- 0:00Billy Mandarino:: Don't analyze your thoughts. Don't follow your
- 0:04thoughts. Find the thinker and the mind dissolves. I was
- 0:08analyzing thoughts. I was following these practices. And
- 0:11even the meditations in my book are great, they help you. But
- 0:14when you can learn to be peace, which means you surrender to all
- 0:17of it, and you can get your mind out of the way, and you can
- 0:20enter that peaceful, now that present moment, that present
- 0:24moment that's so full of everything that you need get the
- 0:27mind out and stop thinking, just be peace. Avalanches of
- 0:31abundance show up in your life emotionally, socially,
- 0:33spiritually, financially, physically. It's amazing. So,
- 0:36that's been the recent shift to say, it doesn't seem sexy, it
- 0:40doesn't seem credible. But being peace instead of trying to be
- 0:43peaceful has been the quantum shift in my life.
- 0:49Jim Price:: Hello, I'm Dr. Jim Price, and welcome to The
- 0:53Purpose and Progress Podcast. This is the place where we
- 0:57explore how purpose can guide our actions, and how growth can
- 1:01become a part of our everyday lives. On the show, I talk with
- 1:05amazing guests, from educators and creators to everyday people
- 1:10with extraordinary stories about the challenges they face, the
- 1:14lessons they've learned, and how to keep moving forward. My goal
- 1:17is to share conversations that inspire you to live
- 1:20intentionally, embrace growth, and take meaningful steps to
- 1:24your own purpose. Let's get started.
- 1:30Hello, welcome to The Progress and Podcast Show. I'm your host,
- 1:34Dr. Jim Price, where we share inspirational stories of
- 1:38fabulous people from all over the world, for sharing their
- 1:42stories. People see the success, and they don't always know the
- 1:44backdrop to how people got to where they're at. So we like to
- 1:48have this show be a part of sharing that journey of
- 1:51understanding how people got to where they're at, and there's
- 1:54always a beginning story to everyone's story. Here, we want
- 1:57to use those stories as motivation and inspiration
- 2:00toward the viewers and audience that are watching today. We have
- 2:03another fabulous guest today. He's the author of the hit book,
- 2:07The Nowist: Teaching People About Present Moment Awareness
- 2:10to Attract Abundance, and he's a producer and a speaker. I'm so
- 2:16glad to have on the show Billy Mandarino. I'm so happy to have
- 2:20you on the show, Billy. How are you doing today?
- 2:22Billy Mandarino:: Another day in paradise, Dr. Jim. Thank you so
- 2:24much for having me. It's my honor to be of service to your
- 2:28audience. We're all connected in this world, in this life. I'm
- 2:32just about, how can I serve people on a higher level?
- 2:35Jim Price:: Absolutely. We were just talking before we started
- 2:39having a similar purpose, wanted to inspire others through
- 2:43positive change, inspiring others to heal, inspire others
- 2:46to look at themselves in a way where they can think about
- 2:49themselves in a positive light and progress toward that, or
- 2:52whatever their goals and aspirations to know that you can
- 2:55achieve those goals if you put yourself in a position where
- 2:59you're feeling good about yourself and understanding
- 3:02deeper levels of yourself instead of the surface level
- 3:04stuff. Sometimes, it takes going within to really understand
- 3:07yourself personally. So we were just talking about that before,
- 3:11how that aligns in terms of my purpose, how your purpose aligns
- 3:17with helping others and having people see a different dimension
- 3:20to themselves, and stuff like that. I definitely would love
- 3:23the work that you're doing, Billy.
- 3:25Billy Mandarino:: Thank you so much.
- 3:27Jim Price:: We're going to get into some of these questions. I
- 3:30think the first thing we want to know is, when do you feel that
- 3:33your journey started? What influenced that in that way?
- 3:39Billy Mandarino:: We all run into challenges in this life.
