⚡SILVER Stackers!⚡ THIS Needs Your Attention! (Debt Spiral, Fiscal Dominance, Iran, Federal Reserve) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
Let's look at a chart that shows us $300 silver.
• 0:04
It's just not a dream. You know what?
• 0:06
Let's look at 2 charts because there's a lot of different ways
• 0:09
that we can get to this three to $500 per oz silver mark.
• 0:13
Remember, there will be short term noise.
• 0:16
We're experiencing some today. Just my opinion.
• 0:19
  I'm not a financial advisor, but I believe 3, four, $500 silver
• 0:23
is on the near term horizon. But we're also going to look at
• 0:26
some crazy facts. The number one dominant force.
• 0:30
Be prepared. It may scare you a little bit.
• 0:33
That will propel the price of silver and gold much higher.
• 0:36
But let's go out and look at these charts.
• 0:38
We'll start here. This one came from our friend
• 0:40
  Digger. We love you Digger.
• 0:42
This is a whole new way to look at $300 silver.
• 0:46
And he says it's coming. This is a yearly log scale
• 0:50
chart. Let me get the crayons out.
• 0:53
OK, The log scale chart going all the way back to the 1970s,
• 0:57
of course, right. We've got this, the cup and
• 1:00
handle that we've looked at ad nauseam, but that's not what
• 1:04
he's pointing out. That is so interesting.
• 1:07
What he's showing is right here. You can barely see it, but I'll
• 1:11
read it to you. It says we're going to have a
• 1:13
copy of the 2003 through 2011 silver bowl.
• 1:19
That would be this blue section right here.
• 1:23
OK, I'm going to erase that box so you can see it.
• 1:26
But as you can see, right, we had this big move up.
• 1:29
What he's saying is that we are set up for the exact same thing,
• 1:34
very similar, OK, based on his yellow lines and all crazy
• 1:38
technical analysis to have that same box that happened from 2003
• 1:43
through 2011 as we move into the coming years.
• 1:47
Now excuse me, look guys, the target is actually $303.18.
• 1:53
Sorry I cheated you out of $0.18, but it's going to take a
• 2:00
little while to get there. As you can see, here's 2030 down
• 2:04
below. Now it gets even more
• 2:08
interesting when we go to this chart that was shared by Mr.
• 2:16
Azogar 777. Let's read what he says because
• 2:20
this is interesting, he said. In my humblest opinion, silver
• 2:23
will go beyond $300 in this bull market and retain support
• 2:29
throughout throughout annual candles body not Wicks the blue
• 2:34
curve. Hence it will exceed this price
• 2:37
way before the green line meets the blue curve.
• 2:40
This is the model I used to make the call.
• 2:43
OK. And again, these are Candlestick
• 2:45
candlesticks, probably annual candlesticks going all the way
• 2:48
back to what the 1960s, Oh my gosh, 1860s, eighteen 60s.
• 2:54
And you can see, right, this total blue trend line in the
• 2:59
silver price. So he's predicting that the
• 3:02
silver price go even higher now again, right?
• 3:05
We're out years, years in the future, 2044 right here.
• 3:10
But remember, OK, couple things don't do you remember?
• 3:14
I remember following some mining stocks that like 3 years ago,
• 3:18
we're talking about, oh, in 2020, five, 2026, this is where
• 3:23
we'll be this. And I thought it seems like
• 3:25
forever, right? It was like 2000, 23 at the
• 3:28
time. These time periods go by quickly
• 3:31
and we could be at that higher silver price much sooner than we
• 3:35
are anticipating. So there's a lot of different
• 3:38
ways. Those are two different ways.
• 3:40
We know what Michael Oliver saying.
• 3:41
We know what David Hunter was out over the weekend talking
• 3:45
about his long term prediction for silver at $1000.
• 3:49
David Hunter has been right about everything for the last 10
• 3:53
years. He's saying silver's going to go
• 3:56
up, pull back down, and then we're going to have a rocket
• 3:59
ship up like to $1000 per oz. It's going to get crazy.
