- 0:00We are at a critical juncture, a critical period for silver and
- 0:04gold. We'll examine that.
- 0:06We'll talk about the reasons why.
- 0:08Also warning, warning, warning, the next two or three weeks
- 0:13could be very bumpy for the silver and gold price.
- 0:17Let's talk about that first because tomorrow we're going to
- 0:20hear from our old friend Jerome Powell at the United States
- 0:23Federal Reserve. We're going to get the update on
- 0:26the monetary policy. And guys, I've got a big warning
- 0:31for you. I don't think it's going to be a
- 0:33good day for silver and gold. That's just my opinion.
- 0:37Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
- 0:39saying. But usually my gut feelings are
- 0:42right. And I'll tell you what I think
- 0:44is going to happen tomorrow, the reason why tomorrow could
- 0:47present a very challenging day for gold and silver.
- 0:50I hope I'm wrong. I hope you can come on here
- 0:53tomorrow or Thursday and say, Ronnie, you were wrong, wrong,
- 0:57wrong. But we'll go out and take a look
- 1:00at what we know right now about what we should expect for
- 1:04tomorrow. We'll go out here to the CME
- 1:07Group Fedwatch Tool where we have one day and two hours until
- 1:12we will hear from Jerome Powell. And look at this, guys.
- 1:14I updated this just before we came on.
- 1:17We are back to a 99 Percent chance that they're going to cut
- 1:22rates tomorrow. That's not the important thing.
- 1:24That's not the reason why we need to be concerned about the
- 1:28silver and gold price tomorrow. And again, I'll repeat one more
- 1:32time, I hope I'm wrong. I hope you can.
- 1:34You can say that, Ron, he does not know what he's talking
- 1:37about. But what's more important
- 1:39tomorrow from the Fed is not the fact that they're going to cut
- 1:42rates, which they are. It would be an absolute shock if
- 1:47they don't cut rates. That would be catastrophic for
- 1:51the gold and silver price. We would have to restart the the
- 1:55silver investor support group on Sunday night, have our meetings
- 1:59where we all sit around and talk about our horrible experiences.
- 2:03If if they don't cut rates tomorrow, but they are going to
- 2:06cut rates. What's what the the example.
- 2:10The big reason that we need to pay attention to Jerome tomorrow
- 2:15is more about not what he does, but what he says.
- 2:19OK, now, usually we say the opposite, basement dwellers.
- 2:23We say look what the central banks are doing.
- 2:25Don't listen to what they say. But tomorrow is one of those
- 2:28rare exceptions when we need to listen to what Jerome says
- 2:32because not because of us. Because we know in the long run,
- 2:35it's a bunch of bunk, right? The whole Fed Unicorn fart dust.
- 2:40Did I tell you I started a meme coin called Unicorn Fart dust?
- 2:44I'll tell you about that in just a second.
- 2:46Yes, that's right. This guy is now worth $6000.
- 2:53I'm not joking. I'm going to tell you about my
- 2:56journey. Nonetheless, in the long run, I
- 2:58got off track there. The the, it's, it's all Fantasy
- 3:01Island. But tomorrow, everybody's going
- 3:04to be listening to what Jerome says, right?
- 3:06That's the big deal because they're looking for hints as to
- 3:09what they're thinking about monetary policy into 2025.
- 3:14Are they going to continue to cut rates?
- 3:16What hints are they going to give?
- 3:18What I'm predicting for tomorrow is that we are going to get
- 3:22hawkish, which means type, type commentary from Jerome Powell.
- 3:28OK, it's not. I hope I'm wrong, I promise I
- 3:31won't say that again, but I think we're going to get some
- 3:33hawkish commentary and it could prove to be a very difficult day
- 3:38for silver and gold. And it's all the timing lines
- 3:41up. They love to ruin Christmas for
- 3:43us silver and gold investors, right?
- 3:46The LBMA and the Comex and the Fed.
- 3:49They hate gold and silver and they love to put a damper on the
- 3:52holidays for they love to let all the other parts of the
- 3:55market right go to all time highs.
- 3:57All time highs, but not silver and gold.
- 4:00No, no, I mean, I've been watching this for decades.
- 4:05It's always the same thing. It's always the week before
- 4:08Christmas. You know, it seems like like the
- 4:11stock, the, the precious metal mining stocks go in the tubes
- 4:15and the price of gold and silver 2025 is going to be a way, way,
- 4:20way different story. Because we're at this point
- 4:24right now, guys, we're at this critical juncture.
- 4:27Let's go take a look at at some charts and see what we're
- 4:30talking about. You know what, before we do
- 4:32that, let's hop over here to channel sponsor pin backs and
- 4:35get an update on the gold and silver price.
- 4:37I have a feeling it is worse than what we're seeing here.
- 4:40We're going to press the Golden Triangle and hey, it got better.
- 4:46Silver's only down 7 cents. I'm feeling it.
- 4:50Are you? Don't you love it when the price
- 4:52is silver? It's down, but not down as much
- 4:55as it was, which is good, you know, Hey, we'll take it.
- 4:57Gold down almost $13 per oz. Gold $2640.
- 5:03Silver just below $30.50. Thank you to channel sponsor
- 5:09Pimbex Pi MB EX. They make this live stream video
- 5:14possible. They allow us to come together.
