa vibe, I guess.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Oh my god, I felt so old because you know,
- 20:56Speaker 3: like when you're in your twenties, you're like you kind
- 20:58Speaker 3: of mentally associate yourself with any but in your twenties
- 21:00Speaker 3: because we all kind of look the same.
- 21:01Speaker 2: We do.
- 21:02Speaker 3: But but I was like, oh, I cannot hang like
- 21:05Speaker 3: I used to because she's just like a cool like she's.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Cool, she just graduated.
- 21:09Speaker 3: She she just wagerated, so she's she's got the college
- 21:11Speaker 3: grad swag and also like still has the liver of
- 21:14Speaker 3: a college person. And I can just tell. She's like
- 21:17Speaker 3: sitting across from me and I'm on like my second
- 21:18Speaker 3: class of wine and I'm hammered, literally, and she's just
- 21:22Speaker 3: like this old fogie.
- 21:23Speaker 2: She's like a can't hang, she talks a big game,
- 21:26Speaker 2: can't hang.
- 21:26Speaker 3: She's like this girl is so boring, And I'm like, no,
- 21:28Speaker 3: I'm so fun, but I'm only fun in certain going
- 21:32Speaker 3: out environments. Like the second I sit down is the
- 21:35Speaker 3: second I want to go home.
- 21:36Speaker 2: That's called getting right around thirty because I get sleepy.
- 21:39Speaker 3: I'm like, if I'm not dancing, if I'm dancing, I
- 21:42Speaker 3: will never go to bed. I will never go to bed.
- 21:44Speaker 3: If there's a good song on, if there's a good vibe,
- 21:46Speaker 3: if my friends are having fun or we're laughing, I
- 21:48Speaker 3: will never go home. But the second I sit down
- 21:50Speaker 3: is the second I go ooh.
- 21:51Speaker 2: That's because we've all been up like since the beginning
- 21:54Speaker 2: of like the Dawn, and as soon as we sit
- 21:56Speaker 2: like I was doing that. We went out a couple
- 21:58Speaker 2: different places, but Amander and High to Seminal Heights, exploit
- 22:02Speaker 2: there that area on Saturday, and I'm sitting down with
- 22:04Speaker 2: my buddy and I'm just like and he like, hit me,
- 22:07Speaker 2: He's like, what are you yawning for? I was like,
- 22:08Speaker 2: I've been up before the sun came up. I'm tired.
- 22:11Speaker 2: It's ten. I'm out here for the socialization. I want
- 22:14Speaker 2: to be home in an hour, I know.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I was like, why would I sit here when I
- 22:17Speaker 3: could sit down on my couch.
- 22:18Speaker 2: See, I can't wait. And I've talked about this before,
- 22:20Speaker 2: but I'm so excited for that chapter of life where
- 22:22Speaker 2: just I have friends come over to my place. Yeah,
- 22:24Speaker 2: and I got like a nice patio and you can
- 22:26Speaker 2: have a drink and a little snack on my outdoor
- 22:29Speaker 2: patio bar. Yeah, that's gonna take a lot to get there,
- 22:31Speaker 2: but I can't wait for it.
- 22:32Speaker 3: You'll get there.
- 22:32Speaker 2: One day on Friday, we went out on a yacht.
- 22:35Speaker 3: I know, I told you you're always yelling at me
- 22:37Speaker 3: for not giving you the invice I had. I always
- 22:41Speaker 3: give you the invite, and I did not get the
- 22:43Speaker 3: invite for the yacht.
- 22:44Speaker 2: We will do another yacht day because it's like a
- 22:46Speaker 2: new it's the company's been around for a little bit
- 22:48Speaker 2: of sunburst yachts. I don't know, but they're like a
- 22:52Speaker 2: friend a client of a friend, and so now they're
- 22:54Speaker 2: bringing out a couple influencers. It was kind of funny.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I got on and I was the only dude. I
- 22:58Speaker 2: was like, where's all the other dude influencers. I guess
- 23:00Speaker 2: there's not that many of us.
- 23:01Speaker 3: They're kind of are in Tampa. There are a lot
- 23:02Speaker 3: of dude influencers.
- 23:03Speaker 2: There is a dude Bros though, And I don't know,
- 23:05Speaker 2: I guess I'm part of like this whole group. Yeah.
- 23:07Speaker 2: I got on there and I'm like, oh, it's just
- 23:08Speaker 2: a bunch of women. There's a bunch of women in
- 23:10Speaker 2: their twenties, and so I'm like, this is an interesting vibe.