- 3:41I've heard this analogy said many times. It says, you want to
- 3:44grow physically, you have to press up against a lot of
- 3:47resistance. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Guinness
- 3:50Book of World Records, has him as the most incredible human
- 3:53physique in the history of the world. And he had to press up
- 3:56against a lot of resistance with those muscles to get him shaped
- 3:59just that way. So all of us in our life press up against
- 4:02resistance, but so many people circle away from it. They shrink
- 4:06to it, and they let it overwhelm them, and they just don't rise
- 4:09to the challenge. Well, same thing happened to me. I was
- 4:12overwhelmed in this world as, probably a 20 year old man
- 4:15having my first existential life craze crisis. Come from a
- 4:18divorced family, six kids. How to sit in front of a judge and
- 4:22pick which one I wanted to live with at 7 years old. A tough
- 4:25divorce for all of us kids. It's really tough. I always follow a
- 4:28spiritual path. I've always been a devout spiritual seeker. Being
- 4:32raised Christian, Catholic Mormon, I've had all these
- 4:35different types of religions in my life. But the truth was I was
- 4:38always seeking for not just the one but the oneness of it all. I
- 4:41realized that to connect with that oneness in the stress of my
- 4:45life, in the overwhelming times of my life, very early at 7,
- 4:48then at 20, another life-changing experience
- 4:50happened with an accident that changed everything in my life.
- 4:54Not that long ago, 5 years ago, I was paralized and hard to walk
- 4:57again. I got Guillain-Barré syndrome from Covid. It almost
- 5:00took me out. I think about all those collectively because time,
- 5:04as Einstein said, is an illusion. I think about the
- 5:06beginning, but this illusion that we live in, this time-bound
- 5:10illusion, I try to overcome that illusion. That's my focus. So
- 5:13living as a now-ist, that came to me early in my 20s, that very
- 5:16first, while I was old enough to know like, hey, stress is
- 5:19overtaking my life. My focus is living in that rearview mirror.
- 5:23I don't know about you, Jim, if you're driving your car and
- 5:26you're looking in that rearview mirror, you're gonna crash your
- 5:29car every time. Well, I find most people spend their life
- 5:32that way. They're driving forward, and they're always
- 5:35looking back. And no wonder that there's so much stress,
- 5:38overwhelm, heart disease and all these terrible illnesses that
- 5:42affect people because they haven't figured out how to
- 5:44master the present moment. My book is all about teaching
- 5:47people how to live in the present moment as a way of life,
- 5:51as a practice. So through all the stresses and overwhelms of
- 5:54my life, I've found that the present moment is the most
- 5:57powerful part of our daily life that we don't spend a lot of
- 6:00time with, but that's where the change is the awareness of the
- 6:03present moment. And from that is born out so much of the power
- 6:07that you need to go on to get over driving forward, looking in
- 6:10that rearview mirror, being focused, being aware, being
- 6:13connected to the power that you are in this moment, being
- 6:16connected to God in this moment, and that's truly the power that
- 6:19has inspired this book. The book is a spiritual memoir. It's how
- 6:23I found the Nowist to be the most powerful part of my living,
- 6:26living these principles, living this way. And it's not a
- 6:29religion, it's a practice. It connects to God, but it's a
- 6:32practice of living this way consistently.
- 6:35Jim Price:: I love that you talk about the spirituality connected
- 6:38to everything you do. You've been through a lot of dramatic
- 6:41things in your life, and to have to overcome a lot of those
- 6:46things, and have bring awareness to yourself through those
- 6:50obstacles and stuff that you faced in life, that speaks true
- 6:53to the idea of spirituality that you speak of. I'm definitely one
- 6:57to be connected with spirituality. I always say, I
- 7:00pray. I incorporate prayer to every project I do, with the
- 7:05books, animation, podcasting, like we're doing here. I always
- 7:10incorporate prayer as a part of that overall package of
- 7:13everything I do because I feel when you do those things, you
- 7:16open up the opportunity and doors for good things to happen.
