- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to Hello and good morning. Just
- 0:04Speaker 1: starting things up.
- 0:05Speaker 2: On this Thursday, just after six o'clock, Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:08Speaker 2: those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 3: We now have an official release date for Euphoria season three.
- 0:13Speaker 3: The trailer came out for the season yesterday and showed
- 0:16Speaker 3: a lot of shakeups are happening and what we can
- 0:19Speaker 3: expect from the inevitable time jump that we have to
- 0:21Speaker 3: have because it's taken quite a while for this new
- 0:23Speaker 3: season to come out. Here's a quick glimpse at where
- 0:26Speaker 3: the characters are now if you watch the show. Jules
- 0:29Speaker 3: is attending art school, Cassie and Nate are married, Cassie
- 0:33Speaker 3: is creating a risque internet content for her job, Brus
- 0:38Speaker 3: living in Mexico trying to pay back Lori, her drug dealer,
- 0:41Speaker 3: and Maddie is now working at a Hollywood agency. HBO
- 0:45Speaker 3: confirmed that the debut date will be April twelfth, and
- 0:48Speaker 3: I am freaking pumped. I cannot wait to watch this
- 0:51Speaker 3: new season. We've been waiting way too long for it.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Tennessee has been ranked in the top five worst states
- 0:57Speaker 3: to drive in. If you're driving right now, or if
- 1:00Speaker 3: you are listening from Nashville or anywhere around Nashville. You
- 1:05Speaker 3: understand this. Tennessee is the third most dangerous state to
- 1:08Speaker 3: drive in according to an analysis by I Select. It
- 1:12Speaker 3: also found that I forty had the most crashes in
- 1:14Speaker 3: all of the state, making it the most dangerous roadway.
- 1:17Speaker 3: But when it comes to Nashville specifically, crashes were most
- 1:20Speaker 3: common over the last five years on I twenty four.
- 1:23Speaker 3: So this is just your reminder to be very careful
- 1:26Speaker 3: while you're driving. Pay attention to your surroundings. I know
- 1:29Speaker 3: it's stressful, but try to take it as slow as
- 1:32Speaker 3: you possibly can because there are a lot of accidents
- 1:35Speaker 3: happening absolutely daily. Yesterday I saw a mac truck had
- 1:39Speaker 3: hid into a car, so yeah, I didn't watch it
- 1:43Speaker 3: actually happen, but they were on the side of the
- 1:44Speaker 3: road because it had just happened. Everybody seemed to be okay,
- 1:48Speaker 3: But just please be careful for everybody's sake. And TikTok's
- 1:52Speaker 3: got a new trend right now. It's the two thirds rule.
- 1:55Speaker 3: It's all about getting ready with less stress. So the
- 1:58Speaker 3: rule is about lowering your stress in the morning. As
- 2:00Speaker 3: obviously you're trying to regulate yourself. You have a bunch
- 2:02Speaker 3: of things you need to do you breakfast, catch up
- 2:05Speaker 3: on the news, things like that. So a TikTok user
- 2:08Speaker 3: named Georgia, she explained that this is an easy way
- 2:11Speaker 3: to get ready when you look at it as getting
- 2:13Speaker 3: two of the three categories done between hair, makeup, and outfit,
- 2:18Speaker 3: then you're good to go. Don't worry about all three
- 2:21Speaker 3: of them, just focus on two. Users are saying that
- 2:24Speaker 3: this mindset's mindset shift makes getting dressed feel easier and
- 2:29Speaker 3: way less stressful. So if you're really stressed in the morning,
- 2:31Speaker 3: try it out. See how it goes. I'm Ricky Sanchez
- 2:34Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I like it. I think that could help some people.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Thank you for that, Ricky.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Within fifteen minutes for the first of them, try it again.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I'm already messing it up. We've got fashion for a
- 2:44Speaker 2: fraction at the factory in Franklin on the fifteenth of February.
- 2:46Speaker 1: For the first phone call. It's a lot of shame.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Within fifteen minutes, you're going to call for that. Lots
- 2:51Speaker 2: of great savings, lots of great deals at this event.
- 2:54Speaker 1: We've got your ticket in next down the river.
- 2:57Speaker 4: The river Ricky zach in Man in the morning.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Saying Good morning to Sarah in Murphysborough. Hi, Sarah, good morning.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Tell us all the things we're gonna ask you. Are
- 3:07Speaker 2: you on your way to work?
- 3:08Speaker 1: What do you do? Do you enjoy it? What's your breakfast?
- 3:13Speaker 5: Okay, so I actually don't eat breakfast. I'm on the
- 3:16Speaker 5: way to work as a teacher.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Sarah, Thank you so much for being a teacher. But
- 3:21Speaker 3: why are you not eating breakfast? You need the breakfast
- 3:23Speaker 3: to fuel your brain for all those children.
- 3:26Speaker 5: My breakfast is coffee. There's no time for breakfast.
- 3:30Speaker 6: That would make me so shaky at this point.
- 3:34Speaker 5: I just think I'm immune to it.
- 3:35Speaker 6: That's fair, something needed.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Sounds like that's light work.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I just have coffee first thing in the morning.
- 3:41Speaker 1: I'm with you.
- 3:42Speaker 6: That makes a lot of sense about you, keV. That's
- 3:43Speaker 6: why you like this all the time?
- 3:48Speaker 1: That's you, ze, That's what Sarah.
- 3:50Speaker 3: What grades do you teach? Or grade?
- 3:52Speaker 5: I teach fourth grade?