- 5:17There's their support and they've been a great, great
- 5:19sponsor of the basement. Look, everyone that sends me
- 5:23feedback on pin backs, I get overwhelmingly positive
- 5:28feedback, right? Great selection, great people
- 5:32that work there, great customer service and their prices are
- 5:35always like ultra competitive, very difficult to beat and often
- 5:40times if you're looking at silver, a dollar or two less.
- 5:44Look at this. I was checking this out this
- 5:46morning just for fun. Before we came on, I went and
- 5:48looked at Canadian silver coins. Look at this, you can buy one
- 5:52ounce Canadian silver Maple Leaf coins as low as $32.96.
- 5:59Now these are not be used. These are random year coins that
- 6:04might have some slight imperfections.
- 6:06I'm I'm not a guru on coins, but the BU are Brilliant
- 6:09Uncirculated. Heck, you can buy the Brilliant
- 6:11Uncirculated's for $33.51 and look at that.
- 6:18I mean, you're talking $3 over spot.
- 6:21You know what? You're spoiled.
- 6:23You're spoiled. What's wrong with you?
- 6:28You, you American silver investor?
- 6:30Not all of you are joining me from America, but those that
- 6:33are, including me, we are spoiled.
- 6:36Get a load of this, OK, and then we'll come back to these charts.
- 6:39I got some charts, but I this is a perfect segue into this next
- 6:43point here. I'm going to go a little bit out
- 6:45of order, so bear with me please.
- 6:47Basement dwellers. I got this e-mail from our
- 6:50friend Andreas in Germany. OK, I recopied it and sent it
- 6:55back to myself. So I didn't want to divulge his
- 6:57personal information. This is crazy, guys.
- 7:00We could buy. We could buy those.
- 7:04What? We just looked at those Canadian
- 7:07Maple Leafs and if I've got this correct, we could go to Germany
- 7:10and sell them to a coin shop and make a profit.
- 7:13Listen to this, Ron, thank you again for your great YouTube
- 7:17videos. I don't need to read that.
- 7:19You know what they say in life, You ever experienced this?
- 7:21You know, I'm out here on YouTube, I get all kinds of
- 7:24crazy feedback, great feedback, negative feedback.
- 7:28You can get it like 50 great compliments, but the one
- 7:31criticism or the one jerk that's out there, that's the one that
- 7:35sticks in your mind. It's true.
- 7:39I mean, you know, and look, I'm sensitive.
- 7:41I've told you that. So I'm going to go.
- 7:42Let's go back. And we were talking about our
- 7:47Canadian Maple Leafs. I'm sorry.
- 7:49I just and what? Thanks for your great YouTube
- 7:51videos. Thanks, Andreas.
- 7:52You're my new best friend. As we all know, the spot price
- 7:55is declining, but only for a short time hopefully.
- 7:59But I want to point out that the physical price in Europe is not
- 8:03declining that much. On the contrary, as you can see
- 8:06from the attached document which I examined and he was true
- 8:10honest on this, the cheapest silver you can buy is A1 oz
- 8:13Maple Leaf. That is at least around 20%
- 8:17above the spot price. So the physical market in
- 8:20Germany does contradict the spot price.
- 8:23You have to pay almost $37 per oz and you get at least was.
- 8:29This is the interesting thing, $34.66 when you sell them to the
- 8:35bullion dealers which is 12% above the spot price.
- 8:40This kind of reminds me of the Shanghai Gold Exchange where the
- 8:45price of silver is always higher.
- 8:46So in Germany you can sell, he's telling me here, Canadian Maple
- 8:51Leafs back to coin shops for $34.66.
- 8:55Just imagine you could trade with the LBMA and get the silver
- 8:58delivered at the spot price and you can sell it in Germany for
- 9:0220 for 20% plus. That's a good deal.
- 9:05I wish I could buy at the LBMA ha ha.
- 9:08But look at this guys. Look in, in the I'm not giving
- 9:11business advice. Don't go book a flight to
- 9:13Germany, buy a bunch of silver and come back.
- 9:16I'm just telling you what Andreas said here in pointing
- 9:20out what appears to be the fact. But he's saying that you can
- 9:24sell, and this was yesterday, back to coin dealers, $34.66.
- 9:30And yeah, you know, that's less than you can buy.
- 9:35You know, if you buy 500 plus from an online bullion dealer
- 9:39like maybe Penbacks, you can get it for less.
- 9:42Unbelievable. And what it really shows us.
- 9:45Let's go out again. What is the real price of
- 9:50silver? The real price of silver.
- 9:52Guys, we're on a little field trip here.
- 9:54You're getting a behind the scenes look at the basement.
- 9:57Hopefully we're still on the right screen, Which we are.
- 10:00Thank you. Hopefully we're still alive.
- 10:03What did Poonam? I don't get it.
- 10:05OK, Anyway, let's go to. It'll just pull up.
- 10:09As I look at him, these are the people I look at the most.
- 10:11The Oriental ghost, Peter Croft, the guy that wrote the Silver
- 10:14Bible, Ronnie Stofferly and the dude.
- 10:17We'll come back to the dude in a second.
- 10:19Let's just make sure the Oriental ghost.
- 10:22Here we go. This is the silver market data.
