A 49-year-old man, Tyraun Lamont Clark, faces up to nine years in prison after a violent shooting sparked by a breakup—fired into a third-floor apartment, ricocheting into a second-floor home with a mother and three kids inside. He also allegedly returned to the scene armed, firing more shots outside.
