• 3:17
Speaker 1: I'm going to have to do a little more digging over the weekend to really, really hammer some stuff home.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: But just wow, I'm at a loss for words the stuff I've already kind of uncovered, the stuff I've already kind of uncovered, and I'm going to continue to dig, because this is crazy.

• 4:06
  Speaker 1: Good morning everybody.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: Facebook should be with us now.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: Let me make sure this is, can't forget, our crew.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: But All of these Whitney Houston y'all and all of these Whitney Houston y'all and I'm going to address all the people who are going crazy as if, like Cassie, because she allegedly quote unquote admitted that she set up, she helped set up, some of the freak-offs, or she sent messages saying that she wanted the freak-offs we got a lot, a lot, a lot to get to today, so we're going to start.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: Let's start with oh also, it's so many big things, I'm missing some of them.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: Victim number five, who they said would be testified last week.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: Nobody called out who that victim number five was.
• 5:16
Speaker 1: Everybody was like like who is that?
• 5:19
Speaker 1: But you know, who called out who that victim was is yours truly.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: I was right again.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: So when I say I'm not a professional, I'm just good.
• 5:35
  Speaker 1: That's what I mean.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: I not only report the news, but I recall the news and also predict the news.
• 5:44
Speaker 1: A lot of people can't do what I do.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Victim number five without further ado, it turned out to be Don Richards from Identity Kane.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: If you remember, I called that out.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: If you need receipts, I'm actually going to play, I'm actually going to play my Social media TikTok video, where I called out not only her, but I also called out Another surprise witness, who has just been named, to testify Aubrey O'Day.
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: Now I don't have to tell y'all.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: Ain't nobody coming close to me when it comes to covering this case, and I can tell by all of the.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: My podcast is blowing up even more.
• 6:43
Speaker 1: Youtube is doing well.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: Every social media I post drop is getting more and more views, cracking a million every other time I post now, because people are starting to say thank you for the super chat and the super sticker.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Now, dreamer, I really appreciate it, I'm going to give you some good lunch today.
• 7:02
  Speaker 1: $4.99, $4.99, can't beat it.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Love you, much love to you.
• 7:08
Speaker 1: But yeah, we're going to take our time today.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: It's just so much to go over.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: I don't want to miss anything.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Just like yesterday's episode.
• 7:15
Speaker 1: It was a little long, but it's just that's the kind of case we got going on.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: But check this out.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: I remember I told you the most frustrating.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: I don't get frustrated about a lot of things.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: You can see in the comments.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: You know I'm pretty level headed.
• 7:32
Speaker 1: The most frustrating part for me is saying stuff way before it happened Victim number three is missing.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: We're not talking about victim number three, but victim number three is not missing, in danger, just not missing, as in they don't want to testify.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: But anyway, the only thing that frustrates me is I call out stuff so early.
• 7:56
Speaker 1: Then I got to hear all these people who don't know shit, who don't do this for a living.
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: People don't realize.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: I research all day, so when I say stuff, this is my job, I'm not just shooting from the hip.
• 8:09
Speaker 1: But anyway, the frustrating part is me having to wait and listen to people talk shit and then everything I say comes true.
• 8:17
Speaker 1: So first of all, I've already called out who the witnesses was and identified him on this podcast a million times.
• 8:25
Speaker 1: The young lady who was dangled over a balcony it was in the indictment.
• 8:29
Speaker 1: I called her out as being a victim.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: She was named yesterday, which pretty much confirms Brianna Banna Buck-Darling, or however you say her name.
• 8:41
Speaker 1: The fashion designer who Diddy dangled over the balcony they talked about her yesterday.
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: So, like I said, she's a victim.
• 8:49
  Speaker 1: I named her.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: But when the questionnaire came out with all those celebrity names, I told people this is the blueprint for the victims and witnesses in this case, for the victims and witnesses in this case.
• 9:03
Speaker 1: Then I have people who always it's like I think it's because I have such a natural delivery.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: I don't have no shirt on in my videos and a combination of that.
• 9:17
Speaker 1: But they don't listen to what I say because it's a pocket of people who just swear they're smarter than me and they have to come in the comments and they have to prove they're smarter than me.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: So when I said that the questionnaire was the blueprint to the victims and witnesses in this case, they would say no, it's not.
• 9:36
Speaker 1: You don't know nothing about trials.
• 9:38
Speaker 1: The questionnaire is just to find out.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: Juries, those questions don't mean anything and that's the type of shit I got to listen to.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: When I know for a fact, when they put those questionnaires together, they don't have.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: No, these are the defense, and prosecutors and judge all have a job to do.
• 9:59
Speaker 1: They don't have time to fuck around.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: And when I say they don't have time to fuck around and when I say that, when I when I say they don't have time to fuck around, I mean that if they put in a celebrity's name in the questionnaire, it's a reason for it.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: They're just not pulling names out of their ass.
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: You know why?
• 10:19
Speaker 1: Because they need to find out if they put these witnesses or victims on the stand.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: They need to know without a reason beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no bias from any of these jurors against said celebrity.
• 10:39
Speaker 1: I know that that's common sense to me.
• 10:44
Speaker 1: I know that that's common sense to me.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: But to the ones out there, it just kills them that a natural laid-back guy like me can call this shit out from his living room couch and they can't understand it and then they just disappear.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: So where are all the people who told me the questionnaire didn't mean shit, because we just finding out that victim number five, who everybody couldn't figure out, who I told y'all was Dawn Richards?
• 11:14
Speaker 1: We found out last night Dawn Richards will be testifying, they're saying today, but the defense said they have more questions for Cassie today.
• 11:22
Speaker 1: But the defense said they had more questions for Cassie and there's been a big back and forth about getting through Cassie's testimony.
• 11:30
Speaker 1: So the word is that Dawn is testifying today, but I don't know if that's 100% for sure because of the fact that they still have a lot of questions for Cassie.
• 11:46
Speaker 1: Now, if you recall as a matter of fact, let me just play the video because you'll see why I say I'm not a professional, I'm just good you got to listen to this clip because this was last week when nobody knew who victim number five was, but knew they would be testifying, and I broke everything down before all of this came out.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: So all of my listeners already know a lot of this stuff that's happening and people are surprised and I'm also going to get into I'm a breakdown All the people who think Cassie's testimony or think that the defense just killed it with their cross-examination.
• 12:29
Speaker 1: I'm going to get to that and I'm going to put some context in it and I'm going to give you my honest assessment, not a biased, pandering, narrative-driven assessment.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: I'm going to give you my honest assessment and make sense out of everybody running around, but I just need to show y'all in real time who the fuck knows what they're talking about.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: This video was from last week.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: Everybody just found out who this Don Richards and this and that last night.
• 12:58
Speaker 1: I made this video last week to let my people know what the hell going on and tell me if I didn't predict this shit.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: Fine, I'll tell you why.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Prosecution pulled this out in the last minute.
• 13:29
  Speaker 1: Check this out.
• 13:29
  Speaker 1: We already know.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: There's been a list of celebrities who were named when it's true.
• 13:34
Speaker 1: Let's stick out to me, of course.
• 13:37
Speaker 1: Cassie Ventura, michael B Jordan.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: We need to pay attention to the real day.
• 13:42
Speaker 1: Lord London and somebody else on this list and I'm going to get to that last person In a minute.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: Let's start with Lauren London.
• 13:50
Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know Lauren and Cassie Were cool back in the day In the Shantown days and both of them hung out with Diddy.
• 13:59
Speaker 1: As you see, there's Cassie up there and Lauren London and Diddy.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: See, lauren was too tight, people ain't even after.
• 14:11
Speaker 1: Why would Lauren still be so cool with it?
• 14:17
Speaker 1: I mean, it even lands up for her.
• 14:19
Speaker 1: Come on, man, who the hell recently would call that black even spewed the beans, allegedly that Lauren and Dee were doing something together.
• 14:33
Speaker 1: And you gotta remember, even Nixie was introduced to Dee by Lauren.
• 14:39
Speaker 1: Lauren and Dee said that Lauren learned it and she fought back and said a woman in grief.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: And I'll tell you, lauren and Diddy were over the moon.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: I said that, lauren London.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: She fought back and said I'm a woman in grief, Stop messing with my name.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: I said Diddy, check this out.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: More controversy was sparked when Diddy dropped this piece and more lost vows, calling Lauren London his sister.
• 15:05
Speaker 1: See, lauren London even did john john commercials together.
• 15:15
Speaker 1: The next person people are talking about is our real day.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: It was around at this time as well.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: Now, keep in keep in mind the drugs were grilled over Aubrey all day and Lauren landed, so they got something to do with it.
• 15:31
Speaker 1: But again, even though Aubrey spoke out a lot, who whistled on Diddy a lot of times, even to the point where Diddy tried to silence her by giving her a publishing deal, I still think Aubrey would be more of a witness than a victim.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: And that brings me to who I believe could be victim number five.
• 15:51
Speaker 1: Victim number five will bring in this guy, Jimmy Ivey, as one of the witnesses to what was going on.
• 15:58
Speaker 1: In comes Dawn Richard, who I believe is victim number five and I believe was she a victim.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: Was she also SOSTA?
• 16:07
Speaker 1: Check this out Now.
• 16:09
Speaker 1: That's victim number five.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: I called out as Don Richards, who saw a lot, who was an artist on Bad Boy Records.
• 16:22
  Speaker 1: I called out Aubrey O'Day.
• 16:25
Speaker 1: They have both been named last night.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: Don't play with me.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Nobody else called that out.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: Nobody else called that out.
• 16:36
Speaker 1: Don Richards saw a lot.