• 4:03
But let's run out to China. Let's get our update, our daily
• 4:06
update on the Shanghai Gold Exchange because something very
• 4:09
interesting happened there. Silver trade pointed this out.
• 4:12
China begins stockpiling silver. The Shanghai Futures Exchange
• 4:18
inventory spiked by 50%. He says with the global physical
• 4:23
silver shortage finally abating due to the Iran war, China is
• 4:27
it's taking the opportunity to load up on silver as quickly as
• 4:32
it can. So while we're out here, we'll
• 4:34
get this from the Oriental Ghost, our friend.
• 4:37
OK, look, silver on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, their physical
• 4:41
silver market closed at $83.68. What he's talking about, this is
• 4:47
the inventory change. This is the Shanghai Futures
• 4:50
Exchange inventory vaults up by 36,000 kilograms now all the way
• 4:56
up to 400 and 57,000 kilograms, which I believe equates to about
• 5:02
  15,000,000 oz. Still not.
• 5:05
I mean, yeah, it went up by 15%. Where is it?
• 5:08
Yeah, here it is right here. 14,700,000 oz.
• 5:12
That's the total amount of silver that they have in their
• 5:17
Shanghai Futures Exchange vaults to back up all the of futures
• 5:21
contracts. Let's go get a look.
• 5:23
Let's check on the silver price and check on backwardation.
• 5:26
We're going to go out to Kitco and get the the spot price on
• 5:31
silver right now, $74.22. Now let's go out and look at the
• 5:38
futures price $74.22. So earlier I'm not sharing that
• 5:44
  with you. There we go.
• 5:45
That's the May contract and silver at the COMEX, the futures
• 5:49
price earlier today, we were in a slight state of backwardation
• 5:54
where the spot price was actually higher than the futures
• 5:57
  price. Again, we're about we're we're
• 5:59
  hovering around this equilibrium.
• 6:01
We're not in the normal state, which is contango where where
• 6:06
the futures price would be higher than the spot price.
• 6:09
And we're not in a back and we're not backwardated either
• 6:12
where the spot price is higher than the futures price.
• 6:16
We're in a state of backward tango, which is still unusual
• 6:19
and still raises some suspicion, some speculation that maybe
• 6:24
there's a little concern about the about the physical market
• 6:28
being able to actually deliver the metal.
• 6:31
But we got the big picture that we need to talk about right now.
• 6:34
Two things. Big picture number $172.50 is
• 6:39
the line in the sand for silver. OK, We are still above that.
• 6:44
Now we've got a little bit of a buffer, right?
• 6:46
If we get below 725072 into the 60s, then we can get a little
• 6:51
concerned. We aren't concerned long term
• 6:53
because guys, the reality is this, OK, in the long run, we're
• 6:59
I'm going to read this to you where we are.
• 7:01
If we are good, the good day for gold and silver will come.
• 7:05
OK, where gold and silver begin to ignore the short term noise
• 7:09
in the market. Yeah, we got some quote UN quote
• 7:12
escalation in the Middle East conflict that made the oil price
• 7:15
go up. I'm I'm sure the dollar went up
• 7:17
as well. We're not even going to look at
• 7:18
  that, right? And that's, that's, that's
• 7:21
hitting the gold and silver price.
• 7:23
That will end the short term noise and and they will begin to
• 7:27
heed gold and silver will heed to the realities of the
• 7:31
financial system and that is fiscal dominance.
• 7:35
We need to remember that term fiscal dominance.
• 7:38
That will become a very common saying down here in the basement
• 7:42
and let's go out. This is what because when when
• 7:45
fiscal dominance takes over, that is when we are in a total
• 7:49
new world for the silver price and gold price and just for a
• 7:53
definition of fiscal dominance that occurs when a government's
• 7:57
debt and deficit spending are so high that the central bank is
• 8:02
forced to abandon inflation control to keep the government
• 8:06
  solvent. In this scenario, monetary
• 8:10
policy, that's what the Federal Reserve is.
