- 1:23Speaker 3: up for you Today. We'll talk to Rich on tech
- 1:26Speaker 3: Rich Rich and Rich love Rich. Yeah, well we'll talk
- 1:29Speaker 3: to Rich. We got the trending news headlines menasas the
- 1:31Speaker 3: late us in the world of entertainment, got the Birthday's
- 1:33Speaker 3: port of Birthday, all that and more today Tuesday, here
- 1:37Speaker 3: on The Woody Show and everything is more expensive right now,
- 1:41Speaker 3: you guys, I don't know if you've heard. I'll talk
- 1:44Speaker 3: about for a couple of things. But you know what
- 1:46Speaker 3: else has gone up in price. It's that time, the
- 1:50Speaker 3: time of the year, oh, where we get to find
- 1:52Speaker 3: out how much it costs for the twelve Days of Christmas.
- 2:00Speaker 5: You're part of the problem, you know.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I know at this point.
- 2:02Speaker 3: I know because there are there are two things that
- 2:04Speaker 3: come out every year, and I will cover them every
- 2:07Speaker 3: single year because it's so dumb. Number one is exactly right,
- 2:11Speaker 3: the twelve days of Christmas, because who the hell is
- 2:12Speaker 3: buying a partridge in a paar tree?
- 2:14Speaker 6: Not lately.
- 2:15Speaker 3: The other one is like how much a stay at
- 2:18Speaker 3: home mom would make if she was paid for all
- 2:20Speaker 3: the jobs that she had. They come up with a
- 2:21Speaker 3: different one every single year. We always cover them, and
- 2:24Speaker 3: here we go for twenty twenty five. All right, So
- 2:27Speaker 3: this is according to the PNC Christmas Price Index. So
- 2:31Speaker 3: buying everything included in the song for Your True Love
- 2:35Speaker 3: this year would touch you back fifty one thousand, four
- 2:37Speaker 3: hundred and seventy six dollars and twelve cents. That is
- 2:40Speaker 3: up four point five percent over last year. Now, the
- 2:44Speaker 3: five gold rings. They saw the single biggest increase, a
- 2:47Speaker 3: thirty two percent increase. The pear tree that jumped up
- 2:51Speaker 3: thirteen point five percent. Now, many of the prices for
- 2:55Speaker 3: the birds involved didn't go up at all, so that
- 2:58Speaker 3: kind of you know, its value. So broken down, the
- 3:02Speaker 3: partridge in a pear tree four hundred and twenty dollars
- 3:06Speaker 3: eighteen cents, okay, Two turtle doves seven hundred and fifty dollars.
- 3:12Speaker 3: What I want to seven dollars? No French hens? Like,
- 3:16Speaker 3: what's what's so special about a French.
- 3:18Speaker 6: Hands Cornish game hand?
- 3:21Speaker 3: Right? They sell those at the store, right, yeah, but likes, dude,
- 3:26Speaker 3: I ever, like, what kind of fancy ass store you're going?
- 3:29Speaker 3: Three would cost you three hundred and forty six dollars
- 3:33Speaker 3: and fifty cents? That's I don't understand. Like, so I
- 3:37Speaker 3: want to know where they got that price? Like three
- 3:39Speaker 3: French hens? How much do hens cost?
- 3:42Speaker 4: Well?
- 3:42Speaker 5: These are French hands, okay.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Yeah, but if I just wanted to buy apparently better right.
- 3:48Speaker 5: Well, we could get some more chickens for the studio,
- 3:50Speaker 5: and that's right ourself, thank you.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Four calling birds just birds.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Like parrots say things back, I mean parrots.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I would understand because this price five hundred ninety nine
- 4:04Speaker 3: dollars and ninety six cents.
- 4:05Speaker 4: All right, parents are expensive.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Parrots would be expensive, but just from parrots would be
- 4:09Speaker 3: is every kid's like one of their first petty they're
- 4:11Speaker 3: a goldfish or a parakeetent mine was.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Yeah, parken't it?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Oh?
- 4:14Speaker 6: Calling birds are a European blackbird. They don't seem that special.
- 4:17Speaker 6: I'm sorry.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Okay, Maybe that's why because they're harder to get maybe
- 4:20Speaker 3: and irregular. Hen is like twenty bucks. All right, five
- 4:23Speaker 3: gold rings again, this is the one that saw the
- 4:25Speaker 3: biggest increase up thirty two point five percent this year.
- 4:29Speaker 3: So those five gold rings will cost you one thousand,
- 4:31Speaker 3: six hundred and forty nine dollars and ninety cents. Six
- 4:36Speaker 3: geese laying nine hundred and thirty dollars.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know where these people are shocked.
- 4:41Speaker 7: Okay.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Also, I guess I never really paid that much attention.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Why so many birds?
- 4:46Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:46Speaker 3: Yeah, who wants that?
- 4:48Speaker 4: How many?
- 4:48Speaker 3: How many friggin birds do you need? Yeah?
- 4:50Speaker 5: Why does that say love?
- 4:52Speaker 8: Uh So?
- 4:52Speaker 3: Six gisa laying nine hundred and thirty bucks. Seven swans
- 4:55Speaker 3: of swimming.
- 4:56Speaker 5: I mean those are free at the park.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Thirteen thousand, one hundred and twenty five dollars. This is
- 5:03Speaker 3: the second most expensive item on the entire level.
- 5:06Speaker 7: That's expensive.
- 5:07Speaker 9: Remember father of the bride and she gets them for
- 5:09Speaker 9: her wedding to go around in the water.
- 5:11Speaker 6: Very expensive, very expensive to do.
- 5:14Speaker 3: And they didn't remember the rent them. They bought them.
- 5:16Speaker 7: They rented them for the day.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Eight maids of milking they got fifty eight bucks. How
- 5:23Speaker 3: much person? All right? Nine ladies dancing?
- 5:28Speaker 8: All right?
- 5:29Speaker 3: So eight thousand, eight hundred and fifty six dollars and
- 5:32Speaker 3: eighty eight cents.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Still a pretty good price. How many dollar bills is that?
- 5:36Speaker 6: That's a thousand per girl?
- 5:38Speaker 3: Ten lords a leaping, so what would that be? How
- 5:41Speaker 3: much does it do to leave just a lord like
- 5:45Speaker 3: like a put on a show.
- 5:46Speaker 5: And places you can grab them for a couple of
- 5:48Speaker 5: yellow shots.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Yeah, oh yeah, b sixteen thousand, eight hundred and thirty
- 5:53Speaker 3: six dollars and fourteen cents. So again I would like
- 5:55Speaker 3: to see show your work. Yeah, away prices here right,
- 5:58Speaker 3: what's the breakdown?
- 5:59Speaker 5: I think it's because it's a lord, right, But the
- 6:01Speaker 5: way they go to the title, But.
- 6:02Speaker 3: What is that It's not like Menace wants to be knighted.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Remember parenthetical gay lord, that's what they are, yeah, gay lord. Yes,
- 6:11Speaker 5: and those are way cheaper, exactly said.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Because they just want to have fun. Yeah, they're like,
- 6:17Speaker 3: you don't have to pay me Eleven pipers piping three
- 6:21Speaker 3: seven hundred ninety seven dollars.
- 6:22Speaker 4: And forty one in the same place, you know what
- 6:24Speaker 4: I'm saying.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Twelve drummers drumming four thousand, one hundred and six dollars
- 6:29Speaker 3: and eight cents.
- 6:29Speaker 5: First off, you can find hippies and drum circles for free.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Yeah, so pipers piping and drummers drumming. I have been
- 6:35Speaker 3: laughing my ass off at there's a series of these
- 6:39Speaker 3: uh ai videos that are all over social media of
- 6:43Speaker 3: cats doing different things. So, like there's a cat with
- 6:46Speaker 3: like a set of bagpipes on this lady's front porch
- 6:49Speaker 3: and she goes, stop it, stop it, stop playing those pipes,
- 6:52Speaker 3: and she grabs them from this cat. It looks like,
- 6:54Speaker 3: I mean, the ai is great. It's so real now, right,
- 6:57Speaker 3: it looks it's it's so ridiculous that it's funny. Right,
- 7:00Speaker 3: And like he's out there with like a fiddle playing
- 7:04Speaker 3: you stop that, give me that fiddle, right, now it's
- 7:06Speaker 3: mid midnight, get back, get out of here, and the
- 7:08Speaker 3: cot like hisses at her. Cat's got a hibachi table
- 7:12Speaker 3: out there? No hibachi, it's midnight. There's a whole series
- 7:16Speaker 3: of these things. It's the dumbest thing.
- 7:19Speaker 10: You like it.
- 7:19Speaker 3: I can't get enough of it. And I hate cats.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'm not even a cat person. It's so dumb and funny.
- 7:26Speaker 5: All right, Greg, Okay, in a similar one, I know
- 7:27Speaker 5: you hate cats as well. What if what you can
- 7:30Speaker 5: do with a cat? You can hold a cat like
- 7:32Speaker 5: upside down and then put its tail in your mouth
- 7:34Speaker 5: like you're playing bagpipes. That's fun.
- 7:37Speaker 3: I'd watch that. I wouldn't do it. Yeah, So fifty
- 7:41Speaker 3: two thousand sounds like a lot. They said, if you
- 7:42Speaker 3: bought all the items repeated over and over in the song,
- 7:44Speaker 3: obviously be on the hook for a lot more. All
- 7:47Speaker 3: the repetitions come out to three hundred and sixty four gifts,
- 7:51Speaker 3: and that adds up to two hundred and eighteen thousand,
- 7:54Speaker 3: five hundred and forty two dollars and ninety eight cents.
- 7:56Speaker 5: Yeamn, I'm worth it.
- 7:58Speaker 3: So so there there you have it, everybody. Our annual
- 8:01Speaker 3: report on how much the twelve days of Christmas would
- 8:04Speaker 3: cause that's the worst list of gifts ever.
- 8:09Speaker 5: Yeah, that's nobody wants that, Yeah, nobody. I know the goal. Obviously,
- 8:13Speaker 5: there was an Office episode where the secret Giver was
- 8:17Speaker 5: doing that and she was just wrecked and.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Clode please stop eight seven seven forty four Wooding hit
- 8:23Speaker 3: us up with the text over to two to nine
- 8:25Speaker 3: eight seven minutes. Has the world of entertainment at his fingertips? Yeah,
- 8:29Speaker 3: he's gonna tell us. So that's all about. Plus the
- 8:30Speaker 3: birthday's port of Birthday all up next to here on
- 8:32Speaker 3: The Woody Show.
- 8:37Speaker 9: Made it just in time.

- 9:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Did you ever show Greg the video from the from
- 9:09Speaker 3: the Ocean?
- 9:10Speaker 11: Oh?
- 9:10Speaker 10: You know what?
- 9:11Speaker 6: I tried to send it to him.
- 9:12Speaker 3: I didn't go here show him right now, Gina's gonna
- 9:15Speaker 3: look up. You don't have to do it. Right this second,
- 9:17Speaker 3: while Gina looks up that video. We we filmed something
- 9:19Speaker 3: for for Greg.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Thank you men.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Today a special education day. It's also bartender Appreciation Day.
- 9:28Speaker 3: It is business Day of popping Corn. Okay, I guess
- 9:33Speaker 3: if you're in the popping corn business. Isn't National Build
- 9:36Speaker 3: Joy Day? National mud Day? And it's a National skip
- 9:40Speaker 3: school Day?
- 9:42Speaker 4: All right?
- 9:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I have here?
- 9:45Speaker 5: How could it be a special education and skip school day?
- 9:47Speaker 12: I know?
- 9:48Speaker 3: All right, here we go, this is so special just
- 9:50Speaker 3: forres we were I forget where it was, Saint Kitts.
- 9:52Speaker 3: So yeah, yeah, and so we went off to this
- 9:55Speaker 3: this beach for the day and uh, while we were
- 9:58Speaker 3: in the water, check it out, found stumbled upon found
- 10:01Speaker 3: something for Greg. It's a it's a cup that we
- 10:05Speaker 3: found in the water right here here we go. Found
- 10:14Speaker 3: a cup in the water. And then you, as a
- 10:16Speaker 3: responsible person, you took it with you and threw it
- 10:19Speaker 3: in the garbage.
- 10:19Speaker 12: Oh wait, shoulder shoulders tossed it, you know what, because
- 10:26Speaker 12: it lives there. Maybe some crabs home, like yeah, some
- 10:30Speaker 12: crab like we'll use it for like a like a
- 10:32Speaker 12: hermit crab, like a new shell crop.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Yeah. Anyway, she was supposed to send that to you,
- 10:38Speaker 4: tri I'm.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Glad you did.
- 10:39Speaker 4: It would have been.
- 10:41Speaker 3: It was better to see your reaction live and in person.
- 10:44Speaker 3: I'm glad you re littered. Yeah, I didn't re litter.
- 10:48Speaker 4: It was already in there, so you were holding it.
- 10:51Speaker 11: I was, I was holding it, but it was already
- 10:53Speaker 11: were you from the boat that you could have just
- 10:54Speaker 11: taken it with you that hey, oh yeah, that would
- 10:57Speaker 11: have been way too much shorter.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Hey I found some litter. Throw this away.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I've noticed like.
- 11:02Speaker 3: When people bring their drinks into the water with them
- 11:04Speaker 3: when you're at the beach, because like waves and stuff
- 11:06Speaker 3: for crashing, the water is getting.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Like like the three drops of ocean, ocean water to ruin.
- 11:11Speaker 3: So you see everybody standing there like the Statue of
- 11:13Speaker 3: Liberty with their like hands up in the air, just
- 11:15Speaker 3: because you have to have that drink. Even I'm taking
- 11:20Speaker 3: my like have I'm saying, like, have it in like
- 11:23Speaker 3: some kind of vessel with the top, yeah, right exactly, yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 3: something like that, but like just an open, you know,
- 11:30Speaker 3: plastic cup where the ocean water is getting in there
- 11:33Speaker 3: and you're like kind of dodging waves.
- 11:35Speaker 5: This is why we bring our Stanley cups into the.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Ocean and then when you're done with it, it'll sink down.
- 11:42Speaker 3: But very nice. Exactly. They can make a read you
- 11:47Speaker 3: all right, man, It's what's happening in the world of entertainment.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Well, old school singer Paul Anka. Do you know who
- 11:52Speaker 4: that is? Actually like days ago I saw him perform,
- 12:01Speaker 4: probably like two years ago. It was still really good, hilarious.
- 12:05Speaker 4: He had a lot of jokes when he was performing.
- 12:08Speaker 4: I liked it a lot. But he Paul just did
- 12:11Speaker 4: an interview and he confirmed that Frank Sinatra was packing
- 12:16Speaker 4: and actually large salamie in his pants. Yeah, he said,
- 12:21Speaker 4: I'll tell you. He says, yeah, it's huge. But what's
- 12:24Speaker 4: crazy is another old school name, Milton Burrel. He said
- 12:31Speaker 4: that he was way bigger. He said he found out
- 12:32Speaker 4: all this stuff while on holiday with these folks. Now,
- 12:36Speaker 4: well I'm on holiday now, Gina, And what do you
- 12:40Speaker 4: guys just went on holiday? And do you see your
- 12:42Speaker 4: friends Wieners.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Once we weren't sharing a room or anything.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know, guys, they're famous singers and actors.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Like are they sharing a dressing room?
- 12:57Speaker 13: Well?
- 12:57Speaker 5: He said, as I just said, they were in like
- 12:58Speaker 5: the song of Steamhouse together.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Yeah, we didn't do that. There's a lot of nudity
- 13:02Speaker 3: at the saunas, and then you see, I think.
- 13:04Speaker 5: That guys I don't get the appeal number one, especially
- 13:07Speaker 5: as a group of guys. Number two, just in general
- 13:09Speaker 5: sauna all together, I don't like it.
- 13:13Speaker 4: I was just talking to my Korean friend and he
- 13:15Speaker 4: said that he's kind of upset with the bath houses
- 13:18Speaker 4: because they have been taken over by the gays. Yeah,
- 13:21Speaker 4: and he said this decades ago, right, this used.
- 13:24Speaker 5: To be like our hangouts culturally Korean. The Korean spas
- 13:28Speaker 5: are different than the gay bath houses very or should be.
- 13:32Speaker 4: But I guess.
- 13:33Speaker 5: He said they got infiltrated. Yeah, so he's very mad
- 13:38Speaker 5: at the early eighties.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Yeah, he's like, what the heck?
- 13:40Speaker 8: Man?
- 13:40Speaker 4: All right? Moving on though, we so we confirmed that
- 13:44Speaker 4: Frank Sinatra has a big hog uh home improvement stars
- 13:49Speaker 4: Zachary ty Bryant, Oh, I saw this. This guy is
- 13:52Speaker 4: in trouble again. He violated his probation.
- 13:55Speaker 3: He's been arrested five times in six years.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Yeah, poor guy. Yeah, he was on for thirty six
- 14:01Speaker 4: months and he violated the probation because he got in
- 14:04Speaker 4: a fight with his girlfriend. She also got arrested He
- 14:08Speaker 4: got arrested in twenty twenty four for dui. He also
- 14:11Speaker 4: got arrested for punching a woman in this year.
- 14:15Speaker 5: Actually, I take back to hold this poor guy then
- 14:17Speaker 5: she is looks like he's on meth from his latest market.
- 14:23Speaker 4: He's like, dude, you could just like, you know, be
- 14:25Speaker 4: out there going to conventions and signing some autouse and
- 14:29Speaker 4: you're out here doing this stupid crap. Dumb all right,
- 14:32Speaker 4: this guy clearly.