• 16:42
Speaker 1: And the reason why I'm able to call it out because I'm one of the few people that actually reads the paperwork, who actually reads the indictments and then I take the indictments and what I see in the indictments and I match it up to all the stories that have happened over the years.
• 17:06
Speaker 1: I am not to be fucked with when it comes to this case.
• 17:09
Speaker 1: This is why Stevie J and all the rest of the little Mohawk ditties are always jumping in my comments.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: But they finally relaxed Because I call out so much shit.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: They think I got intel or inside information.
• 17:23
Speaker 1: I don't, I'm just good at reading tea leaves.
• 17:26
  Speaker 1: I told y'all, that's my gift.
• 17:27
Speaker 1: Give me a little piece of information and I can make a whole.
• 17:34
Speaker 1: I can come up with all the rest.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: So Don Richards is set to testify today after I called it out last week when nobody else did and I stood on it.
• 17:47
Speaker 1: Do you understand how I made the video?
• 17:49
Speaker 1: And I purposely put her at the end and let you know this is who I think victim number five is.
• 17:54
Speaker 1: And I told why Ain't nobody else doing that?
• 17:59
Speaker 1: But, like I said, the only frustration comes in.
• 18:02
Speaker 1: I call out shit and then I got to hear everybody who just they desire to be smarter than me for some reason.
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: I don't get it.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: And I got to sit back and listen to all the dumb comments.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: Then when I'm proven to be right, they never come back around.
• 18:15
Speaker 1: So let's get into what exactly did Dawn see and what exactly is she going to testify about.
• 18:24
Speaker 1: And I'm gonna get to cassie and I'm gonna break that down after I get to this new information that broke last night.
• 18:35
Speaker 1: Dawn richards, uh, not only was a victim of sa or some type of sexual harassment and all type of whatever from Diddy, but she also saw a lot.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: She also saw Cassie being abused and she said not only that record execs saw this abuse and did nothing about it, jimmy Iovine being named one of them.
• 19:08
Speaker 1: Jimmy Iovine was the big dog at Interscope Records and so Dawn named her.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: But we're going to get into some of the crazy.
• 19:23
Speaker 1: Dawn has witnessed some of the craziest instances allegedly that have went on.
• 19:30
Speaker 1: So if you want to know what's really going on in this case, make sure you follow and listen and like it and make sure you tell your friends, because it's a lot of people who just saying whatever everybody else is saying and that ain't going to help nobody.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: I'm in my bag.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: I can't even believe all of this stuff that I'm saying has come true.
• 20:00
Speaker 1: Like I said, we'll get to the lady who got dangled over the balcony.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: I called her out.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: Now she's been named, but anyway.
• 20:07
Speaker 1: Bbc News says Singer absolutely terrified of Diddy.
• 20:11
Speaker 1: Lawyer says Dawn Richard, a former member of two groups Dirty Money and Danny Kane, is coming forward.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: Miss Richard is among more than two dozen people who have filed lawsuits against him, against Diddy that is.
• 20:31
Speaker 1: She talked about a violent atmosphere.
• 20:34
Speaker 1: She talked about things that Diddy did to her that was inappropriate, had her in fear for her life, and she talked about the things she's seen.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: Danny D Cain Danny D Cain's Don Richards sues Sean Diddy Combs for sexual assault and battery.
• 21:03
Speaker 1: Richards says in a lawsuit that she witnessed Combs physically abuse his former girlfriend, cassie Ventura Also on numerous occasions.
• 21:27
Speaker 1: She saw Combs and his associates engaging in illegal drugs and sexual acts with underage girls.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Dawn Richard is testifying today, time permitting, while the whole world found this out last night.
• 21:40
Speaker 1: If you follow the flow show no filter.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: You knew this shit last week.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: This is why y'all tuning in to the right, y'all tuning into this podcast for the real Diddy News and, like I always tell you, I don't have no size, I just want to give y'all the information and then I give you my opinion.
• 22:02
Speaker 1: I give you all the information so you can decide what you want to believe and what you want to, not what you don't want to believe she goes on to say over now let me repeat that she has knowledge of Diddy and his team, which is why this is a Rico, because it's about the whole team.
• 22:23
Speaker 1: I broke that down yesterday.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: Involved in illegal drugs and sexual acts with underage you-know-what, richards became associated with Combs in 2004 after auditioning for season three of his MTV reality show Making the Band.
• 22:48
Speaker 1: Richards alleged that during auditions he called female contestants ugly, fat bitches and more.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: Richards says during the production of the show and its subsequent years, she and her bandmates were forced to rehearse for up to 48 hours with no rest, no food.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: Richard says she lost a substantial amount of weight and began getting rashes from the microphone pack she wore on her back during filming.
• 23:18
Speaker 1: See, people got to realize at this point these ladies are employees of bad boy records.
• 23:28
Speaker 1: This is the equivalent of slave wages or slavery, when I mean in a sense of if you own a business here, you have a certain standard you have to adhere to when you have employees.
• 23:43
Speaker 1: This is why a lot of companies pay for their labor overseas because you can get away with a lot of inhumane type of shit Long work hours, paying nothing but you can't do that over here.
• 24:01
Speaker 1: When people look at this and think this is not a big deal, they don't own a business and they don't know how this goes.
• 24:08
  Speaker 1: You don't, you can't.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: I say again in this country you can't just do shit.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: And because people don't have a choice or that people are trying to get paid and they do it quote unquote willingly, your ass can still be in trouble if it ain't right and a lot of people don't understand that.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: So because a worker will work under horrible conditions and get treated horribly and all of the above, just because they'll be willing to do that don't mean your ass won't get in trouble for it.
• 24:44
Speaker 1: Like I said, this is why we have laws in place.
• 24:50
  Speaker 1: Let me continue.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: In one instance, Richard was exercising and when I say Richard, don was exercising on the beach and vomiting, instead of MTV providing medical assistance, crews filmed the incident and left her alone.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: Richard said she was diagnosed in 2010 with anemia, a low white blood cell count and arthrogelia whatever I can't even pronounce that word or joint stiffness caused by overuse, sprains and infections such as rheumatic fever and chicken pox.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: Richard said in a complaint that Combs would often come into her dressing room unannounced she ain't got no clothes on, he just barges in, do whatever the fuck he want to do.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: This would be why she was working with a stylist.
• 25:58
Speaker 1: He would touch her butt and around her breasts to signal where the clothing should fall, according to the lawsuit.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: Now, from what you're hearing from diddy, does this sound far-fetched at all?
• 26:13
Speaker 1: He's done way worse than this.
• 26:15
Speaker 1: So so this is to me.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: You can take this to the bank.
• 26:20
Speaker 1: I already told you, don ain't no liar.
• 26:22
Speaker 1: Anyway, I know danny kane.
• 26:24
Speaker 1: I ran around with them at the same time.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: I was running around doing my music shit with Floyd Mayweather and Interscope and 50 Cent.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: I'll get into a little bit of that later, but I have and I can speak for the character and how Don is.
• 26:40
Speaker 1: And I told you before, every time I would go see D Woods and Danny Kane was on tour, I would go over there thinking everything was going to be happy and this and that, and I would get there and everybody would be crying and I was like man, what is Puff doing to these girls?
• 26:55
  Speaker 1: But I didn't ask.
• 26:57
Speaker 1: D Woods would tell me that.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: She would just tell me it was about Puff, but never no details.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: And I didn't ask because I didn't want to pry At that point.
• 27:08
Speaker 1: I didn't feel it was my business.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: I didn't know it was this serious.
• 27:10
Speaker 1: I thought it was just he wouldn't put out some songs or something.
• 27:15
Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
• 27:15
Speaker 1: I didn't know it was this type of shit.
• 27:19
Speaker 1: So anyway, combs also regularly asked her to strip down to her underwear in rehearsals, smacking her on the ass.
• 27:30
Speaker 1: If Dawn declined his advances, he would retaliate by leaving her off songs and performances and performances.
• 27:48
Speaker 1: Richard said she began fearing for her physical safety after she and Harper went to Combs' home in Los Angeles.
• 27:54
Speaker 1: Combs came into the kitchen and began berating Cassie for not cooking his eggs correctly and, in true Diddy the Devil fashion, proceeded to throw a pan at her and drag Cassie up the steps.
• 28:16
Speaker 1: You understand how this lines up with everything we're hearing.
• 28:26
Speaker 1: We know he like to throw shit at Cassie and throw shit at women.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: Here's another woman, dawn Richards, who I can.
• 28:34
Speaker 1: I will stand ten toes behind her because I know Dawn's character.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: Dawn is just like me, where she just want to work hard and she just was trying to work hard to be somebody.
• 28:49
Speaker 1: She could have said this shit back in the day.
• 28:53
Speaker 1: They could have been telling me back in the day what was going on.
• 28:56
Speaker 1: They kept it under wraps why?
• 28:58
Speaker 1: Because we were all young people trying to make it and it, and so many sacrifices, goes into being an artist.
• 29:07
Speaker 1: You don't want to blow it by blabbing your mouth.
• 29:10
Speaker 1: So if Don wasn't somebody who just wanted to talk and tear somebody's name up, they would have been saying and telling me stuff back then because we were cool, I mean really cool, I like them, they like me, me.
• 29:25
Speaker 1: We had a good vibe and they never, despite every time I would pull up the woods, wouldn't be crying, but all the rest of the girls would be crying and they would be off in their wherever area or whatever.
• 29:39
Speaker 1: And I'm like, yeah, I just could not understand it.
• 29:41
Speaker 1: Now I understand it.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Just could not understand it.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: Now I understand it.
