- 0:00Speaker 1: This is herbal medicine. You're extracting a large quantity of
- 0:04this incredible, mysterious tonic. Why is it mysterious? Science of
- 0:08research hasn't looked into what is in cellary yet barely
- 0:12any information out there. Another reason why people don't know.
- 0:16But we're getting there. We're actually getting there.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hello, everyone, Welcome back to On Purpose, the number one

- 0:53and excited for this person for making time, making space
- 0:56in their life, for coming on and being on the podcast.
- 1:00His name is Anthony William and he's the originator of
- 1:02the global Celery Juice movement. He's a four times number
- 1:07one New York Times best selling author and Today's the
- 1:10launch of his new book, which is called Celery Juice,
- 1:12The most Powerful Medicine of our time, healing millions worldwide. Anthony,
- 1:18thank you so much for being here.
- 1:19Speaker 1: An incredible introduction. I'm honored. I can't even believe it.
- 1:22It's so awesome being here.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Well, it's awesome. You have to do it well, so
- 1:26it's so true.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Hey, I'm just I'm so happy to be here, happy
- 1:30to talk to your audience, so much to talk about
- 1:32lots of cover on health, things that are life changing,
- 1:35things that move the needle. And that's what matters. You know,
- 1:38when you're sick with chronic illness and you're trying to
- 1:40get better and you can't move that needle forward, and
- 1:43you know, and you're stuck in it, and you're just
- 1:44in the trenches of it all. And then something takes
- 1:47you further along and you finally start experiencing a benefit,
- 1:50you start getting better, which say, the Celery Juice is
- 1:53one of the most powerful healing tools out there. And
- 1:55when you start moving forward, it's life changing like no other.
- 1:59When people are stuck, when they're actually really stuck in
- 2:02the trenches of what I call hell, basically chronic illness
- 2:06and they finally see the light, and that matters. That's
- 2:09why I'm.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Here, absolutely, and I love that energy, man, because I
- 2:12think you're so right that so many of us today
- 2:14are so stuck and a lot of the time we've
- 2:16tried everything, where I hear that a lot, I've tried everything,
- 2:20Like I've been to my doctor, I've been to this person,
- 2:23Like I tried my weird thing that my aunt comes
- 2:25up with, Like you know, I've tried all of these things.
- 2:27Speaker 1: And the thing is, it's not like those are bad.
- 2:29Those are all good things, because everybody's got a piece
- 2:32of the puzzle. You got the best doctors out there.
- 2:34You got functional medicine doctors, you got alternative guys, you
- 2:36got conventional guys, girls, all of them. They're all working
- 2:39hard on their patients and people. People have compassion. Doctors
- 2:42are the most incredible people. The compassion to wake up
- 2:45in the morning, go to the office and work on
- 2:48person after person after person like they do, and hear
- 2:51their stories and hear their cries. Doctors are unbelievable. And
- 2:54the tool there's a lot of good tools out there, right,
- 2:57But what happens is there's some things people don't even
- 3:01know about yet that plug into what they're doing. Say
- 3:05they're doing a keto diet, Say they're doing a paleo diet.
- 3:08Say they're doing a vegan diet. Say they're doing a
- 3:09plant based diet, and they're not getting all the results
- 3:12they need, and they're all confused, and everybody's flip flopping
- 3:15from vegan to paleo to paleo to vegan, and everybody
- 3:18is all upset. But when you plug in something like
- 3:21the celery juice and you know how to use it,
- 3:23you can move forward wherever you are. You can plug
- 3:26this into what you're doing. It's tools like that that
- 3:29literally move the needle and change the lives of millions.
- 3:33And right now, hundreds of millions are drinking celery juice.
- 3:36It's the most powerful healing movement of our time and day.
- 3:40And I want everybody to actually be part of it,
- 3:43because why miss out. What are you gonna do? You're
- 3:45not gonna do it, You're not gonna partake in something
- 3:48that could change your life. So I want everybody to
- 3:51know this isn't one of those scams or farces. This
- 3:54is that powerful. When you use this herbal medicine, something
- 3:58changes inside of us.
- 3:59Speaker 2: I love that, and I can't wait to uncover that
- 4:01with you in this podcast and in the life that
- 4:03we're about to do. I can't wait to get into
- 4:05all the details. But I want to take it backwards slightly, sure,
- 4:08because I want people to understand where you're coming from, absolutely,
- 4:11and I want people to understand your background, your journey,
- 4:14and just behind the mind, you know, inside the mind
- 4:17of Anthony. So I want to go back to you
- 4:19being four years old. Yeah, and you're four years old
- 4:23and you literally, without any help, any support, whatever it is,
- 4:26you literally let your grandmother knows she had lung cancer,
- 4:30she had lung cancer, she was symptom free, like no
- 4:33one knew at that, not at all. And then they'd
- 4:35check and you was spot on.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Yeah, woke up one morning and heard a voice perfectly clear.
- 4:40You know, people say, wait a minute, how does he
- 4:42get this advanced medical information that's decades ahead of research
- 4:47in science. You know, I know scientists, I know you know,
- 4:50incredible doctors, lab technicians, And they say, his information is advanced.
- 4:54Whether anybody likes it or not, whether the source he
- 4:57hears it from you don't agree with or you're not
- 5:00happy about this voice he hears that he heard at
- 5:03four years old that diagnosed his grandmother of lung cancer.
- 5:06And from there on this is all he's ever done.
- 5:09And people are like, hey, you know what, I don't know.
- 5:11Do I trust this? And I totally understand. I totally
- 5:14get it. A guy that hears a voice, when you
- 5:16really know the origin of it, you know it's hard.
- 5:19But when lab technicians and scientists and doctors that are
- 5:23elevated in the field of medicine say his advanced information
- 5:26like epstein bar causing hashimotis hyroditis, he was the first
- 5:30to actually bring that out before they even knew that's
- 5:33what was happening. And when they say, hey, he's advanced
- 5:36with this information and it's about getting people better, we
- 5:39got to kick back a little bit. We got to
- 5:41calm down and say, okay, let's listen to this because
- 5:44this is different, this is actually really helping people. And
- 5:47at four years old, that's what happened. It was information
- 5:51coming through perfectly clear. I heard it straight in a
- 5:54voice right to me, and it's I've been using that
- 5:57ever since, not just my grandmother with that was in
- 6:01nineteen seventy five, in the fall of nineteen seventy five,
- 6:04had another family member with a back problem, a back
- 6:07problem that wouldn't it wouldn't ease off. The doctors didn't
- 6:11know what was really causing the back problem. It wasn't
- 6:13an injury. It was an inflammatory condition, a mystery back
- 6:18injury or a mystery back inflamed problem where they're suffering.
- 6:22They couldn't walk right. In late nineteen seventy five, spirit,
- 6:27which I call spirit, the voice said, celery juice. This
- 6:30is when it started, celery juice for this family member.
- 6:33We didn't have really any kind of juicer. Look, Look
- 6:36what year it is, Look what's going on. We weren't prepared.
- 6:39They had the blender, the beat up old blender. We
- 6:42ground up that celery right, and we strained it with
- 6:46a cheesecloth and we just strained it out. And a
- 6:49family member was a skeptic about celery juice, Well what
- 6:52do you mean celery juice? Drank it and started recovering
- 6:55that night, slowly recovering, and then the end of the week,
- 6:58out of the woods, this background walking and it's that
- 7:02kind of thing right there. And yes, the voice tells
- 7:05me what to do, So that's what I've done. Dedicated
- 7:08my life, helping people, but giving them information that even
- 7:13doctors want to know. There are thousands of doctors in
- 7:16this country alone with the Medical Medium series books in
- 7:19their offices. Patients have brought them in and they and
- 7:23the doctors are they're smart. They read it and say,
- 7:26wait a minute, this is different. Whoa wait, he's talking
- 7:29about viruses, he's talking about pathogens. He's talking about things
- 7:33we don't know about viruses and pathogens that's not anywhere.
