• 0:48
Speaker 1: Welcome to the podcast.
• 0:53
Speaker 1: This week is really one of those episodes where I have no agenda.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: I have so much to say, so much I've been moving through, and this is going to be just one of those like grab a cup of coffee, grab a tea, whatever your desired drink is, and let's just move through it, let's just talk about it.
• 1:12
Speaker 1: I feel like there was a situation that I have been alluding to, I've been talking about, but not like fully talking about that I feel like I'm ready to talk about, because I've moved through my wave multiple times, I've gotten clarity on it and there's just a lot going on, as there always is, astrologically, individually, and just more clarity on certain things.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: That, yeah, that I just feel ready to come here and process through, or or rather I've processed through it and now I'm ready to share it.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: That six line is like let's go.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: Let let's fully share the situation.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: My kids left today, as I'm recording this, for about five weeks and this has been something that we started three years ago, so this will be the third summer, the first time that they left for this amount of time.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: I had not been alone for more than three days in 14 years and it was wild.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: It's like you know, like we get so in our routine, right In our daily life.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: We go to work If you're a parent, then you have kids you have to clean, you have to cook, you have to do all of these things that like we have to do I'm air quoting and when the thing that you put the most energy to is taken out of the equation.
• 2:31
Speaker 1: And, of course, like I'm still a mom, I'm still answering phone calls.
• 2:33
Speaker 1: I'm still like all that kind of stuff.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: I'm still communicating with my kids every day.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: It's not like, no, no contact with my kids for five weeks, but the daily ins and outs.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: Like I can literally go sit on the couch and read for six hours uninterrupted if I want to.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: It's wild and that sounds like the first time this happened.
• 2:50
Speaker 1: I was like whoa, this is what single people experience, because I got pregnant at 23.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: So I've literally been a mom since I was 23 years old.
• 2:59
  Speaker 1: There's not been.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: You know, a lot of my friends got to experience their 20s with freedom and kind of doing things that are, I guess, traditional again, air quoting, traditional of like getting the job, finding the partner, getting engaged, having the children and so, like a lot of my friends or people I know are at my age now, either not parents still or parents of young children or like getting into that, and so it's just really interesting because then I'm going to be in my 40s, child free.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: Of course my kids are still going to be, you know, adults and around, but essentially child free, able to live the life that I didn't live in the 20s.
• 3:34
Speaker 1: And what's really cool about that actually is because, like I feel like I've really come to understand who I am so much more that when I am in my 40s and my kids are graduated and adults, it's going to be so fun because I just love myself so much more now than I did in my 20s, because I didn't know who I was in my 20s like at all.
• 3:54
Speaker 1: I couldn't have told you what I wanted to do with my life.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: I had no direction.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: I was just trying to get through the day as a new young mom which, like traditionally in certain cultures, you know, the parents would live their life and the grandparents would take care of the children and then, when the children had children, then the parents would turn into the grandparents and it was just this cycle.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: And like they say, it takes a village to raise a child.
• 4:19
  Speaker 1: It truly does.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: And I think in our culture, in our society we're so, we value so much this hyper independence and it's really hard, like I don't think this is the way we're meant to be parenting and doing life right.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: We're meant to have a support system, and so that first year was again so confronting.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: I did not know who I was, I didn't know what to do with myself, I didn't know, I didn't realize how much I was distracting myself or avoiding or just not facing because I was a busy mom, myself and my shadows and the things that wanted to come up and the things that wanted to work on.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: So then last year I had a friend stay with me for the summer, so I had the freedom, but I had someone this summer I'm not dating anyone, my kids are not here.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: I just got a job, like a part time job that I plan on just working through as much as I can over the next like five weeks, and so there's all this space for just me.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: It's a really interesting period and I intentionally, before they left, I set the intention that, a I would do something new every week Doesn't have to be anything big or whatever, just something to like push me out of my comfort zone a little bit and B that I was going to really lean in and do the work, because Jupiter moves into cancer on the 9th and Jupiter is an area of your chart as a planet.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: Right, it's expansion, it's luck, it's the guru planet, it is the biggest planet in the sky.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: So I've always seen Jupiter as a sort of like pulsating energy, and wherever Jupiter is in your chart is where you have the most opportunity for growth and expansion.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: Of course, the shadow of that is overindulgence in whatever it is.
