Latest / L3G4L / CERTAIN THINGS IN COMMON: New Congressional Report on Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Paolo Zampolli. Plus special guest Victoria Drake.
Transcript
- 0:00Just days away from the midterms where it looks
- 0:03like there's going to be a huge shakeup in the
- 0:04power structure of the U.S. Congress. And the
- 0:07Democrats just dropped a new report about Donald
- 0:10Trump's and Jeffrey Epstein's shared victims.
- 0:14This is L3G4L Special Investigation with Ed Lyman
- 0:19in Los Angeles. This program is intended for
- 0:22mature audiences only. It contains sensitive
- 0:24subject matter and adult language. While your
- 0:26host is a licensed attorney, the information
- 0:28provided is for educational and entertainment
- 0:30purposes only and does not constitute legal advice,
- 0:33a legal opinion, or create an attorney-client
- 0:36relationship. On this episode, we've got a special
- 0:38guest coming up in a little bit, Victoria Drake,
- 0:41who alleges she was raped by Paolo Zampolli. And
- 0:44I'm going to be sharing with you my original
- 0:46analysis of the brand new report that just came
- 0:49out from staffers, Democratic staffers, at the House
- 0:52Judiciary Committee. If you go over the... At
- 0:56first sight, it doesn't seem like it reveals
- 0:58all that much, but once you dig into the details,
- 1:01I was pretty surprised by some of the new things
- 1:04I learned, and I'm going to share them with you.
- 1:06For example, remember that big novelty check
- 1:10that Donald Trump wrote to Jeffrey Epstein back
- 1:14in the day at Mar-a-Lago? A $22,500 check.
- 1:19There are several people standing behind it, including
- 1:21a girl whose face is redacted. That one's been
- 1:24bugging me for a long time. Who the heck is she?
- 1:27The report indirectly tells us who it is, and
- 1:31I've got it solved. I'll let you know. The report
- 1:34also talks about somebody named Kate and her
- 1:37relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and Donald
- 1:40Trump. And Kate's just a pseudonym, by the way.
- 1:43The report indirectly, perhaps unintentionally,
- 1:46reveals, maybe intentionally, reveals that Kate
- 1:50is Anouska De Georgiou. If you're not familiar
- 1:55with who Anouska is, she's one of the more prominent
- 1:58survivors. She's an activist, and she's amazing,
- 2:02but you never hear her publicly talking about
- 2:05any type of interactions she had with Donald
- 2:08Trump. What the report reveals about her is pretty
- 2:11big, and you probably haven't heard this stuff
- 2:13about her yet. The report also reveals a victim
- 2:18that we've never heard of before: Miss Switzerland,
- 2:21former Miss Switzerland, who alleges that she
- 2:24was raped by Donald Trump when she was only 20
- 2:26years old during one of the pageants he was running.
- 2:30The report also talks about Todd Blanche. And
- 2:33remember when he went to go visit Ghislaine Maxwell
- 2:35in federal prison back in the summer of 2025?
- 2:38During that interview, Todd Blanche coaches Ghislaine
- 2:44Maxwell not to talk about a victim named Jane,
- 2:47who was only 14 years old when she was trafficked
- 2:51within the ring. Why was Todd Blanche trying
- 2:53to prevent Ghislaine Maxwell from talking about
- 2:55Jane? On this episode, we're going to cover all
- 2:58of that and more. Stay tuned. So this report
- 3:00was prepared by staffers, Democratic staffers, at
- 3:04the House Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Congress.
- 3:07The timing is wild, though. We're about a week
- 3:11away from one of the most significant midterm
- 3:14elections in the United States ever. If Democrats
- 3:18are successful in these elections, the entire
- 3:22power structure of the United States Congress,
- 3:24both the House and the Senate, will shift away
- 3:27from Republican control, the Republican majority,
- 3:31to a Democratic majority, which is huge given that
- 3:37all three branches are currently controlled
- 3:40by Republicans. Of course, Donald Trump heading
- 3:44up the executive branch, and of the nine U.S.
- 3:48Supreme Court justices, six of them were appointed
- 3:51by Republican presidents and the other three
- 3:54were appointed by Democratic presidents. In terms
- 3:57of Congress, the Senate, which has 100
- 3:59seats, 53 of those seats are currently held by
- 4:03Republicans, 45 held by Democrats, and two of
- 4:06them are independents. The House of Representatives
- 4:09currently has 218 Republicans to 214 Democrats,
- 4:14one independent, and there are two vacancies. Speculation
- 4:18websites like Kalshi are predicting a 90% chance
- 4:22that the Democrats will win the House. In the
- 4:25Senate, Democrats have about a 68% chance of
- 4:29carrying the day there as well, according to
- 4:32prediction markets. What are these prediction
- 4:33markets, like Polymarket and Kalshi, good
- 4:35for? I don't know. I feel like I lost a lot of
- 4:37money during the World Cup. I don't want to gamble
- 4:40on politics. Is it better to follow the prediction
- 4:44markets and these gambling websites or traditional
- 4:47polls? Probably both are equally bad. All I know
- 4:50is the candidates I usually vote for haven't
- 4:55been winning. So why would I bet on them?
- 5:01Why would I bet on them? Why would I bet on them?
- 5:04I'm going to lose all my money on some Polymarket
- 5:06or prediction app, and then gas prices are also
- 5:09going to skyrocket. Fucked either way. So with
- 5:12that context, the Democrats released this pretty
- 5:16damning, lengthy report about Donald Trump sharing
- 5:21certain sex trafficking victims with Jeffrey
- 5:24Epstein. I don't think it's going to convince
- 5:27MAGA to defect from the party at this point.
- 5:30Maybe it helps drive some more turnout for people
- 5:33who are already going to vote blue, just to reinforce:
- 5:37you've got to get out there and vote. Donald Trump
- 5:40is not a good person. But the thing is, we've
- 5:42known this. We've known this about Donald Trump
- 5:45since before 2015. In 2016, Katie Johnson was
- 5:49filing her federal lawsuit here in Los Angeles.
