- 0:24trial, Bob is found guilty and sentenced to life in a medium security prison.
- 0:30Arriving just in time for the daily lunch, Bob introduces himself to his
- 0:35fellow inmates. As he waits in line for the lunchtime meal. Somebody yells
- 0:42out fifty four and everyone around Bob starts laughing. One twenty three, another
- 0:49inmate declares, and the laughter continues. What's with the numbers? Bob asks,
- 0:57Those are jokes, replies in mate Tom. All of us have been
- 1:02here so long that we've memorized every joke, so each joke is represented by
- 1:07a number. Bob, wanting to fit in, yells out three thousand,
- 1:14three hundred and thirty three. After a moment of silence, the prison erupts
- 1:21in laughter. Tom slaps him on the back and says, that's a good
- 1:25one. We haven't heard that one before. Adversity can often become the breeding
- 1:41ground of success. Just as a star cannot shine without darkness, so you
- 1:47cannot succeed without adversity. We will talk about this in this week's episode of
- 1:53Positively three sixty five. But first we have our trivia question of the day.
- 1:59Are you ready for it? Here it is which continent is the closest
- 2:05to Antarctica. We will have the answer when we come back here. Do

- 3:24closest to Antarctica. The answer South America. The distance from the tip of
- 3:31South America to Antarctica is about six hundred miles. The country's closest to Antarctica
- 3:38are Argentina and Chile. Most of the travel to Antarctica occurs from these countries
- 3:46in South America. Now you know adversity, the crucible of growth, has
- 4:00an uncannyability to shape individuals into versions of themselves they never thought possible. In
- 4:08the face of challenges, whether personal or professional, we are compelled to tap
- 4:14into reserves of resilience and creativity. It's during these turbulent times that we discover
- 4:19our true strength, a capacity for adaptation. Adversity acts as a catalyst,
- 4:28breaking down the barriers of comfort and propelling us beyond our perceived limits. The
- 4:34lessons learned through hardship foster personal development, instilling a profound sense of self awareness
- 4:42and perseverance. Each trial becomes a stepping stone, carving a path towards resilience,
- 4:48wisdom, and an unwavering belief in one's ability to overcome. In the
- 4:54crucible of adversity, growth flourishes, transforming setbacks into opportunities and setbacks into the
- 5:03fuel that propels us toward our fullest potential. Always remember this. Grapes must
- 5:20be crushed to make wine, diamonds form under pressure, olives are pressed to
- 5:30release oil, and seeds grow in darkness. So whenever you feel crushed,
- 5:38under pressure, pressed, or in darkness, you are in a powerful place
- 5:44of transformation. Trust the process. Thank you for joining us today. Please
