  Speaker 1: and he he texted me pretty much saying, what's the

  Speaker 1: What you're read here? Because he had Cleveland and a

  Speaker 1: couple other groups had Cleveland, and I pretty much just

  Speaker 1: texted him, I'm going for it and you guys are

  Speaker 1: idiots were taking Cleveland and he just played like, ha ha,
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: we shall see. And the COVID news came out Saturday
• 3:45
  Speaker 1: and he was just like, I hate you and basically

  Speaker 1: the way it broke down was this one sharp group
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: are our contest is weird where basically play all the teams,

  Speaker 1: but if you can hold onto a team that has

  Speaker 1: the best record in football, you at an extra fift K.

  Speaker 1: So like I've been holding the Bucks really late because

  Speaker 1: I was hoping to cash them in for the K.

  Speaker 1: And this other group had the Chiefs, which obviously there

  Speaker 1: thirteen one. They're gonna win that prop. They they're sharp, man,

  Speaker 1: and they've been saving the Packers and they played the Bengals.

  Speaker 1: So that's how I end up chopping with Like it was,

  Speaker 1: I texted in before the Packers game and I was like,

  Speaker 1: you want to split this no matter what? And he

  Speaker 1: was just like two minutes later, was like yes. He

  Speaker 1: was like even if we win like next week, we

  Speaker 1: can play for an extra like K or something for

  Speaker 1: like the winner. But like he was in the same

  Speaker 1: boat as me, like we just won. We won six

  Speaker 1: figures for a survival pool, like we don't really care

  Speaker 1: about winning the whole thing. So yeah, man, I I

  Speaker 1: went big and I went with the Jets because I

  Speaker 1: knew that was gonna be a big one that like

  Speaker 1: if I could get the Jets to win and the

  Speaker 1: three other three other groups took Cleveland that right there

  Speaker 1: would knock them out and put me in like the

  Speaker 1: leader pool to win this whole thing. So yeah, basically

  Speaker 1: started the weekend with like five five of us and

  Speaker 1: it ended with two of us. So that was a

  Speaker 1: big shop for your boy. And then like with our competition,

  Speaker 1: like we were talking, we like we text Sunday morning,

  Speaker 1: and you came to me with some not terrible games,

  Speaker 1: like some smart sides, and I was just like, Chad,

  Speaker 1: We're not doing anything like this is. We're already on

  Speaker 1: the smart sides. We were smart on Tuesday. If we

  Speaker 1: just stuck to what we've done on Tuesday, I'll break

  Speaker 1: Sunday mornings. I think what we proved is that like

  Speaker 1: even a media professional who has been covering the gambling

  Speaker 1: and that's how we're gonna start our day. You're like, dude,

  Speaker 1: everybody on the coaching staff for the Lions is out.

  Speaker 1: We don't know what's going to happen with Stafford. Sure enough,

  Speaker 1: like we decided to go to the Bucks. That game

  Speaker 1: is so out of reach that uh me and stay

  Speaker 1: seeing the boys. We left the house in the middle

  Speaker 1: of the day, went to a friend's house and like,

  Speaker 1: we're having outdoor cocktails by the firepit, socially distanced, safely,

  Speaker 1: was such a gimme, right. So then Sunday, like, as

  Speaker 1: you said, we had the Jets, I guess the Browns,

  Speaker 1: and we had the Panthers against Washington. I like, I

  Speaker 1: also love the Jazz, I love the Steelers, I love
• 8:40
  Speaker 1: the Rams, I love the Cowboys, and you were like,
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: those are all great. Let's stick with what we got.

  Speaker 1: We finished five and oh with not really even a
• 8:49
  Speaker 1: sweat on Sunday, Like it was a remarkably easy Sunday um,
• 8:54
  Speaker 1: considering we had the Jets and the Panthers finalized. For people,

  Speaker 1: how do we do? Where did we fin what do

  Speaker 1: we win? What's the status? Yes, I think we were

  Speaker 1: like top fifty coming in And then I texted you

  Speaker 1: I might have been Saturday night after we went three,

  Speaker 1: and then I was like, boom, buddy, backing the money.

  Speaker 1: We're in the top forty at the time. And basically

  Speaker 1: you can't look at who other people picked until Sunday morning,

  Speaker 1: until all the all the picks lock in. So as

  Speaker 1: soon as that happened Sunday morning, I went through every

  Speaker 1: team and I was just like, all right, chump, chump, chump,

  Speaker 1: like terrible pick, terrible pick, chalk chalk, and I saw

  Speaker 1: that we had an avenue to get into the top

  Speaker 1: thirty if like these these picks worked out because for

  Speaker 1: some reason a bunch of these people played. Um. I mean,

  Speaker 1: I don't want to hate on picks because that's like
• 9:43
  Speaker 1: I hate people that make fun of people taking back picks,

  Speaker 1: but like, people just went when we went ugly dogs
• 9:49
  Speaker 1: and we went for it, people just went super conservative,

  Speaker 1: like super safe, and they all a bunch of them

  Speaker 1: went one and four and they all fell out of

  Speaker 1: the money. So thank god for them because they all

  Speaker 1: fell out and that bumped us up a couple of

  Speaker 1: more spots. So I think we ended up twenty fourth place,

  Speaker 1: the number of matters and how sometimes it doesn't, and

  Speaker 1: All the dogs we picked pretty much one out right,

  Speaker 1: and what every closing number you got the dog gat

  Speaker 1: that we took. They covered that number anyway, So exactly

  Speaker 1: like you said, it was a no sweat weekend. I

  Speaker 1: I do love to fade the public, but I also

  Speaker 1: like to ride with the public uncertain picks, and that's

  Speaker 1: what that book wasn't like. I was just like, the