- 7:37And also what to do, which is one of the
- 7:39tools to Celeryes. You.
- 7:40Speaker 2: So what I'm more interested in because I've seen all
- 7:43of that research. I've seen people say, of all of
- 7:45your incredible background and the studies and the research and
- 7:47the fact that it's worked for people, how did you
- 7:50start to trust that voice? Because I almost feel like
- 7:52that's sometimes hot to It's like trust you, trusting voice
- 7:56that's coming through. How is that process for you?
- 7:58Speaker 1: You know what it is is when when you see
- 8:00it working in front of your own eyes results. You know,
- 8:04when I was thirteen years old and a stock boy
- 8:06in a little grocery store and that voice is telling me,
- 8:09you know, why someone has diabetes or what's going on
- 8:11or what's happening with them, or or the brain tumor
- 8:14that they have, or something that's going on, and the
- 8:16voice is telling me what's happening inside their bodies and
- 8:19what they need. You just you can't avoid it, you
- 8:23can't ignore it. It's not one of those things you
- 8:26just say, well, I don't want to do this anymore,
- 8:28you know, it's not what you're in it, and you
- 8:31just you go with it and you keep on working,
- 8:33you know, forward to help people and change and change
- 8:36your lives. It's so critical.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Absolutely, So let's get onto the centergie. How did you
- 8:39start discovering the secret behind this? Like, how did you
- 8:43start seeing that it had such a powerful effect? How
- 8:45did you first uncover? Because I think there are just
- 8:48so many vegetables out there, you can make so many juice. Yeah,
- 8:51people have drank probably the wrong juices for such a
- 8:53long time. Yeah.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And when it is done, all juices are great. That's
- 8:56the thing. All juices are great. They offer benefits and
- 8:59a lot of people they get confused and they say, well,
- 9:01why would celery juice by itself do anything for you?
- 9:04And one of the reasons is it's an herb. It's
- 9:07not a vegetable. It's an actual herb, and herbal medicine
- 9:12is powerful. I mean, if anybody is listening out here,
- 9:14do you like herbs on any level? What herbs are
- 9:17your favorite? There's so many people that are into any kind,
- 9:20they're into herbs. That's the whole thing. You got Chinese medicine,
- 9:22you've got ervetic, you got all this. Herbs are powerful.
- 9:26And there's herbalists out there, there's doctors out there, natural doctors,
- 9:29you know, and and herbs are a big part of
- 9:31our lives. Well why do they do things for us?
- 9:33They because they're very healing. Well, celery has been It's
- 9:37no one knew. And that's the thing. I mean, even
- 9:40when I heard it from the voice, originally perfectly clear
- 9:43cellar juice to celery it's an herb, I was even like,
- 9:47wait a minute, no, it's a celery stick. What do
- 9:49you mean? This is? This is a vegetable that no
- 9:53one cares about and never really cared about, and spirits
- 9:56like it's not a vegetable, it's an herb. It's herbal
- 9:59medicine distracted in a large quantity. And when you do that,
- 10:03that's when the miracles happen and then you know someone
- 10:06might say, wait a minute. You know you have to
- 10:08leave the fiber. You have to leave the pulp. You
- 10:11juice things not good. You're leaving like nutrition behind the
- 10:15fiber and the pulp. But what they don't understand is
- 10:18camimal tea. Right do you eat the tea bag after
- 10:22you've like had cam you go out with a friend, Right,
- 10:24do you cut open that tea bag and say, wait
- 10:26a minute, I gotta get this fiber, I gotta get
- 10:28this pulp here, because that's where the nutrition is. No,
- 10:30the medicine comes from the kamimal and that's what you're getting,
- 10:34that medicine to relax you, to calm you, the things
- 10:36that people like. Same thing with other herbs and herbal
- 10:39teas and so forth. Of course you can eat some
- 10:41of the herbs, but they're better extracted the medicine. So
- 10:45it's the power of that. This is an herbal tonic,
- 10:49an herbal elixir. And what you'll see out there's dietitians
- 10:52who are amazing people, are nutritions who are amazing people.
- 10:54What they'll do is they'll be confused and be like no, no, no,
- 10:57leave the pulp in fiber. Anthony William doesn't know what
- 10:59he's talking about. You don't want to just have that,
- 11:02and they don't know this is herbal medicine. You're extracting
- 11:06a large quantity of this incredible, mysterious tonic. Why is
- 11:10it mysterious? Science of research hasn't looked into what is
- 11:13in cellary yet barely any information out there another reason
- 11:18why people don't know. But we're getting there. We're actually
- 11:21getting there.
- 11:22Speaker 2: We are getting there, and you're leading that movement, which
- 11:24I absolutely love, Like it's incredible that you're really pushing
- 11:27that out there. And I think it's so important that
- 11:29we do live in a time where we are allowing
- 11:32unique voices to come to the full. You know, maybe
- 11:35in nineteen seventy five and years after that people would
- 11:38have been closed to these things, but now people are
- 11:41seeing also the lack of certain research and certain studies
- 11:44and recognizing that there are alternatives. Tell me, when you
- 11:47started uncoming celary juice, what are the key issues that
- 11:50you're seeing cellar rejuice benefit? What are the key challenges
- 11:53that people are experiencing audible means?
- 11:55Speaker 1: I know there's a big list, big big lists, big
- 11:58list people dealing with crime, illness, When I call chronic
- 12:01illness symptoms that won't alleviate or come constantly or on
- 12:06and off intermittently, but they don't go away technically. What
- 12:10could that be? Chronic fatigue syndrome, and the chronic critigue syndrome,
- 12:13right lime disease, multiple scrosis, hashymodis, thyroiditis, lupus. These are
- 12:20just some things. Eczema and psoriasis, rosetia, different conditions people
- 12:25suffer from, and all this acme's sebo, all of these things.
- 12:29You could just keep on going on, things that people
- 12:32are plagued with, you know, And the fatigue is one
- 12:35of them. That's a big one. When moms can't get
- 12:37out and they can't get out of the house and
- 12:40run the house and run their careers and take care
- 12:42of their children because they can barely function because a
- 12:45severe brain fog, chronic fatigue syndrome and not have real answers,
- 12:50and the fibromyalgia and the rheumatoid arthritis and all these
- 12:54things people suffer with. These are the things celery juice
- 12:57starts to move the needle with. It's these these things.
- 13:00It's different when someone's exercising every day two hours a day,
- 13:03they feel good they're young, they're strong in the moment,
- 13:06they haven't gotten sick yet in their lives. They haven't
- 13:09been there, and they're trying cellary juices for a week
- 13:11and they're like, I'm not sure what I'm noticing. I
- 13:13think there might have been energy. I don't know. But
- 13:16then you take someone who's been to fifty doctors okay,
- 13:20been through hell and back struggled, suffered, been told they're
- 13:24crazy okay, or given three four different diagnoses, and then
- 13:28you take somebody like that and they've tried everything. They've
- 13:30been on every diet, They've been to every functional medicine doctor,
- 13:33they've been to every single conventional doctor, everybody they can
- 13:36under the sun, and then they try celery juice for
- 13:39two weeks, three weeks, for two months, for thirty days,
- 13:41for anything for five days, and they're like, oh my god,
- 13:45I'm getting relief for the first time. And I've tried everything.
- 13:47I have fifty supplements piled up in my house in
- 13:50my cupboards. I got all this food I buy every
- 13:53day from all these different diet plans, I talked to
- 13:55all these different doctors. I'm online looking for information, and
- 13:58celery juice is moving the needle and it's getting me better.