- 3:53Speaker 3: Oh? Fourth grade? What a cute age. Also a lot
- 3:56Speaker 3: of energy, though.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Lots of energy.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Starting to have like little crushes and stuff at that
- 4:01Speaker 2: point some.
- 4:04Speaker 5: This ye're not as money as last year. I don't
- 4:06Speaker 5: hear as much talk about the crushes, but.
- 4:11Speaker 6: I have a random question for you.
- 4:13Speaker 7: Since you're from Murphysborough, have you ever been to the
- 4:15Speaker 7: middle point of Tennessee? Like the location is right there
- 4:18Speaker 7: in Murphysboro, right off Old Ascastis Road.
- 4:21Speaker 5: I may have been, I'm not.
- 4:25Speaker 7: There's like a monument in everything for like the central
- 4:28Speaker 7: location of the Tennessee.
- 4:33Speaker 5: Maybe that'll be my weekend plan.
- 4:34Speaker 1: You should. It's actually really cool, is it?
- 4:38Speaker 2: You don't it out?
- 4:43Speaker 1: That is? It was so good?
- 4:45Speaker 3: Oh Sarah, you're cracking us up. We hope you have
- 4:47Speaker 3: a great day today. You being a teacher is absolutely phenomenal.
- 4:51Speaker 3: We love our teachers here at one of seven five
- 4:53Speaker 3: the River. My fiance is a teacher, so I have
- 4:56Speaker 3: the most respect that anybody can possibly have for the teachers.
- 4:59Speaker 3: I know some of the things that you guys go
- 5:01Speaker 3: through and you are phenomenal.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Thank you so much.
- 5:05Speaker 2: I will also say my kids are kids and I
- 5:07Speaker 2: know what you go through.
- 5:07Speaker 5: So yeah, it's awesome. Though it's a lot, but it's great.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Absolutely, you gotta do You gotta love it to do it,
- 5:15Speaker 3: that's for sure.
- 5:16Speaker 5: So absolutely.
- 5:17Speaker 3: With how tough your weeks can be, I hope that
- 5:20Speaker 3: you're not busy. Sunday, February fifteenth, because you got tickets
- 5:23Speaker 3: into Fashion for a fraction, you could go get a
- 5:26Speaker 3: whole new wardrobe with amazing discounts and shot the whole
- 5:30Speaker 3: day away.
- 5:31Speaker 5: I am so excited.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 5:34Speaker 2: We're gonna put you on hold so you can get
- 5:35Speaker 2: all your information, but you you go crush this Thursday.
- 5:38Speaker 5: All right, yay, thank you guys so much.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Absolutely more of these tickets Fashion for a fraction.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Oh the last of the week. Tomorrow morning be here
- 5:46Speaker 1: if you want.
- 5:46Speaker 8: To wake up happy with the Ricky, Zach and Manno
- 5:50Speaker 8: in the morning on that is.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Home for the holiday break. I realized that my dad
- 5:56Speaker 3: has started to do something that I think he comes
- 6:00Speaker 3: with old age.
- 6:01Speaker 6: Oh no, does he carry a handkerchief?
- 6:04Speaker 8: Now?
- 6:07Speaker 1: So gross?
- 6:08Speaker 3: He does not do that. Fu, he does do something.
- 6:12Speaker 3: As I was talking to him, I was like, oh
- 6:13Speaker 3: my god, what is going on? And I think it's
- 6:15Speaker 3: just his old age. I want to see if this
- 6:17Speaker 3: is like a normal thing that people have realized their
- 6:19Speaker 3: parents doing as they get older.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Okay, all right, right after the song, let's play Olivia
- 6:23Speaker 2: Dean and then Ricky will tell us what her dad's doing,
- 6:25Speaker 2: and we'll see if we can.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Relate Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Second ago, Ricky mentioned her dad rick when she was
- 6:34Speaker 2: home for the holidays.
- 6:34Speaker 1: He has started doing something that she blames on aging.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Is it is?
- 6:39Speaker 1: It does have anything to do with the noises he makes,
- 6:42Speaker 1: no Like.
- 6:42Speaker 2: As we get older, you know, there's a lot of
- 6:44Speaker 2: throat clearing and every time you get out.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Of a chair.
- 6:48Speaker 3: My dad's making those noises for as long as I
- 6:50Speaker 3: can remember. Is not a new one. This one's new, though,
- 6:55Speaker 3: And I'm blaming it on his old age and saying
- 6:58Speaker 3: that this is just something that happens with parents as
- 7:00Speaker 3: they get older, and I'm hoping that's sure. Is otherwise
- 7:03Speaker 3: there's something going on with this man's brain function. This
- 7:08Speaker 3: man speaks in riddles like he doesn't he's not like
- 7:14Speaker 3: effectively communicating the things that he's like looking for or needs,
- 7:18Speaker 3: and he's saying things in such weird phrasing that I
- 7:22Speaker 3: flat out called him out the one day and I said,
- 7:24Speaker 3: is this a riddle? Are you a troll under a bridge?
- 7:27Speaker 3: What is happening like? Instead of saying like, oh, we
- 7:33Speaker 3: need like instead of just being like, can you grab
- 7:35Speaker 3: some more k cups for the cure?
- 7:38Speaker 1: Eke.
- 7:38Speaker 3: It would be like, during your journeys today, do you
- 7:45Speaker 3: have a chance to get the small cylinders that go
- 7:48Speaker 3: inside of the pot that makes the coffee? And I'm like,
- 7:52Speaker 3: what are you saying to me?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Is he taking a creative writing class?