• 29:49
Speaker 1: But let's continue on that story of Cassie being drug up the stairs.
• 29:51
Speaker 1: Dawn goes on to say the next day, combs allegedly bought Richard and Dawn, richard, flowers and said what they had witnessed was just a lover's argument where no one was hurt.
• 30:07
Speaker 1: And then this is what's going to get his ass in trouble.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: He said if you say anything, there will be consequences.
• 30:20
Speaker 1: He is saying this shit to young women, don and them.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: I'm thinking they had to be early 20s at this point.
• 30:25
Speaker 1: He is saying this shit to Young women, dawn and them.
• 30:27
Speaker 1: I'm thinking they had to be early 20s at this point.
• 30:29
Speaker 1: We were all in our early, early 20s If you say anything, there will be consequences.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: On another occasion, richard which is Dawn, alleges Combs pulled Cassie out of a van by her neck, pinned her to the ground, punched her in the face in the bathroom of a party and punched her in the stomach at a dinner in front of several high-profile celebrities, including Interscope Records founder Jimmy I Bean.
• 31:10
Speaker 1: And I'm going to say again I don't stand ten toes behind anybody I don't have a relationship with or have one, or to know, because y'all know, I'll tell you hey, this is what this person's saying and that's that I'm going to say again.
• 31:30
Speaker 1: Dawn is a strong woman who ain't about to be up here lying about this shit.
• 31:36
Speaker 1: And I stand 10 toes behind, 10 toes behind Now.
• 32:03
Speaker 1: Jimmy Iovine and Diddy had allegedly just struck violent assault in front of numerous high profile witnesses.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: The bad boy Interscope deal still took place and remained.
• 32:18
Speaker 1: In effect, did he, despite all of this, beaten his employees and his former girlfriend?
• 32:35
Speaker 1: He still was rewarded with immense financial rewards enabling him to commit further acts of violence without fear of repercussions.
• 32:49
Speaker 1: Y'all, is this not some shit?
• 32:50
Speaker 1: And how could I?
• 32:55
Speaker 1: I don't know how nobody else could call it out, but I'm loved that y'all listen to this show because y'all get the real ditty news.
• 33:01
Speaker 1: And we just getting started in this episode.
• 33:04
Speaker 1: We just warming up.
• 33:04
Speaker 1: I ain't got to cassie and the breakdown, so I can just spell a lot of the bullshit going on with with what people, what they're saying about, uh, the defense cross-examination, giving them way too much credit.
• 33:17
Speaker 1: But I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna adjust, it'm going to calibrate this shit and get it back where it needs to be.
• 33:24
Speaker 1: But anyway, richard, they tried to tell Cassie to leave Combs.
• 33:33
  Speaker 1: Dawn did.
• 33:34
Speaker 1: And when they tried to tell Cassie that she needs to leave Diddy alone, here's some more shit that's going to get Diddy in trouble.
• 33:46
Speaker 1: In this case, y'all could probably know what Diddy said and did after hearing this.
• 33:54
Speaker 1: Knowing him, y'all probably could fill in the blank, but I'm going to tell you anyway.
• 33:57
Speaker 1: Dawn said she was met with a litany of threats from Diddy such as do you want to die?
• 34:07
Speaker 1: Today, and I quote, I end people.
• 34:13
  Speaker 1: I end people.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: So to the assholes out there saying why didn't he just say something?
• 34:28
Speaker 1: Why didn't they do this?
• 34:29
Speaker 1: Why didn't they do that?
• 34:30
Speaker 1: Do I need to give you a list of all the mysterious deaths surrounding Diddy, and not only that.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: Now you're talking about a barely 20-year-old woman who has this man who has been caught up in all type of mysterious deaths around him telling you if you say something, do you want to die?
• 34:52
Speaker 1: That might be a reason why people didn't say shit at this time.
• 34:58
Speaker 1: Even her father confronted Did uh uh diddy in 2010.
• 35:09
Speaker 1: Dirty money, which is the other group that dawn was in.
• 35:13
Speaker 1: Dawn was very talented.
• 35:16
Speaker 1: They were preparing for a performance on saturday night live when combs called richard, wanting to know her whereabouts.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: When she arrived at the studio, he repeatedly chided the woman and called them names, drawing the attention of people in the lobby.
• 35:37
Speaker 1: Dawn allegedly asked Combs to stop and he drew a fist as if he were going to punch her.
• 35:45
Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, the flow shows no filter.
• 35:50
Speaker 1: Is that hard to believe?
• 35:52
  Speaker 1: Not at all.
• 35:53
  Speaker 1: Not at all.
• 35:58
Speaker 1: Combs' bodyguard stepped in and escorted Dawn out of the studio and into a car, stepped in and escorted Dawn out of the studio and into a car.
• 36:10
  Speaker 1: Do you know?
• 36:15
Speaker 1: Dawn could not get out of that fucking car.
• 36:17
Speaker 1: She was locked in that car for several hours.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: The only thing that saved her from probably having a fucking panic attack and passing the fuck out was that she had her phone and was able to call her father.
• 36:34
Speaker 1: Her father then had to drive from fucking Baltimore to New York.
• 36:39
Speaker 1: That's why she was in the car that long.
• 36:43
Speaker 1: It took him a few hours to even just get there.
• 36:45
Speaker 1: He threatened to call the police on Diddy, who allegedly told him think about your family, think about your daughter's career.
• 36:59
Speaker 1: After the SNL performance Combs allegedly told Dawn, you don't call your dad unless you're in the hospital and you still have people saying why didn't they just say something?
• 37:18
Speaker 1: Are you fucking kidding me?
• 37:24
Speaker 1: Are you fucking kidding me?
• 37:32
Speaker 1: Maybe they didn't want their whole family disappearing behind this monster.
• 37:40
Speaker 1: Maybe they didn't want to be killed.
• 37:41
Speaker 1: Maybe that's why they didn't say anything.
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Maybe they just was trying to stay alive and pursue their music career.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: And, of course, another thing they didn't make any fucking money.
• 38:00
Speaker 1: Richard's dawn was was promised royalties and licensing fees which she never received, uh, dirty money.
• 38:09
Speaker 1: The group that she was in with Diddy and another young lady grossed and sold millions and millions of sales.
• 38:17
Speaker 1: Richard estimates she was owed about $1.2 million I keep saying Richard's, but that's Dawn and about $350,000 or more in performances.
• 38:30
Speaker 1: She never got none of that.
• 38:32
  Speaker 1: This is sad.
• 38:37
  Speaker 1: This is sad.
• 38:43
Speaker 1: And I say all that to tell you she will be testifying today.
• 38:48
Speaker 1: We all just got the news last night.
• 38:52
Speaker 1: But if you've been listening to the flow show no filter.
• 38:55
Speaker 1: Like I said before, you knew Don was going to testify.
• 39:02
Speaker 1: Last week when I dropped the fucking video, when I said well, everybody trying to figure out who victim number five is, I think it's Don Richards.
• 39:07
Speaker 1: And in that same video, another person who I said I believe, and in that same video, another person who I said I believe will be a witness, was Aubrey O'Day.
• 39:16
Speaker 1: Aubrey O'Day was also announced last night.
• 39:21
Speaker 1: Aubrey O'Day was another woman from Danity Kane who is set to testify.
• 39:32
Speaker 1: And do you want the receipts?
• 39:34
Speaker 1: Because one thing about Flo I'm good, but see, I went to a good school and I'm fortunate enough.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: My mom and dad did whatever they had to do to put me in one of the top schools as I grew up and one thing that Shaker shout out to Shaker Heights High School and Shaker Elementary School, they took a guy rough around the edges who they believed had talent.
• 39:56
Speaker 1: I don't know why all those teachers gravitated around me and pushed me.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: They used to piss me off and they pushed me and pushed me and they pulled stuff out of me that I didn't even know I had.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: Y'all, I wouldn't be the storyteller, I wouldn't be the journalist I am today if it wasn't for Shaker.
• 40:15
Speaker 1: So make sure, if you can, the school that you put your kid in it will change their life.
• 40:18
Speaker 1: I'm just being honest about that.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: I had so many teachers wrap their arms around me when I didn't know how to write a fucking essay to save my life.
• 40:26
Speaker 1: But they would tell me you got the talent, you just need to structure it and learn the fundamentals, and learn the hook, and learn the intro and the body and the conclusion and blah, blah, blah.
• 40:35
Speaker 1: I'm like what the fuck?
• 40:36
Speaker 1: Anyway, one thing that school taught me is we always had to source our shit or they would threaten to give you a plagiarism and damn near kick you out the fucking school If you wrote papers and didn't source where your shit came from oh, they call that plagiarism, automatic fail and if you did it too many times your ass will be out of shape.
• 40:59
Speaker 1: But I thank them for that because to this day, that's why when I tell y'all shit, it's just automatically in me.
• 41:07
Speaker 1: I got to source it to an article, so it ain't me just shooting from the hip.
• 41:11
Speaker 1: So we're going to talk about.
• 41:14
Speaker 1: Aubrey O'Day will take the stand in Diddy trial.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: Coming from US Weekly or Us Weekly whatever, whichever way you want to call it.
• 41:24
Speaker 1: I've heard people say both.
• 41:25
Speaker 1: Former Danny DeCain singer Aubrey O'Day is set to testify in this high profile trial.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: A source confirmed that she was subpoenaed and has traveled to New York City to testify sometime this week or next week, which it's not going to be this week, it would have to be today, so I'm really sure it'd be next week.
• 41:51
Speaker 1: She said it's nerve wracking but she's ready.
