Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: There is no doubt at this point that Jeffrey Epstein
• 0:09
Speaker 1: received special treatment throughout his whole entire life, basically, but
• 0:13
Speaker 1: especially during that first run for the prosecution. And it
• 0:19
Speaker 1: wasn't just people on the outside saying it. It was judges,
• 0:23
Speaker 1: it was police officers, FBI agents, and all of their
• 0:28
Speaker 1: concerns fell on deaf years as Jeffrey Epstein was able
• 0:32
Speaker 1: to just skate right in to the plea deal and
• 0:35
Speaker 1: do whatever he wanted, basically when he should have been
• 0:38
Speaker 1: locked away in a state prison, as you all know,
• 0:41
Speaker 1: instead he did his time in a stockade where he
• 0:44
Speaker 1: was basically alone. And not only that, he was able
• 0:47
Speaker 1: to spend basically every day out at quote unquote work,
• 0:53
Speaker 1: which we know as BS. Considering we've already talked about
• 0:56
Speaker 1: how police officers tried to hit him with parole violations
• 1:00
Speaker 1: and those parole violations were declined by his parole officer.
• 1:05
Speaker 1: So it's just been a circular layer of shit when
• 1:09
Speaker 1: it comes to Epstein and the way he's been protected throughout.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: So today I thought we'd go all the way back
• 1:15
Speaker 1: to two thousand and eight and talk about his original
• 1:19
Speaker 1: conviction and what went down in that courtroom. And to
• 1:23
Speaker 1: do that, we have an article from the New York
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Post from two thousand and eight, right after his conviction.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Samuel Goldsmith. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein
• 1:36
Speaker 1: pleads guilty to prostitution charges. I mean, right off the bat,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: prostitution charges. Huh, that's all this guy got, prostitution charges. Meanwhile,
• 1:47
  Speaker 1: a child can't be a prostitute. How can a child
• 1:50
Speaker 1: consent to have sex with a scumbag like this? They cannot,
• 1:54
Speaker 1: So how can you tell me that there's a child
• 1:56
Speaker 1: prostitution charge? The fuck does that even mean? Investment banker,
• 2:03
Speaker 1: science patron, self made billionaire, philanthropist and former math teacher,
• 2:08
Speaker 1: as well as pedophile, scumbag, piece of shit, human excrement,
• 2:12
Speaker 1: you know, all the rest of it. Jeffrey Epstein can
• 2:17
Speaker 1: add a new title to his impressive resume, convicted sex offender.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: That's the perfect title for this guy, convicted sex offender.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: The only thing that was a joke is the fact
• 2:27
Speaker 1: that he didn't have to live up to what people
• 2:30
Speaker 1: on that registry have to live up too. First of all,
• 2:34
Speaker 1: he never even had to register as an offender. In
• 2:37
Speaker 1: New Mexico. So right off the bat, you say to yourself, well,
• 2:41
Speaker 1: what's the point. I thought it was this national registry
• 2:44
Speaker 1: and it was going to be taken seriously. Well, he
• 2:47
Speaker 1: didn't check in in New York. Really down in Florida,
• 2:50
Speaker 1: well they lost paperwork. And in New Mexico, forget it.
• 2:53
Speaker 1: He wasn't even considered a sex offender. The Manhattan money
• 2:59
Speaker 1: Man pedophile appear in the Florida courthouse today where he
• 3:02
Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute. How the hell
• 3:06
Speaker 1: is that even possible? Please, somebody tell me. I hate
• 3:09
Speaker 1: to digress here, but man, oh man, there's no such
• 3:12
Speaker 1: thing as an underage prostitute. Imagine it was your daughter
• 3:16
Speaker 1: that this dude molested and the police came to you
• 3:18
Speaker 1: and said, oh, we're gonna hit him with underage prostitution charges.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: What what does that mean? You mean you're gonna hit
• 3:25
Speaker 1: him with child molestation charges? Right? He immediately began serving
• 3:33
Speaker 1: an eighteen month jail term, which will be followed by
• 3:36
Speaker 1: one year of community confinement, which is essentially house arrest.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: And he didn't adhere to any of these rules. We
• 3:44
Speaker 1: just did an article. We just talked about how he
• 3:47
Speaker 1: was walking down the street in Palm Beach and a
• 3:49
Speaker 1: cop rolled up on him, tried to hit him with
• 3:51
Speaker 1: a parle violation, and was stopped at every turn. As
• 3:58
Speaker 1: a result of the plea Dealstein fifty five will be
• 4:01
Speaker 1: placed on the National Sex Offender Registry. Sounds like a
• 4:04
Speaker 1: good idea and sounds like a good move, but then
• 4:07
Speaker 1: we come to find out, all these years later that
• 4:10
Speaker 1: it didn't do anything. He was still molesting girls, still
• 4:14
Speaker 1: raping girls, and still abusing people all the way up
• 4:17
Speaker 1: to his second arrest. According to multiple reports, and according
• 4:21
Speaker 1: to the Attorney General of at least the Virgin Islands,
• 4:26
Speaker 1: they will be tracking you for the rest of your life.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: Circuit Court Deborah del Puccio said, for the period of
• 4:33
Speaker 1: his home confinement, Epstein cannot view or possess any pornography
• 4:38
Speaker 1: relevant to his deviant behavior patterns. Pucillo said, before deciding
• 4:43
Speaker 1: to bar him from looking at any porn at all. Well,
• 4:46
Speaker 1: that's kind of difficult, considering his whole entire house is
• 4:49