- 14:03And that's why it's here. There's something really important to
- 14:06understand here. Health trends are not propelled like this. This
- 14:11is propelled because people are actually healing. That's the difference
- 14:16is this is an organic movement. This is a trend
- 14:20or something more powerful above a trend. And people don't
- 14:25realize this yet. Nay truth naysayers are too late for
- 14:29the party. They can complain and cry and say, oh,
- 14:32there's no science behind it. Think well, what else? And
- 14:36there's so many things there's no Someone said recently, oh,
- 14:39forget cellary juice. You have to eat all the rainbow
- 14:41of the colors. Where's the science proving that if you
- 14:43eat every rainbow in the color that you're gonna be
- 14:45you're gonna fix your chronic illness. Where's that science. There's
- 14:48no science on that about someone actually healing a chronic
- 14:52illness moving forward because they're eating all the rainbows and
- 14:54the colors. Of course, you want all the colors and
- 14:56the foods, and you want all the different foods. I
- 14:58never said you'd you know that would be bad or
- 15:00good or not. I said that's great. But celery juice
- 15:04is a medicine that you can bring into everything you're doing,
- 15:07and it's really changing lives. It's incredible. I know. I
- 15:11keep on saying that it's only because it's only because
- 15:14it actually is working. Other health trends are propelled by
- 15:18other things. There's tremendous monetary behind it, like monetary involvement
- 15:23pushing that trend. So you take all that collagen, of course,
- 15:27so you take all of that whatever it is, So
- 15:29you take all that apple set of vinegar, so you
- 15:31take it all. There's money, which, hey, that's just how
- 15:34the world works. We know that, And there's money propelling that. Well,
- 15:37you're the only thing propelling celery juice. There's millions of
- 15:41people getting benefits and telling their story without being prompted
- 15:44or paid to do it. It's never happened in history before.
- 15:49And if you don't like that idea, I don't know
- 15:51what to tell you. If you don't like the idea
- 15:53of there's no science behind celery juice yet, you know
- 15:56what tell people Tell that to someone who's suffered and struggled,
- 16:01pushed through their day and they and they realize, See,
- 16:04when you get sick, you realize science and research doesn't
- 16:07have answers for chronic illness. Sure, there's life saving medicine
- 16:11out there. Sure, if you get into a car accident,
- 16:13there's life saving medicine. I know incredible er doctors, I
- 16:16know amazing surgeons actually that do procedures that save our
- 16:20lives in different all kinds of different problems we have.
- 16:23But let me tell you this right here, Jay, Okay,
- 16:26when you're sick and you're struggling, and you're suffering, and
- 16:29you've been to twenty doctors, okay, you realize fast science
- 16:33and research drop the ball somewhere where maybe people don't know,
- 16:37but they dropped it, and they dropped it hard because
- 16:40people have the people have been suffering and struggling. There's
- 16:43over two hundred and fifty million Americans in the US
- 16:45that have a symptom that won't go away, getting worse.
- 16:49And that's where we're heading. We're heading into the land
- 16:51of the loss, getting worse with chronic illness. And so
- 16:54you've quickly learn, especially young, you're twenty years old, twenty
- 16:58two years old, you get sick, you're twenty five years old,
- 17:00you get sick. You quickly learn right there, science and
- 17:03research isn't what everybody was saying it is. When it
- 17:05comes down to wait, I got lime disease. What do
- 17:07you mean is it getting better? It's not. I'm trying this,
- 17:10I'm trying antibiotics. Wait now I have multiple scrosses or
- 17:13what is this symptom? Anxiety? It's crippling depression. And you
- 17:16realize science of research doesn't know anything about these things,
- 17:19So then where are we? Then someone said to me Jay,
- 17:22they said, there's no science of research to your information.
- 17:24There's no science of research to clary juice. And I'm like, oh,
- 17:28I didn't know science and research fixed every chronic ile person.
- 17:31I didn't know we have nobody suffering. I didn't know
- 17:33no one was sick and going to fifty doctors. And
- 17:36that's the world today. Celery juice is this barrier breaker.
- 17:40It's like, okay, get ready because this is one of
- 17:44the most powerful tools that's going to move you forward. Yeah.
- 17:47Speaker 2: I love that, and I agree with you, like I
- 17:49think everything you've just stated there. I agree with the
- 17:51fact that science and research is measuring that which has happened. Right,
- 17:55It's really we call it breakthrough science, but it's not
- 17:58breakthrough because it has to watching for a significant amount
- 18:01of time were years, you know what I mean. Likes
- 18:04these ideas or these unique things that come out, they
- 18:06get tested over time. Yeah, it's never that you've gotte
- 18:09test something in two seconds and to talk about it.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Yeah, And science and research is amazing. We need it.
- 18:13I'm all for it. In fact, some incredible things do
- 18:16happen from it, but they're usually theories that have to
- 18:19be proven somehow correct, right, and then you have the
- 18:23investors behind it to prove it. And then in the
- 18:26end you don't know what you have because it changes
- 18:28ten years later where all of a sudden, wait, we
- 18:30were wrong. Now we have a whole bunch of things.
- 18:33We're saying now this, it's this way, And so many
- 18:36times it's really difficult for people. You know, it's incredible.
- 18:38I mean, at the same level, I've seen people say,
- 18:42why drink celery juice? You're better off just putting a
- 18:45little bit of sea salt or a little bit of
- 18:47Himalayan rock salt right in your water and it'll do
- 18:49better because because research in science doesn't know anything about
- 18:53celery juice, research and science doesn't know anything about putting
- 18:56Himalayan sea salt in your water. And then that's in
- 19:00the same breath, they'll say something research and science hasn't
- 19:03even studied yet either, and they'll say, well, make sure
- 19:05you do this. Put salt in your water. It's going
- 19:07to help you so much better than celery juice. Because
- 19:09there's no signs behind celary juice. It's almost like, do
- 19:12you know what you just said is incredible? So I
- 19:15didn't know there's so much well, you know, you know
- 19:18what it is is that.
- 19:19Speaker 2: You got a lot of time on their head. You're
- 19:22hating on cellary juice. It doesn't sound like the worst.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Thing when you have something this powerful and moving forward
- 19:27to this degree and this fast. You got all the
- 19:30stores selling out. It's their celery. It's all it's all going.
- 19:33You got farms scrambling to actually grow it as fast
- 19:37as they can then and get land up and grow
- 19:40it and grow it. You know, farms don't make any money.
- 19:42I mean, they're all subsidized, most of them. You know
- 19:44how they struggle as it is. When you see all that,
- 19:47people start getting they start getting nervous. And then when
- 19:50celary juice is helping millions of people really fast, I
- 19:53think it's a threat in many ways to so many industries.
- 19:57So yeah, no, there's love for celery use tons of
- 20:01love out there. But also you got the people saying, hey,
- 20:03wait a minute, leave your fiber and pulp in there. Now,
- 20:07leave your fiber and pulp in all the other vegetables
- 20:09and stuff. Use it. But this extracted like a medicine, right.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Tell me about some of the stories that you've seen
- 20:15in your life of people transformations, whether it was from
- 20:19an just tell me a couple of one or two
- 20:20stories or examples where you've really seen people who transformed
- 20:25through celar juice.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Debilitating exema, debilitating psoriasis, where people suffer, they can't get
- 20:33they can't wear clothes, they can't leave the house because
- 20:37they can't put clothing on their skin. And they're just
- 20:40doing the steroids. They've tried the steroids, they tried different things.
- 20:43They've seen so many doctors. They suffer their skins cracking
- 20:46and bleeding everywhere, and celery juice brought into their their
- 20:52lives and used correctly like I talk about in the
- 20:54Celery Juice book, and it gets them to clear it up.
- 20:59They start to see benefits. I mean, miraculous cases reversed.
- 21:03It's incredible. I'm not just talking about it got a
- 21:06little bit better. I know many cases, many of them
- 21:10over the years and now today where they get rid
- 21:13of that debilitating accima where they were crying. They cried,
- 21:17they had to be on painkillers, they couldn't even move
- 21:19their arms and legs, and they got through it. On
- 21:23the other side of it, also debilitating chronic fatigues and
- 21:27from fibromyalgia. Multiple scrossis getting people forward with that, people
- 21:31with lime disease, celery juices all of a sudden, the
- 21:34very thing that's now changing everything with their diagnosis that
- 21:37they've got or no diagnosis, where doctors are confused and
- 21:41they're just sick, and they're home and they got high
- 21:44anxiety and depression. I've seen the celery juice do something
- 21:47for these people, but for decades. I've seen it before
- 21:51it exploded, before the publication of the Medical Medium series
- 21:55books in twenty fifteen, it was already building. It was
- 21:59a It's storm. I think it's snuck up on everybody.