• 41:57
Speaker 1: She's not backing down, she wants justice for everyone.
• 42:04
Speaker 1: The insider said, hinting, that O'Day has a project in the works that will be about the Diddy trial.
• 42:11
Speaker 1: See, the problem that Diddy is running to now is all of the women, all of these women that he took advantage of when they were little bitty girls.
• 42:20
Speaker 1: They have all grown into to be strong, intelligent women.
• 42:26
Speaker 1: And it only takes one, it only took Cassie to finally stand up and say look, I'm ready.
• 42:35
Speaker 1: I don't care if you're going to put all my nasty news and videos out, I'm standing up to your bitch ass.
• 42:42
Speaker 1: And once Cassie did that and she was not scared of you know, diddy was holding video footage for blackmail, and all of that Once Cassie finally stood up and said fuck you, I'm standing up.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: All of these strong women who were itty bitty babies when Diddy was running ramp shot all over them, they all grown to be strong women and they all, uniting and testifying, standing up, and I'm happy to see it.
• 43:14
Speaker 1: And I'm going to amplify the message on every freaking platform that I got, because I know how much and how long and how hard and how much work it took to get us here.
• 43:34
  Speaker 1: See the motherfucker.
• 43:35
  Speaker 1: I've been there.
• 43:36
Speaker 1: Like I told y'all, that's the one difference between me and a lot of these other people covering this.
• 43:42
Speaker 1: I was around this shit.
• 43:44
  Speaker 1: I was around.
• 43:48
Speaker 1: I was with Floyd Mayweather in 50 Cent when 50 Cent was the hottest motherfucker in the rap game.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: I was right there.
• 43:57
Speaker 1: So I seen it all, done it all, and I was witness.
• 44:04
Speaker 1: I witnessed a lot of this shit.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: So when people say, why didn't nobody say nothing?
• 44:08
Speaker 1: I was there to know why they didn't say nothing.
• 44:10
Speaker 1: Because we had a lunatic like Diddy, who not only used threats and was petty and would blackball and would do whatever he could, but he had receipts to back up and show you I've done it.
• 44:29
Speaker 1: I've ended lives, I've ended careers.
• 44:33
Speaker 1: So if you're a little kid and you might have, for example, me you might have been grinding and sacrificing for three to five years, not getting a nickel, trying to become a rapper or a singer, and you finally get your break After three to five years of nothingness.
• 44:57
Speaker 1: And you finally get your break.
• 44:59
Speaker 1: And then you see Diddy slap somebody on the behind.
• 45:06
Speaker 1: You're going to run and tell, and then not only would it not have any effect, because he had the law in his pocket, he had the industry in his pocket, he had the world in his pocket.
• 45:19
Speaker 1: So not only did you know where everybody has common sense, not only do you know telling is not going to lead to shit.
• 45:26
Speaker 1: The only thing that telling at this time was going to lead to was your ass being blackballed, and that would be the best thing to happen to you.
• 45:35
Speaker 1: If not blackballed, your ass could be dead.
• 45:39
Speaker 1: So to everybody that out there that say, well, why didn't they say nothing?
• 45:46
  Speaker 1: I don't believe them.
• 45:47
Speaker 1: Because they didn't say nothing.
• 45:48
  Speaker 1: Kiss my ass.
• 45:50
Speaker 1: I'm going to just say it flatly, like that.
• 45:53
  Speaker 1: You wasn't there.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: So instead of saying well, I don't believe, ask somebody who was there why they didn't say nothing.
• 46:03
Speaker 1: It wouldn't have done anything at this point.
• 46:10
Speaker 1: But now Guess what?
• 46:14
Speaker 1: His ass locked up.
• 46:16
Speaker 1: The truth has been exposed On his bitch ass.
• 46:20
Speaker 1: And so now People are standing up and telling these horrific stories.
• 46:33
Speaker 1: Aubrey O'Day was telling these stories for years and nobody listened O'Day.
• 46:44
Speaker 1: Let me continue in the article, give you some background on Aubrey O'Day.
• 46:48
Speaker 1: That the Danny D Kane member now Aubrey is the only one, unless I'm forgetting.
• 46:53
Speaker 1: I never had a chance to talk to Aubrey.
• 46:55
Speaker 1: I talked to Dawn, I talked to Dee Woods, and the only reason I didn't get a chance to talk to Aubrey it wasn't like she was antisocial or anything, but the few times that I would pull up, and it was the whole group, because a lot of times me and Dee Woods did our own thing.
• 47:10
Speaker 1: We would just kick it and go here, go there, but the few times when I put up on the whole group, aubrey would be in tears and so she would be in her own room somewhere and never, you know, you know when you, when you got stuff going on like that, you're not trying to see nobody.
• 47:25
Speaker 1: So I totally got, I totally understood it.
• 47:28
Speaker 1: But, like I told you, I didn't know it was to this degree.
• 47:31
Speaker 1: You gotta think at this time I wanted to be a bad boy artist.
• 47:32
Speaker 1: I didn't know it was to this degree.
• 47:33
Speaker 1: You got to think at this time I wanted to be a bad boy artist.
• 47:35
Speaker 1: I didn't know Diddy was this type of monster.
• 47:39
Speaker 1: Back then, when I was younger, I even had a bad boy chain.
• 47:45
  Speaker 1: I didn't know.
• 47:48
Speaker 1: So even when the girls would be crying, I just thought it was like business shit.
• 47:52
Speaker 1: Even with the girls would be crying, I just thought it was like business shit Because I knew Diddy was a shrewd, borderline, fucking horrible like business person who didn't give a shit about nobody.
• 48:04
Speaker 1: So I knew that.
• 48:05
Speaker 1: So I thought they would be crying just because he would be strong, arming them on some business or something like that.
• 48:13
Speaker 1: I did not know it was this type of shit.
• 48:16
Speaker 1: So it goes on to say Aubrey O'Day crossed paths with Diddy after appearing on MTV's Making a Band, she became a breakout star who was signed to Diddy.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: She had always been outspoken about the past experience with Diddy over the years always been outspoken about the past experience with Diddy over the years and more recently spoke about the big shift in her life as these allegations came out.
• 48:39
Speaker 1: She said everything is very chaotic.
• 48:43
Speaker 1: She said there were many harassment situations and said she wants to stand up for all of the victims out there and she's been doing it.
• 49:02
Speaker 1: This is why I read the tea leaves.
• 49:08
Speaker 1: I saw Aubrey O'Day's name on the questionnaire, despite people thinking they know him better than me.
• 49:13
Speaker 1: I knew every name on that questionnaire, despite people thinking they know him better than me.
• 49:15
Speaker 1: I knew every name on that questionnaire was very relevant to the case, because nobody has time to fuck around and put fake names or put names on there just to pull them off their ass.
• 49:25
Speaker 1: People are trying to make sure this trial is fair for the defense and the prosecution for many reasons.
• 49:33
Speaker 1: They don't want an appeal, they don't want a mistrial, they want a fair trial.
• 49:37
Speaker 1: So they had to put every name and victim and witness's name who was a celebrity that people may know.
• 49:45
Speaker 1: They have to put them all in that questionnaire to make sure they don't have not one single juror who is biased to any of those names, because that is crucial to this being a fair trial.
• 49:56
Speaker 1: I don't understand why I'm the only one who knew that or understood that these people think they would just put names on there.
• 50:05
  Speaker 1: Just.
• 50:05
Speaker 1: You think they're just gonna throw any celebrity name on a questionnaire on a trial, a freaky, freaky, freak off trial like this, and they're going to put somebody's celebrity name in there for no reason.
• 50:18
  Speaker 1: Use common sense.
• 50:20
Speaker 1: Every name on there is there for a reason and I knew that.
• 50:26
Speaker 1: So when I saw Aubrey O'Day, I said this is what I said to myself she's always wanted to stand up to Diddy.
• 50:33
  Speaker 1: She always has.
• 50:34
Speaker 1: She has been very outspoken, she knows stuff and she was around.
• 50:40
Speaker 1: Common sense tells me she's going to be a witness and damn it, if you didn't find out last night.
• 50:49
Speaker 1: She is one and she will be testifying last night.
• 50:56
Speaker 1: She is one and she will be testifying.
• 50:59
Speaker 1: So, like I said, dawn may not be testifying today, even though they're saying today.
• 51:05
Speaker 1: But I don't know if y'all were paying attention, but the judge and the defense have been arguing back and forth because Cassie was supposed to be most certainly done today, um, but the defense is acting like they may need the whole day and it's been a mess.
• 51:20
Speaker 1: So so if dawn does testify today will be because the judge told the defense look harry to fuck up and get done with cassie.
• 51:29
Speaker 1: We have to move on.
• 51:30
Speaker 1: But if the defense stretches it and does like they say and takes the whole day to continue with Cassie, then Dawn will be Monday.
• 51:41
Speaker 1: But Dawn has a lot to say, and so does Aubrey, and I guarantee you one person that don't want her speaking is Diddy, because, unless I missed something, dawn is the first person and the only person especially celebrity names that has spoke out publicly and put it in her lawsuit that Diddy did illegal things with underage you-know-whats.
• 52:10
Speaker 1: So that is about to be a bombshell testimony.
• 52:16
Speaker 1: Like I said, I've been calling out so many things.
• 52:21
Speaker 1: In this case I'm even like damn, you got that one right too.
• 52:26
Speaker 1: You got that one right too, and we're going to keep going, because my advantage is I was there.
• 52:32
Speaker 1: I'm going to keep telling you that.