- 23:13Speaker 2: But the speaking of the getting like a little too drunk,
- 23:15Speaker 2: too quick, Like as soon as we got off the boat.
- 23:18Speaker 2: The whole plan was to go explore what we had
- 23:21Speaker 2: in Tampa because we were staying on Harbor Island, which location,
- 23:23Speaker 2: oh my god, that in general went to Sulcy. Got
- 23:27Speaker 2: a little bev there that was sul What is a
- 23:30Speaker 2: place called so the soul?
- 23:32Speaker 3: It is something like that.
- 23:33Speaker 2: You went there before, So it's called sul It's something Sulcy.
- 23:37Speaker 2: You get a little sprits. We got a little sprits
- 23:40Speaker 2: by the water, sprits.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Now now it's going to put Sorcy, Saurcy, Sorcy. I'm like,
- 23:44Speaker 3: I'm like that sounds wrong. But it's closed.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Yeah, didn't you say when they opened up. It's just
- 23:50Speaker 2: founded by like some hot Italiana.
- 23:52Speaker 3: It's like these two hot Italian twins.
- 23:54Speaker 2: It's insane. It's like ulous them in the window.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Oh my god, Like there's and they're always there, which
- 23:59Speaker 3: is great. It's I r marketing for them.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I just I wish I had that kind of bloodlined
- 24:04Speaker 2: where it's like Italians have like the greatest facial hair.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Their skin is just flawless.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Garrett Graham from off campus is Italian. It makes so much,
- 24:13Speaker 1: so is John Logan. But we started exploring all these
- 24:15Speaker 1: little pockets of Tampa. Because I'm in San Pete, I
- 24:17Speaker 1: don't go over the bridge much. Yeah, but when we
- 24:19Speaker 1: were over in Harbor Allen, I was like, let me explore.
- 24:21Speaker 1: So Sorcy got a bev then walked and wanted to
- 24:24Speaker 1: go check out another wine bar. And what we ended
- 24:27Speaker 1: up doing, which I haven't done this in so long,
- 24:29Speaker 1: is we went over to that place Three Brothers, three
- 24:32Speaker 1: corners pizza.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, I'm not a big pizza dude.
- 24:36Speaker 2: But I loved that place, really enjoyed every single slice.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Sat there. We just had a couple glasses of wine.
- 24:44Speaker 2: But this is how I know I'm getting older, because
- 24:46Speaker 2: this would never come out of my mouth. Before we
- 24:48Speaker 2: were deciding whether to do a white or red wine,
- 24:50Speaker 2: we were sipping a lot of sprits and a lot
- 24:51Speaker 2: of white wine earlier. And so we got sat down,
- 24:53Speaker 2: I was like, let me just try the red wine.
- 24:55Speaker 2: I took a sof was like, huh, I'm gonna feel
- 24:57Speaker 2: that in the morning. Yeah, I took one sip and
- 24:58Speaker 2: I was like, that is a heartburn waiting for tonight
- 25:01Speaker 2: and a headache waiting for tomorrow. And I felt so
- 25:04Speaker 2: old in that moment because we did literally one drink,
- 25:07Speaker 2: a couple slice of pizza, and then went home and
- 25:09Speaker 2: literally passed out really immediately. It was supposed to be
- 25:12Speaker 2: this night out on the town. Check it out these
- 25:14Speaker 2: wine bars.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Sleep Why I'll do that to you, Like I don't
- 25:17Speaker 3: people always say, oh, there's no difference between the different tipsies.
- 25:20Speaker 3: I'm like, wine is a sleepy time, sleepy and sad,
- 25:23Speaker 3: but like I like it because it's just so easy,
- 25:25Speaker 3: Like you can always get wine anywhere.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Yeah, nice little sip. I like to just sip. I
- 25:29Speaker 2: don't want to get drunk. I just want to sip.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Tequila is my even keeled liquor. Vodka turns me into
- 25:34Speaker 3: a different person. And then I've never really drinking a
- 25:37Speaker 3: lot of gin.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Oh well, yeah, I've even go into a little bit
- 25:39Speaker 2: more like a like a gin and spritzer kind of
- 25:41Speaker 2: deal of like give me something light and refreshing. Yeah,
- 25:44Speaker 2: but I just like the first time ever I love
- 25:45Speaker 2: a red wine and I'm like I think I'm hating
- 25:47Speaker 2: that age or I can't do it much.
- 25:49Speaker 3: I know it's so sad, but red Wine Pizza is
- 25:52Speaker 3: a goaded combo.
