- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Innocence is often described two ways.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: The first one is being without guilt, being without experience.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: You are innocent.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: You are lacking an experience and knowledge to, and people equate it with a place of purity.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: But there's also the innocence of going through the fire and having all of those experiences and realizing it is not personal.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with you.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: And it's a sense of joy and playfulness and purity in life through understanding.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: This podcast discusses sensitive and sexual topics that may be triggering.

- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Erotic Spirit, where soul and sexuality and real life meet.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: My name's Angela Shelby.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And I'm Jenna Lee.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: And we, well, besides our conversation, we channel in messages from ascended masters, ancestors, spirit guides, other spirit friends about topics like spirituality, sexuality, desire, intimacy, trauma, and pleasure.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: And it is our intention with this space to create a safe space for embodied sexuality, embodied spirituality together, and to do it in a way that it meets you exactly where you're at on your journey, wherever that is.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: And if you're not familiar with channeling, channeling is allowing higher-dimensional beings to use our bodies to bring in information without our personal filter.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Well, as little of our personal filter as we can manage.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: We are human.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: But today we are talking about uh how to bring the magic back into your sex life.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: And it's not what you think.
- 2:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:44SPEAKER_03: And if you stick around, we'll have some playful tools and techniques into how to do that.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:50SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: So bring in the magic in.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: Bring in the magic in.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: So when you and I sit and plan, um, we sit down with spirit each episode and ask what spirit has to bring in and what spirit wants to talk about.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: They're our producers.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: There are they are our producers.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Spirit are producers.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: Um, they are also our surprise guests.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: And if there's gonna be more channeling today.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Um but this episode was so important about healing trauma.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: And it's about bringing the magic in, but it's also about healing that inner child.
- 3:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Because that is where the magic is.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Um, when it comes to trauma, and I know you have you have direct experience with sexual trauma, uh, so many people talk about uh they feel like their innocence has been taken away.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And the first message that came through from Spirit for Us with this episode was your innocence cannot be taken away by anybody.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: It is inherent to who you are.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: It can just make it feel like it's been taken away.
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: And that magic, that magic to bring back to the sexual life, to our sexual life, is about remembering that we are innocent and bringing that playfulness back.
- 4:23SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 4:24SPEAKER_03: I and this is a way to introduce or reintroduce safety into the system.
- 4:31SPEAKER_03: Because if we're not feeling safe as a kid and we have experiences, then how do we remember that we're safe, right?
- 4:40SPEAKER_03: We've gone through things.
- 4:42SPEAKER_03: And I have, like you said, my own personal experience and the the sexual abuse that I went through when I was younger.
- 4:50SPEAKER_03: And as I was going on my healing journey, I had, you know, I was definitely in a more peaceful space with that, processing that trauma.
- 5:01SPEAKER_03: I had at that point, yeah, at that point I was remembering my repressed memories and what happened.
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: And I remember spirit also walking me through this uh the the person who did uh who did abuse, you know, did the sexual abuse and you know molested me.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: That spirit showed me the pain that they went through.
- 5:29SPEAKER_03: They showed me all of their experiences.
- 5:31SPEAKER_03: And and by all means, this is never ever given anyone a pass because I don't do that.
- 5:36SPEAKER_03: It's was this period in point where Spirit had said they were so consumed by their darkness, and they saw the light in in me as that kid, and it was like, how do I just how do I how do I feel that?
- 5:54SPEAKER_03: How do I touch that?
- 5:56SPEAKER_03: How do I touch that light?
- 5:58SPEAKER_03: And the way that Spirit had brought all of this through, right?
- 6:02SPEAKER_03: Because it it was longer than that, I would see what they had gone through and and all of that, and to understand finally it had nothing to do with me.
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: That's my big point, is when I started to settle into that, I started to see more peace.
- 6:20SPEAKER_03: I started to see more acceptance, more forgiveness.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: At that point in time, I was not completely at that space of forgiveness.
- 6:28SPEAKER_03: And when I say forgiveness, it's the power of the situation and the experience not consuming the mind anymore, right?
- 6:35SPEAKER_03: And and leaving that over there.
- 6:37SPEAKER_03: But as I started to see that it had nothing to do with me, that's when the light bulbs go on.
- 6:43SPEAKER_03: And it's that remembrance of my innocence.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it wasn't nothing was taken, right?
