6G Is Coming — And Your Body Will Be Part of the AI-Run Network w/ Kim Bright · Man in America Podcast

• 0:15
Speaker 1: Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. I feel like that we've been talking about five g and EMFs for quite some time now and warning about all the five g towers going up and what's going on and how they can control things and the EMFs and the health stuff. But now they've got six g they're talking about. So it's like we're still fighting the five g battle, and all of a sudden now they're talking about six g.
• 0:42
But six g is way more frightening. And I'm smiling because I kind of have to, because otherwise I'd be just in a hole somewhere being worried about where the world's going. But six g technology, which I didn't know as much about, is crazy. And some of the things they're talking about the six gs, and how humans kind of become the almost like the receptors of six gs, and that you no longer need the same kind of antenna infrastructure, and how they can use light and LEDs to transmit data and using like the LEDs in your household lighter on your phone or using devices to harness the six gs and how six gs will permeate the air and how it's tied into AI and artificial intelligence. It's pretty mind blowing.
• 1:27
So my guest today is my good friend Kim Bright, who's a sponsor of the show with our company Brightcore. Amazing woman, great products. And she's just a wonderful woman to talk to. She's got an extensive background in helping people heal themselves, but she's just a super smart woman. And she understands a lot about how the world works.
• 1:46
But she's very, very awake, which is really nice to speak to someone with her knowledge that is not hiding behind some textbook or some degree where she has to be the official version of something. She's just honest, which I really appreciate. So we're gonna be talking a lot about six g, what it is, what is a Hertz, what's a megahertz, how does the technology affect the body, the cells, the brain, and so much more? So I hope you enjoy this interview. If you're watching on Rumble, which this this interview won't be on YouTube because we talk about things like the vaccine and cancer.
• 2:19
So if you're watching on Rumble, thank you for supporting a free speech platform. Also, for my, voice is a little croaky and just coming off of a little bit of a of a a bug, whatever you wanna call it. Probably some six g radiation, you never know. Anyway, we're gonna have some fun today, dive into some some good topics, lots of really good educational stuff in here. I hope you enjoy.
• 2:39
If you do, make sure you hit that thumbs up, make sure you leave a comment, make sure you share. All right. Thank you. And please enjoy this interview with Kim Bright. Thank you for being here.
• 2:59
Speaker 2: Oh, thank you. It's a joy to be with you.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: It really is. It really is. It's funny because, obviously, the the, you know, watchers and viewers and listeners, they don't see what was the discussion before we started recording, but I feel like that I was almost like, do I want to start recording or we can just keep talking for hours? So it's, it's just yeah, there's so much that we have to talk about, which is just it's nice actually to be on the same frequency or wavelength as somebody. So
• 3:23
Speaker 2: It is. It is. And I think we're gonna talk about frequencies and wavelengths today. Right?
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. We are. Yeah. So it's interesting. It's a little bit of personal story.
• 3:34
So I had, I was at a AT and T, I had to do a phone upgrade. And I was talking to a guy there, and he was all excited about the new six gs network that's going to be rolling out and saying, Oh yeah, they're phasing out four gs phones. And, then, you know, then we're five gs, and then now that we're getting into six gs. And I'm thinking, Gosh, like, I feel like it was just yesterday that the scare of five gs was everywhere. And you see these five gs towers everywhere, yet now they're pushing us into six gs, which is the next big thing.
• 4:03
And actually, I'll pull up, just an article here, which is kind of frightening, but it says, six gs network connection, how future connectivity will transform our world. Now, one thing, I hear anybody, especially more of the kind of elitist group talking about transforming our world, my mind is saying that's not going to be a good thing. So I'll just give a quick introduction here, and then I've got a few questions for you too, because you're more familiar with this than I am for sure. So here it says, six gs technology is poised to revolutionize the world of wireless communication, promising to redefine the landscape of future connectivity. As advancements in five g continue to expand, the next frontier is already taking shape with six g on the horizon.
• 4:54
This article delves into what six g will actually change based on what the most credible six gs predictions, and etc, etc. So what it says here is that six gs represents the sixth generation of wireless technology, expected to succeed five gs within the next decade. While five gs has significantly enhanced internet speeds and device connectivity, six gs is projected to push the boundaries much further. So, I'm not going continue this article, because we'll be kind of covering it from different angles, but let's just start at the basics. What does six gs even mean?
• 5:26
Like, what is one g? What's three gs, five gs? What's a G? What's a Hertz? Maybe you can just help us understand the foundations, that way we can navigate this conversation, or at least I can navigate it a little more intelligently.
• 5:40
Speaker 2: Okay, great. Well, six gs, I just want to say, is something that's not just going to change our lives, it's going to threaten our existence. And the six gs is the sixth generation, G stands for generation, it's the sixth generation of cellular network technology, and it's designed to succeed five gs by offering improved data speeds, like vastly improved data speeds, Ultra low latency and intelligent connectivity. That all sounds exciting to people. And they're like, Oh, I can't wait.
• 6:16
It's gonna be faster. I can play more video games. I can do this three-dimensional. These kids that don't know anything else, they think it's a great thing, but it isn't really. But what I wanna talk about first is so many people don't understand what frequency is, like in hertz.
• 6:39
When we hear about hertz, this is the number of wave cycles per second. So when you hear about hertz of energy and it's one per second, that's pretty slow, that's a very long wave coming in. And then as you go up through there, like a kilohertz is now 1,000 hertz. So now they're shorter wavelengths, they're closer together, and then we have the megahertz, which is a million hertz, we have a gigahertz, which is a billion hertz, and we have a Tetra Hertz, which is a trillion Hertz, all right? And as we keep going, these wavelengths are getting closer and closer together to the point where they become almost like a laser beam.
• 7:30
And when you're talking about using these, when we started with one g, that was much slower wavelengths and they could cover a more vast distance. And as we've come up through one g, two gs, three gs, the wavelengths are getting closer together and you also need cell towers that don't cover the vast distances, you're needing these towers that are coming in closer together. And so what happens is six gs is gonna operate on much higher radio frequencies and using the highly focused laser like beams like I'm talking about, is gonna direct that energy more efficiently and effectively. And then six gs is also going to be deeply it's gonna embed artificial intelligence, AI, and machine learning into its whole network architecture. And then it's gonna enable self optimization, and that's gonna make it autonomous, the network.
• 8:36
It's gonna make real time decisions without the help of a human, without humans intervening. So it's gonna merge communication, it's gonna merge sensing, computing, all onto a unified platform. So that's what six gs is. And six gs's operating up in the higher levels of hertz. Like we're talking about the gigahertz and we're even talking the megahertz and gigahertz.