Speaker 1: covered with it. All of his decor is naked girls
• 4:52
Speaker 1: and young girls top lists. Did you guys go in
• 4:55
Speaker 1: there and pull all those pictures down? Did anyone ever
• 4:58
Speaker 1: show up and chin check them over it. Oh, of
• 5:00
Speaker 1: course not. See, this is what I'm talking about. With
• 5:03
Speaker 1: platitudes and flowery words. It's all fine and well, and
• 5:08
Speaker 1: it sounds great and feels great when they're telling us
• 5:10
Speaker 1: this shit, But the reality is they don't ever follow through,
• 5:14
Speaker 1: and the federal government lets people like Epstein slide all
• 5:17
Speaker 1: the time. Epstein, dressed in South Florida formal wear jeans,
• 5:24
Speaker 1: white sneakers, a button down shirt, and blue blazer, refused
• 5:28
Speaker 1: to talk to reporters on his way into the courthouse
• 5:30
Speaker 1: and made notes statement in court. You know, it's not
• 5:34
Speaker 1: very often that we can look back and see a
• 5:37
Speaker 1: situation unfold the way the Epstein situation unfolded right before
• 5:41
Speaker 1: our eyes. And while it's all happening, it's easy to
• 5:46
Speaker 1: just get caught up and say, oh, this is a coincidence.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: That's a coincidence. But really, when you look at the
• 5:51
Speaker 1: big picture here, how can anyone look at this and
• 5:53
Speaker 1: say that Epstein didn't catch a sweetheart deal, that there
• 5:57
Speaker 1: wasn't all sorts of negligent behavior by the government from
• 6:02
Speaker 1: the DOJ to the state level. How can you look
• 6:05
Speaker 1: at this and say that his spokesman Howard Rubinstein said,
• 6:11
Speaker 1: mister Epstein accepted responsibility for the charges relating to conduct
• 6:16
Speaker 1: that occurred several years ago and fully resolved his case. Yeah,
• 6:20
Speaker 1: he fully resolved this case. Huh, everything's all good, Howard Rubinstein,
• 6:24
Speaker 1: Your guy is not an absolute monster, prolific sex predator
• 6:28
Speaker 1: that never happened. Under the terms of the plea deal,
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Epstein will have to undergo an HIV test by Wednesday,
• 6:36
Speaker 1: with the results being handed over to his survivor, identified
• 6:41
Speaker 1: in court papers as Jane Doe. So this sick, dirty
• 6:46
Speaker 1: bastard had to take an HIV test as well and
• 6:49
Speaker 1: hand it over. Now, we all know that Epstein was
• 6:53
Speaker 1: a sick, disgusting, disturbed individual, and we know that the
• 6:57
Speaker 1: things he was doing and making these children are literally
• 7:03
Speaker 1: some of the most disgusting acts that you can imagine.
• 7:08
Speaker 1: And yet he was able to get away with all
• 7:10
Speaker 1: of this and barely gets slapped on the wrist when
• 7:13
Speaker 1: he was caught. So you take a look at how
• 7:16
Speaker 1: things went down, and you tell me what you think,
• 7:20
Speaker 1: because personally, I have zero faith in any of these
• 7:23
Speaker 1: institutions at this point. And the scariest part is, even
• 7:27
Speaker 1: when this has been brought to their attention. They haven't
• 7:30
Speaker 1: done anything to go back and resolve this or fix it.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: Instead they tell us, ask screw it. The plea deal's
• 7:36
Speaker 1: going to stand, and that's just the end of it.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Doe was a fourteen year old high school student when
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Epstein paid her two hundred dollars for a massage at
• 7:46
Speaker 1: his Palm Beach mansion in early two thousand and five.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: In court papers, she said he used a vibrator on
• 7:52
Speaker 1: her while he masturbated. So fourteen years old and this
• 7:57
Speaker 1: guy gets the slap on the wrist that he got.
• 7:59
Speaker 1: And again it wasn't one fourteen year old. It wasn't
• 8:02
Speaker 1: you know. Someone provided him this girl. He had no
• 8:05
Speaker 1: idea what her age was. He was looking for girls
• 8:07
Speaker 1: this age. This is what he wanted. This is what
• 8:10
Speaker 1: his thing was, is kink. The guilty plea came after
• 8:15
Speaker 1: protracted negotiations and a lengthy investigation by Palm Beach police
• 8:20
Speaker 1: who were investigating the virtual congo line of young women
• 8:23
Speaker 1: that Epstein had going in and out of his thirteen
• 8:26
Speaker 1: thousand square foot mansion. So they're saying in the article
• 8:29
Speaker 1: here a congo line of women, Okay, young women. What
• 8:34
Speaker 1: you really should be saying is a congo line of children,
• 8:37
Speaker 1: because that's what it was. Epstein, who's rubbed elbows with
• 8:43
Speaker 1: the likes of Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Donald Trump
• 8:46
Speaker 1: over the years, could have faced up to five years
• 8:49
Speaker 1: in prison if convicted at trial. Five years huh. Meanwhile,
• 8:53
Speaker 1: my loved one went and did eighty four months over
• 8:57
Speaker 1: some illegal gambling. Give me a fucking break, Okay, you
• 9:00
Speaker 1: tell me the justice system isn't absolutely broken. A guy
• 9:04
Speaker 1: like this is only staring at five. You're only gonna
• 9:07
Speaker 1: hang a five piece on Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. How
• 9:11
Speaker 1: about a few zeros after that five? Please? The judge
• 9:16
Speaker 1: was critical of two of the deal's conditions, indicating she
• 9:19
Speaker 1: thought he was getting special treatment by being allowed private
• 9:22
Speaker 1: counseling for his sex offender treatment and to serve his
• 9:25
Speaker 1: time in county jail instead of state prison. Huh So
• 9:29
Speaker 1: another judge thinks he was getting special treatment here, huh?
