Latest / Six Figure Certified / How Do I Get My First Coaching Client?
Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: You need to get off Canva and you need to get on to Zoom.
- 0:02[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need to make the most beautifully aesthetic, a wonderful, social media grid, you need to be coaching.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_00]: If you are a new coach or you're thinking about becoming a coach, one of the first questions you're probably asking is, how do you actually get your first coaching client?
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: not your first 100 clients, maybe not even your first 10 came month yet, or how to build a six week your business, or how do you get 50,000 followers on Instagram, but like, how do you get that first person to pay you to coach them?
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: We haven't met before at my name.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm the CEO of IGC Coaching School and I've been in this industry now since 2013 and I've watched thousands of coaches start their businesses and I can tell you that most new coaches make getting their first client significantly more complicated than it needs to be but usually all of that complication is just floating around in their brain so I want to bring it down to Earth and give you some tangible next steps.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Your first coaching client is probably a lot closer to you than what you think.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to give you just five simple steps that I would follow if I were starting a coaching business from scratch today.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: Step one, I need you to get really clear on who you can help.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: So before you start looking for clients and just kind of throwing it out there, you need to be able to explain what you actually do.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: This does not have to be a full like six month exercise and you don't necessarily need to spend utils and utils of noodles or time on it.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: And you don't need to know that this is going to be like your forever niche.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: You're not necessarily marrying this plan.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_00]: But you need to be able to kind of fill in the blank on this sentence, which is I help this type of person with this type of problem.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: And it's got to be a problem that people are willing to pay to have solved.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: So for example, I help women who have outgrown their careers, figure out what they want to do next.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_00]: Or I help first-time managers become more confident leaders.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: Or I help new moms create routines that make their lives feel manageable again.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: Something like that, although I wouldn't stick with that forever.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: I would dive more deeply into it, but that's really what you need to start.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: You need a basic group of people that you help and how you help them.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: And here's something I kind of just wish more new or aspiring coaches understood.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Is that like your first offer does not have to become your forever offer?
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: My first coaching business was career coaching.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_00]: I had a package called Quit Your Day Job, find your dream job, and eventually over the years, my work evolved into executive coaching, business coaching, coach training, leadership, entrepreneurship, and all of that.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: But I had to start somewhere with something I felt really comfortable with, and I couldn't have even figured out all of the roads that would open up or doors that would open up for me until I actually started coaching people.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: So you don't necessarily need perfect clarity or a super detailed explanation, but you have to have an idea and you have to have, you have to be clear enough on it that you can talk to people about it.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: Which leads us to step number two.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_00]: Step number two is to start with people you already know.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: This is probably the biggest mistake I see, new or aspiring coaches make, is like, they decide they're becoming a coach and then they create like a whole new identity.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: And often like, don't even put their face on it.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like very confusing.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: And they, you know, make new social media accounts, they give the business a name that nobody knows who it is.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: They try to start from scratch or like zero to 17 followers.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: And they're just like, often, it really gets me like when it's faceless.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, who's gonna pay money to someone when they don't even know who it is?