• 6:09
Speaker 1: Whatever your vices right can really be a Jupiter thing.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: I have Jupiter square Venus, so I noticed a lot that overindulgence in like spending, like shopping or eating especially with my Taurus sun I can definitely.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: I love the fine, like fine dining to me, I love it, I'm obsessed.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: I love the creativity, I love the presentation.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: That's that Venus, that like aesthetic that I love.
• 6:30
Speaker 1: But again, that can come back to like Venus and Jupiter just overindulging in things that it doesn't need to overindulge in.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: But when you are in your highest expression, right, like Jupiter is an area that you have the most opportunity for growth in your chart.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: And so, with Jupiter moving into Cancer on the 9th, this to me speaks of a really deep opportunity to do the work right.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: The moon rules Cancer.
• 6:53
Speaker 1: Cancer is about your inner experience, the moon, your inner experience, your inner world.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: This is your family, this is your ancestors.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: So this feels a lot of like childhood healing, like inner child healing, really facing that, reparenting yourself, ancestral work, right, like healing your ancestral lineage or connecting with your ancestors, understanding that better, nurturing yourself, taking care of yourself.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: But of course, everything has equal and opposite, right?
• 7:20
Speaker 1: So if we're expanding on all those beautiful nurturing, you know, sensitive, watery sides of cancer, then there is that other side of cancer, that hard shell that keeps people out, right?
• 7:30
Speaker 1: So it's like what are you choosing to focus on?
• 7:32
Speaker 1: What are you choosing to expand on?
• 7:34
Speaker 1: I was in the car with my son yesterday, or no.
• 7:36
Speaker 1: We were taking a walk and he said point your finger at something in the sky.
• 7:39
Speaker 1: So I pointed my finger at something in the sky.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: He said close one eye.
• 7:42
Speaker 1: So I closed my eye.
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Then he said now, open that eye and close the other eye.
• 7:46
Speaker 1: So I closed the other eye.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: He goes you're not pointing at the same thing.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: And it was such a to me it felt like such a clear example of perspective, right.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: And I went on to explain this to him, which he quickly changed the subject because he's eight, he doesn't care about that, but hopefully it's stored somewhere in his brain.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: But two people can see the exact same thing and see two completely different things, right?
• 8:10
Speaker 1: And so it's so much about perspective and Jupiter.
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: It's like it's enhancing, it's expanding what you're focusing on.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: So if you're focusing on nurturing yourself, taking care of yourself, connecting with your ancestors, whatever it is.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: That's what it will enhance on, that's what it will expand on.
• 8:29
Speaker 1: Remember, cancer is also super moody, right, like cancer is I, like the moon, the tides, the divine feminine is always changing and it's not a bad thing we have this whole.
• 8:43
Speaker 1: I've realized how moody I am, like I've always known it and but it's always been a shadow, because everybody's like, oh, walk on eggshells and I'm emotional authority and things like that.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: But I also feel like when I'm connected to my feminine and and it's a matter of emotional intelligence that I did not have before to know that maybe I need to remove myself from the situation, especially making a decision, because I'm going to cycle through things multiple times and sometimes it's going to feel like the worst thing in the world, sometimes it's going to feel like the best thing in the world, and if you're not emotionally defined, you will not understand the nuance and the dynamic of that right.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: And so I am a terrible liar.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: I really have a hard time faking things.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: So I have to really just be aware of my energy and how I'm presenting it and who I'm around and how they're going to perceive it, because if I'm in a low, it's really hard for me to like fake a smile and you know, like I just I can't.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: I've never really been able to.