- 10:26It's been a few days since we've talked about the Shanghai Gold
- 10:32Exchange, and the only reason I emphasize the highs because the
- 10:35silver price is always higher. There's silver AG.
- 10:40All right, December 17th. That was this morning for us in
- 10:44the US, It closed it. We're going to say we're going
- 10:47to round up because we need some optimism, $33 per oz.
- 10:51So silver on the physical market, that's critical to
- 10:55remember for those of you who are new, the Shanghai Gold
- 10:58Exchange, not only is there silver price always higher, but
- 11:03it's this is a physical market. Imagine that, buttercup.
- 11:08Imagine a market. Or if you want to sell
- 11:11something, you got to actually have it.
- 11:15It just dawned on me. That's crazy, right?
- 11:21If you want to sell your silver, you got to actually have it.
- 11:25What? Here, wait a minute.
- 11:27Wait a minute here. I'll tell you what I'm talking
- 11:30about. We'll go out here to the United
- 11:32States of American Debt Clock. I'm not even going to look at
- 11:36the debt level. This is what I'm talking about
- 11:39paper to silver ratio in America and in and in London, England,
- 11:44the OBMA, the paper to silver ratio is 412 to one.
- 11:49OK, that means there's 412 paper make believe.
- 11:52Unicorn fart does like the hottest meme coin in the history
- 11:55of the world. Unicorn fart does UFD.
- 11:58I'll tell you more about that later.
- 12:00Don't buy it. None the less, there's 412 paper
- 12:06silver oz fake electronic for each one.
- 12:11Imagine that. Wow, you know what hold on.
- 12:15I'm sorry guys, bear with me here and the dollar to silver
- 12:18ratio is now at oh that's a cool number 1122.
- 12:22Yes, there are 1122 paper dollars being created by the
- 12:26United States government via the M2 money supply for each one
- 12:30ounce of silver. What a joke.
- 12:33Back to the back to you, imagine that if you want to trade
- 12:39something in China, those Chinese people are nutty.
- 12:43If you want to sell something, you got to actually have it.
- 12:47When are they going to learn? Like in America, the LBMA in the
- 12:50COMEX that have been proven to manipulate the price of gold and
- 12:54silver. You don't have to have it.
- 12:57If you want to sell it, you can just sell it.
- 13:02It's you can just sell it. You don't need it.
- 13:05That's why in Shanghai. That's why in Shanghai the price
- 13:11is the real silver price. Period.
- 13:13Kaput. OK, feel good.
- 13:15I'm feeling good, feeling good, feeling good about the silver
- 13:18Germany hawkish 3 weeks. We got trouble.
- 13:22Oh, we got to look at these charts.
- 13:23This is why we are in for an interesting couple weeks in
- 13:29silver and gold. We're going to go out to the
- 13:31happy Hawaiian. He's a good guy, very super high
- 13:34respected chart. Silver and gold follower medals
- 13:38are being sat on mean, meaning the gold and silver price are
- 13:43being suppressed in in an attempt to cause major breakdown
- 13:48from the uptrend. The war.
- 13:51I used to say war, Susie, you know what it's like when you're
- 13:54married? Susie would say it's it's not
- 13:56war, it's war. The war is being fought at 2670
- 14:01for gold, 2600 and $7030.50 for silver.
- 14:07Let's look see what he's talking about.
- 14:09OK, so I wish I could make that bigger for you guys, but this is
- 14:14the gold price. There's the uptrend starting
- 14:18back in early 2024. What he's talking about is is
- 14:23are they going to push gold below the blue line below the
- 14:27trend line? OK, I think they are I'm I'm I
- 14:30hope I'm wrong. Like I talked about the onset of
- 14:33this video live stream, I think tomorrow for those of you, we've
- 14:36got hundreds of people coming on here.
- 14:39It's incredible how much this channel has grown.
- 14:42Hey, thank you. OK, well, I'll get back to that
- 14:45later. I got to tell you a big thank
- 14:47you. But I think tomorrow we're going
- 14:49to get a rate cut. But some hawkish language you
- 14:53watch. I'm not going to say I told you
- 14:54so, but I will say that I'm wrong if I'm wrong and I hope
- 14:57I'm wrong and that hawkish language is going to torpedo the
- 15:00gold and silver price, I'm out on a limb.
- 15:03OK, I'm out on a limb on that one.
- 15:05Let's look at silver. Silver, everybody keeps talking
- 15:09about that Christmas song, silver and gold.
- 15:13OK, here's silver again, right? We're right there.
- 15:16Again, the blue line, it is so critical.
- 15:19Guys, let me go to this is the 10 year bond yield.
- 15:26Let's just take a quick, quick peek.
- 15:28Stay with me. We're going to go to the silver
- 15:30price chart here. That's the 10 year bond yield.
- 15:34Let's see what's going on in the world.
- 15:36That's NVIDIA. I don't care about that.
- 15:38And gosh, over information overload.
- 15:42Hold on here. There's gold down 14.
- 15:46We're getting there. Having a little technical
- 15:49challenge here. Hang Seng and 10 year bond and
- 15:55crude oil, gold, silver, wow, the futures are down.
- 16:00There was this crazy situation unfolding in the futures markets
- 16:04and now we are down 11 cents. OK, not as bad.