- 14:33Speaker 3: It's like some kind of dependency thing. Yeah, it's drugs, alcohol, right, yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 3: combination of.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Both, exactly. Moving on to former Cardinals player Jim.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Edmunds Jim Edmonds.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Jim Edmunds. Did I not see that? Edmonds?
- 14:49Speaker 3: I know, it's just the way he said that. Jim Edmonds.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Jim Edmunds. He is going to have a full house
- 14:55Speaker 4: this holiday season because he has all his kids in
- 14:58Speaker 4: full custody because his ex wife.
- 15:01Speaker 3: So wait, what's in Because I remember this was like
- 15:03Speaker 3: the talk. My wife loved Jim Edmonds. She's from Saint Louis.
- 15:07Speaker 3: That was like one of her favorite players. Yes, he
- 15:10Speaker 3: was on like one of the real housewives he was.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Yeah, that's why he became on my radar and I
- 15:16Speaker 4: started talking about him with your wife, not because of sports,
- 15:18Speaker 4: because he was on the Real Housewives and he was
- 15:21Speaker 4: married to this woman. Her name is Megan King. She
- 15:24Speaker 4: is very attractive, but apparently she kept on wanting to
- 15:28Speaker 4: give ridlin to the kids when they weren't prescribed for it.
- 15:33Speaker 4: So that's how he got full custody because, uh, child
- 15:36Speaker 4: Services came in and said, why are you trying to
- 15:38Speaker 4: give this kid? Really apparently apparently I don't know, but
- 15:43Speaker 4: he allegedly And now the kids live with Jim, So
- 15:47Speaker 4: Jim helpful house of kids. Massive of a red flag?
- 15:50Speaker 5: Is it if your wife wife in most cases, obviously
- 15:53Speaker 5: comes to you and says, I'd like to be on
- 15:54Speaker 5: the Real Housewives of.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, well it has not ended well. Like just
- 15:59Speaker 4: recently Candy from Atlanta, she was married to her husband
- 16:03Speaker 4: and everyone thought like, oh, this is a solid marriage
- 16:06Speaker 4: and they just got divorced and they were together for
- 16:09Speaker 4: eleven years. Oh no, yeah, it sucks. That surprises me
- 16:12Speaker 4: from Candy, I know any of these people are surprised.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Candy Verse, you don't know who she is. You definitely
- 16:20Speaker 4: know a song that she wrote.
- 16:22Speaker 11: Called no Scrubs Menace In the latest were one of
- 16:25Speaker 11: the latest episodes of Celebrity Weakest Length. The theme was Housewives.
- 16:30Speaker 11: If you ever think that you're even slightly uninformed about anything,
- 16:35Speaker 11: watch that episode. They are the legally stupidest people.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Ever seen.
- 16:43Speaker 5: What does their day consistent? Where does their mental energy go?
- 16:46Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 16:46Speaker 11: I think in one round they got one question right,
- 16:48Speaker 11: and it was about classic surgery. No, they dumped things
- 16:52Speaker 11: down for the celebrity editions to get well, questions that
- 16:55Speaker 11: four year olds could have answered.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Did you also see they did a hip hop rap edition. Hilarious,
- 17:04Speaker 4: It's very old. Okay, ye, look it up. It's it's
- 17:07Speaker 4: pretty good, all right. Moving on to Prince William and
- 17:13Speaker 4: his lady Kate Milton. They love doing one thing and
- 17:17Speaker 4: that's cold plunging seas and they think it's good for
- 17:21Speaker 4: them and they love it.
- 17:22Speaker 3: So many, so many people swear by that.
- 17:25Speaker 5: Now it's been a while speaking of things that we
- 17:28Speaker 5: were people are doing.
- 17:29Speaker 3: It's good for inflammation, yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Appetite just beat cancer.
- 17:33Speaker 7: So yeah, yeah, and thanks to the.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Cold plunge, right exactly.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Doctor, I could see where I could see where like
- 17:40Speaker 3: you'd feel good afterwards, like it's invigorating.
- 17:43Speaker 5: Yes, but again, the whole inflammation thing has been proven.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Yeah you might like it if so good whatever, but
- 17:51Speaker 5: the medical benefits thing is unproven to say the least.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:54Speaker 4: I was just I was like, this is pretty nuts.
- 17:56Speaker 4: I was just listening to Theo Vaughan's podcast and he
- 18:00Speaker 4: is he's on, sorry's on there? And apparently Theovonne has
- 18:04Speaker 4: a cold Plunch like set up where he was recording,
- 18:07Speaker 4: and he asked, uh, is he on sorries? If you
- 18:09Speaker 4: want to jump in before doing the interview, and he
- 18:11Speaker 4: did it, like we should set that up here at
- 18:14Speaker 4: the studio for our guests, all right. Moved on to
- 18:17Speaker 4: Simon Cowell. He says sorry for being a dick during
- 18:20Speaker 4: American Idol.
- 18:22Speaker 3: He said the best party it got so boring after
- 18:24Speaker 3: they started. He started with like they wouldn't put any
- 18:27Speaker 3: of the bad singers on there, reason to walk, Sorry
- 18:30Speaker 3: for making this fun for you. The first two weeks
- 18:32Speaker 3: of American Idol were always good and then you turn
- 18:34Speaker 3: That's where he got the William hunks and the people
- 18:36Speaker 3: who thought the great singers, like what are you who
- 18:39Speaker 3: told you he was a good singer?
- 18:41Speaker 4: Well, his excuse was that they were wasting his time
- 18:44Speaker 4: because he was looking for a good singer. So that's
- 18:46Speaker 4: why he was being a dicky because they're wasting time.
- 18:49Speaker 8: But you know that.
- 18:50Speaker 5: By the way, who's the producer of the show?
- 18:51Speaker 3: You people fold? Yeah, you can easily fire those producers.
- 18:57Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 18:57Speaker 4: He says that he's grown, so he's not grow Yeah
- 19:00Speaker 4: every time.
- 19:01Speaker 5: By the way, this is a good point speaking of
- 19:03Speaker 5: Simon Cowell and Amy Shumer and other people. Every time
- 19:05Speaker 5: someone grows as a person, they become so much less
- 19:08Speaker 5: funny and less interesting. Yeah, and just less everything.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Well, I say that when they become vegan, Like everyone
- 19:15Speaker 4: becomes kind of mid when they've become vegan. Like in
- 19:18Speaker 4: the entertainment industry.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Look, everybody changes over time, evolves in certain ways over time.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Look like Howard Stern, you outgrow stuff, right, yeah, it happened.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Like that's why you know you're not into the same
- 19:30Speaker 3: shows today that you when you were three.
- 19:32Speaker 4: True? Right, we get that.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Yeah, you like you constantly evolve, your taste change or
- 19:37Speaker 3: like maybe you get you know, you're you're you're burned
- 19:39Speaker 3: out on whatever you used to think was interesting or funny.
- 19:42Speaker 4: You've had enough.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Figure, yeah, I'm good, and now you find interested in
- 19:44Speaker 3: something else. Like I get where that happens. But stop
- 19:46Speaker 3: the apologizing, right.
- 19:48Speaker 6: Yeah, like you did it.
- 19:49Speaker 3: You thought it was fun at the time.
- 19:50Speaker 5: I don't think it's funny.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Yeah, move on, like and now it's like, yeah, maybe
- 19:54Speaker 3: I'm stunning too that now. Yeah, you know, because I've
- 19:56Speaker 3: outgrown it. I've ripped on so many people and told
- 19:58Speaker 3: them they were terrible singers for so long it's now
- 20:01Speaker 3: boring to me. Oh yeah, I gotta find other things that, uh,
- 20:05Speaker 3: just don't don't apologize. Yeah, nobody, nobody was really truly hurt.
- 20:09Speaker 3: If anything, you help some people, right, Yeah, they're now
- 20:12Speaker 3: working a cubical job where they otherwise would have been
- 20:14Speaker 3: out there still trying to make their dream come true.
- 20:16Speaker 4: But everything never happened. But at their job they could
- 20:18Speaker 4: tell everybody that they want an American night is also true.
- 20:20Speaker 4: I met WILLI Rong. Thanks to you time.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Time for the birthdays and your porn. No birthday shiver.

- 21:47Speaker 6: No, Monica stabbed in the back by saying good parch
- 21:52Speaker 6: in nineteen ninety.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Three people my bad.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:55Speaker 4: He dated Anna korner Kova, nice hot, Yeah, he dated her.
- 22:00Speaker 4: You know they got kids together.
- 22:01Speaker 3: I know, but I don't think it.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Nobody stabus.
- 22:03Speaker 3: She took a stab and stab the same kind of

- 23:02Speaker 3: It's a drill though, yo. That's a Sarah Vendela who's
- 23:07Speaker 3: forty two years old today, and that's your porno birthday.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Your celebrity birthday is a little look at what's happening
- 23:15Speaker 3: in the world. Of entertainment this morning here on the
- 23:17Speaker 3: Woody Showy Show.
- 23:24Speaker 7: It's so funny.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I welcome back everybody, all right. So there there was
- 23:30Speaker 3: a time where Greg Gory really found Sebastian Maniscalco to
- 23:34Speaker 3: be hilarious.
- 23:35Speaker 14: There is.
- 23:36Speaker 4: He was fooled.
- 23:36Speaker 3: It's a sad part of my history. And so many people,
- 23:40Speaker 3: so many people still find him to this day to
- 23:42Speaker 3: be really funny.
- 23:45Speaker 5: I'll give started that live credit. They mocked him pretty hard.
- 23:48Speaker 3: We were talking about, Yeah, that was pretty good. Now
- 23:51Speaker 3: he's got a Hulu special that came out this year
- 23:55Speaker 3: called it Ain't Right came out. Now is it what
- 23:58Speaker 3: he's saying or how he said that people find entertainment?
- 24:02Speaker 3: It's got to be how he says it, because there
- 24:04Speaker 3: is no punch. And I finally figured out there is
- 24:06Speaker 3: a there's a cartoon character who he always reminded me
- 24:09Speaker 3: of because he always has like in his in the
- 24:14Speaker 3: way he says certain both these big cheeks. Droopy dog
- 24:20Speaker 3: was a cartoon. It drove me not I could not
- 24:24Speaker 3: come up the name.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Groom by dog right, and he sounds I can see that,
- 24:29Speaker 5: all right, So look it up.
- 24:30Speaker 3: You're not familiar with droopy dogs, just google droopy dog.
- 24:34Speaker 12: And so.
- 24:40Speaker 3: So this is him on why he doesn't like people
- 24:43Speaker 3: bringing food with them when they come over to eat
- 24:45Speaker 3: for the hollow. All right, this is again. This is
- 24:48Speaker 3: from one of his latest specials called It and Again
- 24:52Speaker 3: Listen with the dog.
- 24:53Speaker 15: Me to be honest, I don't like when people bring stuff.
- 24:59Speaker 15: I don't like when will make food at their house
- 25:03Speaker 15: and bring it bring it to my house. Why are
- 25:06Speaker 15: they laughing as soon as they get out of the car.
- 25:08Speaker 15: It's leak and everything is leaking. There's a trail of
- 25:13Speaker 15: juice from their car to my door.
- 25:15Speaker 10: Their car.
- 25:18Speaker 3: There is always unidentifiable. Identify, identify. The cartoon always comes
- 25:25Speaker 3: in a clear bowl.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Mall you have to ask what is that?
- 25:33Speaker 15: Oh it's marshmallows, cinnamon chicken chick.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Yeah. Where would you like me to put it near
- 25:43Speaker 3: the guard? But the guard.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Dude.
- 25:53Speaker 3: So it's like full blown allergy slash cold season. Yeah,
- 26:00Speaker 3: and what I've got is definitely an allergy. You're positive about?
- 26:04Speaker 3: Oh yeah, positive. So then I've been swearing by navage
- 26:10Speaker 3: and I think I'm off board.
- 26:11Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I got it because of you.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, I know. Anyway, So, uh, what started as
- 26:20Speaker 3: just a little congestion. One side used in avage and
- 26:25Speaker 3: now that same side won't stop running and it's driving
- 26:30Speaker 3: me nuts.
- 26:30Speaker 5: So it worked too well?
- 26:32Speaker 3: Is that working too well? Yeah? It would rather it
- 26:34Speaker 3: be stuffed up than just running cod like a faucet.
- 26:38Speaker 4: You can see it in your face not looking so
- 26:40Speaker 4: hot right now?
- 26:41Speaker 3: Really well, yeah, because the right side of my nose
- 26:49Speaker 3: just like running, the.
- 26:51Speaker 5: Really cleared that blockage really over.
- 26:54Speaker 3: And I mean I thought it was just supposed to
- 26:57Speaker 3: take all the ear tints out so that you're just
- 26:59Speaker 3: not running or congested. Less attractive to medicine take away.
- 27:05Speaker 7: Well that's a positive, but it's got to go somewhere though.
- 27:07Speaker 3: I can't like walk around here. He's like grabbing my ass.
- 27:10Speaker 16: I know.
- 27:13Speaker 4: That when there's the miracle drug that I swear by,
- 27:17Speaker 4: I have m D, but that's behind the counter stuff.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I've got that.
- 27:21Speaker 6: Stuff that actually makes me feel like I'm having a
- 27:23Speaker 6: heart attack.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Yeah, that stuff be good.
- 27:26Speaker 4: I take it on when I'm like, you know, kind
- 27:29Speaker 4: of sleepy on certain days.
- 27:30Speaker 3: That's that's more b' more for like a cold cold.
- 27:35Speaker 3: You know, this was just an allergy thing, and so
- 27:39Speaker 3: you know, I took my typical zertech, which I take
- 27:42Speaker 3: every day. Yeah, yeah, those are good. And then this navage,
- 27:46Speaker 3: which normally I swear by. But what do you do
- 27:49Speaker 3: for a running nose pository? Do you ever like roll
- 27:52Speaker 3: up a piece of tissue paper and stuff it up
- 27:54Speaker 3: there like a nose?
- 27:57Speaker 7: Yeah, you need a tampon those tamps.
- 28:01Speaker 3: No, but for whatever reason that all of a sudden
- 28:03Speaker 3: feels better, why don't Why.
- 28:05Speaker 6: Don't you put a tamp up there?
- 28:06Speaker 7: It would be great?
- 28:08Speaker 4: Can you do that?
- 28:09Speaker 6: Yeah, toxic shock syndrome.
- 28:11Speaker 3: No, then you got like sticking out of your face.
- 28:13Speaker 6: Yeah, but you'll feel so much better.
- 28:15Speaker 3: You want like a little baby of it. Don't get
- 28:16Speaker 3: a tampon, Morgan, I'm not gonna put a tamp on them.
- 28:19Speaker 5: That would be stupid. Not like butt chugging used like
- 28:23Speaker 5: your socks.
- 28:25Speaker 7: No, of course, not.
- 28:27Speaker 10: That you have.
- 28:29Speaker 7: My bag put it back in the wrapper.
- 28:32Speaker 3: But honestly, like, what do you do? No, congestion is
- 28:34Speaker 3: one thing, but yeah, what do you do to get
- 28:36Speaker 3: it stop?
- 28:37Speaker 4: You dry it out?
- 28:38Speaker 10: Right? Is that?
- 28:41Speaker 3: Because it's only Yeah, it depends on what what what's
- 28:44Speaker 3: making it run? But I would think that the navage
- 28:46Speaker 3: cleared whatever was making it run, or we should.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Have Yeah, you put a space.
- 28:52Speaker 3: A while.
- 28:52Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm looking for real answers a space heater in
- 28:57Speaker 4: my note. Like I told you, I have like super
- 28:59Speaker 4: deep sus so I needn't even blow my nose never,
- 29:03Speaker 4: like my whole life. Can't do it. I've got a doctor.
- 29:06Speaker 4: Blow your nose. Yeah, we've tried it on the show before.
- 29:09Speaker 3: I don't mean you can't.
- 29:10Speaker 5: So you.
- 29:12Speaker 3: See, I think this run the equivalent of Gina saying
- 29:15Speaker 3: she can't take a pill. Yeah, I think, yeah I can.
- 29:18Speaker 3: You don't know how to, No, I don't know how.
- 29:20Speaker 4: I've gotten the doctor about it, and he's like, oh man,
- 29:23Speaker 4: you got super deep sinuses because I go, yeah, what
- 29:25Speaker 4: I really struggle to like try to blow my nose
- 29:29Speaker 4: and like nothing will come out ever.
- 29:32Speaker 6: But do you constantly gets activity?
- 29:34Speaker 15: No?
- 29:35Speaker 3: But what I'm saying is like you you've never had
- 29:37Speaker 3: a running nose? I have, yeah, okay, and when so
- 29:41Speaker 3: when you blow your nose there, does it work?
- 29:43Speaker 10: No?
- 29:44Speaker 3: Nothing, Your nose is in the process of running. Yeah,
- 29:48Speaker 3: so I just like kind of I just kind of
- 29:49Speaker 3: like just wipe it.
- 29:52Speaker 9: So I looked it up and it says that you
- 29:54Speaker 9: need to stay hydrated and also humidify yourself.
- 29:57Speaker 5: So drink a lot of.
- 29:58Speaker 4: Who I'm saying, like the space heater thing.
- 30:00Speaker 6: I read that, but but you're trying to dry it
- 30:03Speaker 6: out humid But that's what it's saying, stay hydrated.
- 30:09Speaker 7: Didn't use a humidifier for a running nose?
- 30:12Speaker 3: I don't interesting. Maybe I do have that like concierge
- 30:17Speaker 3: doctor service.
- 30:18Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I get him on the horn.