• 9:32
Speaker 1: Not just me and you. Hmm, that's interesting. You feel
• 9:38
Speaker 1: this fancy pansy private psychiatrist is an adequate in lieu
• 9:42
Speaker 1: of a sex offender treatment program, She asked prosecutor Lana Bella,
• 9:46
Speaker 1: ho jesus, Lana Bela Hallavic, Yes, your honor, Yes, your honor,
• 9:52
Speaker 1: Bella Hallavic said. As for sending him to jail, Puccio said,
• 9:56
Speaker 1: there's significant budget cuts in the county already, and sending
• 10:00
Speaker 1: him to the county jail and not the Department of
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Corrections is a significant cost to the taxpayer and the county.
• 10:07
Speaker 1: Are you sure that's what you want to do? I
• 10:10
Speaker 1: mean really, and remember this name, okay. Lana Belaholavic, when
• 10:16
Speaker 1: asked if she thought that it was appropriate for him
• 10:20
Speaker 1: to be part of this program, she says, yes, your honor.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: Of course, the prosecution failed. The prosecution could have sent
• 10:27
Speaker 1: old boy up the river. They did not. Both Bellohovic
• 10:34
Speaker 1: and Epstein lawyer Jeffrey Goldberg said yes, And the judge
• 10:37
Speaker 1: rolled her eyes as she granted the request. Why would
• 10:40
Speaker 1: she grant their request? Why would Judge Puccio grant the request? Here?
• 10:44
Speaker 1: Just say no, he's going to the lock up. That's
• 10:46
Speaker 1: the end of it. Pucchio, Bard, Epstein or anyone on
• 10:52
Speaker 1: his behalf from trying to reach out to the survivor
• 10:54
Speaker 1: and order that he stay away from schools and playgrounds
• 10:57
Speaker 1: after his release. He'll also have to submit to warrantless
• 11:00
Speaker 1: searches of his home, car, body, and computer. On his
• 11:04
Speaker 1: way to court, Epstein was served with a copy of
• 11:07
Speaker 1: a big buck lawsuit by Doe, who since moved to
• 11:10
Speaker 1: another state, and obviously now in retrospect, we know that
• 11:14
Speaker 1: that Doe was Virginia. The sex assault suit was filed
• 11:20
Speaker 1: months ago, but Epstein had been evading service, said Doe's lawyer,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Theodore Leopold. He said his client respects what the prosecutor's
• 11:29
Speaker 1: office has done and is doing the best she can
• 11:32
Speaker 1: under the circumstances. Well, I wonder if she'd feel the
• 11:35
Speaker 1: same now, because I'm guessing, not considering all we know
• 11:39
Speaker 1: about the prosecution, their negligence, and their willingness to help
• 11:43
Speaker 1: a guy like Epstein, I don't know how anyone could
• 11:46
Speaker 1: be confident here, and all kidding aside. If I was
• 11:49
Speaker 1: one of these survivors, I'd sue the federal government the
• 11:52
Speaker 1: same way that Larry Nasser's survivors are suing the FBI.
• 11:57
Speaker 1: I would do the same thing here. Epstein's legal team
• 12:01
Speaker 1: had tried to paint the girl as an untrustworthy and
• 12:03
Speaker 1: troubled scam artist from a troubled family, but doesn't today
• 12:07
Speaker 1: sort of say it all, Leopold said, he's going to
• 12:10
Speaker 1: be deemed sex offender and pedophile for the rest of
• 12:13
Speaker 1: his life, and that speaks volumes about what really happened here.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: And it was just the scratch of the surface, right
• 12:20
Speaker 1: the tip of the iceberg. This man was up to
• 12:22
Speaker 1: such devious shit that later on, when we all found out,
• 12:27
Speaker 1: it was so disgusting that we're still talking about it
• 12:29
Speaker 1: now every day, three years later. That's how significant his
• 12:33
Speaker 1: disgusting behavior was, and that's what the federal courts continued
• 12:38
Speaker 1: to let him do. Basically, while the civil deal brought
• 12:43
Speaker 1: an end to the federal investigation into excuse me, while
• 12:46
Speaker 1: the plea deal brought an end to the federal investigation
• 12:48
Speaker 1: into Epstein, he's still facing a string of civil suits
• 12:51
Speaker 1: from Doe and other young women who claim he took
• 12:54
Speaker 1: advantage of what they thought would be innocent massages. Jeffrey Herman,
• 12:59
Speaker 1: who's representing two other survivors, said the guilty plea is
• 13:02
Speaker 1: a very positive development for the civil cases and in
• 13:06
Speaker 1: some measure of justice for these girls. And we know
• 13:09
Speaker 1: it's not though, really, when it comes down to it,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Epstein was paying out a few bucks, but he wasn't
• 13:14
Speaker 1: facing real justice. Epstein maintains he thought all the girls
• 13:21
Speaker 1: who were brought over to his house were eighteen or
• 13:24
Speaker 1: over and that they knew the massages would be erotic.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, erotic. Yeah, they knew. Thirteen fourteen year old
• 13:30
Speaker 1: girls knew that. Han Jeffrey, a newly released inmate from
• 13:35
Speaker 1: the stockade the jail where Epstein will live for the
• 13:37
Speaker 1: next eighteen months, said he's very lucky not to be
• 13:40
Speaker 1: going to state prison. No shit, he would have got
• 13:43
Speaker 1: tooled up if he went to state prison. He's probably
• 13:47
Speaker 1: better off here, the man said. If there's someone who
• 13:49
Speaker 1: did something with kids or any sex crimes, they get
• 13:52