- 5:52And the liberal media ignored most of this. You couldn't
- 5:57get feminists like Rachel Maddow on MSNBC to
- 6:00really cover anything to do with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 6:03I mean, to think that these massive political
- 6:07commentators on Fox or MSNBC, NBC, all the major
- 6:11networks just didn't know a damn thing about
- 6:14Jeffrey Epstein all the way up until about 2018.
- 6:17Come on. Are some people still in the dark about
- 6:20all of this? I don't get it. Maybe Democrats
- 6:22are targeting the swing voters, you know, the
- 6:24ones we used to call soccer moms, suburban women,
- 6:27different independents, maybe they'll want to
- 6:29go through the report and be motivated by it
- 6:32as to why they should not vote for Donald Trump
- 6:35or any other Republicans for that matter. I mean,
- 6:38it is a big deal that Republicans in the Congress
- 6:41continue to conceal all this stuff for Donald
- 6:45Trump. Virtually no Republicans in Congress have
- 6:48been standing up against Donald Trump on these
- 6:50issues relating to Epstein, except for Marjorie
- 6:53Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie and Lauren Boebert
- 6:56and Nancy Mace. And we all know what happened
- 6:59to Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie,
- 7:02whether it's over the Epstein files or Israel,
- 7:05or maybe those two subjects pretty much overlap,
- 7:08don't they? So, the Democrats' report is titled
- 7:12"We Have Certain Things in Common, Jeffrey." And
- 7:16it's got an image of Donald Trump and Jeffrey
- 7:19Epstein together with the background removed and
- 7:22a fuchsia color. They have red lines over
- 7:27their eyes, so you can't see them. And
- 7:29then there are a lot of redaction marks on the
- 7:31cover. It's pretty trendy, kind of a glitch,
- 7:34vaporwave feel. I mean, the front page kind of
- 7:37looks like a meme. And whether that cuts down
- 7:39on the credibility or not, I don't know. In some
- 7:42of the beholder's eyes out there, maybe it does.
- 7:46Democrats have been painfully trolling Donald
- 7:49Trump back, with a lot of misfires. But Obama got
- 7:52Donald Trump pretty good this week. He's got
- 7:55the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened
- 7:58a Cheesecake factory. There's just gold everywhere.
- 8:03And Donald Trump, obviously, he didn't like that.
- 8:06Here's what Trump had to say in a pretty weak
- 8:09attempt at a comeback: "The White House is a symbol
- 8:13of America. For you to say it's a Cheesecake
- 8:15factory, that just shows why you were a lousy
- 8:18president." And he's been glitching out a lot
- 8:20too, right? What's going on with him? And somebody
- 8:23on one of the live shows this past week was telling
- 8:25me Trump's been wearing an exoskeleton suit.
- 8:28I didn't know that. And I started looking it
- 8:29up and I'm like, this is legit. This is real.
- 8:32I don't know how I missed that story. That's
- 8:34been going around for quite some time now. You
- 8:36know, he's got those, you know what I'm talking
- 8:38about, right? Those robotic devices that strap
- 8:41around your waist and then go down to your legs and
- 8:44help you actually walk. Kind of like an Iron
- 8:47Man suit. And I started looking into that deeper
- 8:49and it makes sense. I mean, if you look at the
- 8:52shape of Donald Trump's back end, I always thought
- 8:55it was just like a strange diaper, maybe a chemo
- 8:57pump or something there underneath his suit.
- 9:00But if you look up other people that wear exoskeleton
- 9:03suits, it matches. It's spot on. I mean,
- 9:06you can't deny it. And what's the point of having
- 9:09an exoskeleton suit in the first place? I guess
- 9:12they help stroke victims a lot, and people with
- 9:15other things such as MS. But in Donald Trump's
- 9:19case, I think we're leaning towards the stroke
- 9:21category, especially with his speech patterns.
- 9:24I'd say 90% of the reason I took the governor.
- 9:28Impersonalization, the schemes that they use
- 9:31for impersonalization. He might not be able to
- 9:36read the Bible as much. Not only did he. State
- 9:42that. God is transgender. This is what he said.
- 9:47Things are definitely falling apart for Camp
- 9:49MAGA. So I don't know if the Democrats' report
- 9:54is even going to matter. I think MAGA's
- 9:57already imploded, in my opinion. MAGA's already
- 10:00had a lot of people defect. So what's in this
- 10:03report? Let's talk about it. The report's broken
- 10:06into three sections, and then it provides
- 10:09conclusions or findings on what should be done. The
- 10:12first section provides a backdrop of sexual exploitation
- 10:15in what Democrats call Gotham City. In fact,
- 10:21the Gotham City of Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:24and Paolo Zampolli. If you're new to the Epstein
- 10:27files and don't have a whole lot of background
- 10:29information about these characters and how they
- 10:32interact with different modeling agencies across
- 10:35the world, then I highly recommend going over
- 10:38that section just to bring yourself up to speed
- 10:41a little bit. It's a good primer. Then the next
- 10:44section of the report goes over the accounts
- 10:48of 11 different women who Democrats say link
- 10:52Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. And surely
- 10:55that's not an exhaustive number. I don't think
- 10:57that's what they're intending at all. Then the
- 11:00third section of the report deals with how Donald
- 11:03Trump and his Department of Justice, Pam Bondi,
- 11:07Todd Blanche, and others have covered everything
- 11:11up that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein had
- 11:14been doing together. You got to remember, it
- 11:17was November 2025 when Congress unanimously,
- 11:20both parties, voted for the Epstein Files Transparency
- 11:24Act. And I'm telling you, I did an article a
- 11:27while ago explaining how, in my estimates, I've
- 11:30quantified this, there was at least... there's
- 11:33at least more than 400 terabytes of files relating
- 11:37to Jeffrey Epstein in the possession of the FBI
- 11:40in 2019. And to date, the U.S. Department of
- 11:44Justice has released about 0.075% of that amount
- 11:50of files, roughly 300 gigabytes. 300 gigabytes
- 11:53is less than 1% of 400 terabytes. But who's
- 11:58counting? Not Todd Blanche. I mean, definitely
- 12:01not. And then you've got Congress, you've got
- 12:03Democrats out there fighting over these redactions
- 12:06on less than 1% of the files, basically. Where are
- 12:10the rest of the files? Come on, guys. That's
- 12:12what I want to know. It seems that Democratic
- 12:14officials and others are hyper-focused on,
- 12:18here we've got some files, and of those that are
- 12:21redacted, whose names have been redacted? I want
- 12:24to know the bigger fruit on the tree, such as
- 12:27who was blackmailing, who specifically, who are
- 12:30Jeffrey Epstein's enablers. Where's all the surveillance
- 12:33footage? What happened to all the surveillance
- 12:35equipment on the island, for example? Why did
- 12:37the FBI arrest Jeffrey Epstein and then wait
- 12:41a month and a half to raid the island or never
- 12:44go to Avenue Foch or the Zorro Ranch? Who made
- 12:48those decisions? But the Democrats are focused
- 12:50on energizing certain demographics of certain
- 12:55women so that they can carry these swing states.