- 6:49SPEAKER_03: It but starting to remember that in my body and know that I am now responsible and the driver of that power to continue to remember and to continue to move into that space.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that is you talking about how spirit, like through your healing, showed you what your abuser went through to make them how they are.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: Uh, reminds me of an experience that I had.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: So you and I have gone on like shamanic journeys, and what a shamanic journey is, is with drumming, it is going to a special place in dimension that you get to communicate with your ancestors.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Um, shamans have been doing this, you know, across the world for generations.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: So I went on this shamanic journey.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: It was with friends, and it was actually at a party to experience shamanism in this way.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: So they're drumming, and I'm like, yes, I get to meet my ancestor.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be really cool.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: So you go on this journey, you go to a certain place in your mind, you visualize, and the place I was taken to was like this scuzzy basement.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: And it was just lit by firelight, and it was like dirty and just gross.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I have taken a wrong turn.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: So I went out of the experience.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: I came back, I'm like, yeah, no, I'm not going there.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: I don't know what the hell just happened, but no.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: So I went back in again.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I followed the drumbeat.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: I went back to the exact same place, and I just went, okay, I'm gonna roll with this.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: I know I'm safe.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: So I walked through this basement until I came to a room where the firelight was coming from.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: And I saw it was cluttered with like old clothes and like garbage.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: And I saw this huddled figure in this easy chair by the fire, just staring into the fire.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: And I went and sat down next to them and said, Hey, so I think you know, you're my ancestor.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: And I talked to this man, and he told me, yes, he was my ancestor, and that he was lost because of what he did in his life.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: He was a pedophile in his life.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: Um, and again, this was one of those moments where I'm like, I took a wrong turn in this journey.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is not the ancestor I was planning on meeting.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: Uh, and I talked to him, and I've always wanted to do spiritual work, healing, spirituality and sexuality coming together.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So he said, if you will allow me to help you with your work and your journey and you helping other people in this way, he goes, It will help me.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: It will help me redeem myself.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: Will you do that?
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: And I said, Yes.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Yep, I'm I'm willing to do that if you're willing to help me.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: And I said, Will you answer a question for me?
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: Because I had a pedophile sitting in front of me, and I'm like, I want to know what makes you do what you do.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Like, how how did we how did you get to this place?
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: And what he said to me was that it is a feeling of lost innocence, and that by doing those acts with children, it was like taking it back.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: There was there was an innocence, there was a light to them, and and it was a way of bringing back something they had lost.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: That's how he described it.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: So that was his his way of describing his experience.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Um but I find it fascinating how you said it showed me it had nothing to do with me.
- 10:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: It was their pain and their drama splattering over onto you.
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And it has nothing to do with you.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: They can't take your innocence away.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: They can't take it.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Can't physically do it.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: So when we talk about innocence, innocence, innocence is often described two ways.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: The first one is being without guilt, being without experience.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: You are innocent, you are lacking an experience and knowledge to, and people equate it with a place of purity.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: But there's also the innocence of going through the fire and having all of those experiences and realizing it is not personal.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with you.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And it's a sense of joy and playfulness and purity in life through understanding and bringing that playfulness back to life.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: That is innocence.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: And that is the innocence that we are talking about bringing back into the bedroom.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So it's playfulness.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: That's the magic.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: That's the that's the big reveal.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: That's the magic.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: It's understanding that innocence and playfulness belong in the bedroom.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: They do.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: And without a doubt.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it it's that sense of play.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: So again, we talked about people taking spirituality too seriously.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Take sexuality too seriously.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: And uh sexuality, sex can be performative.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: People feel like they have to perform for their partner or be a certain way.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Um or the circumstances have to be just so for it to be good sex.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Um yeah.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: I love bringing the yeah, the play in the bedroom.
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: That's like just, I mean, it starts before.
- 13:06SPEAKER_03: It starts before, and we'll we'll get to that, but it definitely leads up to it, and that helps.
- 13:12SPEAKER_03: But in the bedroom, if you can, if you can bring in the playfulness, if you can bring in the humor, I have to share.
- 13:20SPEAKER_03: I had this one like one experience that I'll never forget where I just was like everything stopped.
- 13:29SPEAKER_03: I was laughing so hard.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: And it started before the bedroom.
- 13:34SPEAKER_03: So I'm from New York.
- 13:35SPEAKER_03: I don't really have that New York accent anymore, but it comes out in different flavors and different times.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: And so I had a a partner that was just kind of making fun of that and and was doing a lot of different voices in that New York accent.
- 13:51SPEAKER_03: And it was there's a little bit of different, let's just say, let's just put it out there.
- 13:55SPEAKER_03: Like maybe, you know, they were doing like, oh yeah, like just playing around the words.
- 14:00SPEAKER_03: And this before the bedroom, we get into the bedroom, and yeah, so um they pulled out the voice and they pulled out the oh yeah.