Speaker 1: fucked up there. He probably would get killed over there
• 13:55
Speaker 1: for messing with the little girl. And look, we all
• 13:57
Speaker 1: know that's how the jails go. Epstein lucked out once again,
• 14:02
Speaker 1: was able to go to the stockade and have all
• 14:04
Speaker 1: of this special treatment. So once again, folks, just another
• 14:07
Speaker 1: spotlight on how it all went down, and a quick
• 14:10
Speaker 1: trip back in the time machine to the actual sentencing
• 14:13
Speaker 1: to where we hear another judge yet again say Epstein
• 14:16
Speaker 1: caught a sweetheart deal, yet the government refuses to do
• 14:20
Speaker 1: anything about it, and in fact just like the article
• 14:23
Speaker 1: we talked about yesterday. Well, they say that there is
• 14:26
Speaker 1: no redress and that the plea deal will stand. I say,
• 14:31
Speaker 1: that's a bunch of bullshit. All right, folks, it's gonna
• 14:36
Speaker 1: do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
• 14:38
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: That's Bo Bby c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
• 14:48
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
• 14:53
Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
• 14:57
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
• 15:01
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. When Jeffrey
• 15:05
Speaker 1: Epstein was first arrested in two thousand and eight down
• 15:08
Speaker 1: in Florida, the state called several witnesses to give depositions
• 15:14
Speaker 1: about what Jeffrey Epstein allegedly did. Well. In this episode,
• 15:19
Speaker 1: we're going to take a look at one of those
• 15:21
Speaker 1: depositions from one of the accusers from that original case
• 15:25
Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight, and I want you to
• 15:27
Speaker 1: pay close attention to the way that they're deposing this
• 15:30
Speaker 1: young lady who is like fourteen or fifteen years old,
• 15:33
Speaker 1: And of course this all plays into the NPA argument
• 15:37
Speaker 1: and how Jeffrey Epstein ended up with that sweetheart deal.
• 15:41
Speaker 1: So let's get to it. State of Florida versus Jeffrey
• 15:45
Speaker 1: Epstein deposition of redacted, Wednesday, February twentieth, two thousand and eight.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: And the person asking questions is mister Michael Tyne. So
• 15:58
Speaker 1: when I say question, that's what I'm talking about. And
• 16:01
Speaker 1: when I say answer, I mean the witness who's being deposed,
• 16:05
Speaker 1: And if somebody else pipes in, I'll make sure to
• 16:08
Speaker 1: notate that so we can keep track of who's talking.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: All right, So let's get to it. Question, good afternoon.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: Please tell me your full name? Answer redacted? Question can
• 16:21
Speaker 1: you please spell it? Answer redacted? Question? Thank you? May
• 16:25
Speaker 1: I call you? Redacted? Answer? Uh huh, question redacted. I'm
• 16:31
Speaker 1: going to ask you a few questions, several questions today.
• 16:34

• 16:36
Speaker 1: you just let me know. Okay, answer okay. Question. If
• 16:41
Speaker 1: you at any time don't understand one of my questions,
• 16:44
Speaker 1: will you just please let me know? Answer yes question.

Speaker 1: And if at any time you're not feeling well or
• 16:50
Speaker 1: something like that, you'll tell us right answer yes question.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: Do you feel okay today? Answer yes, question not taking
• 16:59
Speaker 1: any oulcohol or drugs or anything like that. Right answer no.
• 17:04
Speaker 1: Question So you feel ready to have your deposition taken?
• 17:07
Speaker 1: Answer yes? Question redacted? What is your address? Answer? I'm
• 17:12
Speaker 1: currently living at my aunt's house and I don't know
• 17:15
Speaker 1: it off the top of my head. Question where's it at?
• 17:18
Speaker 1: Answer in Jupiter? Question who's your aunt? Answer redacted? Question
• 17:24
Speaker 1: who else is living there? Answer redacted? My uncle? Question
• 17:28
Speaker 1: anyone else living there? Answer no. Question The contempt motion
• 17:33
Speaker 1: that your mother filed against your father regarding your fifty
• 17:36
Speaker 1: million dollar lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein says you live with
• 17:40
Speaker 1: your aunt and uncle and have been living there. Is
• 17:42
Speaker 1: that correct? Answer yes. Question how long have you been
• 17:46
Speaker 1: living with your aunt and uncle? Answer since my father
• 17:49
Speaker 1: kicked me out. Question that was Thanksgiving of this past year.
• 17:54
Speaker 1: Answer yes, sir. Question Okay, didn't your firefighter boyfriend redacted
• 17:59
Speaker 1: getting apart been for the two of you? Answer no, sir,
• 18:02
Speaker 1: he has an apartment, but by himself. Question did he
• 18:06
Speaker 1: get an apartment for the two of you to live in?
• 18:08
Speaker 1: Answer no, sir. Question are you planning to move in
• 18:12
Speaker 1: with them? Answer maybe one day in the future. Question
• 18:15
Speaker 1: do you plan to move in with them presently? Answer no. Question.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: Have you been to the apartment that you and redacted
• 18:23
Speaker 1: discuss moving into? Answer? I have been to the apartment?
