Sohn Caught in Two Hit-and-Runs | Topeka News
A 49-year-old man named David Sohn is in custody after a chaotic Sunday in Emporia, facing hit-and-run charges and a police chase — and he’s also under investigation by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office for another hit-and-run involving a white van. The chase, which wasn’t high-speed but still tense, ended when Sohn hit a red light. Meanwhile, the Sheriff’s Office was dealing with a separate incident involving a similar van that wrecked a private gate and fence. Sohn is currently jailed but remains innocent until proven guilty.
