- 0:17Speaker 3: Hi?
- 0:18Speaker 4: How are ya?
- 0:18Speaker 3: It's a it's.
- 0:20Speaker 5: Thursday, And tell everyone why we're recording today.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Because I have jury duty on Monday.
- 0:29Speaker 2: By the way, I've been fighting this. I've been fighting
- 0:32Speaker 2: this for like over a year. And my business manager
- 0:35Speaker 2: is like, you didn't deal with it. They sent me
- 0:37Speaker 2: another letter. I'm like, I did.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Deal with it, Steve, I dealt with it, motherfucker. Why
- 0:42Speaker 1: do they keep coming for me? And he's like, don't
- 0:43Speaker 1: even worry about it. I definitely believe you because they
- 0:46Speaker 1: continue to send my mother, who's been dead for years,
- 0:49Speaker 1: jury duty notices. And I'm like, I don't know how
- 0:51Speaker 1: to tell you this in any other way except for
- 0:53Speaker 1: she no longer exists on the planet.
- 0:56Speaker 2: She's not here.
- 0:58Speaker 4: You're lucky. What if you get a trial?
- 1:00Speaker 1: Well, I'm secretly hoping it's murder because I'm I'm one
- 1:03Speaker 1: hundred percent don't even need to hear he's guilty.
- 1:06Speaker 4: They're not going to pick you.
- 1:07Speaker 1: If you say I think the justice system has it
- 1:11Speaker 1: all wrong. I think it should be guilty until proven innocent.
- 1:15Speaker 5: Ah, we would need to build a many a jail.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Lock them all up.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Could you imagine if you do get trial and it
- 1:28Speaker 5: goes on for months.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Oh, I'd have a lot of podcast content. All you
- 1:32Speaker 2: have to talk about it until it's over, that's fine, But.
- 1:37Speaker 4: We could start a new podcast based off of the trial.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, I know.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'm secretly bummed out that I have jury duty. Like
- 1:46Speaker 1: I've been trying to fight it, fight it, fight it,
- 1:48Speaker 1: and finally they just got to me. And you know,
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'm proud to be a productive citizen in Los Angeles,
- 1:56Speaker 1: in the United States, And I'm totally kidding.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Do not lock them until they're proven innocent. I mean,
- 2:04Speaker 2: I should not be telling you how to run anything.
- 2:08Speaker 4: No but government.
- 2:09Speaker 6: If you hear this, I've never been asked for diry duty,
- 2:11Speaker 6: and I'm starting to get a little offended because I'd
- 2:14Speaker 6: really like to serve.
- 2:15Speaker 4: So I'm here, I'm here, come get me. Isn't that crazy?
- 2:21Speaker 1: In what other case do you need to be Do
- 2:24Speaker 1: you need jurors like you need it just in trouble, Well,
- 2:27Speaker 1: you need fraudulent fraudulents.
- 2:30Speaker 6: I love the word of the year fraud eviction case
- 2:34Speaker 6: is boring, but don't ask me on an eviction case.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Ask me when you know.
- 2:39Speaker 6: Yeah, I also a government did my own taxes a
- 2:42Speaker 6: couple months ago, so yay for me, and I'm probably
- 2:45Speaker 6: gonna be.
- 2:45Speaker 4: In jail in six months.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Wait, really, I know.
- 2:49Speaker 4: I thought I did them really well.
- 2:50Speaker 6: But my dad was like, Jessica, damn it. You shouldn't
- 2:53Speaker 6: have done him yourself.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I should have used like tax turbo or something I did.
- 2:57Speaker 4: That's what I mean by myself.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Oh well, then technically you didn't do it about yourself
- 3:00Speaker 1: tax turbo did it?
- 3:01Speaker 2: So tell your turbo tax turbot what I say.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Tax turbo TurboTax.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Well, either way, tell Jake it's not Jessica's problem. It's
- 3:12Speaker 2: tax turbo TurboTax it myself.
- 3:14Speaker 4: I thought, screw it.
- 3:16Speaker 5: No, you never do it yourself. You don't know the ways.
- 3:18Speaker 5: You can't get as much at you gotta.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I don't even want to talk about what I pay
- 3:23Speaker 2: in tax. Oh no, throw myself into oncoming traffic. It's fine.
- 3:28Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Was it you guys telling me about the Family Guy
- 3:31Speaker 6: episode where it's like they like break off from the
- 3:34Speaker 6: government and then rebuild it and rebuild it, and then
- 3:38Speaker 6: they end up paying taxes pretty much.
- 3:40Speaker 3: As taxes is what it was. Again.
- 3:42Speaker 1: No, I complain about every tax that I have to pay,
- 3:45Speaker 1: and then when I see what I have to sign
- 3:48Speaker 1: off on to pay taxes, and I'm furious about it.
- 3:51Speaker 1: But then I'll be driving and I'm like, they need
- 3:53Speaker 1: to fix this. I'll pay more taxes to have this fixed.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:57Speaker 4: I gotta say, the tolls in New York so worth it.
- 4:00Speaker 4: In my opinion.
- 4:01Speaker 6: The highways are spotless, clean, gorgeous, no potholes.
- 4:05Speaker 4: I kind of wish they had tolls here in LA
- 4:07Speaker 4: because of that.
- 4:08Speaker 6: Tolls like you pay when you're driving on the freeway.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I think they do.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's not a very productive system. I guess
- 4:18Speaker 2: my bad.
- 4:18Speaker 4: I take it back.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Then.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I love driving on the freeway sometimes, and it's like,
- 4:21Speaker 1: this freeway will be complete in July of two thousand
- 4:25Speaker 1: and eleven, and I'm like, wow, we're really bine.
- 4:28Speaker 2: We should take that sign down because the fact that
- 4:32Speaker 2: no one cares. Either cares, you don't need to finish
- 4:37Speaker 2: the road, but at least take the sign down. You know,
- 4:40Speaker 2: it's embarrassing for the day, and yet we all still
- 4:45Speaker 2: choose to live here. It's wild.
- 4:47Speaker 4: It's wild sheep.
- 4:49Speaker 3: I tell you great weather.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Great weather producer John pulled. Actually some amazing news for us.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I get nervous when we when we record two episodes
- 4:59Speaker 1: in one week because there are things that we're like
- 5:02Speaker 1: not talking about quite yet.
- 5:04Speaker 2: So like we rely on the news. So I'm gonna
- 5:06Speaker 2: need Hollywood.
- 5:07Speaker 1: And other people to like fuck up a little more
- 5:10Speaker 1: so that I can have newsworthy shit twice in a week. Anyway, Actually,
- 5:15Speaker 1: there's a lot going on in the world so much.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Your mom sent us.
- 5:18Speaker 1: A clip Lisa was on it. Producer John, who would
- 5:23Speaker 1: like to start us off? I really want to talk
- 5:24Speaker 1: about the streaming bundles because my life revolves around streaming services.
- 5:29Speaker 6: Well, Lah, take start us off. Take us on the journey.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Okay, Disney Plus, Hulu, and Max are all teaming together
- 5:36Speaker 1: for a new streaming service where viewers for a low
- 5:39Speaker 1: price can get access access. Oh the track is skipping
- 5:46Speaker 1: access content from all three in one place. That is
- 5:50Speaker 1: my favorite, because have you noticed at first, like Netflix
- 5:54Speaker 1: was literally I think, like five dollars and now it's
- 5:56Speaker 1: no longer a five.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Dollars because everyone uses the each other's.
- 6:00Speaker 2: It's a me. Yeah, it's a mini dollar now, but
- 6:03Speaker 2: it's fine.
- 6:03Speaker 3: I know he tried to give it to Taylor in it.
- 6:06Speaker 2: The same household.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Oh really they have rules now it like knows where
- 6:12Speaker 5: your location is.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Hulu has it too, and Palm Springs.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They're like, Easton, we see that you're not in your
- 6:20Speaker 1: normal location.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Have you moved? And then if you do, if you
- 6:24Speaker 2: say you moved, it kicks.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Everybody out and you have to recite it.
- 6:27Speaker 5: And I only had four times to do it, and
- 6:30Speaker 5: I've changed my location four times, so Hulu, I don't
- 6:33Speaker 5: know what the hell I had to do.
- 6:34Speaker 3: If I move again, do I just cancel? And then
- 6:36Speaker 3: they're like, you're.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Hustling us because and you have moved forward to Well
- 6:39Speaker 1: that's the thing, A have moved. But they're like, there's
- 6:42Speaker 1: no way these people are moving four times in this
- 6:46Speaker 1: period of time.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Well do you know who doesn't have that slang? So
- 6:51Speaker 4: hop on it while they're.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Not love sleep that you were paying for that subscription?
- 6:56Speaker 4: Welcome?
- 6:57Speaker 3: Do I need to look into that. I've got Hulu.
- 6:59Speaker 4: You have sling, You guys, use we use the same sling.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Sling don't still kick us off?
- 7:03Speaker 3: Does sling? Have Live TV. Yes, yeah, it's.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We do not know if ESPN Plus will be included
- 7:11Speaker 1: in this package. If you were to sign up for
- 7:14Speaker 1: all three with ads, the price would be twenty five
- 7:18Speaker 1: dollars ninety seven cents.
- 7:20Speaker 3: I paid a lot more than I watched the ads.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I don't give a damn. I started me well, I
- 7:26Speaker 1: started playing Candy Crush, and there was a point in
- 7:30Speaker 1: time where I was playing this like cooking craze game,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and I was spending hundreds of dollars a month to
- 7:36Speaker 1: buy spoons for more lives.
- 7:38Speaker 4: You were addicted.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I was addicted.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Adicted.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't have any talk.
- 7:43Speaker 3: I'd ask her questions.
- 7:45Speaker 4: And this was during the pandemic.
- 7:47Speaker 1: This was like yesterday, yesterday, but it was when I
- 7:51Speaker 1: didn't have a mortgage or two to pay.
- 7:54Speaker 3: And so you're still ripping Candy Crush on the couch.
- 7:57Speaker 1: So I ripped Candy Crush and to get more live
- 8:00Speaker 1: when I don't win, in order I watch three ads.
- 8:04Speaker 2: So I'm okay with the ads.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Actually all of this is expected, not me crushing candy.
- 8:10Speaker 1: The bundle is expected to be released this summer. But
- 8:14Speaker 1: I have to talk about my home platform, which is
- 8:17Speaker 1: Peacock because Netflix, Peacock, and Apple Plus team up. Not
- 8:23Speaker 1: even a week after we learned about Disney Plus, Hulu
- 8:26Speaker 1: and Max coming together to start new to start a
- 8:28Speaker 1: new streaming service, Comcast has announced that Netflix, Peacock, and
- 8:33Speaker 1: Apple Plus will be joining.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Forces, joining the big dick of the streaming service as
- 8:42Speaker 2: the streaming service.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Peacock of it.
