Christ Himself - A Daily Devotional · May 27, 2026 · 7m

The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of distress; He cares for those who trust in Him. — Nahum 1:7In the middle of a judgment oracle against Nineveh, Nahum stops to say: God is good to those who trust Him. He is a refuge, a stronghold, a fortress. And He knows His own—not just knows about them, but knows them intimately. If you trust in Him, the day of trouble finds you already hidden in Christ.