- 16:07I thought it sit down like 25. Hold on here guys, $30.94 in the
- 16:14futures market. It's just such a critical
- 16:17juncture. We're going to pull up the six
- 16:19month, six months and oh boy. And it's maybe it's not looking
- 16:24so, so hot. We got it.
- 16:27We really got to keep an eye on this.
- 16:30Oof, look at that. We are riding.
- 16:32Let me pull it down a little bit.
- 16:34We are riding the line. See where my see where my yellow
- 16:37arrow is right there, just barely above this trend line
- 16:40that goes back to August. Now let's look at a one year
- 16:45chart and see if it's any different.
- 16:47Wow, it's even crazier. Sorry, hold on here.
- 16:53Let's just look at this as well. Straight line, OK, I mean, we
- 16:59can almost go all the way back here and again, do you see what
- 17:04I'm talking about? We are we are at a critical
- 17:06point in the silver market if we get down here, which I don't
- 17:11want to see happen. Oh gosh.
- 17:16Anyway, if we get I was trying to draw an arrow, we get down
- 17:21here guys, which we don't want to see happen in that 2725
- 17:26range. Yeah, we we get to have some
- 17:27technical damage. However, however, as we move out
- 17:32into 2025, trust me, we got a lot of good things coming in the
- 17:38silver and gold market. Again, don't make any financial
- 17:40decisions based on anything I'm saying.
- 17:42I have been wrong in the past. I've been right in the past, but
- 17:46I have a strong inclination and it's not just me, it's the big
- 17:49brokerage houses, it's all of them that are saying everybody's
- 17:53talking about $40 silver in 2025.
- 17:57I think the price could go much, much, much higher.
- 18:01It was primed to run up to 44 by right now, by before Christmas,
- 18:06until we had what was what I consider to be a Black Swan
- 18:11event, which was the overwhelming landslide victory
- 18:14of President Donald J Trump. OK, that put a real wrinkle into
- 18:20the silver and gold market short term.
- 18:23As we move in the 2025, things are going to get very
- 18:27interesting. Let's go take a look at what
- 18:29Jesse Colombo is showing us. A warning, OK, if you, if you
- 18:34are, are someone who doesn't like bad news, you may not want
- 18:39to watch this next segment. Jesse Colombo put this on
- 18:42Twitter. the US may already be in a recession, OK, Like night
- 18:46follows day, recessions and financial crisis follow interest
- 18:51rate hike cycles. So this blue line that you see
- 18:55on this chart is the interest rate, OK?
- 19:00And it and the Gray shaded areas are recessions.
- 19:04And as you can see, this goes all the way back to 1980.
- 19:07Every time they raised rates, raised rates, what follows is a
- 19:10recession, OK, Raised rates, raised rates, recession.
- 19:14That was the US member, the SNL crisis back in the 80s.
- 19:18That's when that's when we thought that was a big deal.
- 19:21Emerging market crisis, right? The tech bubble burst, they had
- 19:25raised rates and then after they rate, look at this, it's after
- 19:30they raise the rates. That's when the recession hits.
- 19:33Then again, OK, this was the housing bubble.
- 19:36They raised rates, raised rates. They got up here.
- 19:39The little tabletop, we'll call it like you can see we're having
- 19:41right now, but it's just after, just subsequent to the rate
- 19:46hike. Hate, hate, Rico, psych rate,
- 19:50cycle hike that we get the Gray area, the recession, OK, here we
- 19:56are again, right? We had a little recession that
- 19:58occurred right there, but here we are again at the tabletop,
- 20:02right? What's going to be over here?
- 20:04This is 2025, and I think it's very likely that what we're
- 20:08going to have over there is a Gray area.
- 20:11Now we're going to come back to look at a few more.
- 20:13We're going to zoom through some more of Jesse's charts.
- 20:16But guys, recession, OK, that results in one thing.
- 20:20That results in skyrocketing gold and silver prices.
- 20:24But why? What are the reasons why?
- 20:26Because the Fed is in such a sensitive, a precarious position
- 20:33and what we've, what we've witnessed over the last 20 years
- 20:37as as they kicked the can down the road further and further,
- 20:42that has resulted in the Fed needing to react more quickly in
- 20:46a much more extreme manner. So when we hit that recession,
- 20:50the reason why gold and silver will skyrocket when we hit that
- 20:53recession is because the Fed is going to have to react #1
- 20:59immediately and #2 right in a much more exaggerated Barrett.
- 21:04The can keeps getting bigger. For there was a time down here
- 21:08in the basement, I can't hear about all my props around, but
- 21:11think of it like like, like like back to the here.
- 21:14You know what, here, let's go real quickly because this is
- 21:17interesting. This bears us examining.
- 21:21OK, when that recession hit, it was a it was a it was a little
- 21:24tin can, right? Then when the let's say when the
- 21:28tech bubble burst, they they've had to kick a bigger can like a
- 21:31big soup can. Then the next one, it was like a
- 21:345 gallon bucket. OK, now the can, the Jerome,
- 21:40let's get, hey, stay with me, basement dwellers.
- 21:42Let's let I have a special guest for us today.
- 21:46I got a person who we hear or or who we who we keep dear to our
- 21:50heart. Let's get him out.
- 21:54Hey now, this guy who we're going to hear from tomorrow,
- 21:58right? The can that he has to kick now
- 22:00is like the size of a 55 gallon oil drum like they have at your
- 22:05local neighborhood park as a trash can.
