- 0:10Speaker 1: Shoot No. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm
- 0:18Speaker 1: Rob Shooter with our dear friend Garrett Voguel and lots
- 0:21Speaker 1: and lots of gossip. Garrett with Hello, Rob Shooter. Hello.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We caused a little bit of gossip herself. This weekend,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Garrett page Checks is reporting our little podcast is being
- 0:32Speaker 1: developed into a television show. It's awfully Yes, the first
- 0:37Speaker 1: time I actually felt like a celebrity because you know,
- 0:40Speaker 1: you hear these celebrities out there and you read it
- 0:42Speaker 1: in page six or you you see it on Naughty
- 0:45Speaker 1: but Nice dot com um where they go, I don't
- 0:49Speaker 1: know how this got out there, Like I like again,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I don't know how this got out I don't even
- 0:54Speaker 1: know this was happening. So I felt like the celebrity
- 0:57Speaker 1: that like, I understand when they say, like, I don't
- 0:59Speaker 1: know how this has happened. Found. I think because of
- 1:04Speaker 1: the world we nixon, because of what we do for
- 1:07Speaker 1: a living, we're friendly, we're friends with other gossip columnists,
- 1:11Speaker 1: and so when there's a ton of people involved in anything,
- 1:13Speaker 1: we're all talking about it and it's so exciting. We
- 1:16Speaker 1: we shot a little piloty thing, we did some videos,
- 1:19Speaker 1: and so people tell people tell people and it ends
- 1:21Speaker 1: up in page six. It is true. We're in the
- 1:24Speaker 1: early stages of trying to make a silly little podcast
- 1:29Speaker 1: into an even sillier little TV show. So fingers crossed,
- 1:33Speaker 1: there's no big news two years ago when you and
- 1:37Speaker 1: I just like set in a room and be like, hey,
- 1:39Speaker 1: let's just let's just talk about let's talk about j
- 1:42Speaker 1: LO for like five minutes, and then here we are,
- 1:45Speaker 1: years later, possibly having a TV show after finding out
- 1:48Speaker 1: about it. Thank you for letting us no paychecks. That
- 1:51Speaker 1: is true to it. There we should, we should put
- 1:54Speaker 1: down paychecks in the best reporters in town. I wish
- 1:56Speaker 1: I was as good as then. And so there is
- 1:58Speaker 1: talk about it. We've done a few. It's all very
- 2:00Speaker 1: very exciting. When there's more news, we definitely will let
- 2:04Speaker 1: you know. And I'm not playing coy. You know me.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I've got a big mouth. I tell tell you everything.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And so there's nothing more to add yet, but there
- 2:11Speaker 1: will be, hopefully soon and you'll be the first to know.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Let's jump into some gossip on some real stars. Hey,
- 2:16Speaker 1: what time is it? My friends? So Disney and Scarlett
- 2:21Speaker 1: Johnson are going at it, and now an outside group
- 2:26Speaker 1: is calling Disney's response to Scarlet quote a gendered character attack.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Let me explain what's going on here. So Scarlett Johnson
- 2:35Speaker 1: sued Disney. She sued Disney about her new movie Black Widow,
- 2:42Speaker 1: claiming that her contract with Disney was to release the
- 2:47Speaker 1: movie theatrically, not to stream it because she gets paid
- 2:51Speaker 1: a back end fee. What that means here is the
- 2:54Speaker 1: more money it makes in the cinema, the more money
- 2:58Speaker 1: Scarlet makes. Now she's made twenty million upfront. They think
- 3:02Speaker 1: she could have gone on to make an extra fifty million,
- 3:06Speaker 1: fifty million because this movie could do normalously well in
- 3:11Speaker 1: the cinema. Now they're claiming because they streamed it on
- 3:15Speaker 1: Disney Plus as well as releasing it theatrically, she's lost
- 3:20Speaker 1: some money. Now, Scarlet's camp are basically saying, we tried
- 3:24Speaker 1: to fix this, We tried to make all this go away,
- 3:27Speaker 1: and Disney didn't really respond, so they issued a lawsuit.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Then Disney for back with a vicious response, saying, quote,
- 3:37Speaker 1: it makes them sad, and they found it distressing that
- 3:41Speaker 1: this callous disregard for the horrific, prolonged and global effects
- 3:47Speaker 1: of the COVID nineteen pandemic. So what they're saying, Disney
- 3:51Speaker 1: are saying is because we're living in a COVID world,
- 3:55Speaker 1: they had to release it both ways. Scarlet saying maybe so,
- 3:59Speaker 1: but that was not negotiated. A deal is a deal.