• 18:28
Speaker 1: Question where is that? Answer Palm Beach Lakes? Question have
• 18:33
Speaker 1: you spent the night over there? Answer no, sir, question
• 18:36
Speaker 1: do you know the addresser? Answer I do not. Question
• 18:40
Speaker 1: isn't your sister redacted planning on living with you and redacted?
• 18:44
Speaker 1: Answer no? Question redacted? You know that this court case
• 18:50
Speaker 1: is a criminal prosecution correct answer correct question. And you
• 18:54
Speaker 1: know that it's a criminal prosecution against a man who
• 18:57
Speaker 1: has no criminal background? Do you know that? Answer? I
• 19:01
Speaker 1: do now. Question you agree that court is a very
• 19:04
Speaker 1: serious matter? Answer yes, question, and you're here with your
• 19:09
Speaker 1: lawyer in mister Leopold right answer yes question. And you
• 19:13
Speaker 1: know that mister leopol recently filed a lawsuit in federal
• 19:16
Speaker 1: court against Jeffrey Epstein seeking fifty million dollars And to that,
• 19:20
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, the lawyer objects redacted. Let me instruct you.
• 19:25
Speaker 1: Anything that you have learned through conversations between you and
• 19:28
Speaker 1: me are protected. So if you know any of the
• 19:31
Speaker 1: information outside of those discussions, you may answer. But if
• 19:35
Speaker 1: the only way you know it is through our discussions,
• 19:37
Speaker 1: do not answer that question. Mister Tyan once again asked
• 19:41
Speaker 1: you know that mister Leopold recently filed a lawsuit in
• 19:44
Speaker 1: federal court on your behalf against Jeffrey Epstein seeking fifty
• 19:48
Speaker 1: million dollars. Mister Leopold, same objection. If you know the
• 19:52
Speaker 1: answer to the outside of our discussions, you may answer.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: If it is the only way that you know the
• 19:57
Speaker 1: answer is through our discussions, do not add answer that
• 20:00
Speaker 1: question the witness. Okay, mister Leopold, attorney client privilege, mister
• 20:06
Speaker 1: Tyne question, You can answer the question unless mister Leopold.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: Same objection, mister Tyne. Let me finish, mister Leopold. Excuse
• 20:15
Speaker 1: me where mister Tynan interrupts him. No, let me finish,
• 20:20
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, Lewis, We're not going to do that, mister Tyne.
• 20:24
Speaker 1: My name is not Lewis. I'm going to finish my question. Okay,
• 20:29
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, Do not answer until you hear from me.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: Mister Tyne. Question, other than conversations that you've had with
• 20:36
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I'm not asking about that. Are you aware
• 20:40
Speaker 1: that mister Leopold has filed the lawsuit in federal court
• 20:43
Speaker 1: seeking fifty million dollars from Jeffrey Epstein on your behalf,
• 20:47
Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, same objection. Anything that you learn through conversations
• 20:51
Speaker 1: between you and me, do not answer. Those are protected.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: If you know through any other realm of knowledge, you
• 20:57
Speaker 1: may answer the witness no, mister Tyne question. You have
• 21:03
Speaker 1: no idea that mister Leopold filed a fifty million dollar
• 21:06
Speaker 1: lawsuit on your behalf against Jeffrey Epstein. Mister Leopold, same objection.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: Do not answer that question. If it's through discussions that
• 21:14
Speaker 1: you and I had outside of that, you may answer. So,
• 21:17
Speaker 1: do not answer the question if that is the only
• 21:20
Speaker 1: basis by which you understand that answer the witness, no
• 21:25
Speaker 1: question by mister Tyne. You didn't know that, mister Leopold.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Don't answer that question. Again, it's attorney client privilege. Any
• 21:34
Speaker 1: information that you've learned through conversations between you and I
• 21:37
Speaker 1: are protected. If you know it through an other realm,
• 21:40
Speaker 1: you may answer, mister Tyne. Are you going to say
• 21:43
Speaker 1: that for every question in the deposition, mister Leopold. Mister Leopold,
• 21:48
Speaker 1: when you ask him proper questions like that, without the
• 21:51
Speaker 1: proper to that he's interrupted by mister Tyne, you're going
• 21:54
Speaker 1: to stop speaking objections right now. Okay, mister Leopold without
• 21:59
Speaker 1: the proper again interrupted, mister Tyne, you need to stop
• 22:03
Speaker 1: your speaking objections. Let's continue, mister Leopold. Counsel, you just
• 22:08
Speaker 1: asked me a question and I'm going to state it
• 22:10
Speaker 1: on the record. Mister Tyne, you need to stop your
• 22:14
Speaker 1: speaking objections. Check your rules. Mister Leopold, excuse me for
• 22:19
Speaker 1: the record. Council ask me a question, I'll state the
• 22:22
Speaker 1: answer on the record. He asked me the question, and
• 22:25
Speaker 1: I'm going to be answering this way throughout the deposition.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: So long as there is a proper foundation and predicate
• 22:31
Speaker 1: asked by the attorney, I will protect my client and
• 22:34
Speaker 1: make the record where appropriate. If counsel wishes to ask
• 22:37
Speaker 1: an appropriate worded question with a proper foundation and predicate,
• 22:41
Speaker 1: I will certainly allow the client to answer the question.