- 25:53Speaker 2: I know when I took the sip and I was like,
- 25:54Speaker 2: this is not the time. I knew it was gonna
- 25:56Speaker 2: hurt because I was working an event on Saturday. Oh y,
- 25:58Speaker 2: and I was like, this is going to be so
- 26:00Speaker 2: painful to get up in the morning. And I'm so
- 26:02Speaker 2: glad I made that decision. Yeah, And I was like,
- 26:03Speaker 2: damn it, I'm getting your thirty. This is the year
- 26:05Speaker 2: of thirty. This is the year, and I'm not ready
- 26:07Speaker 2: for it.
- 26:07Speaker 3: You gotta take your vitamins, your electrolytes before you go out.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Try to get the sleep. I think I got four
- 26:11Speaker 2: hours that night. Oh but I'm glad the weekend went
- 26:14Speaker 2: well for you, and I'm glad you're alive.
- 26:16Speaker 3: It was good. Is it gonna convince you to move
- 26:18Speaker 3: to downtown Tampa?
- 26:19Speaker 2: Honestly, I was looking at the prices for the Harbor
- 26:22Speaker 2: Island apartments. Harbor Island is not that bad, That's what
- 26:25Speaker 2: I thought too, and what we did, and I love again.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Another thing you think of when you're getting older, but
- 26:30Speaker 2: you don't think of when you're young. I love being
- 26:32Speaker 2: able to walk the publics. That was crazy, so stupid simple.
- 26:37Speaker 3: That's what I've been telling you is it sounds dumb, like, oh,
- 26:39Speaker 3: getting to just walk around, it sounds so stupid, But
- 26:43Speaker 3: getting to just run errands on foot brings me so
- 26:47Speaker 3: much joy.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Honestly, that was one of my favorite things, Like because
- 26:49Speaker 2: we were a dog sitting, so we walked our friend's dog,
- 26:51Speaker 2: brought it back and walked the publics, had a little snack,
- 26:54Speaker 2: had a little wine at the publics there.
- 26:55Speaker 3: And that's where the Lifetime Fitness is too Harbor Island.
- 26:57Speaker 2: I know. I walked over because I wanted to just
- 26:59Speaker 2: smell the air when opened the door and I was like,
- 27:00Speaker 2: that's rich. But I want to get a membership, but
- 27:03Speaker 2: they don't have one in Saint Pete, so I will wait.
- 27:05Speaker 2: But I did plant the seed. And I don't know
- 27:06Speaker 2: if my girlfriend picked up on this, but I did it.
- 27:08Speaker 2: I was like, if you could hypothetically live in any
- 27:11Speaker 2: of the luxury apartments in the Tampa Bay area, it
- 27:13Speaker 2: could be Saint Pete, Tampa, I don't know, Dunedin. I
- 27:16Speaker 2: was like, where would you live? Just to cause I'm
- 27:18Speaker 2: gonna be in my place for a while now. Yeah,
- 27:21Speaker 2: but just to kind of hear it out, cuz I
- 27:23Speaker 2: would be nice for at least one year to live
- 27:26Speaker 2: that downtown lifestyle. Yeah, that walking lifestyle and everyone over there.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I get it now why everyone's hot because you walk
- 27:33Speaker 2: or run literally everywhere, and when you see.
- 27:35Speaker 3: So many hot people constantly that it's you almost feel like,
- 27:38Speaker 3: oh my god, if I don't look like that, I'm
- 27:40Speaker 3: not keeping up.
- 27:41Speaker 2: It was crazy. I'm like, you guys are freaking beautiful.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:44Speaker 2: And then in the morning I've seen like everyone at
- 27:46Speaker 2: the pool at the apartment. I was like, I don't know.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Part of my heart was like, oh, that sounds so fun.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Like all the socialization like that only happens. There's like
- 27:52Speaker 2: one chapter of life like I'd had it in college.
- 27:55Speaker 2: I haven't had it all adult. But I'm like, maybe
- 27:58Speaker 2: in the next year that might be waiting for me.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Maybe maybe that, or I just do the whole adult
- 28:02Speaker 2: thing and get a house. That too boring, Oh, I mean,
- 28:05Speaker 2: but a house and a dog.
- 28:06Speaker 3: You have the rest of your life to have a
- 28:08Speaker 3: house and a dog and the whole thing, But you
- 28:10Speaker 3: only have a small sliver of time to get to
- 28:12Speaker 3: live that independent Denk lifestyle.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Well, then we're going to need to make more money
- 28:15Speaker 2: on this podcast day because I want to live it.