- 22:07Those big metal drums with the two rings around them, that's
- 22:11what he's got a kick. And guess what?
- 22:12You can't kick that as far. And the only thing that he can
- 22:16do, the only thing left, right. Is this.
- 22:20OK, Thanks to our friend Don Indris.
- 22:22We haven't talked to him for a while.
- 22:23Printing money, toilet paper. And when they print money, the
- 22:27value. This is the reason why you can
- 22:29expect much higher silver and gold prices.
- 22:33The more you print, the more the more worthless the currency
- 22:37becomes. I I'm sorry, let's go back out
- 22:41quickly. We didn't check today.
- 22:44The only way they can pay this off $36 trillion in debt, huh.
- 22:50The only way, the only way they can pay that off.
- 22:54Think about it guys, it's untenable.
- 22:56The only way it can be paid off is with dollars, paper dollars.
- 23:01The unit that this is measured in is called the United States
- 23:04dollar. The only way that they can even
- 23:07remotely think this is the unit of measured.
- 23:10Imagine 36 trillion of these. The only way they can pay that
- 23:13off is if they make these worth less.
- 23:17And they they're fully capable and they have fully demonstrated
- 23:22to the world and to US Americans, right, that they're
- 23:26capable and willing to do that. Go to the grocery store, go to
- 23:30the gas pump, go try to buy a house.
- 23:33It's ridiculous. OK, Wait till you hear.
- 23:35We got unbelievable information about the housing market.
- 23:40It's it's we, we are in dire, dire straits.
- 23:43Let's quickly run through a few more of Jesse's charts because
- 23:46this was an outstanding post by him on Twitter.
- 23:51OK, there's another look at the Fed recession indicator here.
- 23:56This is this is the one that that gets us every time.
- 23:59This is perfect. The 10 year to two year yield
- 24:02spread, which is accurately predicted the last six
- 24:05recessions has been in the inversion danger zone since July
- 24:10of 2022, a prolonged period that but that doesn't diminish the
- 24:17validity of the signal. So just quickly we'll look at
- 24:20this one right Again, the Gray areas are recessions.
- 24:24They happen after after the yield curve inverts, which is
- 24:27the red section down here. Really great chart, easy to
- 24:31read. OK, the yield here, right here.
- 24:33OK, 1980 the yield curve inverted afterwards recession.
- 24:39OK, the right around the tech bubble, the yield curve inverted
- 24:43recession. So whether we're looking at the
- 24:45feds rate or we're looking at the yield curve, inversion,
- 24:48recession, OK, happened again here, 2008.
- 24:51Here we are again, a massive inversion.
- 24:54Looks what happened last time we had a massive inversion, we had
- 24:58a massive recession. And what else happened back
- 25:02during this period? Yeah, we know that was like the
- 25:06glory days for gold and silver. That's when what the silver
- 25:10price went from $1.50 to $50 per oz.
- 25:14Guys, we are heading into some very, very, very, very
- 25:18interesting times and everything I want you to think about this
- 25:21why we need to be very, very prepared and scared about what's
- 25:28coming in 2025 and why, why the reasons why that I believe.
- 25:34Look, I'm not giving financial advice, I'm not telling you what
- 25:37to do, but it's a smart thing for us to be holding gold and
- 25:41silver is because next year has the potential to be potentially,
- 25:48I'll use the C word catastrophic.
- 25:50OK, Think about it. Everything is priced to
- 25:55perfection right now. The stock market, the stock
- 26:00market is priced to perfection. I mean, it's frustrating.
- 26:04Yeah. You know, maybe you've got a lot
- 26:06of money in the stock market and you've done well.
- 26:09Good for you. My hat's off.
- 26:11My journey hasn't been that. I mean, I'm.
- 26:13We aren't really invested in the S&P 500 or any of that stuff.
- 26:17The real estate market, the residential real estate market
- 26:20is priced for perfection. OK, the bond market, it's gone
- 26:25down a little bit, but it's priced for perfection.
- 26:27Everything is at a Bitcoin is at all time highs, right?
- 26:31The 107 thousand everything is priced for perfection and next
- 26:37year could be not perfect. There's a lot of uncertainty,
- 26:43right? There's a lot of like emotional
- 26:45and I get it. I feel it.
- 26:47I'm with you, brother. I understand there's a lot of
- 26:49emotional good feelings about next year, right?
- 26:53The general public is feeling very good, which is great.
- 26:57I'm not Hey, I I want you to feel good.
- 26:59I want to feel good. That's why we're here together
- 27:01so we can feel good. Thank you for being here.
- 27:03OK, Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 27:06I got it. I'm now I can't lose this train
- 27:07of thought, but I got to say thank you to you guys.
- 27:09I we, we hit 45,000 and subscribers, that's a big deal.
- 27:13And I want to say a big thank you to all the basement dwellers
- 27:16that help make this possible. We got Jake from Jake's custom
- 27:19parts, Annie Oakley, right? They're always here, always
- 27:22helping out with the channel. Thank you guys.
- 27:25But each and every one of you seriously thank you.
- 27:28We're like a group. You're always welcome here.
- 27:30If you haven't subscribed, please do because now I really,
- 27:33I've never really focused on subscribers, but I really want
- 27:36to get us to 50,000. There's something about that.
