- 0:11What have we become? We as a modern society are so
- 0:16wrapped up in our delusion of what we are, who we are, our own
- 0:23self importance, self aggrandisement.
- 0:28So wrapped up in the desire for choice, the illusion of choice.
- 0:36So wrapped up in our own selfish desires to do what we want, to
- 0:41follow our own lusts, our own desires.
- 0:45Completely ignoring the word of God, Completely ignoring or
- 0:50pushing aside morality. Completely ignoring justice for
- 0:57the most innocent of people. And yet you see now in our
- 1:01society where we can justify just about anything, actually, I
- 1:07think we are there when we can justify the murder of the most
- 1:14innocent in our society, we can justify anything.
- 1:18And yet other things, other things in our society which
- 1:25people get so distraught over, this ability to play the victim
- 1:31over every perceived insult. What have we become in
- 1:38Australia, in Queensland, this society in First Kings 11/7.
- 1:46It tells us that Solomon, in one of the most unwise decisions of
- 1:51his reign as king of Israel, ordered Pagan temples to be
- 1:55erected. One of these Pagan deities was
- 1:58Molech. The Lord had forbidden Pagan
- 2:02worship and named Molech. Specifically, Solomon and his
- 2:07people had fallen into a period of apostasy from the ways of the
- 2:11Lord. So, as we read in Leviticus
- 2:151321, the worship of Molech included infanticide.
- 2:20Specifically, it included the murder of infants as a Pagan
- 2:25sacrifice. And for many years it was
- 2:27thought that Molech was one of the Pagan deities of the
- 2:30Canaanites. However, there's now debate
- 2:33existing among scholars as to whether he is actually a
- 2:37Venetian Pagan deity. Whatever the case may be, God
- 2:43was very clear in his prohibition of Molech worship
- 2:48and sacrifices. According to Scripture, worship
- 2:52took place primarily in the Hinnom Valley at Topheth a
- 2:57valley, a place in the valley that translates to Pit of Flame.
- 3:03In Second Kings 2310, Molech is usually depicted as a bull
- 3:08headed anthropomorphic deity which was heated into glowing
- 3:15like flames heated up then as as the pinnacle of worship.
- 3:22An infant, let that sink in, an infant would be placed in his
- 3:30hands of this red hot idol, placed on the hands of this red
- 3:38hot burning idol, while his devotees listen to the infant
- 3:43cry as it burned to death before their eyes.
- 3:47Such worship demonstrates such a depth of depravity, such a
- 3:54disregard for the sanctity of life, innocent life, that only
- 4:00the most moral degenerate could justify it.
- 4:08And yet here we sit in 2025 in Queensland, in Australia as a
- 4:15whole, and we allow the termination.
- 4:19It's called abortion. We allow the murder of unborn
- 4:24children up until birth in this country of ours.
- 4:32We, we recently had this election in Queensland and we
- 4:35got a new premier. However, the new premier, which
- 4:40I thought, you know, would be a good thing, decided that, that
- 4:44he didn't want to discuss abortion.
- 4:46He didn't want any of the ministers, he didn't want any of
- 4:51the people within the LNP or other supporters pushing back
- 4:56against the abortion laws that we have.
- 4:59He didn't want any debate about it, so he passed unprecedented
- 5:04gag orders on abortion debate. It was an an ambush motion
- 5:11introduced by our new premier David Christopher Lee.
- 5:14It was aimed at preventing potential public disunity in the
- 5:19LNP ranks by ensuring MPs won't be forced into a conscience
- 5:25vote. The QLD parliament's been banned
- 5:28from debate on abortion for four years, Four years.
- 5:33They cannot debate it at all. The motion also requires any
- 5:38motion or amendment seeking to have the House, seeking to have
- 5:43the House express its views on abortion, to be ruled out of
- 5:48order. Opposite out of order.
- 5:53I would say, David, Chris, fully, you are out of order.
- 5:59You are out of order. This is one of the most
- 6:02disgusting, most disgusting, most disgusting parliamentary
- 6:10acts I've ever heard of. In Queensland, a Criminal Code
- 6:15from 1899 section 313, killing an unborn child, says in
- 6:21subsection 1 any person who, when another person is about to
- 6:25be delivered of a child, prevents the child from being
- 6:29born alive by any act or a mission of such a nature that if
- 6:33the child had been born alive and had then died, the person
- 6:38would be deemed to have unlawfully killed the child, is
- 6:41guilty of a crime and is liable to imprisonment for life.
- 6:46Section 2 says any person who unlawfully assaults another
- 6:51person who was pregnant with a child and destroys the life of
- 6:55or does grievous bodily harm to or transmits a serious disease
- 7:02to the child before its birth commits a crime.
- 7:08However, abortion Subsection 1A, a person does not commit an
- 7:18offence against subsection one by performing a termination or
- 7:25assisting in the performance of a termination.