• 8:12
That's the monetary policy becomes a tool to support the
• 8:16
Treasury rather than to stabilize the economy.
• 8:21
That is when we go into the opposite of freefall.
• 8:25
What would we call that? Parabolic with the gold price
• 8:30
and the silver price. Now we're going to look at a
• 8:31
bunch of examples why fiscal dominance is taking over.
• 8:35
OK, just how screwed up things are We're going to run through
• 8:39
these. There's a lot to cover, but
• 8:41
alright, gold Telegraph brings this up over the weekend.
• 8:44
The president of the United States is open openly discussing
• 8:48
a reset. Trump put out a tweet talking
• 8:51
about a big reset, quote UN quote.
• 8:53
Conflicts are breaking out across the globe.
• 8:55
We know that OK, central banks are monitoring private credit.
• 9:00
That's a big deal and cyber threats.
• 9:02
We got examples of both of those.
• 9:04
We're going to look at this is the symptom of a broken system.
• 9:09
And then we go to Zero Hedge who puts out this groundbreaking
• 9:13
peace with six reasons. OK, six, the debt spiral ends in
• 9:18
dollar destruction. The six hard truths that America
• 9:23
can no longer ignore. They said let's take a look
• 9:26
back. Let's take a look a step back
• 9:29
and look at the big picture so we can assess the US
• 9:31
  government's financial situation.
• 9:34
This is fiscal dominance, guys, when the money, when the math
• 9:38
takes over, all right. And again, that is super good
• 9:41
for silver, the gold, where it's likely headed and what the
• 9:44
trends could mean. There's six big points here.
• 9:47
Number one, it's politically impossible to cut spending.
• 9:51
Our, our, our politicians are not going to be responsible.
• 9:54
They haven't been for the last 50 years since Nixon took us off
• 9:57
the gold standard. That's not going to change.
• 10:00
OK point #2 ever increasing debt is the only way to finance the
• 10:06
deficits because the politicians won't cut spending.
• 10:10
The deficits will continue to grow and and the only way to to
• 10:14
fund that is through more debt. Point #3 observation #3 Over
• 10:21
half of the US Treasury debt matures by 2028.
• 10:25
Look, we're, we're going to be close to being halfway through
• 10:28
2026, right? We've got massive debt that
• 10:31
needs to be refinanced in this country.
• 10:34
Point #4 and ever and ever growing interest expense fuels
• 10:39
the debt spiral. Wow, look at that interest
• 10:42
expense. We're going to look at that
• 10:43
again in a second observation #5 surging interest expense forces
• 10:48
the forces the Fed to ease monetary policy.
• 10:52
The government can't afford high interest rates.
• 10:55
It becomes a situation where the Fed monetizes the debt.
• 10:59
And that quite simply means they print money.
• 11:02
OK, They print money to buy their own debt.
• 11:06
Number six, ever increasing current currency debasement is
• 11:10
inevitable because of what we just talked about.
• 11:13
They they get painted, it painted into a corner literally
• 11:17
and all they can do, the only thing they can do is then print
• 11:21
money to buy the debt for themselves.
• 11:23
That's like a company buying products from themselves.
• 11:27
  It's like a, it's like a shell game.
• 11:29
It's like a almost like a Ponzi scheme, right?
• 11:32
It's almost like if your kid starts a company and, and, and
• 11:36
you're, you're the only customer for the company, it just doesn't
• 11:39
work out. Now let's look at the next
• 11:41
point, because it all leads to this.
• 11:43
After all those heady points, here's a graphic that describes
• 11:47
what's going on, not just in the US, but around the world.
• 11:49
And that is that the global money supply, the M2 money
• 11:53
supply, the broader measure of money supply in the world is
• 11:57
exploding. It was up over 12% as of
• 12:01
February 2026, year on year 100 and 101 trillion.