- 12:59And that's fine; that's strategic. But I still
- 13:03think it's important that we remember: we really
- 13:05need to get to the bottom of who is being blackmailed
- 13:09and what type of leverage was gained. What did
- 13:12Jeffrey Epstein and his crew get
- 13:14out of it? How was foreign policy shaped? What
- 13:17proxy wars were started because of honeypots?
- 13:21What kind of technology or computer networks
- 13:24were compromised because of Jeffrey Epstein ensnaring
- 13:28people. For example, Microsoft, how secure are
- 13:31their servers? I didn't hear anybody in Congress
- 13:34asking Bill Gates about stuff like that. Again,
- 13:38the focus was on Bill Gates obtaining STI medication
- 13:42through Jeffrey Epstein. I think we should more
- 13:46immediately be looking at which intelligence
- 13:49agencies and law enforcement officials may have
- 13:52been compromised? Or people like Bill Gates,
- 13:55how was he compromised? Any national security
- 13:58concerns at all? Perhaps other nations that we
- 14:01should be concerned about? Is there any compromise
- 14:03that's still ongoing? I mean, shouldn't we be
- 14:06looking a lot at the lawyers and potentially
- 14:08judges, different politicians, foreign officials
- 14:11and intelligence officers that are still out
- 14:14there who have probably been compromised by
- 14:17Epstein and his enterprise, which still seems
- 14:21to remain intact in many ways? But here we have
- 14:24a report on sex crimes that occurred a couple
- 14:29decades ago. And I'm not trying to minimize that.
- 14:32I'm not trying to take away anything from the
- 14:34very serious nature of this caliber of sex crime.
- 14:40So in terms of the report, if you just look it
- 14:44over briefly and you already know a lot
- 14:47about Epstein and Donald Trump, you're probably
- 14:51not going to find anything particularly groundbreaking
- 14:54here. But by reading the footnotes and going
- 14:57into some of the smaller details, I was able
- 15:01to extrapolate a lot of interesting things that
- 15:03I had never known before. But it takes a little
- 15:06bit of work. It takes some deductive reasoning
- 15:09to get there. But I'm going to explain all that
- 15:12to you. Don't worry about it. But first, I've
- 15:14got a very special guest, dear friend of the
- 15:16show, Victoria Drake. She's in the report and
- 15:19she's here to talk about it. The report says
- 15:21that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein worked
- 15:24with other predators as well, including John
- 15:28Casablancas and Paolo Zampolli. Paolo Zampolli
- 15:32obviously takes the credit for bringing Melania
- 15:35Trump to the United States as a model. He's originally
- 15:39from Italy, from a very, very wealthy family.
- 15:43Eventually, he made his way into working for
- 15:45Metropolitan Models. Now, that was the agency
- 15:47that had discovered Claudia Schiffer long before
- 15:50he ever worked there or had anything to do with
- 15:52them. But once he worked there, he did make his
- 15:55way up through the ranks and eventually became
- 15:57a co-owner. Apparently, while he was working
- 15:59in Ibiza at some point, setting up a show, that's
- 16:02when he met John Casablancas, who recognized,
- 16:06hey, this guy Paolo's got some talent. Or at least
- 16:09that's what Paolo Zampolli wants us to believe
- 16:11on his Wikipedia page. John Casablancas suggested
- 16:15that Paolo Zampolli should move to the United
- 16:17States, New York. Real romantic history there.
- 16:20Paolo comes to America and continues working
- 16:24for the modeling agency, but eventually goes
- 16:26on to create his own agency named ID Model Management.
- 16:31He discovers Melania, brings her from overseas.
- 16:34I'll talk a little bit more about that time period
- 16:36in a little bit. Zampolli went on to work for
- 16:39the Trump Organization doing some type of real
- 16:41estate. Then when Trump was elected the first
- 16:43time, that first term, Trump appointed Zampolli
- 16:45to the Board of Trustees for the John F. Kennedy
- 16:48Center. During the Biden presidency, Biden left
- 16:52him on the board. More recently, when Trump was
- 16:55reelected, he appointed Zampolli as the United
- 16:58States Special Representative for Global Partnerships.
- 17:02Whatever that means, I'm still trying to figure
- 17:05that out. Right now, we've got a very special
- 17:06guest, friend of the show, Victoria Drake.