• 22:44
Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, why don't you just state attorney client privilege
• 22:47
Speaker 1: and just be done with it, mister Leopold. I want
• 22:50
Speaker 1: the record to be clear. Mister Tyne. You want to
• 22:53
Speaker 1: waste time is what you want to do. You are
• 22:56
Speaker 1: supposed to be here this morning, and you totally broke
• 22:58
Speaker 1: the deal, the agreement you had with us if your
• 23:01
Speaker 1: hearing got canceled. But let's move on and maybe you'll
• 23:05
Speaker 1: stop obstructing this deposition. Mister Leopold, I think the record
• 23:09
Speaker 1: is very clear where I stand thus far. Is there
• 23:12
Speaker 1: a recording taken of this deposition? The court reporter, Yes,
• 23:16
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, just make sure that's preserved. Mister Tyne. Question,
• 23:21
Speaker 1: go to exhibit twenty dash zero one. Well, before you
• 23:25
Speaker 1: do that, redacted, are you aware that a lawyer named
• 23:28
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Herman filed a lawsuit on your behalf. Yes or no,
• 23:31
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, objection any conversation that you and I have
• 23:35
Speaker 1: had regarding that. If that is the only way by
• 23:37
Speaker 1: which you understand how to answer that question, do not answer.
• 23:41
Speaker 1: It's attorney client privilege, as well as any conversations you
• 23:45
Speaker 1: may have had with the attorney from Miami. This is
• 23:48
Speaker 1: also attorney client privilege. And I'm assuming he's cut off
• 23:52
Speaker 1: again by mister Tyne. You're actually wrong about that attorney
• 23:55
Speaker 1: client privilege, mister Leopold. I'm assuming Council is not asking
• 23:59
Speaker 1: you to divulge attorney client mister Tyne. Of course not,
• 24:03
Speaker 1: mister Tyne. Question redacted. Are you aware that Jeffrey Herman,
• 24:09
Speaker 1: an attorney, filed a fifty million dollar lawsuit on your
• 24:12
Speaker 1: behalf against Jeffrey Epstein? Yes or no, mister Leopold, same objection,
• 24:17
Speaker 1: mister Tyne. We've heard the objection ten times already, mister Leopold. Counsel,
• 24:22
Speaker 1: excuse me, mister Tyne, just say attorney client privilege. Stop
• 24:26
Speaker 1: interrupting my questions, mister Leopold. I'm entitled to make an
• 24:30
Speaker 1: objection for the record, which I'm doing, and they'll make
• 24:33
Speaker 1: the same objection and if it calls for attorney client privilege,
• 24:37
Speaker 1: any conversation you and I have had, do not answer
• 24:39
Speaker 1: the question, And I think that it might be appropriate
• 24:43
Speaker 1: for the record to ask questions via adacted as opposed
• 24:46
Speaker 1: to or adacted. I think that it would be more
• 24:48
Speaker 1: appropriate for this deposition. Mister Tyne. Question, go ahead, Please
• 24:53
Speaker 1: answer yes or no answer? Yes, question, thank you. In fact,
• 24:57
Speaker 1: you know that mister Herman held a press conference after
• 25:00
Speaker 1: he filed the fifty million dollar lawsuit on your behalf.
• 25:03
Speaker 1: Don't you answer after it happened? Question? You know that
• 25:07
Speaker 1: he had a press conference, don't you Yes or no answer? Yes? Question?
• 25:12
Speaker 1: In fact. Let's go to exhibit twenty dash zero one.
• 25:15
Speaker 1: Mister Goldberger, look behind you, you'll see it. Mister Tyne. Question,
• 25:20
Speaker 1: have you seen that picture before? Answer? Yes? Question Is
• 25:24
Speaker 1: that a picture of your father, your stepmother, and mister
• 25:27
Speaker 1: Herman at the press conference regarding your lawsuit? Answer yes. Question.
• 25:32
Speaker 1: Now you know that this is a very serious matter,
• 25:35
Speaker 1: don't you. Mister Leopold asked an answered objection, mister Goldberger,
• 25:40
Speaker 1: all right, you can object. You're representing a witness here,
• 25:43
Speaker 1: mister Leopold. You can object on privileged grounds. You cannot
• 25:47
Speaker 1: make legal objections. You have no standing to do so,
• 25:50
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I'm going to make them, and then mister
• 25:53
Speaker 1: Goldberger cuts him off. Where and to that Leopold cuts
• 25:56
Speaker 1: him off, We're going to leave, or we're going to
• 25:59
Speaker 1: take a break because his demeanor is not appropriate. There's
• 26:03
Speaker 1: no reason to have this kind of demeanor. If you
• 26:05
Speaker 1: want to have this kind of demeanor with me, mister Tyne,
• 26:08
Speaker 1: you're obstructing this deposition, mister Goldberger, Why don't you guys
• 26:11
Speaker 1: go outside and just talk about cut off by Leopold again.
• 26:16
Speaker 1: She her job is very difficult and she's not going
• 26:19
Speaker 1: to be able to take us both talking at the
• 26:21
Speaker 1: same time, mister Goldberger, off the record, mister Leopold, we're
• 26:25
Speaker 1: not going off the record. Jack, We're not Jack. Her
• 26:28
Speaker 1: job is very difficult. I'm going to make the record.