- 30:19Speaker 3: I always forget about it. That's what and that's what
- 30:23Speaker 3: it's for. Yeah, let's call him like cauld you can
- 30:25Speaker 3: just I could text him right now and he'll get
- 30:27Speaker 3: back to me probably within fifteen twenty minutes. Like how
- 30:31Speaker 3: do you stop the running noose? Simple question like that
- 30:34Speaker 3: as opposed to calling This is why I finally, you know,
- 30:37Speaker 3: moved on from who I had before. Yeah, just the
- 30:39Speaker 3: regular doctor's office people, because you call there, you have
- 30:42Speaker 3: a question for today, my nose is running. I just
- 30:45Speaker 3: want to know, like, what's a good way to get
- 30:47Speaker 3: that to stop today. I don't want to go on
- 30:49Speaker 3: for an office visit for that, but can I just
- 30:51Speaker 3: get like some can I get like a professional opinion there?
- 30:55Speaker 4: And they say, well, let's see I can. Yeah, we
- 30:58Speaker 4: have a five on March twenty six.
- 31:02Speaker 7: Yeah, I think you'll still be ready.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Then no, bitch, I'm just gonna get this because otherwise
- 31:07Speaker 3: I feel totally fine. Yeah, it's this right side and
- 31:11Speaker 3: I can feel because right in my eye, which makes
- 31:13Speaker 3: this this eye water. Yeah, and then just right out
- 31:17Speaker 3: so annoying? Are doctors really that busy? I made a
- 31:20Speaker 3: dermatol disappointment about a month ago and it's still a
- 31:24Speaker 3: month away. Like, how are you seeing patient? Are you
- 31:27Speaker 3: seeing a thousand patients an hour? Is it what they're
- 31:31Speaker 3: talking about where they only they only take a certain
- 31:35Speaker 3: number of patients a day because they're capped Somehow about
- 31:38Speaker 3: are they? Like but the number of like you know,
- 31:41Speaker 3: Blue Cross will only pay for us a certain number
- 31:44Speaker 3: of maybe I don't know. I don't I don't know.
- 31:46Speaker 4: But telehealth doctor stuff or radio people that has changed
- 31:50Speaker 4: my life though, Like you just talk to a doctor quick.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Yeah, it's great.
- 31:54Speaker 4: I talked about it before. I use one medical it's
- 31:56Speaker 4: through Amazon. It's like twelve bucks a month and you
- 32:00Speaker 4: talk to a doctor like right away. I used to
- 32:02Speaker 4: go to urgent care because urgent care was quicker than
- 32:04Speaker 4: anything else.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Now urgent care you might as well go to the
- 32:07Speaker 3: emergency room because you'll be there for four days, but
- 32:10Speaker 3: you're the only person in the waiting room. You're like,
- 32:12Speaker 3: where are all the people that I'm waiting on? How
- 32:14Speaker 3: have I been here two hours?
- 32:15Speaker 6: I've always wondered with telehealth if like a guynecologist, a
- 32:18Speaker 6: neurologists will be like, well, drop your pants, let me see.
- 32:21Speaker 4: Is it those I know over tellhealth?
- 32:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:25Speaker 4: Oh yeah basic?
- 32:27Speaker 5: What will they look at over tell ahealth?
- 32:29Speaker 3: As my first you gotta get like one of those
- 32:32Speaker 3: plumbers cameras.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Yeah, just feed it in.
- 32:36Speaker 11: Yeah, I thought it was just talking you just really Yeah,
- 32:41Speaker 11: I had to Tellhealth recently. I didn't show them.
- 32:43Speaker 3: You should have checked this. I have a rash or something.
- 32:47Speaker 4: This point.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Greg was the first person and I once he said it,
- 32:51Speaker 3: I'm like, you know what, You're right because Greg had
- 32:53Speaker 3: said for years that no matter what, you go to
- 32:55Speaker 3: the doctor for broken finger, broken finger, like somehow they're
- 32:59Speaker 3: taking a look at your penis, right, they gotta get
- 33:01Speaker 3: you naked.
- 33:02Speaker 6: That's interesting because for us it's always when was your
- 33:04Speaker 6: last period? I'm like, what do you care?
- 33:05Speaker 5: I have you know athletes foot?
- 33:07Speaker 7: Or when the last time you had sex?
- 33:08Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 33:09Speaker 4: Like I broke my arm, you say, take off all
- 33:13Speaker 4: your clothes and the doctor will be in a minute.
- 33:15Speaker 7: Just does Yeah, that is like the first thing they have.
- 33:18Speaker 11: Yeah, somebody texted in and I looked it up. They
- 33:20Speaker 11: have something called nampons for nose bleeds. So it's a
- 33:24Speaker 11: nose tampon. It's called a nosebleed stopper.
- 33:27Speaker 6: Can we door dash some nampos?
- 33:29Speaker 9: Yeah, those ob tampons look like they could fit up
- 33:32Speaker 9: your No, one don't even know it's a tampons.
- 33:34Speaker 3: Little baby. No, but you have this giant like wad.
- 33:40Speaker 5: No, but they're not giants.
- 33:41Speaker 6: It's sleek and no applicator.
- 33:44Speaker 5: It would just look like cotton.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Yeah. If I take a little piece of this tissue
- 33:47Speaker 4: right here, it's dynamic.
- 33:48Speaker 7: Don't shove it up too far now.
- 33:50Speaker 4: Can you even see it?
- 33:51Speaker 3: Not at all? Now, if I had this obi tampon
- 33:53Speaker 3: in my face, I'm pretty sure you'd see it.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Fish that I pick a bugger out night. Good at
- 34:00Speaker 4: that it's right there.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Yeah, it's amazing to me that we have all this, like,
- 34:04Speaker 3: look at all the AI technology, the things that you
- 34:06Speaker 3: could do just with a I or you know, we
- 34:08Speaker 3: have these things on Mars that are Roman. But yet
- 34:11Speaker 3: something so basic is let's say common cold you know,
- 34:15Speaker 3: or run those there big thing is like put this
- 34:17Speaker 3: thing in that blows a mist and then drink a
- 34:20Speaker 3: lot of you know, fluids. That's the best we can do. Like,
- 34:24Speaker 3: I want something, I want something like you have. You
- 34:26Speaker 3: know when you nick yourself shaving, I forget what they
- 34:30Speaker 3: call those little pens. Yes, yes, I have. Yeah, but
- 34:37Speaker 3: it works, it does work, It works, it hurts. What
- 34:42Speaker 3: did you say, right, Yeah, it looks like a piece
- 34:47Speaker 3: of chalk and you just wet it and then immediately
- 34:50Speaker 3: stop burns nothing. You could you can hold something on
- 34:54Speaker 3: there like you cut your face, like, I'm sure it's
- 34:56Speaker 3: the same, all the same for women on your legs.
- 34:59Speaker 3: I don't know if it's different on your face or whatever.
- 35:01Speaker 3: Like this stuff will bleed bleed, bleed, bleed bleed. Nothing
- 35:04Speaker 3: stops it. This limptick, Yeah, just tap it on there.
- 35:08Speaker 3: You tap it on there, and all of a sudden
- 35:10Speaker 3: it just stops.
- 35:10Speaker 4: I need some of that.
- 35:11Speaker 7: I got to google that.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Yeah, and it works.
- 35:14Speaker 11: You ever cut your ear? So here here's a confession.
- 35:17Speaker 11: When I shave, like, my ears are hairy, it's gross.
- 35:20Speaker 11: So I actually shave my my outside of my ear
- 35:23Speaker 11: and I nicked it once and oh my god, I
- 35:26Speaker 11: think of bled for about a month.
- 35:27Speaker 6: O Greg, I'd like to offer you a service, you
- 35:29Speaker 6: know how I will never pop a pimple, and I
- 35:32Speaker 6: think it's the most disgusting thing ever.
- 35:33Speaker 5: I will, however, pull out every hair on your head.
- 35:36Speaker 6: You want me to just tweeze your ears, I.
- 35:38Speaker 11: Mean, it make me so happy at this point. I
- 35:40Speaker 11: shave it so it's stuble, so it's like just right
- 35:43Speaker 11: along that ridge of the ear.
- 35:44Speaker 6: I would love to tweeze that, Oh my god.
- 35:48Speaker 3: Long enough to breid it. Greg says, never blow your nose.
- 35:54Speaker 3: That spreads the so called infection. So everything we know
- 35:58Speaker 3: from life.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Is well to do.
- 36:01Speaker 3: You're supposed to look like Turner and Hooch dripping anti
- 36:07Speaker 3: handkerchief people. Handkerchiefs are ros. My stepfather carries one of those.
- 36:14Speaker 4: Still.
- 36:15Speaker 3: It's like in the pocket of his jeans.
- 36:17Speaker 5: No way.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Yeah, And you just say he has it.
- 36:19Speaker 8: I go, so like you.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Fold it up and you put it back in your pocket.
- 36:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:24Speaker 17: Now.
- 36:24Speaker 3: I do usually have like like a tissue or whatever
- 36:28Speaker 3: in my pocket, like if the if I have some
- 36:30Speaker 3: congestion going on, and if I've used the tissue once.
- 36:34Speaker 3: You know, I'm on the on on the run, and
- 36:36Speaker 3: then I put I put it back in the pocket.
- 36:38Speaker 3: I'll use it a second time then throw it away.
- 36:41Speaker 3: But yeah, I don't need a it's like that. Uh
- 36:44Speaker 3: you know how parents used to have like uh reusable diapers,
- 36:48Speaker 3: cloth diapers. That's so disgusting. So because the question was, okay,
- 36:54Speaker 3: you have these cloth diapers, so you get like the
- 36:57Speaker 3: the heavy stuff out and then what and then like,
- 37:00Speaker 3: do you like rinse the other part before you put
- 37:02Speaker 3: it in? Or do you put like heavily soiled coca
- 37:05Speaker 3: in the same washing machine that you're putting your clothes
- 37:09Speaker 3: because that's hoffee filter.
- 37:11Speaker 4: Yeah, you know that's disgusting. Are you hanging out in
- 37:15Speaker 4: your backyard and spray with the hose or you have got.
- 37:17Speaker 7: To do that instantly because it's gonna be sitting around
- 37:20Speaker 7: on dodo.
- 37:21Speaker 6: Was it just my grandmother's or I hope this I
- 37:23Speaker 6: don't turn into this. But did you ever see old
- 37:25Speaker 6: ladies tuck their used kleenex into their sleeves?
- 37:28Speaker 14: Yes?
- 37:28Speaker 9: My grandma always used to make us do That's give
- 37:31Speaker 9: us every time she saw us, she'd make us stuffed tissues.
- 37:34Speaker 3: In our sleeves.
- 37:35Speaker 5: Always.
- 37:36Speaker 9: Yeah, that's what they and our noses were always running
- 37:38Speaker 9: and we would just wipe it with our hand and
- 37:40Speaker 9: then touch everything.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Yeah, when I wrestled around school, if you bumped your
- 37:44Speaker 3: nose and started bleeding, the coach and put a tampon
- 37:46Speaker 3: up there to finish the mat. Yeah, I don't know
- 37:49Speaker 3: why you're so anti tampon nose right now.
- 37:51Speaker 4: We pretty much had the right here.
- 37:54Speaker 3: It's too big.
- 37:54Speaker 7: Is the tissue still in your nose right now?
- 37:56Speaker 4: No? I took it out. They take scissors and cut
- 37:58Speaker 4: a little.
- 37:59Speaker 5: Plug out and they haven't or light days lights.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Feel so fresh.
- 38:05Speaker 4: I know we can whittle the tampon right.
- 38:08Speaker 3: The other pro tip that somebody told me, because it's before,
- 38:12Speaker 3: I got one of those pens for the cuts. When
- 38:15Speaker 3: you're shaving, If you have anti perspriant deodorant, just put
- 38:18Speaker 3: a little dab that on it. There's something in the
- 38:21Speaker 3: anti pursper, and I think it's the aluminium or the
- 38:25Speaker 3: whatever's in there that makes the bleeding stop. Like immediately
- 38:27Speaker 3: it worked.
- 38:29Speaker 4: The spy.
- 38:30Speaker 3: I have the spray, So what I did is I
- 38:32Speaker 3: sprayed it onto like a Kleenex, and I dabbed that
- 38:35Speaker 3: on my face and it stopped.
- 38:36Speaker 6: Well it's anti sweating, so maybe it's anti bleeding.
- 38:39Speaker 4: Yeah. All the people I know that use that the spray,
- 38:45Speaker 4: I'm just cooler. I don't know.
- 38:47Speaker 3: I haven't used spray since high school. Yeah, you know what,
- 38:49Speaker 3: because I found it's the only thing that truly works.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Like I would I would use the sticks and everything
- 38:55Speaker 3: and either be like a caky mess or I would
- 38:58Speaker 3: still get like pit stains. And then I tried this
- 39:03Speaker 3: stuff at whatever it's called. It's in the blue can,
- 39:05Speaker 3: that's all I know, and.
- 39:08Speaker 4: That is perfectly dry.
- 39:09Speaker 6: Yeah I didn't.
- 39:10Speaker 3: So it's the thing.
- 39:12Speaker 4: I thought it was movies. Everybody uses this.
- 39:16Speaker 5: That's high school.
- 39:18Speaker 3: It's literally it's the only thing that has, uh that
- 39:20Speaker 3: has really worked. I mean, I guess I could do. Yeah,
- 39:23Speaker 3: Arid Extra Extra Yeah, Arid x X ultra nuclear dry. Yeah,
- 39:28Speaker 3: this stuff you've seen.
- 39:29Speaker 4: You've seen those.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Yeah, you showed them to me. Yeah, I need to
- 39:32Speaker 3: get it because all my shirts have silver arms stop immediately.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Well maybe because you keep T shirts for like twenty
- 39:39Speaker 3: years thirty.
- 39:41Speaker 4: Like he has.
- 39:41Speaker 3: He has old show T shirt from like two thousand
- 39:46Speaker 3: and six. I was looking at my closet. He's got
- 39:48Speaker 3: this shirt. We had this thing when we worked in
- 39:50Speaker 3: San Francisco. Oh yeah, yeah, this t shirt is so
- 39:54Speaker 3: not Bay Area, which was an inside joke at the time,
- 39:57Speaker 3: and we made some shirts and gave him away and
- 39:59Speaker 3: stuff and will still wear it from time to time.
- 40:01Speaker 11: I think ninety percent of my clothes are thirty years old. Yeah,
- 40:05Speaker 11: nothing wrong with ridiculous.
- 40:06Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, anyway, that got off to a tangent.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Put a tampon on your nose.
- 40:14Speaker 4: I just want to see a tampon on the nose.
- 40:16Speaker 3: No, we just want to see it. Like like man,
- 40:18Speaker 3: I said, we can whittle it, we can cut it.
- 40:19Speaker 3: I'm saying, you just want to see a tampon and
- 40:21Speaker 3: someone's dance.
- 40:22Speaker 4: That is that what it is?
- 40:23Speaker 3: Because yes, and I wanted to stop your stuff in
- 40:25Speaker 3: this because like, what's the difference between that and again.
- 40:28Speaker 6: It's kind of like a science experience because what you're
- 40:29Speaker 6: doing right now is less fun and funny.
- 40:31Speaker 4: Yeah that's and less effective.
- 40:33Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not absorbing as much as a tampon.
- 40:36Speaker 6: And I'm not laughing.
- 40:37Speaker 7: And I think I have the sport mode ones you
- 40:38Speaker 7: could wear.
- 40:39Speaker 4: Oh yeah, so it's yeah, it's kind of bad.
- 40:44Speaker 3: Yeah, are you serious boxing, We'll get back to Uh,
- 40:49Speaker 3: to actual business, although I do feel like there were
- 40:51Speaker 3: some helpful tips in here.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah that stick thing some good did you knows?
- 40:56Speaker 5: Yes, you're welcome.
- 40:58Speaker 4: Yeah, and if again, anybody with the good uh.
- 41:00Speaker 3: A couple of people on the on the text with
- 41:02Speaker 3: you know what to do with the the run the
- 41:05Speaker 3: kind of running nose where it's like you blow your
- 41:07Speaker 3: nose and it's like you never even did anything. It
- 41:09Speaker 3: just keeps running like an open faucet. It's so annoying,
- 41:12Speaker 3: especially when you're doing this stupid job and it is
- 41:15Speaker 3: called a stiptick pencil. I'm gonna yeah, yeah, it works, man,
- 41:20Speaker 3: It's great. Uh So we'll get back to actual business.
- 41:22Speaker 3: Coming up next, Gina Grad is gonna have the trending
- 41:24Speaker 3: news headlines right after the break hang.
- 41:26Speaker 10: On Barwoody Show, barwy Show.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Shows, The wood Show, and oh yeah we're gonna do
- 41:43Speaker 1: some news.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Yeah we are, We're gonna do some news, dude, Gina Grad.
- 41:49Speaker 3: One of the trending news headlines, Well.
- 41:50Speaker 6: Everyone showed up for work today, which means that nobody
- 41:53Speaker 6: won the powerball jackpot drawing last night. Three people in California, Georgia,
- 41:57Speaker 6: and Illinois did hit for one million each but nobody
- 42:01Speaker 6: won the big jackpot, which is now up to seven
- 42:03Speaker 6: hundred and seventy five million for the next drawing tomorrow night.
- 42:07Speaker 6: So just fyi, the seven seventy five the lump sum
- 42:09Speaker 6: for that would be about three hundred and sixty two million.
- 42:12Speaker 6: Then the government takes her cut, so you're only looking
- 42:15Speaker 6: about two hundred and forty five million, so don't bother.