• 12:07
And let me remind you, a trillion is 1,000,000 *
• 12:10
1,000,000. But 101 trillion was printed by
• 12:13
the top five central banks. The Fiat scheme must go on.
• 12:17
And that's what's happening right there, right?
• 12:19
Shoveling more and more paper money into the system.
• 12:23
But let's go to the let's look, let's, let's hear what Jamie
• 12:26
Dimon, right, CEO of JP Morgan, the world's most prestigious
• 12:31
financial company. What does he have to say about
• 12:34
what's going on? Well, Jamie Dimon says this from
• 12:37
from Fortune. the United States had a national debt home run in
• 12:43
its grasp, says Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan Chase.
• 12:47
But the government did nothing and now it's best option is
• 12:52
crisis management. OK, that came from Fortune.
• 12:56
That's Jamie Dimon saying that the best situation that we can
• 13:00
deal with right now is crisis management.
• 13:02
And then we go out the money metals and miners.
• 13:05
We're going to look at this. This is astounding, but just the
• 13:08
headline alone, 9.6 trillion treasure Treasury maturity wall.
• 13:13
  That's what's coming due in 2026.
• 13:16
How the 2026 debt Cliff, the 39 trillion U.S. debt crisis, and
• 13:21
the 1.2 trillion interest expense guarantees a massive
• 13:26
repricing of hard assets. We aren't going to go through
• 13:28
all the details on that because we covered them in the previous
• 13:32
Zero Hedge article. But guys, just look at this
• 13:35
chart. This is United States government
• 13:39
federal interest expense going all the way back to 1880, right?
• 13:44
I mean, flat, flat, flat. I mean, look at how it is just
• 13:47
exploding higher. The big key take away, the
• 13:50
reason why this is important is because that will add to our
• 13:54
national deficit and his interest rates go up is fewer
• 13:57
and few countries want to own U.S.
• 13:59
Treasuries, right? That makes the interest rates go
• 14:02
even higher and higher, which the government can't afford.
• 14:06
So to repeat the point that I made earlier, the only option is
• 14:10
  to print money. OK?
• 14:11
So there's no no, there's no, there's no surprise.
• 14:18
And I'll show you something funny about Jerome Powell the
• 14:20
minute that he's going to be glad to be getting out of the
• 14:23
hot seat at the at the Federal Reserve.
• 14:27
One more thing going on, right? Because on top of everything
• 14:30
happening right now, we get this.
• 14:34
Jerome Powell and Scott Besent discussed Anthropics Mythos AI
• 14:39
cyber threat with major U.S. banks.
• 14:42
We've got major issues possibly with the banks in red.
• 14:46
Fed Chair Reserve Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Scott
• 14:50
Besent met with major U.S. bank CE OS this week that would have
• 14:54
been late last week to discuss the possible cyber risk raised
• 14:58
by Anthropics Mythos model, CNBC confirmed on Friday.
• 15:03
OK, I think this was reported by both Reuters and and.
• 15:08
Oh my God, I'm forgetting. It was Reuters and Bloomberg.
• 15:12
  I'm sorry. OK, alright.
• 15:14
Here's who was in attendance, Brian.
• 15:16
Brian Moynihan from Bank of America.
• 15:18
Jane Fraser from Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon from Goldman
• 15:23
  Sachs. I'm sorry.
• 15:24
Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser, Morgan Stanley's Ted Pick, Wells
• 15:30
Fargo Scott, Charlie Scharf, we're all in attendance,
• 15:33
Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the
• 15:36
  meeting. Bloomberg and Financial Times
• 15:38
were the first to report the meeting with bank executives.
• 15:42
They are getting scared. They're also getting very, very
• 15:45
scared about what's happening with the private credit
• 15:48
situation and on top of that, right, just to show the
• 15:52
situation that we're in. Kidco reports and this is from
• 15:56
Reuters. Middle East war to cut growth,
• 16:00
deliver cascading and impact, the World Bank chief says.