- 22:03It's snuck up on the world. I think this health
- 22:05trend or whatever we want to call it now has
- 22:08snuck up in a way and became a title wave.
- 22:11Just last year it finally became this big title wave.
- 22:14And I always say to people, you know what, if
- 22:17you learn about it now and you know it's it's important.
- 22:20Speaker 2: So yeah, And I also think that it's a tidal
- 22:23wave for those who are really looking. And then there
- 22:26is a lot of us who are interested, but we
- 22:29don't find out until someone brings it to the front
- 22:32of our minds, the front of eyes, you know what
- 22:33I mean. It's like until someone really breaks it down
- 22:36for you like you have in this book, Like until
- 22:38someone really explains to you the process of why it works,
- 22:41how to take it like you've done in this book.
- 22:42Like I feel like even then, if that doesn't happen,
- 22:46a lot of these trends just go over our heads,
- 22:48absolutely right, And for most people because these trends feel
- 22:50like it's still too hard or it's like a short
- 22:53term thing like oh, I'm gonna watch some I watch
- 22:55the video and I'm gonna try it for a week,
- 22:57but I don't have a process. Yeah, tell us about
- 22:59the process that you outline of this book and how
- 23:01you've made it so simple.
- 23:01Speaker 1: You know, there's over one hundred questions always asked, how
- 23:05do I drink celar juice? What do I do do
- 23:07I do. I put my blender with my other food.
- 23:09It's all that. It has to be by itself. It
- 23:12has to be by itself in a certain amount. Sixteen
- 23:15ounces is where you want to be to start with.
- 23:18It's sixteen ounces of it juiced fresh, very fresh, very important,
- 23:23so you could justice it home fresh. Okay, you can
- 23:26go to a juice place. I do recommend don't do
- 23:29the HPP thing, which is high pressure pastorization. I mean,
- 23:33there's nothing wrong with HPP. I mean you can do
- 23:36other juices that are HPP. You go into health food
- 23:38stores grocery stores. You see all those drinks. They look
- 23:41like they're really fresh, they look like they were just
- 23:43done yesterday, but they got a data on them for
- 23:45a couple of weeks because it's high pressure pasteurization. Now
- 23:49I noticed that that's happening with celary juice. Don't get
- 23:51confused by that. Don't pick that one, because if you
- 23:54pick that one, it's going to be hindered, it's going
- 23:56to lose its, it's healing benefits, it's potent. See exactly
- 24:01you want it juice fresh. Go to your juice bars,
- 24:03go to health food stores that will juice it right
- 24:05in front of you. Make sure it's done right there,
- 24:07do it at home, and that's where the magic happens.
- 24:10So there is gonna be there. There is a confusion
- 24:12developing where you know, you get the bottled celery juice
- 24:15now sitting on there, and people are like, well, that
- 24:16must be as good as everything else. And if they're
- 24:18not experiencing the benefits they need from drinking it, then
- 24:21they get they get thwarted by it, they get pushed
- 24:24off by it. So yeah, that's just one example. I
- 24:27answer lots of questions. Can you do while you're pregnant, Yeah,
- 24:29you can do celery juice? Can you do it while
- 24:31you're breastfeeding? Yes, So there's just so many questions. These
- 24:35are just a few.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and ask we consume straight often it can't be that's.
- 24:38Speaker 1: What you want to You can wait a little bit,
- 24:40you can wait hours later, you can even wait a
- 24:43day later having the fridge, having the fridge, but and
- 24:46that will still be better than say something like in
- 24:48the store at high pressure pass ratio, you know, on
- 24:50there with a shell with a long shelf.
- 24:52Speaker 2: But ideally straight away, Yeah, ideally that's going to have
- 24:55the most pot.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Yeah, And I talk about what's in it that hasn't
- 24:58been discovered yet. And if someone says, well, how would
- 25:01he know? This voice he hears, how would I know
- 25:04epstein bar was the cause of thyroid problems? And I
- 25:08was the guy long before talking about it everywhere, talking
- 25:11about it to doctors, talking about it, than publishing and
- 25:13everything else. And now they're saying, hey, science and research
- 25:17just found there's a link to epstein bar to thyroid disease,
- 25:21thyroid disorders. Same thing with the celery juice. Yes, I
- 25:26hear the information. I know what's in it. There's something
- 25:29called sodium cluster salts. That's the anti virals, that's the
- 25:34post that's the phytochemical compound. It's this sodium cluster salt.
- 25:39Somebody might say, well, what is that. It's a subgroup
- 25:41of sodium undiscovered by research and science. You think that
- 25:45we only have one type of sodium that's it on
- 25:47the planet, and that's it. No, there's more than that.
- 25:50It's a subgroup. It's a different thing going on in celery.
- 25:53It's not in anything else. They're gonna find it down
- 25:55the road. They probably won't call it sodium cluster salts.
- 25:58It's not going to give you that credit probably not
- 26:00going to pat me on the back and be like, yeah,
- 26:02you're They're gonna name it something else, obviously, but that's
- 26:05what it is. It kills bugs. Here's the deal. I'll
- 26:08just simplify it. People are sick because they got bugs.
- 26:13Speaker 2: That's it.
- 26:14Speaker 1: You're hashmotis, thyroiditis, you'r rheumatoid arthritis. Bugs. Cause this it's
- 26:20not your body attacking itself. It's bugs. It's pathogens, it's viruses,
- 26:24it's bacteria. So when people have their fibro, there's a
- 26:28bug involved. That's what this is. Chronic fatigue syndrome. There's
- 26:31a bug. So what's going on is we're filled with bugs.
- 26:35I know that's kind of annoying. We got viruses like
- 26:37epstein bar, we got the simplexes in us wreaking havoc,
- 26:40we got the HHV sixes. We have shingles viruses, we
- 26:43have bacteria, and people have these bugs in them, We
- 26:47live with them. They create inflammation. Meanwhile, the food wars
- 26:52that are going on, the vegans against the paleos and
- 26:54the kto and everything else, and everybody's fighting each other,
- 26:56but nobody realizes you guys are all dealing with epstein
- 27:00bars dealing with strepococcus, you're dealing with strap and different viruses.
- 27:05And the reason why celery juice is working is because
- 27:07the sodium cluster salts and celery juice is annihilating a
- 27:10lot of bugs in people. It's breaking it down, it's
- 27:13killing them, it's cleaning up their livers. It's getting the
- 27:15bugs out of the livers. And that's why their inflammation
- 27:17is actually getting better and better.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Wow, amazing, And I was looking at something you were
- 27:22saying about how it's it's also stopping the vicious cycle
- 27:24of addiction. Yeah, yeah, which is incredible. How does that work? Well, yeah,
- 27:28that seems like a totally different challenge in my head,
- 27:31at least like from an uninformed point of view. So
- 27:33how is celary juice even helping people with addiction?
- 27:35Speaker 1: Well, you know, when it revives your liver, it starts
- 27:37to restore your liver can actually hold more what's called
- 27:40glycogen glucose, because that's what it needs to do. It
- 27:44needs to store glucose and glycogen the very thing that
- 27:48we it's the very thing that runs our blood sugar
- 27:51throughout our body. And wonder, blood sugar's unstable and it's imbalance.