- 42:18Speaker 3: Yeah, it fixes in man like these lottery jackpots, because
- 42:22Speaker 3: they know what tickets are out there, right right, and
- 42:25Speaker 3: so it's all in a computer system. It's like Vegas,
- 42:27Speaker 3: so that Vegas sets the payouts for the slot machines,
- 42:30Speaker 3: like they know exactly what they're going to pay out. Yeah,
- 42:33Speaker 3: it's not random, so it might be random who ends
- 42:37Speaker 3: up winning it, right right, But like it doesn't win
- 42:39Speaker 3: when till the casino programs it to win, right yeah. Right,
- 42:43Speaker 3: So these mega millions powerball whatever, it's good timing with
- 42:47Speaker 3: the holidays because they really go hammer on those commercials
- 42:50Speaker 3: to buy tickets and stuff and put it in people's
- 42:52Speaker 3: stockings and and things like that.
- 42:55Speaker 4: It's like they knel all the numbers selected.
- 42:57Speaker 3: It's weird, right, It's all the system and then the
- 43:00Speaker 3: it tells the all right computer, which number isn't picked?
- 43:04Speaker 4: Who do I like make sure that we don't pick
- 43:09Speaker 4: any of the numbers that were.
- 43:10Speaker 6: Picking now, but the ball rolls out, it's random?
- 43:13Speaker 3: Oh sure, yeah, it's totally random.
- 43:16Speaker 4: Yeah, no way they can fix that.
- 43:18Speaker 10: No.
- 43:18Speaker 6: Well, Luigi Mangioni, he was back in court yesterday for
- 43:21Speaker 6: that pre trial hearing, and we learned a little more
- 43:23Speaker 6: about how cops found him. So after he allegedly killed
- 43:27Speaker 6: the United Healthcare CEO last year, he spent five days
- 43:31Speaker 6: on the run before someone spotted him in a McDonald's
- 43:33Speaker 6: and Pennsylvania. The manager called nine one one after this
- 43:36Speaker 6: little old female customer said she recognized him as the.
- 43:39Speaker 5: Shoot her from New York.
- 43:41Speaker 6: Prosecutors showed a video of cops questioning Mangioni at the
- 43:44Speaker 6: Mickeyd's and said they found a three D printed gun,
- 43:47Speaker 6: a silencer, and a notebook in his backpack. Now, his
- 43:50Speaker 6: lawyers say the search was illegal, that the cops opened
- 43:53Speaker 6: Mangioni's bag without warrant and questioned him before reading him.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Is right, guys, they opened his bag to find the
- 43:59Speaker 3: smoking gun.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 44:00Speaker 5: Literally, that is diary.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's how they opened the bag.
- 44:03Speaker 6: They didn't like that, so the judge now has to
- 44:05Speaker 6: decide whether or not any of that evidence can be
- 44:07Speaker 6: used at all. Well, Netflix put up its DOCKU series
- 44:11Speaker 6: about Ditty, produced by fifty Cent, by the way, but
- 44:14Speaker 6: as of yesterday, Diddy's lawyers have sent Netflix.
- 44:17Speaker 5: A cease and desist to stop it.
- 44:20Speaker 6: According to the lawyers, the series, it's called Sean Coalm's
- 44:23Speaker 6: the Reckoning, uses what they claim is stolen footage of
- 44:26Speaker 6: Ditty and that footage was quote never authorized for release.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's out. It's out.
- 44:32Speaker 6: The lawyer said that it is fundamentally unfair and illegal
- 44:35Speaker 6: for Netflix to misappropriate that works.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Here's a little bit of the trailer.
- 44:40Speaker 16: We have to find somebody that'll work with us, that
- 44:42Speaker 16: has dealt in the dirtiest of dirty business where those.
- 44:46Speaker 3: Puffy Puff Daddy Ditty show coals.
- 44:54Speaker 11: All of these medi incarnations, all of those name changes
- 45:00Speaker 11: are attacked to really bad deeds.
- 45:03Speaker 3: Everything in life, You're going to have people that are
- 45:05Speaker 3: bad and people that are good.
- 45:12Speaker 4: Yeah, watch it past Parket here for a finish your story.
- 45:17Speaker 6: And then Diddy himself also added that he regrets ever
- 45:20Speaker 6: going to into business with fifty cent and that the
- 45:22Speaker 6: series is a shameful hit piece. Netflix responded, saying they
- 45:26Speaker 6: got the footage legally and they released that issh at midnight.
- 45:30Speaker 11: So sorry.
- 45:31Speaker 3: Yeah, so it's there.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:32Speaker 11: Speaking of documentaries, I just have to say something. I
- 45:36Speaker 11: watched this documentary about the Louver jewel heist already they already.
- 45:41Speaker 7: Have on HBO.
- 45:42Speaker 11: Right, Yes, it's like forty five minutes long. It's super good.
- 45:46Speaker 11: But didn't we get led to believe that? How did
- 45:50Speaker 11: they get away with this? Nobody even knew. They blended in,
- 45:52Speaker 11: They looked like construction workers, got in, got out. The
- 45:56Speaker 11: documentary completely different than that. They used these cutters to
- 46:02Speaker 11: get into the window, and the second the blades touched
- 46:05Speaker 11: the window, it alerted security. They said, oh, we have
- 46:08Speaker 11: a breach at this window.
- 46:09Speaker 3: They ran up.
- 46:09Speaker 11: The security guards, who are quote not trained to interfere
- 46:13Speaker 11: with gangsters. Watched them take these same cutters and go
- 46:17Speaker 11: to the jewelry cases, cut those open, reach their hands
- 46:20Speaker 11: in and it took them several minutes. People were running
- 46:24Speaker 11: out of the room screaming, thinking it's.
- 46:25Speaker 6: Way worse thoughts, like the news said, watched them do it,
- 46:31Speaker 6: like them do it.
- 46:31Speaker 3: The cops were already on their way.
- 46:34Speaker 11: They went down this little cherry picker conveyor belt thing,
- 46:37Speaker 11: got on their motorcycles, almost got caught.
- 46:40Speaker 3: It was nothing like the news.
- 46:42Speaker 4: So you're saying it's like lost prevention that like your
- 46:44Speaker 4: local retailers, they can see people steal stuff. They just
- 46:49Speaker 4: can't stop.
- 46:49Speaker 17: Ye.
- 46:50Speaker 11: One security guard even used his phone to film them
- 46:53Speaker 11: sawing the cases and it took about three to five minutes.
- 46:58Speaker 11: So why did the news tell the world. Oh, they're
- 47:01Speaker 11: just blended in and nobody even knew what was happening
- 47:03Speaker 11: because it's humiliating.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Everybody knew it was.
- 47:06Speaker 4: The password was love, yeah right or whatever that was.
- 47:10Speaker 4: But yeah, I definitely watched that.
- 47:12Speaker 7: That's record time for a documentary. I think, yeah, that's fast.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe it wasn't a documentary, more like a just
- 47:17Speaker 3: a following.
- 47:19Speaker 10: Ye.
- 47:20Speaker 6: Well, here's a warning for Greg and anyone like Greg.
- 47:23Speaker 6: Starting in February, TSA announced that passengers going through airport
- 47:27Speaker 6: security without their real ID or passport will now face
- 47:30Speaker 6: a forty five dollars fine if you forget, lose, or
- 47:34Speaker 6: don't have the right documents. Travelers will be routed to
- 47:37Speaker 6: an online verification system where they'll pay the fine and
- 47:40Speaker 6: show a TSA agent their email confirmation before they're even
- 47:43Speaker 6: allowed to go through security.
- 47:44Speaker 3: Right, so question the real eye. They want people to
- 47:48Speaker 3: get this real ID, real bad right, So the forty
- 47:50Speaker 3: five dollars because one report that I saw said that
- 47:55Speaker 3: anything short of the real ID results in the forty
- 47:58Speaker 3: five dollars fine. Even if you have your passport, you
- 48:01Speaker 3: go off to this other area to then double verify
- 48:04Speaker 3: with the passport, but you still have to pay the
- 48:06Speaker 3: forty five bucks right.
- 48:07Speaker 6: Well, and that's the thing, and you're like, what am
- 48:09Speaker 6: I paying? Who's this money going to?
- 48:11Speaker 5: Yeah, oh, it's going to cover the cost of the
- 48:13Speaker 5: ID verification computer.
- 48:15Speaker 3: This they really want this.
- 48:16Speaker 11: This was a topic at Thanksgiving dinner, as I said, like,
- 48:19Speaker 11: this is such bullish. You have to show ID, and
- 48:22Speaker 11: they say, if you don't have the real ID, you
- 48:24Speaker 11: can show a passport. And now what you have to
- 48:28Speaker 11: show them? They're going to make you pay to show them.
- 48:30Speaker 11: It would be like getting pulled over by a cup
- 48:32Speaker 11: and said, let me see your license, but I'm going
- 48:34Speaker 11: to pay. You have to pay a fine to show
- 48:35Speaker 11: me your license.
- 48:36Speaker 6: Well not only that, but they said, and make sure
- 48:39Speaker 6: you stay on the up and up on that TSA website.
- 48:42Speaker 6: Because it could change it anytime.
- 48:44Speaker 5: Oko just by their whim.
- 48:45Speaker 6: They might change it. Maybe they'll up the fee, maybe
- 48:47Speaker 6: they adds something new.
- 48:48Speaker 5: Nobody knows at this point.
- 48:49Speaker 11: Why don't we just all liquidate our bank account and
- 48:52Speaker 11: take the money and put it in a fire.
- 48:55Speaker 3: So for what reason are you so opposed to just
- 48:58Speaker 3: getting the real ID? I forget but there and I
- 49:02Speaker 3: can't I think you've declared you said, I'm not getting.
- 49:06Speaker 4: Ding it.
- 49:06Speaker 3: I can't put my finger on it. But the conspiracies
- 49:10Speaker 3: are ringing in my head, like what is this real life? Yeah,
- 49:13Speaker 3: so there's some conspiracies out there.
- 49:15Speaker 4: I don't know. I haven't fully gone full all in
- 49:19Speaker 4: on it. But there's something that has to do with taxes,
- 49:22Speaker 4: and they're able to like take some money away from
- 49:24Speaker 4: you by registering with real IDE. That's what's floating around.
- 49:28Speaker 9: Yeah though, Yeah, but when somebody wants you to get
- 49:33Speaker 9: this that bad like we're gonna find you for not
- 49:35Speaker 9: having it.
- 49:35Speaker 5: It's like, what is the deal with this?
- 49:37Speaker 4: Why are you so.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Desperate for everyone with the driver's license When it threatens
- 49:42Speaker 3: the bank account?
- 49:43Speaker 4: It's a big deal.
- 49:44Speaker 3: I mean, it happens with all things. You know, you
- 49:47Speaker 3: have windows whatever it is, and they go, all right, well,
- 49:49Speaker 3: we're no longer supporting this. And then when you get
- 49:51Speaker 3: to a thing that you can't get passed, there's no
- 49:53Speaker 3: more fixes updates for it. Then you're forced to update
- 49:57Speaker 3: to eleven or whatever the new stupid thing is. To me,
- 50:00Speaker 3: it's like when you see a diaper commercial and they say,
- 50:03Speaker 3: look at the old pampers, now the new and improved pampers.
- 50:06Speaker 3: What was wrong with the original ones, What was wrong
- 50:08Speaker 3: with the driver's license?
- 50:09Speaker 5: It didn't happen.
- 50:10Speaker 11: Basically, they're basically telling you, like, those were kind of
- 50:14Speaker 11: a farce, this real id and then what ten years
- 50:17Speaker 11: from now, we're going to.
- 50:18Speaker 4: Get the ultra real idea. Sure have to pay some
- 50:21Speaker 4: other fine if you don't get.
- 50:23Speaker 3: Credit cards a whole bull ish. It's gonna be like
- 50:25Speaker 3: the iPhone or every year they come out with a
- 50:27Speaker 3: new idea.
- 50:27Speaker 6: Yeah, this is the new hotness. Your credit cards didn't
- 50:30Speaker 6: have chips in them until pretty recently.
- 50:31Speaker 3: Sure, right, and Sammy, you're right. They want us to
- 50:33Speaker 3: have it so bad that it makes you think, yeah,
- 50:36Speaker 3: it's suspicious.
- 50:37Speaker 5: Oh my god, I can't wait to hear.
- 50:39Speaker 4: What's behind me. I know I'm trying to look up
- 50:42Speaker 4: this conspiracy.
- 50:43Speaker 6: Well, while you do that, the Patriots beat the Giants
- 50:46Speaker 6: thirty three to fifteen on Monday Night football, and quarterback
- 50:48Speaker 6: Drake May had another MVP level performance. He threw for
- 50:52Speaker 6: two hundred and eighty two yards and two touchdowns, pushing
- 50:55Speaker 6: him past three thousand yards and twenty one touchdowns for
- 50:57Speaker 6: the season.
- 50:58Speaker 3: That's not even the best part of the game.
- 51:00Speaker 6: No, we'll get there. New England's defense also gave Giants
- 51:03Speaker 6: KB Jackson Dart a miserable night, sacking him twice, hitting
- 51:06Speaker 6: him over and over again. The low light of the game, though,
- 51:09Speaker 6: came in the second quarter when Giants kicker Young hou
- 51:13Speaker 6: Ku slipped whiffed on a field goal attempt, and Trey
- 51:16Speaker 6: Aikman couldn't stop laughing.
- 51:18Speaker 3: It's like, straight up Charlie brownball slip.
- 51:23Speaker 7: I don't even think he slipped.
- 51:24Speaker 4: He didn't slip like the ground.
- 51:26Speaker 5: Yeah, It's just like he just like like caught his foot.
- 51:29Speaker 3: Yeah, right into the right into the turf seven yard
- 51:33Speaker 3: trying out Young way he stumbled. I don't think I've
- 51:37Speaker 3: ever seen that.
- 51:39Speaker 4: Looked like he just stuffed his foot right into the turf.
- 51:43Speaker 13: Whoops.
- 51:47Speaker 3: I guess that goes down as a miss.
- 51:49Speaker 14: I don't know.
- 51:50Speaker 4: I've never touched the ball. I said a miss, but
- 51:53Speaker 4: it's not a miss because he never touched the football.
- 51:56Speaker 3: No perfect. Yeah, I mean the the kickers on most
- 52:01Speaker 3: teams are not treated like real football players because they're
- 52:04Speaker 3: the kickers. Yeah right, they're kind of like the punks,
- 52:07Speaker 3: you know, special teams.
- 52:08Speaker 6: Yeah, but because the amount of times they come out,
- 52:12Speaker 6: they should probably be perfect.
- 52:13Speaker 4: You know the ball, yeah exactly.
- 52:16Speaker 7: But he's a professional.
- 52:17Speaker 9: Like to be a professional and how much you get
- 52:19Speaker 9: paid and you.
- 52:20Speaker 5: Kick the ground.
- 52:21Speaker 4: Okay, but you've never I mean, you know.
- 52:24Speaker 3: I never.
- 52:25Speaker 7: I truly feel bad for the guy, honestly.
- 52:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel bad for the guy. But it's still
- 52:29Speaker 3: pretty fun.
- 52:30Speaker 7: Oh oh yeah. Is he gonna get like cut from
- 52:32Speaker 7: the team or anything.
- 52:33Speaker 3: The quarterback was pissed.
- 52:35Speaker 6: Well, yeah, Well the Giants have now lost seven straight
- 52:38Speaker 6: while the Patriots have won ten in a row, had
- 52:41Speaker 6: the best record in the NFL.
- 52:43Speaker 5: And that's what's going on when I find something.
- 52:45Speaker 4: Well, your friends at the A c l U on
- 52:47Speaker 4: their website say that they believe that this could lead
- 52:51Speaker 4: to UH having to even put in your ID information
- 52:56Speaker 4: to visit certain websites. Kind of like how they do
- 52:58Speaker 4: with porn and okay, yeah that so everybody would be uh,
- 53:04Speaker 4: you know, you would have all your information verified, so
- 53:06Speaker 4: then like to just do anything, you would have to
- 53:09Speaker 4: use your verification.
- 53:10Speaker 11: And for me, I don't know what it is. I'm
- 53:13Speaker 11: not saying there is a conspiracy. There's just something about
- 53:16Speaker 11: it that I'm suspect.
- 53:17Speaker 3: One of the texts came in said they started giving
- 53:19Speaker 3: driver's license and IDs to undocumented people. The real idea
- 53:23Speaker 3: verifies that you are documented and legal to be in
- 53:25Speaker 3: the country. I think that doesn't your passport do that too.
- 53:28Speaker 6: It's probably hard to replicate maybe if people are you know, fraud,
- 53:34Speaker 6: because the real idea is supposed to be much harder
- 53:37Speaker 6: to like fake. That's the whole point.
- 53:40Speaker 4: I'm sure I can go to the swap meet and
- 53:41Speaker 4: get one.
- 53:41Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, which anyone my friend's you social security number?
- 53:46Speaker 5: Yeah, friend's son.
- 53:48Speaker 3: Ordered fake IDs online. They came in.
- 53:50Speaker 5: They look perfect, fake real IDs. Huh, fake real IDs?
- 53:55Speaker 3: Yeah, whatever, the current idea is really figured out. They
- 53:58Speaker 3: showed up in the house and he wasn't gonna be home.
- 54:01Speaker 4: So yeah, I told you this, right.
- 54:02Speaker 3: Yes, I can't imagine a world where I tell my parents, Oh, hey, look,
- 54:06Speaker 3: I ordered some fake id's on someone needs to sign
- 54:09Speaker 3: for him when they get here. Can you make sure
- 54:11Speaker 3: they do the parents do, because that's how I found out.