- 7:56Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 7:58Speaker 3: It's really honest. And sometimes it's not even in that
- 8:00Speaker 3: direct like that one was pretty direct where you could
- 8:02Speaker 3: be like, oh, he needs cape cape cops for the
- 8:05Speaker 3: curg Some of them are so obscure the things that
- 8:08Speaker 3: he's saying that I'm literally like, what are you talking about?
- 8:12Speaker 3: I truly feel like I'm talking to some like like
- 8:15Speaker 3: the jokester or something like. He's just all speaking in riddles.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Riddler there, Now I sound like him. This is literally
- 8:23Speaker 3: what he would do.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You're turning into your dad.
- 8:25Speaker 3: This is what he would do though. So I just
- 8:27Speaker 3: said jokeser, I meant the riddler. He would do that
- 8:29Speaker 3: and then continue on his sentence as if it totally
- 8:32Speaker 3: made sense and not correct himself. And then I'd be like,
- 8:34Speaker 3: wait a minute, are you talking about this person? And
- 8:36Speaker 3: he'd be like, oh, yeah, that's exactly what I said.
- 8:38Speaker 3: I'm like, no, it is it. So not only is
- 8:40Speaker 3: he speaking in riddles, he's gaslighting me.
- 8:43Speaker 1: I'm about him, That's what I'm saying.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I'm like, is this something that just happens when they
- 8:46Speaker 3: get older or is he losing.
- 8:49Speaker 7: His mid Maybe that one well, according to Google, it
- 8:53Speaker 7: can send from him thinking out loud, feeling overwhelmed, loneliness,
- 8:57Speaker 7: or potentially a sign of cock to changes like dementia
- 9:01Speaker 7: or infections.
- 9:02Speaker 3: The one thing I said I'm laughing is I don't
- 9:04Speaker 3: actually think he has dementia. But I was like, Dad,
- 9:06Speaker 3: I'm starting to think that you might have to mention
- 9:09Speaker 3: what's going on with you. He just like, I think
- 9:12Speaker 3: he does get overwhelmed when he's like explaining things because
- 9:14Speaker 3: he does this man can't do one singular thing at
- 9:17Speaker 3: a time. He's much like you, Kevin, So he does
- 9:19Speaker 3: eight at once, and I'm like, I don't know what
- 9:22Speaker 3: you're talking about anymore.
- 9:24Speaker 1: It's over stimulation. Then, yeah, that's why I suffer from
- 9:26Speaker 1: the same affliction.
- 9:27Speaker 3: But he only started doing that part of it as
- 9:29Speaker 3: he got older. I think maybe it's just harder for
- 9:31Speaker 3: him to actually like fully comprehend and do the eight
- 9:35Speaker 3: other things that he's doing at this point in his life.
- 9:38Speaker 3: But oh my god, the entire time I was home.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I was like, I don't know what's happening.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I feel like that would drive me absolutely insane.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I would walk out with Ajan and I'd be like,
- 9:46Speaker 3: he needs something from the grocery store.
- 9:49Speaker 6: I don't know, I have no idea what it is.
- 9:52Speaker 3: And see if you figured it out.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I love riddles. Tell him to them three things you
- 9:57Speaker 1: need to know? Okay, thank you for starting your third
- 10:00Speaker 1: with us. We appreciate it. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Verizon Wireless went dark for most almost the entire day yesterday,
- 10:08Speaker 3: if we're being entirely honest. The nationwide adage started early
- 10:11Speaker 3: in the day and lasted till around ten thirty pm
- 10:13Speaker 3: in some locations. My phone, because I have Verizon, went
- 10:16Speaker 3: into SOS mode from noon through the rest of the day,
- 10:19Speaker 3: and I didn't work until I was in bed and
- 10:22Speaker 3: I started just getting a stream of text messages coming through.
- 10:26Speaker 3: A lot of others reported the same issue of their
- 10:27Speaker 3: phones going in to SOS mode, which means none of
- 10:30Speaker 3: us can make phone calls or use data or anything
- 10:33Speaker 3: like that. The only place my phone worked was in
- 10:35Speaker 3: locations with Wi Fi that was accessible like my home,
- 10:38Speaker 3: which you don't realize how important that is, until it.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Doesn't work barely hanging on.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Down Detector told CNN over email on Wednesday afternoon that
- 10:47Speaker 3: more than a million users reported outages within the last
- 10:52Speaker 3: twenty four hours. At its peak, one hundred and seventy
- 10:54Speaker 3: eight thousand reports were filed within a fifteen minute window,
- 10:59Speaker 3: so it all seems to happened very quickly at one point.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Verizon has yet to explain exactly what happened, but service
- 11:06Speaker 3: is restored to all pretty much all phones at this point,
- 11:10Speaker 3: so I'm really curious to see how they're gonna explain
- 11:13Speaker 3: that it was kind of wild. All day is wild.
- 11:16Speaker 3: The football rivalry between TSU and Jackson State lives on
- 11:20Speaker 3: with a game that's set for later this year. They're
- 11:22Speaker 3: set to play on Saturday, August twenty ninth for the
- 11:25Speaker 3: John A. Merritt Classic at Nissan Stadium. This is the
- 11:28Speaker 3: first ever meeting between TSU and Jackson State at the
- 11:31Speaker 3: John A. Merritt Classic, so there's about to be a
- 11:33Speaker 3: whole new level to this rivalry, and the teams are
- 11:36Speaker 3: going to play again in twenty twenty seven when Tennessee
- 11:38Speaker 3: State travels to Jackson, Mississippi to face Jackson State. There
- 11:42Speaker 3: at their home. Additional info for the upcoming matchup will
- 11:46Speaker 3: be announced at a later date on John merritt Classic
- 11:50Speaker 3: dot Com and trip Advisor announced the winners of their
- 11:54Speaker 3: annual Travelers Choice Awards, the Best of the Best Destinations
- 11:57Speaker 3: for twenty twenty six. Every year they analyze just millions
- 12:01Speaker 3: of reviews and ratings from everybody that does it on
- 12:05Speaker 3: trip Advisor to find out where people are obsessed with,
- 12:09Speaker 3: which areas where people are going to go to next.