- 27:38So thank you. Thank you.
- 27:40Now back to my point. Everything's priced for
- 27:44perfection next year. Everything in the general public
- 27:48is feeling good. Guys, the general public for the
- 27:53last two years was very pessimistic about the market,
- 27:56about everything in the general public was wrong because
- 27:59supposedly we're in a great economy.
- 28:01We covered this yesterday. The general public is generally
- 28:05wrong. That includes me, that includes
- 28:09you, but that's a fact. The general public, everything
- 28:12is priced for perfection. And we've got massive political
- 28:17change going to occur here in four or five weeks.
- 28:20Massive changes, right to the to the government.
- 28:24Look, here's the here's the reality.
- 28:26Here's a reality check for us. Think about this, this, this
- 28:29alone will make your jaw drop. OK, Listen, most of the economic
- 28:35growth that's occurred over the last number of years is because
- 28:39of government spending, right? And we know that Divek Ramaswami
- 28:44and Elon Musk and the DOGE department, they if they're
- 28:47gonna try to they're gonna try to cut massively government
- 28:50spending. That's what's been supporting
- 28:52our economy. I mean, if it works and they're
- 28:55able to spur, I mean, hey, look, but it's it's going to be it's
- 29:00going to be. And I'm and look, I'm in favor
- 29:03of it, OK. I think there's a lot of
- 29:04government waste, but it's going to be under the best case
- 29:07scenario, kind of a tumultuous time, a lot of uncertainty in
- 29:112025. And I'm going to say it, The
- 29:13reason why gold and silver will do very well is because they
- 29:18love uncertainty. If we get a recession, like
- 29:21everything shows we should, all the Fed can do is print.
- 29:25And I'm going to tell you, think about this thing about Donald
- 29:28Trump. Donald Trump's background is
- 29:31about nothing. He's calls himself the king of
- 29:33debt, right? He called his his his background
- 29:36in the business world and in the even when he was president.
- 29:41He's not afraid. You know, look, I'm not saying
- 29:45that in a negative way. I'm not at all saying that in a
- 29:48negative way, but I'm just talking about reality.
- 29:50The guy is not afraid to print money.
- 29:52The guy is not afraid to borrow money.
- 29:54OK, we could be in for a real. We will be in for a real a wheel
- 30:01fun ride in 2025. All right, where was I?
- 30:06But general public's generally wrong.
- 30:08I don't know why I wrote this down, but made me think like
- 30:11everybody thinks because, wow, I'll tell it quickly.
- 30:15Everybody thinks I'm 64. OK.
- 30:17And everybody thinks like my best friend, Little Ricky.
- 30:20OK, I've been friends with him since the 3rd grade.
- 30:23He's much shorter than me. I like to call him Little Ricky.
- 30:26Everybody thinks, oh, you can. I'm going to tell you something.
- 30:28Everybody would think, oh, you could you could whip Little
- 30:30Ricky, right? Put him in a spot at least three
- 30:33times since we've been friends almost, I don't know, 40 years,
- 30:3750 years, three times. He's whipped me.
- 30:40OK, We got kicked out of chemistry class in high school,
- 30:45got sent into the lab and. And he whipped me.
- 30:49Trust me. OK, The general public is
- 30:51generally wrong. I don't know where that story
- 30:54came from. On top of what's going on.
- 30:56Let's talk about. And if you're watching Ricky,
- 30:59you know it's true, right? Little Ricky, the magnificence
- 31:03that let's talk about how crazy things are right now, right and
- 31:08what what this means, what a little bit hold on when just the
- 31:12itsy bitsy little bit of this money goes into the real form of
- 31:17money, right Silver and gold. We could have absolutely
- 31:21explosive growth and I'm going to show you exactly what I'm
- 31:25talking about right now, and this is unbelievable fact wrong
- 31:291. Is this it?
- 31:32Yeah. Listen.
- 31:33Listen to this. Breaking, breaking.
- 31:36The magnificent 7 stocks now reflect a record 33% or 1/3 of
- 31:43the entire S&P 500. That means the entire S&P 500
- 31:47value is is made-up of just 7 stocks.
- 31:52This percentage has doubled in just five years.
- 31:56Or maybe another word. I think they made a mistake.
- 32:00Instead of doubled, they should have bubbled.
- 32:04Furthermore, the market cap of the MAG 7 stocks now exceeds 18
- 32:09trillion for the first time in history.
- 32:12The group is up 50% year to date.
- 32:17Oh my God, why can't that be a one?
- 32:19Just one mining stock nearly doubling the S&P 500's gain of
- 32:2328%. At the same time, the remaining
- 32:26493 companies of the index have returned just 20%.
- 32:32Big tech is massive. This is the magnificent 7.
- 32:35Like what? Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon,
- 32:39probably NVIDIA, I don't know whatever.
- 32:42Look at this guys, market cap of the as a market cap of the mag 7
- 32:47stocks as a share of the total S&P 500.
- 32:51I mean even in the year 2000, it was down here.
- 32:55Look at this now we are absolutely in a bubble.
- 32:59Now look at that market cap, 18 trillion I think unless I'm
- 33:04wrong. Where was that?