- 27:55We tend to fall prey to addiction really easy. Plus
- 27:59a lesslytes. We all lack electrolytes. So when you eat
- 28:03a food of any kind of you drink water, you
- 28:05get some electrolytes naturally occurring. Any kind of food you eat,
- 28:08there's a natural occurring electrolyte going on there, right. Well,
- 28:13those are pieces you're collecting all day long. What did
- 28:15you have for breakfast? There's some electrolytes in it. What
- 28:18did you have for lunch? There's a few more electrolytes
- 28:20in it, and then dinner a few more. Or during
- 28:22the day. There's electrolytes in things we're consuming, but we're
- 28:26never getting enough at once. We're never getting the whole
- 28:30electro light, the whole electrolyte family at once, right on
- 28:34the neurons, right with the neurotransmitter chemicals using them right
- 28:38all of this happening. Celery juice is like a complete electrolyte,
- 28:42still undiscovered by research and science. The course, research knows
- 28:45that there's antioxidants in celery juice. Of course they know
- 28:48there's vitamin A and K in there. It's funny, and
- 28:51I've heard somebody say, maybe people are getting better because
- 28:53the vitamin A and K. And I'm like, what about
- 28:56the vitamin A and K that's in every other fruit
- 28:58and vegetable. What about all of that plus all the supplements. People,
- 29:01You're still not moving forward. Why is this doing it?
- 29:04Does it have a different vitamin A and K? What
- 29:07it does have? Those has a full complete electrolyte. It
- 29:11goes to the brain fast and easy, clings onto the neurons,
- 29:14revives tired, dehydrated neurotransmitter chemicals, starts to actually bring those back,
- 29:20so your electrical impulses fire fast, so you could be
- 29:23quick talking, so you can actually hear, you can actually
- 29:25think what you're saying. It all comes to the brain.
- 29:27Fog goes away, everything starts glaring up, and those when
- 29:30those electrolyts hit those neurons and spark that fire, and
- 29:34those electrical impulses are cruising through those neurons, and that
- 29:39is precious. That is like gold right there. And that's
- 29:42another reason why addiction could stop. So you want to
- 29:45bring it back to addiction. When those electrolights are hitting
- 29:47all those neurons, your electrical impulses are firing and running
- 29:50through those neurons, and all that's happening, and you're starting
- 29:54to think clear, and your brain FOG's back and down,
- 29:56you don't fall prey to addiction. Right there, that alone,
- 30:00there's the blood sugar starts to balance out. Because your
- 30:02liver is healing and getting better, your glucose reserves in
- 30:05your in, your in, your liver are storing back up.
- 30:08So it can control part of the blood sugar problem
- 30:10that we deal with, because it's not just the pancreas.
- 30:13And when all that's happening, you get stronger, Your mind
- 30:16gets stronger, your control gets stronger, you get you know what,
- 30:20you take control over your life. And that's what celery juice.
- 30:23If you want one simple thing from me right there,
- 30:26you know what, use celar rejuice to help take control
- 30:29over your life. Absolutely because it can. It can be
- 30:31one of those tools. I'm not saying it fixes everything
- 30:34in anything in one shot. I'm not saying this is
- 30:38literally the miracle that will fix it all. No, because
- 30:42everybody else is doing good things. This is that thing
- 30:45that pushes it over the edge absolute to where you
- 30:48need to go.
- 30:49Speaker 2: And that's what I mean. Your energy and your your
- 30:51love for celar rejuice is infectious and contigious. I don't
- 30:54know anyone in this room right now who is not
- 30:56dedicated and he's testing it, which is also But tell
- 31:00me about some of the lifestyle and diet habits that
- 31:04can cause a conflict or negate the amazing benefits of
- 31:08celary juice. What is it that we're doing in our
- 31:10lifestyle or our diet that could slow down or go
- 31:14against the benefits of celary?
- 31:15Speaker 1: All right, I'll tell you right now. Look, I know
- 31:17this is going to get everybody upset, okay in the audience,
- 31:20but probably not everybody, but most everybody. If you if
- 31:24there's something to take out of your diet wherever you stand,
- 31:28whatever e lier on, whatever diet belief system you are,
- 31:32that you're that you're involved with, subscribe to whatever it
- 31:34is you take. You need to take eggs out, So
- 31:37chicken eggs have to come out of your diet. Now.
- 31:40I hate to be the breaker of this news or
- 31:42the person that has to break this news to everybody,
- 31:45But what I want to tell you is the most
- 31:47important part that the most important part of this podcast
- 31:50probably for anybody to take in, is we live with
- 31:53these bugs inside of us that create all of our illnesses.
- 31:57Whether it's not happening now, say we're younger, but it'll
- 31:59happen in later when we're turning forty. It'll happen later
- 32:02when we're forty five. You don't have whatever it is.
- 32:05We have these bugs in us, like the viruses and
- 32:07the bacteria, the pathogens that are in us. Eggs feed
- 32:11the pathogens. Bottom line, No matter what you believe in
- 32:15out there, whatever diet system, whatever you believe in protein
- 32:18and macros, whatever you're talking about in your life that
- 32:20you believe in, whether you're trainers, whether you're nutrition is,
- 32:23whether your doctors, whatever it is, just know that when
- 32:26you eat the eggs, it feeds the pathogens. And I
- 32:29hate to break it to everybody, but pathogens come from sources.
- 32:32They come from places, They come from petrie dishes, they
- 32:34come from labs a long time ago, and you know
- 32:37how they were raised. They were raised by being fed food.
- 32:40One of the foods that fed them was chicken eggs.
- 32:43We eat the eggs, we feed our viruses, and we
- 32:46get sicker slowly over time. Celery juice is going to
- 32:49get better. It's killing pathogens. But if you keep on
- 32:52feeding your pathogens, then it's kind of working against you right,
- 32:56So that's a powerful tool.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Right Now's crazy? Yeah, I mean I have any eggs
- 32:59of sixteen years, but I had no idea that I've
- 33:02never heard anyone raise that about eggs before.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Yeah, well, it's information you're not gonna hear anywhere else.
- 33:07And that's why people heal with medical medium information is
- 33:11because it's finally new information, information that is different that
- 33:16no one even knew or thought about or understood. And
- 33:19that's one of them right there. Same thing with the gluten,
- 33:22the gluten, the gluten. Everybody thought gluten was just inflammatory.
- 33:26Nobody knew gluten actually is inflammatory because it feeds the
- 33:30bugs too. I brought that to town. But anybody likes
- 33:34it or not. I brought that and they may say, hey,
- 33:36well he hears a voice, so I don't want that information.
- 33:39But no, guess what, they'll find that out pretty soon.
- 33:42I think even more people are talking about it. I
- 33:44think doctors are talking about it now because I've been
- 33:46putting it out there for so many years. The reason
- 33:49why people get sick on gluten and then someone else
- 33:51doesn't get sick on gluten because he realized you can
- 33:54be nine years old eat gluten. You're all your whole life.
- 33:57You could be like fifty years old, you've eaten it
- 33:59your whole life, never had a problem with gluten, and
- 34:02then someone can't even eat it at sixteen, eighteen twenty
- 34:05five and they have to take it out because they
- 34:08have certain pathogens inside their body. They're feeding off a
- 34:10gluten itself and then creating inflammation. It's not the gluten
- 34:13creating it. So that's why that should be out too.
- 34:16You know you should get that out too. But there's
- 34:18a reason you should get gluten. Now. It's not like, oh, well,
- 34:21he's just saying no gluten because everybody says that. No,
- 34:23there's a reason. I know that reason. Learn about it.
- 34:27Speaker 2: It'll help you absolutely amazing. And are there any other
- 34:30lifestyle habits that could work against this?
- 34:33Speaker 1: It could work.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Against it people, absolutely what I mean, it's absolutely I'm
- 34:37not seeing the benefits. Absolutely it could you could be
- 34:39Tony doing something else.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Incredible, incredible, No, amazing question, Thank you for asking. So
- 34:44here's what you got to be concerned about when you're
- 34:46using celery juice. To not bombard your celery juice with
- 34:51food too close to it. If you're drinking your celery
- 34:54juice and it's not in an empty stomach. You're not
- 34:56getting the benefits that it has to be on an
- 34:59empty stomach. Sixteen ounces on an empty stomach is critical.
