- 0:45day three of Treehouse Gone Wild. It is spring break inside the Treehouse.
- 0:51Five days of shows this week. Instead of taking time off, we're working
- 0:55more and and f I can borrow the fames words of Mike Breno from Lover
- 1:00Boy, Loving every minute of it. Someone who is not loving every minute
- 1:08of it is uh Dak Prescott. He is not having the ideal off season
- 1:18as the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys. Because you would think that the most
- 1:23exciting free agents see news of the Cowboys re signing their long snapper, didn't
- 1:34you know, quell any concerns or worries he had going into the season with
- 1:38getting all the help around and that he needs to win the big one.
- 1:44Someone's decided to come after him and say, hey, hey, hey,
- 1:48you have sexually assaulted me. And if I may be so bold, if
- 1:53there was a Super Bowl of women claiming things that men deny, the Cowboys
- 1:59would have way more than five trophies at it. Oh yeah, oh yeah
- 2:07that Uh may not have won a Super Bowl in twenty eight years. But
- 2:13my god, how many lawsuits have they skirted? It might be able to
- 2:20you know what we know about there's no telling going back to sources of the
- 2:23nineties. Oh yeah, I don't know. I'm specifically talking about law suits.
- 2:29I'm not talking about the under the table things that may or may not
- 2:31have happened that we've never even heard about. Yeah, and not even not
- 2:36even that, like going into the seventies, like what those Heathens were doing
- 2:39back then, that didn't even you know what I mean, like that that
- 2:43was just considered like the norm for the situation, right, and you look,
- 2:47but I'm sure that people were now though that was but you got to
- 2:51remember something. They didn't have the money. Yeah, the guys in the
- 2:54seventies, I mean, the first million dollar contract was Stabauch and it idential
- 3:00seventy nine. So that's the one thing that did change is in the nineties
- 3:06there the disposable income was far greater. Yeah, they still actually had to
- 3:12have have real jobs, or at least some of them did. Yeah.
- 3:15Yeah, the they didn't have the money for the fur coats that you know,
- 3:19Michael Irvin did. Instead, it was for fur coats and Colombian Bam
- 3:24bam are expensive? Wasn't that? Wasn't that name of thing? Wasn't that
- 3:29Joe Namath thing like cocaine, cigarettes and fur coats on the sideline? Is
- 3:32that what he was doing? That that that was a name of thing.
- 3:36And that's part of the reason why the Cowboys were America's team is they weren't
- 3:39flashy like that. Instead, they were more like Walt Garrison with leather.
- 3:44Yeah. I just love that. There's still a footage of and I love
- 3:46when they you know, they're talking about him and you just see name on
- 3:50this island, a fur coat, just smoking a cigarette during the switch of
- 3:53like during the position switch. I was like, this is a this is
- 3:58fantastic. But that's that's let's go back to that. I want to see
- 4:00more of that. You want to go go back to the days where they're
- 4:05signing bonus. How they got a key free agent was they gave him a
- 4:09horse trailer as a signing bonus. I got that. That's two wal Garrison
- 4:15references in the first five minutes. Make you rest in peace. Yeah,
- 4:19but I heard something about the story. There's one hundred million dollar he filed
- 4:23one hundred million dollar. I didn't read the whole article, So if you'll
- 4:26tell me what that, I'd be happy to share it with you. Dallas
- 4:30Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has filed a civil lawsuit and also filed a criminal report
- 4:36good on his part, against a woman who has accused him of sexual assault
- 4:42and demanded one hundred million dollars in exchange for not reporting the alleged incident to
- 4:46police. Prescott filed his suit against the woman, named Victoria, and her
- 4:51lawyers on Monday. Lison Prosper confirmed a WFAA Channel eight that it received a
- 4:58reported attempted theft by coercial and filing on Monday as well. Tuesday afternoon,
- 5:03Dallas Police confirmed to Channel eight that they received the criminal report filing from the
- 5:08accuser and are investigating. The accuser told w FAA exclusively, I was just
- 5:17scared of what he could do, if he could ruin my life, if
- 5:20I could get fired from where I was working. I don't know him,
- 5:24I don't know what he's capable of, but I know he's a big time
- 5:27football player, and I know what's happening now is exactly what I was afraid
- 5:30of. Victoria says she's received numerous threats and attacks since coming forward with her
- 5:34story, you say things like I could never that could never be me.
- 5:38I would fight back and all this stuff, but you don't know until it
- 5:41happens to you and you're put in that position, she said. Dak,
- 5:44on the other end, has denied all of these allegations against him, calling
- 5:47Victoria's story completely fabricated. In a press release detailing the suit they filed on
- 5:54their client's behalf, Dak's lawyers say the All Pro quarterback is the victim of
- 5:59an extortion plot and deny the allegations that he's sexually assaulted the woman in question,
- 6:03calling it a completely fabricated Sorry now, Victoria's attorney, in response to
- 6:08Monday's news doubled down on the allegations. The lawyer said Prescott is a liar
- 6:14and a rapist. That's what he said in a statement two Channel eight late
- 6:17Monday night. In the alleged letters sent to Prescott's legal team and included Monday's
- 6:24court filings, the woman's legal team alleged that Prescott sexually assaulted her honor about
- 6:30February second, twenty seventeen, after the end of Prescott's NFL rookie season.