- 4:02Speaker 1: This is getting vicious. There's several things about this story
- 4:05Speaker 1: that I found so so interesting. A that Scarlett's got
- 4:09Speaker 1: the hutspah to stand up to Disney like this is
- 4:12Speaker 1: a big company that might not have treated her well.
- 4:15Speaker 1: She's standing up to them. Another thing that that I'm
- 4:18Speaker 1: really surprised about this Disney's response was vicious, it was personal.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Some people are even calling get sexist. Now Scarlet's agent
- 4:29Speaker 1: is saying that this is outrageous and they've recognized the
- 4:32Speaker 1: success of a of a woman and a businesswoman and
- 4:35Speaker 1: an artist. Here. This isn't going to go away. This
- 4:38Speaker 1: is going to go through the courts. What do you
- 4:40Speaker 1: think it's it's twofold, because I mean, if if you
- 4:44Speaker 1: follow along the story of Black Widow, she doesn't have
- 4:47Speaker 1: much of a story to tell left. You know, it's
- 4:50Speaker 1: it's almost like you know her, her her chapter, her
- 4:53Speaker 1: fairy tale as Black Widow has come to an end,
- 4:56Speaker 1: and this is the last attempt to get as much
- 4:59Speaker 1: money as possible. Where I get it, I understand it.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You want to get as much money as possible and
- 5:04Speaker 1: in anything you do. But look on the do you
- 5:08Speaker 1: see Emily Blunt complaining that The Jungle crewis got released
- 5:11Speaker 1: in both theaters and on streaming this weekend with the
- 5:14Speaker 1: Rock it happened to be the biggest opening ever this summer.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm Stone didn't. It was released on both It is
- 5:23Speaker 1: exceptional times and I do admit that time I was
- 5:25Speaker 1: reading that Emma Stone is possibly doing and thinking about
- 5:28Speaker 1: doing the same thing that's great Johansson is doing. But
- 5:31Speaker 1: then again, look at Emily Blunt. Is Emily Blunt is
- 5:34Speaker 1: a part of probably the biggest movie of the summer.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I don't think she's going to be doing what these
- 5:38Speaker 1: two are planning on doing. Right, Well, we don't know
- 5:41Speaker 1: about Emma Stone yet, but we certainly know Scarlett has
- 5:44Speaker 1: done this. But at the on the hand, she is,
- 5:47Speaker 1: you know, she's right, she has a contract. When you
- 5:50Speaker 1: have a contract with an employer, it's meant to benefit
- 5:53Speaker 1: both of you. I think anyone who's ever signed a
- 5:55Speaker 1: contract knows it's normally quite one sided. The tricky part
- 5:58Speaker 1: of this argument for Scotlet's It's not Disney Enhance revealed
- 6:01Speaker 1: how much money they've paid her. They've paid her from
- 6:06Speaker 1: she's already received twenty million, so it's hard to feel
- 6:08Speaker 1: bad for somebody who's played twenty million dollars. It's hard
- 6:14Speaker 1: to feel So. The other interesting thing to rob is
- 6:17Speaker 1: that when you go to the movies, it's what fifteen bucks,
- 6:20Speaker 1: ten bucks whatever expensive to to to stream Black Widow
- 6:24Speaker 1: on Disney plus Premium access is thirty bucks for one house.
- 6:30Speaker 1: So it's not like Disney is getting all that thirty
- 6:32Speaker 1: bucks she's getting. She's getting a percentage of that as well,
- 6:35Speaker 1: So it's like she's she's probably making close to what
- 6:39Speaker 1: she could be making on the back end, but maybe
- 6:41Speaker 1: not the full thing, but she's definitely making money somewhere
- 6:45Speaker 1: that we're not. We're not getting the full stop, right.