- 54:13Speaker 3: They're like, oh, yeah, you should see these fake id's
- 54:15Speaker 3: that he ordered. I go, and you signed for him?
- 54:17Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 54:18Speaker 4: What am I gonna do?
- 54:19Speaker 3: Not sign for.
- 54:22Speaker 8: Man?
- 54:23Speaker 3: They say they're not have parents like you.
- 54:25Speaker 6: They're significantly harder to fake than basic or older forums.
- 54:28Speaker 6: I don't know how.
- 54:32Speaker 3: All right, Welcome back everybody. Yeah, it is time to
- 54:34Speaker 3: check in with the guy who is our lead tech
- 54:38Speaker 3: correspondence here for the Woodie Show, richd Miro. Everybody. Hey,
- 54:43Speaker 3: he is the home of the rich on Tech radio show.
- 54:46Speaker 3: You can subscribe to his free newsletter at rich on
- 54:49Speaker 3: Tech dot tv. You can find them on social media
- 54:52Speaker 3: at rich on Tech. It's rich on Tech. Yes, holidays
- 54:58Speaker 3: to you, guys. We are lied to the holidays, as
- 55:01Speaker 3: I call it, and we're going to talk about because
- 55:03Speaker 3: there's a lot of things that Rich is going to
- 55:05Speaker 3: tell us about, like some of his his best finds,
- 55:07Speaker 3: his best buys, if you will, if you're looking for
- 55:10Speaker 3: us some tech gifts. We figured that'd be a good
- 55:13Speaker 3: a good segment for this time talking which but I
- 55:15Speaker 3: did want to say because I saw one of your
- 55:17Speaker 3: reports on TV and it's something I've heard about, but
- 55:20Speaker 3: I never really spent that much time thinking about until
- 55:22Speaker 3: I saw the report. Your photos have all this information
- 55:25Speaker 3: about like like location, geolocation stuff. Yeah, okay, so a
- 55:29Speaker 3: couple things.
- 55:30Speaker 10: So this is called metadata, and of course it's very
- 55:32Speaker 10: important because when you go through your phone and your
- 55:34Speaker 10: camera roll and you want to find your pictures from
- 55:36Speaker 10: your last vacation, you can easily type in the city
- 55:39Speaker 10: that you went to and all pop up. But the
- 55:42Speaker 10: other side of that is that you can go to
- 55:44Speaker 10: a website. This is wild onlineexif viewer dot com. This
- 55:48Speaker 10: is called EXIF data or metadata. You can just drop
- 55:51Speaker 10: in any picture, you can try something that someone texted you,
- 55:54Speaker 10: and it will show you all of the data inside
- 55:57Speaker 10: that picture, including the location where it was taken.
- 56:00Speaker 3: And most people don't turn this off because you want
- 56:03Speaker 3: it typically.
- 56:04Speaker 10: So the thing is, you know, if you're sharing a
- 56:07Speaker 10: picture on your iPhone or Android, on a Samsung or
- 56:10Speaker 10: an iPhone, there's a little section at the top that
- 56:12Speaker 10: says location, like share location or not. Most people don't
- 56:16Speaker 10: even look at that and if you are sharing your
- 56:18Speaker 10: picture with someone or a website that you don't necessarily
- 56:21Speaker 10: want them to know where you are. At the top,
- 56:24Speaker 10: it will say and I'm trying to bring a picture
- 56:26Speaker 10: up here real quick. At the top of that photo
- 56:28Speaker 10: it says options. You tap that, and inside there it
- 56:32Speaker 10: says all photos data and you can turn that off.
- 56:37Speaker 10: Okay you're sharing it with.
- 56:41Speaker 3: Okay, good.
- 56:42Speaker 10: So yeah, it's really interesting, but people don't realize, like
- 56:44Speaker 10: I love to kind of just I'm a nerd, so
- 56:47Speaker 10: I'm always like looking for this stuff. So if you
- 56:48Speaker 10: post a picture to a website or you upload something
- 56:51Speaker 10: to Craigslist, some of those websites like Instagram and Facebook
- 56:55Speaker 10: thankfully strip out this data so nobody else can see it.
- 56:58Speaker 3: But keep in mind they can and still see it.
- 57:00Speaker 10: So on your phone, if you've noticed, all these apps
- 57:04Speaker 10: are now saying, hey, do you want to give access
- 57:06Speaker 10: to your entire camera role or just your select.
- 57:09Speaker 3: YouTube manager whatever?
- 57:11Speaker 10: Right right, And the reason you're doing that, it's because
- 57:14Speaker 10: Apple and UH and Google realized that all these apps
- 57:18Speaker 10: are scooping up this metadata to get a picture of
- 57:22Speaker 10: where do we go, what do we do? They can
- 57:24Speaker 10: scan those pictures with AI and find out everything about us.
- 57:27Speaker 4: So yeah, really, oh you love going to Mexico. How
- 57:30Speaker 4: about here's a bunch of ads for different resources, you know,
- 57:34Speaker 4: things like that.
- 57:34Speaker 3: All right, So then also like you would go into
- 57:37Speaker 3: location services, I would assume, right, and just like on
- 57:40Speaker 3: camera or photos like you would just turn you would
- 57:44Speaker 3: turn it off in the settings there.
- 57:45Speaker 10: Too, right, Yeah, but if you turn that off, that's
- 57:48Speaker 10: going to cause a whole bunch of problems for you
- 57:50Speaker 10: managing your photos. Like, I don't like to turn this
- 57:52Speaker 10: off completely, because it's gonna make it really tough for
- 57:56Speaker 10: me to figure out or how to find my pictures
- 57:59Speaker 10: later on. So I think that the just understanding when
- 58:02Speaker 10: you share a picture that this data is in it,
- 58:04Speaker 10: and you just say to yourself, Okay, do I want that.
- 58:06Speaker 2: Data in it?
- 58:07Speaker 15: Or do I not?
- 58:08Speaker 10: You can strip it out. There's a million other ways
- 58:10Speaker 10: to strip it out. There's a bunch of apps that
- 58:11Speaker 10: will help you do it. If you're on Android, there's
- 58:14Speaker 10: an app called Scrambled Eggs if it's kind of a
- 58:17Speaker 10: play on Scrambled Eggs, but that will actually remove the
- 58:20Speaker 10: data as well. You can do this on your computer.
- 58:23Speaker 10: I've got a whole list on my website on how
- 58:25Speaker 10: to do this. But it's just one of those things
- 58:26Speaker 10: to be aware of, Like if you're uploading a picture,
- 58:28Speaker 10: just think like, h do I want this person to
- 58:30Speaker 10: see where I live or where I just took this,
- 58:32Speaker 10: and understand that you can strip that data.
- 58:34Speaker 3: Because I was just glancing at the TV during one
- 58:35Speaker 3: of our commercial breaks and I saw one of your reports,
- 58:37Speaker 3: I'm like, hot, damn, I want to know how that works. Y.
- 58:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a big one.
- 58:41Speaker 3: Well it's a big one. Now.
- 58:42Speaker 11: I don't be an obvious question to you guys, but
- 58:45Speaker 11: for me, I need to know is the concern that
- 58:48Speaker 11: the person you send the photo to has that data?
- 58:51Speaker 11: Or is the concern that you know, Google has that data?
- 58:54Speaker 3: Mine would be posting on social media because the first
- 58:57Speaker 3: thing I thought of was like, how uh. And you
- 58:59Speaker 3: know our our associate producer, Morgan, she just sold a
- 59:02Speaker 3: pair of her socks, her dirty socks, to some creep right,
- 59:06Speaker 3: and so like let's say that. He said to her like, oh, well,
- 59:09Speaker 3: take a picture of the socks and send it to me.
- 59:11Speaker 3: And she took a picture of those socks at her
- 59:14Speaker 3: house and she sent that to him. She would then
- 59:17Speaker 3: like he would be able to figure out where that
- 59:19Speaker 3: was meant. Yeah, using the metadata which then plays into
- 59:22Speaker 3: Sammy's hole.
- 59:26Speaker 5: It's not that hard.
- 59:26Speaker 3: We're just giving a real world example here, this actually happened.
- 59:30Speaker 3: I think that would be more the.
- 59:32Speaker 4: We got a double show whether if she shut that
- 59:34Speaker 4: off or not?
- 59:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, yeah, Well we'll find out. All right,
- 59:37Speaker 3: Well we got Rich on Tech. I'll tell you what.
- 59:39Speaker 3: Let's let's take a quick break and then we'll come back.
- 59:41Speaker 3: We'll keep it focused here because it's all about gift giving,
- 59:44Speaker 3: and Rich has a bunch of interesting things to tell
- 59:47Speaker 3: us when it comes to some of the stuff that's
- 59:48Speaker 3: caught his attention that you might be interested in or
- 59:50Speaker 3: whether for somebody else or just even for yourself. So
- 59:53Speaker 3: that will be next. Rich on Tech continues after the
- 59:56Speaker 3: break here on the Woody Show, Hang On show, We'll
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: be right back. I'm back and we have Richdmiro rich
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: on Tech. Yeah, tech reporter. He hosts the rich On
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: Tech Radio Show, which is how many stations you up to?
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:00:15Speaker 10: Rich, you're on a ton? Oh my, I think we're
- 1:00:18Speaker 10: adding some of the new year. Are very excited, but
- 1:00:20Speaker 10: we're on a couple of hundred.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: It's a couple hundred couple.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: We've been at this for I can't like eight years,
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: nine years at this point.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: And we're up to thirty.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: Yeah, right, so that's pretty good. A couple of hundred.
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: I think, I think your time slots are better. You
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: know what it's it's it's worked out for everybody. Man,
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: I'm glad the show is going really well. I mean
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: you you always have interesting stuff. And that's the other
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: thing we say about Rich all the time is that
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: his approach when it comes to talking tech is not
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: necessarily like the ones and the zeros like digital. It's
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: more like it's it's the analog speed for for Greg. Yeah,
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: like real normal stuff. Yeah, consumer tech, Yes, how people
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: can use it? So rich on tech dot TVs where
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: get s up for his free newsletter. You could find
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: him on social media at rich on tech and you
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: can actually look up there his ultimate holiday shopping cheat sheet,
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: which he's going to give a little bit of us,
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: give a little bit to us here today and what
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: do you got.
- 1:01:13Speaker 10: For us, Rich, Well, I know we just made it
- 1:01:15Speaker 10: through the whole Black Friday, Cyber Monday kind of stuff,
- 1:01:18Speaker 10: but the holiday shopping season has just begun. And if
- 1:01:21Speaker 10: you're like me, you're kind of waiting till the last
- 1:01:23Speaker 10: minute as always because you're procrastinating. But a couple of
- 1:01:26Speaker 10: things on Amazon, so I know that's really big for shopping.
- 1:01:30Speaker 10: Number one, there is a price history link if you
- 1:01:33Speaker 10: look close. Most people never notice it because Amazon sometimes
- 1:01:36Speaker 10: adds it to the listings. Sometimes they don't. So Number
- 1:01:39Speaker 10: one tip is when you're on Amazon looking at a product,
- 1:01:42Speaker 10: check that price history. If they don't have that link
- 1:01:45Speaker 10: right near the price on your mobile app or the desktop,
- 1:01:48Speaker 10: you can tap this little rufus Ai. This is their
- 1:01:51Speaker 10: Ai helper, and basically you tap that and you ask
- 1:01:55Speaker 10: price history, and it will show you a chart of
- 1:01:58Speaker 10: the price history of that. And what I always like
- 1:02:01Speaker 10: to look at is that ninety day price history. If
- 1:02:04Speaker 10: the price is lower than it's been in the past
- 1:02:06Speaker 10: ninety days, okay, that's a good deal.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: If it's not, I can just wait. See is pready
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: on that price to go down? That Ninja Crispy? Yeah,
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: Costco at Costco and it finally it finally hit a
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: price that spoke to him.
- 1:02:17Speaker 10: Yeah, you can take this a step further. Amazon will
- 1:02:20Speaker 10: literally make the purchase for you. Now they're not going
- 1:02:22Speaker 10: to pay for it for you. But you can go
- 1:02:24Speaker 10: on that same AI helper rufus and say price alert,
- 1:02:29Speaker 10: and it will send you a text when the price
- 1:02:32Speaker 10: gets to a price that you want. Or you can
- 1:02:34Speaker 10: tap a link that said or a little checkbox that
- 1:02:36Speaker 10: says auto buy, and if you say, I want to
- 1:02:38Speaker 10: buy this thing at twenty dollars and right now it's
- 1:02:40Speaker 10: selling for twenty five, it will automatically purchase that for you.
- 1:02:43Speaker 10: I tried this and I woke up one morning it
- 1:02:46Speaker 10: was like, hey, we purchased that item that I forgot
- 1:02:48Speaker 10: that i'd set and sure enough they shipped it to
- 1:02:51Speaker 10: me the next day, all without me doing a thing,
- 1:02:53Speaker 10: and I got it for the price I wanted, which
- 1:02:54Speaker 10: is twenty.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: Dollars instead of twenty five. That's awesome. So Amazon price history,
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: there's a price history next to it, and if it's not,
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: you click the little roofus AI got it.
- 1:03:03Speaker 10: Apple products, I know these are very popular. Everyone wants
- 1:03:06Speaker 10: discounts on Apple products. Here's the deal. You go into
- 1:03:08Speaker 10: the Apple store. They're never going to have a sale
- 1:03:11Speaker 10: on Apple products. Ever, Apple just does not discount their stuff.
- 1:03:14Speaker 10: They may give you a little gift card twice a
- 1:03:16Speaker 10: year during a Black Friday sale they'll give a gift
- 1:03:19Speaker 10: card and then back to school. Those are the only
- 1:03:21Speaker 10: two times I've seen them do sort of a promotion.
- 1:03:24Speaker 10: But there's two websites I really like that can help
- 1:03:26Speaker 10: you figure out where the third party retailers are discounting
- 1:03:30Speaker 10: these products. So if you're looking for an iPad, go
- 1:03:32Speaker 10: to one of these websites. And the first is the
- 1:03:35Speaker 10: mac Rumors Buyer's Guide. They keep track of everything. And
- 1:03:39Speaker 10: the cool thing about this website is that they tell
- 1:03:41Speaker 10: you how long the product's been around, how long it
- 1:03:45Speaker 10: is until the next product usually comes out. So if
- 1:03:47Speaker 10: the iPad is going on like two years old, they're
- 1:03:50Speaker 10: going to say, caution, don't buy a new one right now,
- 1:03:52Speaker 10: because the new one's gonna come out any day now.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: So that's kind of cool. So how do they make
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: another question? So for like the use of the third
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: party retailers will offer a discount, like if the price
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: is like Apple doesn't discount. So if they're not discounting,
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: how does the third party how are they able to
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: discount and still make any kind of profit on it?
- 1:04:12Speaker 10: Well, because Apple's making more profit, you know, and sometimes
- 1:04:15Speaker 10: these things are more you know, like an iPad that's
- 1:04:17Speaker 10: selling for five hundred dollars does not cost five hundred
- 1:04:20Speaker 10: dollars to make, right, So even though Amazon's selling it for,
- 1:04:23Speaker 10: you know, for three ninety nine whatever, that one hundred
- 1:04:27Speaker 10: dollars is a spread of whatever they bought it for
- 1:04:29Speaker 10: and whatever they're selling it for, they're still making a profit.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: So it's still selling it on Amazon. They're just not
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: doing it in their own stores. But it's still Apple
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: selling it. So it's not like you know, Greg's iPad store. Yeah,
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: as a third party, Like, how would Greg's iPad store?
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Would I get that idea?
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: How would he be able to offer it Freddy less
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: than would he be able to get it.
- 1:04:46Speaker 10: For Okay, That is one caveat that I think you
- 1:04:48Speaker 10: should be aware of because if you're buying it from
- 1:04:50Speaker 10: a third party place, you do want to make sure
- 1:04:53Speaker 10: it is an authorized reseller. If it's not, you may
- 1:04:56Speaker 10: not be able to get the service and support that
- 1:04:59Speaker 10: you want if something ever happened with this device, and
- 1:05:02Speaker 10: of course always check the you know, the return policy.
- 1:05:05Speaker 10: My point is I would only buy third party from
- 1:05:07Speaker 10: reputable places like a BNH Video and Amazon, a best Buy,
- 1:05:12Speaker 10: and some of these reseller stores that are like a
- 1:05:14Speaker 10: parking lot.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: There was a story over the holiday weekend about some
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: woman she was buying an iPad and they basically just
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: put like a little Apple logo in the back of
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: a mirror, and she gave her the money and then
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: gave her the thing, and then by the time she
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: got out of the package, it was just a mirror
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: on the one side with an Apple logo on the back,
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: breaking the book.
- 1:05:38Speaker 10: She probably got a good deal, though, Yeah, I got
- 1:05:41Speaker 10: a great sale. So mac Rumors Buyer's Guide and then
- 1:05:44Speaker 10: Apple Insider Price Guides. So those are the two places
- 1:05:47Speaker 10: I always check when I'm looking for Apple products. Now
- 1:05:50Speaker 10: let's talk about deal sites and promo sites. So there
- 1:05:53Speaker 10: is only one site I checked for promo codes. I
- 1:05:56Speaker 10: don't do the thing where I search online. You know
- 1:05:59Speaker 10: Amazon promo code or yeah, they never have promo codes,
- 1:06:01Speaker 10: but you know Home Depot promo codes whatever. I don't
- 1:06:04Speaker 10: do that and spend an hour online looking for promo codes.