- 12:12Speaker 3: So here we go. The top destination in the world
- 12:15Speaker 3: is Bali, Indonesia, Okay, known for its natural beauty, the culture,
- 12:19Speaker 3: wellness activities. People are really into wellness specifically right now.
- 12:24Speaker 3: It also topped the list for honeymoon destinations and New
- 12:28Speaker 3: York City is a top destination in the US for
- 12:30Speaker 3: another year, and it's the number one food destination in
- 12:33Speaker 3: the country as well. So if you're looking for new
- 12:36Speaker 3: places to go, add these to your list. I'm Ricky
- 12:38Speaker 3: Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. We're gonna play Miles Smith
- 12:43Speaker 2: right here. And then Zach has a fact. I hope
- 12:45Speaker 2: you don't get a headache when your brain gets bigger
- 12:48Speaker 2: you're sharing Zach's factx.
- 12:49Speaker 6: Next on the.
- 12:49Speaker 4: River, Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Miles Smith on the River, It is time to learn.
- 12:57Speaker 1: It is time for Zach's facts.
- 12:59Speaker 7: Oh, this is a really cool So there's a one
- 13:01Speaker 7: hundred and seven acre forest made up of a single tree.
- 13:04Speaker 7: Did you guys know that it's in Utah's Fish Lake
- 13:07Speaker 7: National Forests And it includes over forty seven thousand aspen
- 13:11Speaker 7: trees that all share the same root system.
- 13:14Speaker 3: WHOA.
- 13:15Speaker 6: Scientists estimate that it's close.
- 13:17Speaker 7: To a million years old and they all share the
- 13:19Speaker 7: exact same root system for over forty seven thousand trees.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Is that not crazy?
- 13:23Speaker 3: So all the roots just spread out and then grow
- 13:25Speaker 3: new trees. Yeah, why in the world are you talking?
- 13:28Speaker 7: I know it's called the Trembling Giant Is and it's
- 13:31Speaker 7: in Utah, so we should go see it.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Oh, I am fascinated right now. I would love to
- 13:35Speaker 3: see that.
- 13:35Speaker 8: There's your facts of the day exactly, Ricky is Zach
- 13:39Speaker 8: and Manno in the morning.
- 13:41Speaker 3: On We want to know what your Cracker Barrel treasure is.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Cracker Barrel has those little stores inside a little bit
- 13:50Speaker 3: shop and there are so many things inside of there.
- 13:53Speaker 3: And I feel like they're just adding more and more categories.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Because yesterday our friend Scuba Steve, he's on UH our
- 14:01Speaker 3: sister station, he was wearing a sweater that had like
- 14:05Speaker 3: a doggie on it in a bird and something like that,
- 14:09Speaker 3: and I was like, oh, I like your sweater. It
- 14:12Speaker 3: was a very unusual pick for him.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Did it say Cracker Barrel or anything.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Or no, No, it was just the picture on anyone.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Oh thanks, I got it from Cracker Barrel. And I
- 14:20Speaker 3: went what it's like, where did that come from? And
- 14:24Speaker 3: He's like, no, I'm obsessed with it.
- 14:25Speaker 6: I love it.
- 14:26Speaker 3: And we realized that a lot of people probably have treasures,
- 14:29Speaker 3: little treasures that they've gotten from Cracker Barrel.
- 14:31Speaker 2: It's a solid store. Six one five, seven, three seven
- 14:34Speaker 2: nine one oh seven. If you have a Cracker Barrel
- 14:38Speaker 2: treasure that you would like to tell us about, do
- 14:39Speaker 2: you guys have?
- 14:40Speaker 7: Zach He used to work there, right, I worked there
- 14:42Speaker 7: for like five years. Still, one of my favorite jobs
- 14:44Speaker 7: that I ever had was working at Cracker Barrel.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I love that place.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven, nine one oh seven.
- 14:50Speaker 2: If you have a Cracker Barrel treasure like Steve's sweater,
- 14:53Speaker 2: we want to hear.
- 14:54Speaker 4: One O seven five the River Ricky, Zach and Mannow
- 14:57Speaker 4: in the morning.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Your Cracker Barrel treasure is what we're talking about. Our
- 15:01Speaker 2: friend Scuba Steve had a sweater that apparently he goes
- 15:04Speaker 2: shopping for clothes at Cracker Barrel.
- 15:06Speaker 3: He said it was a woman's section too.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I love buying any of your Cracker brow I do
- 15:11Speaker 2: remember there was a Cracker Barrel not far from my
- 15:13Speaker 2: house in Indiana when I was growing up, and my
- 15:14Speaker 2: mom would go there simply to shop, Like if she
- 15:17Speaker 2: had to buy gifts for people or something, she would
- 15:18Speaker 2: just go to Cracker Barrel just to go to that store.
- 15:21Speaker 3: So many knickknacks in there.