• 26:31
Speaker 1: I don't think it's appropriate, especially in the small confines
• 26:34
Speaker 1: of this room, to be very aggressive with this young lady.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: Mister Tyne. That's not happening. Stop stop actually cut off
• 26:42
Speaker 1: by mister Leopold once again. If you're going to interrupt me,
• 26:46
Speaker 1: we're going to cancel this deposition, mister Tyne. Stop misrepresenting
• 26:52
Speaker 1: the court. Reporter. Yo, Look, I need one out of time,
• 26:55
Speaker 1: no matter who it is, mister Leopold. I think we're
• 26:58
Speaker 1: going to take a break. Perhaps you might want to
• 27:00
Speaker 1: talk to your co council. Cut off again by mister Tyne.
• 27:03
Speaker 1: I don't need to talk to him, mister Leopold. But
• 27:06
Speaker 1: we're going to take a break. Mister Tyne. We're not
• 27:09
Speaker 1: taking a break unless the witness needs a break. You're
• 27:11
Speaker 1: obstructing this deposition, ted, mister Leopold, come on, redacted, you
• 27:16
Speaker 1: all want to continue in this demeanor. Mister Tyne, you're
• 27:19
Speaker 1: obstructing this deposition. Stop making speeches. We're not discussing this
• 27:24
Speaker 1: with you. The questions are to your client, go take
• 27:27
Speaker 1: a five minute break, mister Leopold. Fine, we need to
• 27:30
Speaker 1: make sure the record's clear and clean, and I want
• 27:33
Speaker 1: to make sure, as I've already asked you, I know
• 27:35
Speaker 1: that you're one of the best in town that this audio,
• 27:38
Speaker 1: this needs to be preserved. Okay, mister Tyne, go take
• 27:41
Speaker 1: your five minute break, mister Leopold. Now you're supposed to
• 27:45
Speaker 1: be here at nine am. It's now after two. Take
• 27:47
Speaker 1: your break and come back, mister Leopold. Okay. If the
• 27:51
Speaker 1: demeanor keeps up, we will not be here beyond those
• 27:54
Speaker 1: five minutes. Mister Tyne. Take your break and come back,
• 27:57
Speaker 1: mister Leopold. Okay. So I suggest that you relax, mister Tyne.
• 28:02
Speaker 1: I suggest that you take your break. Mister Kohlberger. Let
• 28:06
Speaker 1: them take that prime minute break, mister Leopold. But I
• 28:09
Speaker 1: would suggest that you take a deep breath, mister Tyne.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: Suggest whatever you want, just go take a break. Thereupon,
• 28:17
Speaker 1: a recess was taken. And as you can see, this
• 28:20
Speaker 1: is a contentious ass deposition, and we're talking about a
• 28:23
Speaker 1: little girl here. But this is the tactic that Jeffrey
• 28:26
Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers use time and time again, and the state
• 28:30
Speaker 1: of Florida allowed it. So we're gonna wrap up episode
• 28:33
Speaker 1: one right here, and in the next episode dealing with
• 28:36
Speaker 1: the topic, we're gonna pick up after their little recess
• 28:40
Speaker 1: and keep it rolling. All of the information that goes
• 28:43
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 28:46
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 28:49
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right back to
• 28:52
Speaker 1: that deposition from two thousand and eight given by one
• 28:57
Speaker 1: of Epstein's accusers during the Florida k and last episode
• 29:01
Speaker 1: we left with them going on a recess, and now
• 29:05
Speaker 1: we're picking up after that recess ends. And with that,
• 29:10
Speaker 1: mister Tyne begins questioning Jane Doe once again. Question, do
• 29:15
Speaker 1: you agree that giving testimony today at your deposition is
• 29:18
Speaker 1: something very serious? Don't you answer yes? Question? And you
• 29:23
Speaker 1: respect the court? Don't you answer yes? Question? Let me
• 29:27
Speaker 1: show you Exhibit thirty one dash zero zero one? Can
• 29:31
Speaker 1: you read that out loud? Please answer? Okay, what do
• 29:34
Speaker 1: you want question? Will you read that out loud? Please answer? Oh? Question?
• 29:39
Speaker 1: Thank you answer? Lol? Ha my bad? Lol, Yeah, I
• 29:45
Speaker 1: got some stupid court shit. On the twentieth bullshit and
• 29:48
Speaker 1: damn you still have court shit with him like after
• 29:51
Speaker 1: so long? Wow, I'm sorry. Well yeah, well we will
• 29:55
Speaker 1: definitely have to make plans for sure because I miss
• 29:57
Speaker 1: you tons times a million. No, no, no, I love
• 30:01
Speaker 1: you O andps I love your default pick n word
• 30:05
Speaker 1: moah X and O. Question did you send that message
• 30:09
Speaker 1: last week to a friend of yours on MySpace? Answer?
• 30:12
Speaker 1: I wouldn't know. There's no dates and I've deleted that MySpace.
• 30:15
Speaker 1: So question We're going to talk about that in a second.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: And what you're gonna notice is the whole entire point
• 30:22
Speaker 1: of attack here is about her MySpace and the fact
• 30:25
Speaker 1: that she was being a teenager, and that's what they
• 30:28
Speaker 1: used to get this whole entire sweetheart deal that Jeffrey
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Epstein ended up getting. And if you're not absolutely enraged
• 30:36
Speaker 1: after listening to this deposition, I don't know what will
• 30:39
Speaker 1: enrage you. Question did you send that message last week?
• 30:44
Speaker 1: Answer right? Question. Let me finish my question. Did you
• 30:48
Speaker 1: send that message last week to a friend of yours
• 30:50
Speaker 1: on MySpace? Answer? I wouldn't know the date, but obviously
• 30:54
Speaker 1: it's to a friend. Question did you send that message
• 30:57
Speaker 1: to a friend of yours on MySpace answer sure, yes.