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that, all right?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually very challenging to build trust aka like convince complete strangers on the internet to trust you with their life or career or relationship or business or health.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: All of that becomes possible over time and with commitment and putting out really great content that's relatable and maybe educational or inspiring and all of that.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: You're really just delaying your possibility to start and I wouldn't bother with that.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: I would be building that stuff in the background, but I would absolutely be talking to the likely hundreds of people who you already know and who already to some degree hopefully no like and trust you.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: Here's where I want your head to go.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right, I'm not necessarily meeting your family members.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a huge, huge advocate of not even telling necessarily all of your family members what you're up to when you're starting of business, especially if you don't come from a supportive or like business oriented or risk-taking type of family.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: I know I didn't.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: And so, I mean, I wish I hadn't tell any of them.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think I would have actually became successful faster.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: If I kept my vision away from people who thought it was too much,
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: too crazy.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: All right, but here's where we can go.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: Form our co-workers, friends, any type of professional contacts or even like connections on something like LinkedIn, people from college, old professors that you bonded with, even, or people from any faith-based or church type of communities.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_00]: anywhere where you have volunteered or maybe people at a co-working space that you're a part of origin that you're a part of or some type of like wellness studio from, you know, previous versions of your life.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how else to say, but I've been like, you know, my kids have gone to different schools over the years.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: So I've known people in those communities.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: I've known people from different summer camps or from different co-working spaces or neighborhoods that I lived in.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: you've got to kind of think broadly about people that you've made a good impression on, maybe you've bonded in some way, maybe you know that they're connected to these people that you would want to potentially work with any type of professional organizations.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: And if you haven't built one yet,
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: This is also an option, join something.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: Often what I find is that the people who are very reluctant to really talk about their coaching or put it out there are the ones who don't really feel that confident in their coaching and so if that's the case, you really need to get trained and certified first and get some proof of concept.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: There's just no short cut way around it.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: Like,
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: You can go find other channels that are just going to tell you to use your life story and start a coaching business.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: I have just barely ever seen that work successfully and the data shows that
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: being professionally credentialed, trained certified, which means that you have actually tested your coaching.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: You've been evaluated on it.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_00]: You've had at least like 100 hours minimum to get the first level credentials.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: So there's no way you're feeling like garbage over your coaching.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: If you've had 100 hours worth of doing it or 500 hours to get the PCC like
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: And you've had all these evaluations that say you're great and client testimonials, whether they're pro bono or paid, once you have those, it gives you a little bit more like, we're going to sit up a little strator.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to confidently talk about this.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you're trying to find your first clients without having any training or experience yet, it's going to feel a little bit harder to climb that mountain, not impossible because people do it, but you might be budding up against some of that resistance.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you're watching this, you already are an IGC coach training, good job, and you now have a mentor where you can have them evaluate your calls.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: If you're ready to get hired and get started, have your mentor a coach evaluate your call now, get some feedback, ask your partner client what's working for them, right?
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: Once you know that, you'll be able to go into your community, go to your past colleagues or wherever and talk about like, hey, I've actually started this new coaching practice while I'm
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm offering these sample sessions or I'm doing free discovery calls for people who are looking to change their careers or move up in their career, whatever go back to number one and figure out your sentence and then you're going to go tell all these people that that's what you're doing now.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: All of my first clients came from connections and referrals and in people in my network, which often were meant that I was joining other people's organizations or communities, right?
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: Whether it's Jim, yoga, studio, co-working space, anything.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: I understand people that say, like, well, I don't want to sell coaching to my friends.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: Good.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to coach my friends either.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: I would like my friends reserved for a friendship.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: I want to drink wine in the couch.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: I want to talk about reality TV.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: I want to go out on the town in dance.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want you to pay me for coaching.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's fine.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not telling you to do that.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need your friends to become your clients.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: You need your friends to know that you're coaching.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: and you need to be the person where your name comes up in rooms that you're not in and they're recommending you.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: Because the chances that your friend knows somebody who needs a new job wants to lose weight, wants to get in a relationship, wants to uplevel their leadership, everybody knows someone who needs help.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: This is how referrals begin.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: So your first client may not be someone you know, but there's a very, very good chance that there's someone that somebody that you know knows step three, I need you to be at least telling 20 people.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: So if I were starting over today and I just told or some of our new students this,
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: I would make a list on my top 20 people, and I would personally tell them what I'm doing.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not posting a story that I hope people see on Instagram.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not mass-emailing people.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not adding them to some funnel.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not just hoping they see my Facebook post.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually communicating with them.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: I am putting in the effort the level of communication that I would expect in return.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: I actually have a whole episode on a three-part referral email scripts and all that.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to post it here, but just a quick little preview of what that could look like if you're new here.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: It could be a simple email that says, like, hey, so, and so, I know this might seem kind of random, or maybe this is out of the blue or hey, it's been a while.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'd really love to catch up one of the things that I'm working on lately as I'm building my coaching practice.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: Right now I'm being trained in international coach federation or ICF training or credentialing maybe say that maybe you don't depends on population you're talking to but I'm building my coaching practice and I'm specifically working with
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: Women who feel successful in their careers, but they know they're meant for something more, something different, I'm taking on a few clients, so if someone comes to mind, I would love an introduction.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: You're asking for an introduction from people who already know like and trust you to a degree.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: When you can go through this like referral route instead of just like hoping strangers on the internet randomly fall in love with you, which does happen, friends.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: over time.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: I want you to think about people who already can kind of help you collapse time there.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: Step four, you want to get people into coaching conversation.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_00]: So I just said you make your list of 20, your emailing them, your following up with them, the goal is conversations about coaching.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: You are playing for as many phone calls as possible and I know don't diminish yourself
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: I personally wouldn't want to practice on the prospect.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: I personally wouldn't want to make my first conversation about coaching with someone who was like ready-willing and able to hire me and then I bomb it because I've never actually talked about coaching before and I didn't feel comfortable presenting my offer and all of that.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: So you are playing for as many conversations as you can possibly have about coaching.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: which could be talking to your old friends to get referrals or talking to potential clients like we need to get you actually in coach mode.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: And this is especially important if you're currently in coach training because you need the reps anyway and it's going to make you feel so much more comfortable once your package is ready to go.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: So you can do this by offering practice sessions.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: Ooh, I think I told you this story before, but if you're new here,
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: Emma Broken record, welcome, but I was at the nail salon and she had cards for coaching services.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: I said, oh my god, why do you have someone else's coaching cards here?