- 6:47Speaker 1: We will get the full story though, because this is
- 6:49Speaker 1: going to be forward and Disney I'm not holding back
- 6:51Speaker 1: now they're going to reveal and everything. I sort of
- 6:53Speaker 1: admire scarlets hut there. Generally I'm on the side of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the workers and we're not getting political here, but I
- 6:59Speaker 1: think if you don't go up against the mouse, you
- 7:01Speaker 1: don't go up against And that's the hard thing in life,
- 7:04Speaker 1: isn't it. Like I think we all have employees that
- 7:06Speaker 1: we think we should be paid a little bit more,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and we work weekends and we work extra time, we
- 7:10Speaker 1: don't earn extra money for it. And they've got these
- 7:13Speaker 1: massive companies, like you can't say Disney's hurting, like they
- 7:16Speaker 1: know how to make a dollar. So there's enough money
- 7:19Speaker 1: here for everybody. So it makes it more complicated, but
- 7:23Speaker 1: more delicious. And then for Scolet's agent to throw in
- 7:27Speaker 1: the sexist term, it really made me think, would have
- 7:31Speaker 1: they done this to a man? Would have they have
- 7:33Speaker 1: done this to Robert Downey Junior or the Rock or
- 7:37Speaker 1: these other big Disney stars. Spider Man, what's he earning? Like?
- 7:41Speaker 1: It's such a fascinating conversation, and because times have changed,
- 7:46Speaker 1: it's a conversation now that I think we're going to
- 7:48Speaker 1: have two fold. It's a twofold conversation. It's the the
- 7:51Speaker 1: gender conversation, which is which is definitely worth having. But
- 7:55Speaker 1: the other part is the pandemic side of it, where
- 7:59Speaker 1: you're seeing movies getting released, so it's not like it's
- 8:02Speaker 1: a surprise to anybody. So that's the one thing I
- 8:04Speaker 1: can't understand of how like after the fact, she's like
- 8:08Speaker 1: they released it, like it's been promoted. It was promoted
- 8:12Speaker 1: like it was going to be on both so she
- 8:15Speaker 1: knew it was going to be on Disney. Plus when
- 8:16Speaker 1: she was doing all the publicity for things changed, like
- 8:19Speaker 1: just thinking that we didn't make million dollars, we didn't
- 8:22Speaker 1: make twenties dollars, but just this podcast, it has changed.
- 8:25Speaker 1: This pandemic. This pandemic has changed, like the rules of
- 8:30Speaker 1: this and technically I had a contract with my heart
- 8:34Speaker 1: and it wasn't to sit in my closet and do
- 8:36Speaker 1: a podcast. But both the company and myself and Gareth
- 8:39Speaker 1: we all adapted. So maybe, But I don't think Scarlett's
- 8:43Speaker 1: not saying that she's not open. She's not doing Black
- 8:46Speaker 1: Widow in her closet, is not gonna she's not gonna
- 8:51Speaker 1: film it at home. What do you think Colin Joe's
- 8:53Speaker 1: thinks about this? So Colin is Joe's wife? Just twenty million,
- 8:58Speaker 1: That's what I can't get over twenty million all us
- 9:00Speaker 1: they are a power couple at the end of the day,
- 9:03Speaker 1: now a couple, which brings us to my poll question
- 9:05Speaker 1: of the day. Disney's response to Scarlett Johansson, some people
- 9:10Speaker 1: are calling a gendered character attack. Do you agree? Page
- 9:17Speaker 1: at naughty Nice Rob on Facebook page's naughty Gossip. Hey,
- 9:21Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results,
- 9:23Speaker 1: Garrett Love, what are you working on that? All? Right? So,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I think this is one of those stories that if
- 9:27Speaker 1: you're in a relationship you kind of can relate to.