- 8:45Speaker 5: It looks like it's just like going back in a
- 8:47Speaker 5: cable I know, what are we doing rights in cable
- 8:51Speaker 5: fall circuit.
- 8:52Speaker 2: It reminds me of us talking about the government.
- 8:54Speaker 1: How they're like, let's actually do this, and it's like,
- 8:57Speaker 1: so what we've been doing.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Pretty much, We've found that it was terrible. Let's go
- 9:01Speaker 5: back to what we know.
- 9:03Speaker 1: The streaming service will be called stream Saver. Comcast CEO
- 9:08Speaker 1: Brian Roberts didn't specify on price, but said it will
- 9:11Speaker 1: be vastly.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Reduced compared to other streaming services. It is expected to
- 9:15Speaker 2: be released later this month.
- 9:17Speaker 1: They're sitting here going, how do we make it less
- 9:20Speaker 1: than twenty five ninety seven but make more than Disney Plus,
- 9:25Speaker 1: Hulu and Max.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, damn.
- 9:28Speaker 6: I just hate like resetting and repurchasing all these streaming
- 9:31Speaker 6: I have all the streaming apps.
- 9:35Speaker 4: To cancel it all.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I mean again, we have you just you'll be doing
- 9:40Speaker 1: it for the family, be doing.
- 9:43Speaker 4: It for all of us, but for her.
- 9:46Speaker 3: For her.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Well, I have a hard time breathing without someone telling
- 9:50Speaker 1: me how it's not true. While while take you're the
- 9:54Speaker 1: father of the house, you should see me at the airport.
- 9:56Speaker 2: You're right.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Fathers do have a hard time at the airport. They're
- 9:58Speaker 1: always looking at the wife being like.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And you want to get there three hours early just
- 10:03Speaker 3: in case.
- 10:04Speaker 4: So that's me. I make her get if I travel
- 10:06Speaker 4: with lots.
- 10:06Speaker 6: She's like, we're leaving at nine am for a four
- 10:09Speaker 6: pm flight.
- 10:10Speaker 5: I'm like, absolutely, We're gonna sit at the bar and
- 10:12Speaker 5: wait for the plane.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Can I tell you? I really do feel like a man,
- 10:19Speaker 2: do you? Yeah? And I see everything that's wrong, Like
- 10:22Speaker 2: I'm the man that.
- 10:24Speaker 3: You're looking in the mirror and going, wow, this is really.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Terrible, Like I'm not slacking. Why are all these men slacking?
- 10:29Speaker 1: I've got it together. But I'm sitting there with my
- 10:32Speaker 1: mother and we're looking at this cabinet in the house
- 10:36Speaker 1: and she's like, the baby keeps taking all of the
- 10:38Speaker 1: band days out and she's using all of them and
- 10:41Speaker 1: wasting them.
- 10:41Speaker 2: So she wants to maneuver the shelves.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Right, LA homes, I just think newer homes they don't
- 10:49Speaker 1: think about storage. And in Utah we had basements where
- 10:52Speaker 1: you could like have a lot of storage to keep
- 10:54Speaker 1: your stuff.
- 10:55Speaker 2: La no basements whatever.
- 10:57Speaker 1: So we have this like, uh dresser credenza down the hall,
- 11:02Speaker 1: and I say to my mom, why don't we take
- 11:03Speaker 1: all of these linens and blankets and put them in there?
- 11:06Speaker 1: And my mom goes, good luck getting them in there.
- 11:09Speaker 1: There's a bunch of beach towels in there, and in
- 11:11Speaker 1: my head, I'm thinking beach towel.
- 11:14Speaker 2: We've got beach.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Towels coming out of our ears. I'm so shocked that
- 11:17Speaker 1: she continues to buy so many beach towels. But whatever,
- 11:19Speaker 1: I'll just let it go. Yesterday, she says to me
- 11:23Speaker 1: later on, you know, I was thinking we could put
- 11:25Speaker 1: the linens and things like that in the credenza. And
- 11:27Speaker 1: I go, are you joking? I just said that yesterday
- 11:30Speaker 1: and she goes, I didn't listen. I didn't hear you
- 11:32Speaker 1: say that. And I'm like, I feel like a husband,
- 11:35Speaker 1: where like the wife is like, we're not putting it
- 11:38Speaker 1: in there because it's filled with beach toiwls and the
- 11:40Speaker 1: husband's like, and she continues to buy more beach toiwels.
- 11:42Speaker 2: But I'm not gonna question it. I guess we just
- 11:45Speaker 2: have a lot of beach towels.
- 11:46Speaker 4: That's what a day. It's the same energy.
- 11:48Speaker 6: There's so much of that that goes on with you
- 11:49Speaker 6: and Lise.
- 11:50Speaker 2: It is. It's cute, it's depressing, it's very depressing. No,
- 11:56Speaker 2: I love my bitch.
- 11:58Speaker 4: She's great.
- 11:58Speaker 2: I've been holding it down for thirty three years of
- 12:00Speaker 2: my life.
- 12:01Speaker 1: She sure has, he sure has. You can't spell Netflix
- 12:07Speaker 1: without NFL, though it was announced that the streaming service
- 12:11Speaker 1: will be the home of the NFL Christmas Day Games
- 12:14Speaker 1: in twenty twenty four. I'm sessed with that.
- 12:19Speaker 3: I love a Christmas Day game, love.
- 12:20Speaker 2: A Christmas Day game. And also I love Netflix.
- 12:23Speaker 1: And we're going to get into the Tom Brady roast,
- 12:26Speaker 1: which I've asked you guys your opinion on because people
- 12:29Speaker 1: are still talking about it. But I appreciate Netflix because
- 12:34Speaker 1: they don't give a shit. They're like, these are comedians
- 12:38Speaker 1: and we're going to let them say what they want,
- 12:40Speaker 1: and we're going to continue to put things that aren't
- 12:42Speaker 1: so PC and a little uncomfortable on the television because
- 12:46Speaker 1: as much as you guys want to talk about it
- 12:48Speaker 1: and be offended.
- 12:49Speaker 2: There's more people who it makes really happy. So here
- 12:53Speaker 2: it is. We're not taking Dave Chappelle off.
- 12:55Speaker 1: We're giving him, actually sixty more specialists going to hope
- 12:59Speaker 1: you a swallow.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Him down your throat. I love it Chiefs versus Steelers
- 13:07Speaker 2: and Raven.
- 13:09Speaker 6: I'm a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Go Pittsburgh because your dad wanted to rub it in
- 13:17Speaker 1: your grandpa's face, right, So we didn't like any teams.
- 13:19Speaker 6: He raised the salt yep, No teams from New York
- 13:22Speaker 6: raise us all die hard. I have a Pittsburgh Steelers
- 13:24Speaker 6: tattoo that I behind my ear that I'm getting lasered off.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Oh I can. I can mess with the Steelers who
- 13:31Speaker 2: played for the Steelers. Bettis right.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Oh my god, that is Troy Paula Mallow.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Troy Paula Malu.
- 13:37Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Done, I know.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:40Speaker 6: Harris Harris, uh huge Harris producer John Harris.
- 13:47Speaker 3: I'm blanking. I'm blanking, yeah, But he was huge. His
- 13:51Speaker 3: last name was Harris. He was like number ninety.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Yeah, but he would like work out with like chains on,
- 13:58Speaker 5: but he.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Was I'm low. No, I don't think it's Franco.
- 14:02Speaker 6: I'm slowly but surely enjoying and thinking chains are hotter
- 14:07Speaker 6: and hotter. And I can't tell if it's because my
- 14:10Speaker 6: tastes are changing, are because you wear chains and I
- 14:13Speaker 6: like the.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Way they look to yo chain?
- 14:15Speaker 3: Hey Loo?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Do it wabble to the flow? Do it shine in
- 14:18Speaker 2: the light? Is it platinum music? Can you throw it?
- 14:21Speaker 2: It'll be a showlder?
- 14:22Speaker 3: Is it?
- 14:22Speaker 4: How to make it called hang Lo? Is that Joch
- 14:28Speaker 4: just Aliday?
- 14:31Speaker 3: Oh?
- 14:32Speaker 4: No, oh, no, apologies for that.
- 14:34Speaker 2: I don't apologize. I love when we do that. This
- 14:36Speaker 2: is real life. The other game while you guys figure
- 14:40Speaker 2: out who Harris is is Ravens versus the Texans, which
- 14:45Speaker 2: we know where we'll be standing with the Ravens. Let's
- 14:49Speaker 2: see where am i?
- 14:50Speaker 3: Oh.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Part of the three year deal with the NFL, Netflix
- 14:53Speaker 1: also announced that in twenty twenty five and twenty twenty
- 14:56Speaker 1: six they'll be streaming at least one holiday.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Game per year.
- 14:59Speaker 1: That's that's a big deal. That is Yeah, that's a
- 15:02Speaker 1: very big deal. It is, And let's just say the
- 15:05Speaker 1: two games in twenty twenty four on Christmas go like splendidly, Well,
- 15:12Speaker 1: they'll absolutely give.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Them both the games in twenty and twenty twenty six.
- 15:17Speaker 6: Yeah you think, Yeah, James Harrison, James James Harris, producer.
- 15:23Speaker 1: John This upcoming I found it last thing this upcoming
- 15:26Speaker 1: season because we all love the NFL.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Go Taylor Swift way.
- 15:32Speaker 1: We'll stream across Netflix, ESPN plus Peacock Prime Video and
- 15:36Speaker 1: YouTube TV. Thank goodness, that's gonna be a huge I
- 15:41Speaker 1: think it's going to be a huge deal for Netflix.
- 15:43Speaker 1: If Taylor Swift and TK don't break up that Chiefs
- 15:48Speaker 1: Versus Steelers game.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Oh, I'm gonna steal the deal.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Can we go to an NFL game this year?
- 15:53Speaker 2: You guys?
- 15:54Speaker 3: We can go to all the NFL game one whole life.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I've only been to one with you and broke and cheese.
- 16:01Speaker 6: Let me tell you if we can go to one
- 16:03Speaker 6: and pick a Steelers game because the terrible towels flip
- 16:06Speaker 6: them around fun.
- 16:08Speaker 3: You know.