• 9:36
Speaker 1: And I see people who are just like always happy and always putting on a smile regardless of what's happening on inside, and I think it's a beautiful quality.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: It's just not me and a lot of my journey over this year has been just like shedding and pulling off these pieces of myself that don't feel good anymore and not to say that being, you know, optimistic doesn't feel good.
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: But if I'm in a mood, like I'm in a mood, like I'm in a mood, it's who I am.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: I'm old enough now to understand that about myself, that that's just who I am and it's going to change.
• 10:08
Speaker 1: It literally could be five minutes from now and I'm totally fine.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: But in the moment it's really hard for me to put on a smile if that's not what I'm internally feeling.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: And of course, being in the service industry, like you have to, obviously I'm not going to be going to work crying and moping around and things like that.
• 10:23
Speaker 1: But within reason, right, I just it's really hard for me to fake being in a good mood if I'm not.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: And again, this year has really been this shedding, releasing things that don't feel good, releasing labels, releasing caring what people think, because I think, with a Libra South node, I'm very good at people pleasing, I'm very good at giving you what you want to hear.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: And I was sitting with an astroneedra on Sunday night I think it was before the new moon and I kept falling asleep during this one I, and it was beautiful and there was.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: You know, I've done it for the last three nights and I've, more or less over the last three nights, caught varying parts of the astronegia, but I just kept falling asleep.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: But I woke up, came to like at the end of this the first night, and she posed a question of like, what is it that you've been avoiding?
• 11:17
Speaker 1: That you know you need to do?
• 11:18
Speaker 1: And I think we all know the answer to that, right, we all know the answer to that.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: It's for me, that's boundaries, it's saying no, it's speaking my truth and just releasing Like.
• 11:30
Speaker 1: I do think that we can obviously set boundaries in a loving way.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: It doesn't have to be cold and uncaring and unkind, and I think that we're taught as obviously depends on your family dynamics and everything but I think that we're taught when we're young, that setting boundaries is cold and uncaring and selfish, and you know there are so many messages out there, which I think is why we have to be so careful about social media and what we're consuming.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: I was listening to Gary Vaynerchuk today and he was talking about, first of all, parents coming to him, being like you're telling them to get on TikTok and this, that and the other thing, and my 14 year old shouldn't be on TikTok, and he's like, well, be a parent and delete it off their phone.
• 12:07
Speaker 1: Like, don't come at me, right?
• 12:08
Speaker 1: But also just that what the example before, like perspective, is everything what you see you're going to find evidence of.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: So if you're going into social media and if you're watching things that are negative, that are dramatic, that are propaganda, that are spreading false narratives, like of course you're going to think social media is bad.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: I try and be really intentional about what.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: And also, little tip if you don't, if you didn't know it, you can actually erase your search history.
• 12:38
Speaker 1: You can erase, like as a clear slate.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: Do that on Instagram I can't remember exactly where it is, but it's in your settings somewhere.
• 12:44
Speaker 1: You can go in there, google it, but you can literally clear your search history just and then go search.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: What do you want to search?
• 12:50
Speaker 1: You want to search astrology.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: You want to search spirituality.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: You want to search gratitude.
• 12:53
Speaker 1: You want to search positive vibes, like.
• 13:05
Speaker 1: Put those in and just like, go through and like and watch a whole bunch of them.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: I did that and I was in this whole um, I mean, I'm still in the whole romantic phase, but I cleared all my searches and then I was watching like romantic reels, like books and stuff like that, and then all that was coming up for a while was sex, which is like people talking about sex and you know there was relationship stuff and it was actually kind of humorous.