• 52:33
Speaker 1: So let's move on to some of these other celebrity names that were brought up and let's explain so when they brought up Kid Cudi and Cassie allegedly cheating on Kid Cudi I mean cheating on Diddy with Kid Cudi.
• 52:49
Speaker 1: And Cassie said Diddy would often bring that up and use it, as you know, just to throw it in her face.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: And she said she talked to Cuddy when they were on a break or whatever.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: But the defense, as they have Cassie on the stand, their goal is to the theme we have.
• 53:13
  Speaker 1: Right here.
• 53:14
Speaker 1: We have two things at play.
• 53:15
Speaker 1: Right here we have the prosecution trying to show that, cassie, this is a predator-victim relationship.
• 53:24
Speaker 1: The defense is trying to prove that this is a boyfriend and girlfriend toxic, freaky relationship, nothing more, nothing less.
• 53:36
Speaker 1: And so when they brought up Kid Cudi, they tried to paint the picture of, well, kid Cudi, she was with Kid Cudi and she didn't tell Kid Cudi about the freak-offs.
• 53:48
Speaker 1: So that must mean she enjoyed the freak-offs, she, if she was being coerced and forced or whatever.
• 53:57
Speaker 1: Then when she had an opportunity to tell someone else and save herself, why didn't she tell Kid Cudi?
• 54:04
Speaker 1: And I say to that let's not be prisoners at a moment, because y'all thinking of the Diddy right now who locked up behind bars and everybody's just feeling like they can say this and say that they feeling empowered because the devil is locked up.
• 54:21
Speaker 1: But if you go back in time when this happened and he talking about anywhere from 2012 on up to more recently, you couldn't.
• 54:38
  Speaker 1: What the hell?
• 54:39
Speaker 1: If you just hear about Diddy blowing up cars, threatening women, threatening to end lives, running up with pistols on people, all that kind of stuff, I mean it just just wow, reckless abandon running around, right, we know that this is not really even speculation.
• 55:02
Speaker 1: We know solid stories.
• 55:04
Speaker 1: Gene Deal and a million others have talked about it.
• 55:07
Speaker 1: She is fresh when they're talking about this Kid Cudi stuff.
• 55:12
Speaker 1: She is fresh in her career.
• 55:13
Speaker 1: Why in the fuck she're talking about this Kid Cudi stuff?
• 55:15
Speaker 1: She is fresh in her career.
• 55:15
Speaker 1: Why in the fuck she going to go tell Kid Cudi or anybody else about freaky ass pup daddy sitting in the corner pleasuring himself while she getting her getting just sexually abused to the highest power?
• 55:33
Speaker 1: Why and she's just starting fresh in her career how in the fuck is she going to say something?
• 55:39
Speaker 1: If she's going to say something, she might as well have left the industry, left everything and went into witness protection.
• 55:47
Speaker 1: That's the only way she could have said something and felt safe.
• 55:51
  Speaker 1: Do you understand?
• 55:58
Speaker 1: Quit being prisoners of the moment.
• 56:03
Speaker 1: Y'all thinking about the Diddy right now who locked up and saying, well, why she just didn't say something.
• 56:07
Speaker 1: Take your ass back in time and realize what the hell would have happened if Cassie would have told Kid Cudi about this part of Diddy that nobody knew.
• 56:18
Speaker 1: Cassie might not even be alive right now had she did that at that time, because all it takes is Kid Cudi to tell somebody, and this happened.
• 56:34
Speaker 1: Next thing we know now, when Diddy locked up, we know this, we would know this in 2013, 14, when he was on top of the world and we'd be like he watching dudes and he's getting semen rubbed on his nipple, like come on now, think nipple.
• 56:53
Speaker 1: Like come on now, dang.
• 56:59
Speaker 1: So then they went on to talk about the jealousy and said that Kim Porter did his child's mother, the mother of the twins and the other daughter I mean the mother of the twins.
• 57:09
Speaker 1: They said Kim Porter would leave free calls and that would make cassie jealous and she admitted it.
• 57:18
Speaker 1: They said, uh, mike, another thing that we predicted on this show uh, michael b jordan.
• 57:26
Speaker 1: When cassie was filming honey part three a movie and I think it was they were filming it in Africa Diddy was jealous, saying that Cassie was in an affair with Michael B Jordan.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: That's where his name came from.
• 57:40
  Speaker 1: But guess what?
• 57:41
Speaker 1: Another victim was revealed, because they testified that at the same time, I guess in retaliation of Diddy thinking that Cassie was messing with Michael B Jordan, diddy posted a pic on his social media or something with Gina Hung.
• 58:04
Speaker 1: If you recall, I told you Gina was a victim, victim number three, I believe.
• 58:08
Speaker 1: Well, her name just came up as Diddy messing with her and using Gina to make Cassie jealous, which is everything we talked about.
• 58:17
Speaker 1: And, if you know, gina Hung has been missing.
• 58:22
Speaker 1: She was set to testify and then all of a sudden she's been disappearing and we can't get in contact.
• 58:30
Speaker 1: They can't get in contact with her or her lawyer.
• 58:32
Speaker 1: Did Diddy get to Gina?
• 58:41
Speaker 1: Was she offered her money?
• 58:47
Speaker 1: Because one minute she was all ready to testify.
• 58:48
Speaker 1: I even believe they have sworn testimony, because I don't think they would even have added her if she didn't have sworn testimony.
• 58:53
Speaker 1: They wouldn't add her as a victim.
• 58:55
Speaker 1: But one minute she's ready to testify.
• 59:00
Speaker 1: The next minute she's not.
• 59:01
Speaker 1: But we told you on this show that Gina Hum was victim number three Another one we got right.
• 59:10
Speaker 1: I told you today's theme is going to be Mr Told.
• 59:13
Speaker 1: I told you so I'm sorry.
• 59:14
  Speaker 1: Another one.
• 59:17
  Speaker 1: We got right.
• 59:17
Speaker 1: I told you today's theme is going to be Mr Told you, so I'm sorry, but I get to do this when I have to be patient and sit back and hear everybody talk shit about I don't know what I'm talking about and I can't say nothing because I got to wait for everybody to catch up.
• 59:25
Speaker 1: Well, it's everybody catching up now, so I'm going to keep making it be known.
• 59:29
Speaker 1: Today I'm giving my own self my flowers today because y'all got to believe, y'all got to understand.
• 59:35
Speaker 1: This is about four or five major things in this case that I have predicted.
• 59:40
Speaker 1: I've had to listen to people say I didn't know this, I didn't know that I just have to wait for stuff to come out.
• 59:46
  Speaker 1: Now I've waited.
• 59:47
Speaker 1: Now I'm going to talk my shit.
• 59:48
Speaker 1: I normally work off the phone and the iPad.
• 59:54
Speaker 1: So much shit to talk about.
• 59:56
Speaker 1: Today I got the old school paper and pen out.
• 59:58
Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I couldn't find a pen.
• 1:00:00
Speaker 1: I wrote in crayons.
• 1:00:02
Speaker 1: I don't even know how the fuck we had crayons around this house, but I found some crayons.
• 1:00:06
Speaker 1: But anyway, another name that got dropped and I ain't going to go into too much detail of this because I want to do a deep dive on this.
• 1:00:16
Speaker 1: But Whitney Houston now, when, when, when?
• 1:00:21
Speaker 1: Cassie, when they had her on the stand, they start talking about an instance with, uh, yep, a crayon.
• 1:00:28
Speaker 1: I almost broke my finger trying to write with a crayon.
• 1:00:31
  Speaker 1: I ain't used a crayon in 40 years.
• 1:00:33
Speaker 1: Anyway, thanks for the super sticker stuff.
• 1:00:48
Speaker 1: Another thing the defense tried to go into with Cassie is on the prosecution's side, they painted the picture as Cassie was forced to take these drugs from Diddy and that was the kind of painted, that kind of picture.
• 1:01:00
Speaker 1: So the defense tried to paint the picture that Cassie was doing this on her own and that Cassie would, she wanted to get the drugs on her own.
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: It wasn't Diddy making them.
• 1:01:15
Speaker 1: So they would bring up the fact that in 2012, they were doing drugs or whatever, and Diddy actually had an overdose, I believe, out in Cali.
• 1:01:29
Speaker 1: But when they asked Cassie about it, she said something that made my antenna go up.
• 1:01:36
Speaker 1: She said are you talking about the same night that Whitney Houston died?
• 1:01:43
Speaker 1: And then she went on to say yeah, uh, diddy, uh, I wasn't there, but uh, diddy, uh, had ady said that it was a super strong opioid or whatever type of drug.
• 1:01:57
Speaker 1: I'm not a drug expert y'all Excuse me on that, I don't deal with all that at all.
• 1:02:03
Speaker 1: I'm scared, I don't want to do none of that.
• 1:02:06
Speaker 1: Shit had a really opioid whatever, a powerful one I guess, and it put his ass in the hospital.
• 1:02:17
Speaker 1: But I said to myself, what is the odds of Diddy being going to the hospital for overdose the same night, in the same time, around the same area or whatever that Whitney Houston died of?
• 1:02:38
Speaker 1: I think it was supposed to be an overdose?
• 1:02:40
Speaker 1: Then you know we don't believe that.
• 1:02:41
Speaker 1: And I got to thinking y'all know Ray J and Diddy are thick as thieves, especially back then Ray J was also dating Whitney Houston or whatever they were.
• 1:03:06
Speaker 1: We also know that it's almost common knowledge.
• 1:03:12
Speaker 1: But I'm going to just say allegedly, because I haven't seen any solid proof Ray J got Whitney her drugs.
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: He was the middle man to the drug person.