- 16:10Speaker 1: And tickets for the Chargers. I would like to get
- 16:13Speaker 1: season tickets to. I would do Chargers just because she
- 16:18Speaker 1: is there and I'm more into the company rather than
- 16:20Speaker 1: like the actual game. If I had it, my way
- 16:23Speaker 1: would be with the rams.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Down for like an event. Yeah, so I would be
- 16:28Speaker 3: down to go to like a Vegas game.
- 16:31Speaker 5: Oh, that would be very fun, like the Raiders play somebody.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Yea, yeah, yeah, but we got to make sure we
- 16:37Speaker 3: picked the right hotel.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Why. Oh, let's talk about that real quick before we
- 16:41Speaker 2: get into the rest of the news. I think she
- 16:43Speaker 2: sent it to the group chat Vegas.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Some news platform just released the ten filthiest Vegas hotels.
- 16:50Speaker 4: I got circus. Circus is on there.
- 16:52Speaker 3: She didn't send it to me. Did she send it?
- 16:54Speaker 2: She didn't send it to me either, She just sent it.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Yes.
- 16:57Speaker 1: So, and by the way, this was on I think
- 17:00Speaker 1: either Instagram probably was a TikTok before.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Right, my mother sent it in a DM.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Oh, she sent it in the DM.
- 17:08Speaker 1: This is based on how many, like the percentage of
- 17:10Speaker 1: people who have complained, and based on reviews. So coming
- 17:13Speaker 1: in at number ten Planet Hollywood nine, Horseshoe eight, Treasure
- 17:17Speaker 1: Island seven, Mandalay Bay uh oh six. Oh it's at
- 17:22Speaker 1: the very end of the strip. Who wants to stay
- 17:25Speaker 1: there anyway?
- 17:26Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 17:26Speaker 3: Well, yeah, that's why they should keep it clean.
- 17:28Speaker 4: I have to tell you guys, A quick story, keep.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Going, okay, remember it six New York, New York, five Park,
- 17:34Speaker 1: MGM four, Circus, Circus three, Flamingo second is the Luxor
- 17:39Speaker 1: number one spot.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Excalibur. Can't say I'm shook by that.
- 17:43Speaker 5: And I think it was twenty eight percent of the
- 17:45Speaker 5: people who leave there say they feel they left dirty.
- 17:48Speaker 6: And let me tell you, in Vegas do not want
- 17:51Speaker 6: to stay in a dirty hotel. We know people like
- 17:55Speaker 6: to party, but wild shit goes down in those rooms,
- 17:58Speaker 6: and like you want to be clean.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I was at Hooters when the guy was flipping his
- 18:03Speaker 1: dick out of the bar.
- 18:04Speaker 3: It wait like you saw his meat flaps. I saw
- 18:07Speaker 3: his meat just like sweat flipping in food.
- 18:11Speaker 2: A time that that guy that was like, I'm battle
- 18:15Speaker 2: over her head. I'm like, I'm traumatized. I saw dick
- 18:19Speaker 2: flinging outside the room earlier. Got you ready to break
- 18:22Speaker 2: bottles on my head?
- 18:24Speaker 4: Dick's or not Dick's Hooters has Hooters has a hotel?
- 18:30Speaker 2: Is that what you mean?
- 18:31Speaker 4: Or you meant Hooters a restaurant?
- 18:34Speaker 5: I thought you were talking about. There was just one
- 18:38Speaker 5: guy walking around slinging his dick and the restore titties
- 18:41Speaker 5: out I was like, wow, they're really it was.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Like equality, you could share your deads.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Here's my penis.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Yeah, no, Hooters has a hotel. It's off. It's like
- 18:52Speaker 2: not off.
- 18:53Speaker 3: This is it kind of like hard rock.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's kind of just like a little like hang left,
- 18:59Speaker 1: hang left here, and you're gonna go off the strip of.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Tad and hit Hooters. Oh it didn't make top ten.
- 19:05Speaker 2: People are even happy and clean.
- 19:07Speaker 1: So anyway, when we do the NFL game there, we
- 19:11Speaker 1: won't stay at any of the Yes, I want to talk,
- 19:13Speaker 1: We'll do Tom Brady last, because I did ask the
- 19:16Speaker 1: pub what they think about it.
- 19:18Speaker 2: But please tell me about the New York Dublin portal.
- 19:21Speaker 4: Have you guys seen it.
- 19:22Speaker 6: If you haven't seen the New York Dublin Portal before
- 19:24Speaker 6: we discuss it, quick google if you're in your car,
- 19:27Speaker 6: just wait, but quick google it because it's so cool.
- 19:31Speaker 4: It's you saw this morning. Would you think did you
- 19:33Speaker 4: think it was that cooler? Nowot?
- 19:34Speaker 2: I thought it was great. I thought it was awesome. Yes,
- 19:37Speaker 2: I loved it.
- 19:38Speaker 5: I mean it was the girl in New York that
- 19:40Speaker 5: did it to the people in Dublin, right, well, I doubt.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Anyone in Dublin. I doubt anyone crazy. Oh does Dublin
- 19:47Speaker 2: have freaky bitches?
- 19:49Speaker 3: Oh?
- 19:49Speaker 4: I think so. Anywhere other than that.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Like the luck of the Irish.
- 19:52Speaker 5: Yeah, that's like we drink and we get crazy. Yeah, Griffin,
- 19:59Speaker 5: here's me, here's a shot. Here's my boobs.
- 20:01Speaker 6: A lot of places other than the America are way
- 20:05Speaker 6: more free. I've seen are found with like sexuality and
- 20:09Speaker 6: boobies out.
- 20:09Speaker 1: And it was one hundred percent a girl from the
- 20:12Speaker 1: United States because shortly thereafter they stopped this.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Okay, okay.
- 20:15Speaker 1: The flat Iron District Street exhibit, which opened earlier this
- 20:19Speaker 1: month to celebrate cultural exchange between New York City and Dublin,
- 20:23Speaker 1: has been shut down OnlyFans.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Model hell yeah us Now I love her.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Ava Louise got the portal shut down from the New
- 20:32Speaker 1: York side after she was seen flashing those in Dublin.
- 20:37Speaker 1: She said she lifted her top those lucky mother efforts.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I know, Mom told me we need to stop swearing
- 20:44Speaker 1: on the podcast, like we haven't said it. I said
- 20:47Speaker 1: it opening up the podcast.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I know.
- 20:50Speaker 2: I'm just You've been great. It's always me.
- 20:55Speaker 4: It's probably me too.
- 20:57Speaker 1: It's not Jess. Everyone kills it but me. It's fun
- 21:00Speaker 1: and whatever. She said, she lifted her top because she
- 21:04Speaker 1: thought the people of Dublin deserved to see.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Two New Yorkers.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Two new Yorkers.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Was she talking about her No, no, no, no, she said,
- 21:12Speaker 2: I thought I didn't read the rest. This is why
- 21:14Speaker 2: I didn't do all in school to see two New
- 21:17Speaker 2: york homegrown potatoes?
- 21:21Speaker 4: Wow?
- 21:22Speaker 5: Homegrown?
- 21:23Speaker 4: What's her name? Ava?
- 21:25Speaker 3: Ava Louise.
- 21:27Speaker 2: She later shared a video hold on. She later shared
- 21:30Speaker 2: a video of her boyfriend talking to security at the exhibit,
- 21:33Speaker 2: and the staffer said the portal would be down for
- 21:35Speaker 2: quite something.
- 21:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 21:37Speaker 1: The stuffer also said, it's very unfortunate that people are
- 21:40Speaker 1: acting in not the best ways. Okay, had she maybe
- 21:46Speaker 1: tried to jump through and rob someone in Dublin or
- 21:48Speaker 1: maybe pulled out a gun jumping through, maybe I'd be like,
- 21:52Speaker 1: not the best ways, jumping their nipples.
- 21:57Speaker 2: They're fun, don't fun?
- 21:58Speaker 4: They're fun.
- 21:59Speaker 6: Also, don't give me a portal until I can actually
- 22:02Speaker 6: jump through and arrive in Dublin until you can do that.
- 22:05Speaker 4: But so fun. By the way, we saw this, did
- 22:08Speaker 4: we not?
- 22:09Speaker 6: We saw this at Howie Mandel's studio when you went
- 22:11Speaker 6: to record.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Here's the how is the og of the portal?
- 22:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it's really cool.
- 22:16Speaker 6: And how he does it for I think a lot
- 22:17Speaker 6: of meat and greets where it's like you could see it,
- 22:20Speaker 6: you could google it.
- 22:21Speaker 2: He's done it for Chris Jenner, he's done with Kim
- 22:23Speaker 2: k Kylie.
- 22:24Speaker 1: If they can't be in one place or many places
- 22:27Speaker 1: at one time, which no one can.
- 22:29Speaker 2: So if not day, they can't be in twelve places
- 22:32Speaker 2: at three o'clock, we'll put the portal. They'll put the
- 22:35Speaker 2: portal in.
- 22:36Speaker 4: Okay, question for both of you.
- 22:37Speaker 6: If you could a portal could appear right now and
- 22:39Speaker 6: you could go anywhere.
- 22:40Speaker 4: You have to pick one location? Though, where would it
- 22:42Speaker 4: be late pal?
- 22:43Speaker 2: Really?
- 22:44Speaker 3: Yeah? And I just got to stay there right now though.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Today, right now, i'd go there? Okay. Do I have
- 22:49Speaker 2: a bag packed? Yes, I'm a planner. You have a
- 22:51Speaker 2: bag pack?
- 22:52Speaker 4: But it's this time of year?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Is that even?
- 22:54Speaker 3: Oh? Chili?
- 22:55Speaker 2: Is it Chili? It might be a little nippy the
- 22:58Speaker 2: best time of year.
- 23:01Speaker 3: I don't know where i'd go right now.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I don't know where i'd go.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Damn, that's a good one. Maybe like uh, Madrid, Okay,
- 23:09Speaker 3: why Madrid? I don't been in Spain?
- 23:18Speaker 2: Yes, it's funny greats.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 23:28Speaker 4: I think Mikonos would be my choice.
- 23:29Speaker 3: I love guess where else?
- 23:30Speaker 5: I was thinking about where Toronto, just because I love
- 23:34Speaker 5: the look of it.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Never been.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Oh okay, Toronto.
- 23:40Speaker 1: You should teleport straight to Drake's, uh the Embassy mm,
- 23:45Speaker 1: because I could go to Justin Bieber's.
- 23:47Speaker 4: Would you with pregnant Haley there?
- 23:49Speaker 3: Sure?
- 23:49Speaker 2: I want to know what she's naming her baby, and
- 23:51Speaker 2: I want to compare bumps.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Compare bumps?