- 17:09She spent a lot of time at Mar-a-Lago. She
- 17:12was in the whole orbit of people like Donald
- 17:14Trump, Melania, Paolo Zampolli. She just filed
- 17:17a federal lawsuit in September 2026. Drake alleges
- 17:21Paolo Zampolli raped her in October of 2023. What's
- 17:26relevant here is the Judiciary Committee, the
- 17:29Democratic staff report, mentions her, not by name,
- 17:32but they mention her allegations about Paolo
- 17:35Zampolli. The report explains that Zampolli was
- 17:38recently fired from the Trump administration
- 17:40and that, quote, he was also recently credibly
- 17:45accused of sexual assault by a young Republican
- 17:47model who claims Zampolli drugged and raped her
- 17:50in 2023. Her complaint explains that from, quote,
- 17:54his earlier career in the modeling industry to
- 17:56his current role as a U.S. special envoy, Zampolli
- 17:59has leveraged his access to young models to cultivate
- 18:02and maintain relationships within high-profile
- 18:05networks. The report further explains that Victoria
- 18:08Drake's complaint notes that Zampolli is, quote,
- 18:11a fixture within President Trump's social and
- 18:14political circle. This is L3G4L.com. I'm Ed
- 18:18Lyman, and we've got Victoria Drake. Victoria, thanks
- 18:20for being here. Question for you first. Did anybody
- 18:22in Congress, any Democrats, reach out to you before
- 18:25they released this report? Did they even ask
- 18:27you about what happened? No, it was complete
- 18:30news to me seeing my name there. Obviously, they
- 18:34just said I was the young Republican model or
- 18:37whatever, but seeing the report and the complaint,
- 18:42it was... it was pretty crazy to me. I read the
- 18:47report, obviously, because I knew Amanda was
- 18:49in it and I knew Beatrice was in it. But seeing
- 18:52myself in there was complete news to me. It actually
- 18:59gives me chills just thinking about it. I didn't
- 19:02even know I was going to be in Time magazine.
- 19:04I didn't know I was going to be in the New York
- 19:06Times. I didn't know any of this. Nobody tells
- 19:08me anything these days. They just, like, publish,
- 19:12publish, publish, and it's crazy. They didn't even
- 19:17bother to reach out to you, to talk to you,
- 19:19to see if this is something you're okay with.
- 19:21It's so obvious that they're exploiting this
- 19:23for the midterms to try to gain more seats in
- 19:26Congress, to get more voters. Victoria, what
- 19:29are your overall thoughts about the report? I
- 19:31think that the report was pretty poorly written,
- 19:35unfortunately. It seems very inconsistent. I
- 19:39mean, I do appreciate them getting the report
- 19:41out there. I think it's very important, but I
- 19:44think that they could have done a much better
- 19:46job. I agree with you. The report is pretty basic,
- 19:50and it's a lot of context that we already know.
- 19:52Seems like there's no smoking gun. I wish that
- 19:56they included more details. Yeah, that's right.
- 19:59The only thing new about it is the account
- 20:02of Beatrice Keul, who alleges Donald Trump
- 20:05raped her in the '90s during one of his pageants.
- 20:08Specifically, and this is not just for selfish
- 20:10reasons, I wish they would have included more
- 20:12details regarding Paolo and his abuse. Because
- 20:16there are 10-plus girls who have come forward
- 20:20regarding Paolo. And they basically just mention
- 20:24me. They don't even mention my name. They say
- 20:26the young Republican model. They don't even want
- 20:29to mention your name, but they want to mention
- 20:31your political party affiliation or at least
- 20:34brand you as a Republican, as if maybe that gives
- 20:37their story some more credibility to potential
- 20:39readers who might be Republican. I don't know
- 20:42what the point is. You mentioned you had spoken
- 20:44with Amanda Ungaro, Paolo Zampolli's ex-girlfriend.
- 20:48They have a child together. While serving in
- 20:50the Trump administration, he had her detained
- 20:52by ICE, and eventually she had to leave the
- 20:55country. But with regard to Amanda, they don't
- 20:57even give, like, the full story either. And there's
- 21:01just so much more that they could have included
- 21:02and there really isn't much that directly implicates
- 21:06Donald Trump. Yeah, and of the new stuff, they
- 21:09only did a short summation of Beatrice Keul's
- 21:12story. She alleges she was raped by Donald Trump
- 21:15at the Plaza Hotel back in the '90s during one
- 21:17of his beauty pageants. I talked to Beatrice
- 21:20quite a bit, and there are things that she can
- 21:22say and things that she can't say, obviously.
- 21:24But at the end of the day, I really wish that
- 21:27they would have just gone scorched earth. It
- 21:31almost seems lighthearted. Like, we're talking
- 21:33about rapists and criminals and pedophiles in
- 21:39the government. It could have been done a lot
- 21:43better. And that's just my opinion. Well, thank
- 21:45you so much, Victoria, for being here. I know
- 21:47you're pressed for time. Always appreciate talking
- 21:49to you. She's so brave and totally inspiring.
- 21:52Imagine being a plaintiff against the most powerful
- 21:55and corrupt administration in U.S. history.
- 21:59The good news is they fired Paolo Zampolli right
- 22:02after she filed her lawsuit. If anything good comes
- 22:04out of this report, it's that you do have
- 22:07Democratic officials in our Congress who have found
- 22:10Victoria Drake's allegations against Paolo Zampolli
- 22:13to be credible. You're listening to L3G4L with
- 22:17Ed Lyman. So coming back now, I want to talk
- 22:19to you about the things in this new report that
- 22:23I think are new, at least things that you probably
- 22:25don't already know about. This is what I found,
- 22:27and there's probably so much more that you could
- 22:31find in this report. I haven't looked in the
- 22:34universe yet to see what other people have pulled
- 22:36out of this report. But I'm sure there's so much
- 22:38more than just what I found. But these are the
- 22:41interesting things that I've found so far. So
- 22:43who's the girl that Donald Trump paid Jeffrey
- 22:46Epstein $22,500 for with that big-ass check?