• 16:05
  But there's a there's, there's, there's a bonus.
• 16:09
We got 2 little paragraphs to read here, but then there's a
• 16:12
bonus. The war in the Middle East will
• 16:14
have a cascading impact on the global economy, even if OK,
• 16:19
remember this, the fragile ceasefire announced by the US
• 16:22
President Donald Trump takes hold, World Bank President AJ
• 16:25
Bonga told Reuters in an interview on Friday.
• 16:29
Basically said the world economy is in a world of hurt even if
• 16:34
even if the truce holds. And the damage will be far
• 16:38
deeper if if the ceasefire fails and the conflict escalates, he
• 16:43
said. So think about that, right?
• 16:46
We now know the ceasefire did fail and we're waiting to see if
• 16:50
the conflict escalates. Put all of this together with
• 16:54
what is happening right now, OK, out there, right, in terms of
• 16:58
fiscal dominance, what's going on in the Middle East, what's
• 17:02
going on with the financial situation in the United States?
• 17:05
And we're looking at the potential for the dollar to
• 17:08
become devalued even even even further.
• 17:11
So let's have a little fun and see how Jerome Powell feels
• 17:15
about the fact that he gets to leave the United States Federal
• 17:18
  Reserve. Hold on.
• 17:21
We're going to pull him up here. This is our our Federal Reserve
• 17:25
chair, Jerome Powell. This is made by AI, it says down
• 17:29
here on the bottom. And let's see how how Jerome
• 17:33
Powell feels about the fact that he's leaving the Federal
• 17:35
Reserve. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom,
• 17:39
boom, boom, boom, boom. Yeah, I would say Jerome Powell
• 17:42
is probably happy that he is going to be out of the catbird
• 17:47
  seat. See you later, Jerome.
• 17:49
  We love him. OK.
• 17:51
It's an interesting scenario that we are in right now guys.
• 17:55
But it all adds together this idea of fiscal dominance.
• 17:59
When you hear that term fiscal Dom, like the United States
• 18:02
could be in a situation of fiscal dominance.
• 18:04
At first when I heard it, I was like, well that means we're
• 18:07
dominant where we control the world, we're the world reserve
• 18:10
currency about. No, it means complete opposite.
• 18:14
It means that because of the debt, because of the deficits,
• 18:17
because the monetary policy has to be adjusted to deal with a a
• 18:22
fiscal and monetary situation that has gotten out of control.
• 18:27
Look, when you have almost $40 trillion in debt and you're
• 18:31
paying, you know, these new, this new data saying over a
• 18:34
trillion in interest alone and you've got a deficit that's
• 18:38
running what, 2 trillion, 1.5 trillion, All of that feeds on
• 18:43
each other. And as the world moves away from
• 18:47
the dollar, I don't like it. I live here.
• 18:49
It's my country, I don't agree with what the politicians have
• 18:53
  done. Like the previous articles
• 18:55
pointed out, right, The politicians have no strength, no
• 18:59
desire or fortitude to change things.
• 19:03
It's just going to get worse and worse and worse.
• 19:06
Fiscal dominance essentially means that the fiscal situation
• 19:10
dominates what a country is able to do.
• 19:12
It wouldn't be unlike you and your spouse if you're married or
• 19:16
whatever, being in a situation where you have so much debt,
• 19:20
right? A mortgage, car payments, credit
• 19:22
card payments, student loan payments, I don't know, layaway
• 19:25
at Walmart, anything, whatever you got right?
• 19:27
And you get to a point where you're like, Oh my God, all we
• 19:29
can do is like, try to pay all these interest.
• 19:32
You know, those, those TV commercials where you see people
• 19:35
like, oh, you know, what am I going to do?
• 19:37
It's the same thing, right? Mathematics shows 0 forgiveness
• 19:42
on the altar of truth. All right, guys, thanks for
• 19:45
joining me today. Don't forget, please subscribe
• 19:48
to the channel. We want you to come back down
• 19:50