- 23:53Speaker 3: Why would Haley Bibers?
- 23:57Speaker 2: I think they live in La So I guess I
- 23:58Speaker 2: wouldn't go anywhere. I'd just stay right here right.
- 24:01Speaker 6: I need to finish that because I don't want people
- 24:02Speaker 6: thinking I have a crazy guy. No, I transport to
- 24:05Speaker 6: my Ghano because I'm a monthly for my annual.
- 24:08Speaker 5: Wow, what a terrible, terrible You're gonna use the portal
- 24:11Speaker 5: to go to the dream?
- 24:13Speaker 2: How horrible is your life?
- 24:14Speaker 3: Right now?
- 24:15Speaker 4: All right?
- 24:17Speaker 2: When I text you and ask you how you're doing,
- 24:18Speaker 2: you need to stop lying. It's coming out on the
- 24:21Speaker 2: podcast that I don't think we're wild batch.
- 24:24Speaker 6: I'm like, I'm fine, tears coming down, smiling, I'm fine.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I remember a man squeezing poop from his intestine Vegas,
- 24:32Speaker 2: and I would teleport to my guy, No things are
- 24:34Speaker 2: getting dark. What can I do for you?
- 24:38Speaker 6: We're in a downward spiral over here, ladies and gentlemen,
- 24:41Speaker 6: and we are thriving.
- 24:42Speaker 1: You know, the best thing about being a downward spiral
- 24:45Speaker 1: is there's only one thing to do, and that's hit
- 24:47Speaker 1: the ground, and then there's no way but up.
- 24:49Speaker 4: That's true, there's nowhere to go but up.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Nowhere to go but up.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I actually fear being on top of the world, which
- 24:54Speaker 1: I've never been there, so I'm okay with it. But
- 24:57Speaker 1: it does seem like a scary place to be because
- 25:00Speaker 1: it's like there's nowhere to.
- 25:01Speaker 4: Go, but Daryn, I'd like to be healthy middle. I
- 25:04Speaker 4: could go up, i could go down.
- 25:06Speaker 2: I'm always in the middle.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Actually, yeah, I've never been on a pedestal for someone
- 25:10Speaker 1: to tear me down, and I'm okay with that. I've
- 25:14Speaker 1: hit rock bottom and gone up, but I'm I'm a
- 25:16Speaker 1: healthy middle ground.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Love that.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:19Speaker 5: If I feel like, if we all are on top,
- 25:20Speaker 5: I know that rickety stool is coming down at some point,
- 25:23Speaker 5: so I know I know not to feel too high.
- 25:25Speaker 1: I consider myself one of those flying turtles in Mario
- 25:28Speaker 1: where they just kind of bob up and down and
- 25:30Speaker 1: they never really go to the ground.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Or to the sky.
- 25:33Speaker 4: They're just they're just in the middle. Good enough, yeaty breezy.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Yep. See, that's so what they do.
- 25:39Speaker 4: Give them Lalla podcast. Good enough.
- 25:42Speaker 3: We're just.
- 25:46Speaker 2: I'm obsessed to give them Lalla podcast. It's about nothing
- 25:50Speaker 2: and we're just.
- 25:52Speaker 4: You know, love us, you don't hate us.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Hey, that's exactly where I want to be. Baby. The
- 25:58Speaker 2: next thing, good Bye to slim Shady No.
- 26:03Speaker 1: A fake obituary for Eminem's alter ego Slim Shady, appeared
- 26:06Speaker 1: in the Detroit Press ahead of the release of his
- 26:09Speaker 1: new album, The Death of Slim Shady, coming out this summer.
- 26:13Speaker 1: His complex and tortured existence has come to a close,
- 26:16Speaker 1: and the legacy he leaves behind is no closer to
- 26:19Speaker 1: resolution than the manner in which his character departed this world.
- 26:23Speaker 1: May he truly find peace in an in an after
- 26:26Speaker 1: life that he could not find on earth.
- 26:30Speaker 2: I'm obset saying, why are they saying goodbye to?
- 26:33Speaker 5: Because slim Shady was like his alter ego and now
- 26:36Speaker 5: Eminem's like sixteen years sober so he's putting slim Shady
- 26:39Speaker 5: to bit Yeah.
- 26:40Speaker 4: The real slim Shady.
- 26:42Speaker 3: So this album could be pretty good.
- 26:43Speaker 2: I think the album's going to be great.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I actually really liked what was his What was his
- 26:47Speaker 1: most recent? I think it had that song. Let's see
- 26:54Speaker 1: google Eminem's most recent album, because if it's the one
- 26:56Speaker 1: I'm thinking about, you could tell that he was extremely tortured.
- 26:59Speaker 2: And it was like here I.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Am basically giving my all and everyone's saying that this sucks,
- 27:07Speaker 1: but I fucking like made a tight rope out of twine,
- 27:10Speaker 1: and how dare you?
- 27:11Speaker 2: I sit in the car and I'm tortured at all times?
- 27:14Speaker 1: And basically, you know, kids look at him or people
- 27:19Speaker 1: who enjoy rap music like he is a god, and
- 27:22Speaker 1: it's just become too much.
- 27:25Speaker 6: Is it the Marshall Mathers LP two No. Twenty twenty three?
- 27:29Speaker 2: Oh? Is that a single?
- 27:31Speaker 6: The Marshall Mathers LP two Expanded Edition? Unless it's like
- 27:34Speaker 6: a remastered there's current all two current?
- 27:38Speaker 3: I think music to be murdered by.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Oh, no, music to be murdered by twenty twenty lace
- 27:44Speaker 4: it with Benny Blanco as a.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Single, But has he drew Wins?
- 27:48Speaker 5: What's the last album he dropped, because I don't think
- 27:50Speaker 5: he's dropped any.
- 27:51Speaker 3: It was Marshall Mathers LP two in twenty twenty three.
- 27:53Speaker 3: Oh it was, oh okay two? Was it an album
- 27:56Speaker 3: or a EP?
- 27:57Speaker 4: Is that album?
- 27:57Speaker 3: It was an album? All yeah, it was a twenty
- 28:00Speaker 3: seven song album.
- 28:02Speaker 2: Damn, damn. That is a hefty, hefty album. That is
- 28:08Speaker 2: that is a novel. Good for you, and we're all obsessed.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Can we talk about the roast Tom Brady roast? Real quick?
- 28:18Speaker 3: Yeah? A hold on?
- 28:21Speaker 2: Can we first talk about this that I found?
- 28:22Speaker 4: Really fucking yes, I'm going to everyone.
- 28:25Speaker 2: I died, I freaking died.
- 28:27Speaker 1: What eighteen's taken to hospital after ingesting marijuana edibles during
- 28:32Speaker 1: during a school field trip.
- 28:34Speaker 4: To La Tarpets.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Too High and they were sitting there and they like.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Could And I've been there. I've been the girl who's like,
- 28:43Speaker 2: there's a killer in the shoe yr and no one,
- 28:48Speaker 2: no one could tell me otherwise.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Les are so scary, dude, well scared.
- 28:54Speaker 2: And of course, of course.
- 28:56Speaker 1: The La Tarpets comes out with like a statement and
- 28:58Speaker 1: they're like they did not ingest them at the La Okay,
- 29:02Speaker 1: we pray.
- 29:03Speaker 2: That they're healthy. They did not ingest these at the
- 29:05Speaker 2: La tar Pets.
- 29:06Speaker 1: I repeat, please come to the La tar Pits. You're
- 29:09Speaker 1: not going to go into the complete abyss.
- 29:12Speaker 3: I know what I'm doing this weekend.
- 29:14Speaker 4: La Tarpets, High.
- 29:16Speaker 3: John trip it.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Two things I recommend doing what you're down.
- 29:21Speaker 1: LA tour bus like the double decker Yeah hello stoned.
- 29:27Speaker 3: No no, no, no, no no.
- 29:28Speaker 6: Oh, the red ones Oh, I don't think the celebrity
- 29:32Speaker 6: spotting ones law No.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Just LA to drive you around.
- 29:36Speaker 5: Oh see, I wanted to do that, but I want
- 29:39Speaker 5: it like where the the van is. Jimmy Rigg didn't
- 29:43Speaker 5: cut so it's like open.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Touring.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to get really stoned and do that.
- 29:50Speaker 4: I'll do that with you. I've never done it.
- 29:52Speaker 2: There's an okay, you could do that if you want it.
- 29:54Speaker 2: I don't give a ship. Okay, I'm just telling you
- 29:56Speaker 2: what I've done. I was telling you what I've done.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Go on a tour of LA. Whether you see celebrities
- 30:01Speaker 1: homes or not. You don't even know what you're saying.
- 30:03Speaker 1: It's just you drive around.
- 30:04Speaker 4: He'll bring you by laws.
- 30:07Speaker 3: I've got a tour for you.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that'll be fun. Do that. And I also highly
- 30:13Speaker 2: recommend going to the La Tar Pits.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Hi oh hi, Yeah, of course that's fun. Anything's fun high, Yeah,
- 30:20Speaker 1: until the weed turns on you.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:22Speaker 4: No, edibles are scary. That's the worst I've ever had.
- 30:26Speaker 2: You can't control it.
- 30:27Speaker 6: No, And that's thing you keep eating and everyone always
- 30:30Speaker 6: tells you wait, but truly wait. Because I had a
- 30:33Speaker 6: quarter pan of brownies and I was like, I'm dying.
- 30:38Speaker 2: That has happened to me before. Okay. I was driving
- 30:42Speaker 2: to meet a friend at a hotel. A guy ooh,
- 30:46Speaker 2: this was so long ago, so long ago, okay, And
- 30:51Speaker 2: I knew him all right. We had bumped peepies hell
- 30:54Speaker 2: of times. Okay. But and the edibles were.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Like those stone brook asie and blueberry chocolate covered berries
- 31:02Speaker 1: or whatever, you know what I'm talking about. And for
- 31:05Speaker 1: some reason, I was so into the album that I
- 31:09Speaker 1: was listening to it was probably like four by Beyonce,
- 31:12Speaker 1: that I forgot that they were weed, and I just
- 31:14Speaker 1: continued to eat them. When I got to the hotel,
- 31:17Speaker 1: I was convinced that I didn't know who he was.
- 31:19Speaker 1: He's like, law, He's like showing me pictures. Yeah, we
- 31:23Speaker 1: know each other, like not only are we like homies?
- 31:25Speaker 1: We like fuck and I'm like, I don't.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Know, you get away from me. I literally slept on
- 31:32Speaker 2: the very edge of the back stop.
- 31:35Speaker 4: Did you guys have sex?