- 22:51It looks like a Publishers Clearing House contest
- 22:54winner. Jeffrey Epstein, two guys and a girl
- 22:57holding up this big check, probably about four
- 23:00feet wide, huge check at Mar-a-Lago. And it's
- 23:05way back when. We get this photo from Jeffrey
- 23:09Epstein's 50th birthday book. You know, the book
- 23:13that Ghislaine Maxwell went around before he
- 23:15turned 50, obviously, and had a bunch of very
- 23:19prominent people, from Bill Clinton
- 23:22to Alan Dershowitz, Leon Black, and then other
- 23:26people that are closer to Jeffrey Epstein, such
- 23:29as Selena Dubin or his childhood friends. So
- 23:33Ghislaine Maxwell rounded up all these people
- 23:36and told them to please send her a letter wishing
- 23:39Jeffrey Epstein a happy 50th birthday. Be funny,
- 23:43send pictures, I'll put them all together and
- 23:46compile them into this large coffee table style
- 23:49book that we can give to him for his 50th
- 23:51birthday. So one of Epstein's friends, Joel Pashcow,
- 23:55he's a big real estate guy and a member of Mar-a-Lago.
- 23:59So, he sends a letter for the birthday
- 24:02book. And it includes a photo. The photo is of
- 24:09Jeffrey Epstein, Joel Pashcow, I can't tell who
- 24:13the third guy is, and a younger woman with blonde
- 24:20hair. But her face is redacted. So we don't get
- 24:24to see who she is. And they're holding up a pretty
- 24:28large check, it's about four feet wide. The
- 24:31check is payable to the order of Jeffrey Epstein
- 24:35for $22,500, signed Donald Trump. Now, under
- 24:40this photo on the letter, Joel Pashcow handwrites
- 24:45to Jeffrey Epstein, "Jeffrey showing early talents
- 24:48with money and women, sells fully depreciated,"
- 24:52then it's redacted. So, that's presumably
- 24:56the redacted girl's name, implying that Jeffrey
- 25:00Epstein had just sold somebody to Donald
- 25:04Trump for $22,500. Joel Pashcow further writes
- 25:09that Jeffrey Epstein had shown early "people
- 25:12skills," and, "Even though I handled the deal,
- 25:15I didn't get any of the money or the girl." The
- 25:19important part is the photo. When this photo
- 25:21became public, I, and I'm sure so many other
- 25:24people, searched meticulously to try to find
- 25:26more details about it, to try to figure out who
- 25:29exactly is this girl? Did Jeffrey Epstein really
- 25:34get paid $22,500 for her? People speculate that
- 25:40it was Melania. Perhaps it was Jeffrey Epstein
- 25:44getting paid for Melania? And because this girl's
- 25:47face is redacted, you only really see the length
- 25:51of her shoulder down to her hand wrapped around the
- 25:55side of the check. She's wearing a black dress,
- 25:57but you don't see anything else, any other features.
- 26:00It appears that she's possibly wearing a hat
- 26:03and she has blonde hair. So, it could have been Melania
- 26:07for all we know. But, you know, it's not abnormal
- 26:14when you're doing this kind of digging that you're
- 26:16looking very closely, zooming in close on the
- 26:19hands. I was looking for any type of identifying
- 26:22features such as a birthmark, but the resolution
- 26:25of the photo is just not that great, so it's hard
- 26:28to tell. Is that Melania's hand, for example?
- 26:31Compare another photo of Melania's hands with
- 26:34this one. And anything is possible, right? It's
- 26:37difficult to date the photo because the check,
- 26:40this big novelty check, doesn't have a line for
- 26:44the date. Instinctively, the photo doesn't appear
- 26:50to have been taken with a digital camera. It
- 26:52seems to be shot with Kodachrome or Fuji, whatever.
- 26:56But you could tell it does feel like that is
- 27:01an old film camera. And I was gauging around
- 27:04the '90s, partly because we could see Jeffrey
- 27:07Epstein's face, but the style of sunglasses,
- 27:10his hair, his jacket, and the other people holding
- 27:17up the check, what Joel is wearing, and some
- 27:21couple in the background. They're sitting at
- 27:23a table, a banquet table, out on the grass. It's
- 27:27a lawn area of Mar-a-Lago with palm trees in
- 27:30the background. So when I was doing a lot of
- 27:33research on this photo, because everybody wants
- 27:37to know whether that was Melania or somebody
- 27:40else, who is it? Was it a sex trafficking victim?
- 27:44This is important, or at least it seems to be. And
- 27:50the photo seems to be around the same time, possibly
- 27:54the late '90s, when Donald Trump and Melania say
- 27:57they met at the infamous Kit Kat Club during
- 28:03Fall Fashion Week in 1998, New York City. And
- 28:07of course, you probably already know that a lot
- 28:10of people claim or at least speculate that Jeffrey
- 28:14Epstein first dated Melania and then Epstein
- 28:18introduced Melania to Donald Trump at a certain
- 28:20point. But you got to be really careful treading
- 28:23down that direction because Melania has sued
- 28:25people for defamation over that very topic. And
- 28:30I've never seen any direct evidence that Donald
- 28:33Trump and Melania knew each other prior to the
- 28:37fall of 1998 at the Kit Kat Club. Nobody's been
- 28:40able to find that. Everybody's digging for that,
- 28:42pushing really hard because they want to unsettle
- 28:45that story. They say a lot of people don't believe
- 28:48that's where they first met. So in my investigatory
- 28:51quest for proof or truth, like many others, we
- 28:55focused a lot on this photo of the check. So
- 28:58during that research, when more Epstein files
- 29:02came out, there was another photo of this check.
- 29:05And it's the same check, but this time it's just
- 29:08Jeffrey Epstein and seems to be the same girl
- 29:11holding it up for the camera, potentially at
- 29:14Mar-a-Lago as well. It's kind of hard to tell
- 29:17based on the background, but possibly Mar-a-Lago
- 29:19in the background. There's some palm trees.