- 7:28We, we name these, we name these things, these acts, you know,
- 7:32make it a bit more palatable if we call it a termination, if we
- 7:36call something an abortion, if we don't call it by the word
- 7:41that, you know, would ring ugly in our ears, like calling it a
- 7:44homicide, calling it murder, termination of pregnancy, live
- 7:52births has been, well, the debate has been raging for quite
- 7:56a while. So now we have an amendment Bill
- 7:592024. And I'm going to read through a
- 8:02couple of explanatory notes. The short title termination of
- 8:07pregnancy Live Births Amendment Bill for 2024.
- 8:11So Queensland law allows medical practitioners to perform
- 8:16termination of pregnancy on a woman throughout pregnancy,
- 8:21throughout, throughout, OK, all the way up, all the way up to
- 8:27birth. Unlike similar laws in South
- 8:30Australia and NSW, the QLD Termination of Pregnancy Act is
- 8:34silent on what happens when a child is born alive as a result
- 8:39of the termination of pregnancy procedure.
- 8:42While instances are rare, that's what they tell you they're rare.
- 8:47Queensland babies do survive late term abortions and are born
- 8:52alive, according to government figures.
- 8:56Remember, this is rare. Between 2010 and 2015, 204 of
- 9:03these rare babies were born alive after a termination
- 9:09procedure aged 20 weeks or more. More recent research suggests
- 9:18the number of babies born alive in these circumstances in
- 9:21Queensland is growing and the 2010 to 2020 figures stands at
- 9:27328 babies born alive. 328 rare cases where they were born alive
- 9:39following a termination procedure in QLD.
- 9:43One known case of a pre viable baby born alive and left to die
- 9:51in Queensland is that of Xanthia, unexpectedly born alive
- 9:55at 19 weeks after an abortion at the Royal Brisbane and Women's
- 10:01Hospital. Xanthia was left to die alone
- 10:07for 7 minutes without being held.
- 10:10In 2018, the study reported in the Journal of Obstetrics and
- 10:15Gynaecology reviewed 241 late term abortions without foetus
- 10:22side on babies between 20 to 24 weeks gestation and found that
- 10:27more than half the babies were born alive without, with a
- 10:33median time of survival of 32 minutes.
- 10:39One baby surviving for over 4 hours 267 minutes just allowed
- 10:48to lay there and die 4 hours. Presently, Queensland's Health
- 10:54Queensland Health's Termination of Pregnancy clinical guideline
- 10:58provides some general guidance, general guidance as to how
- 11:03medical practitioners are to treat a baby born alive
- 11:06following a late term abortion. The guidelines state the
- 11:10following in section 543. Born with signs of life, Live
- 11:18birth following a termination of pregnancy is an uncommon.
- 11:22I mean there's only over 300 of them in the last, you know, in a
- 11:2510 year period. So it's uncommon.
- 11:28In an uncommon outcome, if a baby is born with signs of life,
- 11:32provide care appropriate to the individual clinical
- 11:37circumstances and in accordance with best practise guidelines.
- 11:42Sounds just a little bit vague, don't you think?
- 11:45The response by Health Minister to a question asked on notice
- 11:49clarifies that best practise guidelines refers to the QLD
- 11:54clinical guideline Termination of pregnancy.
- 11:57This guideline stipulates that in instances where a baby is
- 12:02born with signs of life and survival is determined to be
- 12:06unlikely, the guidelines state that active treatment is not
- 12:11recommended. Not recommended.
- 12:17But here we are anyway. In 2025, my opinion, still
- 12:24worshipping at the feet of Molech.
- 12:26Because everyone wants their own choice.
- 12:29Everyone wants that right to choose.
- 12:32Everyone wants their own opinions counted for their own,
- 12:36their their freedom to to navigate through life and be
- 12:40damned with anything that gets in their way.
- 12:43You know, we can do whatever we like and we don't want any
- 12:46repercussions for it. We can sleep with whomever we
- 12:50want to want, have sex anytime, anywhere.
- 12:55And if there's a pregnancy, it doesn't matter.
- 12:57I can abort that pregnancy at any time because it's my right.
- 13:04Right to choose, my right to choose.
- 13:08But is it really your right to choose?
- 13:11Or are we just worshipping at the feet of Molech like they did
- 13:18thousands of years ago? And then tell me if it's your
- 13:21right to choose, you tell me which point, At which point
- 13:26should you be able to kill a baby?
- 13:30This is a baby. Should you be able to kill a
- 13:33baby all the way up to the very end?
- 13:36Because we can at the moment, that's what we can.
- 13:39So is that is that right all the way up to the very end?
- 13:42That's when you should be able to murder a baby 30 to 30 weeks.
- 13:49How about that point where the baby is fully formed?
- 13:51It can be born alive, It is a fully formed human being.
- 13:55Or is it OK to kill a baby at week 14?
- 14:00You know when? When the heart is pumping blood
- 14:03throughout the body all the time.
- 14:05What about week week 15 when a baby has taste buds?
- 14:11Adult adults taste buds. How about month 4?