- 14:08SPEAKER_03: In the middle of sex, yeah, yeah, in the middle of like penetration and complete downpour of laughter.
- 14:19SPEAKER_03: I mean, I I couldn't continue.
- 14:22SPEAKER_03: I'm laughing, belly laughing so hard.
- 14:24SPEAKER_03: I'm falling on the floor because I'm like, what just happened?
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: And this is the fucking magic.
- 14:31SPEAKER_03: This is the beauty of bringing laughter back in and bringing that playfulness in and not taking it too seriously.
- 14:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, you know, like if you're in the middle of moaning and stuff, of course, right?
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: Like, right.
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: I mean, I was, but um, to catch someone off guard and just to be playful, this is our inner child.
- 14:52SPEAKER_03: This is the innocence, this is love, this is presence.
- 14:57SPEAKER_03: It's no no performance there.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: It's pure, it's special.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Some of my some of my best sex moments are laughing in the bedroom.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: And I can't even remember what it was about.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: But just just laughing and having a good time.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: I loved how you said it starts before the bedroom.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: It does.
- 15:24SPEAKER_03: It does.
- 15:25SPEAKER_03: Like the playfulness will come in.
- 15:28SPEAKER_03: I mean, there's just there's little things, right?
- 15:31SPEAKER_03: So that was just an experience where it was kind of, you know, a little bit playful banter.
- 15:36SPEAKER_03: And you can have, you can have jokes, you can have touches, you can have little silly inside jokes.
- 15:45SPEAKER_03: And all of that starts before the bedroom.
- 15:47SPEAKER_03: If you are playing and you are just free, no judgment, you take that energy with you in all circumstances.
- 15:57SPEAKER_03: And it's easier to flow when you've been doing that all day and just being really silly.
- 16:03SPEAKER_03: And you take that, and then you're not as serious in the bedroom.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's we don't have to perform like we're going on a marathon.
- 16:13SPEAKER_03: We're just we're connecting.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: So it's it's cultivating that sense of joyfulness outside.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: It it's playing.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: So what you're describing, it's like playing with yourself and your partner just in everyday life and practicing it out there, it can't help but follow you into the bedroom.
- 16:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Like it has to, that's where it started.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: You were the that that story was perfect.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: You were talking about we were yeah, we were we were playing around before, and then we played around in there.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Another thing that I really like about sexuality and the realms that we can go into with it is like kink and doing scenarios and making up stories and playing with those stories.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: You can be a superhero in bed, you can be a spy, you can, you know, you can be anything and bringing that sense of uh imagination and playfulness to it.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like being a kid again where you play dress up, but it's adult games, yes, you know, it just it broadens it and you can like have toys.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: It is like one of the places in our adult life where we can have a bunch of fun different toys.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Yes, like you go into a sex store and it's it's like Wonderland, you know, it's a lot, it's a lot, and the sky is the limit of what you can imagine.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: So that that playfulness, and I know, I know we want to do a segment on sex toys, that's that would just be ridiculous amounts of fun.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: It would.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, just doing it for us, yeah.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: But and and playfulness and how we dress and just enjoying those moments.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I love that.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: And I love like if you're listening and you are wondering, like, how does this help?
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: How does this support?
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: The one thing I can say is when you are in that play mode, your body's more softened.
- 18:27SPEAKER_03: You start to cultivate safety within your body.
- 18:32SPEAKER_03: You start to relax in the body.
- 18:35SPEAKER_03: If there is an activation or a trigger that comes up, you're more equipped because you've been cultivating this softness throughout the day.
- 18:44SPEAKER_03: And so a lot of times I will admit myself and and experiences before I had my spiritual awakening, I would let's say just feel stuck or not feel safe in my body, not necess, not really with the partner, um, but being able to have these tools and then start to cultivate safety within and know that, then you have that as well with a partner that's there with you.
- 19:14SPEAKER_03: When you feel safe, the way that you can express yourself in the bedroom, the presence and the pleasure that you can experience, it comes from feeling safe.
- 19:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 19:25SPEAKER_03: It comes from being in the body and knowing that as well, when you are communicating and you are expressing if you need a minute, right?
- 19:36SPEAKER_03: Whether it's for laughing or it's like, hey, I need like, I just need this moment to be in my body, the expression comes out easier because you feel safe to do it, right?
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And being playful is an arena of allowing more softness, but allowing emotion and allowing more feeling in.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: It's a softening and it's allowing love in.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: You cannot play with someone without having that feeling of love and joyfulness.