- 6:35So it's been a while. According to the statement released by Dak's attorneys,
- 6:42mister Prescott, a new father to a baby girl that's them, including this,
- 6:46not me, has great empathy for survivors of sexual assault. He fervently
- 6:49believes that all perpetrators of such crime should be punished to the fullest extent of
- 6:53the law. To be clear, mister Prescott has never engaged in any non
- 6:57consensual sexual conduct with anyone that's from his camp. Letter states the woman in
- 7:01Prescott became acquainted through her job. He invited her to hang out after talking
- 7:04on Snapchat. When the two eventually met up, the letter states, Dak
- 7:08picked the woman up and planed while accompanied by two members of his entourage and
- 7:11a couple of additional female friends. Basically, this is all going back and
- 7:15forth to say it's a he said, she said, uh, she's making
- 7:17a claim. He's saying no, it's not, and they're both doubling down
- 7:21on like she's doubling down on her claim with her attorney and he and his
- 7:26attorneys are doubling down on their denial of the initial claim. So basically,
- 7:33the biggest free agent acquisition for the Dallas Cowboys this offseason is yet another lawsuit,
- 7:41doesn't she say? In the very beginning of that, she says,
- 7:43I don't know him. I think what she means is I don't know him.
- 7:46Well I don't, I don't. I don't think she's trying to claim
- 7:49that she did. She doesn't know him period. Oh got I think she's
- 7:54just saying I don't know him. Well, oh don't know what he's capable
- 7:57of. Is that what they're trying to say? Yeah, yeah, gotcha.
- 8:00So basically, they met hung out one time. She doesn't know him,
- 8:03but she's claiming these things happened, which those things could be true,
- 8:07but obviously we don't. Yeah, that'll be interesting because it it does feel
- 8:18like that, like he came out exceptionally strong on that. It almost like
- 8:26so strong his response is so strong, and you go, yeah, he
- 8:30hoping just to get her to shut up, you know, and now now
- 8:35what, Well, here in lies the stickiness of these situations. We're analyzing
- 8:43how how how fervently he denies yeah, and we we pick apart these things
- 8:50in the court of public opinion like crazy. One of the first thoughts I
- 8:56have upon reading the story is, and a lot of people do this,
- 9:01but people have their reasons. Is why now, why are you saying this
- 9:05thing happened? I mean we're talking what you think that seven years ago?
- 9:09Why now that's on her side? On his side, Trey, you bring
- 9:13up an interesting point, is he overly aggressively denying it. So it's like
- 9:20you have to find the sweet spot of denying it, and she has to
- 9:22find the sweet spot of accusing it. And at the end of the day,
- 9:26we have no effing clue. And this is what makes these cases so
- 9:30goddamn difficult, not only in the court of public opinion, but in the
- 9:35real court. Well, and off flip sides and now go on the other
- 9:41side and go Yeah, the timing is very suspicious, especially considering, you
- 9:46know, they're talking about him restructuring a contract that would make him probably be
- 9:52the largest contract in the NFL history, definitely make him the highest paid quarterback
- 9:58for a minute, and you know, and he obviously wasn't that She's done
- 10:03that right now, and Hope probably hopes that, you know, he'll want
- 10:07it to go away, and the Cowboys wanted to go away before they close
- 10:13the deal. Yeah, and you know, the timing suspiciousness of it.
- 10:16You're right, she wasn't making these claims when he you know, wash at
- 10:22the end of his rookie season on a fourth round uh pick contract. Yeah.
- 10:28So that's why these things, like I said, that's why this is
- 10:33sticky. That's why these situations are analyzed to death. And you know,
- 10:39you can read through the claims, whether it's the woman's claims or Dak's claims
- 10:45of denial, and ultimately you just don't know. Now I will say this,
- 10:50her claim says, Okay, there's there were other people around. I
- 10:54don't think Dak has or his camp have denied that they met. I think
- 10:58they're just basic saying now this it's not happening the way that she says it
- 11:03did. And she's saying there were other people there that at that point,
- 11:07then you got to go talk to these yeah, supposed witnesses and see what
- 11:11they say about it. Yeah. I mean, it's just one of those
- 11:16I don't put you. I mean, they need like you know, how
- 11:20they teach in college. They teach athletes that are going to go pro,
- 11:24like they teach them how to talk in front of camera and like the talking
- 11:26that's why you always hear the same like you know, we gave it one
- 11:28hundred percent. It's a team effort. You always hear the keywords. I
- 11:31also need to teach a class like don't put yourself in situations like this because
- 11:37this can't happen now because we're super as. It wasn't like this in the
- 11:41past, but we're a very re litigious, presumptive society now, so now
- 11:46it's you know, you can, you can make allegations towards anybody and file,
- 11:50and then the it's the aftermath. It's the nobody cares about her.
- 11:56If she and if it's real, then God got God bless her for it.