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: And she was like, well, she gave everyone a free session.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: And she was like,
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: they were amazing.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: So the strategy here was she offered free coaching consultations to everyone that worked at the nail salon so that when people came and took her card and they maybe said like oh who's this or this is new I haven't seen this before or I've been looking for a life culture whatever the card said and all the ladies that were like you have to do a session with her she was brilliant she was amazing I got so much out of it it was like
- 12:45[SPEAKER_00]: so strategic, so well done.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: So if you can put yourself in the position to offer pro bono practice complimentary, whatever you want to call it, sessions to people who are highly connected to your ideal client, do it.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: that's one way, offer the practice sessions to anyone and everyone who agrees to go through them, you're going to build your confidence so much faster and you can also do it in exchange for a testimonial.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: So this is one of those things.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, how do we get the first job if we don't have anything on our resume?
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is how?
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: This is how you do it.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: All right, other options you can host a small workshop.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: You can coach people inside of communities.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: You are already a part of.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: So if you have a career where you get to work with people, maybe you can start practicing some coaching techniques there.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, keep asking for referrals, collaborating with other professionals who serve a similar population.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe you're putting cards in a doctor's office or a Pilates studio or a yoga studio or wherever.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: There are so many ways that you can do this, but the real goal is like you need to get off Canva and you need to get on to Zoom.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: So you don't need to make the most beautifully aesthetic, a wonderful social media grid, you need to be coaching.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because the more you coach the better you get and the more you coach the better you understand your client, the more you coach the more referrals you get, the more confident you become, the more you actually feel good about this whole business you started because now you're doing what you actually love.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: and you're going to get so much content just from doing that too, but you're going to really start building confidence because instead of you trying to convince other people that you're a good coach, you're seeing daily proof that you can coach and you can do this really well.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: And the best way to show that you're the best at coaching is to give people a sample.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just picturing myself walking around Costco and like taking all the samples and then buying it, not every time, but usually
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, step number five, this is like really obvious one, but you have to ask someone to be your client.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: I know, it's painfully painfully obvious, but new coaches often do like everything but this.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: So they'll post every day, they'll make reels, they're right on their sub-stack, they'll redesign their website, they'll give somebody 45 minutes of free coaching in their DMs.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: They'll send out emails, they'll create free resources, this is what I hate about this strategy.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: You're kind of like sitting around hoping that somebody eventually says like,
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: where's your checkout form?
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, while that happens as you grow into business, we're talking about how you get your first client.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: And that's usually sometimes God gives you a layup and you just...
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: slam it in.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: But often you got to do a little bit more work than that.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: You got to be less, it's really less passive.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's more action oriented.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want to say it has to be aggressive or like have a gross feeling, but if you're speaking to someone and you genuinely believe you can help them.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: You really have to say like based on everything that you've shared, I actually think this is
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: would you like me to share how we can work together?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's a great script.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now it's become a sales conversation.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: Now you are talking about your coaching offer and what they would get out of it, right?
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's really about them.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: At the end of 90 days, how would you need your life to change in order for this to make sense for you?