- 7:20Sometimes, I always say to people to pray. But the
- 7:23important thing is not always just pray when things are bad.
- 7:26Pray when things are good too. Sometimes, people will just pray
- 7:30when things are going bad, and then they forget to say thanks
- 7:33afterwards. And I think that's what I think that spirituality
- 7:35really spoke volumes to me.
- 7:37Billy Mandarino:: Amen. Jim, I love that you spoke about
- 7:39prayer. Because before, I've been on hundreds of podcasts.
- 7:42And every time before I get on a podcast, I pray. I open myself
- 7:46up, not for my words to come through, but for the words to
- 7:48come through that someone might be watching or listening to this
- 7:5110 years from now. Who knows, 100 years from now. But in this
- 7:54moment, getting out of the egoic construct of what I want to say
- 7:57and what I want, instead of just being open to what's supposed to
- 8:00come through, I think people with prayer, they lose that
- 8:03connection with the feeling. And if you look back to the Dead Sea
- 8:05Scrolls and those caves in Afghanistan in 1947, those Dead
- 8:10Sea Scrolls were mostly the book of Isaiah. And the book of
- 8:13Isaiah was talking about prayer as a feeling. I think we missed
- 8:17that in our prayers. We get caught up in the words. We
- 8:19repeat it, it's a mantra. We constantly get caught up in the
- 8:23repetition, but we forget about the feeling of the prayer.
- 8:25That's the energy, that's the vacuum that brings God, that
- 8:28brings that universal spiritual connection back to source to
- 8:32help us overcome these tough things in our life. It the
- 8:35prayer as a feeling that's most important.
- 8:38Jim Price:: Absolutely. I think a lot of people, they lose sight
- 8:42of that. How important that can be to your life when you
- 8:45incorporate those things. And that's all part of self care
- 8:47too. When you talk about the ideas of prayer that consists of
- 8:51the self care too, you pray, you do the self care things to bring
- 8:54more awareness to yourself and understanding to yourself. Those
- 8:58things are so important. You've already talked about a lot of
- 9:02obstacles that you face in your journey of success. Out of all
- 9:08those experiences, what's the biggest obstacle that you could
- 9:11say, well, that's the actual biggest obstacle. I know you
- 9:14mentioned the COVID. But for you, personally, what probably
- 9:18was the biggest obstacle that really had you look at things in
- 9:22a different perspective?
- 9:24Billy Mandarino:: Yeah, definitely. I had some
- 9:25challenges in my life. But in 2021, going through that
- 9:28Guillain-Barré syndrome, that full paralysis and being in a
- 9:32hospital for 21 days, and been studying all of this, and
- 9:35teaching this, and done live events, and then spoke all over
- 9:39the world, and audio books, and the book, and the courses, but
- 9:42God put me in this situation and I learned so much. And to answer
- 9:46your question fully and from the highest part of me that serves
- 9:50your audience, the truth is in that obstacle, in that
- 9:53confinement. I mean, I'm claustrophobic. And when I was
- 9:56fully paralyzed, my wife and daughter had to carry me down
- 9:59the stairs, put me in the car, and it was COVID. I don't know
- 10:03if you remember, everything was locked down. They basically put
- 10:06my flopping body in a wheelchair, and I had to sit
- 10:09there in the rain. There's 90 COVID patients in this COVID
- 10:13ward of this hospital here in Santa Barbara. And eventually,
- 10:16they get me inside and put me in an MRI tube for four and a half
- 10:20hours because they did not know what was wrong with me. And
- 10:20Jim Price:: where to go. They have no answers, and they hope,
- 10:23that's what it takes in case anybody ever gets an MRI. It
- 10:27takes four and a half hours, that's how much time it takes to
- 10:30get every picture of your body. And so in that time, I had to
- 10:34learn how to pray, chant, sing, visualize. I went quantum. I
- 10:37literally was out of my body. And I learned that through
- 10:41meditation, through prayer, through connecting to the
- 10:44highest part of me, that God realized self in me. That's how
- 10:47I could get out of that claustrophobic state. I was also
- 10:51terrified because I was paralyzed, and I didn't know
- 10:54what was wrong with me. The doctors didn't know what was
- 10:57wrong with me. But in that paralysis, the biggest takeaway,
- 11:00the biggest shift that I had is I realized that this is not
- 11:04happening to me. I'm going to use this experience. I'm going
- 11:07to make this my spiritual practice. I made that the
- 11:10paralysis, that tragic overwhelming opportunity I had
- 11:13to change my life for the better, and to use this as a
- 11:16spiritual practice. And the next day, I woke up from this long,
- 11:20long night, and I am still paralyzed. But there were these
- 11:23two doctors in the bottom of my bed, and they both said, hey, we
- 11:27don't know what's wrong with you. We think you have COVID.