• 9:10
  So
• 9:11
Speaker 1: Yeah. So here's actually it just says that, so six gs, was actually I was just curious. Typed it in. Six gs doesn't use a single frequency, but a wide range, including continuing within the existing bands, right, so sub six gigahertz, etcetera, and moving into much higher terahertz frequencies, roughly 90 gigahertz to three terahertz, which is 3,000 gigahertz. So that's like, you know, because I showed that previous graphic, right, as you're talking here, just as because this is an easy way for me to see it, right?
• 9:43
You have a little, example here that they're showing, okay, this is one second, right, from line to line, left to right. Can see, well, three hertz, you have three kind of, you know, undulations of that wave. 10, you have 10. And so if you're looking at, okay, a terahertz, which is 3,000 gigahertz, it's like
• 10:04
  Speaker 2: That's 1,000,000,000,000 hertz.
• 10:06
Speaker 1: That's insane. That wave goes a trillion times in a second.
• 10:10
Speaker 2: In a second. Yeah. I mean, you know, six gs works by defining the technical aspects of the spectrum bands. Five gs, it introduced the groundbreaking enhancements of, over four gs and six gs aims to push those boundaries even further, because the five gs is operating mainly in the sub-six gigahertz and millimeter wave frequencies, and then six gs is going to extend into the terahertz, like you were saying, spectrum, and be approximately 100 times faster than the five gs. And as I said earlier, the higher frequencies, they're traveling shorter distances and they get blocked easily.
• 10:51
So the six gs networks are gonna rely on powerful new technologies to control every single signal. They can't use those high towers anymore, they're maxed out. So they're going to use reconfigurable intelligence surfaces like walls and objects that can actively redirect wireless waves along with massive grids of synchronized antennas that can beam signals straight at you with precision. And in other words, what I'm saying here is instead of signals simply floating through the air, six gs will be able to steer and intensify them anywhere it wants. And it's gonna create a system where coverage just isn't widespread, it's actively shaped around whatever the network decides to target.
• 11:40
And again, six gs networks are gonna be AI native and that means that AI is gonna be a core component embedded at every single network layer, and it's no longer gonna be an option. You're gonna have AI whether you want it or not. And give an example here, six gs networks, they're gonna be able to predict traffic patterns, they're gonna optimize routing, they're gonna self heal from faults without human input. That sounds okay, that sounds okay, but then with the rise of the six gs, it's gonna unleash a hyper connected system that will push every industry into a level of automation and oversight like we have never seen before. So a lot of jobs are gonna be lost.
• 12:23
And also it combines the earthly networks, even marine based networks, but it combines satellites, it combines drones, and even high altitude platforms. And I don't think that we can understand completely how many changes they're going to be and how sweeping these changes are going to be, and they're gonna be so rapid to entire sectors that they're gonna literally be reshaped overnight. And it's going to force us as a society to adapt some very unsettling innovations.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: I mean, it seems like I'm sure you've seen Terminator, right?
• 13:04
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
• 13:04
Speaker 1: Right? Because, know, you were, you know, maybe you went to the movie theater, right, when it came out, perhaps. And I remember seeing that when was younger, thinking, Gosh, this is so crazy. And the idea of Skynet and this whole system, it just seems like this is what it is. I mean, not to say that's exactly it, but as I hear you talking, in my mind, I'm just imagining, gosh, it's almost like it becomes, it's like AI just permeates all space.
• 13:33
Right? We're used to thinking about AI coming through your phone or through maybe your Ring cameras using AI, but it just seems like what they're doing is it's almost like it's extending the neural network of artificial intelligence into the ether around us? Doctor.
• 13:54
Speaker 2: To everything. Yeah. Yeah. And it's currently right now in the research and development phase. But since 2020, they've been conducting technology trials, and now they're actually deploying prototypes and developing the frequency channels for it.
• 14:10
And there's the experts out there, the industry leaders that are predicting that the commercial six gs networks will be ready for launch in 2030, but we are already being exposed to this dangerous technology. And again, there's so many types of dangers that we're being exposed to that range from cybersecurity, government abuse, a ton of health risks that who has turned a blind eye to and continues to turn a blind eye to, or intentionally covering it up. But we can, you know, talk about that more later.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: Yeah. This is an interesting article. This is from the EC Council University. Understand the risks of six gs technology, the next cybersecurity challenge. I'll just touch a few points in here.
• 14:59
It says, As we stand on the brink of a new technological era, the advent of six gs technology promises unprecedented speed, connectivity, and efficiency. While this next generation wireless communication system is expected to revolutionize industries varying from healthcare to smart cities, it also introduces new cybersecurity challenges. Six gs technology risks must be carefully assessed to ensure this innovation has not become a gateway for cyber threats. Now, obviously, this is more focused on the cyber aspect of this, but it's interesting when you you read enough of these reports, I'm sure that you've read so many of these as I have too, just in researching, you you see that there are these little, kind of points of like, oh, okay, it must the risk must be carefully assessed to ensure the innovation does not become negative. Right?
• 15:53
And what we see over and over again is that it almost always does. Mean, it's unfortunately, it's if there's a tool that can be used in a way, because it's, if you think about it, what's negative for you or I may be a positive for the person that controls the technology. And that's the key, that, well, negative for who? If you're the person that wants to implement a smart city control grid, and you know, while we're saying, Oh, we're worried about the risks of cybersecurity, the risks of this as it relates to six gs, the person who's controlling that smart grid in that, you know, that fifteen minute city is saying, Oh, this is great actually, because that gives us complete control over the digital privacy, complete control over this. And, you can just see it there that the threat is real.
• 16:46
And the other thing I would also comment on is that you made a good point in saying that they're already doing experiments, they're doing trials with this stuff. And another lesson, again, from researching so much, is that whenever something gets to the point where the public has access to it, like the military has been using it for probably thirty years. So who knows how long this technology has actually already existed and whether it's already in use. I think there's a lot more going on that they just don't tell us that they're doing.
• 17:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, and they want us all to use it and think it's great. And how they interweave it into things that are enjoyable, like for people, it's crazy, but our privacy keeps getting whittled away. And as the internet expands and as we keep going up into all these different networks and we have an increase in our connective devices, our personal data, our enterprise data, it's all more exposed now, and it's more at risk, and it's crazy. And six gs is totally decentralized, unlike previous generations. So it's going to be permeating everywhere, as we've explained.
• 18:04
Whereas before, you had the tower, and maybe that covered, you know, six miles, 10 miles. Now it's all embedded. It's all gonna be everywhere.