- 20:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: It just, it's an it's like setting the stage for awesomeness.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: When we do that.
- 20:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:20SPEAKER_03: And I I want to share, there's one thing that's coming through is it feels like dropping into inner child.
- 20:28SPEAKER_03: I mean, people I do hear that a lot all the time.
- 20:30SPEAKER_03: Inner child healing, inner child healing, like what is all of that?
- 20:34SPEAKER_03: And it I feel like it's really relevant to this and like being able to drop into that play, right?
- 20:39SPEAKER_03: Into that space of imagination and that that freeness.
- 20:43SPEAKER_03: And so inner child healing, the how I've experienced it is being able to go outside the bedroom, right?
- 20:52SPEAKER_03: Just in my space, doing my shadow work, going through, and shadow work is basically going through the the parts of me that I maybe suppress or don't didn't want to deal with, but it's coming up somewhere, or or I want to to review it.
- 21:08SPEAKER_03: And being able to step into inner child healing, this experience happened, and my future self, knowing that I'm here, I'm present.
- 21:18SPEAKER_03: So there's tools that I cultivate along the way to be present, but review something from when I was a child.
- 21:25SPEAKER_03: And it's like my past is changing.
- 21:29SPEAKER_03: That's how I describe it.
- 21:30SPEAKER_03: Is like my future self is meeting my past self, my little me, and it's changing.
- 21:36SPEAKER_03: Literally, I feel my past changing by my perspective of it and how I recognize it now.
- 21:42SPEAKER_03: And that inner child healing has helped me to be lighter and to play more because it wasn't safe to play when you were younger.
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it wasn't physically, emotionally safe.
- 21:55SPEAKER_03: Uh, there's a lot I don't remember, but there were a lot of experiences that that.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: Was not there.
- 22:01SPEAKER_03: So being able to drop into that, cultivate safety, cultivate presence within.
- 22:07SPEAKER_03: Then I'm like, oh, it's safe to play.
- 22:10SPEAKER_03: So if you are listening and you are wondering how you can bring more play in, you can do inner child healing.
- 22:20SPEAKER_03: And then the play, it just comes naturally.
- 22:23SPEAKER_03: And then you can intentionally play too.
- 22:25SPEAKER_03: Like set mark it on your calendar.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:28SPEAKER_03: Every day.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Every day.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: Play.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: Play away.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: So channel message coming in.
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: See what this is about and who it is.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: Um, so we have Jesus coming through.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: And let's see what this.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: So this is about innocence.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: It is understanding that you are perfect exactly as you are.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Each person and soul who comes into this life is absolutely perfect.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: You cannot be damaged, you cannot be malformed, you cannot be brutalized, you cannot be changed in any way where it essentially matters.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: Everyone is perfect exactly as they are.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: That being said, when you have earthly experiences and you go through living the extremes of light and dark, of good and bad, of pleasure and pain, as you move through the gradient of those experiences, you can have feelings of being battered.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: You can have feelings of being less than.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: But understand that there is absolutely nothing that can take away your intrinsic value.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: There's absolutely nothing that can make you less than a holy and perfect child of God.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: There is absolutely nothing that can decrease our love for you.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: You are all equal in the eyes of God.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: You are all perfect in the eyes of your creator.
- 24:37SPEAKER_03: Beautiful.
- 24:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: I love it when they come through.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Can I even tell you?
- 24:43SPEAKER_03: Does it feel like just love and bliss?
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: It feels like love and bliss, but there's always more than one.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: Um, and that all somebody always comes forward to talk, but there's always more than one, and they are always a bunch of people for every single person.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: I know I've made this speech many times, but everybody has this entourage of people that is there to help them.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: And it's it's they just don't know it.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: They don't know it.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: I if I could just put anything out there, you have this whole group of beings that are there just for you.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: They are your entourage.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: And when I tune in and do a spirit guide reading for someone, it's like there's this whole room of people there for just that person.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: And I can't see to the back of the room.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: That's how many people for each person.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: And a few come forward to talk because I can't talk to, you know, hundreds of people at once.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: But they're all there.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we can try.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: Um, but they're all there for you, and all you have to do is ask.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: That is the big key.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: You have got to ask because they don't intrude on the creation that is the sacred creation of your life without you asking them.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: Because it's it's like life is your special finger painting, and they're not gonna put their finger in and mess with anything unless we give them permission.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and I don't care if it's Jesus or your spirit guides or anyone.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: Um, you've just you've just got to ask.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: But yeah, yeah, the love, if I could, the love that comes through every time.
- 26:20SPEAKER_03: It's always there.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: It's always there.