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: You are giving another human, another adult, another person, the opportunity to decide whether they want your help or not.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: They can't make that decision if you're saying everything except, here's how to work with me, which we've all been guilty of.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: I was reading something from a sales coach and she was like the number one reason women fail to sell is because they never ask for the sale.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: is ask for the sale and or ask for the sales conversation.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_00]: So if you are a career coach, this is for me all the time.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: If you are a career coach and someone is complaining about their job and going on and on about like how they're miserable at work, you can sit there and say like, oh my gosh, yes, I've heard about this all the time.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's like really empathize with them or you can say,
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: Can I give you a free coaching career coaching session?
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: Just like 30 or 40 minutes.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: Would you be down for that?
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I can't promise that you're going to have like every answer after only 30 or 40 minutes, but this is what I specialize in.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: And I can promise you that we can at least make some progress towards what you want to be doing.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: Great, let's get it on the calendar.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm on the call and I'm like, all right, Sandy, we are going to spend the first 20 to 30 minutes, just diving into everything related to your career.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm we're going to figure out what's working, what's not working and where you want to go in the future.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then once we kind of have that vision of what your life could look like, once we get out of this misery, as you say, stated it, I'm going to talk about how we can potentially work together, like if I coach you more long term,
- 18:16[SPEAKER_00]: and see if that's something that aligns with where you want to go.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: Are you down for the plan?
- 18:21[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I just really simplified it, but that's kind of the, you know, you're not me so put it in your own words, but that's exactly how you're gonna collapse time and you're not gonna have to be fiddling, fiddling with the website anymore,
- 18:38[SPEAKER_00]: Click, click, click, click, click on a way on Canva.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: All of those things you need to do those, but truly, I don't think you're your social media content at the beginning needs to take more than like 30 minutes a day, Mac, or like bulk created on Monday.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I know, I'm just like, what if they say no?
- 18:54[SPEAKER_00]: What if they say no, you have to tell them.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: If they're going to say no, that's fine.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_00]: Not everyone says yes.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_00]: If everyone said yes to every opportunity to spend money, or invest money,
- 19:04[SPEAKER_00]: we would live in a whole different world.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_00]: They are allowed to say no.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: I would say a good close rate, a good amount of people, even if one in four said yes, that would be great.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, so when they do say yes, we're going to get the call booked, we are going to practice taking this seriously too.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen another thing that like people who don't have their first client yet, they kind of like play it a little too cool.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_00]: Someone is going to have the greatest level in confidence in you when you have a great level of confidence in your process.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I would even say,
- 19:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to book you.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm going to get out my scheduling tool.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to send you a calendar invite.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: I want to make sure you get it.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_00]: Do you see the zoom link?
- 19:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly where I want you to join.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is going to be worth the 30 minutes for you.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: Or if you have some type of little call intake form, we'll say, do you have 15 minutes before our call?
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: Just to answer these five questions.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think you can like block that off and I know things are tight right now, but that would help us get the most out of our session.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, God, I'd make these moves with so much conviction.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_00]: But ultimately, what you don't need to do for your first client is like have 10,000 followers, invest in some expensive website or brand photography.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need paid ads yet.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need a podcast.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: You don't need a giant email list.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: You don't even need your forever niche.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: You can try different niches out, okay?
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: You need to know how to coach.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: You need to know who you can help.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: You need to have an offer and you need to have coaching conversations.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: Your first coaching client is much more about building great relationships, not building a perfect marketing system at first.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_00]: Once you start building those relationships and taking these actions that we just talked about, you then repeat them for client number two and three and four and five.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: And as you do this, all of these efforts compound and become easier and easier.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: And again, after over a decade of being in the coaching industry and going through the normal ups and downs of business, I can promise you that the efforts and the actions done over time, they do compound and be they get so much easier as you move forward.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_00]: The real problem is that most people just give up before they get to that like first, five or ten clients.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't want you to do that.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_00]: If business was meant to be super duper easy, everyone would do it and everyone would be successful.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_00]: That is not the case, but what I can promise you is that when you take actions that are proven effective,
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: and that do work, and I can pursue these actions.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: I've given you work.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_00]: We've been doing them for years, and over 90% of our students get hired while in training, because we teach them to do this, and we hold them accountable to do this, you will have a profitable coaching practice, and you will not only get hired for the first time, but probably the 50th time.