• 13:21
Speaker 1: And then I quickly like not quickly, but I filtered in.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: You know, again you could clear your slate, and point being that you are the algorithm, and that's what he was saying was like social media is just a reflection.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: The algorithm is just a reflection of you, and so often we don't want to take responsibility for ourselves and we don't want to take responsibility for the things that we're putting out and calling in, right.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: So if you think that social media is bad air quote right then change the algorithm, delete your search history and only look at things that are positive and you'll realize quickly.
• 13:57
Speaker 1: Maybe you want the drama.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: I think as humans, it's completely normal that we thrive a little bit on drama.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: I think we're used to connecting over drama and when you remove that it can be challenging because you're again, a lot of people might leave your life.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: That Again, a lot of people might leave your life.
• 14:19
Speaker 1: That don't resonate, you don't click anymore.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: Yeah, point being, perspective is everything, and I think the universe is always working for you.
• 14:31
Speaker 1: So when you decide that you want something to change in your life, the universe will give you opportunities to call that in and they're not going to feel comfortable.
• 14:39
Speaker 1: This is something I'm realizing so much.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: I feel like things have been falling away and things have been feeling uncomfortable.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: And again, when I was asked that question in that astronegia, like what is the thing that you've been avoiding that you know you need to do, I was immediately, in the last three days, given opportunities to show up and do that thing.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: So the universe is constantly.
• 15:00
Speaker 1: It's like Saturn return, right, like Saturn return, like these lessons we need to learn.
• 15:02
Speaker 1: If we don't learn them through that Saturn return, our next Saturn return, those same themes are going to show up.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: We're consistently going to face the thing that we don't want to, or we were consistently going to face the thing that we need to heal over and, over and over again.
• 15:16
Speaker 1: Right, and it's so easy to be like, oh well, I failed that test and here I'll give you my example of like what happened recently for me that I'm like ready to kind of talk about.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: I went on a date with somebody who I had known before I'd known for a while before and it was like great, literally, it was like I felt like it was everything I've been looking for, like everything emotionally available, physically affectionate, like listens, words of affirmation, like literally everything.
• 15:43
Speaker 1: It was like everything that happened.
• 15:45
Speaker 1: I was like, whoa, this is like another check in my, in my box of like things that I've been looking for.
• 15:49
Speaker 1: And so it was great.
• 15:50
Speaker 1: And I think, because I had known this person prior to that date, it felt like more than just one date and I was like so and this is another thing with Jupiter, and I don't know what the Jupiter transits were looking at that time, but this is just coming to me too.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: But when you're in like the highest expression of Jupiter, you can feel like buzzy and energetic and like really excited.
• 16:08
Speaker 1: That's kind of like that Jupiter energy.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: But that's how I felt for like a week around this date, just like everything was like.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: I felt like it was another checkbox.
• 16:17
Speaker 1: I was like whoa, I didn't know that it actually existed.
• 16:23
Speaker 1: And so I told myself and maybe I maybe it was like a self-fulfilling prophecy, but things were like going really, really good.
• 16:29
Speaker 1: And then I could feel I had that just overly anxious high energy where I was just like buzzing and I was distractible.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: Is that a word?
• 16:39
Speaker 1: I was distractible because I was like so like, just like so excited and I knew I was going to crash, because it's just the way it is Everything is cyclical.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: What goes up must come down.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: And so I knew I was going to crash.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: I knew I was going to crash hard, but I was like you know, I've done the work, it's fine, it's going to be whatever when it happens.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: And when I tell you like it crashed so hard and I remember I can't remember I think it was on a new moon call and she was saying that like trauma is too fast, too hard, too soon.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: And this was like after I had sort of self-sabotaged because I had asked a question and they were kind of like well, are you thinking this is more than it is?
• 17:11
Speaker 1: Like we've only gone on one date?
• 17:12
Speaker 1: And I was like, well, reality check.
• 17:13
Speaker 1: And then I felt like an idiot and I was really embarrassed.
• 17:15
Speaker 1: But it is what it is Right.