- 15:22Speaker 7: The little gift shop is honestly so cute, and I
- 15:25Speaker 7: used to work there, and I think one of my
- 15:26Speaker 7: favorite things that I ever did was when I worked
- 15:29Speaker 7: in the gift shop. I went through and I printed
- 15:31Speaker 7: out pictures of myself and I replaced in them in
- 15:34Speaker 7: all of the picture frames, so instead of like the stock.
- 15:36Speaker 6: Image, you got a picture of me.
- 15:38Speaker 7: And I was doing like a talent appearance in Murphy's
- 15:40Speaker 7: Borough not long ago, and this family literally came up
- 15:43Speaker 7: and they're like, I think I have a picture of
- 15:44Speaker 7: you in my house, like they never took the stock
- 15:46Speaker 7: image out of the picture frame.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Everything at story is so weird.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I have a lot of many, many questions that we
- 15:55Speaker 3: don't have time for right now. Okay, great, but did
- 15:58Speaker 3: you ever buy anything from this when he works there?
- 16:00Speaker 4: Is act.
- 16:01Speaker 7: I think that's where my love of woodwick candles came from.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Oh and because I was just like, oh my god,
- 16:07Speaker 7: it sounds like a fireplace and like crackles. And that's
- 16:10Speaker 7: where my love of woodwick candles came from. Is when
- 16:12Speaker 7: I worked at cracker Barrel.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Okay, so I'm from Jersey and there aren't a lot
- 16:16Speaker 3: of cracker barrels up there. That isn't so much a
- 16:18Speaker 3: thing as it is down here, but in my area
- 16:21Speaker 3: we finally got one at one point, and I remember
- 16:24Speaker 3: this was a huge deal, right, Everyone was like, what
- 16:26Speaker 3: is this cracker barrel? Stop? And everyone went nuts wort
- 16:30Speaker 3: And the one prize possession little treasure that I got
- 16:34Speaker 3: from their Nicknack patty wax there inside of the store
- 16:37Speaker 3: was that little peg game.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Yeah, the triangle, yeah, with like the golf tees.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Yes, oh my god. My brother and I would play
- 16:45Speaker 3: for hours, hours. We were just so focused on trying
- 16:49Speaker 3: to win that game.
- 16:50Speaker 7: It would make me so mad every time we would
- 16:52Speaker 7: go eat and I could not win. By the time
- 16:53Speaker 7: we finished it, now I was like, oh my.
- 16:55Speaker 4: God, one Ricky Zach And in the morning, that.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Cracker barrel store has so many little treasures inside, and
- 17:04Speaker 3: everyone's got something from there. It's one of seven Five
- 17:08Speaker 3: of the River. Stephanie and Franklin, Kentucky. What's that thing
- 17:11Speaker 3: that you have that is your treasure from their little store.
- 17:14Speaker 9: I've always liked those really big suckers that they had
- 17:18Speaker 9: that were like circles, you know, Yes, and they were amazing,
- 17:23Speaker 9: Yes they would, they would be amazing.
- 17:25Speaker 2: They were very unique flavors too, right, I remember getting
- 17:28Speaker 2: like an apple one with apple cinnamon or so like.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I was the first time I ever experienced anything like that.
- 17:33Speaker 9: Yes, I always picked my favorite color, so it wasn't
- 17:36Speaker 9: always the same same flavor depending on what color I
- 17:39Speaker 9: liked at that time. Yeah, they were great, yes, almost
- 17:43Speaker 9: like that. Some of them were almost like those fruity canes,
- 17:45Speaker 9: candy canes.
- 17:46Speaker 7: Yes, I remember I would always get the blue one
- 17:49Speaker 7: and it was like a blue raspberry and like by
- 17:51Speaker 7: the end of my shift, my whole mouth would be
- 17:53Speaker 7: bright blue because I was just stucking on the sucker.
- 17:55Speaker 1: All day long.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Yep, those were great, Stephanie. Thank you so much for
- 17:59Speaker 3: calling in.
- 18:00Speaker 9: Yes, thank you, Bye bye.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Let's do one more.
- 18:02Speaker 2: I know Jackie and Brentwood have been hanging for a while. Jackie,
- 18:05Speaker 2: what do you have?
- 18:07Speaker 10: I have a ceramic tight chicken that sits on my
- 18:12Speaker 10: kitchen counter that has a little globe uve inside of
- 18:15Speaker 10: it that with the feathers Art's got little slits in
- 18:18Speaker 10: it and it shines through there.
- 18:20Speaker 9: I love that.
- 18:23Speaker 10: I love my cracker barrel the willow tree figurines has
- 18:29Speaker 10: a mother and her two boys. That's one of my favorites.
- 18:32Speaker 10: And then my little cracker barrel Christmas tree ornament that
- 18:36Speaker 10: I bring out every year that looks like the front
- 18:38Speaker 10: of a cracker barrel.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I love the Jackie. You are a cracker barrel connoisseur store.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I love it.
- 18:49Speaker 10: Yes, and I one O seven Connor Steward my favorite
- 18:52Speaker 10: radio stage I listens to every morning and on the
- 18:54Speaker 10: way home every evening.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Jackie. That's so nice of you.
- 19:00Speaker 6: Are awesome.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I love you.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Yeah, we love you too. Thank you so much for
- 19:03Speaker 3: calling in. It was so nice. To talk to you.
- 19:05Speaker 9: Hi, have a great day, h you too.
- 19:09Speaker 2: I like watching Zach's face light up when he hears
- 19:11Speaker 2: about these cracker barrel tricks.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Does he remembers all the whole willow Tree collection?