- 9:30Speaker 1: So Jessica Alba, who also billionaires and not even billion
- 9:35Speaker 1: dollars from from a diaper company and go figure, she
- 9:39Speaker 1: said that she struggled to keep the spark alive with
- 9:42Speaker 1: her husband while raising their three children, which you know,
- 9:46Speaker 1: she said, it's all rosy for two and a half years,
- 9:48Speaker 1: but then after that you become roommates, and a lot
- 9:51Speaker 1: of people, especially in any relationship, you get into that
- 9:55Speaker 1: like Rutt where you kind of do the same thing
- 9:57Speaker 1: the horse blinders are on. It's like, okay, you do
- 9:59Speaker 1: the dishes as you do that, I go here. So
- 10:01Speaker 1: it's kind of like you get into this routine and
- 10:03Speaker 1: so like you go through the motions and you have
- 10:06Speaker 1: all their responsibilities and it's a lot like you know,
- 10:08Speaker 1: checking off the boxes, which is true. Like what I
- 10:11Speaker 1: was just saying so so jess Alba. She's been married
- 10:14Speaker 1: to Cash Warrants since two thousand and eight. Very long relationship,
- 10:17Speaker 1: especially in Hollywood. Exactly here here's what they said. They
- 10:22Speaker 1: said they got married when Jessica was nine months pregnant
- 10:25Speaker 1: with their daughter, Honor, who is now thirteen. So um, exactly.
- 10:30Speaker 1: And at first, at first it was good, you know,
- 10:32Speaker 1: weekly date nights, going out, you know, not talking about
- 10:35Speaker 1: the kids and talking about responsibilities. But then you kind
- 10:38Speaker 1: of like just fall into that rut. And so she says,
- 10:40Speaker 1: it's all about what we talked about all the time. Communication.
- 10:43Speaker 1: So as long as you communicate, that's the best way
- 10:46Speaker 1: to do it, and do weekly date nights and try
- 10:48Speaker 1: not to talk about the kids and what needs to
- 10:50Speaker 1: get fixed around that house because you know, you just
- 10:54Speaker 1: need to focus on each other at the end of
- 10:55Speaker 1: the day. So it is tough. No one said it
- 10:58Speaker 1: was easy. Yeah, I had had children and I'm not
- 11:00Speaker 1: going to have children, and it makes my life dogs
- 11:03Speaker 1: I do have dogs. I do have a doggie, but
- 11:05Speaker 1: it makes my life I think a little bit easier.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Bruce is definitely not my roommate. He's my husband's my lover.
- 11:12Speaker 1: We are quite romantic and we we we try very
- 11:15Speaker 1: hard to be romantic. But I think we got to
- 11:18Speaker 1: try hard though, because sometimes you gotta try harder than
- 11:21Speaker 1: normal because we don't have children now you do. Has
- 11:24Speaker 1: this happened to you? I think it happens to anybody really,
- 11:28Speaker 1: just in general, just is the longer you go, the
- 11:32Speaker 1: harder you get it. It is very easy, but you
- 11:35Speaker 1: still have to work at it. You can't just It's
- 11:38Speaker 1: not like a crop pot where you can set it
- 11:40Speaker 1: and forget it and like, oh look it's perfect. You know,
- 11:42Speaker 1: you have to you have to stir it. You have to.
- 11:45Speaker 1: You have to make sure everything is good and not stagnant.