- 26:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:22SPEAKER_03: And channeling is something that everyone can do.
- 26:25SPEAKER_03: So I I always see this visual in the way that Spirit has explained is a radio station.
- 26:32SPEAKER_03: And or like I see knobs on the radio, and we're the radio.
- 26:36SPEAKER_03: And when you turn right the knob on the radio, you're tuning into a different station, a different frequency, right?
- 26:43SPEAKER_03: So that is channeling.
- 26:45SPEAKER_03: When our knob and when we when we start to step into that altered state and recognize there's information, it's like following that energy, and that knob changes and there's information in this station.
- 26:59SPEAKER_03: And the knob changes, and there's information in this station.
- 27:02SPEAKER_03: And that is essentially channeling.
- 27:05SPEAKER_03: And we can do it, so we're just all radios basically.
- 27:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:09SPEAKER_03: And we can do it like, you know, where you did, where you stepped into more of that deeper altered state and then more of that trance like state, or we can channel through, I channel through the kosh, I channel, you know, more conscious, eyes open.
- 27:22SPEAKER_03: And we're both we both do that in the episodes, but we're always tuning in and these messages of love come in for us, uh, for us to to hear.
- 27:31SPEAKER_03: So it's just it's just being able to turn the knob and listen a little more.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: I love that analogy.
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like picking up frequency.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: It's picking up frequencies, yeah.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: And everybody can do it.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, just all a matter of energy.
- 27:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: Uh, if you had one takeaway for people uh from this episode, what would what would it be?
- 27:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, okay.
- 27:50SPEAKER_03: One.
- 27:51SPEAKER_03: We're we're always how many things did we say?
- 27:54SPEAKER_03: I I would say my biggest thing is when we go through experiences, it's important to feel all of the things, even if it feels, even if it's oh, this is illogical.
- 28:13SPEAKER_03: Any feelings, any places where we are processing the trauma.
- 28:21SPEAKER_03: It's important to be present with it and not judge it and allow ourselves, that's what helps us to come back into our body.
- 28:29SPEAKER_03: We were talking about play and bringing the magic back into the bedroom.
- 28:32SPEAKER_03: And if we're stuck in the past, we're gonna bring that into the bedroom.
- 28:38SPEAKER_03: Without a doubt, we're just always gonna bring that in and realize that or or not realize our potential for just presence and pleasure.
- 28:48SPEAKER_03: And yeah, that's my biggest.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: You're basically saying deal with your shit.
- 28:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: So you don't drag it into the bedroom with you.
- 28:55SPEAKER_03: Basically, yeah, and deal with your shit, but in a loving way, right?
- 28:59SPEAKER_03: You can't you can't love and light pain away.
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: That's that's bypassing.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 29:07SPEAKER_03: So I do love to say love and light, but yeah, you just you can't love and light pain away.
- 29:13SPEAKER_03: You have to feel through it, and then you can get to an experience of forgiveness and acceptance and then be in that flow.
- 29:24SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: What about you?
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: My takeaway would be uh our innocence and playfulness cannot be taken away from us.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: It is inherent to who we are, and that it's important to use it everywhere, like a tool, like a spiritual, like the spiritual tool it is.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: Innocence and playfulness are spiritual tools, and to like use them indiscriminately.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, use them with joy and pride and throw it everywhere.
- 29:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: Um, especially in the bedroom and lighten up and have some fun.
- 29:57SPEAKER_03: Light up, lighten up.
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: And I and I have one other thing that's coming through is we we talked about a lot of more serious things.
- 30:08SPEAKER_03: I mean, we're we've ebb and flow.
- 30:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:10SPEAKER_03: But if things, if you're listening and something triggered you or activated you, and it's like, ah, that's not my truth.
- 30:17SPEAKER_03: Like I could never come to a space of forgiveness for for this one thing that happened.
- 30:22SPEAKER_03: And I hear you, and what I invite is curiosity and opportunity to just stick with that emotion.
- 30:32SPEAKER_03: You know, if we're if we are coming from a space of anger, there's probably an opportunity to move through that anger, right?
- 30:41SPEAKER_03: I didn't start at forgiveness.
- 30:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:45SPEAKER_03: Like there's a whole journey between where I was hitting the fuck out of pillows.
- 30:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: You know, and I was really moving through things.
- 30:53SPEAKER_03: And so let this be an invitation.
- 30:57SPEAKER_03: Let this be an invitation.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's moving through, it's not moving around or letting go.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: It's moving through.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: The way out is through.
- 31:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the way out is through.
- 31:10SPEAKER_03: I like that.
