Meet Ella, a resilient two-year-old shepherd mix who’s bouncing back from a rough start after being rescued in February from neglect in the west Valley. Now healthy and ready for her forever home, she’s been recovering at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office MASH Unit — housed at the Old First Avenue Jail — where she’s shown incredible spirit.