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: I'm thinking what if Ray J got with supplying Diddy and Whitney and gave her some bad stuff?
• 1:03:31
Speaker 1: I guess I got to do a deep dive.
• 1:03:34
Speaker 1: But my intent is going off on that and I also feel like there's a slim chance that cassie said that on purpose, saying something without saying something, because they had pissed cassie off talking about this drug situation and calling somewhere that she went a drug rehab place.
• 1:03:57
Speaker 1: When she corrected him and said, no, it's a rehab, you should come.
• 1:04:01
Speaker 1: I mean it's not my bad.
• 1:04:02
Speaker 1: She said no, it's not a drug rehabilitation place, it's a spa.
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: You should come and find out.
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: And looked at his ass.
• 1:04:12
Speaker 1: I seen the sketch.
• 1:04:13
Speaker 1: Cassie looked at his ass.
• 1:04:14
Speaker 1: I seen the sketch cassie looked at him.
• 1:04:15
Speaker 1: I ain't seen cassie pissed this whole testimony and so they pissed her off.
• 1:04:22
Speaker 1: Now and I'm telling y'all this is just me reading tea leaves.
• 1:04:25
  Speaker 1: I haven't.
• 1:04:25
Speaker 1: This is not me.
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: This is just me speculating for a hot second because I'm gonna do some over the weekend.
• 1:04:30
Speaker 1: I I'm looking into this Whitney Diddy Ray J situation because too many coincidences for me.
• 1:04:37
Speaker 1: But and then Cassie says when they talking about it, she says oh, you talking about the same night Whitney died.
• 1:04:46
Speaker 1: It was like I think she purposely threw that in there.
• 1:04:50
Speaker 1: Like, yeah, motherfucker, since y'all want to be talking shit and and and and, screwing my words around, let me throw a little.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: Let me throw a little Whitney Houston out there and and let you know this shit could get really get serious.
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: So I don't know y'all, that's just me reading the tea leaves.
• 1:05:07
Speaker 1: This is just my little five minutes of speculation that I'm throwing in here of stuff that I got on my mind.
• 1:05:13
Speaker 1: I will do more deep diving on this over the weekend, though, because another thing is why we never knew about Diddy overdosing.
• 1:05:20
Speaker 1: The same night Whitney died.
• 1:05:23
Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be something we would know?
• 1:05:24
Speaker 1: Allegedly died of an overdose, and then Diddy, the biggest mogul at that time, also was in the hospital for an overdose.
• 1:05:38
Speaker 1: Why the fuck we didn't know.
• 1:05:40
Speaker 1: Why are we finding that out 20 years later?
• 1:05:44
Speaker 1: So I'll be deep diving into that over the weekend.
• 1:05:46
Speaker 1: Look for me to if I come up with something, because I don't bring it unless I come up with solid evidence that I feel good about.
• 1:05:52
Speaker 1: If I come up with something, I will bring it to the show Monday.
• 1:05:55
Speaker 1: If I don't see any possible connection or anything to it, I'll let you know.
• 1:06:01
Speaker 1: I didn't really find much, y'all, so we'll wait till Monday on that.
• 1:06:06
Speaker 1: Other names that came out, and this is another thing I liked about this.
• 1:06:09
Speaker 1: I do like about this trial because it's exposing.
• 1:06:12
Speaker 1: It's exposing the industry, and, and what I mean is people are catching strays.
• 1:06:21
Speaker 1: They asked Cassie about you know cause?
• 1:06:24
Speaker 1: They were trying to drive home the point that she could have told somebody, or why didn't she tell somebody?
• 1:06:29
  Speaker 1: Well, cassie, said.
• 1:06:30
Speaker 1: They said well, why didn't you tell anybody?
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: She said well, hey, kay, which is Christina Korn, diddy's chief of staff told her when she would go to her and tell her about all this nasty freak off and all the violence and all the intimidation.
• 1:06:44
Speaker 1: Christina Korn would just say, hey, just relax, that's just Diddy Diddy.
• 1:06:56
Speaker 1: He might be crazy, but he got a good heart, something to that effect.
• 1:07:00
Speaker 1: So, like I said, christina Corrin I believe she will be on the witness stand and she was the chief of staff of Diddy, so she was in the middle of all of this stuff.
• 1:07:07
Speaker 1: So for her to act like she didn't know anything or to have nothing to do with anything shows me she's deep.
• 1:07:16
Speaker 1: She's in this shit deep, because how could you be dead, smack dab in the middle, running Diddy's whole empire and not know what the hell going on?
• 1:07:29
Speaker 1: You can't sell me ice in Alaska.
• 1:07:33
Speaker 1: You can't sell with me firing hell.
• 1:07:36
Speaker 1: You gotta try that with the rest of these, with these other people that don't use their noggin.
• 1:07:40
Speaker 1: I use my noggin.
• 1:07:42
Speaker 1: I be thinking I might just be in the middle of Out having food and next thing.
• 1:07:49
Speaker 1: I know they be like Flo.
• 1:07:50
Speaker 1: What you think I'm over here thinking about some shit that I need answers to.
• 1:07:53
Speaker 1: That's the type of person I am.
• 1:07:56
Speaker 1: My brain don't stop See.
• 1:07:57
  Speaker 1: I know they're like Flo.
• 1:07:58
Speaker 1: What you think I'm over here thinking about some shit that I need answers to.
• 1:08:00
Speaker 1: That's the type of person I am.
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: My brain don't stop.
• 1:08:02
Speaker 1: That's how I be coming up with all this stuff.
• 1:08:04
  Speaker 1: I can't help it.
• 1:08:05
Speaker 1: I told y'all I would be looking up and researching all this shit before it was my career.
• 1:08:07
Speaker 1: I would be deep diving stories and figuring out what the hell happened when I wasn't getting paid a nickel to do it and I wasn't even talking about it on social media.
• 1:08:15
Speaker 1: It's just something that I'm into.
• 1:08:18
Speaker 1: But another name that got exposed was Nicki Minaj.
• 1:08:22
Speaker 1: Cassie said she asked Nicki Minaj for help or assistance in all of this madness.
• 1:08:30
Speaker 1: She said Nicki Minaj told her just mind your business and focus on your career.
• 1:08:35
Speaker 1: A lot of women would die to be where you at.
• 1:08:38
Speaker 1: So she caught a strike.
• 1:08:43
Speaker 1: But it's just showing what type of industry and how far it went.
• 1:08:52
Speaker 1: The industry I mean how far the industry went to conceal this crap and I like it.
• 1:09:01
Speaker 1: I like that it's getting exposed, and people who aren't even necessarily close to the case are also getting exposed.
• 1:09:09
Speaker 1: Because it further shows why people didn't say shit, because even when you're dibbling and dabbling trying to say something, you get met with like you're the problem for bringing it up.
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: Y'all should see this purple crayon I wrote with this shit look crazy.
• 1:09:51
Speaker 1: And so let me address another thing that they said about.
• 1:09:53
Speaker 1: You know, it was funny because people on let's say that, like, let's say, the people who are on Diddy's side they were jumping up and down and screaming and clapping their hands like their team just scored a game-winning touchdown in the Super Bowl, because the defense revealed some text messages saying that Cassie wanted the free call, as if that was some big smoking gun.
• 1:10:13
Speaker 1: As if that was some big smoking gun.
• 1:10:16
Speaker 1: But let me tell you that's just another proof that people just run around and say whatever that their little, their, their side is saying, and whatever word starts going around, they just all start repeating it.
• 1:10:26
Speaker 1: But let me tell you how stupid that sounds for a few reasons.
• 1:10:30
Speaker 1: The first reason is Cassie told you herself under the when, the, when the prosecution was questioning her, cassie told you herself that she asked for them, or or told Diddy that she was cool with some of them, even though she didn't like them.
• 1:10:50
Speaker 1: She admitted herself that she set some up or helped set them up.
• 1:10:55
Speaker 1: That wasn't no groundbreaking news.
• 1:10:57
Speaker 1: She said it herself.
• 1:10:58
Speaker 1: But now that the defense cross-examined it and brought it out in text messages, y'all going crazy like this is some new shit.
• 1:11:07
Speaker 1: Well, did y'all pay attention to her testimony?
• 1:11:10
  Speaker 1: She admitted it.
• 1:11:11
Speaker 1: She'd been honest about every step of the way.
• 1:11:16
Speaker 1: So when you get up, when you go, start going crazy because you heard a text message of her saying like she's ready for the freak off.
• 1:11:24
Speaker 1: Duh, she said it herself already.
• 1:11:28
Speaker 1: She stole the thunder from that.
• 1:11:30
Speaker 1: But she also said she didn't want to fucking do it no more.
• 1:11:34
Speaker 1: So that brings me to my next point.
• 1:11:40
Speaker 1: A woman could text her boyfriend or whoever a million fucking times that they ready to have some hot and heavy sex.
• 1:11:48
Speaker 1: I'm ready to do the thing, baby.
• 1:11:52
Speaker 1: She could send that text a million times and a million times they could have some hot and heavy sex.
• 1:12:02
Speaker 1: But if on a million and one she says no and you force it on her anyway, your ass is locked up.
• 1:12:13
Speaker 1: So I go back to the text message point.
• 1:12:19
Speaker 1: This happened over a 10-year period, a few text messages saying I'm ready for a freak off.
• 1:12:25
Speaker 1: What the hell did that really mean?
• 1:12:27
Speaker 1: It only take one time for her to say I don't want to freak off and you force her into it anyway and your ass sitting there with Diddy.
• 1:12:38
Speaker 1: And so I'm only bringing context to the many people and to people that are saying stuff that you just don't really get it.