- 14:17When bone marrow is beginning to form in inside the child, how
- 14:23about how about if it's is it OK about week 9 and 10 when baby's
- 14:29teeth are already beginning to form, its fingernails are
- 14:33already beginning to develop. Is that OK?
- 14:37What if we look at two months, 2 month old baby forming inside
- 14:43the female, the mum, two months. They can turn their head, they
- 14:48can frown, the baby can hiccup. Is that all right to murder the
- 14:52child at that point? Is that OK to kill?
- 14:56How about if you go back to week four?
- 14:58Only four weeks. At the end of week 4, the baby
- 15:02is already 10,000 times larger than the fertilised egg. 4
- 15:09weeks, 10,000 times larger. There's already the beginnings
- 15:14of eyes, legs and hands. At 4 weeks there's already brain
- 15:20waves. Detectable mouth and lips are
- 15:24present. Fingernails are starting to
- 15:26form. How about week 3, you say?
- 15:30You know, week 3. Don't we all just consider it to
- 15:33be a clump of cells? Week 3?
- 15:37By the end of week 3, the baby's backbone and spinal column, the
- 15:41backbone, spinal column, nervous system of forming the liver and
- 15:47the kidney, kidneys and intestines are beginning to take
- 15:52shape. So we're, we're here where
- 15:59exactly where exactly do you think all, all these people, all
- 16:05you people, if anyone's watching this and you are pro choice up
- 16:09to birth, just pro choice at all, Whereabouts at that
- 16:14timeline do you think it is OK to murder the child because it's
- 16:21just your personal convenience issue?
- 16:26Where do you think that you're you're right to drag a baby out
- 16:31by the feet out of the mother except for the head stick
- 16:37scissors in there, ram it into the baby's skull, RIP the skull
- 16:41open, suck the brains out, crushing it, and then pull it
- 16:44out? Where do you wait?
- 16:46What timeline? Do you think the people should
- 16:51have the right to do that to another developing, sometimes
- 16:56fully developed human being? We treat the killing of unborn
- 17:03who are literally the most innocent among us.
- 17:07We treat the killing of these human beings as more nothing
- 17:11more than just an issue of convenience and choice.
- 17:16They're not a ball of tissue. They are not a cluster of cells.
- 17:21It's not a termination of pregnancy.
- 17:25It's a termination of human life.
- 17:28It's the murder of a human being.
- 17:31The notion that you get to choose things in this life.
- 17:36You don't. You don't get to choose another
- 17:43human being's death. You don't get to choose that to
- 17:52say it's my decision where and when and how to have this baby.
- 17:58That's that's an individual human being.
- 18:02And if that baby were outside the womb and you, you put a
- 18:09knife in through that baby's chest, you'd be charged with
- 18:14murder. But if you kill it in the womb,
- 18:18we call it a human, right. I'm just going to go to this
- 18:23video of doctor, Doctor Howe describing Dr Joanna Howe
- 18:31describing a procedure called abortion by induction.
- 18:37Just want you to listen, listen to exactly what happens.
- 18:42This is one of the procedures used, the most disgusting.
- 18:46This method of abortion is used to end the life of a baby after
- 18:5022 weeks and six days and until birth.
- 18:54And we do this right here in Queensland, which is the
- 18:58injection of potassium chloride into the baby's heart to kill
- 19:03the baby and then induction so that the mother goes through
- 19:07labour to to deliver the baby dead.
- 19:13Oh but in in Australia the good thing is you have a late term
- 19:20abortion like this. The government then pays the mum
- 19:23$4000. My name is Joanna Howe and I'm a
- 19:30professor of law. Today I'm going to describe an
- 19:33abortion by induction. The abortion procedure is
- 19:36performed in a hospital and the abortionist uses an ultrasound
- 19:39to see the baby. The ultrasound is used to obtain
- 19:42A4 chamber view of the baby's heart and the baby's heart rate
- 19:45is recorded. Given the chance of a live birth
- 19:48following an abortion increases with advancing gestation,
- 19:51abortions at this stage involve feticide.
- 19:54Feticide comes from the Latin stem word side which means to
- 19:58kill, and foetus which means child.
- 20:00The purpose of feticide is therefore to kill the child.
- 20:04A long needle is inserted through the mother's abdomen
- 20:07into the uterus. Guided by the ultrasound, the
- 20:09abortionist injects the needle of potassium chloride into the
- 20:12left ventricle of the heart. Following feticide, the mother
- 20:16takes labour inducing drugs. The mother then goes through
- 20:19labour and delivers her baby stillborn.
- 20:22The dead baby is immediately removed from the room and taken
- 20:25away. As the baby's death is a result
- 20:28of abortion, the baby does not receive a birth certificate or a
- 20:31death certificate. The mother receives $4225.00
- 20:36from the government as part of the stillborn parenting payment.
- 20:39If the mother in hospital decline a funeral, of what
- 20:42formation, the baby is discarded as medical waste and placed in
- 20:45the bin.