• 18:15
Speaker 1: I mean, this is just this is wild. So I wanna pull up this other article here. This is maybe you can help me understand. Six g phones won't just be fast. They'll plug you into an always sensing network, Or it says that we're edging closer to yet another technology transformation.
• 18:34
Six will provide context to help AI agents get things done. This sounds very nefarious, though it doesn't seem like they want it to be. I'll read, pardon me, the first few things here. It says, you've seen Actually, let me take a quick drink before I cough on everybody. Okay.
• 18:56
It says, You've seen the progression on your phone screen over the years. Three gs, four gs, five gs, next is six gs. Unlike the Gs that preceded it, six gs has been flying under the radar. There's a red flag for me, right? It's less a source of consumer hype, and more discussion about around telecoms industry and the networks it relies upon that isn't quite the full story.
• 19:21
Says, during his keynote address at the web summit on Tuesday, Christian Amman, the CEO of chipmaker Qualcomm, hinted that six gs networks, pardon me, which are scheduled to launch in The US in the early 2030s, might have something exciting to offer us all. Exciting, right? He says, six gs is designed for AI. It will boost the speed of connectivity and sense what's around us, providing context to AI agents that are coming to do things on our behalf. Frightening.
• 19:54
Speaker 2: It is frightening. I mean, six g's gonna fundamentally change the boundaries between our private life and public space and digital surveillance. It's so terrifying. Every move is gonna be monitored, documented, analyzed. It's not just what we're doing, but what the system thinks we're likely to do next, like reading our brains.
• 20:13
And I also wanted to say too that six gs is going to massively expand the battlefield of the nation state cyber warfare by connecting all these billions of devices, blurring lines between digital attacks and real world consequences. And with ultrafast networks, there's gonna be the hyper precise tracking, AI driven automation, and it's going to make the global supply chains very vulnerable. There's gonna be cyber conflict that's gonna shift from hacking into computers to the ability to disrupt or even control entire societies. And of course, then that leads to government abuse that could potentially abuse six g technology for expanded surveillance and control and hyper accurate tracking, vast networks of connected sensors, AI driven data analysis. The government could monitor all of us in real time, track our movements and map personal behavior at a much deeper level than today.
• 21:21
Don't get me started on what this would mean for a national security. I mean, campaigns, you know, military operations, but we soon are gonna be plugged into that all sensing network that you just read about there.
• 21:35
Speaker 1: Well, and so I want to jump to another article, which takes it to the next level. So this report right here, it says, Sikshi unleashing the power of technology through the human body. And this is always where my senses start tingling here, because we're starting to look at transhumanism and the merger of man and machine, which not only has a lot of implications as it relates to surveillance, control. Are they controlling our thoughts? These kinds of things.
• 22:04
But it's also making you wonder about just the health aspect of it, or what's happening when these things are coming into our bodies. Actually, I saw something recently, Actually, before I jump in the article, I'll tell you this. Pardon me. It was a video of it was a mouse with a actually, let me see. I'm gonna talk I'll cut this out.
• 22:26
I'm gonna pause it real quick. I'll trim this out. I can I'll give myself a time to cough. I'm gonna I'm gonna pull this up really quickly here because this is also I I saved this, and, let me find it because it's actually I saw this. There's a video they attached this blue light thing to a mouse's brain, and when they flash the blue light in, it makes the mouse turn aggressive.
• 22:48
Speaker 3: Here's the hard truth. Every six years, your dollar loses half its buying power. That means a $100,000 savings account today could feel like $50,000 by 2031, And you see it every time you fill up your tank, buy groceries, or pay the bills. Prices are up. Your dollar's down.
• 23:05
But there's a simple way to protect the value of your savings with something real, something proven, gold, an asset that holds its value over time. And that's why I trust Noble Gold Investments. • 23:55
Speaker 1: I want to show you this. This is absolutely wild. As I was, you know, as mentioned with the mice. So this tweet from Rusty Solar Powered, I'm not sure who that is, but he says, you've never seen such a sight in your life. Scientists transformed ordinary mice into fierce predators using a technique called optogenetics, where they control neurons with light, with blue light.
• 24:16
When the light was off, the mice were calm, even avoiding prey. Both the blue light on, they aggressively attacked and even beheaded crickets and bit hard on toy prey. If a beam of blue light can switch aggression on and off in a mammal, imagine what unfiltered blue light from your screens is doing to you. And that's one aspect, but also imagine what's kind of coming in through all the different various waves. So here's this is the video here.
• 24:45
Actually, let just go see this. It's not really worth having the audio on there, but you can see that they have these mice. And if you look at it closely, I mean poor mice, but they have these electrode things connected to their brains, and as soon as they flash in the light, the mice instantly turn aggressive. Right? So laser off equals nice mouse, laser on equals killer mouse.
• 25:09
So again, this is now again, this is just looking at light, but, you know, we know, and I've done, you know, I've covered it, and I've covered it with other guests as well, that if you look, whether it's looking at Rwanda or the Havana syndrome, they have the ability to remotely cause neurological changes in us that affect our temperament, our behavior and everything. And so, again, when you look at that against this article right here, which I'll read a few paragraphs of this, because this is where, in the me, like for me, is where it really crosses into a whole new boundary of kind of frightening sci fi. So just read this, and you know, it sounds like you're reading a, you know, some sort of Star Wars thing, but this is real. It says, With telecommunications growing by leaps and bounds, the world has already started looking forward to the introduction of six gs. There's a few points on that.
• 26:03
It says, Researchers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst feel that the human body is the way forward to power the new technology in the face of six gs. Scientists firmly believe that the human body can harvest energy, and it can be a way to look forward to a new era of wireless technology. So let me read just a little bit of this sentence, these paragraphs right here. Visible light communications the next big thing. Because again, that's actually visible light communications looking at that, maybe think of these, these mice.
• 26:37
So it says the information first surfaced in a press release from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they announced their most recent achievements in their research. Visible light communications VLC is the next big thing in communication technology as we know it, according to the university. However, the idea of using visible lights as a means of data transfer must first be shown to be practical for large scale corporate operations. VLC is quite simple and interesting. Instead of using radio signals to send information wirelessly, it uses the light from LEDs that can turn on and off up to 1,000,000 times per second.
• 27:15
Part of the appeal of VLC is that the infrastructure is already everywhere. Our homes, vehicles, street lights, and offices are all lit by LED bulbs, which could also be transmitting data. Anything with a camera like our smartphones, tablets, or laptops could be the receiver. Information in commuters, this professor had said, this is a human network of hotspots. So it says the technology could also allow people to transmit data simply by being near a six gs receiver, eliminating the need for traditional infrastructure such as cell towers and Wi Fi routers.