- 19:16Speaker 7: Like there were so many different like little figururines that
- 19:19Speaker 7: people would come in and buy, and so they had
- 19:21Speaker 7: like really sentimental ones of like, oh, you'll buy this
- 19:24Speaker 7: one for your mom or if somebody passed away, then
- 19:26Speaker 7: you'll like buy a specific one. And they just had
- 19:29Speaker 7: like the really sweet whole figurine set.
- 19:32Speaker 6: And I love the fact that the home office is
- 19:34Speaker 6: in Lebanon.
- 19:34Speaker 1: The home on it here like the corporate headquarters.
- 19:37Speaker 6: Yeah, started here in Lebanon.
- 19:39Speaker 3: That's something new that I just learned.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Another Fact of the.
- 19:42Speaker 8: Day two Ricky is Zach and Manno. In the morning,
- 19:49Speaker 8: you're playing.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Kevin Banno's Game of the Day. It's called we do
- 19:52Speaker 3: talk about Bruno. It's essentially Bruno Mars Trivia because we
- 19:56Speaker 3: got tickets to see him at Nissan Stadium for his
- 19:58Speaker 3: May sixth show, the biggest show I think we're about
- 20:00Speaker 3: to have this year.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Yeah, we are so pumped at Bruno Mars is back.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Ashley and Springfield is on the line. How you doing
- 20:06Speaker 1: this morning, Ashley?
- 20:08Speaker 3: I'm good.
- 20:08Speaker 1: All were great.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, we're having a good day over here. On a
- 20:11Speaker 2: scale of one to ten, how big of a Bruno
- 20:13Speaker 2: Mars fan?
- 20:13Speaker 8: Are you pretty big? Asking him at karaoke?
- 20:17Speaker 3: Which song I do when I was your man?
- 20:21Speaker 6: Okay, give me a little clip.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Put me on this. But it's okay, Ashley, it's early.
- 20:28Speaker 3: You don't need to sing to us.
- 20:29Speaker 1: How about this? If you win, you're going to sing
- 20:31Speaker 1: to us?
- 20:32Speaker 3: Okay, okay, I'll do that.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Here we go two out of three of these questions. Right,
- 20:36Speaker 1: the tickets are yours.
- 20:37Speaker 2: We do talk about Bruno is the name of the game,
- 20:39Speaker 2: and it starts right now, Ashley. Bruno Mars sings about
- 20:45Speaker 2: money on what Travy McCoy song?
- 20:50Speaker 3: Billionaire?
- 20:52Speaker 1: All right, billionaire? Nice show.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Let's see if you get this one. I have not
- 20:57Speaker 2: asked this yet this week. If you've prepared it all,
- 20:59Speaker 2: you probably know the answer.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Here. What is Bruno Mars's real first name?
- 21:07Speaker 4: Uh?
- 21:08Speaker 8: I know it?
- 21:09Speaker 3: Hold on, Peter, Peter? Yeah, well done, good job, Ashley.
- 21:17Speaker 3: You in you're getting the tickets to see him?
- 21:19Speaker 8: Hey, thank you so much.
- 21:21Speaker 3: You're so welcome. We have been so impressed by everybody
- 21:24Speaker 3: this week because they've been just been killing trivia.
- 21:26Speaker 6: They'd be loving some Bruno mars.
- 21:28Speaker 1: That was very quick.
- 21:29Speaker 3: You know what this means now, Ashley? Right, you got
- 21:32Speaker 3: to sing to us. Okay, I do it a little different.
- 21:36Speaker 9: I do it from a girl's perspective.
- 21:38Speaker 3: All right, let's go.
- 21:41Speaker 9: You should have bought me, should give me all your head.
- 21:53Speaker 7: Okay, whoever is running record labels in Nashville, please call Ashley.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I was not expecting that all.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Of our faces immediately changed. We were truly expecting I
- 22:04Speaker 3: think a train wreck. Yeah, and that was beautiful.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Thank you, it was so good. Oh my god, goose
- 22:11Speaker 1: bumps name. We got to arrange you for Bruno to
- 22:14Speaker 1: get you up on that stage.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Roam.
- 22:15Speaker 1: He's gonna be a Nissan Stadium May six. You're gonna
- 22:17Speaker 1: be there too. Congratulations, Thank you so much.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Hang on the line, okay, love, Okay, thank you?
- 22:23Speaker 6: What I want her to sing the back of the
- 22:25Speaker 6: shampoo bottle to me?
- 22:26Speaker 1: Can you want a shower with you? Kevin? Can we
- 22:29Speaker 1: get her a river on the rooftop this summer?
- 22:31Speaker 3: I shocked. I still don't even I don't even have
- 22:34Speaker 3: words right now.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Wow, that was good.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Be here tomorrow we have another pair seven forty five,
- 22:39Speaker 2: same game. We won't make you sing because how could
- 22:41Speaker 2: you follow that?
- 22:42Speaker 1: That was awesome?
- 22:43Speaker 3: Yeah, three things you need to know.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Here we go just at three o'clock on this Thursday morning.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has your three things.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Jason and Travis Kelcey are writing a book. The brothers
- 22:54Speaker 3: made the announcement on their podcast yesterday that they're taking
- 22:56Speaker 3: a segment from their New Heights podcast and creating a
- 22:59Speaker 3: book from it. The debut book is called No Dumb
- 23:02Speaker 3: Questions and All of Our Dumbest Answers. So for the
- 23:05Speaker 3: segment on their show, they have their fans ask them questions.