• 17:17
Speaker 1: And then we tried to like kind of make it work after that and it just like fell away, which was disappointing, because I felt like again, I felt like there was, I feel like there was so much potential and it was really cool.
• 17:28
Speaker 1: But also then it was to me the way I reframed it in my mind, because perspective is everything.
• 17:34
Speaker 1: I was like, okay, the universe was trying to give me what I've been asking for.
• 17:38
Speaker 1: My nervous system wasn't quite ready for it and I self-sabotaged it's as simple as that Now for me.
• 17:45
Speaker 1: For a while I was like, oh my gosh, like I kind of beat up on myself a little bit.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: But then when I rephrase it, you know, it's like there are eight billion people on this planet to think that that was my one opportunity to find a relationship, please.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: Like no, right, like we have to reframe these things, we have to zoom out a little bit, like, yes, it was super disappointing.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: Yes, I do feel like it was an expander moment.
• 18:06
Speaker 1: The universe is like look what's possible, like the thing that you've been asking for is out there, it's, it's possible.
• 18:14
Speaker 1: You don't have to stay in this toxic cycle.
• 18:16
Speaker 1: So it was like it gave me.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: It was like it pulled back the curtains and to show me what's possible, and the fact that things fell off, like it just wasn't meant to be right, like I truly believe if what is meant to be will be, and it wasn't, and that's totally fine.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: But again, it was a total expander moment for me and that's how I choose to view it, because the alternative is just to like, you know, I mean, again, in hindsight, it was one date I felt like, again, I knew the person.
• 18:45
Speaker 1: So it felt like more than I guess where it was, or there was a lack of communication or something happened, and it's all fine.
• 18:53
Speaker 1: But again it was just that moment where I was like, okay, this sucks, it sucks, you know.
• 19:00
Speaker 1: Okay, um, this sucks, it sucks.
• 19:05
Speaker 1: You know I've been single for going on eight years now.
• 19:07
Speaker 1: No, seven years, seven.
• 19:08
Speaker 1: My son is nine.
• 19:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, seven, eight years, almost eight years, which is a long time.
• 19:12
Speaker 1: I mean, like I've dated people and I've had situations and you know, whatever, but there is a part of me that really desires to be in a relationship and not in like a frantic.
• 19:21
  Speaker 1: I can't be without it.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: I'm going to be depressed kind of way, like no, but having that like dangling carrot showed me how much I really want to be in a relationship.
• 19:31
Speaker 1: And so now I know, with contrast, right now I know that when I approach a situation, I don't care if it's date one or two or three, like just having the intention of like yes, like obviously I don't know what this is, but like I do want a relationship.
• 19:47
Speaker 1: So if I'm going to be dating you, if I'm going to be showing up for you, it's going to be with the intention that we're moving things forward right, like even like assessing after like three months.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: And so, yeah, it was just it was a really challenging period of time, but also, like I said, it was an expander moment where it's like it's possible, it's out there, and that was the first time that I had seen someone or met someone or been not a relationship, but just yeah, where I saw, seem to believe Right, I saw somebody who was like super nice, considerate, respectful gentleman, like all those things and which it felt easy.
• 20:27
Speaker 1: I felt peace, other than when I had my chaos moment, but like being together, like I felt peace in the in in.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: We saw each other twice.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: I saw peace in those two times.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: So, yeah, it just again, I can choose how I'm going to view it.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: I can choose my perspective, my lens, and I choose to see that as opportunity and expander.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: And so whatever happens happens and it's fine.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: And this summer, while I have like five weeks to myself, I really plan on just like diving in and doing the work, especially again with Jupiter moving into Cancer, it's giving us an opportunity to really do that in our work and to heal those parts of ourselves and to face those parts of ourselves Because, like I said, we tend to like we get in the routine of our daily life, whatever that looks like for you, and there's a monotony to it and there's a structure to it, and so it's sometimes it's like looking at the habits and the routines that you have set, like do they actually support your growth of wherever it is that you want to end up, wherever it is that you want to go?