- 11:58You know. I hope she finds justice. But it's one of those
- 12:01things like when they go, okay, you know, I recan't my story,
- 12:05this didn't actually happen. Nobody cares about that part that gets buried,
- 12:07you know, way back at the back of the newspaper, these allegations that
- 12:11come up front. I just disagree with you on your premise that this is
- 12:16a new concept. I mean, this isn't this this especially a year on
- 12:20the Cowboys. This is Cowboys one oh one. I mean, go back
- 12:22to the nineties. I mean, there are a lot of women who who
- 12:26who made a pretty good payday and there's no you know, no one knows
- 12:31whether it was true or false, but I'm gonna assume there's some falsehoods in
- 12:33the in nobody wanted to say. It's like nobody's going through. Nobody went
- 12:39to the extreme of getting multiple lawyers and high like one hundred million dollar lawsuits.
- 12:46Uh, these guys, you know, some some talking about in the
- 12:48nineties, I never heard of one. So if you if you have reference
- 12:50Michael Irvin, I believe faced a couple that were, yeah, that were
- 12:54big, big time like big number lawsuits. Yeah, And I don't remember
- 13:00with Michael Irvin. And the thing was, though, that was at a
- 13:05time when it was rarer for us to hear about these things. It was
- 13:13rarer. Sorry, I'm overemphasizing that because I have a hard time saying that
- 13:16word. It's a lot of art. It was less frequent back then for
- 13:20a woman to come forward. It still is infrequent today for it to happen.
- 13:24But yeah, it does seem like more do come forward with these allegations.
- 13:31And part of the reason in legitimate cases and they don't come forward is
- 13:35because they get run through the ringer and they're basically said you're lying when they
- 13:43may not be. And once again the flip side. And this is what
- 13:46makes these situations so difficult to navigate, is there are instances where you've had
- 13:50an accuser who's made something up just trying to hit a payday, and so
- 13:56it really just leaves these extremely murky waters were all left going well, I
- 14:01don't know now. Dak's attorney did say to Channel eight that there was a
- 14:09relationship with the woman, but he denies doings. But he denies doing the
- 14:13things she alleges. Dak's attorney says she was a waitress at a bar he
- 14:16frequented. She came out one night with a group of friends, met mister
- 14:20Prescott, then spend anivny evening where they went to numerous locations. The lawyer
- 14:26said Prescott remembers going out with her, but said he did not have sex
- 14:28with her. He was a single guy at the time, and I would
- 14:33call it a makeout session. That's, according to the attorney, that the
- 14:35lawyers don't often say that. The lawyer also said Dak and the woman div
- 14:39did have interactions for a few years, and they would have amicable interactions when
- 14:43they would see each other. He said this is completely out of the blue.
- 14:46He didn't remember at first who this was. He had to dig it
- 14:50up, but he said, oh, yes, I remember her. Another
- 14:54attorney representing Dak, Jennifer Falk, she is a former prosecutor who handled sex
- 14:58assault cases for nearly eighteen years, says, I come into every case with
- 15:03kind of that lens to believe her, because that is what we should be
- 15:07doing socially, she said. But the moment I was brought into this case
- 15:09and the moment I read the demand letter, it gave me great concern.
- 15:15Fox said these types of cases, which she called an extortion attempt on a
- 15:18high profile local kind of hero in the community, undermined the progressive society,
- 15:24or actually they should say undermines the progress society has made to believe victims,
- 15:30which goes back to that thing that we were kind of mentioning as far as
- 15:33like, well he used to be a woman would come forward and it was
- 15:37immediate victim blaming. Well, that's your fault. Now it's more like,
- 15:39well maybe it wasn't, and we should be looking at these actions from all
- 15:43perspectives. Yeah, I just so the wording is weird, right, Like
- 15:48he had multiple interactions for years, but then couldn't remember, like I mean,
- 15:52I don't I mean, I don't know how many guys well those interactions.
- 15:56And again I'm putting words in people's mouths. But when he says interactions,
- 16:00that doesn't necessarily mean that they were physically together in the same room.
- 16:03That means that could have been a text. A text could be an interaction,
- 16:07and he could say, like the attorney comes and says, hey,
- 16:11we got this claim from some lady that says you sexually assaulted her, that
- 16:14says she won't go file a criminal complaint if you give her one hundred million
- 16:19dollars. Do you know who this is? At which point he's like no,
- 16:23And then he probably does what a lot of us do when you get
- 16:26a weird phone call. You type in the phone number, or you type
- 16:29in a name, and oh, yeah, yeah, that I know this
- 16:32person. It's from this place. Yeah, And then he goes back to
- 16:33the roof and maybe sees, because your our phones can do this these days
- 16:37without having to contact the phone company, you can see prior to text exchanges
- 16:42and things, so or like a mentions here though they apparently were talking on
- 16:48Snapchat at the time. So I mean there's all these different possibilities, so
- 16:52an interaction doesn't necessarily mean that was a hook up. It could just be
- 16:56you know, a thumb emoji. Let the greater lesson here be. If
- 17:00you have a bar that you like going to, don't try and bang the
- 17:06staff. It doesn't play out, thank you. It's just a bad idea.