- 33:05Right here? I'm going to highlight that 18
- 33:08trillion. So let's say let's see what 110%
- 33:17well, let's just say 3 trillion of that 18 trillion where to go
- 33:21into gold, where to go into silver, where to go into the
- 33:25precious metal mining stocks a fraction it's just going to take
- 33:28a fraction of that money and and it's it's going to have massive,
- 33:33massive changes OK, here we go What about housing?
- 33:38Do you own a house right. Do you do you know that if you
- 33:41hold on a second, somebody's somebody's on to me here, Make
- 33:45sure I don't have an emergency coming through?
- 33:47Nope, I don't. If you live, if you're a human,
- 33:50you need shelter. I need shelter.
- 33:53The ability for Americans to get shelter for themselves is, is is
- 33:57quickly diminishing. Look at this unbelievable data
- 34:01that we get regarding the real estate market.
- 34:04OK, hold on. Here it is.
- 34:06Another one from the Kobe C letter.
- 34:07Letter. The US housing affordability has
- 34:10never been worse. Do you make 110,000?
- 34:14Does your household make 110,000?
- 34:17The annual income needed to buy the median value home in the
- 34:21United States has risen to a record 110,000.
- 34:25This value has doubled in just four years.
- 34:30So in the last four years, at the amount of income that it
- 34:34takes to buy an average house, it's required has doubled.
- 34:39Currently the median US household income is 83,000,
- 34:44which is $26,000 less than is required to buy the average
- 34:49home. To put this in perspective, at
- 34:52the 2006 housing bubble peak. So I remember the housing bubble
- 34:56that created the great financial crisis.
- 34:59This difference was less than 10,000 now or 2.6 times less.
- 35:04The gap between income needed to buy a home and annual income has
- 35:09never been larger or housing affordability is in a crisis.
- 35:14Look at this guy's look at this. The blue line would be the
- 35:19average income, the orange line, the average household income,
- 35:24the average amount made by the median, whatever average.
- 35:27The orange line is the amount needed to buy a house.
- 35:31It's not it's crazy. OK, We're heading for a housing
- 35:36bubble crash as well. And on top of that, the other
- 35:40thing that we know is absolutely.
- 35:41Hey, thank you. Greetings from Instanbul.
- 35:43OK, so that's Turkish lira TRY. I'm going to write that down.
- 35:48Thank. Hey, thank you, Levant.
- 35:51Thank. Thank you my friend for the
- 35:53Super chat. Things are just absolutely uh
- 35:56oh. I got another super chat I
- 35:58missed. Uh oh, Don.
- 35:59Hello, Don Howe from Hawaii. What?
- 36:04I'm in fridge in Saint Louis. Thank you guys.
- 36:07Thank you, Don, also for the Super chat.
- 36:09But so we know houses, nobody can afford houses, right?
- 36:12Nobody has the income to buy the house.
- 36:14Do you realize this? Yeah, we talked about this
- 36:18yesterday. The average, if you own a house
- 36:23right now, you'd feel lucky, OK? Because the average age of a
- 36:27homo of a home buyer, home buyer.
- 36:30So the new purchases that are going on right now, the average
- 36:34age is 56 years old. Can you believe that?
- 36:39That's crazy what's happening to our young people, right?
- 36:44They're going to give up. They're going to give up hope.
- 36:45None of them can afford to buy houses.
- 36:47Very few of them can afford to buy houses.
- 36:50They're renting. They're going to be slaves for
- 36:53the rest of their life. I mean, it's no wonder because
- 36:56what's real interesting and what could be one of the big major
- 36:59catalyst for the gold price and the silver price is a renewed
- 37:04growth. And it's all this is interesting
- 37:08because I'm hearing this from a number of different sources.
- 37:10These young people are getting fed up with the the system per
- 37:15SE, and they know that it's a a screw job, right?
- 37:19They're going to wind up working.
- 37:20A lot of them are moving to alternative investments.
- 37:24And you think, Oh yeah, Bitcoin and crypto and blah, blah, blah.
- 37:28And by the way, I started my own crypto last night.
- 37:30I'm going to do a separate live stream a little bit about the
- 37:33new the UFD. It's a meme coin.
- 37:37This guy is worth $6000. Don't buy it.
- 37:43I'm not giving financial advice and I'm not recommending you buy
- 37:45it, but I wanted to go on this journey because I'm reading
- 37:48about these meme coins and I thought I'm just going to just
- 37:52how easy it is to start a meme coin.
- 37:55So we've got a Unicorn fart dust meme coin.
- 37:58Nonetheless, don't buy it. These young people can't afford.
- 38:02They're moving to gold and silver.
- 38:04They are. You hear that?
- 38:07I hear that from a number of different sources.
- 38:09The younger people, right. My first cousin once removed,
- 38:13Mr. B, we'll call him. He, he, he, I know he's, you
- 38:18know, has an interest in gold and silver.
- 38:20He's very smart guy. These aren't these are the smart
- 38:23young people that are getting interested in gold and silver.
- 38:27OK, yeah. You know, how can they save up
- 38:30all my notes? I was so mad.
- 38:31You know what it's like how they get it.
- 38:33How they ever going to buy a house?
- 38:34They can't hardly afford food or medical costs.
