  And the first thing I wanted to mention is that if you feel

  resistance around this, almost even annoyed that you don't want

  to be sharing online your face and your message, and you're

  just a bit tired of Earth life in general, don't worry.

  This is actually a sign that you are a New Earth celebrity.

  New Earth celebrities, they have come many, many lifetimes to
• 1:18
  Earth, and that's why they know it so well.

  And they're a bit tired at this point in time.

  But because New Earth is coming, so we're going to be in person
• 1:28
  this lifetime, going through the shift from 3D to 5D, which is
• 1:33
  very rare, and we wanted to be here for this.

  So we've come as star seeds or galactic volunteers where you've

  had lives, where your soul's origin is from another place,

  for example, Andromeda in my case.

  But you come here to help Earth through this transition.

  So your soul is ready for higher planes, more high vibrational

  planets, not this dense bullshit that we see on Earth today.

  So that's one reason you could feel resistance because you just

  kind of done with Earth life. And the second reason why you

  could feel resistance is for what is called golden shadow.

  And this is a concept that I learned in a shadow work journal

  and that is that if you are jealous or have resistance
• 2:18
  towards somebody or something, it's actually because you see
• 2:22
  the potential within you, but you are not there yet.

  And I have so many examples in my life of this.

  And one example for me was I used to be really jealous at
• 2:32
  Youtubers and bloggers. And I thought, oh, that's for
• 2:36
  them. Like good for them.
• 2:38
  But like, it's a saturated market.
• 2:40
  I would have nothing to share anyway.
• 2:42
  Who do they think they are? Not having a real job, You know
• 2:46
  those thoughts. But really, it was a golden
• 2:48
  shadow. And it meant that I could see
• 2:51
  the potential in me. I could become that and I would
• 2:53
  have such an amazing life. But since I wasn't there, I was
• 2:57
  just discarding it. My ego was like, no, just stay
• 3:00
  in your lane. Do what you've always done.
• 3:02
  So you feeling that resistance because you're scared of
• 3:05
  success, like your ego is like, holy shit, I don't think I can
• 3:08
  do this. I'm not used to this.
• 3:11
  And if you genuinely didn't want it, you wouldn't be jealous.
• 3:14
  You wouldn't feel so strongly about this thing.
• 3:17
  The second thing you really should know as a future New
• 3:20
  Earth celebrity is that you will be shown like a river going to
• 3:26
  its destination. You will be shown to your dream
• 3:30
  life, to the content niche, to your purpose through signs and
• 3:36
  synchronicities. So you're not on your own on
• 3:40
  this journey. You have God, you have guides,
• 3:43
  you have a big support team behind you.
• 3:45
  All old souls with a mission have a big support team.
• 3:49
  Now the problem that stands in your way is your ego or your
• 3:54
  mind that likes the familiar. So if you have, let's say, a
• 3:58
  university degree in something, it feels like I spend so much
• 4:02
  time working on this that gets giving it all up doesn't feel
• 4:08
  good. For example, my friend, she
• 4:10
  studied for eight years to become a dentist and it was so
• 4:14
  hardcore that her hair started to Gray and bald patches like at
• 4:19
  the age of 25. But she was working so hard and
• 4:24
  she eventually became a dentist, but she was so burnt out.
• 4:28
  And it's firstly now the last few years that she's now on the
• 4:31
  concentration path. So really try to surrender your
• 4:34
  ego. And I find the best way to do
• 4:37
  this is through meditation, daily meditation, whether that's
• 4:40
  just counting your breaths, focusing on your breath, a
• 4:44
  mantra. And if you, like me, have quite
• 4:48
  an active monkey mind, you struggle to really get into deep
• 4:51
  meditations. A little hack that's worked for
• 4:54
  me is to use a frequency generator.
• 4:57
  I use this one by Energy Muse. I don't know if other companies
• 5:01
  sell this as well. I don't think so.
• 5:03
  So I just turn it on the blue light.
• 5:04
  That means it's working. And it's very powerful to start
• 5:08
  with just three minutes to 5 minutes, then build it up from
• 5:11
  there, and then just have it next to you while you're
• 5:14
  meditating. And the first time I tried it,
• 5:17
  the first few minutes I'm like, is this a scam?
• 5:19
  Because nothing's happening? But then my crown chakra started
• 5:22
  opening up, which is I guess my most active psychic center.

  And yeah, it was crazy. It's been working so well.

  I highly recommend. And specifically the one I have

  is 174 Hertz. That is a very grounding
• 5:36
  frequency and that will really settle your nervous system, your

  anxiety, so that monkey mind will rest.

  supposed to create this lifetime is your pain is your purpose.

  Usually your sole mission is to share what you've struggled with

  and how you overcame it. And this way you become a guide

  rather than a guru, right? People are sick and tired of

  gurus. For example, Deepak Chopra, I

  don't know if you heard about what came out about him and the
• 6:41
  files, but it's really dark. And that is what a newer
• 6:45
  celebrity is. They're a guide rather than a
• 6:47
  guru. OK, so they're not looking down

  on their little peasants. You are the same level as with

  the guide you're learning from. So think about what have you
• 6:58
  gone through? What are some challenges you've

  gone through? And I would suggest you write

  doing this down and think about which of these are am I most

  excited about talking about. For example, one of our students