- 17:11You don't ding girls, and no, don't that You're right. You
- 17:18do not get your pen in company ink, and you do not put your
- 17:22dick where you drink. I don't know what the second half of that phrase
- 17:25should be, but it's something along those lines, and at least at least
- 17:27it rhymed. Uh but yeah, when when when things are good in a
- 17:32certain place that you frequent be at work, drinking, establishment, library,
- 17:36whatever it is, library, jeez, Okay, don't don't mess it up
- 17:41by screwing the people that work there or that or or also frequent that place,
- 17:45because then you're just going to ruin that place. Right as you actually
- 17:49you're you're thinking, you know, a place with books, he said that.
- 17:52I was thinking the bar, Yeah, they'll I was for a while.
- 18:02Yeah, there was one in Austin too, I remember. That was
- 18:06the whole thing is like, uh, you know, your dad would call,
- 18:08you know, with the credit card thing and like you know what is
- 18:10this, Like, hey, I was at the library. It's just a
- 18:12lot of book fees. So that's what that was. But no, and
- 18:17then and that's when the dad looks up the fine print of the bill and
- 18:18the dad asks the kid is like, really, there's a a lot of
- 18:22redheaded sluts at the library. I went to south West Texas. So yes,
- 18:30no, that's a lie. They were never at the library. Whatever
- 18:36it is, you got to tell your parents when the credit card. Yeah,
- 18:40I just uh yeah, you're one hundred percent right. Just don't.
- 18:44I mean, I've there's a couple of bars that I would I would I
- 18:48jokingly say, like lost in the divorce because when the breakup would happen,
- 18:52I'm like, well that's her bar. Now I really like that place,
- 18:53but that's that's where she goes. And I don't need drama. So yeah,
- 18:57I just don't. I mean, And just don't put yourself in situations
- 19:00like this, Like you know who you are, Like you're very aware that
- 19:03you are the leader of the Dallas Cowboys and anything any slip up can cost
- 19:08you. Anything that you do, any what could be perceived as a come
- 19:15on or you know whatever like that. You know, if it was a
- 19:18makeout session, then you guys did it all the time, and then this
- 19:19time she just didn't want to and you're like, oh, no, we
- 19:22do this all the time. I mean, whatever the situation is, and
- 19:25we don't know, we'll find out when it goes to or if it ever
- 19:26goes to court, but you just don't. I mean, I've on a
- 19:30small scale just being a comic, like I've had many many of a woman
- 19:36like like, can I come back to your room? Absolutely not, because
- 19:38there's nobody else there but me. No, we're not doing that. And
- 19:41I just that was never my style anyway. But no, like I always
- 19:45kept it. If we're going to hang out, we're gonna do it in
- 19:47front of all, you know, all the audience that I invite out after
- 19:49shows wherever we go, we'll keep it there. But yeah, they're just
- 19:52not I'm just not gonna put myself in a situation where you can ruin everything.
- 19:56So yeah, And it's also very difficult because I don't know how you
- 20:02were in your early twenties, Raj, but I know I was not of
- 20:06the soundest mind we're all approaching this weak. We remember your first wife,
- 20:12Dan, she was a sweetheart, trust betray she was not the problem.
- 20:22Okay, maybe that's what you meant. So anyway, the we're approaching this
- 20:33as reasonable men of a certain age with a certain amount of wisdom. Sure,
- 20:40and trying to reason with a twenty two year old soon to be millionaire
- 20:45athlete. And look, it's hard to reason with a regular twenty one year
- 20:51old, let alone one of a certain status. So I get it.
- 20:56You need someone in the car, are with you saying hey, Dak,
- 21:00don't touch that before you do. Sign this agreement that says she that here's
- 21:07a consent form, have her sign this record something on a on a on
- 21:12a video like, hey, do you want to get on with Dak Prescott?
- 21:15Yes? I do. And now now you've got, you know,
- 21:17some evidence to help out your boy or and if she says no, then
- 21:22let's we're out of here. Yeah. Just that it's not Michael Irvan in
- 21:26the car. That's uh, yeah, he's not the best character with Dak's
- 21:32got to realize those cowboys in the nineties won three Super Bowls. It gave
- 21:34them a lot of Yeah, he got away with a lot. Yeah,
- 21:38the shine of the Lombardi Trophy is extremely bright, and the bore of those
- 21:42you collect, Yeah, the blinder the masses become to whatever else you're doing
- 21:48behind them. Yeah, for sure, that's the that's the the forgiveness.