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Do they support that or don't they?
• 21:32
Speaker 1: You know there's there's no like right or wrong.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: And I think again, when we're comparing ourselves to other people, when we're getting distracted by all the noise whether it's on social media or around you, or like your parents are like you should be doing that, you should be doing this, there is no right or wrong.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: And I think about that sometimes.
• 21:46
Speaker 1: I'm like why do I care?
• 21:48
Speaker 1: Because, at the end of the day, nobody lives in my mind, nobody experiences what I experience.
• 21:54
Speaker 1: I truly create my reality, I create my life, I create my perspective.
• 21:59
Speaker 1: So I'm taking that very seriously.
• 22:02
Speaker 1: Maybe is the word.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: I recently picked up some bartending shifts and my ego was fighting me so hard and I was like who cares?
• 22:12
Speaker 1: Who cares what anybody thinks about the fact that I'm doing what I have to do right for my family?
• 22:17
Speaker 1: Like I also get to do this part time and then I get to do that part-time.
• 22:21
Speaker 1: Like this is my main and then that's my part-time, it's my supplemental supporting income.
• 22:26
Speaker 1: But like, how many people can truly say that?
• 22:30
Speaker 1: Like they're actually doing the thing that they love?
• 22:32
Speaker 1: Like I can actually say that I can actually say that I am doing the thing that I absolutely love and that is so cool?
• 22:39
  Speaker 1: Like I'm growing, I'm healing.
• 22:42
Speaker 1: I'm growing this thing into something that's sustainable and also the reality of it is.
• 22:48
Speaker 1: I have to supplement right now and my ego was fighting me really hard, like I was going in for to train and I was just like I was dragging my feet.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: And then I just started being intentional.
• 22:59
Speaker 1: I was sitting in my car before I went in I was like today's going to great, it's gonna be easy, it's gonna be fun.
• 23:03
Speaker 1: Like I get to meet new people, I get to connect, because I truly do as an MG, I think being out in the world offers me a lot of opportunities and I had found that I was spending a lot of time just in my house and I think that generators, specifically because we're responding to things around us, can be expanded more.
• 23:26
Speaker 1: Being out around people and so, even if it's just a few days a week, um, whatever, like being out and and, yeah, being around people and and getting that energy, um, it's also been exhausting.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: I've been so tired because I've been so out of practice, like being on my feet, um, that I'm like I'm tired, but it's all good, right.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: Like I do truly believe that we're exactly where we're meant to be learning what we're meant to be learning.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: The universe is offering us opportunities to heal and to grow and we're either going to take them or we're going to leave them, and if we leave them, it's fine.
• 24:05
Speaker 1: It's going to come back around.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: If that continue, if you continue to have the same goals, the same dreams, the same aspirations, the universe is going to continue to give you the same lessons to get you there.
• 24:14
Speaker 1: And so, like I've been saying on social media and I'm sure I've said it here on the podcast, like practice in micro moments, like in little moments of the day, when little things come up that you maybe don't think are that big of a deal, but you feel that little like feeling of like, oh, I don't want to do that or I need to set a boundary there that's not going to blow up in your face or it's not going to cause you massive confrontation.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: Just practice in those moments, because when you practice in those moments, then the bigger things are going to become easier.
• 24:39
Speaker 1: But we have to start somewhere.
• 24:40
Speaker 1: It's like one foot in front of the other, right, one step in front of the other.
• 24:44
Speaker 1: Practice and it will get you there.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: You will begin to move the needle and it's not supposed to be easy, right?
• 24:51
Speaker 1: If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: And so, just coming into yourself, listening to your body, practice, grounding, tools, whatever that looks like for you, whether it's meditation, whether it's breath work, going out for a walk, whatever Practice that, pull it into your daily life and just see where it takes you.
