Jesus in the gospel today brings back the institution of marriage to the way it was when God created the universe in the beginning. Moses had permitted the Israelites to have divorce. This was because of the hardness of their hearts. But Jesus returns this institution back to its initial design, i.e., it is indissoluble. What Jesus does regarding marriage, we need to do also with respect to bringing God back to every nook and cranny of the universe. There should be no space for the kingdom of the demon.