- 35:02That's where morning is best. If you got to do
- 35:04the afternoon fine and try to keep food away from it.
- 35:07So if you any lifestyle of eating, whatever you have adopted,
- 35:10with any kind of food lifestyle whatsoever, you just need
- 35:13that celery juice on an empty stomach away from those
- 35:16other foods. That right there is critical.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Morning or evening makes a difference.
- 35:19Speaker 1: So the morning's always best. Morning is that empty stomach.
- 35:22In the morning, that hydrochloric acid gets built up everything,
- 35:25you know, And that's another part I want to talk
- 35:27about that digestion. How the HCl builds up when you're
- 35:30drinking celary juice, why it builds up, how the stomach
- 35:33lands receive the celery juice, and how they actually recharge
- 35:39and give you hot, strong HCl hydrochloric acid, and then
- 35:42you break down your food and your food doesn't rotten
- 35:45inside of you and you actually get strong where your
- 35:47digestion and you're bloating goes down. That's another thing too,
- 35:50that's really powerful.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Wow, that's that's super puffle. I had no idea. So
- 35:54with the with the heavy in the morning, how long
- 35:57off did you eat breakfast?
- 35:59Speaker 1: Okay, you know, try to get twenty minutes. Twenty minutes
- 36:02after the celary juice is great, Okay, half an hour
- 36:05probably even better, you know, somewhere around twenty minutes to
- 36:07a half an hour. I like a half an hour
- 36:09really being solid like that. But if someone needs fuel
- 36:12and they're doing something or they're running out of the
- 36:14house or whatever, I totally understand it. But try to
- 36:17do empty stomach. Try not to do coffee with it.
- 36:19Try not to put anything in that celery juice. If
- 36:22you throw apple set of vinegar in it, you just
- 36:23killed it. Just killed it, you know, if you throw
- 36:26some belts in it. I saw somebody out there saying
- 36:28I'm gonna put my collagen powder in here. I'm like,
- 36:30you just destroyed your celery juice. You're not gonna see
- 36:32the benefits, so you can't. Yeah, you have to keep
- 36:35it clean.
- 36:35Speaker 2: And not multiple times per day, just once a day.
- 36:38Speaker 1: No, you do the celary juice once a day, but
- 36:40I like a lot of people that have chronic illness
- 36:41do it twice a day. Okay, thirty two ounces do
- 36:44do you know at the beginning sixteen ounces? Do sixteen
- 36:46ounces at the end of the day. Absolutely, and try
- 36:49not to have it with food. That's the goal. But
- 36:52the truth is, you get the celery juice in you
- 36:55any way you possibly can, You're gonna get some benefits,
- 36:58but these are maximizing it. This is why the book's critical.
- 37:01The book gives you all the information to how to
- 37:04really do this right. And if you think there isn't
- 37:06a lot of information to it, wait till you read
- 37:08the book, and then your mind is blown and you're
- 37:11just like, oh my god, I can't believe what can
- 37:13be done with celary juice, including like oral therapies and
- 37:16stuff for problems that people have, like they have, you know,
- 37:19ulcers and all this stuff in their mouth. And this
- 37:22book has actually explained so much. And here's the most
- 37:25important part I love about this book is that there's
- 37:28almost two hundred symptoms and conditions I talk about inside
- 37:32this book and what celary juice can do for it
- 37:34and why it's working. So if you have something you're
- 37:37suffering with, I talk about how the cellary juice is
- 37:40helping you.
- 37:40Speaker 2: And I love one of the things I do love
- 37:42about the book seeing is I don't think there's ever
- 37:44been an audio file that has the word celary mentioned
- 37:47more than this is right now, which is awesome, which
- 37:49I love. But what I love about the book is
- 37:51you also have a whole chapter dedicated to if people
- 37:54can't access celary and alternatives that they can take, Yeah,
- 37:58which I thought was really refreshing. Oh wow, this is
- 38:00you know, it's a book about center juice to be like, hey,
- 38:02if you can't get it, I mean, and I don't
- 38:04know why people can't get it, but maybe you can
- 38:06tell me that. But if there are all places people
- 38:07can't access it, you suggest some alternatives, Yeah, shared those
- 38:10with that. Yeah.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Absolutely, there's no way to get celery juice. You cannot.
- 38:14You can't get it. It's not even possible or just
- 38:16it's just not around and there's nothing you can do.
- 38:19You know, there's other things you can do. I like
- 38:21the cucumber juice. It won't do what celery juice does.
- 38:24I don't want anybody confused, but it does some different things.
- 38:27It hydrates the body in a different way than anything
- 38:29else could out there. You know, it does hydrate the body.
- 38:32It does it does things that are really good for us.
- 38:34It's very cleansing, very purifying. It won't it won't do
- 38:38what celery juice does, but it could be something you
- 38:40do for a week before you can find the cellary
- 38:42juice again. So you know, juicing cucumbers is actually helpful.
- 38:46And someone someone said to me recently, said, okay, so
- 38:49let's just start juicing different things. And that's going to no, no, no, no,
- 38:52This cucumber juice isn't going to do it. It just isn't.
- 38:55But it's it's one of those backups to get you
- 38:57by for a little bit, like a week or a
- 38:59few days. And and but that's about it. I mean, honestly,
- 39:03it's it's going to have to be the celery juice
- 39:05or it's really in the end, no, go for what
- 39:07you're really, what you're really.
- 39:09Speaker 2: And I know you cover in here, but I wanted
- 39:11to raise this because I know so much, not just
- 39:13the Myodians, but just so many people in the world today.
- 39:15We're reading studies about it all the time. Mental health, depression, anxiety, stress,
- 39:19What celery juice doing on a deeper level for stress,
- 39:23anxiety and depression.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Well, it's the ultimate adrenal you know, stabilizer. That's the
- 39:28that's the other thing with the celery juice. I mean,
- 39:31it's so helpful. You got you got the electrolytes, got
- 39:33the sodium cluster salts, you got the heavy electrolytes in there,
- 39:36and and adridals need that. That's so important. The other
- 39:39thing is brain. That that's the other thing. When you're
- 39:42dealing with electrolytes and neurotransmitter chemicals, electrical impulses, and that's
- 39:47in neurons, you're talking about destressing. Because here's the deal.
- 39:52We our brains get dirty toxins in them, heavy metals, mercury, aluminum, cadmium, lead, nickel, copper,
- 40:02They get into our brain. You know. Someone said to me,
- 40:04they were like, hey, I don't have any metal in
- 40:07my head. What are you talking about? It said, you
- 40:08ever have a fluorid treatment? Did you ever have a flourage?
- 40:11I had tons of those all through my life. I go,
- 40:15that's a byproduct of aluminum, right there. Byproduct of aluminum
- 40:18means it's still aluminum. It is part aluminum in a
- 40:22different form. It goes to the brain directly. So when
- 40:26you have that fluoride treatment, you're getting aluminum in there,
- 40:29it's in there. Has it left, No, there's nothing you're
- 40:32doing in your life to remove it. We also get
- 40:35mercury in the brain really easy. We come into this
- 40:37world with mercury innus from our forefathers and foremothers. Well,
- 40:41that's the whole thing. Our ancestors give us. Mercury. It's
- 40:44passed down. It doesn't just it doesn't leave. It gets
- 40:48constantly passed down generation to generation to generation, and it
- 40:52sits in us, and it sits in our brain, sits
- 40:54in other places, and it even can trigger off higher
- 40:56anxiety and people it can trigger off depression. Having that
- 40:59mercury having no other metals inside of us, and we
- 41:01collect them here. They're in our water, they're in other sources.
- 41:05We just get it in us. Celery juice helps loosen
- 41:08up those metals, stops them from oxidizing so they don't
- 41:12rust in our brain, so they don't break down our
- 41:15brain tissue or glial cells and other parts of our brain.