• 27:53
It would also allow for faster and more reliable connections in remote and hard to reach areas where traditional infrastructure may not be present. The first human antennas were volunteer test subjects, each fitted with a small implant that connected to their nervous system. They were able to transmit data just by being near a six gs receiver, effectively turning their bodies into walking hotspots. So it says I'll read this this final paragraph here, and then within I would love to hear your response to this. So it says that the interestingly, missus mister Sheng, along with, Minhao Tsui, a student at the University of Massachusetts has put out a paper against the scalability of VLC systems due to a significant leak due to LEDs and radio wave interceptions.
• 28:41
Though during their research has been established that with the correct design of copper coils order to collect maximum energy, this loss can be minimized, etc. The team has also designed different antenna to make sure they can be fitted on a human body if needed without causing a lot of harm to them. It includes designs such as a ringer or bracelet. However, there were also negative experiences in this imagined scenario. One volunteer had a severe allergic reaction to the device and began to experience headache, headaches and fatigue.
• 29:11
I mean, I'll just I'll let you respond to this. This is sounds like we're reading a science fiction book here.
• 29:16
Speaker 2: Well, obviously, they know that this is all dangerous. And yet they're coming out with these rings. You know, that's a big thing people want for Christmas this year. They want these rings or they want bracelets or they want the watches, your Apple watches that can do all this stuff. People wake up, don't wear these things.
• 29:42
They are doing dangerous things to our health. And so to me, this is, you know, this is something that you can either it's almost like, if you think about it, Seth, it's like the six six six mark, you know, that in the Bible, it says they were gonna put it, you know, on her hand or, you know, in her head or wherever. This is what they're doing, and we're becoming transhuman. And so you can't give into this. You have to understand what they're doing.
• 30:16
This is, like you said earlier, who's benefiting from this? The people that wanna control the masses, the people that wanna be the kings of the earth, the people that want us to be serfs again. You know, we're gonna go back to the feudal times, but in a different way. So, I mean, it's crazy. It is.
• 30:40
Speaker 1: It is. And what's interesting is that so we have chickens. I'll bring it back to chickens. Right? And I use this there's this, maker that they called Run Chicken, and they make these, chicken doors.
• 30:54
And they're great. They're really, really good. They're automatic, and they they sense the light. So they'll open when the sun comes out, and the door the chickens come out in free range, and they close at night. And to reprogram though, it's interesting, you download a little app, and if you want to reprogram these chicken doors, so say you want to say, Hey, open up every day at, you know, 1PM, and then whatever, you put that into the app, and then you hold your phone up to the sensor, and it flashes a light code to the sensor, which then reprograms the door.
• 31:27
And so it's great because, you know, I wouldn't have bought it if it was using Bluetooth technology to do it, whatever. I avoid that stuff as much as I can, But it makes me think about this, the VLC, this light, how they talk about the merger of this six gs network with LEDs and everything, and thinking, Gosh, if these LEDs are flashing, say, you know, a million times a minute, or whatever the numbers are, What if actually there's, they're using those, that flashing as a code? Because if I can reprogram my chicken door with a flashing light on my phone, then they can certainly do that. But also, we know that, that all this, the LED lights and the EMFs, they're harmful to our body. That's a whole other part of this, is that what it like, obviously what we've talked about here, you can see from a dystopian control network perspective, there's a lot of red flags.
• 32:18
You know, the ending of digital, you know, privacy, the ability to track and trace, all the things that, you know, you and I have been kind of screaming about for years. Right? Hey, this is not But that's just the external. That's just how can these digital networks and devices be used to control us and limit our freedoms. But the whole other part of that, which I think is arguably even more important, is what are they doing to our bodies?
• 32:45
How is it affecting our health? And so we've got an there's an article here from The UK Research Innovation, understand the possible, effects of five gs on our health, where it says that, so what are electromagnetic fields, right? Electromagnetic fields EMF are all around us arising from both natural and human made sources. They range from non ionizing low energy radiation, low doses of which are generally considered harmless, to ionizing high energy radiation, which has the potential to cause cellular and DNA damage. Five gs makes use of non ionizing radiation, specifically RF emit below six gigahertz, which is interesting actually that they're saying that well five gs is not harmful because it's below six gigahertz, six gigahertz.
• 33:32
Yet six gs is well beyond that. Well, let me say something.
• 33:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, please The World Health Organization, the WHO, has determined since 2011 that there is not a health threat from five gs or six gs technology. And we're talking, that's fourteen years ago now. And their position has remained unchanged on this. And yet there's so much evidence, plenty of evidence that supports otherwise. I mean, did you know that WHO established the International EMF, Electromagnetic Frequency Project, in 1996 to assess the scientific evidence regarding possible health effects of EMF exposure.
• 34:17
And this project reviewed what they said was approximately 25,000 articles published over the last thirty years. Well, I wanna ask the question, who wrote them? We have to question everything. Who wrote these 25,000 articles? And how long were the effects actually studied?
• 34:35
I mean, the who concluded that current evidence does not confirm the existence of any health consequences from exposure to low level electromagnetic fields. I beg to differ. I mean, then we've got the International Agency for Research on Cancer, the IARC, that's the classification, which is a specialized agency of the WHO, that classified radio frequency EMFs from mobile phones, Wi Fi, etcetera, as possibly, end quotes, possibly carcinogenic to humans in 2011. Now, this classification was based on an observed increased risk for a specific type of brain cancer, Glioma, among the heaviest mobile phone users in some, but not all studies. And it indicated that a link was possible, but the evidence again is limited and not conclusive.
• 35:35
You see how they kind of generalize things? And the only thing that they consistently acknowledge, Seth, is the health effects from EMFs is the heating of body tissues at very high exposure levels, which is the basis for current exposure limits.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: Exactly. And it's funny because I I've I've gotten into this before. We look we actually kind of dig into the research, and they they basically conclude, as far as I understand that, well, it's almost as if it doesn't burn you directly from touching you, then it's not gonna hurt you. Right?
• 36:12
Speaker 2: That's crazy, because, you know, before we talk, before we get into the six gs health effects, let me talk about the effects of five gs that is already known. The primary established effect of the intense RF energy is heating of tissues, but the international exposure limits are placed to prevent this from happening under normal usage. Again, I question, what is normal usage? They don't tell us what normal usage is. And that's a problem with these established limits because it hasn't been studied with enough time of constant exposure to conclude that it's in fact unharmful.
• 36:51
I mean, they tested mice for one day, give me a break. I mean, what are you gonna really learn from that? And again, the WHO hasn't changed their position on the safety of five gs since 2011. Why? I mean, there's some studies suggesting harm and those have been criticized for poor methodology, lack of independent replication, and for using high exposure levels that don't represent real world public exposure.