- 11:31Guillain-Barré syndrome caused by COVID, not from a vaccine,
- 11:34because vaccines didn't exist at this time. They spinal tapped me
- 11:38to prove it, and I said, okay, now they know what they're going
- 11:42to do. I'm going to use this spiritual experience, a
- 11:45spiritual journey that I'm going to go on this test, and I'm
- 11:48going to serve everybody that serves me first. So the doctors
- 11:52would come, and I can't move, my arms can't move. I would ask
- 11:55them how they're doing, how's their relationships going, how
- 11:59are their finances doing? And the doctors, the nurses, the
- 12:02physical therapists, the recreational therapist, the
- 12:05speech therapist, they would all play the game with me. And by
- 12:09serving other people, I got better faster, and that was the
- 12:12biggest takeaway. Not the victim mentality, but how can I serve,
- 12:16not what's in it for me.
- 12:30and all this stuff. You're definitely a living testimony of
- 12:34overcoming.
- 12:34Billy Mandarino:: And I'm not saying that was easy. It was not
- 12:37easy. But I did recognize, and this is the key for any change.
- 12:39You've probably known this for years, that awareness is step
- 12:42one. I was aware that this was happening for me, not to me. And
- 12:47I've done so much practice, spiritual work, just work on a
- 12:50higher part of myself, a higher dimension that I knew that this
- 12:54was not going to take.. I'm not going out this way. I'm going to
- 12:56use this as a spiritual practice to serve others. So ultimately,
- 13:00that takeaway, and I got better faster. I had some miraculous
- 13:03healings. I got out of there after 21 days. I was walking
- 13:06with the cane. Six weeks later, I was back into my life when the
- 13:10doctors thought it would be about a year. Because
- 13:12Guillain-Barré syndrome means that you're the myelin that
- 13:15covers your nerves is all eaten, because my immune system
- 13:18attacked itself. So that has to grow like her fingernail, but it
- 13:22grew fast. I was back, and so I knew that it was connected to
- 13:25part of that awareness that I had. That this is what's going
- 13:28to take to heal. And the mind-body connection is not just
- 13:31a woo woo science thing, or a spiritual pseudoscience thing.
- 13:35My mind and my body connected and healed in a quantum speed.
- 13:40Jim Price:: Wow, that's an amazing story. And thanks for
- 13:43being open like that to share that aspect of what your
- 13:47experiences have been through. And people see the success, and
- 13:51like I say, people don't always know the story and the journey
- 13:53behind the success. They only see the glamor, the glory, all
- 13:57the lights and everything else, but they don't ever really see
- 13:59the backdrop of how, what the steps to get to that point, the
- 14:04things, the obstacles that were overcome, the hurdles in life
- 14:07that were overcome, the things that were endured during the
- 14:09process of getting to the next stage, thinking to the next
- 14:13part, into that next step, and everything. So that's such a
- 14:16tremendous story right there. So yes, that definitely answered
- 14:19everything. And it's a blessing to be able to share this and be
- 14:23with you, and see you motivating others, and using your platform
- 14:27to be able to inspire others to make it through those hurdles
- 14:30and obstacles that they face in their lives too. It's definitely
- 14:33inspirational, Billy.