- 11:48Speaker 1: So yeah, pay attention to it. I think it's a
- 11:52Speaker 1: really really interesting story. Moving along, Brittany Spheres is posting
- 11:57Speaker 1: up a storm. Her latest post on insta, find Brittany
- 12:00Speaker 1: a shirt? Can we find Brittany a shirt? Hi? Brittany
- 12:05Speaker 1: has been topless a lot lately, which is actually causing
- 12:10Speaker 1: some people some concern. They're saying that it could be
- 12:13Speaker 1: used against her in her conservatorship because her dad's side
- 12:18Speaker 1: could be pointing to these pictures saying, look, she's gonna
- 12:22Speaker 1: she's crazy again, or she's spiraling which thinks the sexiest
- 12:25Speaker 1: thing to do, because when men post pictures without their
- 12:28Speaker 1: shirts on, we're all hubba hubbera hubba. I know, I know,
- 12:31Speaker 1: I know, but I think I hope Brittan is going
- 12:33Speaker 1: to be fine. But they supposed she put up was
- 12:35Speaker 1: so interesting. She said, she's standing up for herself. Standing
- 12:39Speaker 1: up for yourself is what she wants. She wrote the
- 12:41Speaker 1: following quote, if standing up for yourself burns bridges, I
- 12:45Speaker 1: have matches, we ride at dawn. Brittany is mad. Brittany,
- 12:51Speaker 1: it's bad, and I sort of like it. I like
- 12:55Speaker 1: this about her that after thirteen years of a conservatorship,
- 12:59Speaker 1: Brittany is fighting, fighting bad inside is tell me she
- 13:03Speaker 1: is furious. It's going to be brittany time. And when
- 13:07Speaker 1: she finally gets rid of this conservator her dad, we're
- 13:11Speaker 1: not going to knight all the things she does and
- 13:13Speaker 1: we're going to say, oh, well, worried, or that's bad behavior.
- 13:16Speaker 1: But what I'm hearing is that it's her life, it's
- 13:18Speaker 1: her money, and if we don't like the way she behaves,
- 13:21Speaker 1: and if she wants to take her top off and
- 13:23Speaker 1: dance around naked, it's her life. And I think I'm
- 13:26Speaker 1: for it. Yeah, no, I I definitely do it. It's hard,
- 13:29Speaker 1: especially I think in that celebrity world, because we all
- 13:32Speaker 1: no matter what, feels like we're part of their world
- 13:35Speaker 1: even though we're not, you know, like we feel like
- 13:37Speaker 1: there were best friends and but but so that's why
- 13:42Speaker 1: I think a lot of people like speak up. It's
- 13:44Speaker 1: like Brittany needs her own life. And then others are like, well,
- 13:46Speaker 1: she needs help, you know, like everybody we want to
- 13:49Speaker 1: protect her. But I think the best way to protect
- 13:52Speaker 1: Brittany after what she's been through for the last thirteen
- 13:55Speaker 1: years is let her be free. Savannah's back in New
- 13:59Speaker 1: York City. Yeah, she back in New York City and
- 14:01Speaker 1: reunited with her kids fresh off of the Olympics. She
- 14:04Speaker 1: didn't compete, of course, uh so, so she got home
- 14:08Speaker 1: and and just like anything like coming off of the airport,
- 14:12Speaker 1: it's it's almost like a movie like movie. Get to
- 14:14Speaker 1: the airport and they're your kids holding a sign with you,
- 14:17Speaker 1: you know, your your loved one, your significant other saying
- 14:19Speaker 1: welcome home. And uh you know her husband shared the
- 14:22Speaker 1: moment and uh you know her kid, her daughter six,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and her son Charles or Charlie. So it as much
- 14:32Speaker 1: as you know, it's tough and hard at times when
- 14:34Speaker 1: you're in the moment with your kids, as long as
- 14:37Speaker 1: when you're away from them and you see them for
- 14:39Speaker 1: the first time, it is priceless. Rob Shooter where it's
- 14:42Speaker 1: like you just literally do you want to squeeze them
- 14:44Speaker 1: until they pop and it's like I missed you? How long?
- 14:47Speaker 1: What's the longest you've been away from your kids? Probably
- 14:50Speaker 1: like a weekend change, you know, here and there, but
- 14:53Speaker 1: not not often. Obviously over the last year and a half,
- 14:57Speaker 1: I've been with them every day. But you know that,
- 15:00Speaker 1: you know, there are those moments like a long weekend
- 15:02Speaker 1: or you know, a week trip. You know you come back.
- 15:05Speaker 1: But but in today's world, it's all about face time.