• 37:21
I think that's a bunch of baloney there from them. They're trying to negate the studies that are actually looking at these higher levels. So who are you gonna believe? You know? I mean and another thing too is is over 1,000,000 new small cell transmitters are going to be installed by 2026 to afford this six gs and even five gs.
• 37:49
And right now on five gs, they're using existing street furniture. They're hiding the five gs, these little receptors and transmitters under manhole covers, inside of trees, on lamp poles, on top of buildings. Start to look around you as you go out. You'll start seeing these things. They're everywhere.
• 38:11
The EMFs, the electromagnetic fields are all around us, and they're ranging from the non ionizing low energy radiation, which is low doses, generally considered harmless, to ionizing high energy radiation, which has the potential to cause cellular and DNA damage. Now, I wanted to give people an example here they can think with, like their microwave ovens. I have never used a microwave oven for this reason. They are centered normally around two point two point four five gigahertz. All right?
• 38:46
And the way they work is they excite the water molecules. And remember how high the gigahertz are, the gigahertz are 1,000,000,000 hertz, okay? So this 2.45 gigahertz, they excite the water molecules and the food gets cooked from the inside out. Now, this level of gigahertz is absorbed not only by the water, but by fats and sugars. And I have to tell you that when I was counseling people, I counseled several women that I remember that could not lose weight.
• 39:26
And what I did is I told them different protocols to follow and everything, and it just wasn't budging anything. And then one day they exposed that, well, they microwaved everything from their food, from their tea, their coffee, everything they were consuming. So I had them completely stop. I said, Take that microwave, don't even give it to anybody, go throw it the trash, and let's see what happens. And it was astounding and amazing what happened.
• 39:55
They started losing 10 to 20 pounds in the first month. And then I remember also, I counseled a lady that was a supervisor, she'd been on for twenty years at GE, at General Electric in Connecticut, and she was the last person in the line as the microwaves were coming off, that she had to test them and make sure they weren't leaking and they were all in place, and she ended up with cancer. So I suggested to her, I said, Look, based on other things that I've witnessed here through the years, I would advise you stop working there or because you're just gonna continue your cancer on from what I could see. And she actually left her job and she got better. Now, what does all this high ionizing radiation do?
• 40:46
It actually disrupts our molecular bonds. It is an established risk for cancer and the risk increases approximately in proportion to the amount of energy that gets deposited in our tissues. So this increasingly widespread use of EMFs raises some really important questions, Seth, about the potential effects related to long term exposure. And let me give you a great example of something very curious. In The UK, their life expectancy is longer than ours.
• 41:24
Ours is shorter. There's an article that was written about this too, and they showed that The United States had had five gs in every metropolitan area before The UK even had a single five gs tower. We had our first towers at the 2018. They didn't get them until five years later. So, we've had more overall exposure to the five gs for a longer period of time.
• 41:51
So this could be playing heavily into why we're dying younger. And I don't know if you realize this or not, but five gs was unable to penetrate the epidermis and fat layer in our skin and had to be absorbed through our sweat pores. But now six gs has a high enough Hertz that it completely penetrates the skin and the fat layer, and it goes directly into our blood and veins.
• 42:21
Speaker 1: Gosh. So, I know we've also talked recently about how the life expectancy in America is dropping, right, for the first time in quite some time. So I'm glad you mentioned counseling. You've counseled what, like, over 15,000 people, right, over the course of Yeah. One on one.
• 42:38
Speaker 2: I I counseled I counseled a lot of people in groups. You know, I gave lectures all over. I've I've can't but one on one, I counseled over 15,000 people through the years.
• 42:47
Speaker 1: And so I always love hearing that because while you have these organizations like the WHO or whatever governing body comes out and says, this is safe. I always like going to the people that are the ones actually dealing with people that have that, say, you know, these decades of experience with tens of thousands or however many people. And so, you mentioned a few different instances of the women that weren't losing microwaving, the woman who worked at a factory. And so would you say because now, not to say that just because you've counseled that many people, it makes you an expert in this, but what it tells me though, is that because I know that you're open to these issues, because I can go talk to my, say, local doctor who would say, Oh, no, actually, all those fifteen thousand people were sick because they had a deficiency in pharmaceutical products. And so I solved their deficiency by giving them pharmaceuticals, right?
• 43:37
But because you, for a very long time, again, you've never used a microwave, you've owned a microwave, right, as you mentioned, never owned one. I'm sure correct me if I'm wrong, but did you see a lot of patterns between people living near cell towers or near near those huge electrical substations or wires? Do you see that people's health was affected by their environment? And so as much as the WHO wants to tell us that they're safe and effective, right, that you saw Most definitely.
• 44:04
Speaker 2: Yes, most definitely. I saw people brought children, their children into me, and I found out these children, and the adults were living in a house right under the big power lines. They were going to school under big power lines. Look where they locate power lines. They're near churches, they're near schools, they're in your neighborhoods where, the people that live in poor neighborhoods usually have a lot of the electrical magnetic energies around them.
• 44:35
I've seen patterns and that's what you do. You analyze things and you use your brain to think. When you see certain patterns occurring over time, you can put two and two together. And that's what I did. I had a lot of empirical knowledge.
• 44:51
But what what really is leaving me now particularly concerned is the fact that we're dealing with levels of Hertz that are basically laser beams, and this is insanity.
• 45:08
Speaker 1: Well, here here's an article. This is a telegraph. This is even from last year. So, you know, this isn't something that was just brand new today. Six gs mobile phone technology could emit harmful laser beam, laser like beams, researchers warn.
• 45:26
So it says, six gs technology will potentially use harmful laser beams to create the ultra fast mobile internet, and expert has warned. The next generation wireless internet will have to use higher energy radio waves and current four gs and five gs devices, as all traditional cellular frequencies are already in use. So I mean, again, this is it's crazy though. Again, as you mentioned, the WHO is hasn't changed their stance in what, fifteen years or whatever, and this is safe. But here you have it that they're actually saying now that I mean, how could it not?
• 45:57
Like, how could you possibly imagine all these laser beams shooting everywhere? You know how know what what a micro like, what happens if you if you put a person into a microwave? Right? Good luck.
• 46:07
Speaker 2: Yeah. They blow up. Exactly. There I remember a story one time about a woman who who put her little tiny dog in a microwave to dry it after it had a bath. And I mean, are you really that insane and stupid?