• 1:12:55
Speaker 1: You don't get what this case is about.
• 1:12:57
Speaker 1: Now I'll admit the defense.
• 1:13:02
Speaker 1: The one thing they did was they muddied the waters a little bit, meaning with their cross-examination by bringing out these text messages and making it seem like it's some big I gotcha moment.
• 1:13:16
Speaker 1: They did bring a little doubt as to whether Cassie was forced or not, but that's a little doubt because when you think of, when you list all the facts, it doesn't really matter about no one fucking text message or two or three.
• 1:13:35
Speaker 1: This shit happened every day, all day, and she had her career hanging over her head.
• 1:13:41
Speaker 1: She was employed by Diddy at this time.
• 1:13:43
Speaker 1: You better like the freak offs if you-offs, if you want a career.
• 1:13:48
Speaker 1: So because she sends a text message saying I'm ready for a freak-off, lol, you think that just a whole case over, shut down, let Diddy go home.
• 1:14:00
Speaker 1: Oh, we got a text message.
• 1:14:02
Speaker 1: It ain't that easy.
• 1:14:05
Speaker 1: It ain't that simple.
• 1:14:06
Speaker 1: It ain't that easy.
• 1:14:16
Speaker 1: It ain't that simple.
• 1:14:16
Speaker 1: It ain't that simple.
• 1:14:17
Speaker 1: Cassie, like I said when I did the original breakdown of her testimony, what cassie did well was she told the truth.
• 1:14:20
Speaker 1: That's the best thing you can do when you're on that stand, because most of the things she said was damaging to Diddy.
• 1:14:31
Speaker 1: But she also did say some things that could help Diddy.
• 1:14:35
Speaker 1: But when you tell the truth you will have both sides of the coin and Cassie did that phenomenally of the coin.
• 1:14:48
Speaker 1: And Cassie did that phenomenon.
• 1:14:49
Speaker 1: I told people it was kind of like Eminem.
• 1:14:51
Speaker 1: If you remember the old school movie Eight Mile when the guy was ready to say all the crazy stuff, they had a little rap battle and the guy was ready to say all type of crazy stuff to Eminem and he let Eminem go first.
• 1:15:05
Speaker 1: Eminem listed all the crazy and embarrassing things that happened to him and all the fucked up things he went through and all the bad news about him.
• 1:15:13
Speaker 1: He said it all himself and shut it down and gave it, got a mic when it was his time to battle rap.
• 1:15:22
Speaker 1: He know what the hell to say Cassie did the similar thing.
• 1:15:29
Speaker 1: She said all of this, she was honest about it.
• 1:15:41
Speaker 1: And she was honest about it because it doesn't matter if she sent some text messages or said I wasn't ready for the freak off, because the whole point is she was allegedly forced and coerced into this shit.
• 1:15:52
Speaker 1: Do y'all know what that means?
• 1:15:53
Speaker 1: It means you better like to freak off or your ass grass.
• 1:15:59
Speaker 1: I have your career in the palm of my hand, not to mention in the other palm of my hand.
• 1:16:06
Speaker 1: I got freaky, nasty footage of you that, if you don't do what I say, I'm going to put out and destroy your career.
• 1:16:21
Speaker 1: So my honest assessment is the defense didn't do a bad job.
• 1:16:27
Speaker 1: Defense didn't do a bad job.
• 1:16:29
Speaker 1: They didn't do a great job.
• 1:16:30
Speaker 1: They just did their job yesterday.
• 1:16:34
Speaker 1: Nothing special, nothing to jump up and down and all the defense.
• 1:16:39
Speaker 1: They just got the case up.
• 1:16:42
Speaker 1: But they didn't do a bad job.
• 1:16:45
Speaker 1: They did an average job and did what they're supposed to do.
• 1:16:50
Speaker 1: Diddy, the evidence is damning against him.
• 1:16:54
Speaker 1: They don't have much to work with, considering the circumstances.
• 1:17:00
Speaker 1: They did a decent job.
• 1:17:04
Speaker 1: And one thing I will say they did a good job on, though, which I thought would be tough is.
• 1:17:12
Speaker 1: They created a little doubt, without being too aggressive and insensitive to the witness.
• 1:17:24
Speaker 1: I thought they would be a lot more aggressive, meaning a lot more degrading or just more aggressive, and I thought that would get them into trouble.
• 1:17:38
Speaker 1: But they actually were, with the questions and given with the cert, given the circumstances, the defense actually, uh, didn't really I wouldn't say they were too raunchy, I guess that's the best word I can come up with like they weren't.
• 1:17:53
Speaker 1: They weren't really too like I thought they would be.
• 1:17:56
Speaker 1: So that's, I could give them some points for that.
• 1:17:59
Speaker 1: And, like I said, I'm not gonna say they did a bad job.
• 1:18:02
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say they did a great job.
• 1:18:03
Speaker 1: They did their job and and they did the best they could.
• 1:18:07
Speaker 1: But to jump up and down, because you sent some, you got some text messages saying that she was ready for a freak off or this or that, that means you just haven't been listening to the testimony, like like I have, because Cassie already explained all of that.
• 1:18:23
Speaker 1: She already told that.
• 1:18:26
Speaker 1: She already said she helped set him up, she already said she paid him and she called the guy.
• 1:18:30
Speaker 1: She already said all that.
• 1:18:32
Speaker 1: But what people have to realize is this is a recall.
• 1:18:35
Speaker 1: A recall goes from the top down.
• 1:18:39
Speaker 1: It don't matter who actually committed the, who actually put the money in that person's hands or who actually made the call.
• 1:18:47
Speaker 1: It goes all the way up to where did that direction come from?
• 1:18:52
Speaker 1: Who is the leader of this?
• 1:18:54
  Speaker 1: That's what a RICO is.
• 1:19:00
Speaker 1: So, like I always tell y'all, I'm here just to bring context Yesterday, like I said here just to bring context yesterday.
• 1:19:11
Speaker 1: Like I said, um, cassie was the first time.
• 1:19:12
Speaker 1: Cassie got a little flustered with that, that drug rehab talk, and that's a touchy subject.
• 1:19:14
Speaker 1: Uh, she started getting real short with her answers, which you know.
• 1:19:19
Speaker 1: That's what happened when you get pissed you start getting real short with your answers.
• 1:19:22
Speaker 1: And, um, that's mostly my take out of that whole thing.
• 1:19:30
Speaker 1: That's what I got from it.
• 1:19:31
Speaker 1: As far as the cross-examination, like I said, people jumping up and down as if something new was exposed there wasn't nothing new exposed, nothing besides details we didn't know, but nothing fundamentally different from what Cassie said about the freak-offs when she was questioned by the prosecution versus the defense.
• 1:19:59
Speaker 1: So people got to stop being prisoners of the moment and just going with okay, now this side saying this I'm all the way over here.
• 1:20:10
Speaker 1: Now this side saying that I'm all the way over there.
• 1:20:12
Speaker 1: It's always pretty much somewhere right around in the middle.
• 1:20:20
Speaker 1: Now, some more shocking kind of information that came out, uh, last night, uh also was that we, we found out who was dangled over the balcony.
• 1:20:32
Speaker 1: This woman is the other victim that we didn't know.
• 1:20:36
Speaker 1: We only knew for sure cassie was.
• 1:20:38
Speaker 1: We speculated that gina was, and we also speculated that this fashion design person, fashion person, miss Banner, brianna she met Diddy through Cassie and this was around the time when Diddy wanted to do his Sean John and all of that Sean John and all of that and so they hooked up and was supposed to be doing some fashion stuff together.
• 1:21:18
Speaker 1: Next thing, you know, she's getting dangled over a balcony by Diddy the Madman.
• 1:21:23
Speaker 1: Now she has been revealed and you can look forward to her testifying and she has horrific story to tell.
• 1:21:30
Speaker 1: I'm'm gonna give you a little bit of that and a surprising word from justin bieber uh, and I'm gonna have to.
• 1:21:38
Speaker 1: We got to talk about that.
• 1:21:40
Speaker 1: But, uh, this fashion design person whose name was brought up and let me give you some context of why her name was brought up and she was brought up to Cassie this is when she was dangled over a 17th from the 17th floor.
• 1:22:02
Speaker 1: She was dangled over a balcony.
• 1:22:04
Speaker 1: And when she was brought up floor, she was dangled over a balcony.
• 1:22:07
Speaker 1: And when she was brought up, let me give you the exact quote.
• 1:22:10
Speaker 1: This is crazy y'all.
• 1:22:11
Speaker 1: This is just exposing the industry and how many people knew and didn't do shit and just to drive home the point that this is why people didn't say anything.
• 1:22:32
Speaker 1: Uh, uh, combs's attorney said to cassie you told mrs corm that you learned only after the fact that mr combs had dangled miss bongo bongolin of off the balcony.
• 1:22:38
Speaker 1: Cassie said I'm not sure.
• 1:22:41
Speaker 1: And then the attorney said you were were on drugs.
• 1:22:45
Speaker 1: She said I'm not sure.
• 1:22:46
Speaker 1: Attorney said you got a life coach for your drug use.
• 1:22:56
Speaker 1: She said I don't know who that person is.
• 1:22:58
Speaker 1: She said Combs attorney said you were doing a lot of drugs Question mark.
• 1:23:02
Speaker 1: She says it was a rough time.
• 1:23:04
Speaker 1: And that's when he said you tried to get into a rehab, the golden door, and she said it was a spa.
• 1:23:19
Speaker 1: There was a time I lost all sense of smell and taste and woke up in the hospital with an IV in my arm.