- 14:35Billy Mandarino:: Thank you, Jim.
- 14:38Jim Price:: I also want to know, the audience wants to know too,
- 14:41what probably would you feel your greatest achievement that's
- 14:46really been dear to you in terms of your journey to get where you
- 14:50are. Maybe achievement that you feel connected to the most that
- 14:54really brings you pride and joy, and helping in terms of helping
- 14:57others.
- 14:58Billy Mandarino:: Do you know what it's so weird? Is that's a
- 15:00great question. I don't always answer it this way. But what
- 15:04I've found recently, I've been studying this. The book came out
- 15:07almost 10 years. I started working on this about 10 years
- 15:10ago. Book came out in 2018. But prior to that, I was still
- 15:14speaking, talking and doing events, and just serving people,
- 15:18and trying to convince them, and cajole them, and inspire them
- 15:21into this idea of spending time in the present moment. Not so
- 15:25much in linearity, but in the vertical. And when that past,
- 15:28future time meets the vertical divine timeline where those
- 15:31cross, that's the now. And what's happened to me just six
- 15:34months ago, it's so interesting. It comes down to this simple
- 15:38thing, but I had a quantum shift in the Zen tradition. They call
- 15:43it a satori. They call it an epiphany. Had another one, and
- 15:47it just happened a few months ago, and it's simple. And the
- 15:51audience, everybody might miss it. It's so simple, it seems so
- 15:54obvious, but I learned that being peaceful, we try to be
- 15:59peaceful. We have prayer, we go to church, we meditate, we go to
- 16:04our ashrams, we have our mantras, our mudras, we get into
- 16:07these peaceful states. But how often are you being at peace?
- 16:13What has shifted for me in the last few months is I've learned
- 16:16for the first time in my life what it's like to be peace, not
- 16:20to be peaceful. That is honestly out of all these years of
- 16:24studying and working. I'm 58 years old, and all my life I've
- 16:27been a spiritual seeker. I've had the spiritual hunger that's
- 16:30never satisfied. I feel like we're always growing. We're here
- 16:34in this earth school to learn and to bring glory to God, and
- 16:37to be more like God. But what I've realized is I was doing the
- 16:41things to be peaceful. But now I've learned how to be peace,
- 16:45and it's such a huge shift when you think about it. Because
- 16:48peace being peace means that you can get out of your thinking
- 16:52mind. This great teacher from the East said, don't analyze
- 16:57your thoughts. Don't follow your thoughts, find the thinker and
- 17:01the mind dissolves. I was analyzing thoughts. I was
- 17:05following these practices. And even in the meditations in my
- 17:07book are great, they help you. But when you can learn to be
- 17:10peace, which means you surrender to all of it, you can get your
- 17:13mind out of the way, and you can enter that peaceful now. That
- 17:17present moment. That present moment that's so full of
- 17:20everything that you need, but we get the mind down and stop
- 17:23thinking, just be peace. Avalanches of abundance show up
- 17:27in your life, emotionally, socially, spiritually,
- 17:28financially, physically. I mean, it's amazing. So that's been the
- 17:32late, the recent shift to say, it doesn't seem sexy, it doesn't
- 17:36seem credible. But being peace instead of trying to be peaceful
- 17:40has been the quantum shift in my life.

- 18:15blessed.
- 18:19Absolutely. I resonate with that. The peace, people
- 18:23sometimes don't have a lot of peace in their lives. It brings
- 18:26a lot of turmoil and chaos to be able to understand themselves to
- 18:30get to that point of having true peace within themselves, and
- 18:35true peace in their lives. It just branches off into every
- 18:39aspect of your life when you have real true peace within
- 18:41yourself. It's almost contagiously just branches off
- 18:44into everything else. And all of a sudden, you're having all
- 18:47these things happening, doors opening, and opportunities
- 18:50presenting themselves. You're like, wow. And that is all about
- 18:54that inner peace.