- 31:36Speaker 3: No?
- 31:37Speaker 4: It felt like I didn't.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Know him and he and he was the fact you
- 31:40Speaker 3: stayed or he did.
- 31:41Speaker 5: If you were acting like that drive home, would I
- 31:43Speaker 5: got another hotel room?
- 31:44Speaker 2: If I was I been like I couldn't even function.
- 31:48Speaker 5: I know I would have left you in that hotel
- 31:49Speaker 5: room and I would have gone got another hotel room
- 31:52Speaker 5: in that.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Hotel and a little concern.
- 31:54Speaker 1: This has happened to you many times when I was
- 31:56Speaker 1: in Canada. When I was in Canada with James, I
- 31:59Speaker 1: made him come to my room and he had to
- 32:00Speaker 1: tell me you're safe.
- 32:03Speaker 2: No, the time that I unzipped my bag and.
- 32:05Speaker 4: It was so organized and crying, such a virgo.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Why would I ever continue to smoke weed?
- 32:11Speaker 4: No, it was just smoking.
- 32:12Speaker 7: So that wasn't edibles or it was edibles and smoking.
- 32:15Speaker 7: It was the joints, It was the pens, it was
- 32:18Speaker 7: the pipes, it was the bong, it was all of it,
- 32:21Speaker 7: just a lot a lot of things.
- 32:23Speaker 4: Be careful if you do edibles. I you know you're
- 32:28Speaker 4: good on edibles. So are you me.
- 32:29Speaker 3: I could probably eat like two hundred and fifty millig.
- 32:32Speaker 6: I ate five in Vegas and thought I was gonna
- 32:34Speaker 6: drown in five milligrams.
- 32:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:36Speaker 4: I thought it was going to be drown in a pool.
- 32:38Speaker 6: At My feet were hanging in the pool and I
- 32:40Speaker 6: was like, I'm about to drown and Kyle's like relaxed,
- 32:44Speaker 6: and I couldn't move though.
- 32:45Speaker 4: I was like, I need to get out of here.
- 32:46Speaker 4: I'm gonna drown and He's like, it's just your feet
- 32:48Speaker 4: in the pool. Shut up.
- 32:49Speaker 3: You know.
- 32:49Speaker 1: That's the reason why I bathed before I took my edibles,
- 32:53Speaker 1: ambrush my teeth.
- 32:53Speaker 2: So I constantly thought I was gonna drown. Yeah, And
- 32:58Speaker 2: I would get into my bed.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Because it was like, I don't know, I need to
- 33:02Speaker 1: become one with a soft surface.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Sure.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Sure, that kind of sounds like mushrooms or ecstasy, which
- 33:10Speaker 6: I've never done, by the way, have you.
- 33:12Speaker 2: No, I've done shrooms, but no, I would have to
- 33:15Speaker 2: lock you lock all the doors, shut all the blinds,
- 33:19Speaker 2: and you'll hunker down because.
- 33:22Speaker 3: You're putting yourself in a bad place already.
- 33:25Speaker 4: This is for shrooms.
- 33:26Speaker 2: No, for weed, Jessica weed.
- 33:30Speaker 4: Yes, I don't think I'll ever do edibles again.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Oh, I'm sorry, I have to assume I wont either.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I'm going to take a hundred milligrams and then come
- 33:38Speaker 3: and do this show.
- 33:39Speaker 2: I would love that. Let's do That's fun.
- 33:41Speaker 4: That's a lie. Maybe I'll to eat some tonight.
- 33:44Speaker 5: One of these days, I Am going to take a
- 33:46Speaker 5: hun and then we'll see if people can tell if
- 33:48Speaker 5: I'm very high.
- 33:49Speaker 4: I would love that. We would love that.
- 33:51Speaker 3: We would all love that. Oh yeah, about a hundred
- 33:53Speaker 3: milligrams will go from there. Oh fun, I know.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Yeah, let's talk about Caitlin Clark's protein is most watched
- 34:02Speaker 1: WNBA game in ESPN history.
- 34:04Speaker 3: That I was one of them.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Clark's first game as a pro scored two point one
- 34:09Speaker 1: million viewers, making it the highest rated WNBA game in
- 34:13Speaker 1: the league's history across the ESPN platforms.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Absolutely incredible.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Around Bil, what she's doing for ball for the WNBA
- 34:21Speaker 3: is great.
- 34:22Speaker 2: We love it.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Who she isn't she dating someone?
- 34:25Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 34:25Speaker 2: The coach's son. I think of the school she went to.
- 34:28Speaker 2: I don't know. Did you guys see the thing that
- 34:32Speaker 2: mom sent us.
- 34:33Speaker 3: About the team? Yeah?
- 34:34Speaker 2: I know, the bull on the beach.
- 34:36Speaker 3: Oh, the bull on the beach, So Mexico.
- 34:38Speaker 1: There's this bull, okay, and there's this woman clearly an
- 34:41Speaker 1: American dumbas and this bull is coming up to her things.
- 34:44Speaker 2: I'm talking bull all right, like bullfighting.
- 34:47Speaker 1: Horns and all, and she's like trying to gather her
- 34:50Speaker 1: stuff and people are screaming at her, leave your thing.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Not only is she trying to gather her things, she
- 34:54Speaker 2: continues to drop her things as she's picking them up.
- 34:58Speaker 2: So this bull fucks her up.
- 35:00Speaker 6: Could tell she thinks it's like probably again I don't
- 35:02Speaker 6: know this, but it seems she thinks it's a joke.
- 35:04Speaker 4: If you want to.
- 35:05Speaker 6: Look it up joke, just google Fox eleven, Los Angeles
- 35:08Speaker 6: On Instagram. Tourists watch in horror as uh.
- 35:14Speaker 4: It doesn't say American, but I would she looks.
- 35:17Speaker 5: But she did grabbing her things as he's in it,
- 35:20Speaker 5: like hitting his head like it's a bad dog.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Because she was se that.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I like the guy with the surfboard he sees the
- 35:30Speaker 1: bull kind of turned towards him and he like, that's the.
- 35:34Speaker 4: Way, mind you guys. Someone is yelling in the background.
- 35:37Speaker 6: Please get away, like yelling to this woman. And it
- 35:42Speaker 6: happens with wild animals.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Did you guys.
- 35:44Speaker 6: See the clip of the Loser Women. You you women
- 35:48Speaker 6: are discussing the three Americans who pull over on the
- 35:53Speaker 6: side of the road and there were three bear cubs
- 35:55Speaker 6: in the tree and they're they're ripping them out of
- 35:59Speaker 6: the tree.
- 35:59Speaker 4: To take selfies with them. It is disgusting.
- 36:04Speaker 6: And they were like driving through Montana or some shit
- 36:06Speaker 6: that's probably I don't know they.
- 36:07Speaker 3: They put the bears in their car or anything.
- 36:09Speaker 6: No, they take them and they're ripping them and you
- 36:11Speaker 6: could hear the bears like crying, like making and they're
- 36:14Speaker 6: ripping them getting photos and.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Where was the rude?
- 36:18Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what I was, like, where's the mom like?
- 36:21Speaker 6: And they ripped them out and then I think they
- 36:23Speaker 6: put them back in the tree. But it's also so
- 36:25Speaker 6: dangerous because once you get a human scent on a cot, yeah,
- 36:29Speaker 6: they will, they could attack it.
- 36:30Speaker 4: Like there's a lot of ugh, don't do that.
- 36:33Speaker 2: It's an imposter bear.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Yes, they're like, who's this cub that's actually human?
- 36:38Speaker 4: Yes, who's this baby dressed up in a bear a costume?
- 36:41Speaker 3: I'm gonna kill it.
- 36:42Speaker 4: I'm gonna Yeah.
- 36:43Speaker 3: It's like lions do very quickly.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Before we move on to uh, to Tom Si from
- 36:51Speaker 1: Ronie was on Jeff Lewis's podcast. Okay, and you know
- 36:56Speaker 1: how we usually get the heads up we're going in
- 36:58Speaker 1: to break. Do not talk about anything you don't want
- 37:01Speaker 1: on the air, because we're still recording even during ads. Yes,
- 37:06Speaker 1: she starts talking shit on Rebecca min cough No, her
- 37:08Speaker 1: New Coast story. Yeah, she says she's nice. This is
- 37:11Speaker 1: not verbatim, but basically she's nice. She's just boring and
- 37:13Speaker 1: the girls like. And the other girl she's talking to
- 37:16Speaker 1: is like, she you know there, you guys are probably
- 37:19Speaker 1: gonna take her down, and she goes, we've been trying
- 37:20Speaker 1: to take her down, but she's unresponsive.
- 37:24Speaker 4: Did she know she was on Mike because they made it?
- 37:27Speaker 2: Because then, what's the guy with the red hair?
- 37:32Speaker 4: His name, I'm James, right, not James with the red hair.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Jamis is Jamison. It is James.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Yep, Jameson says, and you can tell Jeff is in
- 37:40Speaker 1: his own world reading something. And then they're talking and
- 37:45Speaker 1: the other woman not sigh says something and Jamison says,
- 37:50Speaker 1: we're ninety minutes away from going back on air.
- 37:53Speaker 4: Ninety seconds.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Ninety seconds. I say ninety minutes.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Yes, we're ninety seconds from being back, and they they're like, okay,
- 38:00Speaker 1: sounds good. And they begin to talk again, and he's like,
- 38:02Speaker 1: and remember people can still hear you, so like, if
- 38:05Speaker 1: you don't want it on the air, be careful. But
- 38:06Speaker 1: everyone's doing their own thing, and side the one woman
- 38:10Speaker 1: goes okay, it's fine, and SI's like, wait what stop?
- 38:15Speaker 2: That was amazing? It was amazing.
- 38:17Speaker 5: Oh wow.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Last before we go into the rot, the Tom Brady
- 38:21Speaker 1: roast E News did a housewives ranking, literally ranked every
- 38:26Speaker 1: housewife from the beginning of time to current.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Okay, there's a lot beyond one hundred. Okay.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Larsa came in at number twenty five, Meredith Marks was
- 38:37Speaker 1: at ninety four, Kelly Dodds seventy two, Erica Jane thirty nine,
- 38:41Speaker 1: Rinna seventeen, Judai's hit number six, The Countess hit number five,
- 38:47Speaker 1: Kyle Richards's three, Ninny Leeks hits two, and Bethany Frankel
- 38:51Speaker 1: slides in at the number one spot.
- 38:53Speaker 2: This is E, This is E doing this.
