Let's start with a simple one: 'Mi sento male.' That means 'I feel bad' or 'I feel unwell.' Luna: Mi sento male. Luna: Mi sento male. Lucas: Perfect. Now, a common thing: 'Ho mal di testa.' That's 'I have a headache.' Luna: Ho mal di testa. Lucas: Yes. Ho mal di testa. Now you try. Luna: Ho mal di testa. That's a headache. Lucas: Exactly. And if you have a fever, you say 'Ho la febbre.' Luna: Ho la febbre. Fever. Lucas: Right. So now we have three: Mi sento male, Ho mal di testa, Ho la febbre. Let's practice a little scene. Luna: Okay, let's do it. Lucas: You walk into a clinic and say...? Luna: Mi sento male. Ho mal di testa e ho la febbre. Lucas: That's great. And the doctor might ask 'Dov'è il dottore?' but actually you're looking for the doctor, so you ask 'Dov'è il dottore?' Luna: Dov'è il dottore? Where is the doctor? Lucas: Yes. And after the visit, the doctor might say 'Prenda questa medicina.' That means 'Take this medicine.' Luna: Prenda questa medicina. Take this medicine. Lucas: Good. So let's repeat all five phrases: Mi sento male, Ho mal di testa, Ho la febbre, Dov'è il dottore?, Prenda questa medicina. Luna: Okay. Mi sento male. Ho mal di testa. Ho la febbre. Dov'è il dottore? Prenda questa medicina. Lucas: Perfect. Now let's do a quick dialogue. I'll be the doctor. You come in. Luna: Buongiorno. Mi sento male. Lucas: Cosa ha? Luna: Ho mal di testa e ho la febbre.