- 23:09Speaker 3: No topic is off limits. Questions range from things like
- 23:12Speaker 3: what is it down? Because they're both football players professional
- 23:14Speaker 3: football players, to if you can make one of your
- 23:17Speaker 3: body parts detachable, which one would you choose? So they
- 23:20Speaker 3: get all sorts of crazy questions, and as you can imagine,
- 23:23Speaker 3: they have crazy answers. So the book hits stores June second,
- 23:26Speaker 3: and the two are gonna officially be authors then of
- 23:29Speaker 3: a book. They're just doing everything at this point. The
- 23:31Speaker 3: Kelsey Brothers. The National Pride Festival is coming back this year.
- 23:35Speaker 3: After a very uncertain year last year for National Pride Festival,
- 23:39Speaker 3: they have raised enough money to continue this year. We
- 23:41Speaker 3: are very excited to say that the festival is set
- 23:44Speaker 3: for Saturday, June twenty seventh at Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park, Nashvillians.
- 23:49Speaker 3: If you're interested in participating in the parade, you can
- 23:52Speaker 3: apply by April twelfth in order to be a part
- 23:55Speaker 3: of it. But we are very excited that it is
- 23:56Speaker 3: coming back and that they are continuing to do year
- 24:00Speaker 3: this Natural Pride Festival. It's important and Crumble the cookies.
- 24:05Speaker 3: They are testing out donuts online. Rumors of mock ups
- 24:08Speaker 3: started circulating on social media, which obviously made fans go
- 24:11Speaker 3: crazy because they're like, when can I try them? When
- 24:14Speaker 3: can I get these donuts? But the company says the
- 24:16Speaker 3: idea is still in very early stages. There's no immediate
- 24:20Speaker 3: plans for any kind of rollout as of right now.
- 24:22Speaker 3: They still have to do more testing, they need customer feedback.
- 24:25Speaker 3: They also need operational planning first to make sure that
- 24:28Speaker 3: each store can actually effectively make the donuts the way
- 24:31Speaker 3: that they need them to. So Crumble is just focus
- 24:34Speaker 3: on their cookies right now. Their cookie lineup. They just
- 24:36Speaker 3: added six new permanent flavors to their menu. That is
- 24:39Speaker 3: what you can expect from Crumble, but eventually maybe donuts
- 24:43Speaker 3: as well.
- 24:43Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. I always want people to
- 24:45Speaker 1: stay in their lane. But we'll see. I won't judge
- 24:46Speaker 1: it yet.
- 24:47Speaker 3: I'm Ricky Sanchas and those are the three.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Things you need to put one O seven five the River, Ricky,
- 24:52Speaker 4: Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 24:54Speaker 2: I read it to play along where it might be
- 24:56Speaker 2: as one of seven five the River. Ricky is prepared,
- 24:59Speaker 2: She's going to add Zach and I would you rather
- 25:02Speaker 2: and we're, uh, do our best here.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Okay, would you rather have to use shrimp flavored toothpaste?
- 25:09Speaker 3: Or do you oderant that smells like cheese?
- 25:13Speaker 6: Do you odorant that smells like cheese?
- 25:14Speaker 1: Oh no, no, no, no, I'd go with the other one.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, why do you orteranate that smells like cheese?
- 25:18Speaker 6: Everybody loves the smell of cheese. Like I think I
- 25:20Speaker 6: would smell.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Great, Definitely not people like the taste of cheese. People
- 25:24Speaker 1: like the smell of cheese.
- 25:26Speaker 7: People would be sniffing me all day long. I'd be like, yeah,
- 25:28Speaker 7: get in there, smell some of that cheese.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Honey, I'm gonna be sick. That's gross.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Okay, but you just said you'd rather have shrimp flavored toothpaste.
- 25:37Speaker 3: That would make you sick in the morning.
- 25:38Speaker 1: No, after you brush, you pop mint or a piece
- 25:40Speaker 1: of gum and you're.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Fine, Right.
- 25:42Speaker 6: I don't agree with that. You're just gonna taste shrimp
- 25:44Speaker 6: all day long.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Would you rather have a knife when you need a
- 25:47Speaker 3: spoon or a spoon when you need a knife?
- 25:50Speaker 6: Hmm, a spoon when I need a knife.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Okay, if I was like buttering something, I'd go with
- 25:58Speaker 2: the spoon over a knife. But if I was in
- 26:00Speaker 2: a knife fight, Uh.
- 26:03Speaker 3: We're gonna go with just the no knife fights, We're
- 26:07Speaker 3: gonna go with the basic just use it as a
- 26:09Speaker 3: utensil to eat food with.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd rather have a spoon.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Okay, you'd rather so both of you actually agree on
- 26:14Speaker 3: that one.
- 26:14Speaker 6: A spoon?
- 26:15Speaker 3: Is it because you can use the spoon to cut things?
- 26:16Speaker 3: You feel like?
- 26:17Speaker 7: Yeah, I feel like it's more versatile versus me trying
- 26:19Speaker 7: to eat off of a knife.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Really dangerous. Soup with a knife, that's insane.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Well, why don't you just drink the soup? Out of
- 26:25Speaker 3: the bowl.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Let me be myself okay, okay, or like cottage cheese
- 26:30Speaker 2: that you see with a spoon, okay.
- 26:33Speaker 3: And then this last one, I'm gonna ask you to
- 26:36Speaker 3: but I want other people to join in on this one. Okay.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Would you rather have a hundred duck sized elephants or
- 26:43Speaker 3: one elephant sized duck?
- 26:45Speaker 1: No, I'd go with the hundred.