- 41:18It's critical, it's just such a critical part of anxiety
- 41:21and depression. Celary juice does help with it.
- 41:23Speaker 2: And I love that because we're talking about this simple
- 41:26antidote in one sense, yeah, which is actually impact mental
- 41:30and physical health. Yeah, which is actually quite rare, as
- 41:33usually we look at them as separate. Us say, I
- 41:35do this for my body, and we do this for
- 41:36my mind. But here you've got one thing that's actually
- 41:39helping both. Yeah.
- 41:40Speaker 1: I've run across so many people and have seen it
- 41:42throughout the years, and you see it on the internet. Now,
- 41:44my depression is alleviating, you know, my anxiety is getting better.
- 41:48Things are getting better. It's just from doing the cellary juice.
- 41:50Crippling anxiety is so debilitating. People can't leave their houses.
- 41:55I've seen people suffer so greatly over the years. You know,
- 41:58and when you don't have anxiety, you may not realize
- 42:01what they're going through. You may not know what they're
- 42:03going through when you don't have anxiety, because it's hard
- 42:06to get into that person's shoes when you don't have
- 42:08it yourself. It doesn't really make sense. What do you
- 42:12mean you have anxiety? What do you mean you can't function? Like?
- 42:15What do you mean you can't get out of the
- 42:16house and get in the car. And you got to
- 42:18take anxiety medications Because here's the deal. When you haven't
- 42:22ment to a lot of doctors and you haven't struggled
- 42:24with your health, It's hard to get in touch with
- 42:27the ones that are struggling. It's an entirely different crew.
- 42:30You know, when I get interviewed a lot, when media
- 42:32interviews me and I tell them chronic illness people are suffering,
- 42:36they're struggling, they never put that in there ever. That's
- 42:38why I have tremendous respect for your podcast, for what
- 42:41we're doing right here, because I'm able to talk about
- 42:44the ones that I fight for every single.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Day, because that's what I do. That's what I do.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I fight for the people who are chronic le ial
- 42:50and they don't get heard. That's the thing. I've been
- 42:52a messenger for them. I've been a voice for them
- 42:55all these years, to the people that are smart enough
- 42:57to know science of research hasn't had the end for them,
- 43:00and doctors know that they haven't had the answers that
- 43:03they needed to move forward, and they suffered it struggled.
- 43:06Anxiety is one of those pieces of it. It's crippling.
- 43:09It can really stop someone from enjoying their life, not
- 43:12enjoying working, you know, functioning, taking care of things, going
- 43:16to school. And you know, I've seen people, hey, my
- 43:19anxiety is starting to alleviate a little bit more, and
- 43:21it's worth everything. It is worth even if you knock
- 43:24down that anxiety down fIF fifty percent twenty five percent.
- 43:28The difference is someone being able to stay out all day,
- 43:31or work a day in their career, or start writing
- 43:34or do something with their life. Think about how empowering
- 43:37that is. And Celary juice when that does that for
- 43:40somebody with anxiety, and you see that happen, You're like,
- 43:43oh my god, I'm going to fight for this. I'm
- 43:44going to fight for the cellary juice. I don't care
- 43:46what it takes. I'm going to put myself on the
- 43:48firing line. Let's get this stuff out there more and
- 43:50more for people.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Absolutely, And I love what you said that it's really
- 43:54been this organic, emerging thing, like it's happened organically. It
- 43:57hasn't been funded, it hasn't had any money put into it,
- 44:01not an investment. It's been organic. It's the first of
- 44:03its seeking people, which is amazing. But you've had organically
- 44:06a lot of celebrities and influences reach out to you. Yeah,
- 44:08who've become fans of your work and supportives of you.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Yeah. And you know, I was. I was asked recently
- 44:13too about this, and they said, well, what are they
- 44:15being paid to do it? So there's not one celebrity
- 44:18about anything. Oh no, no, I don't I know. But
- 44:20it's it's a really good point because people think it.
- 44:23They're like, what are they getting out of this? What
- 44:24do you mean? What are they getting at? Let me
- 44:27tell you something about celebrities that I know anyway, Okay,
- 44:29I'm gonna be straight out, Okay, they actually care about
- 44:33people suffering. They actually have tremendous compassion. They actually care
- 44:37about their fans, their followers, They care about people on
- 44:40the planet, and they really really do. It matters them
- 44:44their drinking cellar juice. It makes them feel better and
- 44:47it gets them healthier, right, so they could be a
- 44:49more powerful voice in what they're doing changing the world.
- 44:52But it's it's even more than that. The celebrities I know,
- 44:56James Vanderbeek and you know, and and Jenna Dewan and
- 44:59so many others you know, and Sly Sloan and so
- 45:01many others, they care about people. They want people to
- 45:04feel better. It matters to them, and too absolutely they've
- 45:09been through a lot in their own lives all and
- 45:11so when they see people you know, that are struggling,
- 45:14that are getting better because they know they're spreading that
- 45:17that that information about Celary Juice, it matters. It matters
- 45:20to their souls. You know, it matters to everybody to
- 45:22know that people are getting better. Celebrities have tremendous compassion,
- 45:25the ones I know, unbelievable people, and and it's just
- 45:28great that they're doing. You A Farrell, you know, he's
- 45:31he's he's out that he cares about people, cares about humankind.
- 45:36And this this right here is it's not measurable. This
- 45:39is it's unmeasurable. It's just it's that powerful, it's that incredible.
- 45:42Speaker 2: I love it, man. This podcast has been such an
- 45:44education for me, and I hope that everyone listening and watching.
- 45:47I've been able to ask some of those questions that
- 45:49you will be thinking about too, because I'm coming at
- 45:51a point of just learning, being a student and someone
- 45:54who wants to experiment with this. So all of my
- 45:56questions have been from my own desire to be an
- 45:59experimental with this. I'm excited to see its impact on
- 46:02my life, and I'm hoping everyone listening and watching today
- 46:04has got some of the information to get you going.
- 46:06But I really really hope that you're going to go
- 46:07and get the book because the book's going to break
- 46:09it down for you. The book's going to stop you
- 46:11from doing a one week test, which is a fad
- 46:14to actually making it sustainable. And one of the biggest
- 46:17reasons I see the difference between us having a habit
- 46:20that we do for one week versus sustainable is when
- 46:22we're deeply convinced of the reasons. When you've sat here
- 46:25and you've read this book, and after you've read this book,
- 46:27if you haven't got every reason you need to go
- 46:30and drink Selary juice for the rest of your life,
- 46:32then that will be harder to give up. Whereas if
- 46:34you just think, oh, yeah, I'm going to try this,
- 46:36this is cool. Set Induce cal podcast. I loved it,
- 46:38and you're gon try. You're gonna try for a week
- 46:39and you're going to stop. So take my recommendation. Go
- 46:41get the book, get the deeper reasons and insights on
- 46:45how to take it, why to take it, and what
- 46:47to do with your life around it to support it,
- 46:50and that will start making the biggest differences I feel.
- 46:53So we're going to end this episode with the final five.
- 46:56These are final five questions. Usually answers are reader one word,
- 47:00one sentence maximum. So this is gonna be a big
- 47:03challenge for Anthony because he's so what I love about
- 47:06You just have so much to say, but it's all real,
- 47:09like it's it's all in depth, like it's real. Your
- 47:12insights are awesome. So I'm going to try and get
- 47:15you to one word or one We're going to see
- 47:17how it goes. So question number one is what's the
- 47:19biggest health myth you've ever heard?
- 47:22Speaker 1: There's so many of them.
- 47:23Speaker 2: Tell us your favorite one, all right?
- 47:27Speaker 1: Metabolism.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Okay, God, I'm gonna let you tell me. You've got
- 47:33someone to do.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Yes, metabolism just means that we're alive. The discovery of
- 47:37metabolism just means that we're alive, we're living, we have
- 47:40blood throwing flowing through us. Okay, and that no one
- 47:44really knew that. Really, metabolism was just the discovery of hey,
- 47:48you're you're eating your burning fuel. You're a living organism,
- 47:53you're a living being. Right, But it's not why people
- 47:57gain weight slow metabolism and that it's one of the
- 48:00greatest myths out there. They're gaining weight from livers that
- 48:04are stagnant and sluggish. Everybody's livers are bombarded, they're toxic.