- 21:53It's just really weird as a society, Like if you think about it,
- 21:56like the forgiveness that we give athletes, Like everybody's like last season, like
- 22:00everybody marveled how well Tyreek Hill was doing with the Dolphins. I'm like,
- 22:04do you guys remember when he kicked the lady in the face when he was
- 22:07a Kansas City Do you guys remember that part? Like we just we just
- 22:10forgot about it because he can run fast, Okay, I just want to
- 22:12I just want to remind you, Like he dropped kicked the lady in the
- 22:15face, just f y and then his high school is college, Like he
- 22:18got kicked off OSU his football team for beating up his girlfriend. I'm like,
- 22:23dude, do we forget about this part? Nice? He's really fast,
- 22:27Yeah, but he punched the ship out of somebody. It was a
- 22:30woman. Uh. There there are two things that will enact revisionist history m
- 22:37HM. And what I mean by that is, if you win enough mm
- 22:41hmm, or if you die, people have a tendency to forgive a lot
- 22:49of the ills that you committed when you were alive. Yeah, there's something
- 22:56about like if you go, you go win a bunch of games, you
- 22:59win some trophies, or or you die, people have that sympathy for you.
- 23:04Then if you die. Uh so, it's like it's like two sides
- 23:08of the coin on wonder. You're like, Oh, you're such a great
- 23:11champion that it's okay he hates he got a couple of mistakes, or oh
- 23:15he's dead, I feel really bad for him, even if he was just
- 23:18an awful human being for a good chunk of his life, or or if
- 23:23or if they're on like the last year of a very long, great career
- 23:29that seems that seems to be it makes everyone forget, whether it was Kobe
- 23:33or Dale, Earnhardt or all these people when when they're on that that last
- 23:37like everyone people hated him, but then it's like there's this nostalgia and they're
- 23:41like, oh my god, they're the greatest. We all love them.
- 23:42Let's have a farewell tour. Yeah, I mean it's it's yeah, it's
- 23:47amazing, like you know, the big send off for Ben Roethlisberger. And
- 23:49I'm like, well, they you guys, remember we forget about that part.
- 23:55You we're skipping over apart. We're reading the book, but we're skipping
- 24:00eleven. Okay, I got Yeah, there's there's one person in the crowd
- 24:03that is actually happy to see his ass go out the door. Yes,
- 24:07or many many people that were very happy the same thing. Like we said,
- 24:11Kobe Bryant's like always like, oh my god, he just what a
- 24:14tragedy. I'm like, everybody forget about Colorado. Then we missed that part,
- 24:18Like what part are you reading over? It is? It is very
- 24:22possible again and that and that's one of the great examples of situations like this.
- 24:26If he said, she said, and that one went to trial.
- 24:27Yeah, but somewhere Kobe's accuser wasn't so broken up that his helicopter crashed.
- 24:36Yes, that is. I'm sure I'm not saying that that she welcomed it.
- 24:40All the other people that died with him, including his daughter and stuff,
- 24:42but I'm sure on some levels he's like malo karma. Yeah, it's
- 24:47just and it was funny like that that whole situation like, that's what that's
- 24:49what caused the beef between him and Shack is because I don't know if you
- 24:52guys read this part, but in the interrogation he Kobe Bryant, you know,
- 24:56he just didn't know any better in that situation. He's like, okay,
- 25:00so how much do you have to pay her? And the arrestings?
- 25:03Like what are you talking about? He goes, Shaq does this in every
- 25:06city. He just pays him off. And he says this, It's like
- 25:10it's in the transcript. He's like, Shack does this in every city,
- 25:11So what do I? Like, do I have to pay? Have to
- 25:14pay her as much as he pays And so that's when that came out,
- 25:17which caused Shack to get divorced. Yeah, so that's where there was all
- 25:21this bev and animosity. But he just didn't know any better. So he
- 25:23was like, Okay, cool, I'm an athlete, so I did this?
- 25:27How much? How much do I gotta shell out? And not only
- 25:30that, but Shaq won enough of the shiny trophies to distract enough people to,
- 25:34you know, to where now he can run Papa John's. But Papa
- 25:37John himself said a few things that you really shouldn't have and he got shown
- 25:41the door. Yeah, but I'm kind of he said the guy was smarmy
- 25:48anyway, like you could tell, like even in the commercials, I'm like,
- 25:51yeah, I bet he uses the N word Like that's like you just
- 25:56look like he's spelling it out with the Pepperoni. I thought you were gonna
- 26:02say black Hollers, but you went Pepperoni. But I like to be a
- 26:07little not obvious. Yeah, but when that came out, like you know,
- 26:11Papa John used the N word in the conference, call him like it's
- 26:15one of those things where we go, yeah, anybody's about this. I
- 26:21feel like I feel like all the leagues need to just like go back,
- 26:26like Wilt Chamberlain's got to be going, what the fuck are y'all doing?
- 26:37Y'all can't find bitches willing to do this? You know. You know why
- 26:44he's different because he's got twenty thousand consent forms. You're listening to the tree

- 27:26recently a headline where a man was referred to as Pickleman. The origin story
- 27:30not so great, it's because he stuck his head in Nevada pickles, but
- 27:33still the headline Pickleman, and I immediately thought, oh my god, if
- 27:37there was a superhero that could steal my wife away from me, it wouldn't
- 27:41be Batman, It'd be Pickleman, because that's how much she loves pickles.