- 29:21In this photo, Jeffrey Epstein's wearing a different
- 29:23shirt. He's wearing a sweater that says USA on
- 29:26it. It kind of looks like he's wearing a gold
- 29:29chain as well or something around his neck. It's
- 29:32hard to tell what that is. Maybe it's one of
- 29:36those neoprene type of Croakies cords that holds
- 29:39your sunglasses. But the photo resolution, it's
- 29:43pretty difficult to discern that type of detail
- 29:46because of the contrast in the photo. And it's
- 29:49a black and white copy. Whoever copied the image,
- 29:52FBI, they didn't do a bang-up job. It's just
- 29:54a black and white image of it. It's another criticism
- 29:57I have for a lot of the photos you see that the
- 29:59FBI took of Jeffrey Epstein's mansion in New
- 30:03York or Little St. James. You'd think that the
- 30:05agents that do that type of work would have some
- 30:09better cameras, for one, but also some training
- 30:12on how to compose a shot. So this seems to have
- 30:15been an FBI agent or some type of law enforcement
- 30:18officer taking a photo of this photo, which is
- 30:21framed. And the frame says the phrase "once in
- 30:25a blue moon," and it's repeated around the border
- 30:27of the frame about seven times. But I looked
- 30:30at the next piece of evidence in the sequence
- 30:32of this, and it's the back of the frame. And
- 30:35you can see the photo. You can see somebody took
- 30:38a pencil to the back of the photo and wrote.
- 30:42So therefore, I date this whole check, this whole
- 30:45situation as having occurred in 1997. So whenever
- 30:49it was, approximately a year before Donald Trump
- 30:52and Melania say they met. But in the Democrats'
- 30:55Judiciary report, you're not going to believe
- 30:57who they say it is in the photo. They refer to
- 31:00her as Jane Doe No. 5, by the way. But
- 31:03I'm going to read to you from the report and
- 31:06see if you can guess now who it is. It says,
- 31:09Jane Doe 5, 20 years old. Public reports indicate
- 31:13that in 1995 and 1997, Jane Doe 5, a Scandinavian
- 31:19college student at NYU, was photographed with
- 31:22Jeffrey Epstein at Mar-a-Lago, in one picture
- 31:25kissing Jeffrey Epstein. The Epstein flight logs
- 31:28show Jane Doe 5 and Epstein traveled on Epstein's
- 31:32jet more than a dozen times during this period.
- 31:35A number of those flights list only her and Epstein
- 31:39as passengers. Following this relationship, Jane
- 31:42Doe Five seemingly entered into a relationship
- 31:44with Donald Trump. In 1998, she is pictured in
- 31:49photos with Donald Trump and his family at Mar-a-Lago
- 31:52and appears to have rented an apartment
- 31:54in a Trump property. It was reported that Donald
- 31:58Trump was, quote, dating Jane Doe 5 when he
- 32:02met Melania Knauss,, then a model who was working
- 32:07for Paolo Zampolli. While there's no evidence
- 32:10available that Jane Doe 5 ever experienced misconduct
- 32:13at either Epstein or Trump's hands, her relationship
- 32:17with both men is significant. Epstein apparently
- 32:22dated her while she was still at NYU, a school
- 32:26attended by many of Epstein's survivors, and
- 32:29Donald Trump dated her immediately thereafter.
- 32:33So, do you know who that is yet? The report goes
- 32:37on to state that the more sinister and telling detail
- 32:41is that Jane Doe 5 is the woman identified in
- 32:45Epstein's birthday book as the one that he sold
- 32:48to Donald Trump. One page of the birthday book
- 32:52depicts Epstein holding a check with the caption,
- 32:55"Jeffrey showing early talents with money plus
- 32:58women, sells fully depreciated" — and then they
- 33:03put brackets, woman's redacted name — "to Donald
- 33:07Trump for $22,500." Jane Doe 5's real name
- 33:12lies under the redactions. People familiar with
- 33:15Donald Trump's relationship stated that she became
- 33:17a point of tension. People familiar with Donald
- 33:20Trump's relationship stated that she, quote,
- 33:23became a point of tension in Epstein and Trump's
- 33:26friendship, end quote. And Epstein reportedly
- 33:29complained, quote, that he believed the women
- 33:32enjoyed spending time with him over Trump, and
- 33:36that he was bitter when she ended up choosing
- 33:38to go out with Trump. It's unclear why the check
- 33:42was for $22,500. It's possible that the number
- 33:46is a reference to Jane Doe 5's age when her relationship
- 33:49with Epstein ended and her relationship with
- 33:51Donald Trump began. The report also references
- 33:55an email that Jeffrey Epstein sent in 2015 to
- 33:59a New York Times reporter describing that Jane
- 34:03Doe 5 was his 20-year-old girlfriend in 1993
- 34:07and that after two years, he gave her to Donald.
- 34:10And Epstein also gave the reporter her name to
- 34:14pass on to another journalist so that the journalist
- 34:17could discuss the shared relationship between
- 34:19Epstein and Donald Trump with Jane Doe 5. Well,
- 34:23if you still haven't figured it out yet, let's
- 34:25just go back over some of those details real
- 34:27quick just to clue you in. Jane Doe 5 is Scandinavian.
- 34:31She went to NYU and she dated Jeffrey Epstein
- 34:36for a couple of years, then started dating Donald
- 34:39Trump, and she was with Donald Trump when Donald
- 34:43Trump met Melania. Does that ring a bell, anyone?
- 34:47That would be Celina Midelfart. Celina Midelfart
- 34:52is a striking blonde Norwegian, and she came
- 34:58over to the United States when she was younger.