- 18:55Billy Mandarino:: It is that inner peace. And that's what we
- 18:57all search for. In one on one clients that I work with, we
- 19:01have this 12 week program called Becoming Your Infinite Self. And
- 19:04at the end of the 12 weeks, that's usually the focus. Can
- 19:08the client and the student can find the inner peace as a part
- 19:12of their day? And not just this 20 minute, 30 minute, 2 hour
- 19:15meditation they could do in the morning, the night. But can you
- 19:17find it throughout your day? That's why being a Nowist to me
- 19:19is so important. Because to do that means you're doing it
- 19:22consistently. You're being peace consistently, which means you're
- 19:25out of linearity. You're out of chronological time, you're in
- 19:27that divine time. That prostification is the now.
- 19:30You're entering that more consistently throughout your
- 19:33life. Which means when you put your attention on something,
- 19:35when you are being peace instead of trying to be peaceful, then
- 19:38you put your intention on, hey, I want to crack, detract a
- 19:41relationship in my life. I want some financial abundance. I'm
- 19:44ready to be healed of this disease. And you attach yourself
- 19:48to this present moment like it's a detachment and an attachment
- 19:51at the same time, because you are just being peace. You
- 19:54surrender almost like you're in water. How do you experience
- 19:56water? You can't grasp the water to try and swim. You have to be
- 19:59one with it. You have to glide with it. So being peace is very
- 20:02much like that.
- 20:04Jim Price:: Oh, my goodness. You're dropping some real gems.
- 20:08It's just so wonderful. The audience definitely can resonate
- 20:13with this, and connect with this, and be inspired by the
- 20:16story that you're sharing, and how you are connecting it to the
- 20:20ideas of peace. Everything like that is so wonderful in that
- 20:23way. We also want to know what are your future projects that
- 20:27you're getting yourself into? Future projects and things like
- 20:30that.
- 20:31Billy Mandarino:: Well, I am so fired up, inspired, excited. I
- 20:34don't believe in motivation. I think motivation is like, I got
- 20:37a goal. I don't believe in goals either, by the way. I got this
- 20:39thing, I want to do it, and it's going to take this long. I got
- 20:42to raise this much money. I have this much time, and I got to get
- 20:45done by this date. I believe in what's called thinking from the
- 20:48end instead of about the end. So we're working on our first
- 20:51feature-length film, and it's a movie about getting out of
- 20:56unrealized trauma. Two thirds of the planet, Dr. Jim, have an
- 21:00unrealized trauma. Mostly childhood traumas, that they
- 21:02don't even know they have because it's in their
- 21:04subconscious mind, it's dissociated. Get it showing up
- 21:07as cancer, divorce, bankruptcy, all these terrible situations
- 21:10that show up other people's life, because this unrealized
- 21:13trauma is in the background sabotaging their opportunities
- 21:17in their life. The movie's about this character who's coming
- 21:20through this trauma. His wife is running for the mayor of Santa
- 21:22Barbara. He's a local real estate professional. He's got a
- 21:2516 year old daughter, and she's running for mayor, and he's
- 21:28getting emerged. This trial is a serial killer in the
- 21:31neighborhood. He's becoming aware of this, but he doesn't
- 21:35know what it is. It's that trauma that's in the background
- 21:38of most people's life. So if you can tell a compelling story,
- 21:41Steve Jobs, one of his most famous quotes is the
- 21:43storytellers are the most powerful people on the planet.
- 21:47They set the trends, and they set the culture. So we're
- 21:49looking to tell a compelling story, so much so that it'll
- 21:52help people awaken to this trauma and want to do the work
- 21:56so they can bring it to the light. And it's about shining
- 21:58light on this unrealized trauma in the world.
- 22:01Jim Price:: Oh, my goodness, that's gonna be an inspirational
- 22:04movie. I always loved material like that, that's inspirational.