- 15:08Speaker 1: So it's like you get to see them to a degree,
- 15:11Speaker 1: maybe not in person from time to time, but there's
- 15:14Speaker 1: nothing more than a squeeze hug of your leg because
- 15:20Speaker 1: or unless you get a crouch down like I normally
- 15:22Speaker 1: have to crouch down and you know, then throw them
- 15:24Speaker 1: up in the air and hopefully catch them when they fall.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Welcome back, Savannah, how We're gonna take a quick break
- 15:29Speaker 1: and we will be right that guy. Welcome back to
- 15:35Speaker 1: the Naughty Nice Show. I'm rup Shooter with Garrett Voguel. Hey, Garrett,
- 15:40Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Voting, voting, Thank you, thank you,
- 15:43Speaker 1: thank you. So Rihanna, I just called that a Real
- 15:46Speaker 1: Housewife Remoss singer. Can we expect Rihanna to make a
- 15:51Speaker 1: cameo on the next season of The Real Housewives? Absolutely
- 15:56Speaker 1: no way. I think enjoying the show as a celebrity
- 16:00Speaker 1: tweeting about it is what they actually turning up to
- 16:03Speaker 1: tape in episode is a very different thing, and it
- 16:05Speaker 1: takes a lot of organization. Ain't gonna happen. And you
- 16:08Speaker 1: know what, Rihanna's fans would be super pissed if she
- 16:11Speaker 1: showed up on Real Housewives of New York and didn't
- 16:14Speaker 1: put out her new album, Like everybody, that's the one
- 16:17Speaker 1: thing everybody wants, and they want new Rihanna music, Like
- 16:19Speaker 1: it's been years years. You know, she's got a great line.
- 16:23Speaker 1: She's walking around New York City on date, she's having pizza,
- 16:26Speaker 1: she's watching Real house was like typically, you know what,
- 16:28Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised if Rihanna shows up on Real
- 16:31Speaker 1: house I've just so people can be like, oh, she
- 16:33Speaker 1: don't do the album, but she shows up in real
- 16:35Speaker 1: houses in New York. I don't think she's gonna do it,
- 16:37Speaker 1: so we agree with the majority. Denver get to vote
- 16:39Speaker 1: on today's pole. We're going to add to the page
- 16:41Speaker 1: at Naughty nowis Rob facebook page is Naughty Gossip and
- 16:45Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results
- 16:47Speaker 1: are Now it's time for the nicest of the day. Yes,
- 16:53Speaker 1: so this one is kind of interesting too, and especially
- 16:57Speaker 1: you being from the UK, Rob, love your take on this.
- 17:00Speaker 1: So Matt Damon just did an interview and some are saying,
- 17:03Speaker 1: you know, why speak up now, But he said that
- 17:07Speaker 1: his daughter's got him to retire saying the F word
- 17:12Speaker 1: pretty much with the F word, that's a derogatory term
- 17:18Speaker 1: for gay people. Correct. Um So, him being from being
- 17:23Speaker 1: from the Boston area, like he it was a common
- 17:27Speaker 1: word in his growing up in Boston. You know, they
- 17:30Speaker 1: would say it all the time. Um So. But his daughters,
- 17:34Speaker 1: who are more progressive than than he was growing up,
- 17:39Speaker 1: realized told him, like dad, he can't say that it's
- 17:42Speaker 1: it's it's not right. His daughter actually got up from
- 17:44Speaker 1: the table and was like affected by it, and he
- 17:47Speaker 1: didn't understand until recently where he was like I grew
- 17:50Speaker 1: up around it. I didn't. I just thought it was
- 17:53Speaker 1: common vernacular in my everyday speak, you know, just because
- 17:56Speaker 1: it's where he grew up, not realizing how the word
- 18:00Speaker 1: could affect someone that he was around. So he said,
- 18:03Speaker 1: the word is officially retired from this vocabulary. Just now
- 18:07Speaker 1: he's I guess what, he's almost fifty kind of so
- 18:12Speaker 1: thanks to his daughter, you know, kind of said hey,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I open up my eyes to it. But here's the thing.