- 38:55Speaker 1: But you know what, you guys probably voted And even
- 38:58Speaker 1: though we're not a fan of the b right now,
- 39:01Speaker 1: she makes excellent television.
- 39:03Speaker 4: She and she's got a lot of iconic moments that
- 39:05Speaker 4: people so quote.
- 39:06Speaker 2: She has many iconic moments.
- 39:08Speaker 6: Yeah, crazy eyes, she get in the purse, crazy eyes, Right,
- 39:12Speaker 6: isn't that funny?
- 39:13Speaker 4: She's like she's yelled get Ramona.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, damn it. I forgot to put what number
- 39:19Speaker 2: Derinda was in. But Derinda she was ranking pretty high,
- 39:23Speaker 2: was she? Yeah?
- 39:24Speaker 3: All right?
- 39:25Speaker 1: Moving on, let's talk about the Tom Brady roast, the
- 39:28Speaker 1: greatest roast of all time. It is still being spoken about,
- 39:31Speaker 1: and I shook it to my core. I like I said,
- 39:34Speaker 1: we talked about it last week.
- 39:37Speaker 2: I said it.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Didn't need to be three hours long, but it was
- 39:40Speaker 1: absolutely fantastic and brilliant.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Chef's kiss.
- 39:45Speaker 1: Tom Brady is not happy about it. He said, I
- 39:48Speaker 1: loved when the jokes were about me. I thought they
- 39:51Speaker 1: were so fun. I didn't like the way it affected
- 39:53Speaker 1: my kids. He called the roast a good lesson and
- 39:55Speaker 1: said I'll be a better parent as I go forward
- 39:58Speaker 1: because of it.
- 39:58Speaker 5: Oh so he did lose so much family, He did
- 40:03Speaker 5: lose so much family after.
- 40:04Speaker 3: This, and now he's fucked.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Apologies, Lisa, and we continue to roast it, and Nicky
- 40:12Speaker 2: Glazer believes it's impossible. Brady hadn't considered the repercussions.
- 40:17Speaker 1: She said, maybe he didn't consider the backlash from his
- 40:19Speaker 1: family and how it would affect them. But also, but
- 40:23Speaker 1: I also think Tom Brady does not do anything without
- 40:25Speaker 1: doing research and knowing exactly what he's getting into. No
- 40:29Speaker 1: one's ever said a bad thing to him in the
- 40:31Speaker 1: past thirty years. I really don't think he thought they
- 40:34Speaker 1: were really going to go there.
- 40:36Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, it's a roast, you're gonna go there, but
- 40:38Speaker 6: everyone's gonna go everywhere.
- 40:39Speaker 4: They're comedians, They're gonna low blow.
- 40:42Speaker 2: And by the way, no one was safe. Kim Jay
- 40:44Speaker 2: was taking blows wrong.
- 40:47Speaker 5: Anybody would if I was Gronk, I would have got
- 40:49Speaker 5: up and left. I would have been like, my name should
- 40:51Speaker 5: be up here.
- 40:51Speaker 3: I'm getting fucking rammed.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Yeah, he got worse than Tom Brady. Yes, yeah, he
- 40:57Speaker 3: ain't saying anything.
- 40:58Speaker 2: It just all took a be But she's used to being.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Beaten up on a mat beet up.
- 41:03Speaker 2: Guys.
- 41:04Speaker 6: We didn't even mention this last week, but I've heard
- 41:08Speaker 6: Giselle left Tom Brady for her jiu jitsu jiu jitsu coach.
- 41:12Speaker 2: That's exactly right. She did, Okay, and Kevin's like eight class.
- 41:16Speaker 4: He's a day.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Tom got a thing. She's still a white belt.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I First off, she's a belt.
- 41:23Speaker 4: It's so much hotter now that Giselle does jiu jitsu.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Second, Tom loves that she does it too.
- 41:30Speaker 4: It is nice here. I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna
- 41:33Speaker 4: be honest here.
- 41:34Speaker 6: Okay, When you join jiu jit jiu jitsu as a
- 41:38Speaker 6: female and you watch the men.
- 41:43Speaker 4: Do their thing, it's there's multiple feelings. Number One.
- 41:47Speaker 6: At first, it's kind of like, oh, this is interesting,
- 41:50Speaker 6: like it's very close contact. But then when you see
- 41:53Speaker 6: someone who's like good at it and like it's it
- 41:55Speaker 6: is attractive and you feel empowered. I can see why Giselle,
- 42:00Speaker 6: I can see why that happened.
- 42:02Speaker 4: That's all I'll say. That's all I'll say. Because it is.
- 42:05Speaker 3: Falling around her like a spider market.
- 42:07Speaker 4: You know, it isn't art like jiu jitsu isn't like striking.
- 42:11Speaker 5: This is like this is like ground place, grabbing her
- 42:15Speaker 5: ass and then flipping her over.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Fingers, spitting her when you're.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Exsicitions ju jitsu is probably the most like I let's
- 42:38Speaker 1: just take him off.
- 42:38Speaker 2: No, I watched you do jiu jitsu.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Sean at the old office on Beverly and I left wet.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Yeah she would, I can't do it get too.
- 42:48Speaker 6: Hot when By the way, so you guys know, when
- 42:52Speaker 6: you're rolling in jiu jitsu, that's the last thing on
- 42:54Speaker 6: your mind. It's actually the furthest away and it's like
- 42:56Speaker 6: almost in the moment, like it's like.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Really, the first on your mind is I pray, don't
- 43:01Speaker 1: fart in his face?
- 43:03Speaker 3: Mind or claw quef I was trying to make a pg.
- 43:11Speaker 2: A wasting quef a quall.
- 43:15Speaker 6: Like people fart all the time and jiu jitsu it's horrific.
- 43:20Speaker 4: But like there are positions north South is like fully.
- 43:23Speaker 5: Like sin, could you benefit from a good fart in
- 43:27Speaker 5: jiu jitsu? Yeah, Like say you're not winning and you
- 43:30Speaker 5: like just pound one in his face and he's like
- 43:32Speaker 5: ship and you're like that's my brand.
- 43:34Speaker 3: I'm used to it. And now you're flipping him.
- 43:37Speaker 2: I feel like, women, that's your signature move.
- 43:40Speaker 4: That's your signature move.
- 43:41Speaker 5: It's a fart, Like, yeah, I just put him in,
- 43:43Speaker 5: all right, there's nothing in the room yourol that.
- 43:47Speaker 4: No, it's not illegal.
- 43:48Speaker 6: It neither is Like guys on the way sneak I
- 43:50Speaker 6: think a couple. Nobody does it, but Fingi's in the
- 43:52Speaker 6: butt but also.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Coach.
- 43:56Speaker 2: But when you're you may lose so much family because
- 43:58Speaker 2: of jiu jitsu. But it's but it's fine. Is she
- 44:01Speaker 2: with him?
- 44:02Speaker 4: Do we know this?
- 44:02Speaker 2: Is this?
- 44:03Speaker 3: Like? Are they still together? I believe so? Yes?
- 44:05Speaker 4: And he's like handsome.
- 44:07Speaker 3: I didn't the jiu jitsuga.
- 44:09Speaker 2: Tom Brady is not my like.
- 44:11Speaker 1: If I looked at him, I'm like, he's a good
- 44:13Speaker 1: looking guy. I'm ah, is he my type of good
- 44:15Speaker 1: looking where I would like holler at him?
- 44:17Speaker 2: Probably?
- 44:18Speaker 3: Not.
- 44:18Speaker 2: My favorite thing was for the most part, he looked
- 44:20Speaker 2: like he wanted to cry.
- 44:22Speaker 5: I loved they were like his bottom lip is shaking
- 44:24Speaker 5: and they zoom in and it was literally like.
- 44:29Speaker 3: He was nervous.
- 44:30Speaker 4: I need to I was gonna watch this last night
- 44:32Speaker 4: and I didn't. It's damn it.
- 44:34Speaker 1: I so but I wanted to know what the listeners,
- 44:37Speaker 1: what the listeners or the outside world thought of the roast.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Do people think that he that it went too far?
- 44:44Speaker 4: We've got mixed reviews?
- 44:46Speaker 6: Number one, I put another bonus episode in the making.
- 44:50Speaker 6: Let's discuss did the roast of Tom Brady go too far?
- 44:52Speaker 6: This isn't a bonus episode. So that was my bad,
- 44:54Speaker 6: you guys. But so we got fully mixed reviews.
- 44:58Speaker 4: I got a.
- 44:58Speaker 6: Nope, no, no, it's a roast. It went exactly how
- 45:02Speaker 6: it should go. Then we got only the Kim's vagina?
- 45:06Speaker 6: Is that of all? Like what wtf? We got a little,
- 45:10Speaker 6: but I still left my ass off. Feel really bad
- 45:13Speaker 6: for Giselle. We got he produced the show and it
- 45:17Speaker 6: was a way for him to give a big fu
- 45:19Speaker 6: to his ex and Bill Belichick.
- 45:22Speaker 2: M okay, Tom.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Brady, I would say that, but Bill Belichick was like
- 45:27Speaker 5: a part of it.
- 45:28Speaker 3: So I don't think to try to do a big fu.
- 45:31Speaker 6: Okay, we got to know he was getting paid to
- 45:34Speaker 6: get roasted. That's so true. Crying, laughing, Oh okay. So
- 45:39Speaker 6: I haven't watched it yet, so I don't know what
- 45:41Speaker 6: they're referring to and trigger warning. But with yes, with
- 45:45Speaker 6: the suicide slash death jokes?
- 45:47Speaker 4: Were there suicide?
- 45:48Speaker 3: Oh well, Aaron Hernandez, there were a lot of those.
- 45:52Speaker 1: The thing with I think roasts and comedians. Andrew Santino
- 45:57Speaker 1: said it best people say what can comedian and say
- 46:00Speaker 1: what is going too far? And he says, we can
- 46:04Speaker 1: say whatever we want to say, and you all are
- 46:06Speaker 1: allowed to get mad about it. We're allowed to say
- 46:09Speaker 1: whatever we want, you're allowed to not like it, and
- 46:11Speaker 1: it's just a revolving door of That's how it works.
- 46:15Speaker 4: One hundred percent.
- 46:16Speaker 2: I don't know where the line is because there are
- 46:18Speaker 2: things that you draw that.
- 46:20Speaker 1: If you were to, if you were to ask me,
- 46:23Speaker 1: how do you feel about Aaron Hernandez, it is absolutely
- 46:26Speaker 1: devastating and heartbreaking those.
- 46:28Speaker 2: Jokes that they were making. I did laugh at.
