- 0:43Forgive us for all of our sins. Help us to forgive those who sin
- 0:50against us. Lead us not into temptation.
- 1:04Deliver us from the evil 1 for yours it's the Kingdom and the
- 1:18power and the glory and the honor forever.
- 1:22Jesus Christ of Nazareth, we pray in your name today.
- 1:27We ask all these things in Jesus name.
- 1:30We bind the enemy, God from off of this time.
- 1:37Heal us, God, Heal our broken bodies, heal our minds, God.
- 1:44Bring the prodigals home, restore marriages, reconcile
- 1:49friendships. God.
- 1:56God, I pray that we will be those who choose life.
- 2:02Father, raise up for yourself righteous leaders in the land.
- 2:11Let the Word be the highest authority over all governments,
- 2:18God over every land and every people group.
- 2:24The Holy Bible, the infallible, inerrant 66 Canon.
- 2:29God, I pray in the mighty name of Jesus for you to come and get
- 2:34your glory. Father, let revival break out
- 2:37from the king to the cattle. Lord, we love you and it's in
- 2:40Jesus name we pray. Amen.
- 2:46Let's start in verse one. Then sang Moses and the children
- 2:54of Israel this song unto the Lord, and spoke, saying, I will
- 2:59sing unto the Lord, for he has triumphed gloriously.
- 3:03The horse and his rider has he thrown into the sea.
- 3:07So here we can see the song of Moses mentioned in the Book of
- 3:10Revelation. And this is all about triumph,
- 3:13friends, and we get to learn a new facet of our God and how He
- 3:17operates and how he thinks and what he does.
- 3:21And Moses here, he can't help but to break out in song.
- 3:25I pray that that is your story. I pray that your heart is full
- 3:29of worship unto A worthy God. 2 The Lord is my strength and
- 3:37song, and is become my salvation, and he is my God, and
- 3:42I will prepare him a habitation, my Father's God, and I will
- 3:46exalt him. Can you say that today, friends?
- 3:50Can you say that the Lord is your strength?
- 3:53Can you say that the Lord has triumphed gloriously?
- 3:57Can you say that He has thrown all of the enemies into the
- 4:01ocean? Can you say that he is your
- 4:05salvation? Can you say that He is your God?
- 4:08Can you prepare for him a habitation in the temple and it
- 4:13should be a place of prayer and not a den of thieves.
- 4:17Friends, we need to exalt our holy God.
- 4:21Three, the Lord is a man of war. The Lord is his name.
- 4:29Don't forget it friends, we like this bubble gum polished Jesus
- 4:34hippy dippy do and we don't understand that he is a mighty
- 4:39God and that no one can stand in his way and no one can ask him
- 4:45what he has done. God is in heaven and does
- 4:48whatever he pleases and he's going to put all of his enemies
- 4:51as a footstool underneath Jesus's feet.
- 4:56He is a man of war. 4 Pharaoh's Chariots and his host as he cast
- 5:02into the sea. His chosen captains are all
- 5:05drowned in the Red Sea. So you need to understand here
- 5:09friends, Moses grew up amongst this court.
- 5:15He grew up amongst the Egyptians.
- 5:18All of the Israelites were in bondage and slavery and hard
- 5:23labor unto them, and now they look back and they see the
- 5:28bodies washing up on the sea. They can't help but to break out
- 5:33in song over a God who has rescued them. 5 The depths have
- 5:41covered them. They sank to the bottom as a
- 5:44stone. Six.
- 5:47Your right hand, O Lord, has become glorious in power.
- 5:51Your right hand, O Lord, has dashed in pieces the enemy.
- 5:57So that is what you need to understand is that God has
- 6:00dashed them to pieces like pottery.
- 6:04And that is what he's going to do at Armageddon, and that is
- 6:07what he's going to do at the battle of Gog and Magog.
- 6:11Friends, the story is not finished.
- 6:14He is going to continue to outstretch his hands even in our
- 6:20day for such a time as this, and you will see greater things. 7
- 6:29And in the greatness of your Excellency, you have overthrown
- 6:33them that rose up against you. You sent forth your wrath, which
- 6:38consumed them as stubble, 8 and with the blast of your nostrils
- 6:43the waters were gathered together, the flood stood
- 6:46upright as a heap, and the depths were conceit.
- 6:50Congealed in the heart of the sea, so the Israelites were able
- 6:53to walk across on dry land, but it swallowed up the army of the
- 6:58Egyptians. 9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I
- 7:04will divide the spoil. My lusts shall be satisfied on
- 7:08them. I will draw my sword, My hand
- 7:11shall destroy them. Pride, pride, vanity.
- 7:16You can see that they had their feelings hurt, that they left,
- 7:20and that God had let them free. They wanted them back.
- 7:23They were completely enraged and incensed against God's holy
- 7:27people. And it's no different today.