• 46:22
But I mean, here's the thing, you've got your experts that are emphasizing the need for careful system design to ensure that these beams are not pointed directly at people for prolonged periods. I mean, come on. Do they really think that they've dumbed us down that far? I mean, clearly, these things are not safe. They already know this.
• 46:46
And, you know, the method used to approve the safety of the wireless devices for commercial use, they use, something called SAR. That's called specific absorption rate level. Okay, that's what they're measuring. And it's a measure of electromagnetic energy that is absorbed by our flesh and converted to heat. But many researchers have recently pointed out that this measure ignores innumerable non thermal effects.
• 47:13
So it's a crude estimation of safety. And add to this, these laser beams aren't traveling as far a distance, so there's gonna be even more structures and stations that pop up around us causing us even more exposure.
• 47:28
Speaker 1: Well, and here's an article I wanna pull up, new insights into the link between EMFs, calcium, and Alzheimer's. Whereas here it says that the age of onset Alzheimer's has decreased over the past twenty years or so, with the timing corresponding to the large recent increases in wireless communication EMF exposures. Recent studies report age 30 to 40 Alzheimer's cases. So, and this is just one of, I'm sure of so many different things, but here it's like this is, you know, pardon me, a credible website, this is the Daily Mail article reporting on this, but based off of probably some sort of scientific study that's showing that they're finding a link between EMFs and Alzheimer's. And if you look at the collective of this, you look at the collective destruction, as you mentioned, that these stations are being put near schools and churches, areas of mass gathering, you can see it.
• 48:30
I remember, you know, going through COVID, everything was shut down. All of a sudden, all the schools have these brand new big five g towers everywhere. And not just here, you know, I had family in Australia reporting the same things. Like, everything's shut down yet. There's these Chinese crews in Australia and selling five g towers on the schools.
• 48:48
And if you then look at that, the correlation between Alzheimer's and EMF exposure, the not to mention other things in terms of, you know, how these frequencies can control our emotions and trigger things in our own brains, it's almost as if, if I was, you know, being a completely conspiracy theorist, that maybe there's some sort of plan to intentionally use this technology to suppress the human mind, to weaken our own independence, to weaken our own mind, to turn us into slaves. I mean, it just seems like if you look at the patterns, why would they be putting this technology, as this report shows, that they know causes causes Alzheimer's? Why put EMF creating monsters next to schools and churches and areas of mass gathering?
• 49:44
Speaker 2: Exactly. And you know, the age of onset Alzheimer's has actually decreased over the past twenty years or so. So now we've got younger people with Alzheimer's, and it's very much corresponding to the timing of the large recent increases in the wireless communications and the EMF exposures. We're talking about DNA damage, breakage, increased oxidative stress, more free radicals swimming around in our body, and cell death, and that speeds up our aging process. And the other thing that I wanted to say too is that these concerns, here's the real thing.
• 50:25
When we're living in this this sensing, whole sensing, what do I want to call it, network, sensing network, the whole thing here is our concerns are primarily focused on the terahertz frequencies that they're going to use, which are actively being studied for their potential to cause thermal effects, the tissue heating and other biological impacts. And again, the heating of these biological tissues, especially in areas with low blood flow, such as our eyes are gonna be affected, our genitals, they're gonna be very vulnerable, those areas. And the health consequences with also the Alzheimer's and all those things that I covered, this recent study that came out showed that sperm count and testosterone levels are lower than ever. And I don't think it's a coincidence that this is happening, you know, while we've been exposed to this five g more recently.
• 51:26
Speaker 1: Oh, I I agree completely. So I want I wanna pivot a little bit into looking at what we have control over, what we can do. And so I know that you're an expert in a lot of things, you've helped a lot of people. I definitely want to understand how it ties into the gut biome, so I'm sure there's some information on that, which I want to get to that with you. But before we jump into the gut biome, what are, like, what are some things that people can do?
• 51:55
Obviously, would say not living next to a electrical substation. I mean, when we bought our house a year and a half ago, two years ago, we looked at everything in the surrounding area. Where are the five gs towers? Where are the power lines? We're on seven The acres in the middle of a closest five gs tower is maybe a mile away, as good as we could get to.
• 52:16
And but what are some, like, what are some very easy and practical things that people can do, whether it's through diet, lifestyle, those kinds of decisions that people can do to help mitigate some of these risks?
• 52:32
Speaker 2: Well, I'll address that. But what I also want to say is I want people to know that there's so much mounting evidence that these EMF levels that we're being exposed to have been known to affect our gut microbiome, you just talked about. The balance of the good guys and the bad guys that affect our immunity and our risk for chronic disease like dementia, heart disease, and cancer. So what can you do to help yourself is, yeah, If you're gonna if you're living near any of anything that is just creating all of this energy towards you, go and try and live in a place that has trees around it because trees seem to block some of some of this energy. You know, get stay hydrated because, again, with all of this higher levels of hurts coming at us, it dehydrates us.
• 53:23
It heats up our tissues. It boils the water inside. So when that starts happening, we get dehydrated, we can run into all kinds of health problems. And again, don't use microwave ovens, throw it out.
• 53:39
  Speaker 1: If
• 53:39
Speaker 2: you've got one, throw it out. And here's the difference. If you're cooking over I'm sure a lot of people out there have gone camping, or even outside, you build a little fire and you cook over it. The food tastes so different when you cook over that wood fire because the energy is a much slower pace, it's that lower wavelength as opposed to microwaving the food that's almost like a laser beam into it And so it is destroying your cells, it's aging you and you don't even know it. And so I always would have people cook on gas or if they could cook on heat stoves that were heated by wood, and they got better and their bodies did better than cooking on an electric stove.
• 54:31
And of course, I didn't allow any of my people to cook in a microwave. But the number one thing that I would say too, that we can do for our gut microbiome, because our gut is where our health starts or where our sickness starts, and we've got to keep that balance there. We can't get into dysbiosis. We can't get into the unbalanced where the bad guys take over, the fungus, the molds, the parasites have an environment to thrive in. We have to keep our gut microbiome very healthy.
• 55:04
So the best thing that I've found in teaching all these people that I've taught how to make their health better is fermented foods. And the number one fermented food is kimchi. It has the most diverse profile of any fermented food I ever saw. It's been around for centuries and its profile has over 900 different probiotics. Those are the beneficial strains that are gonna strengthen our gut microbiome.
• 55:32
And kimchi, it's actually been shown that it can protect cells and DNA from damage due to the probiotics that are gonna reduce that oxidative stress, quench those free radicals, it improves our gut barrier integrity. So many people have leaky gut. It's gonna calm inflammation. It's been documented to do that. I mean, there's so many studies out there people can read about.
