A 43-year-old man named Jose Morin got arrested at an I-35 construction site in Von Ormy for allegedly impersonating a police officer while directing traffic. Claiming to be a reserve officer with the Dilley Police Department — a role he never actually held — Morin was dressed in full police gear and driving a marked vehicle.