- 7:29There are so many people set their own trap up for their own
- 7:34selves, and you're going to find that in the book of Esther when
- 7:37Mordecai and Haman, you're going to find out how the gallows were
- 7:41built for the Jews, but they were turned around upon Haman
- 7:46friends. And that is what you're going to
- 7:48find in history, and that is what you're going to find as
- 7:51time goes on. Those that oppress God's people
- 7:54wind up in the pits of hell. 10 You did blow with your wind.
- 8:05The sea covered them, they sank as lead in the mighty waters. 11
- 8:11Who is like to you, oh, Lord among the gods, who is like you,
- 8:18glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?
- 8:25Can you say that about God? Do you know that about God?
- 8:29I pray that God is not just some pie in the sky off in the
- 8:34distance, despondent and unconnected to our world.
- 8:40He is our escape hatch that we just don't want to have to go to
- 8:44hell. Do you understand all of these
- 8:46facets of a mighty God who can literally do anything.
- 8:51He can cause the fish to come up and have coins in his mouth.
- 8:54He can cause Peter to walk across the water.
- 8:58He can cause the dead people to come back to life that stink.
- 9:02He can cause limbs to regrow. He can recover sight and give
- 9:07you back your hearing. He can make the mute talk again
- 9:12Friends, God is unlimited in the things that he can do and we
- 9:16cannot put God in a box. But when we pray the paint off
- 9:20the walls and nothing happens. You need to know that it does
- 9:24not mean that God has somewhat changed or unconnected from your
- 9:28circumstances is that he leaves us in that for a greater glory
- 9:32and that's not a cop out theology.
- 9:34That is the reality, friends, and we cannot tell God how how
- 9:38he should behave. 12 You stretched out your right hand,
- 9:46and the earth swallowed them. 13 You and your mercy have led
- 9:53forth the people which you have redeemed.
- 9:57You have guided them in your strength unto your holy
- 10:00habitation. So God is leading them to the
- 10:03Promised Land. He promised Abraham back in
- 10:06Genesis 15 that he's going to rescue them after 400 years of
- 10:11bondage. 14 The people shall hear and be afraid.
- 10:16Sorrow shall take hold on the inhabitants of Palestine.
- 10:22You need to understand that God had already cursed Canaan all
- 10:26the way back in the aftermath of the flood whenever Ham uncovered
- 10:33his father's nakedness. Go back and read it and how Noah
- 10:38cursed Canaan and it's still today, friends.
- 10:43There's no doubt and no reason that and no wonder that there's
- 10:50so much hostility in that land and around all of that land,
- 10:57friends. And until the thousand year
- 10:59reign of Christ, it is going to be that Zechariah Chapter 12,
- 11:04verse 3 is where you need to know that Jerusalem is a
- 11:10stumbling block. Jerusalem is a sore unto the
- 11:14nation's friends. And it is designed that way.
- 11:18And it's hard for us to understand it, but we need to be
- 11:21rooted and grounded in God's Word.
- 11:23And you will start to understand that God's ways are not our
- 11:27ways. And we don't need to try to
- 11:30approach God from a moralistic approach and tell God how He is
- 11:35to behave. 15 And the Dukes of Edom shall be amazed, the mighty
- 11:43men of Moab trembling shall take upon them, and all the
- 11:48inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.
- 11:52And God said it would be that way, And he meant what he said,
- 11:55and he says what he means. And it's just as relevant today
- 11:58as it was for here and now. And we could even see like Edom
- 12:03is completely gone. Edom is not even a nation
- 12:07anymore. But look at how the Jews are
- 12:09still in existence. And you cannot do anything about
- 12:12it, because God said that they would be there in the end.
- 12:15And that's exactly what he has done, and that is exactly what
- 12:18he will do. 16 Fear and dread shall fall on them.
- 12:24By the greatness of your arm. They shall be as still as a
- 12:28stone till your people Passover. Oh Lord, till the people
- 12:35Passover which you have purchased, they are God's first
- 12:40born. 17 You shall bring them in and plant them in the mountain
- 12:46of your inheritance, in the place, O Lord, which you have
- 12:49made for you to dwell in, in the sanctuary, O Lord, which your
- 12:53hands have established. So God's about to lead them into
- 12:58the promised land, the land that's flowing with milk and
- 13:01honey. And you need to know that he is
- 13:03going to allow Solomon to build the temple and the Shekinah
- 13:06glories coming into the holiest of holy places.
- 13:10And you need to know, friends, that it's not about the land,
- 13:13it's not even about the people. It's all about God, and it's all
- 13:17about God's glory, and it's all about getting in line with what
- 13:21God's Word says. Heaven and earth shall pass
- 13:24away, but not one of these words.