• 55:56
The antioxidants from the vegetables that make kimchi and the spices that are used to make kimchi, they directly neutralize DNA damaging free radicals, as I said. And the fermentation process actually creates metabolites that are going to promote DNA repair. Even your telomeres are being affected that are at the very end of your DNA, and it also with detoxification. There's anti inflammatory actions that can actually prevent the chronic oxidative energy. And believe me, all of this beaming on us is creating oxidative energy injury.
• 56:36
Speaker 1: So this is okay. This is very interesting. I'm I'm kinda cutting a few pieces here, because there's a study here I wanna just show you, that how the impact of EMF, electromagnetic radiation, on the human health, exploring the role of the gut biome, where it says that, that the it may influence the EMR, electronic radiation, may also influence, pardon me, gut microbiota composition. Potential mechanisms include oxidative stress, microbial DNA alterations, and thermal effects leading to dysbiosis and associated health consequences such as metabolic disorders, immune dysfunction, and neurological implications. Animal studies indicate that prolonged EMR exposure can reduce beneficial bacterial populations while increasing harmful species.
• 57:27
So what's interesting with this here is that we also just looked at the fact that there's this link between EMFs and Alzheimer's. Now, it'd be easy to just jump to the conclusion that these EMFs, these waves, are kind of zapping your brain and causing Alzheimer's. But when you look at that compared to the next articles talking about the gut, my guess, and I know you're the expert on this, is that the Alzheimer's is a gut problem, and that the Alzheimer's is actually coming, not because your brain's getting zapped by these waves, that probably has its own issues too. I'm sure it's not doing good things, but actually, that as we're seeing here, that the radiation is affecting your gut biome, and that there's the gut biome is actually therefore causing the damaged gut biome is actually what's leading to the lowering age of Alzheimer's that they're now tying to EMFs. Am I am I correct in that correlation?
• 58:30
  You're on
• 58:31
Speaker 2: the right track because again, your gut microbiome is so important because your neurotransmitters, for instance, are made in your gut, all right? And so you're talking about that vagus nerve that has that communication line from the gut to the brain. Your gut also has communication to your heart. Your gut has communication to your skin. Your gut communicates everywhere.
• 59:00
So the health of your gut is the health of all of your different organs, of all of your tissues, of all of your cells in the body. And there was a study that came out that actually measured the potential of what's found in kimchi in high amounts, the lactic acid bacteria, and it actually showed that it could prevent cancer. And this study, I'm gonna quote directly from, and I'm quoting now, The antibiotic tolerant probiotic presented in kimchi suppresses expression of carcinogen activating enzymes and possesses many other health benefits, such as suppression of growth and development of pathogenic bacteria, intestinal regulation, and immune boosts, especially the W. C. Baria and the L.
• 59:49
Plantarum found in kimchi have many effects like anti inflammatory, immune modulating, and blood cholesterol reducing activity, which may account for their cancer preventative, anti cancer potential, unquote. That's powerful.
• 1:00:08
Speaker 1: Oh, it is. It is. It's well, obviously, we've seen a huge spike in cancer, not just, you know, of recent and seeing all the turbo cancer spikes, but this cancer in general. I've actually, I've lost, actually, I lost my dad to cancer about six weeks ago. So, and my brother thank earlier, you.
• 1:00:31
Yeah, I mean, was, I mean, it was very rapid onset, and that's a whole different story. But like, I'm now the only surviving male in my family, just me, my mom, my sister. Right? So both my brother at 33 and my dad at 69, cancer. And if you think about it, there's something wrong with what's happening in this world.
• 1:00:54
Now we know that pesticides, chemtrails, lot of things that are, you know, kind of leading to this, but we've also seen this huge spike in all of this, all the EMFs and all of the different radiation. And so I would say it's, like, it's it's got to be tied. It's got to be tied. And so what's crazy though, is, like, what this what you brought up here, and how kimchi, which, you know, which we obviously, you know, you'll more in getting into, how it affects the gut biome and how that can help with Alzheimer's and everything, but actually that it has the ability to, as it says here, right, it suppresses the expression of carcinogen activating enzymes, also suppresses the growth and development of pathogenic bacteria, and improves intestinal regulation and immune boost boosting. And then again, says, which also may account for cancer preventative and anti cancer, anti cancer potential.
• 1:01:56
So it's crazy though, how, again, I'm reminded in this journey that I find myself on my family that in this journey of trying to get back to, like, where do we start? Right? Where do we go wrong? What happened? Right?
• 1:02:08
Like looking around in America, like what happened to this country? Like, where do we go wrong? How do we go from 1950 to now? Right? And you're seeing all these things.
• 1:02:18
But again, I think Kim Chi is this great reminder that, no, just go back. Don't go forward. Don't like just take whatever medicine, you know, wherever they want to take us down the next rabbit trail of research. Of course, there's a lot of new innovations, and we have new technologies that are, you know, very healthy and good for people. But looking at the fact that, you know, kimchi is, if I had to I mean, I'm guessing it's been in use in mankind for thousands and thousands of years.
• 1:02:46
  Yes,
• 1:02:47
Speaker 2: it definitely has. Yes. And, you know, another great thing too that's come out recently about kimchi is its heart health benefits. I mean, they've shown that when you eat kimchi every single day, it's reducing your blood glucose, your triglycerides, your blood pressure, also your immune system. It helps aid and abet your immune system.
• 1:03:11
And when we understand that 70 to 80% of our immune system is in our gut, it lives in our gut, kimchi can replenish that good bacteria, and then by doing so, it's crowding out those harmful microbes and is producing the compounds that modulate our immune responses. So, we are actually helping our body to naturally defend itself the way God intended. And our inner health is very much reflected on our outer health, outer health reflects the inner health. I mean, there was a study that came out on our hair, as we're aging, as we're being exposed to all these frequencies, and like you said, the chemtrails and all the things they're spraying. We get kimchi to actually increase our hair count and our shaft thickness.
• 1:04:05
So, this is important because nobody wants to lose their hair. And again, if you've got nice, good, healthy hair on the outside, your insides are probably doing pretty good.
• 1:04:19
Speaker 1: That's interesting. One question going back to we're talking about earlier and all the people that you've worked with and you've counseled, which I think it's really because I could spend days talking to you and asking you questions. But, when you've pulled together all your studies and all your life experience, and I really appreciate your background, because I know that you've really looked heavily into a lot of the Eastern ways of healing and understanding the body, which I find to be very profound. And I've, looking into even Chinese medicine and the balance of yin and yang. And, you know, I went to a Chinese doctor six months ago, and, you know, he goes, Oh, he's like, You looked at my tongue, and did a few things.
