- 0:23chickens. Hey everybody.
- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30So I have a very important question that you should be
- 0:34asking throughout your life that I want to share with you.
- 0:38And that question is, what else do I need to know?
- 0:43And what else do? I not know and often times we
- 0:48really forget that this is such an important piece of the puzzle
- 0:52in our personal and self development and growth in our
- 0:56personal well-being and we just skip over it because we are
- 1:00emotional creatures. Teachers.
- 1:01Correct? You mean we all know we're
- 1:02emotional creatures, so we come to emotional conclusions and we
- 1:05do it right away and it's so fast in our heads that we don't
- 1:10even understand how quickly these things happen and often
- 1:13times. It's such a fundamental wiring
- 1:17inside of us that we forget how quickly we came to that,
- 1:22conclusion. And then we run with it.
- 1:24We don't even say it, is it fact, or fiction, is it purse?
- 1:28Is it a perceived threat or a real threat?
- 1:30We don't check in with ourselves and then therefore that we're
- 1:34not asking that quality question.
- 1:35So we are coming to these conclusions in these conclusions
- 1:38are driving us forward and they are causing us to miss out on
- 1:43things in our lives because we're not taking the time to do
- 1:47the work that we need to do on that up front piece.
- 1:50And why is this question? So important.
- 1:52This particular one about what else do I need to know?
- 1:55Or what else do? I not know about the situation.
- 2:00However, You really want to language it.
- 2:02Either way is comfortable and either way will bring you down a
- 2:05path. That's further.
- 2:06Now will it bring you to conclusion?
- 2:08No, because here's the crazy part, there's always more to
- 2:11know, always more to know and human beings are like puzzles
- 2:18that are completely solid in color and their 10,000 pieces
- 2:24and they're cut into those little micro pieces and you
- 2:27don't know what you're looking for.
- 2:29Sometimes, there's He wants in it and sometimes it might be
- 2:33that it's a solid color and it's all caught that way.
- 2:35But oftentimes, there's gradations in this.
- 2:38So you might think you have a piece that goes into a space and
- 2:41then turns out. Nope, that's not exactly true.
- 2:45So, as you progress through with yourself because we always start
- 2:50with this for ourselves because if we can't, we can't help other
- 2:53people if we don't start with ourselves and what's so
- 2:56fascinating to me on a consistent level is how much we
- 2:58want to point the finger at Everybody else out there for our
- 3:02problems instead of looking at ourselves and say, well maybe
- 3:06this was because I came to a false conclusion, maybe this is
- 3:09because I put my head around this in the wrong way.
- 3:13Maybe this is because I didn't see the real question.
- 3:19I should be asking myself, maybe I became this way because I made
- 3:23an emotional decision or an ice, I came to an emotional
- 3:26conclusion and therefore the situation that I am So wound up
- 3:31about is coming at me in a certain direction and I can't I
- 3:36can't see the forest through the trees and this is where we get
- 3:40so stuck because if we don't increase the quality of the
- 3:45question we have we can't come to a better conclusion and it's
- 3:50my it's been my very very very strong experience that no matter
- 3:56what you think about anybody. No matter how you feel about
- 4:00anybody, they have reasons that they are, the way that they are.
- 4:05And are those reasons valid to you, maybe maybe not, but
- 4:09they're valid to them. Do you have to like, everybody
- 4:12know? Do you have to try to coexist
- 4:15with people? Yes, because we are all here on
- 4:18this planet together and coexisting is a very important
- 4:21part of what we are essentially doing every single day.
- 4:25You can isolate yourself sure. But you're still going to have
- 4:28to deal with Because we all have to deal with each other.
- 4:31And the reason that we are bringing this up right now, the
- 4:35reason I'm having this conversation with you, obviously
- 4:38this is election week coming up. And I want to remind everybody
- 4:43that regardless of what people vote for, regardless of what
- 4:48people believe, regardless of what you believe, everyone has
- 4:54their reason. And when I grew up, I was taught
- 4:58thought that everyone has an opportunity to have their say,
- 5:03everyone has an opportunity to speak their mind and if we
- 5:08disagree, that's great. We can agree to disagree.
- 5:12I can remember my father, saying to me distinctly, it's okay.
- 5:16He thinks differently than me. I still, I still love him.
- 5:19I just don't, I don't agree with him and there were times in his
- 5:23life where he did distance himself from people where he
- 5:26said, do you know what that that cross the line.
- 5:29I don't want anything to do with this person anymore and I could
- 5:33understand both sides of it when I looked at it, I could say,
- 5:36okay, great, that's what I'm talking about.
- 5:38You've got to be able to go into it, informed seeing all the
- 5:42sides, and then, if you decide, something's not right, for you,
- 5:44great. But just to blanketly, you know,
- 5:46blanket, not like somebody, or just blanket, the whole
- 5:50situation and say, Hey, you know, this is good or bad, it is
- 5:55so hard to do that in our world, because our world is Is so
- 6:00muddled with colors and so muddled with people who are on
- 6:06their emotional path and we're on our emotional path and
- 6:10everybody's colliding and everybody wants everyone to
- 6:12believe what they believe and that will never happen.
- 6:15That will never happen because that's not the nature of the
- 6:19existence of humans on this planet.
- 6:22We have to learn to have space for other people and their
- 6:25beliefs while we still contain our space for us.
- 6:29And our beliefs and that is okay.
- 6:32And you have to consistently ask the questions.
- 6:36What else do I need to know? Because that is a big piece of
- 6:41the puzzle. What else do I need?
- 6:43To know? What else do?
- 6:44I need to explore, whatever way you want to do.
- 6:47The question. The intent of these questions
- 6:50are to drive you into finding out, more information about the
- 6:54situation that you were being presented with.
- 6:56And when you have more information, you can I always do
- 6:59better when you know more you can do more, when you know where
- 7:04you're headed, you can go there more directly.
- 7:08So I hope that you have a very blessed day and a peaceful week
- 7:12and I will see you all tomorrow. Bye.