- 13:26And it does not even matter if you agree or disagree with it,
- 13:31friends, it doesn't change anything.
- 13:33The reality is, God will have his will, and God will have his
- 13:38way with or without human agency. 18 The Lord shall reign
- 13:49forever and ever. 19 For the horse of Pharaoh went in with
- 13:55his Chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and the
- 13:58Lord brought again the waters of the sea upon them, but the
- 14:02children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of the sea.
- 14:07Praise God, Hallelujah, the song of Moses breaking out, friends,
- 14:12nothing but praise and wonder at a holy God. 20 And Miriam, the
- 14:20prophetess of the sister of Aaron, took a timbrel in her
- 14:24hand, and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with
- 14:28dances. Can you see them friends?
- 14:31Miriam Moses, sister, she goes out with the tambourine and she
- 14:36is dancing with all the ladies and they are celebrating the
- 14:41Lord, Friends and I pray that you do the same.
- 14:44Celebrate the Lord today in His mighty hand of forgiveness and
- 14:50mercy, in the way that he redeemed us, friends, from the
- 14:54pit of despair, and he's covered us with the blood of Jesus.
- 14:58And we're going to get there, friends, with our wedding
- 15:01garments on. When the door opens, we go in
- 15:04with the groom, and we're not shut out. 21 And Miriam answered
- 15:10them. Sing you to the Lord, for he has
- 15:13triumphed gloriously. The horse and the rider has he
- 15:16thrown into the sea, praise God. Hallelujah.
- 15:19We see the singing and dancing on the seashore with the
- 15:24Egyptian bodies washing up. 22 And so Moses brought Israel from
- 15:33the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of shore,
- 15:37and they went three days in the wilderness and found no water.
- 15:41So all of their water reserves have been used up, and they're
- 15:45thirsty. 23 And when they came to Mara, they could not drink of
- 15:51the waters of Mara, for they were bitter.
- 15:55Therefore the name of it was called Mara.
- 15:58So you need to know that this Mara means bitter friends, and
- 16:02this is synonymous with all the bitterness in our lives.
- 16:08We need the living water, and we'll never be thirsty again. 24
- 16:12And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we
- 16:16drink? Here They are murmuring and
- 16:20complaining. They just were dancing and
- 16:22singing, and now they're murmuring and complaining.
- 16:26And you're going to see this crop up over and over and over
- 16:32with the Israelites, and it's with us as well. 25 And he cried
- 16:37to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree, which when he had
- 16:43cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet there.
- 16:48He made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he
- 16:51proved them. This tree is the cross of Christ
- 16:55that makes our bitter life sweet.
- 16:57Friends, no matter if you're a paraplegic, no matter if you're
- 17:03a quadriplegic, no matter if you have cystic fibrosis, if you
- 17:08have stage 4 cancer, Friends, no matter if you've lost all your
- 17:11loved ones. All the bitterness in this life
- 17:14can be turned sweet when we turn our eyes unto Jesus Christ,
- 17:19who's leading us home. 26 and said, If you will diligently
- 17:27listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and will do that which
- 17:32is right in his sight, and will give ear to his commandments,
- 17:37and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases
- 17:43upon you which I have brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the
- 17:47Lord that heals you. He is our Jehovah Rapha.
- 17:52He is our great physician. He is the healer.
- 17:58He's the banner and the provider.
- 18:00He's the God who sees. He is the most high God.
- 18:03He is our Lord. And I pray that you can say that
- 18:07about him. I pray that you can be healed
- 18:10from all your infirmities by placing your faith in the Lord
- 18:14Jesus Christ. And He desires to heal you.
- 18:17And whether it be in this lifetime or the next, He will
- 18:20heal. 27 And they came to Elam, where were 12 wells of water and
- 18:32three score, and 10 palm trees, and they encamped there by the
- 18:35waters. So God, after he tests them in
- 18:41the wilderness and then he relieves them with this shade
- 18:46and this fresh water. What an amazing God we serve.
- 18:49What an amazing chapter in God's Word.
- 18:52I pray that you've been blessed by it.
- 18:54I know I sure have profoundly. This chapter has been the game
- 19:00changer, pivotal point in my life and I pray that it is for
- 19:04you as well. I pray that you can see these
- 19:07bitter waters being made sweet. I pray that you can walk in the
- 19:11calling that God has placed upon you and have the faith to take
- 19:15the next step of obedience. Do not get stuck and suspended
- 19:19animation. God speaking to you today.
- 19:22He's telling you what you ought to do.
- 19:25Take strength, do not be discouraged and walk in faith.
- 19:32Get out of the boat, get out on the water, get off the
- 19:36sidelines, get into the harvest, put your hand to the plow and
- 19:41refuse to look back. I'm praying for you.
- 19:45I love you. We'll see you back here
- 19:47tomorrow. God bless you.