• 25:14
Speaker 1: Coming into your body, I feel like, is the answer Trusting yourself, knowing yourself, honoring yourself yeah, I think that is the answer.
• 25:21
Speaker 1: Trusting yourself, knowing yourself, honoring yourself yeah, I think that's the answer.
• 25:23
  Speaker 1: And, if you're interested, I have a 30-day container that I'm starting June 5th.
• 25:27
Speaker 1: It's specifically for emotional authorities, because the emotional wave has been one of the most challenging things of my life and I feel like over the last year I've really come to understand deeply how it works, how it works in my body, the nuances of it, how it's connected, how it's hooked up, how it shows up.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: It's a deep practice of being connected with your emotional authority.
• 25:51
Speaker 1: So this container, 30-day container there's four live calls.
• 25:55
Speaker 1: We're going to talk about PHS going into the body.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: We're going to talk about emotional authority, the mechanics of it, practices that we can have to come into the body.
• 26:02
Speaker 1: There'll be a Q&A in there, of course type, strategy and authority, like the basics.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: The foundation will be the very first week of just like coming in and really like practicing with that.
• 26:10
Speaker 1: But we're going to go deep into the mechanics of the solar plexus.
• 26:13
Speaker 1: We're going to go deep into coming into your body through the variables, because when you're in your body in that way like between type strategy and authority and variables, like things will begin to flow and you'll make that connection with yourself.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: So the end goal is to just really be connected with your emotional wave and understand how to support yourself, how to wait through a wave and just like the slowness being able to slow down that's a big theme that's been coming up lately too is just slow down.
• 26:37
Speaker 1: There is no rush.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: There truly is no rush.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: I think that we think that there is because of the way like society is structured, where it's like if you're not working harder, if you're not working longer, if you're not doing this, like you're not going to be successful, and oh my gosh, and there's so many commercials and so many like everything.
• 26:52
Speaker 1: We're just this like comparison society and it's like there is no comparison, like if you're happy.
• 26:58
Speaker 1: I feel like that's also been a bit a lot of the work for me over the last year.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: Let's say it's just like I don't care about the amount of my bank account.
• 27:08
Speaker 1: Now I care in the sense that, like, I want to be able to do things, I want freedom, I want to travel.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: Those things are important, but at the end of the day, that's not going to make a difference if I'm not happy, right.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: And so I've gotten in the practice of just like in little ways.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: Like today my son, like there was a quarter on the ground, he kicked it and I was like, why would you kick that?
• 27:26
Speaker 1: What if that was $100 bill?
• 27:28
  Speaker 1: He's like well, I wouldn't kick that.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: I'm like but what you do, that you're going to do to $100 bill.
• 27:31
Speaker 1: So let's just pick it up and be grateful and put it in the coin.
• 27:33
  Speaker 1: Helpful.
• 27:33
Speaker 1: So I think that's most of what I have been, what it's been on my mind, what I've been cycling through.
• 27:47
  Speaker 1: I feel like it's going to I don't know.
• 27:48
Speaker 1: I feel like it's going to be a quiet month, but who knows, who knows, and I'm sure I'll be here to tell you all about it.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: My six line is really calling me lately to just share, to process, to share, to connect, to like all the things of the six line.
• 27:59
Speaker 1: So if you're interested, I have the telegram group.
• 28:06

• 28:07
Speaker 1: This is pay what you feel you or pay what you can.
• 28:09
Speaker 1: Um, it's just I drop in there once a week, every few days, whatever is feeling called, and I dropped a little just like downloads, um, things that I've channeled through, things that are my heart, that I want to talk about Not as long as a podcast episode, but some of them are like 10, 15 minutes, so that is down in the show notes.
• 28:24
Speaker 1: Again, that 30-day container, your sacred unraveling.
• 28:26
Speaker 1: We're really going to go and unravel the conditioning around our emotional authority and Holistic Human Design Academy is always available for a self-paced course.