- 46:31Speaker 5: It's because you're a good person and you can you
- 46:34Speaker 5: know right from wrong. Well, if he's funny in that setting.
- 46:37Speaker 3: It's not funny anywhere else.
- 46:39Speaker 5: Just like I can make jokes about Michael Jackson pedophilia.
- 46:43Speaker 3: I know that is a very serious thing. But if
- 46:45Speaker 3: I hear a joke I can from Dave Chappelle right
- 46:47Speaker 3: exact yes, because I can separate a joke from reality
- 46:51Speaker 3: like that.
- 46:51Speaker 6: And also, at the end of the day, comedians, here's
- 46:54Speaker 6: my thought, it's the comedians. They're not going and maybe
- 46:57Speaker 6: they will. They're making the joke. If they continue to
- 47:00Speaker 6: not get the laughs or get negative feedback, their whole
- 47:03Speaker 6: point is comitedians, I would hope, is to make you
- 47:05Speaker 6: laugh or make you uncomfortable or make you question like ooh,
- 47:08Speaker 6: the line where it is, they're not going to.
- 47:11Speaker 4: Keep making them.
- 47:12Speaker 6: So, like you said, Ethan, the audience does dictate a
- 47:16Speaker 6: lot of comedy, a lot of jokes. So jokes are
- 47:19Speaker 6: being made and if there are laughs, they're probably going
- 47:22Speaker 6: to keep making them.
- 47:23Speaker 3: And that's the thing.
- 47:24Speaker 5: You go in and you do these fifteen to twenty
- 47:26Speaker 5: minute sets to practice, and if you go through and
- 47:29Speaker 5: you try that bit and no one laughs, you're not
- 47:31Speaker 5: putting that in your sight.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Well, and that.
- 47:35Speaker 2: And that's what people do.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Like Jess, you were saying that big names will go
- 47:40Speaker 1: into rooms like at the at the comedy store under
- 47:43Speaker 1: a fake name and test out new material there and
- 47:48Speaker 1: I'm sure if it gets a big laugh from the audience,
- 47:51Speaker 1: that's now a part of their bit. Let's say they
- 47:53Speaker 1: have a Netflix special coming up, it's probably gonna make
- 47:56Speaker 1: it on there. Now they're opening themselves up to a
- 47:59Speaker 1: whole different beast of criticism, but they've.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Done that bit enough in multiple places and had laughs
- 48:05Speaker 5: that it is now you there's gonna be repercussions, but
- 48:09Speaker 5: you've practiced it in front of people who have laughed,
- 48:12Speaker 5: so you're getting it as like, okay, you can do it, yes, right,
- 48:16Speaker 5: And a.
- 48:16Speaker 6: Lot of people deal with I mean a lot of
- 48:19Speaker 6: the greats. Have you deal with trauma or crazy life
- 48:25Speaker 6: events with comedy, it's like a way to deal with shit.
- 48:28Speaker 6: So the only thing which comedians do make a point of.
- 48:32Speaker 6: And I'm like, they're so right. There's so many like
- 48:35Speaker 6: TikTok stars and TikTok whatever social media influencers who now
- 48:40Speaker 6: they'll watch a comedian and all of a sudden, they'll
- 48:43Speaker 6: go on their TikTok and think, all of a sudden,
- 48:45Speaker 6: they're a comedian. Santino was actually talking about this, and
- 48:47Speaker 6: it's like and they start saying off color things that
- 48:50Speaker 6: they're like, oh, but comedians do it. It's like, you're
- 48:52Speaker 6: not a freaking comedian. That's what You're not a comedian.
- 48:55Speaker 6: You're not funny comedies and art. It takes years and
- 48:58Speaker 6: years and years. You can't just all all of a
- 49:00Speaker 6: sudden become a comedian. And that's the stuff that's annoying. Yes,
- 49:03Speaker 6: you will get canceled for that, or you will get shamed.
- 49:06Speaker 6: You're not funny, go away.
- 49:08Speaker 2: That's that's how I feel, too.
- 49:10Speaker 8: Yes, And one thing I thought was interesting is. I
- 49:13Speaker 8: believe it was Nicky Glazer. She said that she would
- 49:15Speaker 8: get like a focus group together and she would try
- 49:18Speaker 8: the jokes that made the Brady Roast to see how
- 49:20Speaker 8: people were reacting to them, and she got positive reactions,
- 49:24Speaker 8: did a couple of them.
- 49:25Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying, Like these comedians don't just go
- 49:27Speaker 3: that is a great drug.
- 49:28Speaker 5: I'm just gonna try it, and willy nilly, they're like, no,
- 49:30Speaker 5: I'm gonna go around see how they feel.
- 49:33Speaker 1: You know, she didn't wing that by any means, and
- 49:36Speaker 1: she was the star of that roast.
- 49:38Speaker 3: I mean, Tony was like, shoes, bitch, did you get
- 49:46Speaker 3: him in the divorce? He's so funny And that's He's
- 49:49Speaker 3: the one.
- 49:50Speaker 5: Who said, like the whale vagina fore, you got more funny.
- 49:57Speaker 1: I've recently, I've always respected her and I've always, like
- 50:02Speaker 1: I said, I don't watch Kardashians, but I don't think
- 50:04Speaker 1: you need to watch to know what's going on in
- 50:06Speaker 1: their life. I'm a huge fan, but just to watch
- 50:10Speaker 1: the blows. I mean, she's been taking blow after blow
- 50:12Speaker 1: for months.
- 50:13Speaker 2: People are not digging her.
- 50:14Speaker 3: Are we talking about sex?
- 50:16Speaker 1: I'm talking about Kim Kardashian as just like verbal, no,
- 50:19Speaker 1: but just verbal.
- 50:20Speaker 2: I don't think. Maybe she has a lot of sex.
- 50:23Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 50:23Speaker 1: I find it in very inspiring that a woman, she's
- 50:27Speaker 1: absolutely stunning. She's a beast in this world, right, And
- 50:32Speaker 1: to see someone like her be single and have a
- 50:35Speaker 1: hard time like finding a person and it's probably because
- 50:38Speaker 1: she's got other priorities. Right For someone like me, it's like, Okay,
- 50:43Speaker 1: that's inspiring. I can see a well rounded life and
- 50:46Speaker 1: there's not necessarily a man involved anyway, her taking hit
- 50:50Speaker 1: after hit recently, I'm like, I really have a lot
- 50:53Speaker 1: of respect because she still goes out and she's like,
- 50:55Speaker 1: I'm freaking Kim Kardashian. And by the way, I don't
- 50:57Speaker 1: think it matters if you're a little old you or
- 51:00Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian. People are people you know, and like your
- 51:03Speaker 1: money don't keep you warm, and opportunities don't keep you
- 51:05Speaker 1: warm either. It actually just opens up more criticism. Well,
- 51:08Speaker 1: you're like, i'd really.
- 51:09Speaker 2: Like you to end, yes, Like I really do just
- 51:11Speaker 2: want to be able to be nice.
- 51:12Speaker 6: Anyone who signs up for a roast, anyone who participates
- 51:16Speaker 6: in a ros I have a mad respect for because
- 51:18Speaker 6: it's like you put yourself out there.
- 51:20Speaker 4: Yes, you're gonna they're gonna be low blows.
- 51:23Speaker 6: If I ever signed up for a roast, I'd be like,
- 51:25Speaker 6: you know whatever, like a personal roast, because you know,
- 51:28Speaker 6: people do like jobs, will get comedians into roast their
- 51:31Speaker 6: boss and stuff.
- 51:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean Dana White, Yeah, yeah, kind of like
- 51:35Speaker 5: the same thing. He was roast and he was like,
- 51:37Speaker 5: you're kind of the I can't even remember who said it,
- 51:39Speaker 5: but they were like, Dana White, You're.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Kind of like Michael Vick, but with humans.
- 51:43Speaker 2: Yes, who said that?
- 51:48Speaker 3: Do you remember what it was?
- 51:50Speaker 2: Tony?
- 51:52Speaker 4: Tony so freaking funny.
- 51:54Speaker 1: And by the way, what Michael Vick did was so horrific.
- 51:58Speaker 1: But but now if it's all right, No, But what
- 52:02Speaker 1: I'm saying is you can separate the topics and understand
- 52:06Speaker 1: where we are right now at this roast or if
- 52:09Speaker 1: I'm sitting down with a panel of people who are
- 52:12Speaker 1: changing laws.
- 52:14Speaker 2: Right, obviously, I'm not gonna crack a Michael Vick joke.
- 52:17Speaker 1: No, But I think it's about being able to separate
- 52:21Speaker 1: reality from reality.
- 52:23Speaker 2: Like you have to laugh about things.
- 52:26Speaker 1: The world is so intense that if we can't laugh
- 52:29Speaker 1: about things that really aren't funny, it's gonna take us out.
- 52:33Speaker 5: That's why I love Ricky Gervais because he's the one
- 52:35Speaker 5: who always is making the jokes and always brings it
- 52:37Speaker 5: back at the end of it and is just like,
- 52:38Speaker 5: thank you guys for laughing.
- 52:40Speaker 3: You guys know right from wrong. This is comedy.
- 52:43Speaker 5: Yeah, that's why you're laughing at the wrong thing, because
- 52:46Speaker 5: you know what the right thing is.
- 52:47Speaker 2: Right, absolutely, yeah, yeah.
- 52:50Speaker 1: So would you say for the most part, what you're
- 52:52Speaker 1: reading just is it is very splitter. Do you think
- 52:54Speaker 1: most people say if you signed up for a roast,
- 52:56Speaker 1: this is what you got.
- 52:57Speaker 6: Most people, if you signed up for a roast, this
- 52:59Speaker 6: is what you get. They someone says, and I hear you,
- 53:02Speaker 6: but they went too far with slut shaming. Kim k
- 53:05Speaker 6: Everyone has a pass, doesn't mean we should shame people
- 53:07Speaker 6: for it in a roast.
- 53:08Speaker 4: That's exactly what you do. You gotta do because I
- 53:11Speaker 4: hear you.
- 53:12Speaker 6: But it's like a roast is different.
- 53:16Speaker 2: She signed yeah.
- 53:17Speaker 1: Like people were calling the jokes that people were making
- 53:20Speaker 1: about Nikki Glazer like misogynistic, and Nikki was like, no,
- 53:23Speaker 1: words like that don't exist in a row.
- 53:26Speaker 5: Well, she's standing up there and she goes I know
- 53:28Speaker 5: that I'm going to be called a cum guzzling horror
- 53:31Speaker 5: and I'm this and I'm that, but I do have
- 53:34Speaker 5: a boyfriend and I shoot you in the head to
- 53:36Speaker 5: suck this guy's dick for a lot time.