- 48:09That's why I came out with Liver Rescue the book,
- 48:12because their livers are challenged and they're filled with toxins,
- 48:16and that's what puts the weight on. That's what makes
- 48:19things get The lymphatic system gets swollen with water, the
- 48:22weight comes on the belly fat. It's from a liver
- 48:26of weak liver, sick liver, stagnant, sluggish liver. It's not
- 48:29from metabolism. Still to this day, I'm sure everybody in
- 48:32the audience right now, my god, who's been totally just
- 48:34fed met metabolism, metabolism for the last thirty forty fifty,
- 48:37whatever it is, they're just gonna be all upset. But
- 48:39I'm just trying to drop the truth on you on
- 48:41that one. It's a liver. You take care of your liver,
- 48:43and that you take care of that, and then everything
- 48:46starts getting better with weight and what we think is
- 48:49metabolism problems.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Amazing. Yeah, you're getting to the root. I like you. Okay,
- 48:52question number two, if you could give everyone in the
- 48:55road I had it to do for thirty days apart
- 48:57from drinking. Cellary said every day, what would it be.
- 49:00Speaker 1: The heavy metal detox movie. I offer, Get the metals out,
- 49:04get them out of the body. That's the key. I mean, Okay,
- 49:08there's so many different habits you can do. I get it.
- 49:10There's so many for your consciousness, so much for your
- 49:13just mental so much different physical ones you can do.
- 49:16But getting metals out that's the habit right there. Get
- 49:20some cilantro in, you you know, get some get some
- 49:22spir leen in, you know, the right ones, the ones
- 49:25I care about, because those are the ones that actually work,
- 49:28you know, get some things in. You pull the metals out.
- 49:31I talk about it, the heavy metal detox moothie. That's
- 49:34the one right there. You pull metals out, things change too.
- 49:38It's like it's like the celery juice, the heavy metal
- 49:40detox mooie. Get into that habit, get into the hey look,
- 49:43get into the cellar juice habit.
- 49:45Speaker 2: There you go, awesome. Question number three, what are the
- 49:47top three things on your grocery list?
- 49:52Speaker 1: Cellar is Okay, that's a given, right, that's a given. Okay,
- 49:55another one, wild blueberries. Okay, that's the second one right there,
- 49:59Because wild blueberries the antioxidants. That's a whole other food,
- 50:03wild versus cultivated blueberry. That the one in the clamshell,
- 50:07the pint sized clamshell, that is the cultivated blueberry. It's
- 50:11the big blueberry. It doesn't do a fraction of what
- 50:14the frozen wild the blueberry. You go into the freezer
- 50:17section and you go in there, you'll see different brands.
- 50:20I mean, I use the Wyman's one. There's another brand
- 50:22that's there.
- 50:23Speaker 2: Use that.
- 50:23Speaker 1: There's different brands, but you get the frozen wild blueberries.
- 50:26That's the My god, that food so celery. That and
- 50:29I love apples.
- 50:30Speaker 2: Okay, it's gotta be a must. Yeah yeah, yeah, give
- 50:33me another one. Let's have one more thing is go
- 50:35for four?
- 50:36Speaker 1: All right? Papaya Okay, yeah, that's another one. And then
- 50:41maush Okay, people call it mache, but mash. It's a green.
- 50:45It's an amazing green. There's not enough of it out there,
- 50:48but you can find it. Go to the health food store.
- 50:50That green is great. Leafy greens are good, awesome.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Okay. Question four, tell us about the top three herbs
- 50:56that you couldn't live with.
- 50:57Speaker 1: That lemon balm can't live without. It helps the neural
- 51:00logical system. I've used it to actually help people with
- 51:02anxiety depression of course, but also with neurological problems ticks, spasms, tingles, numbness.
- 51:10It's anti viral too, like celery juice. When you bring
- 51:14that lemon balm in there, it's a big deal. That one.
- 51:17Nettle leaf another incredible herb, without a doubt. I've been
- 51:20recommending it since I was a kid because of spirits.
- 51:22It's literally right off the start recommending it. So netle
- 51:26leaf that's anti inflammatory of course, why it also is
- 51:29anti viral in its own right, great medicine. And of
- 51:33course you know tumeric, you know, which is a spice
- 51:36but in a rizome, but turmeric it's amazing. So I
- 51:39like that one even though it's you know, but you've
- 51:42got the yeah, lemon balm, net ale leaf, and then
- 51:43licorice roots.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Another one amazing. And the final five question five, what's
- 51:48the best way we can start listening to our body more?
- 51:52Because I think for so many of us we have
- 51:55constant incredible question changes. Right, We're constantly like just like
- 51:59you could be going through and just having it there
- 52:02and sit there for so long without listening. How do
- 52:04people people we may not be able to listen to
- 52:06spirits or channel or learn, but how can we listen
- 52:08to our bodies better.
- 52:09Speaker 1: There's one thing that people have to realize, it's one
- 52:12of the most incredible ones that when we get sick,
- 52:16it's not our body letting us down. It's not our
- 52:18bodies being faulty. It's not our body being a bad
- 52:23physical you know, aspect of us. It's not it's not
- 52:27our body giving up on us. And most importantly, it's
- 52:30not our body destroying us or going after immune system
- 52:35or going after our organs or going after anything. What
- 52:38I'm trying to say is your body doesn't hurt you,
- 52:41it doesn't destroy you, it doesn't go after anything. And
- 52:45we need to know that our body never attacks itself.
- 52:48And it's the first thing everybody thinks. They think their
- 52:51body's failing. So no matter what, Okay, there's one of
- 52:55the greatest tools is if you start experiencing anything mental, emotional,
- 52:59fit physical, your body is not going after you or
- 53:04hurting you or attacking you. That's the most important that
- 53:07can protect you because we can't. There's there's people out
- 53:10there you can tell them what to do on how
- 53:13to listen to their body or anything. But they might
- 53:15they might not be able to do it, or they
- 53:17might be too busy or forget it. But what they
- 53:19will do is their body's letting them down the minute.
- 53:22As an athlete, you think your body's failing you anything,
- 53:26it's just in life. When we're sick, we think our
- 53:29body has now said, hey, we're not helping you. I'm
- 53:32not helping you, and that's it.
- 53:34Speaker 2: You.
- 53:34Speaker 1: If you know your body loves you unconditionally, it's there
- 53:37for you, it's fighting for you in ways you cannot
- 53:40even imagine that can bring you peace and get you
- 53:43to where you need to be faster and better.
- 53:46Speaker 2: Well I was not expecting that answer, but I love
- 53:48that answer. That judgment that we place on our body
- 53:51immediately is actually one of the most negative things. It
- 53:53is the most that language around my body is attacking me.
- 53:57My body's letting me down, my body's failing. Yes, my
- 54:00body is not strong enough. Yes, that language is actually
- 54:03programming us to lead to not doing anything about It's.
- 54:06Speaker 1: An evil seed that sits inside every human being. So
- 54:09no matter what you're doing, whether you're meditating on top
- 54:12of a mountain, wherever you are, it doesn't matter the minutes.
- 54:14Something's going wrong, you go right to my body is now,
- 54:19wait a minute, turning against me in the moment, And
- 54:21what do I need to do to fix it? No,
- 54:22it's not turning against you. That's how it works.
- 54:26Speaker 2: That is such an awesome answer, man. I absolutely love that,
- 54:28and I hope that message is resonating very very clear.

- 55:23so true that until we really go through pain. And
- 55:27that's how it was for me too. I neglect because
- 55:30I felt like I'd mastered my mind and neglected my body.

- 55:37that it needed more love and care, that's when I