- 26:47Speaker 6: Yeah, that one's easy.
- 26:49Speaker 3: So you both agree. One hundred duck sized elephants?
- 26:52Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 26:52Speaker 7: Could you imagine how cute little baby miniature elephants would
- 26:55Speaker 7: be everywhere?
- 26:56Speaker 2: I disagree how much you could get for those guys
- 26:58Speaker 2: on Facebook marketplace?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Do you know how much did you get for one
- 27:01Speaker 3: elephant sized duck?
- 27:03Speaker 1: Probably as much as one hundred tiny elephants.
- 27:05Speaker 3: I don't know, man, I would go with the one
- 27:07Speaker 3: elephant sized duck.
- 27:08Speaker 7: Oh, that scares me. I don't like birds to begin with.
- 27:11Speaker 7: Can you imagine how big that beak would be?
- 27:14Speaker 1: Yeah? That would be terrified.
- 27:15Speaker 3: I would just ride the duck around, though.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Would you keep it?
- 27:18Speaker 6: It's old?
- 27:19Speaker 1: What's it gonna eat?
- 27:20Speaker 4: No?
- 27:21Speaker 3: I might feed you to the duck if you don't
- 27:25Speaker 3: shape up, sassy pants.
- 27:26Speaker 7: That would be some big old bowel movements coming out
- 27:30Speaker 7: of that massive duck too, No, thank.
- 27:32Speaker 3: You, okay? Six one five, seven through seven, nine one
- 27:35Speaker 3: oh seven? Would you rather have one hundred duck sized
- 27:38Speaker 3: elephants or one elephant sized duck?
- 27:41Speaker 1: And question?
- 27:42Speaker 2: And then Zach, your elephant would try to eat your
- 27:44Speaker 2: armpits because of the cheese.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Be welcome, Samantha and Dixon to one oh seven five
- 27:50Speaker 3: of the river. Would you rather have one hundred duck
- 27:53Speaker 3: sized elephants or one elephant sized duck?
- 27:57Speaker 9: One hundred elephants small elephants?
- 27:59Speaker 3: Okay, so you want a hundred duck sized elephants. That's
- 28:01Speaker 3: what both Kevin and Zach said that they would want
- 28:04Speaker 3: as well. Kevin thinks you could sell them on Facebook marketplace.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Zach thinks they would just be cute. What's your reasoning, Samantha, it's.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Pretty obvious tiny circus tice people would pay so much
- 28:16Speaker 5: money for that.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Didn't even think of the tiny circus. You're right, that's.
- 28:19Speaker 3: Exactly like evil genius.
- 28:21Speaker 7: It's pretty brilliant, honestly, because if you think, like there's
- 28:24Speaker 7: alpaca farms and there's all of these places that they
- 28:26Speaker 7: charge you that you can go pet their animals if
- 28:29Speaker 7: you open like this little mini farm, and everybody pays
- 28:32Speaker 7: to come see your miniature elephants.
- 28:33Speaker 6: You'd be a millionaire exactly.
- 28:36Speaker 3: So you don't think I would be able to make
- 28:37Speaker 3: the same amount of money with my one elephant sized duck.
- 28:40Speaker 7: I agree with you on that line.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Nobody wants to see that monstrous like monstrosity.
- 28:45Speaker 3: I just think of it as like you know, Clifford
- 28:47Speaker 3: the Big Red Dog that book when you're little. I
- 28:50Speaker 3: think of.
- 28:50Speaker 9: It like.
- 28:53Speaker 4: That.
- 28:53Speaker 3: It's just a huge duck.
- 28:54Speaker 7: I mean, I think there would be some weirdos in
- 28:56Speaker 7: the world that would want to come see the duck,
- 28:58Speaker 7: But I don't think you'd make nearly as What if
- 29:00Speaker 7: I taught.
- 29:01Speaker 9: The duck to flip like a back, Yeah, that'd be
- 29:04Speaker 9: like an earthquake.
- 29:05Speaker 5: That would be like a danger to everybody in the
- 29:08Speaker 5: surrounding community.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Okay, I did not think about everybody else around me
- 29:12Speaker 3: when I thought about that idea. Samantha, what a buzz kill.
- 29:16Speaker 6: Sorry, I'm glad we're on the same this morning.
- 29:19Speaker 3: It's okay. I mean, you're right, but whatever.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I know we're suspending disbelief here for this.
- 29:24Speaker 1: But how are you going to teach it to flip?
- 29:27Speaker 9: How would I not teach it?
- 29:28Speaker 3: It's an elephant size duck. Anything's possible.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Can you teach an elephant to flip?
- 29:32Speaker 3: Probably?
- 29:33Speaker 1: I like the here.
- 29:36Speaker 3: I haven't been able to try yet. If someone gave
- 29:39Speaker 3: me a chance, maybe I could.
- 29:41Speaker 1: It's a good point, Samantha.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Thank you so much for playing our silly little game
- 29:44Speaker 3: of would you rather?
- 29:45Speaker 5: Of course, thank you so much for having me.
- 29:47Speaker 7: I just found an AI photo of a miniature elephant
- 29:49Speaker 7: and it's the cutest thing on the entire planet.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Oh wait, they exist?
- 29:53Speaker 6: Well an aiho?
- 29:55Speaker 1: Okay, they exist.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Kevin's like, oh, why have I never heard of this before?
- 30:01Speaker 8: That should have been a Zach fact Ricky, Zach and
- 30:04Speaker 8: Menno in the morning on.
- 30:05Speaker 4: One thing you should know about Zach's relationship with his