- 1:06:06Speaker 10: There's one website I go to. It's called simplycodes dot com.
- 1:06:10Speaker 10: I don't know why it's so magical, but if there
- 1:06:13Speaker 10: is a working code for a website, this this site
- 1:06:16Speaker 10: has it.
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: Simply codes. Simply Codes dot com. You have to sign
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: up for it or like the part of it.
- 1:06:23Speaker 10: Nope, you just go on there and there's a little
- 1:06:25Speaker 10: you don't even have to sign up or download anything.
- 1:06:27Speaker 10: There's a little search you know, look a magnifying glass.
- 1:06:30Speaker 10: You tap that, you type in the name of the
- 1:06:33Speaker 10: company that you're trying to buy from.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: And I'm not kidding.
- 1:06:36Speaker 10: Every single time if there's a working code, you will
- 1:06:38Speaker 10: find it on this website. It's incredible and I've I've
- 1:06:41Speaker 10: it's the only thing I use at this point. What
- 1:06:42Speaker 10: about because this is not a tech but is there
- 1:06:45Speaker 10: a decent one? I just saw something the other day
- 1:06:48Speaker 10: about all the travel sites, so Expedia travel As they're
- 1:06:52Speaker 10: all owned by like one company, and so basically you're
- 1:06:54Speaker 10: just like kind of like, you know, yeah, like you know,
- 1:06:58Speaker 10: you're you're just being played, Yeah, you know.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: They're they're all these options exactly right, exactly right. It's
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: funny you say that because I spent this is what
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: a nerd I am.
- 1:07:08Speaker 10: I spent the past weekend literally going through every travel
- 1:07:12Speaker 10: site trying to figure out the best way to book
- 1:07:14Speaker 10: a hotel room because you're right, all of these If
- 1:07:18Speaker 10: you go to Kayak, it's owned by Booking, which is
- 1:07:21Speaker 10: you know, owns like one hundred other websites like Priceline
- 1:07:23Speaker 10: dot com and things like that.
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: So you know Kayak Booking, Open Table, orbits travel the
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: name of the company expand, Yeah, they're all owned by
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: this one, you know, big company Hotels in Media owns
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: a whole bunch of them. So I think, uh yeah,
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: if you go to I think Hotel Tonight.
- 1:07:42Speaker 10: Let's see if they're they're owned by Expediency, Expedia, Hotels, Travelocity,
- 1:07:48Speaker 10: hot Wire orbits Verbo.
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: My god, yeah, we're all owned by the same companies.
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: God, we're always getting played.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: I have gotten a deal though off Hotel Tonight. I
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: got like a thousand dollars room for fifty bucks one time.
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: Let's see.
- 1:08:01Speaker 10: They might be the last independent company out there. I'm
- 1:08:04Speaker 10: not sure they're owned by anyone, but they are good.
- 1:08:06Speaker 10: But the thing is, you know, it is for last
- 1:08:09Speaker 10: minute deals, and you have to remember that you're paying.
- 1:08:12Speaker 10: There's no changes or cancellations I think on their stuff.
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: So you know, be aware.
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: Rich you've never gone to Vegas on a whim and
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: you're like, with no plans and just land and figure
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: it out.
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: Oh my gosh. When I when I was young.
- 1:08:24Speaker 10: I did, dah, you're young when I was young, when
- 1:08:27Speaker 10: I was under twenty one, I'm not kidding. I had
- 1:08:28Speaker 10: to run to like five different hotels before they would
- 1:08:31Speaker 10: give me a room because they wouldn't rent it to
- 1:08:34Speaker 10: me under twenty one.
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: Oh that's right.
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: I remember trying to get a rental car under the
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: age of twenty five. Ye like I ended up a
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: remember rent a wreck? No, yeah, yeah, rent torec would
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: rent to me so like I was because I was,
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: you know, in radio from the time I was seventeen
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: years old, in full time on the air. So I
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: would fly to these cities to go on interviews with
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: these radio jobs. And like I couldn't even get a
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: rental car to drive around town. They would either let
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: me borrow the station van. I'm there for an interview,
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: I'm borrowing, say, or if I went to a place
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: where they had rent a wreck, I could I could
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: rent there.
- 1:09:04Speaker 10: It was.
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: It was astronaut especially at that time. I broke astronomical
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: you know the amount of money they would charge you
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: under under the under the age of twenty five, but
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: they want you, okay.
- 1:09:17Speaker 10: I I have a similar story. I was so broke
- 1:09:19Speaker 10: in my early days of reporting. My boss must have
- 1:09:22Speaker 10: known it on my face when he said, oh, you're
- 1:09:24Speaker 10: gonna fly to the city and rent a car. And
- 1:09:26Speaker 10: I didn't even have a credit card. My credit was
- 1:09:27Speaker 10: so bad, and so he must have seen it on
- 1:09:30Speaker 10: my face. He goes, and here, take my card in
- 1:09:32Speaker 10: case you need it. That's back to the day when
- 1:09:35Speaker 10: you could do that credit card. Now, of course, you
- 1:09:37Speaker 10: know he'd be I'd be arrested.
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: Oh yeah, who knows, you know? Yeah, why is this
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: young man having a credit card to get a hotel room? Yeah,
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: there's something questions here.
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: Yeah, this man who wants to get you a room
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: with his credit card? This looks fun.
- 1:09:54Speaker 10: It's got I've got more savings websites. So the other
- 1:09:58Speaker 10: website that I really think is cool is slick Deals.
- 1:10:01Speaker 10: If you're looking for any sort of crowdsource deals. If
- 1:10:03Speaker 10: there's a deal online, slick Deals has it, which I love.
- 1:10:06Speaker 10: I check that website every day. And then there's two
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: things I don't you know, speaking of credit cards, if
- 1:10:11Speaker 10: you have a credit card, I don't know if you've noticed,
- 1:10:13Speaker 10: they have these things called like offers on them, but
- 1:10:15Speaker 10: you have to activate them, like if you operated offer
- 1:10:18Speaker 10: like they'll be like five yes, Chase, HASM, City Bank, HASM.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: American Express, Yeah, because I get from American Express every
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: once in a while. It's like one like oh, well
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: do you use you know whatever it clear I'm talking
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: of that.
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: I'm not sure.
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: This is like one you have to opt into whether
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: you can opt into that, or there's another one with
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: the rental cars wheally you opt into. It doesn't cost anything,
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: but you have to opt into it in order to
- 1:10:40Speaker 3: take advantage of that program or that offer is right
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: or whatever.
- 1:10:45Speaker 10: Well, it's like a it's like a five dollars off
- 1:10:47Speaker 10: a purchase of twenty dollars at more at this retailer.
- 1:10:50Speaker 10: But the trick is you have to activate those and
- 1:10:53Speaker 10: and going through that list, you don't know where you're
- 1:10:54Speaker 10: going to shop number one, number two, there's like one
- 1:10:56Speaker 10: hundred offers.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: How are you gonna activate them?
- 1:10:58Speaker 10: So there's two websites that are pretty cool for this
- 1:11:00Speaker 10: card pointers and then save wise. You sign up for
- 1:11:04Speaker 10: these websites and basically they will activate all of these
- 1:11:08Speaker 10: offers for you immediately.
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: But how do you hear that about that? You have
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: to put your credit card number in there?
- 1:11:13Speaker 10: No, you go Basically, you add an extension to your
- 1:11:16Speaker 10: web browser, and so when you go to like Chase
- 1:11:18Speaker 10: dot com to check your bill or something, it'll say, hey,
- 1:11:21Speaker 10: do you want us to activate.
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: All of your offers? And you tap and it will
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: do that.
- 1:11:25Speaker 10: Now there is a level of and then the cool
- 1:11:27Speaker 10: thing is you can use their app to kind of
- 1:11:29Speaker 10: like when you're in a retailer. Let's say you're at
- 1:11:30Speaker 10: the mall, you're at GAP. You can type in gap
- 1:11:33Speaker 10: and on their app and it'll tell you if you
- 1:11:35Speaker 10: have an offer there, so you know, it's an easy
- 1:11:37Speaker 10: way to use those.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Now, some of those.
- 1:11:39Speaker 10: Features are paid, Like there's a level of free and
- 1:11:41Speaker 10: then there's a level of paid. But save wise just
- 1:11:44Speaker 10: added another feature that's really cool. So you know, how
- 1:11:47Speaker 10: you go to the grocery store, they've got all those
- 1:11:49Speaker 10: digital coupons that you have to activate as well, or
- 1:11:51Speaker 10: you don't save they will activate all of those digital
- 1:11:55Speaker 10: coupons for you in one click. And so if you
- 1:11:58Speaker 10: go to like Ralphs dot com with this save wise
- 1:12:01Speaker 10: extension on your computer, it will say activating five hundred
- 1:12:04Speaker 10: and twelve coupons the next time you shop at Ralph's.
- 1:12:07Speaker 10: Anything that has a coupon digital coupon. You're going to
- 1:12:10Speaker 10: get that savings and that is completely free by the way.
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: That rules, instead of having to scan the stupid items individually. Yeah.
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: Did you know that Greg had a dispute over a
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: price of a was it dog food? It was doge
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: dog food. It was like a price that was wrong.
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: And so he wasn't getting where he wanted to with
- 1:12:26Speaker 3: the grocery store in question, and he called the Department
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: of Weights and Measures stright, oh wow that day and
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: did an undercover investigation. And I was so in the right,
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: called a local government agency that acted. Actually some day,
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: bored because nobody's ever called that number. We gotta lead,
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: let's go.
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: I know I should have been on the They actually
- 1:12:53Speaker 4: need money.
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: I think a story. I think money. I know.
- 1:12:56Speaker 10: That's why you see those little signs at the at
- 1:12:59Speaker 10: the store where it's like a yellow sticker. It's like
- 1:13:01Speaker 10: this place overcharged someone by nine cents.
- 1:13:05Speaker 11: Oh, and they have a policy, rich, if we overcharge you,
- 1:13:08Speaker 11: you get that item for free. And I brought that
- 1:13:10Speaker 11: up to them, and then what did she say? She said, Yeah,
- 1:13:12Speaker 11: we don't do that, no more. We don't do that,
- 1:13:14Speaker 11: no more. I said, so you have a policy that
- 1:13:16Speaker 11: you don't follow. I am I understanding that.
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: Yep, yeah, you got it.
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: You got it.
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: We're talking to Rich on tech. Rich thank you for
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: those tips. What's the gadget of the week? Okay, this
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: gadge of the week is one for the kids. It
- 1:13:28Speaker 3: is the holiday season. Kids want to talk to Santa.
- 1:13:31Speaker 10: This is called Santa's Magical Telephone from Mister Christmas. It's
- 1:13:38Speaker 10: very cute. You set this thing up. It looks like
- 1:13:41Speaker 10: a rotary phone. You connect it to your Wi Fi.
- 1:13:44Speaker 10: The kids pick up the phone and guess who answers
- 1:13:50Speaker 10: Santa himself and it is all so, you know, hide
- 1:13:54Speaker 10: the kids ears. But this does use a little bit
- 1:13:57Speaker 10: of AI to help. I think Smith's magic. Yeah, yes,
- 1:14:02Speaker 10: it is incredible. So what I did was I just
- 1:14:05Speaker 10: set it up. My kids are a little older, but
- 1:14:07Speaker 10: I did just set it up in the office, and
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: my kid came home and he looked at it.
- 1:14:10Speaker 4: What's that?
- 1:14:10Speaker 10: And he picks it up and he starts talking with Santa.
- 1:14:13Speaker 10: And it was really cute because it's very good.
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: But kids aren't They don't know how to use a
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: rotary phone.
- 1:14:18Speaker 6: Well that's part of the fun. Figuring it out.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: Like, what is the other thing? He said, what is this?
- 1:14:23Speaker 10: You didn't a lot to dial? Thankfully, you don't have
- 1:14:26Speaker 10: to dial it. It's just when you when you pick
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: up the phone automatically. But it is kind of fun
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: for the parents to see the kids struggle with.
- 1:14:33Speaker 3: This rotary fun for everyone. Well, it makes you subscribe
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: to your Riches free newsletter at rich on tech dot tv.
- 1:14:41Speaker 3: Also give him a follow on social media rich on
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: Tech You can find him there rich to mirror everybody.
- 1:14:48Speaker 3: Thank you rich if it I'll talk to you between
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: now and the end of the year. I'm not sure
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: how the schedules working out here because who knows, Like
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: when when you start? When do you go on vacation?
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: Like when's your last day of work for the year. Well,
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: I checked out a long time ago, but yeah, the same. Secondly,
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: the end of December. Sometimes the end of December. Well
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: I guess I'm going out. Yeah, like maybe like the
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: twentieth or something like that. Wow, my radio, sucker, I've
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: got a lot a lot going on. See you know
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: you help us with all this stuff. Maybe we can
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: help you, yeah, get out of the uh this last
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: part of the year, right, or we can get ai
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: rich to do it. Oh, you know it's crazy. So
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: it's I don't know how it works in television, but uh,
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: this time of year for radio, this is basically unrated territory. Yeah,
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: because they they don't use this the ratings that happened
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: in this time because the stations go Christmas and artificially
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: inflates everything. So nobody sells it, nobody buys it, and
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: nobody like employees don't get bonus on it, so nobody cares.
- 1:15:48Speaker 6: This is what we call just for us time.
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: Yeah, we could be playing polka music right and nobody
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: it wouldn't matter. We could get like a hundred share
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: or a zero share and it wouldn't matter year ago,
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: which is why we so check out this time of year. Yeah,
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: I was gonna say, no, wonder why you're talking to
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: me so long? I know now who is? It's great,
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: it's right now, Richie. Love you and thank you as
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: always made. It's always fun to talk to you. And
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: you know, I know our listeners really appreciate it that
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: we get a lot of texts when you're when your
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: segments on. So thanks for hollerd SA dude, have a
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: great holiday. Have a great holiday, guys. Thanks so much
- 1:16:20Speaker 3: for having me on the YS. What's up with what's
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: going in SOCO sports? Were Jeff G. Hey, good morning,
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: Jeff g good morning.
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: What do you show?
- 1:16:33Speaker 16: Let's go ahead start with the one LA Orange County
- 1:16:35Speaker 16: team that actually won a game last night. That is
- 1:16:37Speaker 16: the Anaheim Ducks Scotus in the traffic scarre.
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: Ducks one four to one.
- 1:16:43Speaker 16: Tonight, we got the Kings hosting Thecaps at Crypto dot
- 1:16:45Speaker 16: Com Arena.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: Moving on to the bad.
- 1:16:47Speaker 16: The Lakers got smoked by the Suns last night once
- 1:16:50Speaker 16: twenty five one oh eight. Luca was almost on the
- 1:16:53Speaker 16: bad side of a triple double as well. He did
- 1:16:55Speaker 16: have thirty eight points eleven assists, but he also had
- 1:16:57Speaker 16: nine turnovers. Here's Luca taking some responsibility.
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that was my fault. No way I can have
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: nine turnovers.
- 1:17:03Speaker 16: In the game now, in all fairness, he's doing the
- 1:17:05Speaker 16: right thing as a teammate and a leader taking the blame.
- 1:17:08Speaker 16: But Luca did not get any help from his teammates
- 1:17:11Speaker 16: last night. Austin Reeves only sixteen points, Lebron only ten points.
- 1:17:14Speaker 16: He did keep his double digit scoring streak alive.
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: Good for him.
- 1:17:18Speaker 16: I'd rather have a win, though, Lakers and Raptors. On Thursday,
- 1:17:22Speaker 16: Clippers didn't fare much better. They lost one forty one
- 1:17:24Speaker 16: to twenty three to the Heat. Kawhi Leonard actually played
- 1:17:27Speaker 16: and he actually did pretty well. He scored thirty six.
- 1:17:30Speaker 16: Same story in that game, he got no support from
- 1:17:32Speaker 16: the rest of the team. Clippers in Atlanta tomorrow and
- 1:17:35Speaker 16: last night on Monday Night Football, the Patriots beat the Giants,
- 1:17:38Speaker 16: and there was a play in that game that will
- 1:17:40Speaker 16: live in infamy. Man the Giants field goal kicker Young
- 1:17:43Speaker 16: Wayku lined up to kick a field goal and instead
- 1:17:46Speaker 16: of kicking the ball, he jammed his foot straight into
- 1:17:49Speaker 16: the field and missed the ball completely.
- 1:17:52Speaker 8: He walks.
- 1:17:53Speaker 3: I guess that comes down as a fesse.
- 1:17:55Speaker 16: Now because he never kicked the ball and the Giants
- 1:17:57Speaker 16: recovered it, that counted as a If you didn't see
- 1:18:01Speaker 16: that play.
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: You have to watch it at Jeff G the sports
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: Dude on Instagram. I'm Jeff G.
- 1:18:06Speaker 3: All right, thank you very much, Jeff G. And it's
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: time to play another Woody Show original game trademark copyright.
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: How did that get there?
- 1:18:22Speaker 11: Oh?
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: How did that get there? How did that get there?
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: Okay?
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: It involves a sixty seven year old man in China
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: and he was dealing with some nasty stomach pain. He
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: decided to go have a doctor take a looxie. They
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: ran some tests, they did some scans, and they noticed
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: that there was a foreign object in the dude's stomach.
- 1:18:47Speaker 3: That was gonna say, but yeah, I did. But they
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: couldn't figure out what it was, so, you know, put
- 1:18:52Speaker 3: the guy into emergency surgery. They had trouble getting the
- 1:18:55Speaker 3: object out because of its quote smooth, slippery exterior. I
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: was guessing it was eel Right, what was it? You say,
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: eels smooth and slippery? Are a snake? Something?
