The lawsuit by former police investigator Mikayla LeRette against the city and officers is officially over — her lawyer just filed to dismiss all claims with prejudice, sealing the case for good. After a federal judge initially tossed the suit, LeRette chose not to appeal, in exchange for the city dropping its attempt to recover legal costs from her.