- 38:37The other thing that nobody's talking about, OK, nobody's
- 38:41talking about, I heard Danielle De Martina Booth talking about
- 38:44this the other day is apparently nobody's paying their student
- 38:47loans. They just kind of felt like, you
- 38:49know, C 19 hit. I didn't have to pay them.
- 38:52Why should I start paying them now?
- 38:54And that none of that data has been reflected on credit reports
- 38:59yet, apparently. I thought if I had that, all
- 39:01right, we are not in a good, we're not in a good spot in this
- 39:04country right now. But I could be wrong.
- 39:07I've been probably saying this for the last 10 years.
- 39:10Maybe as we are living in a new reality and everything will be
- 39:13fine. But but I mean, it scares me a
- 39:16little bit when I look at all this is going on out there.
- 39:19What about Chinese auto production?
- 39:21Oh, and I got something warm and fuzzy to show you as well.
- 39:25But this is this, this when we think about Chinese demand for
- 39:31metals, copper, silver, we know they love gold.
- 39:34We know they never let an ounce of gold leave their country,
- 39:37right? And that's what that that's good
- 39:38for US silver and gold investors.
- 39:40And we know they are sucking in so much of the world, silver and
- 39:44gold. But do you do?
- 39:46This is shocking. Get ready to get shocked.
- 39:48Have you ever been to a Chinese car dealership?
- 39:52Huh. Go to Toyota.
- 39:54Wait, wait, that's Japanese Honda.
- 39:56Japanese. Huh.
- 39:58Chrysler Stalantis or Jeep, Whatever.
- 40:01I don't think anybody buys Jeeps anymore.
- 40:03I've been reading. But anyway, have you ever been
- 40:04to a Chinese there? You ever been to a Chinese auto
- 40:07dealership? Probably not, because there are
- 40:10none in the United States. Because we don't let them sell
- 40:13their cars here. I wonder why?
- 40:16I wonder why. It must be a little tiny
- 40:18industry China has. I mean, China does manufacture
- 40:21pretty much everything in the world at this point, but their
- 40:24auto industry must be tiny. Let's examine.
- 40:27Let's go out here. Let's see what we got here.
- 40:32It's just that. Oh, no.
- 40:33Oh, shoot. Hold on.
- 40:36Did I miss that one? Hold on, guys.
- 40:39We're having some technical difficulties.
- 40:41What else can you expect? Here we go.
- 40:44OK, I found it. All right, Zero Hedge.
- 40:50Let's look at this tiny auto industry.
- 40:53Surprise, surprise, surprise, Sergeant Carter.
- 40:56China is now 39% of global auto production, dominating Europe.
- 41:05Oh, Mercedes and BMW and Fiat and all those Japan, Toyota,
- 41:10Honda and the United States. Guys, China's taking over the
- 41:15world. No, China's taking over the
- 41:18silver and gold market. OK, China transforms itself from
- 41:22a minor player in the auto industry two decades ago to a
- 41:26world leader in car production and exports.
- 41:29Most Americans, you ask your average American about Chinese
- 41:32cars are like, I don't think China makes cars, they just make
- 41:34all that stuff at the dollar store and Walmart, right?
- 41:37No guys, particularly in EVs, the New York Times reported.
- 41:43But the trend of China's impact on global auto market has been
- 41:47characterized by this chart published over the weekend
- 41:50showing how Chinese car production has gone from 1% to
- 41:55to 40% of global production in 20 years.
- 42:01Hold on here. Nope, Nope.
- 42:04We buy our bullion from pin backs.
- 42:07Look at the red line that is China.
- 42:10See that up there? Hold on China.
- 42:14Yep. Hold on.
- 42:15We're having some technical difficulties.
- 42:17There we go Look at this guy's from the year 2000.
- 42:20Look at how China look at what's happened in Europe.
- 42:23That's their share of the world auto production, Japan down, the
- 42:28United States down. So did you have any hold on?
- 42:35How do I oh, and I got to press back.
- 42:37All these websites are different.
- 42:39Sorry about that. Any idea?
- 42:42I mean, like I had what's interesting, OK, a lot of these
- 42:47are electric cars, All right, 2 interesting things.
- 42:51A lot of these are electric cars which demand more silver, OK,
- 42:57OK. Number one, is it any, is there
- 42:59any, any, any surprise to us that the Chinese are now
- 43:04starting to dominate the silver market that the Chinese are
- 43:07going directly to Mexico, directly to South America,
- 43:12namely Peru and, and, and importing silver ore that they
- 43:16can refine themselves. OK.
- 43:19And there and then, and then maybe running it through there.
- 43:21Oh my gosh, I can't believe they're they have a big major
- 43:25market in China, the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which is a
- 43:31physical market. But what's even crazier is there
- 43:34are reports that the CEO of Ford Motor Company out of one of
- 43:40these Chinese electric cars and drove it around and there I
- 43:44forget he was with the CFOI think it was.
- 43:46And he was like, whoa, like basically.
- 43:50And I don't have the report to read to you, so I'm doing this
- 43:52off memory. It may be wrong, but I'm sure
- 43:55that it's not. He was like basically the
- 43:57Houston, we have a problem because these Chinese are doing
- 44:01a good job of making all these cars.
- 44:05Hey, thank you for being here guys.
- 44:06I'm going to do another live stream where I talk about this,
- 44:10right? The hottest meme coin.
- 44:12Don't buy it in the history of the world.