• 1:05:02
He's like, My pulse and everything. He's like, Oh, you're too hot and dry. Here's why you're too hot and dry. Here's how you can correct that. And I followed his advice.
• 1:05:09
Saw massive changes. Now, you know, my it used to be at night, like in our bed, my wife would like, kick me to the whole other side of the bed. It was like a furnace at night. And my body was putting off so much heat. And I thought, oh, it's a good thing.
• 1:05:21
I'm healthy. I'm like a furnace. But actually now, it's not like that anymore. It's like it's a very level. I produce heat.
• 1:05:28
I'm warm naturally, but I'm not like cooking anything that's next to me in the bed. Right? You're looking for balance. Yes. And so, the experience that you've had in helping and counseling over 15,000 people, obviously, through what you're working on now, I think that one of the pinnacles that you saw in health and healing is fermented foods, and specifically the pinnacle of fermented foods being kimchi.
• 1:05:55
When you've actually, in some of the instances where you've actually helped people, what are some of the instances where you could use actually saw kimchi affecting some people that you're working with? Because it almost we're so used to having these complex solutions for things. You would never imagine that eating kimchi or getting rid of your microwave could lead to weight loss, right? What are some of the things that you experienced in this, your decades of helping people, and how kimchi can affect their lives?
• 1:06:28
Speaker 2: Well, it's interesting because kimchi affected in so many different areas when if I could get the American people to eat it.
• 1:06:38
  Speaker 1: Yeah. Good point.
• 1:06:39
Speaker 2: You know? Because it's got a different taste. It's got an odor that Americans weren't used to. And, you know, yes, there was weight loss. There was weight loss when I got rid of the microwaves, but there was also weight loss with eating kimchi.
• 1:06:54
I mean, I know there was a study recently that came out that showed that people that ate kimchi every single day lost, I believe it was around 31% body fat, 31.8% it was. Yeah, body fat was reduced by eating kimchi every day and here's the thing, I saw their skin change, I saw their digestion change, People with leaky gut and had all these problems, they went away, their regularity improved. People that got sick a lot, their immune systems changed because they were strengthening with using kimchi. But the whole thing that came about was, and also, oh, diabetes, their blood sugar changed, people with diabetes. The whole thing was getting people to eat kimchi every day.
• 1:07:51
And so when I started I started Brightcor, we're headed into twenty nine years, I can't even believe that. I never thought I was gonna have a supplement company, but I did it in order to help people that weren't willing to eat these foods. How can I get this into you, you know, every day? And people are used to taking pills. So I hated to do that, but with kimchi, it has the odor that a lot of people, they just couldn't take it every day.
• 1:08:25
So years into Brightcur, a few years back, we found out that we could create something called Kimchi One, which put the kimchi actually into, on all its benefits, into a capsule, so you could use it on a daily basis without that odor in the taste. It was low sodium, so many people, when you make kimchi, you've gotta use a lot of salt. So your store bought kimchi or if you make it homemade, people that are on salt restricted diets have a hard time having it or they have to rinse it completely. If you don't wanna take the capsules, you certainly can make your own kimchi and rinse it, But we made the kimchi capsules 100% in The USA, they're non GMO, all natural, and we've just had so many successes when we came out with the Kimchi One capsules or four years ago. And like again, people are reporting, you know, they were especially after people were vaxxed with the COVID shots.

They had all kinds of symptoms popping up and they couldn't identify where they were from and they had chronic fatigue, they couldn't exercise, they didn't have the energy, they couldn't sleep at night, they had chronic pains and all of a sudden they take the Kimchi one, they're gone. And again, we've had people with diabetes that, you know, this totally normalized their blood sugars. And so, you know, weight loss, hair improvement, skin glowing again, energy. There's so many different things that we've seen and that people were reported to us, which just feeds my soul, you know, that we're helping this many people.

Speaker 1: Well, I have a little personal anecdote with as it relates to my dad. Now, unfortunately, it was, you know, kinda caught things too late in the process. However, I will this will be hopefully pleasing to your ears. My dad was the kind of guy that he was one of nine kids, Catholic family, you know, single income household grew up, you know, which is typical for the area that he grew up. And they, he grew up eating, his mom would buy these big number 10 cans of vegetables, you know, beans, peas.
• 1:10:43
He grew up with bad experience of vegetables. So as an adult, he just didn't like eating vegetables. I'd say, as I got older, said, Dad, you eating your vegetables? He goes, Oh, yep, yep, yep. Well, how so?
• 1:10:53
Well, I had a piece of lettuce on my burger from Wendy's. It's like, Okay. Right? I mean, he would not, it was always a joke, right? Like, know, he'd over for Thanksgiving, and I would show him a big pot of spinach.
• 1:11:03
I'd say, Okay, here's your meal, dad. And right, and it was always a joke. However, I, you know, around four or five months ago or so, I knew he wasn't feeling as well, and he was visiting. And so I sent him home with a bottle of Kimchi One. And I thought, Okay, well, I told him, you know, the health benefits of it and said, Okay, this is one of the few things that we, I try to take as often, I'm not very disciplined with my, you know, supplements and stuff, but it's one of the few bottles I have sitting out for me to see every day.
• 1:11:27
Okay, hey, remember your kimchi. And I was talking to him, maybe three months after that, And lo and behold, I said, Hey, dad, how's going? And he goes, Well, pretty good. You know, health was declining pretty rapidly. He told me he'd been taking his kimchi every day.
• 1:11:45
So the fact that you took a guy that was probably if you had a poster of the American that rejects, you know, things that don't taste like ketchup and burgers and hot dogs, this would be my dad, right? Yet somehow you created something that would have my dad eating kimchi every day, which I would never have imagined. So even though again, God rest his soul, you know, we weren't able to kind of correct things, ultimately, you were still

• 1:15:35
Speaker 1: It has actually. It's really been, you know, there's a silver lining in everything. I tend to be a silver lining kind of guy, Rosie Owens kind of guy, it's obviously, it's not something that's fun or easy or enjoyable or anything, but there's a lot of good lessons that he left. And I think I am who I am today because of him in many, many, many ways. And, if I can continue to do something that's meaningful and help more people, then it's, I'm sure he'll be happy to see that.
• 1:16:03

• 1:16:17
  Speaker 1: Christ, right?
• 1:16:18
Speaker 2: That's right. Christ is born. Yes, indeed. And we sure need to all pray that we look to that and that remains important in our life because you know, there are other things that people have planned for us, but let's pray and stay with that connection to God.
• 1:16:36
Speaker 1: Absolutely. Well, thank you. Take care, and God bless.
• 1:16:39
Speaker 2: You too. Bye bye.
