  Speaker 1: And again, that is the end of November. So it

  Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a great time to get your side-by-sides out.

  Speaker 2: Those are a wonderful thing to ride in. You can

  Speaker 2: bring any vehicle you'd like, depending on the weather. And

  Speaker 2: to ride on. We're just encouraged taking care of the driver.

  Speaker 1: really good idea. And again, let's talk about Midwest Honor Flight.

  Speaker 1: This is an amazing organization that does great things. How

  Speaker 1: long have you been with this group and how long
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: have you been working to help raise funds for this?
• 2:43
  Speaker 2: Well, I've been supporting Midwest Honor Flight for four years now.
• 2:46
  Speaker 2: I actually got involved with it because I was a
• 2:48
  Speaker 2: guardian for my father. He was a Vietnam era veteran
• 2:50
  Speaker 2: and he was selected to go on an Honor Flight,
• 2:52
  Speaker 2: which once I got to experience the whole that they
• 2:56
  Speaker 2: provide for these veterans. I really wanted to get involved
• 2:59
  Speaker 2: and raise money for them. And Pilot Mike himself, he
• 3:01
  Speaker 2: wanted to get involved. So we made an agreement. Now
• 3:04
  Speaker 2: we throw a big fundraiser every year for them.
• 3:06
  Speaker 1: I love that. And once you get to know what
• 3:08
  Speaker 1: they are doing at Midwest Honor Flight, you can't help
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: but love what they're doing. It's an amazing organization doing
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: wonderful things. So a big thank you to Aaron and
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: all of the people who helped. Because it's Aaron that's
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: kind of the guy in charge. But he has said
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: to me, if it was just me, we couldn't do
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: any of it. It needs all of these people involved.

  Speaker 1: It is a huge crowd of people that come out

  Speaker 1: to help roll up their sleeves, whether they're raising money

  Speaker 1: or actually going on the honor flight. It is team
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: effort for sure, and hats off to all of them.

  Speaker 1: It is an amazing group, isn't it?

  Speaker 2: It is a very large undertaking. It does take quite

  Speaker 2: a few people to be able to handle this and

  Speaker 2: bring the experience to these veterans that they deserve.