- 27:45Is there a superhero that might steal you away from your colby? It would
- 27:49have to be a combination of I want Deadpool's humor, but in like one
- 27:55of the Batman with nipples bodies. I love the Batman with nipples jen like
- 28:00Timeline For me, though it's it's Val Kilmer, like I love that Val
- 28:07Kilmer, like that region of his career, those years where he's Tombstone Batman
- 28:14the Saint. So I want Val Kilmer Batman, and I want his like
- 28:18sweetness, but I want the Deadpool humor justushed into one and I got to
- 28:22tell you. This is a broad statement for all men. All men,
- 28:25go watch The Saint to a certain degree. I think that's what every woman
- 28:27wants. We want somebody that's a protector, but we want there to be
- 28:30a sense of adventure. I also commend that film for doing something no other
- 28:36film I don't think is ever done. A nuclear physicist wearing knee socks and
- 28:40being taken seriously. And the other thing was Val Kilmer's The Saint made driving
- 28:45a Volvo look cool. He could have done anything I think in that movie
- 28:48and made it cool. But it's Val Kilmer. So this is why I
- 28:51want Batman with nipples. Val Kilmer, you know, to come fistfight Colby,
- 28:56and you're just be sitting on the sideline eating some popcorn. I don't
- 28:59cheer for both of them. I don't know who I want to win.

- 29:41that was like one of the most popular places in the United States to have

- 29:52beach. We stayed at the Radison one year, right outside from where that
- 29:57stage was. It was just like, I don't know how to explain it.
- 30:02I mean, this little bitty island that you probably doesn't have more than
- 30:06five hundred people that live there, all of a sudden got twenty thousand kids
- 30:10coming into it within like a two week span, and it was just insanity.

- 33:36context. There's no story to that, to that book. It's just documents
- 33:39with signatures. It's just be send forms. That's it. The longest book
- 33:45in history. It's a good read. It's a really good read. It
- 33:50goes quick. New York Times bestseller, tell you right? All right?
- 33:58Uh I mentioned it yesterday, and this might be one of the stupidest stories
- 34:07we've come across in quite some time. And that's saying a lot for us.
- 34:12I was about to say that those are very very strong words. Yeah.
- 34:15So Trey found the story and sent it along and we'll see, you
- 34:24know how those you know we were just talking about, like Dak Prescott and
- 34:28his accuser, Kobe his accuser, Roethlisberger his I mean, so here we
- 34:32have the story of another accuser. But this is not of a famous athlete
- 34:38or anything like that. This is this is from an accuser who had a
- 34:44wild uber ride. Okay, okay, yeah, Anderson, Indiana. Court
- 34:50documents revealed that an Anderson woman's uber ride to the pharmacy started off strange when
- 34:55her driver asked her to drive instead of him. Okay, and that's not
- 35:08even close to be the weirdest part. It's not now, Okay, it's
- 35:15just the tip of the iceberg. Court documents revealed that an Anderson woman's uber
- 35:19ride to the pharmacy started off strange when her driver asked her to drive instead
- 35:24of him. Going along with it, the situation worsened when he reportedly began
- 35:30to fondle her from the back seat. Okay, and now, a thirty
- 35:35year old Indianapolis man is charged with one count of sexual battery along with the
- 35:39misdemeanor count of battery. According to documents, the woman ordered an uber because
- 35:44she needed to head to CVS and pick up her medication. The woman said
- 35:46her uber ride started bizarrely straight off the bat when the man, who was
- 35:50reportedly deaf and has an intellectual disability, handed the woman his phone with a
- 35:55message on it asking her to drive. The woman told police She knew it
- 36:00was odd and not allowed by Uber, but she decided to go along with
- 36:04it because she really needed to get to the pharmacy and didn't want to wait
- 36:07around for another Uber driver, as there are few of them in Anderson,
- 36:10Indiana now. While driving to CVS, the man reportedly kept trying to show
- 36:15her messages on her phone. Some of the messages were inappropriate, so just
- 36:20telling her the size of his penis and seemingly asking for a hand job.
- 36:23Hmm. I like to point out this is the first time of the history
- 36:28of my news director career that I've ever seen the word hand job in an
- 36:30actual news article. Yeah, The woman said. At one point, he
- 36:37reached his hand under her shirt and grabbed her breast, causing her to slap
- 36:39his hand away and nearly drive off the road. The woman said she kept
- 36:44showing the man her wedding ring, telling him she's married, but he only
- 36:47mouthed how much. According to court records, the woman how much? How
- 36:53much is how much? Uh? I don't know if he's asking her like
- 36:58how much to do this? Or like how much? Are you married?