• 1:23:21
Speaker 1: I tried to get help, but the golden door was a spa, not a drug rehab place.
• 1:23:27
Speaker 1: You should come and find out.
• 1:23:28
Speaker 1: But I say all that because that little bit of testimony right there also told us another victim that we speculated is the Bob Golivan or whatever the fashion design lady the Bob Golivan or whatever the fashion design lady and so it's not speculation anymore.
• 1:23:52
Speaker 1: People Magazine told us about this.
• 1:23:54
Speaker 1: It says Sean Diddy Combs accused of dangling woman over 17 floor balcony at Cassie's apartment.
• 1:24:03
Speaker 1: And the crazy thing about all this madness that Diddy engaged in, he had got to the point where he was untouchable in his mind.
• 1:24:18
Speaker 1: He never thought he would be sitting behind bars and $50 million can't even get his ass out Because he dangling motherfuckers over the balcony in front of people.
• 1:24:34
Speaker 1: He beating Cassie in front of people.
• 1:24:35
Speaker 1: So let's get into this fashion designer, brianna, who came with dreams of taking her fashion design to another level.
• 1:24:41
Speaker 1: She ran into the Dittler and she goes from doing sketches and coming up with outfits and outfit designs to dangling over a 17th floor balcony.
• 1:25:00
Speaker 1: People Magazine says A woman has accused Sean Diddy Combs of dangling over a 17th floor balcony.
• 1:25:14
Speaker 1: Brianna Bongolin, who first befriended Cassie while they worked together in 2014, claims that while she and her then-girlfriend were sleeping over at the singer's apartment in September 2016,.
• 1:25:27
Speaker 1: Combs approached her on the balcony after loudly entering the apartment in the early morning.
• 1:25:38
Speaker 1: He grabbed her, turned her back to his chest and molested her by groping her breasts as she yelled to be left alone.
• 1:25:53
Speaker 1: After Bongolan began to struggle, combs moved his hands from her breasts to her armpits, placed her on the banister of a 17th story balcony while repeatedly yelling do you know what the fuck you just did?
• 1:26:03
Speaker 1: Fuck, you just did.
• 1:26:15
Speaker 1: Let me give you some context about Ms Bongolan and just to show you just how much of a bully Diddy is, and it's like he gets off on picking on the tiniest people and women he can think of.
• 1:26:28
Speaker 1: Miss Breonna Bongolin was 4'11 and didn't even weigh 100 pounds at this time.
• 1:26:39
Speaker 1: She attempted to resist him throwing her weight back in the struggle not to be thrown to the ground, to, which would have likely been her death.
• 1:26:51
  Speaker 1: This is insane.
• 1:27:01
Speaker 1: After screaming for her life, combs finally pulled Brianna back over the balcony, but did not release her.
• 1:27:10
Speaker 1: Instead slammed Miss Bongolin onto the balcony's patio furniture, including a table.
• 1:27:32
Speaker 1: Bongolin also claims she observed both disturbing signs of an abusive relationship and actual incidents of abuse between cassie and combs, including one which the music mogul threw a large kitchen knife at cassie.
• 1:27:46
Speaker 1: Music mogul threw a large kitchen knife at Cassie.
• 1:27:51
Speaker 1: Bongolin alleged she suffered terror and abuse at the hands of Combs, which began when she approached the then aspiring designer to collaborate on a series of designs.
• 1:28:05
Speaker 1: She said this relationship not only did not lead to any business, but it also led to violence and Diddy directing rage at Bangola.
• 1:28:17
Speaker 1: The fashion designer cited several instances, including a trip in which Combs became aggressive and forcibly fed her a drug she now believes was ecstasy, and this was at a photo shoot in which he cornered her and said I'm the motherfucking devil.
• 1:28:39
Speaker 1: You have no idea what I could do to you.
• 1:28:42
Speaker 1: I could kill you Due to you.
• 1:28:44
Speaker 1: I could kill you.
• 1:28:45
Speaker 1: Miss Bongolin took Combs' threats very serious, citing not only his treatment of Ventura but also her knowledge that rapper Kid Cudi's car exploded after he dated the singer while she and Combs were separated.
• 1:28:58
Speaker 1: The designer also heard rumors that Bad Boy Records founder skinned a rival's doll Records founder skinned a rival's dog In September 2016,.
• 1:29:11
Speaker 1: The balcony incident proved she had a reason to be fearful.
• 1:29:18
Speaker 1: Look for her to take the witness stand next Y'all.
• 1:29:32
Speaker 1: I just need people to understand.
• 1:29:33
Speaker 1: This is a monumental, horrific trial of the century that is bringing the whole Hollywood as we know it down to its knees.
• 1:29:44
  Speaker 1: I can't say it enough.
• 1:29:47
Speaker 1: It has these celebrities so quiet.
• 1:29:49
Speaker 1: You can hear a cat piss on cotton.
• 1:29:52
Speaker 1: You can hear an ant pass gas right now if you listen closely.
• 1:29:58
Speaker 1: And for those that are getting ahead of themselves and saying I don't see any RicoICO, I don't see any racketeering, this isn't a domestic violence.
• 1:30:11
Speaker 1: We're on day four of a 10-week trial.
• 1:30:20
Speaker 1: Defense is building, they are building a case Right now.
• 1:30:26
Speaker 1: Their focus is letting you know and showing you that Diddy is a piece of shit.
• 1:30:34
Speaker 1: That's what it all boils down to.
• 1:30:38
  Speaker 1: Right now.
• 1:30:39
Speaker 1: They are laying the groundwork to just let you know all the stuff that the, the main, the star witness, went through cassie.
• 1:30:48
Speaker 1: But the main objective is just to let you know he's a piece of shit.
• 1:30:52
Speaker 1: We're gonna get into all the kidnapping and the guns and the violence and intimidation, all the stuff y'all waiting for.
• 1:30:58
  Speaker 1: Y'all think it's all.
• 1:30:59
Speaker 1: Some people have this stupid idea that all 60 witnesses were supposed to be in the whole case, supposed to be laid out in four days.
• 1:31:08
Speaker 1: They're gonna get to that right now.
• 1:31:11
  Speaker 1: They're just.
• 1:31:12
Speaker 1: Their main focus is just to let the jury know this man is a piece of shit.
• 1:31:19
Speaker 1: So now, when I tell you all of this stuff, moving forward, the rest of this case, it'll be believable to you.
• 1:31:25
Speaker 1: Because of all this shit, we've already showed you that he's done.
• 1:31:30
Speaker 1: And on the other side of that, right now the defense is trying to let you know that Diddy is a good guy and that this is just a toxic relationship between him and a former girlfriend.
• 1:31:44
Speaker 1: That is the battle that went on this week.
• 1:31:47
Speaker 1: So you weren't going to get into no Rico records.
• 1:31:51
Speaker 1: You're not going to get into all the intimidation and the violence as far as keeping keeping this criminal enterprise going.
• 1:32:01
Speaker 1: You didn't get into all of that.
• 1:32:02
Speaker 1: Right now, they just letting you know the you know the defendant in this case is a piece of shit and we're going to lay it out for you and the defense is trying to combat that and say that Diddy is a good guy.
• 1:32:17
Speaker 1: That's where we at right now.
• 1:32:18
Speaker 1: So the people looking for recoders and racketeering that have a little patience.
• 1:32:23
Speaker 1: I guarantee you, just like I called out everything else, you are about to hear some stuff when it comes to violence and intimidation.
• 1:32:32
Speaker 1: If you don't understand why people didn't say shit before, you're going to understand in the next few weeks when they get to start detailing all the text messages and orders and hits and all the stuff Diddy did to keep everybody quiet and intimidated and silenced.
• 1:32:48
Speaker 1: That's going to be the next phase.
• 1:32:50
Speaker 1: Right now, they're just focusing on their quote-unquote boyfriend, their quote-unquote executive, music executive, who use both of those roles to manipulate and wreak havoc on motherfuckers.
• 1:33:06
Speaker 1: That's all they're doing this week and right now.
• 1:33:13
Speaker 1: I said this Friday I'm gonna list all the subscribers and all the people that make this podcast possible.
• 1:33:21
Speaker 1: Then I'll give you my final thought on what happened so far and what to look out for today, as maybe Dawn Richards they're saying she's going to testify today, so they may push Cassie's forward.
• 1:33:32
Speaker 1: But I got a little tidbit to tell you about right after.
• 1:33:36
Speaker 1: I thank everybody who's making this possible, all of the subscribers.

• 1:37:36
  Speaker 1: On Instagram.
• 1:37:36
Speaker 1: I had a keyword that I use on everybody's one, so I was easy to find those names who needed it, but on Facebook it's a little more difficult.

• 1:38:07
Speaker 1: It might be three lawyers who might think they should be on the list.

• 1:38:45
Speaker 1: So I had to be patient.

Speaker 1: So don't every dollar count.
• 1:39:46
Speaker 1: I'm investing everything and taking it going out to New York.
• 1:39:47
Speaker 1: So don't every dollar count.

• 1:39:52
Speaker 1: Oh, and a lot of people ask me about interviewing Jaguar Wright.
• 1:39:55
Speaker 1: If I go out to New York, if I run into Jaguar Wright, I will ask her for an interview and I'm pretty sure I'll get it.
• 1:40:02
Speaker 1: You know I have a way with people.
• 1:40:04
Speaker 1: They usually they know they know heart and they know I'm very passionate and they know they can trust me with an interview and I won't do anything, you know, to make anybody look bad on purpose or anything like that.
• 1:40:15
Speaker 1: So I hear your calls.