- 53:42Speaker 3: Like she even said, like, I know I'm gonna be
- 53:44Speaker 3: called like ahor a cum guzzler, but we're at a rose.
- 53:47Speaker 3: Let's go. Let's go.
- 53:48Speaker 6: And she said she was on a podcast right after
- 53:51Speaker 6: that and she said, how she has been good for you, Nikki.
- 53:56Speaker 6: She's always she's been in the comedy scene forever. If
- 53:58Speaker 6: you want to hear how she got started. It was
- 54:00Speaker 6: from a really traumatic experience and she's been on podcast
- 54:03Speaker 6: saying this.
- 54:04Speaker 4: It was she uh trigger warning. She was anarexic. Then
- 54:07Speaker 4: she got it was like she got hospitalized market.
- 54:12Speaker 5: And now that is even funnier because I think it
- 54:15Speaker 5: was Tony. Tony was like she they're so sick of
- 54:21Speaker 5: like they're trying to shove her down our throats now
- 54:27Speaker 5: like a joke.
- 54:27Speaker 3: Of like, yeah, he did. She has been.
- 54:30Speaker 5: Working out, so now they're trying to shove her down
- 54:32Speaker 5: our throats.
- 54:34Speaker 2: Oh my, because I had.
- 54:36Speaker 3: No idea she had a disorder.
- 54:37Speaker 4: Well that's how she.
- 54:38Speaker 6: Got into comedy. But long story short, she's been in
- 54:40Speaker 6: the game for a while. In this roast, she pitched
- 54:43Speaker 6: herself for it. They did not invite her. She was like,
- 54:45Speaker 6: I want to be on this roast. I want to
- 54:47Speaker 6: be on this Yeah.
- 54:47Speaker 4: They finally got her on and she was the first one.
- 54:50Speaker 6: Which is amazing at a roast because people's jokes are
- 54:54Speaker 6: while people don't realize as a comedian if someone is
- 54:59Speaker 6: using like this same jokes, keeping made you then get
- 55:02Speaker 6: rid of that joke because so you're like live editing
- 55:06Speaker 6: your set, like, well, can't say that joke anymore?
- 55:08Speaker 4: Oh, can't say so.
- 55:09Speaker 6: Nicki was first and she said, long story short, she
- 55:12Speaker 6: like has been popping off after that Rose. People are
- 55:14Speaker 6: like loving her and like good for her because she's
- 55:17Speaker 6: been in the game for a while.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Goes, where the fuck was that your whole career?
- 55:22Speaker 2: She's back, baby. It was a part of her journey.
- 55:25Speaker 2: It was all the universe's plan for her. They were like,
- 55:28Speaker 2: we're gonna give you a career that you're not so
- 55:32Speaker 2: happy about, but you're gonna pop off on Tom Brady's rouse.
- 55:36Speaker 1: You know, what's the nicky Glazer thing? Before we wrap
- 55:41Speaker 1: this conversation up. She did say at the very end,
- 55:44Speaker 1: you know how she.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Hugs tom Oh. She revealed what he said to her. Yeah,
- 55:49Speaker 2: he basically said, and this isn't verbatim, but thank you.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I wish you the best. I was like, I'm never
- 56:00Speaker 1: going to see you again. This is where we part ways.
- 56:04Speaker 5: But like that's the other thing. She like auditioned to
- 56:08Speaker 5: be on the road. She didn't ask if he would
- 56:11Speaker 5: have asked, like he would have been like, yeah, I'll
- 56:12Speaker 5: you soon.
- 56:13Speaker 3: But it's like yeah.
- 56:13Speaker 1: But Kim Cay slid into her DMS did she congrats
- 56:17Speaker 1: and just said like, you were amazing.
- 56:21Speaker 4: Kim continues to impress me.
- 56:23Speaker 2: Sorry guys, and then Nikki went into her fan girl
- 56:26Speaker 2: she said and was like, oh my gosh, you were
- 56:28Speaker 2: amazing girl.
- 56:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so wow, that was a really fun podcast.
- 56:34Speaker 2: I won't even lie. Let's skip to Ache and Relief
- 56:38Speaker 2: of the week.
- 56:39Speaker 1: I know that we are doing back to back, but
- 56:41Speaker 1: hopefully you guys have an ache and relief for double relief,
- 56:45Speaker 1: maybe double ach.
- 56:45Speaker 2: Jess, you want to start us off.
- 56:47Speaker 3: Sure.
- 56:47Speaker 6: My relief this week is my girl Ashley from mish
- 56:54Speaker 6: Mash Studio send me this hat. The first listener gifted hat.
- 57:00Speaker 6: So Ashley, thank you. I love it, she said, she
- 57:03Speaker 6: sent me a sweet No Easton wants one. She makes these,
- 57:06Speaker 6: by the way, you guys, and I try and highlight
- 57:09Speaker 6: every month or every couple months small businesses.
- 57:12Speaker 4: So this is gonna be my highlight for the month. Ashley.
- 57:15Speaker 6: Her instagram is at mish mash Studio and she this
- 57:21Speaker 6: is a crochet hat that's a copycat of how do
- 57:24Speaker 6: you say it?
- 57:25Speaker 2: A lot?
- 57:25Speaker 4: Am? I? You am? I?
- 57:26Speaker 2: I was gonna say it looks like mu meal. The
- 57:29Speaker 2: word doesn't look like meal, but your hat does.
- 57:32Speaker 6: So I love you, Ashley. This is so sweet. I'm
- 57:34Speaker 6: obsessed with it. Oh she makes like a crocheted crop
- 57:38Speaker 6: sweater that I want to get that's like these colors.
- 57:40Speaker 4: So anyway, thank you.
- 57:41Speaker 6: And then my ache is I chipped a nail before
- 57:44Speaker 6: we started this.
- 57:45Speaker 2: Every one the middle finger, the middle finger, and there
- 57:48Speaker 2: we go. All right, I love it, east You want
- 57:50Speaker 2: to go, yeah.
- 58:00Speaker 5: Ache of the week, we'll start off with. The ache
- 58:03Speaker 5: is in Doral, Florida. Okay, there's an animal shelter that
- 58:08Speaker 5: is without a c there's over one hundred and fifty animals.
- 58:12Speaker 3: I'm gonna post it on my Instagram. Okay, and they
- 58:16Speaker 3: just have like a couple of fans. This is what
- 58:18Speaker 3: it looks like.
- 58:19Speaker 4: I'll post it, but oh this is heartbreaks.
- 58:23Speaker 5: So they just said ideas are welcome, so we can
- 58:26Speaker 5: help the one hundred and fifty plus dogs located at
- 58:28Speaker 5: Metley off site shelter where they have no AC.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Okay, I just said, does do you.
- 58:34Speaker 5: Know anyone that works at a company or anything like that?
- 58:37Speaker 5: So I'm gonna see if we can get somebody that
- 58:39Speaker 5: does AC out there.
- 58:40Speaker 1: And yeah, because they could even we could even try
- 58:42Speaker 1: to figure out how to put in those those fans
- 58:46Speaker 1: you know like I have in the the a.
- 58:48Speaker 5: Du Yeah, and if they can do it for free,
- 58:50Speaker 5: you know, I shout them out here. I don't know
- 58:52Speaker 5: if that would do much, but yeah, I want to
- 58:53Speaker 5: see if we.
- 58:54Speaker 4: Can what we can contact them? Did you shout out
- 58:56Speaker 4: the Instagram?
- 58:57Speaker 3: I'm gonna post it on the Instagram. Put it on
- 59:00Speaker 3: the Instagram.
- 59:00Speaker 5: So that is my ache is these one hundred and
- 59:02Speaker 5: fifty dogs and it's ninety five plus degrees.
- 59:05Speaker 2: All right, let's try to figure it out as I am.
- 59:08Speaker 5: So I'll post that, keep that the lookout, and then
- 59:12Speaker 5: my relief is I don't know life.
- 59:16Speaker 3: Love it.
- 59:16Speaker 2: Landon comes home today.
- 59:18Speaker 3: Landin comes home. I'm getting my house all in order.
- 59:21Speaker 2: Piece of our pod has been missing, so he's back.
- 59:23Speaker 3: I love that. That is my relief.
- 59:25Speaker 2: I love it. T T thank you. My relief of
- 59:28Speaker 2: the week.
- 59:29Speaker 1: The iconic mirage in Las Vegas is closing after thirty
- 59:32Speaker 1: four years.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Yes, it's my relief. Flies it your relief because they
- 59:39Speaker 2: had all those animals there.
- 59:40Speaker 1: That's where like Sigfried and Roy or whatever their names
- 59:43Speaker 1: are kept their tigers and things like that.
- 59:45Speaker 2: And the rarest tigers.
- 59:47Speaker 1: In the world are the white ones, and they would
- 59:50Speaker 1: breed them and they'd come out all freaking inbread with
- 59:53Speaker 1: crossed eyes. They couldn't do anything, so they're like hidden
- 59:57Speaker 1: in the back of the mirage, and the animals were
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: placed elsewhere. I would love to know where they were placed,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: if anyone can shed light. I'm praying that it was
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: sanctuaries and they didn't allow like these big cat tiger
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: king people to come in and purchase them. So if
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: anyone knows where the animals ended up. But I'm thrilled
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: to hear that they are closing.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: Yay.
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: Not sad about it one little bit.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: I also have one more relief that Mom told me
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: about the sport of horse soaring has ended due to
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: the Horse Protection Act. This was deliberate pain inflicted to
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: the horses hoofs and legs.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: They would put chemicals into the legs and put screws
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: into their legs to create the look of almost like
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: the horse was tiptoeing.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: It ended, Hell, yeah, it ended.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: Thank god.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: So barbaric, barbaric and disgusting.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: And I think my ache of the week is me
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: wondering how the Kentucky Derby still exists.
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: I yeah, I'm going to shout out freaking sorry Alex
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: Cooper from Call Her Daddy ated Derby.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: Who goes to Derby anymore?
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: From college to the Kentucky Derby?
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: It wasn't the Kentucky Derby.
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: But and I don't know a ton of info, so
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: I will get on my Instagram and apologize. But she's
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: at a She was at a Derby with her man,
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: and I was like, who with a platform.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Goes to I'll say she probably did go because.
- 1:01:17Speaker 6: Oh yeah, here our first dirty It's on Instagram. You guys,
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: you know how they treat these horses. It's discussing these.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Horses drop dead, and when they're of no use, they
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: like just murder them.
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: Yeah, and they break their legs on the tracks because