- 35:00She's from a wealthy family. They own a large
- 35:05cosmetics company. Describing her as an heiress
- 35:09is an inappropriate title for her. So as legend
- 35:14has it, Celina Midelfart dates Jeffrey Epstein
- 35:19for a while, then starts going out with Donald
- 35:22Trump. And then in 1998, during Fall Fashion
- 35:26Week, Donald Trump and Celina Midelfart go to
- 35:30the Kit Kat Club together, and when they walk
- 35:33upstairs to the VIP table section, Celina Midelfart
- 35:38has to go to the bathroom, and Donald Trump moves
- 35:41in on Melania at that point. And the rest is
- 35:45history, if you believe that story. But that's
- 35:48what Donald Trump and Melania say, and there's
- 35:51no reason to not believe Donald Trump. What's
- 35:54always interesting, of course, is that when Melania
- 35:56first moved to the United States, she was brought
- 35:59over here by Paolo Zampolli, working at Metropolitan
- 36:04Models. That was around 1996 when Melania comes
- 36:08to the United States and I guess she got an Einstein
- 36:10visa. Somebody was reminding me of that the other
- 36:14day, and it got me thinking, like, hey, Melania's,
- 36:17what is her... what does her application look like
- 36:20for the visa? Talk about Ilhan Omar. I don't
- 36:25know if you've been following that story, but
- 36:27the FBI raided the home of U.S. Congresswoman
- 36:32Ilhan Omar. She's a representative from Minnesota,
- 36:35but the FBI just raided her home. Apparently,
- 36:39Donald Trump and his Department of Justice are
- 36:42trying to figure out whether Omar may have been
- 36:45less than truthful on her application to become
- 36:49a citizen when she was 17 years old. I think
- 36:52it was her father that actually applied for the
- 36:55citizenship. But if you think about it, if Melania
- 36:57had an Einstein visa, what qualified her to
- 37:01have an Einstein visa? That's an EB-1 visa, and
- 37:05it's designated specifically for individuals
- 37:08who have an extraordinary ability in the sciences,
- 37:12arts, education, business, or for example, athletes.
- 37:16What were Melania's qualifications? Oh, I'd love
- 37:19to see that application. She was here in the
- 37:21country working since 1996 and then applied for
- 37:24that in the year 2000 for the Einstein visa.
- 37:29Apparently her application included all of her
- 37:31modeling work. So she's featured in runway shows
- 37:35in Europe, I don't know, or that weird French
- 37:38magazine that looks like softcore, well, whatever.
- 37:41And she was on a billboard on the side of a building
- 37:45in New York City for a cigarette brand. I'm seeing
- 37:48she's in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Was
- 37:51she? Okay, I see. It looks like kind of an amateur
- 37:53photo was submitted of her hugging a big blow-up
- 37:57whale on the side of the beach. Certainly
- 38:00they wouldn't have given her the Einstein visa
- 38:02if she submitted those photos from the GQ spread.
- 38:06You know, the British GQ magazine that is not
- 38:08the regular United States version. She's on board
- 38:12Donald Trump's 727. She's wearing that strange
- 38:16futuristic costume. Some of the shots, she's
- 38:20out on the wing holding a gun. And when she's
- 38:24in the fuselage, she's... hovering over a treasure
- 38:27chest of strange jewels. All the vanity of a
- 38:30late 1960s TWA poster meets Disney's Pirates
- 38:36of the Caribbean, but all shot in the '90s. I
- 38:38don't know how that works. So I wonder what kind
- 38:40of favors they had to pull or what they had to
- 38:42pay to get those shots into GQ UK. What was the
- 38:47circulation like? Okay, it says circulation was
- 38:51around 130,000 per month. Dismal. If you look
- 38:55at the photos in there of Melania, you can see
- 38:58why the magazine was not successful. The robots
- 39:00are here. I'm not surprised that the photo of
- 39:03the check at Mar-a-Lago, I'm not surprised
- 39:07that that's Celina Midelfart. I wouldn't have
- 39:11guessed that. I wouldn't have been able to figure
- 39:13that out. I don't think anybody cracked that
- 39:15one. But why is it redacted, that photo? Celina
- 39:20Midelfart isn't known to be a victim of Donald
- 39:23Trump or Epstein. Why is her name redacted
- 39:27from the letter underneath the photo that Joel
- 39:30Pashcow wrote to Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th
- 39:34birthday? This is L3G4L's special investigation
- 39:37with Ed Lyman in Los Angeles. Another part of
- 39:41the report that was pretty surprising to me is
- 39:43they've got this section about a girl named Kate,
- 39:45but that's just the pseudonym. Her real name,
- 39:48Anouska De Georgiou. Anouska is a pretty well-known
- 39:52survivor of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 39:54and she's an activist. She's out there really
- 39:57pushing for the Epstein files transparency. You'll
- 40:00see her at the press conferences. And she's very
- 40:03kind. You can tell that. It comes across in her
- 40:05social media posts. She posts a lot of positive
- 40:08and inspirational messages. And it's strange
- 40:11that this report doesn't use her actual name
- 40:14and why they're using the name Kate in the first
- 40:16place, because the report gives you some pretty
- 40:20good clues that it's actually Anouska, including
- 40:23by citing to a news article about Kate. And if
- 40:27you follow the footnote to the news article,
- 40:29you read the news article for yourself, you'll
- 40:31find the article is about Anouska. So I'm going
- 40:33to read from portions of the report about Kate,
- 40:36but instead of using that pseudonym, I'm just
- 40:38going to replace it with Anouska's name. And
- 40:41here's what it says. Anouska's story is particularly
- 40:43suggestive of Trump's active involvement in Epstein's
- 40:47sex trafficking ring. Her FBI witness interview,
- 40:50released in the Epstein files, details how Ghislaine
- 40:54Maxwell took her to a party in New York where
- 40:57Maxwell presented Anouska to Trump. Anouska,
- 41:02a young model, remarked that this was the same
- 41:05way Maxwell introduced her to Epstein. Another
- 41:08document in the file confirms that Maxwell set
- 41:11Anouska up on a date with Trump, and other sources
- 41:14show Maxwell, Trump, and Anouska then traveled
- 41:18together on Trump's private jet to Florida.