- 22:07And to have you can look at things from a different
- 22:10perspective, and go through the ideas of how to overcome trauma
- 22:13and things of that nature, I'm definitely gonna be looking
- 22:16forward to that. And thanks for sharing that. Our audience is
- 22:20definitely going to be looking forward to that too. I know it
- 22:23does take time for a lot of those things, so it does.
- 22:26Billy Mandarino:: We've got a pretty big budget. We've raised
- 22:28some funds already. And if you go to my website, which is
- 22:31billymandarino.com, that's the main that links out to all our
- 22:35social media. We've got 600 free videos on our YouTube channel,
- 22:39which, if you go to billymandarino.com, that links
- 22:41out. But you also can click on For Now Film, which is a tab on
- 22:45billymandarino.com and you can look at a trailer. You can see
- 22:48the song that my band has produced, which is the trailer
- 22:50song. It gives people an idea what we're doing. People can
- 22:53support this. This is really a movie/mission, not just a movie.
- 22:58Jim Price:: Wow. You are really running all cylinders with that.
- 23:03Billy Mandarino:: I tell you, this one, this project has got
- 23:05everything. I'm so inspired by it. My wife and daughter,
- 23:09they're on board. Because crazy, crazy dad, he's just got another
- 23:12idea to help people in this world and help people on a
- 23:15bigger scale. We've done live events. My band's crews produced
- 23:19music, we've performed, we've inspired people and got
- 23:23communities together. But if you can tell a compelling story, get
- 23:26on the big screen and the small screen, you can change a lot of
- 23:29lives and serve a lot of people. I'm all about what's the biggest
- 23:32impact I can make, and I feel like this movie is the next
- 23:35thing.
- 23:35Jim Price:: Wow. Such a compelling and inspirational
- 23:39story all around. This has definitely been a fabulous
- 23:41conversation, in terms of healing, dealing with trauma and
- 23:45understanding trauma, connecting to prayer, spirituality. This
- 23:49conversation has left with real inspirational motivational tools
- 23:54that the audience can really gravitate to, and use in their
- 23:56lives to be able to inspire and improve their lives, and move
- 24:00toward in whatever stage that they try to move toward in terms
- 24:03of their inspirations and goals, and whatever else they're trying
- 24:06to do. So Billy, this has been tremendous conversation. I
- 24:10definitely want to make sure I reiterate to the audience how to
- 24:13get that kind of, I know you have the book as well, and we
- 24:16just want to know, as the audience, just repeat the
- 24:20contact.
- 24:23Billy Mandarino:: Please go to my name. It's Billy Mandarino.
- 24:25It's spelled like the Mandarin orange with the O on the end,
- 24:27Mandarino. billymandarino.com, and it links out to everything:
- 24:32LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, social, YouTube channel. But our
- 24:36YouTube channel has really got a powerful series of videos. We
- 24:40got almost 19,000 subscribers to our YouTube channel, and it's
- 24:43serving the world, it's serving people, giving them these
- 24:45concepts, giving them stories, ideas and practices, and ways to
- 24:49get out of stress, overwhelm and anxiety, just to really, a new
- 24:52spark in your life. It can happen, it all happens in the
- 24:55present moment.
- 24:56Jim Price:: Wow, that is fabulous. I'm sure our audience
- 24:59have enjoyed this conversation, as I have too. We're just going
- 25:04to always push forward to be positive, mindful people
- 25:08thinking about the best things we can do with our lives to
- 25:10improve our lives any way we can. And that's going to
- 25:13continue to be our mission to bring guests that are
- 25:16inspirational, just like Billy and his story shared with us.
- 25:20It's always a blessing to have guests who understand about the
- 25:22healing journey, and try and motivate it to have other people
- 25:25want to heal themselves, and motivate themselves in that way.
- 25:28So thank you for today, Billy.
- 25:30Billy Mandarino:: I'm blessed by you, Dr. Jim. I appreciate your
- 25:32audience. I appreciate you so much, my friend. And it's just