- 37:00I don't know. According to court records, the woman decided to pretend she
- 37:05found his antics hilarious in order to trick him into letting her take a photograph
- 37:08of him, along with taking photographs of some of the messages he was showing
- 37:12her, including one that said, how to hand job Now, I'd like
- 37:16to point out this, in my long career as a news director in the
- 37:21radio industry, this is the most hand jobs I have seen in any news
- 37:24article in my career. Two times, Dan, it really is, and
- 37:30I give them credit. Sometimes they leave out these specifics, you know,
- 37:34for you know, the sake of well it's a little dirty. Well,
- 37:37these are facts either facts of the case. This is what this woman is
- 37:39claiming. Where we're adults, we can we can handle it in the in
- 37:45THEI end of ahead of their time. After picking up her prescription, the
- 37:51man reportedly reached forward, daring the drive back to her home, and then
- 37:54groped her between the legs over the top of her pants. Okay, I'm
- 38:07thinking, in the replay of this on YouTube, if I can somehow get
- 38:12a computer generated light bulb to go off over Raj's head, I'm gonna do
- 38:15that. She into into getting all the evidence, and then it was like,
- 38:23hey, can you drop me back off? After suffering the assault to
- 38:32CVS, she decided to let the assault her drive back home. Uh huh
- 38:38uh shoo shooter of herself back home. I bad, You're right, this
- 38:47is okay. Yeah, it's getting weird, isn't it. Uh. Police
- 38:52Police later spoke to the man, who denied ever touching the woman and said
- 38:55he was respectful. He did admit to writing the inappropriate messages, but claimed
- 39:01he was just joking around. The man's guardian. I'm going to say that
- 39:07again for the people in the back. The man's guardian told police he suffers
- 39:13from an intellectual disability, cerebral palsy and frontal lobe syndrome in addition to being
- 39:19deaf, and said the man doesn't always know right from wrong and thinks some
- 39:23things are funny that are not funny to normal people. That's her saying that.
- 39:30And he's an Uber driver yeah now inter Uber Uber stated that the man
- 39:37has been removed from their platform, calling his allegations deeply disturbing. We take
- 39:40all reports of sexual misconduct very seriously and remove the driver's access to the Uber
- 39:45platform as soon as it was reported to us. Despite the man having several
- 39:47disabilities that could potentially hinder his ability to safely drive. Investigators did not mention
- 39:54the man having no driver's license or being suspended from driving. Oh my god,
- 40:00Indiana or in India Indiana, Okay, because this sounds very India.
- 40:07Uber's website simply states that anyone who is legally able to drive can apply to
- 40:10drive with Uber. If convicted, the man could face between six months and
- 40:14two and a half years in prison on a level six felony. Wow,
- 40:19so let me just surmise all of this for us again. Yes, there's
- 40:24a woman. She needs to pick up her prescriptions from CBS, so she
- 40:28calls an Uber. The uber shows up and says, hey, would you
- 40:30mind driving? She decides okay, I'll drive, and while she's driving,
- 40:32he fondles her from the back seat and, trying not to alarm her alleged
- 40:38attacker, she tries to take photos of him, so she has evans for
- 40:42the police and then reaches the destination of CVS and while inside the relative safety
- 40:47of the pharmacy, she retrieves her prescriptions and gets back in the same car
- 40:52with the Uber attacker and drives herself back home. Don't okay, don't you
- 41:02have to like? When? When? When you get to the destination of
- 41:05CBS, don't they stop the ride there, and then you get the alert
- 41:08on your phone says you, oh, Hansy McGillicuddy a couple bucks, and
- 41:15then you have to get an Uber again, not necessarily because now you can
- 41:20add stops. Okay, Now I've never done this, but I'm assuming you
- 41:23could. Like if you wanted to, say, you know, go to
- 41:28the library, you could your destination's library. But and then you order the
- 41:32uber, but then you're like, oh, I need to stop at McDonald's
- 41:37for a sandwich first, so then you can add that stop in. Now,
- 41:39if you can do that, I'm certain you could have your starting point
- 41:44being home and ending back at home. You're just gonna stop at CBS and
- 41:47then you're gonna have them wait and take you home and they just like a
- 41:51cab, just keep the meater running. Yeah, And I think it's safe
- 41:53to assume that the guy with cerebral palsy it's deaf, maybe not, isn't
- 41:59doing everything above board on the books. Yeah. Yeah, I'm just you
- 42:06know, he was aware of his condition, so he's like, hey,
- 42:08can you drive, I'm in no shape. Yeah, that is interesting.
- 42:14It's like he is aware that he has challenges, and his guardian is clearly
- 42:20aware of it, because the guardian told I'm gonna read this and again in
- 42:22the story, the man's guardian told police that he suffers from an intellectual disability,
- 42:27cerebral palsy, and frontal lobes syndrome in addition to being deaf. That
- 42:31right, there is one, two, three things right there that on their
- 42:37own would make you driving on Rhodes dangerous. But he's got three at the
- 42:42same time. And he Hey, he made it to her house, so
- 42:46thumbs up to him. Yeah he did. But we don't know if there's
- 42:51a you know, a string of victims in his wake that got him to
- 42:55the house that he also made drive okay. So, Frontal loab syndrome is
- 43:00a broad term used to describe the damage of higher functioning processes of the brain,
- 43:04such as motivation, planning, social behavior, and language and speech production.
- 43:07I know lots of people like that the work in radio speaking of now
- 43:15I know this is this might be a troubling situation for many people, especially
- 43:22if you've been an actual victim of assault. Yes, and we respect that,
- 43:28don't want to make light of that. This particular situation we're going to
- 43:30make light of because it's it's a ridiculous story, because how often do you
- 43:37You're like, well, you know, yeah, my Uber driver attacked me,
- 43:39but there's only so many of them, so I let him let me
- 43:44drive us back to my house. To that end, not only did Trey
- 43:47find the news article about the wildest Uber ride in the history of Uber,
- 43:52but he also found the nine to one one call that the woman placed.