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: Glass?
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: A shot glass?
- 1:19:10Speaker 6: I'm gonna say a squid.
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: A shotgut, a shot glass of squid.
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: Yeah, I was going to say eel too.
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: It was a cigarette lighter.
- 1:19:20Speaker 11: What what?
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: Now, let's get to the chunk of the heart of
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: the game. How did that get there? How did that
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: get there?
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: Cigarette lighter?
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: Cigarette lighter? He has pika and he eats weird stuff.
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: He they baked it into a cake when he was
- 1:19:36Speaker 6: in jail, so I think he can it get to
- 1:19:40Speaker 6: your stomach if you keyster it?
- 1:19:41Speaker 3: I mean did he did? He claim it was intentional
- 1:19:44Speaker 3: or by accident.
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: Accident for.
- 1:19:47Speaker 3: Intentional intentional don't know why.
- 1:19:50Speaker 9: Smuggling, smuggling drugs or something.
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: He also needed that.
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: He affliction. It was intentional and he said he had
- 1:20:00Speaker 3: swallowed it on a drunken Dare there we go thirty
- 1:20:04Speaker 3: years ago? Yeah, they got it out and it was
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: corroded by all the stomach acid. But it's still had
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: some of the lighter fluid like the gas inside of
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: it and it still worked.
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: Wo.
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: Yeah you want to like that up.
- 1:20:19Speaker 3: The guys expected to make a full recovery.
- 1:20:22Speaker 6: I'd like to know the brand of this lighter is Zippo.
- 1:20:25Speaker 6: I mean takes a licking.
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: That's prettyod.
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: I always thought it was really cool how people could
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: do like the flick with a Zippo.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: Oh, it's so cool.
- 1:20:33Speaker 3: It flips it open and gets the flame started. Yeah,
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: they're so cool. That's why I took up smoking. To me, cool, Yeah,
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: not that cool. Could never do that mean neither. I
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: can't do that. I can't whistle with my fingers.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: Oh had a million times my dad.
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: Dude, he doesn't even need his fingers. He does this
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: like whistle. That is seriously, you could hear it from
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: a mile away.
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: Is it like we kind of fold your tongue.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: Over, yes, sort of, because it's trains. He trains racehorses,
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: and so they use a lot of that, you know
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: with like when the when the horses are coming down
- 1:21:07Speaker 3: the stretch, because you can't whip them anymore, right, so
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: that they it's like whatever that whistle is.
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: Don't do that.
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: They don't get whipped anymore.
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: No, I mean there there there is like a they do,
- 1:21:19Speaker 3: like the drivers do have a quote whip a little
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: wand but it's uh, I mean these guys used to
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: like really beat on these things, and uh yeah, you
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: can't do that anymore, which is good, and that's it.
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: That's definitely a good thing. Whistling is better. Yeah, I
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: thought cool, like you know, be able to put like
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: your thumb and your like you know, I'm sure there's
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: like YouTube.
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: When you were a kid, did you do it with
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: blades of grass?
- 1:21:42Speaker 7: Were you used?
- 1:21:42Speaker 10: Yes?
- 1:21:43Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that was the first time you really
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: learned how to oral Yeah right right, yeah, same kind
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: of thing. The eight seven phone numbers you're calling in
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: text us over to two two nine eight. My name
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: is what do you that is? Greg Gory?
- 1:22:03Speaker 10: Hi?
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: What menace is here?
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: What is that what he got? Gina Gras, Sea Bass, Yeah, boy,
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: here we got Sammy Morgan is here. Phones are open
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: eight seven seven forty four.
- 1:22:13Speaker 10: What he like?
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: You mentioned you got the social media email email at
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: the woishow dot com. So many different ways to get
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: ahold of us after ours voicemail which like after the
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: show and before we get back to next day, you
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: can always leave us what you got. There a lot
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: of feedback on a lot of random things that we've
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: had to here on the show recently, for example, the
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: Gina and Sea Bass mensa debates. Wet we got a
- 1:22:37Speaker 3: lot of feedback on that.
- 1:22:38Speaker 4: Hey what do you show me?
- 1:22:39Speaker 19: Love big time giving me a call about this mensa
- 1:22:41Speaker 19: debate going back and forth with Sea Bass and Gina.
- 1:22:45Speaker 19: My two cents is Sea Bass, if it is true
- 1:22:48Speaker 19: that Gina was able to get in through this psychology way,
- 1:22:51Speaker 19: and like Menace is saying, it's a it's an issue,
- 1:22:54Speaker 19: doesn't this just kind of take down mensa overall? If
- 1:22:57Speaker 19: people can get into it any other way they want,
- 1:23:00Speaker 19: or if they could sneak in, as you would say,
- 1:23:02Speaker 19: or cheat their way in, I feel like that would
- 1:23:05Speaker 19: take away from mensa and make it so much that
- 1:23:07Speaker 19: you wouldn't really be proud of it.
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: But.
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: Very good, good point. It does a good point.
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: That's why I'm being vigilant about this sort of thing
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: because I know the high standards of MENSA, yetlks are
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: not familiar. It's the top of two percent of intelligences
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: in the world roughly.
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: And to the backstory's weird that we all ended up
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: on one show together.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Yeah, and let the.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: Record show this is a one sided debate and has
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: been since the beginning.
- 1:23:33Speaker 5: I'm just trying to make sure that I had some questions,
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: That's that's all.
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: For many years, Sea Bass was the lone MENSA member
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: here on the show, and then his territory kind of
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: got infringed upon. That's when Gina joined the show. We
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: found out that she was also a member of a
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: card carrying member.
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: I said, oh, excellent, another rifle individual.
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: For Sea Bass, it's all about identity and it's very
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: important for him to you know how he's always bagging
- 1:23:57Speaker 6: on people like, oh, you're so special, you're so unique,
- 1:24:00Speaker 6: ABC and D. But this is the thing that I
- 1:24:02Speaker 6: think Sebesta said, you know, makes him special and unique?
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: Would that be?
- 1:24:06Speaker 6: That does sound very yes?
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: Yes, yes, we out spending the entire segment on this.
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: We'll move on to some of the other after hours
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: voicemails eight seven seven forty four. Woodie, it came up,
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: but I believe it was Greg why gay men want
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: to give mouth parties more than women?
- 1:24:22Speaker 8: Well?
- 1:24:23Speaker 20: Was that was that?
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: All? Was that from you?
- 1:24:24Speaker 11: It sounds seculiar, but yeah, well me, the answer seems
- 1:24:27Speaker 11: pretty obvious.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: Yeah, well it came up because I was doing that
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: thing I gave pride, and like random guys were just
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: interrupting the interview that I was doing just to offer
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: it to guy that they.
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: Don't even know because they're such sweeties. Yeah, I mean
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: Gina will take any excuse that she can get to not.
- 1:24:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean it seems much easier, don't get me wrong,
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: is it? Yeah, well it depends the sizes for.
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: Her, muchier for me, your husband.
- 1:24:56Speaker 6: That's what I'm saying. Like it's it's still a job.
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: They don't call it a job for nothing, but it
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: it's easier, you know, I.
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: Mean, women even still way easier than guys giving oral
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: y'all are more complicated, take longer.
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: Billion dollars and for a billion reasons.
- 1:25:13Speaker 7: I would not give a.
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: Talk about instant route not a billion dollars.
- 1:25:18Speaker 6: I don't want to.
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: I don't think i'd get anyway, So we got it
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: after hours voicemail. She has her opinion on HI.
- 1:25:24Speaker 13: I am a longtime listener and I listened every Morning
- 1:25:28Speaker 13: Life as much as possible, But then I listened to
- 1:25:32Speaker 13: the full podcast after just in case I miss anything.
- 1:25:36Speaker 13: And I wanted to call about the segment that Menace
- 1:25:38Speaker 13: did in Palm Spring and Palm Springs for f Mary
- 1:25:41Speaker 13: Kill when the kind of gentleman came up and offered
- 1:25:45Speaker 13: to give the mouth party, and it was asked amongst
- 1:25:48Speaker 13: the team white so common for gay gentlemen to really
- 1:25:52Speaker 13: want to give them. I wanted to offer my thoughts
- 1:25:55Speaker 13: as a mainly straight female that has also enjoyed the
- 1:26:00Speaker 13: also enjoys giving mouth parties, and that has also tested
- 1:26:04Speaker 13: the ladypool a few times myself purse off as women. Now,
- 1:26:10Speaker 13: this is a shock that we overthink everything, making an
- 1:26:13Speaker 13: easy mouth party transaction more difficult than what it is.
- 1:26:18Speaker 13: But when giving a mouth party to a guy, it's
- 1:26:20Speaker 13: kind of like a game. You feel like you are
- 1:26:22Speaker 13: better at the game the faster you can complete it,
- 1:26:26Speaker 13: and you get an actual physical prize of ribbons, you
- 1:26:31Speaker 13: would like to say, And with a female, it's more
- 1:26:34Speaker 13: like a puzzle, like what see Best was saying. You
- 1:26:37Speaker 13: have to do things just right to unlock the puzzle,
- 1:26:40Speaker 13: and you don't necessarily get a physical prize, but you
- 1:26:43Speaker 13: get more of a verbal job well done. I think
- 1:26:47Speaker 13: many people can agree that getting a physical prize is
- 1:26:50Speaker 13: a lot more satisfying than a verbal job well done.
- 1:26:54Speaker 13: And when you take away the overthinking that as women
- 1:26:57Speaker 13: tend to do, then uh, it's pretty easy to want
- 1:27:02Speaker 13: to just give those mouth parties. So I think that
- 1:27:08Speaker 13: is why it is so easy for a gay man
- 1:27:11Speaker 13: to just go up to another another gentleman during those
- 1:27:15Speaker 13: street bears and offer his services. Thank you for listening,
- 1:27:20Speaker 13: and I look forward to listening to you guys tomorrow morning.
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: Something you put so much thought of it. She took
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: it very seriously. Yeah, yeah, it was great.
- 1:27:34Speaker 3: It's like when they ask in the beauty pageants, she
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: kind of answered it, and so forth I hear such as.
- 1:27:46Speaker 11: The women in general and in general, and then you
- 1:27:48Speaker 11: have that thing in your head when you know, in
- 1:27:51Speaker 11: real life and in the movies, when you say like,
- 1:27:54Speaker 11: oh yeah, you like that, don't you it's kind of
- 1:27:57Speaker 11: like you're getting reinforcement for doing a good job.
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: You want to say you like that.
- 1:28:02Speaker 7: It's like a good job.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: You gave them that pleasure and it's exciting.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: And boyl boy Morgan, let me tell you, we got
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: a lot of feedback on your news that you sold
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: your dirty gym socks.
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: Hey, I'm just trying to make the people happy to some.
- 1:28:18Speaker 3: Foot freak and you're doing it.
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: You know, did you set up your website yet?
- 1:28:22Speaker 10: No?
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: But I have made a few more sales.
- 1:28:24Speaker 10: No, there we go.
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: And supply good. Right, So like, did you raise your price?
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: I did. It's fifty dollars. Oh yeah, you know.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: What's the shipping costing? Too much money?
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: Oh yeah?
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: And this workout Warren socks.
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: Yeah, And I mean I've had other requests, but yes,
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: and so just socks, just socks.
- 1:28:51Speaker 5: Yeah, she's allowing, but she said there's been some other
- 1:28:53Speaker 5: time I.
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: Do anything, but I haven't gotten paid for those things.
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: As soon as the money comes through, I'll let you know.
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: But as a smart business woman, you know I can't
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: show on it before the sales done.
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, they say the best businesses are started from
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: a card table in your living room.
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: Yeah, you're Jeff Bezos.
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: So shout out to front freaks. You know, have a
- 1:29:13Speaker 7: new appreciation for y'all.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: Sad that we have that many to listen, dude, you're
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: going to have that two notes in no time.
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: Who would have thought socks would have done it?
- 1:29:21Speaker 5: You need to buy cheaper socks. I do low overheads,
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: we really do.
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: So should I recommend squarespace or shopify dot com for your.
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: Which one do you recommend?
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: I would do square Space.
- 1:29:33Speaker 7: I've only used weebly. Do you know what that is?
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: Never heard of?
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: That that's built into a lot of platforms.
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: Yeah, I use it in college to make a website.
- 1:29:39Speaker 4: But okay, squares space way easier.
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: Here's it after hours voicemail about your socks and bra stuff.
- 1:29:46Speaker 18: Yeah, I just want to let Morgan know that for sure,
- 1:29:51Speaker 18: I would pay one hundred and thirty dollars for socks,
- 1:29:55Speaker 18: but if her bra is o good on the channel,
- 1:30:00Speaker 18: I'll pay like maybe two hundred d Like she has
- 1:30:04Speaker 18: a big market that she could do.
- 1:30:06Speaker 14: I mean, I am a foot person, but also I
- 1:30:10Speaker 14: don't like stinky d I like well kept t But yeah, man,
- 1:30:16Speaker 14: I mean I'll pay her one hundred and thirty dollars
- 1:30:18Speaker 14: a week to send me a parasawk league.
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: I mean, I'm here a week more.
- 1:30:26Speaker 6: This is amazing.
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: God, isn't it made of money? I don't care he
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: budgets for.
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: This tough life.
- 1:30:34Speaker 3: Well right, I know people want to.
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: Throw money at you.
- 1:30:40Speaker 3: Easy, Okay, look jealous.
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: Oh your life is changing a day, guys, amazing even
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: don't give up.
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: Here's another half hours voicemail eight seven seven forty four show.
- 1:30:52Speaker 8: It's brand And I just wanted to say thank you guys.
- 1:30:55Speaker 8: You guys don't know how much you mean to so
- 1:30:58Speaker 8: many people. It was a while back I was just
- 1:31:01Speaker 8: having a terrible day, just miserable, just seeing really crappy
- 1:31:06Speaker 8: about my life. Started driving home from work and Woody
- 1:31:09Speaker 8: you started doing this song about love boat and Sammy
- 1:31:12Speaker 8: and steamboat Willie and for how crummy and terrible of
- 1:31:15Speaker 8: a day I was having, I was almost crying, laughing,
- 1:31:19Speaker 8: and just immediately it was like, I got to play
- 1:31:21Speaker 8: this for my wife. She thought it was immature, but
- 1:31:23Speaker 8: I thought it was hysterical. Just thank you, guys. You
- 1:31:26Speaker 8: guys are just so great that you bring life to
- 1:31:30Speaker 8: so many people's lives that are sometimes having a really
- 1:31:32Speaker 8: rough time and just really wanted it to stay. Thank
- 1:31:34Speaker 8: you guys, suge Ith.
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: Babe so nice. A lot of good after hours voicemails.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: I like it anytime, if you're listening to the podcast
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: or after the show, you can always leave yours there
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: eight seven seven forty four. Of course text during the show,
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: we get those, and uh, Greg he likes to respond
- 1:31:58Speaker 3: to those. And the Greggory invatory applies to text messages.
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: We haven't done those in a little while, but we
- 1:32:06Speaker 3: have a round coming up for you next. So these
- 1:32:08Speaker 3: are real replies. Days are gonna get ruin, Yeah, because
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: every people get it's it's so they get so dumb
- 1:32:14Speaker 3: and worked up over stuff, whether it's you know, Morgan
- 1:32:19Speaker 3: and selling her selling her socks, like they get like
- 1:32:26Speaker 3: so put off by you know whatever, or whatever the
- 1:32:29Speaker 3: other conversation might be, and they send like some stupid
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: text message I supposed to just changing the station, huh.
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: And then every once in a while Greg will get
- 1:32:38Speaker 3: really proud of himself and he crafts He's super because
- 1:32:42Speaker 3: it's just so polar opposite of Greg's natural personalities. He's
- 1:32:46Speaker 3: usually all like fancy and proper. Cry yeah, like something
- 1:32:49Speaker 3: like from myself or menace. Yeah that, Yeah, it might
- 1:32:54Speaker 3: be you know, something you would expect, right, Yeah about that? Okay,
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: it's like what I caught him off guard there? But yeah,
- 1:33:05Speaker 3: so Greg has cracked these replies. He's gonna have a
- 1:33:08Speaker 3: couple options for us, and then he'll send those text
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: messages back to these jag offs that send these text
- 1:33:14Speaker 3: messages in trying to ruin our day. But yeah, about
- 1:33:17Speaker 3: to get is about to get distruct Yeah, so Greg's
- 1:33:20Speaker 3: inventory applies to text messages coming up next to her
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: in The Woody Show.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: Hang on.
- 1:33:25Speaker 3: Late seven seven forty.
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: Four, Woody, you know I'm not lading my mother name
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: or my telephone number.
- 1:33:32Speaker 14: Stair pone Joe Joe.
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: The wood Show, The Woody Show.
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: All right, so not not everybody, Uh not everybody loves
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: the show for some some people, uh some people aren't fans.
- 1:33:52Speaker 4: Well here this one, this one, this one.
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: Is a fan.
- 1:33:56Speaker 13: Hey, Sarah, I drive a truck, and so I listened
- 1:34:01Speaker 13: to your show every single day.
- 1:34:03Speaker 17: I usually catch it on the podcast.
- 1:34:04Speaker 20: I'm in and out of the truck, and so that's better.
- 1:34:06Speaker 17: I can pause the podcast, as I can't pause the
- 1:34:09Speaker 17: live radio.
- 1:34:10Speaker 20: But I was just swing through and listening to some
- 1:34:12Speaker 20: of your older podcasts, and people just call in and
- 1:34:15Speaker 20: they just like to complain about you guys. A lot
- 1:34:17Speaker 20: of men, its hate, a lot of just like some crap.