• 31:01
Speaker 1: Question were you referring to this deposition? Answer? Yes. Question
• 31:06
Speaker 1: do you find the term N word offensive? Answer? That's
• 31:10
Speaker 1: not anywhere in there? Question what word did you use
• 31:13
Speaker 1: in there? Mister Leopold, Where are you referring to? Counsel?
• 31:17
Speaker 1: There's twenty plus words in there, mister Tyne. Don't make
• 31:21
Speaker 1: a speaking objection the witness. Are you referring to anything,
• 31:24
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, No, redacted, don't don't let him ask you
• 31:28
Speaker 1: that question, mister Tyne. Question what question were you asking? Redacted?
• 31:33
Speaker 1: Mister Leopold. She doesn't ask questions, You ask the questions.
• 31:37
Speaker 1: What's the question pending? Mister Tyne. What's the last word
• 31:41
Speaker 1: on there in the text of your message before the
• 31:44
Speaker 1: closing answer? N word but with an A at the end.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: Question don't you find that term offensive? Answer? No, mister Leopold.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: Can you spell it for the record, please? The witness
• 32:00
Speaker 1: spells it, mister Tyne. No, no, no, You're not going
• 32:03
Speaker 1: to be asking questions, mister Leopold. I'm not asking questions.
• 32:07
Speaker 1: I'm asking for the record for the word to be spelled,
• 32:10
Speaker 1: because we don't have a video here today. Mister Tyne.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: These exhibits are part of the record you, mister Leopold, Well,
• 32:16
Speaker 1: it's not marked as an exhibit. Mister Tyne. Quit interrupting me,
• 32:21
Speaker 1: mister Leopold, I have marked and identified as an exhibit
• 32:25
Speaker 1: and you will get it. Mister Leopold. There has been
• 32:28
Speaker 1: no identification of this document in the record, mister Tyne.
• 32:31
Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, stop interrupting this deposition. Mister Leopold. What is
• 32:37
Speaker 1: the exhibit number marked for identification, mister Tyne, thirty one
• 32:42
Speaker 1: dash zero zero one. Mister Leopold, do we have copies?
• 32:46
Speaker 1: Is it on record anywhere? Question? Let me ask you redacted?
• 32:50
Speaker 1: Did you in fact write your friend this message about
• 32:53
Speaker 1: this deposition? Answer? Yes, question, So you wrote your friend
• 32:57
Speaker 1: that this deposition is stupid? Courtshit correct answer. Yes. Remember
• 33:02
Speaker 1: we're talking about a little girl here. Remember when you
• 33:06
Speaker 1: were a kid. How would you feel about going to
• 33:08
Speaker 1: sit for a damned deposition? You'd be flexing and talking
• 33:11
Speaker 1: to your friends about it. Right, this is stupid. I
• 33:13
Speaker 1: don't want to do it, YadA YadA YadA. But Epstein's
• 33:16
Speaker 1: attorneys were allowed to get away with it without the
• 33:18
Speaker 1: state even stepping in. Question. So you wrote to your
• 33:23
Speaker 1: friend that this deposition is stupid court shit. Correct answer
• 33:26
Speaker 1: yes question. Because you think this deposition is stupid court shit.
• 33:30
Speaker 1: Don't you answer no question? You wrote that to your friend?
• 33:34
Speaker 1: Didn't you answer yes? Question? You think that court is stupid.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: Don't you answer in some cases question? And you think
• 33:44
Speaker 1: this deposition is bullshit? Don't you answer no question? You
• 33:48
Speaker 1: wrote that to your friend, didn't you, mister Leopold. Objection
• 33:52
Speaker 1: asked and answered, mister Tyne, that's not an objection, bye,
• 33:56
Speaker 1: mister Tyne. Question you wrote that to your friend, didn't you,
• 34:00
Speaker 1: Mister Leopold, objection asked and answered for the fourth time,
• 34:03
Speaker 1: mister Tyne, you are improperly objecting. Mister Leopold. You have
• 34:08
Speaker 1: no grounds to object and that's not an objection, mister Leopold,
• 34:12
Speaker 1: it is an objection, mister Tyne. Then terminate the deposition
• 34:16
Speaker 1: if you think it's been asked and answered, mister Leopold. Counsel,
• 34:21
Speaker 1: I am not precluded from just making an objection to
• 34:24
Speaker 1: the form of the question, as the courts well know.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: And if you practice here in West Palm Beach, many
• 34:29
Speaker 1: of the judges require you set the objection with specificity,
• 34:33
Speaker 1: and I will do that. And if you don't want
• 34:35
Speaker 1: me to do that. You can make the record, but
• 34:37
Speaker 1: I will do that, mister Tyne. Here's what we'll do,
• 34:41
Speaker 1: ted you can. I will always allow you to reserve
• 34:44
Speaker 1: an objection to form for every single one of my questions. Otherwise,
• 34:49
Speaker 1: all you're doing is obstructing mister Leopold. I won't do that,
• 34:53
Speaker 1: mister Tyne, of course, because you want to obstruct mister Leopold.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: All right, you think that giving testimony today under oath
• 35:02
Speaker 1: is bullshit? Don't you answer no question? And you wrote
• 35:06
Speaker 1: that your friend on MySpace last week? Didn't you mister
• 35:09
Speaker 1: Leopold objection asked and answered the witness. No, I did not,