- 44:00No, yes, shut up, I will not Okay, what's that,
- 44:13raj I said? I said, that's here we go, Anderson, what's
- 44:22your emergency? Oh my goodness, ma'am. Are you okay? Are you
- 44:28safe right now? Sure? So he was reaching around while he was driving.
- 44:31That's so dangerous. He must have been terrified. Okay, tell me
- 44:37what happened. Well, I needed to hold and over. When I'm walking
- 44:40up to the door, he hands me a note asking your mind. I
- 44:45should probably point out that we needed to change the voice of the accuser to
- 44:52protect her identity. I guess that probably would have been helpful for me to
- 44:55mention at the beginning. So, uh, I'm gonna reap. I'm going
- 44:59to restart this, but keep in mind way to change the voice to protect
- 45:04the identity of the woman who is accusing the Uber driver of fondling her.
- 45:08Sorry, did you say your Uber driver, Hey, here we go Anderson
- 45:13ninety one one? What's your emergency? Uber? Oh my goodness, ma'am
- 45:17are you okay? Are you safe right now? Sure? So he was
- 45:22reaching around while he was driving. That's so dangerous. He must have been
- 45:27terrified. Well, it's not exactly, okay, tell me what happened?
- 45:30Well, I needed to go throwing allD and Uber. When I walked up
- 45:34to the car, he had me a note asking if I were drive.
- 45:37I'm sorry. Did you say your Uber driver asked you to drive? And
- 45:40that didn't concern you? You know what's right? Share not drive? Share?
- 45:45Mm hmm okay, So you're driving the luber to see me as what
- 45:47happened next? He was driving me messages on his phone asking for things and
- 45:52showing me things. Well, what kinds of things? Like a turn to
- 45:57punch ball? You're showing me because we asking me to play with it?
- 46:00And he was trying to feel my boobs ma'am. Did you say his wee
- 46:06weed? Yes, it was rather small. Oh okay, So what happens
- 46:08then? Well, I took some pictures with him when we got to CBS.
- 46:12Then I went inside. Okay, so you're at CBS. Okay,
- 46:15tell me which one and I'll have units there immediately. No, I'm not
- 46:19at CVS. So you had to run from this monster? Oh my goodness.
- 46:22Okay, tell me some landmarks and we'll find you. No, I'm
- 46:24a home. How did you get home? Carr? Wait, you got
- 46:28back in the car with him. He got more aggressive on the way home.
- 46:31He even tried to put his fingers in the dirty Believe you know what,
- 46:35I hope he's did you right in your hands? Seriously, are you
- 46:37a parent? Well, that's just rude. What is your name and badge
- 46:40number? Okay, serve and protect very much. Hold on, ma'am.
- 46:59All you that shot fired? Officer in danger? Yeah, totally endangered.
- 47:02This woman I'm talking to has a gun. It is threatening everybody. Man.
- 47:07Do you do marketing for a butt like? No? Do you happen
- 47:09to work in radio? Why not? Of the format changes at my heart
- 47:15radio? Oh? Okay, you have that explains that you are a special.
- 47:17I'll get that called bomb swat. It's your kids to shine. We'll
- 47:22get the robots you got a little of Dodge's jersey on it. Given a
- 47:25big old box is hit it in this lady's house. You'll either utilize the
- 47:30target or you get a mid day show. Either way. What's your aeria?
- 47:43Where does you? Where does you? Where did you find this?
- 47:45Recorded? Just shut up like a stray cat, And now that I've given
- 47:59it some milk, it might be here to stay. Not really the dark
- 48:10web, kind of like the beige web, the white collar web. Would
- 48:21anyone like to hear that one more time? This one just you know,
- 48:24for legal purposes? Yeah? Okay, Oh my goodness, ma'am. Were
- 48:30okay? Are you safe right now? Sure? So he was reaching around
- 48:36while he was driving. That's so dangerous. He must have been terrified.
- 48:39Well, not exactly, Okay, tell me what happened? Well, I
- 48:43needed to go to Thorn holding over. When I walk up to the dark
- 48:46he had me a note asking your buy one drive. I'm sorry? Did
- 48:50you say your Uber driver asked you to drive and that didn't concern you?
- 48:54You know what's right here? Not drives here? Okay? So you're driving
- 48:59the luber to see me? Yes? What happened next? He was hiving
- 49:01me messages on his phone asking for things and showing me things. Well,
- 49:06what kinds of things? That's the thing, like a turn to punch bowl.
- 49:09No, he was showing me as we was asking me to play with
- 49:13it, and he was trying to feel my boobs. Ma'am. Did you
- 49:16say his wee weed? Yes, it was rather small. Oh okay,
- 49:21So what happened then? Well? I took some pictures with him when we
- 49:23got to CBS. Then I went inside. Okay, so you're at CBS.