- 1:34:19Speaker 20: And it's like, I love all of you.
- 1:34:21Speaker 17: I love all of you individually for who you are
- 1:34:23Speaker 17: as a person. Woodies the glue that holds everybody together.
- 1:34:27Speaker 17: Greg with the bougie side of things, with his wine
- 1:34:30Speaker 17: and his caviare and his Tapty crackers.
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: And then Gina.
- 1:34:34Speaker 20: Oh I love Gina.
- 1:34:36Speaker 11: Gina.
- 1:34:36Speaker 6: It's such a good chef.
- 1:34:38Speaker 17: Hits addition to the show. She's wonderful, She's hilarious.
- 1:34:41Speaker 20: She's a little loud, but hey, who cares, that's fine, Sammy.
- 1:34:45Speaker 3: I love her.
- 1:34:46Speaker 17: She's adorable with her crocheting.
- 1:34:47Speaker 20: And her wanting to stay home and watch the Hallmark Channel.
- 1:34:51Speaker 20: I love her. She's so so, so stinking cute.
- 1:34:55Speaker 18: Put her in my pocket, you know what I mean.
- 1:34:57Speaker 20: Menace, hilarious, You're so dumb. It's so great, poor thing
- 1:35:02Speaker 20: I get. I get such a good laugh out of
- 1:35:04Speaker 20: you just trying to talk too a be see that.
- 1:35:09Speaker 20: Obviously you're an a hole, but you're a funny a hole.
- 1:35:13Speaker 20: And you know what, you bring good content to the show,
- 1:35:15Speaker 20: so even.
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: You, I love you just for being you.
- 1:35:19Speaker 20: And then all the behind the scenes guys, the sports,
- 1:35:22Speaker 20: the Mangies, the Morgans, Oh I love Morgan, Oh my god,
- 1:35:26Speaker 20: some country in the face girl, I love you, Bond,
- 1:35:29Speaker 20: can't forget vond. I just I love all of you,
- 1:35:32Speaker 20: And honestly, listening to the older episode, it's kind of
- 1:35:35Speaker 20: kind of a bummer because I'm listening to shows from
- 1:35:37Speaker 20: like twenty two, so it's pre Sammy, pre Morgan, pre Dina,
- 1:35:41Speaker 20: pretty a lot of you, honestly.
- 1:35:43Speaker 6: And it just doesn't hit the thing.
- 1:35:44Speaker 20: So I just want to say I love you, guys.
- 1:35:46Speaker 20: The show is going in an awesome direction. I love
- 1:35:48Speaker 20: all the stuff you guys have been putting out lately, and.
- 1:35:50Speaker 17: I love all of you as people and anyways.
- 1:35:53Speaker 20: Ill in me love keeping fight right.
- 1:35:57Speaker 4: Which is funny because then.
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: I heard that voicemail and then within a couple of minutes,
- 1:36:03Speaker 3: I saw this text, y'all sound like a bunch of
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: sorority susies. This is what happens when you put more
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: chicks in the mix. The Woody Show is gone, lame.
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: I hope it picks up. I sense the show is
- 1:36:18Speaker 3: going for a younger possibly stupider audience. Too bad, you're
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: turning off a lot of listeners. I'm not a fan
- 1:36:25Speaker 3: of the rehearsed segments. I don't know what that means,
- 1:36:28Speaker 3: building to everybody talking over each other. Your longtime listeners
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: are a lot smarter than you know. There are too
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: many females chiming in. It spoils the broth. The guys
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: are more interesting and funny. I just missed the old show.
- 1:36:46Speaker 3: It was spontaneous and real, without a lot of tampon talk.
- 1:36:51Speaker 5: That comes from you guys.
- 1:36:52Speaker 3: FYI curiosity all the guys very funny. Menace and Woody
- 1:36:56Speaker 3: let out some great comments. Side splitting anyway, good luck
- 1:36:59Speaker 3: with the at all.
- 1:37:00Speaker 6: Thank you, thank you. Why is it whenever somebody has
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: a negative comment, they have to pretend that they speak
- 1:37:07Speaker 6: for the masses. But if somebody says something nice, it's.
- 1:37:09Speaker 4: Like, I really like this. Someone doesn't everybody?
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: My friends?
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: Thank you?
- 1:37:15Speaker 3: Guys rule It's never that all right, Well, we get good,
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: we get bad. Greg likes to have fun with these
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: these piffy I mean, that's the hope, right, the hope
- 1:37:27Speaker 3: the ones I don't I don't know what singers because
- 1:37:29Speaker 3: it's just something sometimes one just hits Greg a certain way,
- 1:37:33Speaker 3: and these are the ones that he selects for around
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: a Greg Gory's immature replies to text messages, real text
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: messages send into the Woodie Show and now real replies, right.
- 1:37:45Speaker 11: And for me it's what it's just the idea of
- 1:37:49Speaker 11: it that cracks me up. Yeah, if you make a
- 1:37:52Speaker 11: complaint to let's say a company or a store or
- 1:37:56Speaker 11: a you know, some sort of sales.
- 1:37:58Speaker 3: Type Mac's road back something out.
- 1:38:01Speaker 11: Can you imagine if you bought something at Macy's you
- 1:38:05Speaker 11: had some feedback and then you got something like this about.
- 1:38:07Speaker 3: Your mom's box, right, And I think about that, That's
- 1:38:10Speaker 3: what I find funny. Yeah, Greg, he'll read the text
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: that that came in, and then he's got a couple
- 1:38:16Speaker 3: of different replies that he's considering, and then we can
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: all make a decision together which one ruins the person's day.
- 1:38:22Speaker 11: Right today, we have three options for each of the
- 1:38:24Speaker 11: two texts. So the first one is from the four
- 1:38:27Speaker 11: one two. I think maybe Seabas sent this in It
- 1:38:31Speaker 11: says that segment Friday Oki effing sucks. You need to
- 1:38:35Speaker 11: leave the singing two professionals. Stop singing songs.
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: You're not a band, but I thought that's what karaoke is.
- 1:38:42Speaker 5: Apparently I did not send that in, but he's mostly right.
- 1:38:50Speaker 3: That's true.
- 1:38:51Speaker 11: That segment, Friday Oki Evan sucks. You need to leave
- 1:38:53Speaker 11: the singing two professionals. Stop singing songs.
- 1:38:56Speaker 3: You're not a band.
- 1:38:57Speaker 11: How about telling your mom to stop shining poles, she's
- 1:38:59Speaker 11: not a say Or how about Friday Oki has nothing
- 1:39:06Speaker 11: to do with you being conceived by a mom who
- 1:39:08Speaker 11: charges by the hour and a daddy got invoice. Or
- 1:39:14Speaker 11: how about just so we're clear, bitch, you want our legs.
- 1:39:18Speaker 11: Just so we're clear, bitch, you want our mouths to
- 1:39:20Speaker 11: be what your mom's legs never are close.
- 1:39:24Speaker 4: Okay, that's three. Give me one again.
- 1:39:30Speaker 3: One was tell your mom to stop shining poles, she's
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: not a sailor.
- 1:39:34Speaker 4: Yeah. Three.
- 1:39:35Speaker 3: Yeah, that one didn't hit me at all either. I
- 1:39:37Speaker 3: was very upset about that one. This is good, okay,
- 1:39:40Speaker 3: So we're going three.
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: Right yet from norm, I know you're not.
- 1:39:52Speaker 3: Talking about your mom and her legs, Okay, said I.
- 1:40:00Speaker 11: One one day rune, Yeah, one day run. This person's
- 1:40:03Speaker 11: mad at us for you know, time off. The four
- 1:40:06Speaker 11: six three. My wife and I got one day off
- 1:40:10Speaker 11: for Thanksgiving and you guys got a week. We work
- 1:40:13Speaker 11: harder in one week than you do all year. Must
- 1:40:16Speaker 11: be nice, gougie douchebags. Wow, yeah, geez, you just got served.
- 1:40:20Speaker 3: All right? So option A, you know what doesn't have
- 1:40:24Speaker 3: to work hard at all? Your jocks dropped?
- 1:40:30Speaker 11: Or how about you know what has to work overtime,
- 1:40:33Speaker 11: your wife's spanks and vibrators.
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: Or how about.
- 1:40:40Speaker 11: Let's all hope that ivermectin works on your mom's pubic life. No, right,
- 1:40:52Speaker 11: that's really good. All right, so I need to hear
- 1:40:55Speaker 11: all three again. All right, you know it doesn't have
- 1:40:59Speaker 11: to work hard at all your jocks, that's a good one.
- 1:41:01Speaker 11: I know it has to work overtime your wife's spanks
- 1:41:04Speaker 11: and vibrator, or let's all hope the ivermectin does work
- 1:41:08Speaker 11: on your mom's pubic lines like one, and I'll.
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: Tell you why, because it's directed at them.
- 1:41:13Speaker 5: That's true. That the addition of the spanks just killed.
- 1:41:18Speaker 3: Me because their text was about them and reply to
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: them special.
- 1:41:22Speaker 11: And I know it's a dude because you said my
- 1:41:24Speaker 11: wife and I, oh wait, that was very heteronormative.
- 1:41:31Speaker 6: You can't have a wife.
- 1:41:35Speaker 4: Text?
- 1:41:35Speaker 11: Okay, yeah, text the complaint for my heteronormative yeah comment right, yeah.
- 1:41:40Speaker 3: Maybe it'll make the next round of not cool crossroads.
- 1:41:43Speaker 4: I know what doesn't have to work hard at all? Okay,
- 1:41:52Speaker 4: thank god.
- 1:41:57Speaker 15: I got a little water.
- 1:41:59Speaker 3: Yeah that's a that's another day ruin, right, Greg Gores
- 1:42:04Speaker 3: invatory for text message.
- 1:42:05Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a.
- 1:42:07Speaker 3: Team effort around here.
- 1:42:08Speaker 4: If point.
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: All right, I see what else I got for you?
- 1:42:16Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I know that Sea Bass brought it up
- 1:42:20Speaker 3: and it was his cheer and it involved our own company,
- 1:42:24Speaker 3: this whole guaranteed human thing. I'm a company man, yeah,
- 1:42:27Speaker 3: with uh you know, the company just made a pledge
- 1:42:31Speaker 3: because there's and we talked about it. There's this this
- 1:42:34Speaker 3: country artist, but it's all it's all AIS. That sounds
- 1:42:38Speaker 3: weird saying country artist an AI generated country song that
- 1:42:43Speaker 3: all of a sudden like hit like number one or whatever. Right,
- 1:42:48Speaker 3: And so this company is taking a very uh anti
- 1:42:53Speaker 3: AI approach when it comes to music things that are
- 1:42:58Speaker 3: supposed to be generated by people for people, Like there's
- 1:43:02Speaker 3: other things like there there there are uses for AI
- 1:43:05Speaker 3: even within this company that's saying guaranteed human like for
- 1:43:09Speaker 3: some of these uh kind of like administrative type tasks, right,
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: you know, but the stuff where it's like you're hearing a.
- 1:43:16Speaker 6: Voice, yeah, you're trying to connect or a song.
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: The company is like taking a stance saying that you know,
- 1:43:22Speaker 3: we will we're guaranteeing human Yeah, yeah, that's so that's that,
- 1:43:27Speaker 3: that's the stance because they do have there is some
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: infrastructure within the company that that there are some AI
- 1:43:34Speaker 3: things that you can use or use AI for.
- 1:43:37Speaker 6: But they're talking about the quote front facing.
- 1:43:39Speaker 4: Correct correct, so more more like you know, Microsoft with
- 1:43:44Speaker 4: co Pilot and stuff like that. So, uh, Guerbo del
- 1:43:47Speaker 4: Toro Award season is underway, right, so you know, studios
- 1:43:54Speaker 4: are leaning more toward using AI for movies and different things. Now,
- 1:43:59Speaker 4: he took a stand. He accepted a Gotham Award.
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: Whoever f that is? I know, I just saw that
- 1:44:06Speaker 3: article and I thought, what are the Gothams.
- 1:44:08Speaker 4: I've heard of it?
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: Its New York, right it? Yes, for his movie Frankenstein.
- 1:44:13Speaker 3: And he gave a simple but direct message those in Hollywood.
- 1:44:16Speaker 3: Here's what Germo del Toro, who, by the way, we
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: keep seeing pictures of him. Yeah, and you nailed it. Yeah.
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: He looks like Sean Aston, like older, a little fatter,
- 1:44:28Speaker 3: a little bit I mean Seawan Assen's pretty big. Yeah
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: he's not at this point, but he looks like a
- 1:44:32Speaker 3: like an older fatter Sean Aston with glasses. He completely does.
- 1:44:37Speaker 4: Anyway, here's what we have to say.
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: The artistry of all of them shines on every single
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: frame of this film that was willfully made by humans
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: for humans. The designers, builders, make up wardrobe teams and amatographer's, composers,
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: editors distribute belongs to all of them. And I would
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: like to extend on ratitude and say, yeah.
- 1:45:05Speaker 3: Which AI does some pretty funny stuff as we as
- 1:45:08Speaker 3: we brought up like there's a lot of funny stuff.
- 1:45:10Speaker 5: And against using it at all. We've used it the
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: first stuff here.
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: Yeah, sure, but we're not We're not tricking anybody with it.
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: We're not saying, you know that, oh here's here's a
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: song that we produced. We're like, oh here, we punched
- 1:45:24Speaker 3: a bunch of stuff in the AI for you know,
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: for Sea Bass's Dougan news.
- 1:45:29Speaker 4: And try to like make it super clear, right. And
- 1:45:34Speaker 4: then so I posted those news reports on our Instagram
- 1:45:37Speaker 4: funny stuff, right, just like, but dude, I got a
- 1:45:41Speaker 4: call from Half Baked and he's like, dude, so like
- 1:45:44Speaker 4: the news report that I posted on our Instagram obviously
- 1:45:47Speaker 4: super fake and it says like the Woody Show got
- 1:45:50Speaker 4: busted for you know, going to the sample table way
- 1:45:53Speaker 4: too many times. Yeah, And there was all these all
- 1:45:56Speaker 4: these fake news reports about it, and half Big calls me,
- 1:46:00Speaker 4: He's like, dude, you got in trouble at Costco.
- 1:46:08Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:46:08Speaker 4: And then I posted that we took a break because
- 1:46:11Speaker 4: of Gregg's LiPo suction, had a news report on that,
- 1:46:14Speaker 4: and some people like thought it was real. A lot
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: of people and it looked like a news report from
- 1:46:20Speaker 4: the eighties.
- 1:46:21Speaker 7: The watermark for the AI company was on the video.
- 1:46:25Speaker 7: I mean, we weren't hiding anything we did.
- 1:46:28Speaker 5: Is it fake?
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: We didn't pay for it.
- 1:46:30Speaker 4: I know, that's so funny, it's insane you would think
- 1:46:33Speaker 4: it's obviously fake.
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: But that shows that we're already at the point where
- 1:46:37Speaker 5: there are already people who are out of the loop,
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: and what are we gonna How are we getting back
- 1:46:41Speaker 5: in the loop?
- 1:46:42Speaker 3: I know, yeah, I mean and those people, I mean,
- 1:46:45Speaker 3: I could point to a thousand examples of I can't
- 1:46:48Speaker 3: believe you think that's real to begin with. But whether
- 1:46:50Speaker 3: it's reality shows or different things, you're like what what
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: what made you think that that was authentic in any way,
- 1:46:55Speaker 3: shape or form. But now it's really blurring the line
- 1:46:58Speaker 3: even more so. Again, it's gotten a lot of really
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: good press obviously within you know, the music industry, within
- 1:47:04Speaker 3: the radio industry. The public seems to be really kind
- 1:47:07Speaker 3: of taken to the whole idea. I thought it was
- 1:47:09Speaker 3: actually very smart. I think the iHeartRadio Music Festival is
- 1:47:12Speaker 3: the greatest thing that we do as an event with
- 1:47:15Speaker 3: the company, and I thought this thing with a guaranteed
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: human I agree with Sea Baths. I think it's I
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: think it's very smart.
- 1:47:21Speaker 5: I want, I honestly want to know who thought of it,
- 1:47:22Speaker 5: because again not to crap on the company, but we're not.
- 1:47:25Speaker 3: Know how to be trying to put the idea into
- 1:47:27Speaker 3: AI Buila wouldn't approve the Woody Show.
- 1:47:32Speaker 4: All right, Well let's go do.

- 1:48:27Speaker 3: and don't know when to say when right?
- 1:48:31Speaker 7: Is that true?
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: Like if you put like a whole bag of dog
- 1:48:33Speaker 3: food down that your dog would just eat until they explodes.
- 1:48:36Speaker 3: Say that's true. It's not true with my dog when
- 1:48:39Speaker 3: she's alone. Yeah, Like, uh, Cassie won't eat until after
- 1:48:43Speaker 3: I get home. So yeah, Jen will feed her in
- 1:48:46Speaker 3: the morning. She won't touch it.
- 1:48:48Speaker 6: Oh my god.
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: It doesn't matter what if I get home at like
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: say noon, yep, she'll eat it noon. If it's not,
- 1:48:54Speaker 3: I don't get home till three. She won't touch it
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: till three.
- 1:48:57Speaker 6: That's an eating disorder.
- 1:48:58Speaker 3: Like she waits till her dad gets home, a little baby, like,
- 1:49:03Speaker 3: oh you're home, I could have my treat that you
- 1:49:04Speaker 3: left me five hours ago. All right, thank you very much,