- 18:18Speaker 1: That word we're we're referring to right now, Like doesn't
- 18:21Speaker 1: it mean like cigarette? It does? It does, but he's
- 18:24Speaker 1: not it does when you say, but do you like
- 18:26Speaker 1: like over there though, like is it like an like
- 18:29Speaker 1: when you hear it, like do you have to like
- 18:31Speaker 1: decipher or like That's what I was. I mean, people
- 18:34Speaker 1: in Britain still use the F a G word for
- 18:37Speaker 1: a cigarette, but I think as times have evolved they
- 18:41Speaker 1: stopped doing that. Now it's a it's a bad word,
- 18:42Speaker 1: it's an offensive word. And what I'm shocked about this.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I'm glad Matters finally joined the right side of history here,
- 18:49Speaker 1: but I'm shocked he took so long. Like he's been
- 18:51Speaker 1: in Hollywood a long time. He's got a lot of
- 18:53Speaker 1: gay friends, and to be using that word when you're
- 18:56Speaker 1: Matt Damon and your fift is especially to be using
- 18:58Speaker 1: it around the dinner table with your kids there, and
- 19:01Speaker 1: your kids have to tell you to stop. I'm shocked
- 19:03Speaker 1: that he's been that honest, I'm glad he has. But
- 19:06Speaker 1: I do think we all have things that we say
- 19:08Speaker 1: that that we shouldn't. And of course, finally, you know,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I guess it's better late than never, and nicest sort
- 19:15Speaker 1: of the day. Maybe his daughter should be the nicest
- 19:18Speaker 1: of the day. But I'm glad Mad has retired that word.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And I know yesterday j Lo and Ben are continuing
- 19:26Speaker 1: their love to Oh they're still in Italy. They're kissing
- 19:32Speaker 1: on the dock and they're having lots of p d A.
- 19:36Speaker 1: They seem to have two publicists with them on this
- 19:39Speaker 1: romantic trip. I think they've got a manager and it
- 19:41Speaker 1: looks like they have an official photographer too. What are
- 19:44Speaker 1: you two up to? It's so bizarre. It's interesting too,
- 19:50Speaker 1: and I know, like I almost feel like we're being like,
- 19:55Speaker 1: you know, fool, The world's being pulled over our eyes
- 19:57Speaker 1: because you know, and you've seen we've seen the but
- 20:00Speaker 1: rub picture and they're talking about the lower back tech too,
- 20:03Speaker 1: like they're recreating the Journey from the Block video, Like,
- 20:07Speaker 1: so are they doing like like is she going to
- 20:10Speaker 1: release like a twentieth anniversary edition of Jenny from from
- 20:14Speaker 1: the I feel I almost feel rob shooters. It's almost
- 20:18Speaker 1: like they're up to something. There's something odd about it, something.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I'm glad you're in love share it with the world.
- 20:24Speaker 1: There's something so strange about this and because of that,
- 20:28Speaker 1: you're naughtious of the day. And now it's time for
- 20:30Speaker 1: a moment of rob. You're gonna Joan Rivers once explained
- 20:34Speaker 1: to me that there are a lot of people out there,
- 20:36Speaker 1: lots and lots of people who were funnier than she is,
- 20:39Speaker 1: but nobody stood in the rain longer than Joan. Joan
- 20:44Speaker 1: told me. When everybody else gave up went home soaking wet,
- 20:49Speaker 1: Joan continued to stand in the rain. So a lot
- 20:53Speaker 1: of people have contacted me about this news, the term
- 20:57Speaker 1: our show might be turning into a TV show, might
- 21:00Speaker 1: be evolving. What people have to realize is it didn't
- 21:03Speaker 1: happen in two minutes. It happened after years and years
- 21:06Speaker 1: and years and years are standing in the rain some
- 21:09Speaker 1: days some weeks some months, I didn't have an umbrella
- 21:12Speaker 1: and we just stood there, but we kept doing it.
- 21:14Speaker 1: What I'm trying to say here is just keep going.
- 21:17Speaker 1: If you just keep doing the work, it will happen.
- 21:21Speaker 1: It will not happen if you don't do the work.
- 21:24Speaker 1: So do the work, and I promise you, my friends,
- 21:27Speaker 1: something will happen. Hey, that's it for today. Thank you
- 21:31Speaker 1: so much for listening to the la Him and Eyes
- 21:33Speaker 1: with Robin Garrett Show, a production of iHeart Radio. Don't

- 21:48Speaker 1: If you're going to be you've got to take care
- 21:54Speaker 1: of It's not even nice with Foo