- 41:21Maxwell's role of introducing young women to
- 41:24Trump was so well known that a tabloid covered
- 41:27it in 1997, remarking how Trump was friends with
- 41:31Robert Maxwell's daughter, Ghislaine, who has
- 41:34introduced several of her attractive friends
- 41:37to the property developer. So that's the report
- 41:40referring to the news article from 1997. I looked
- 41:44at the news article and it talks about, it's
- 41:46like a publicity piece. It's talking about Ghislaine
- 41:49Maxwell, Donald Trump, and this younger 20-year-old
- 41:52model named Anouska De Georgiou. The article is
- 41:56titled "How Sweet, Trump's Brit of All Right."
- 42:01It ran in the Sunday Mirror in 1997. I'm going
- 42:05to go ahead and read it to you right now, but
- 42:07just for context, back in 1997, Donald Trump's
- 42:10coming out of that marriage with Marla Maples,
- 42:13and there's lots of speculation about whether
- 42:15he was cheating on her and with whom. And I'm
- 42:18not speculating that it was with Anouska. There's
- 42:22a lot of speculation out there that it was Melania
- 42:24that Donald Trump had met Melania much earlier
- 42:27than in 1998 at that Kit Kat Club, but of course
- 42:31that's all just speculation. There's no reliable
- 42:34or competent type of evidence out there that
- 42:37I'm aware of that would tend to prove it. So
- 42:39I'm going to read this article to you from the
- 42:42Sunday Mirror about Anouska De Georgiou. And it's
- 42:46written in 1997. It's titled, "How Sweet, Trump's
- 42:50Brit of All Right." Just weeks after ditching
- 42:52his second wife, America's best known billionaire,
- 42:55Donald Trump. It's crazy. Is he really a billionaire
- 42:58at that time? I don't know. America's best-known
- 43:01billionaire, Donald Trump, has fallen under the
- 43:03spell of a 20-year-old English girl. Trump,
- 43:0650, who has failed in his bid to secure the services
- 43:10of Princess Diana's butler, Paul Burrell, was in
- 43:13search of another British trophy when he met
- 43:15London model Anouska De Georgiou at a party in
- 43:19Manhattan. Several American millionaires already
- 43:22had their eyes on Anouska. But she was there
- 43:24with Robert Maxwell's daughter, Ghislaine, who
- 43:27has introduced several of her attractive friends
- 43:29to the property developer. And none of his would-be
- 43:31rivals owned a vast mansion in Florida like
- 43:34Donald does. Mar-a-Lago, where I have dined
- 43:37with him and his outgoing wife, Marla, is enough
- 43:40to make any young girl go weak at the knees.
- 43:43After their meeting, Trump flew Madam Maxwell —
- 43:47that's what we've got to start calling her, Madam
- 43:49Maxwell — and the model south to the Sunshine
- 43:52State, where all three enjoyed a happy weekend
- 43:54together. When they returned to New York, Anouska
- 43:57was installed in one of Donald's many apartments
- 44:00there. So a lot of that's news to me. I mean,
- 44:04it's possible other people have been well
- 44:07aware of this article for a long time, but it's
- 44:09new to me that Anouska was staying in one of
- 44:14Donald Trump's apartments in Manhattan. I didn't
- 44:16know that. She doesn't publicly speak about anything
- 44:19with Donald Trump, not to my knowledge. But the
- 44:21way this is written, in many ways, it sounds
- 44:24like a publicity piece. I speculate that it's
- 44:28an attempt to rebrand Ghislaine Maxwell. If you
- 44:32live anywhere outside of the UK and you're listening
- 44:34right now, you're probably not familiar with
- 44:37the fact that about six years before this article
- 44:40came out, Robert Maxwell owned the Mirror
- 44:46Group, all the Mirror newspapers, huge holdings
- 44:49in newspapers, and he stole about nearly, nearly,
- 44:54he stole nearly a billion dollars of pensions
- 44:57from all of the employees for all of these newspapers.
- 45:00After Ghislaine Maxwell's dad, Robert Maxwell,
- 45:03died, there were criminal prosecutions of her
- 45:06brothers because it was alleged, and we definitely
- 45:09know for certain that the pensions were stolen,
- 45:11but it was alleged that her older brothers
- 45:13were also involved in that theft. And although
- 45:17they were acquitted, she was always concerned
- 45:19around the time of the death and a few years
- 45:22afterwards of going to England because she was
- 45:24concerned about how much public animosity there
- 45:27was towards her family for what her father had
- 45:30done. And the money was missing. It's still missing.
- 45:33So I speculate that the money was laundered through
- 45:36Jeffrey Epstein, but I'll save that for a different
- 45:39episode. So this newspaper article... it's
- 45:42ironic that it's in the Sunday Mirror, given
- 45:45that Robert Maxwell stole a billion dollars in
- 45:48pensions from that company about six years before
- 45:50this article was published. But it's also interesting
- 45:53that these writers or anyone at the Mirror would
- 45:56have anything to do with Ghislaine Maxwell. It
- 45:58seems to me like an attempt to rebrand her. And
- 46:01you see that consistent across different newspapers,
- 46:04including ones in America where, in my mind,
- 46:06somebody's paying money to have articles
- 46:09written about her to make her appear to be a
- 46:12socialite so she can develop into that, which
- 46:14is really a grifter like her father. But yeah,
- 46:17if you ever listen to any of my live shows on YouTube
- 46:20or TikTok or Substack, from time to time, I talk
- 46:24about the whole issue with her and her crime
- 46:27family. And I'll do a special podcast episode
- 46:30about it soon. I wonder, in terms of Anouska
- 46:33De Georgiou, I wonder what holds her back from
- 46:36talking about Donald Trump. Makes you wonder
- 46:39if there was some type of settlement agreement,
- 46:41a nondisclosure, some reason why legally she
- 46:44can't talk about Donald Trump. Or is it fear
- 46:47of Donald Trump, fear of speaking about him,
- 46:50which would be totally understandable, especially
- 46:53since there have been so many allegations of him
- 46:56using violence against women. Also, the report
- 46:59talks about how Anouska testified against Ghislaine
- 47:04Maxwell at Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal prosecution
- 47:08in that case. Speaking of which, Ghislaine Maxwell
- 47:14is in federal prison still, at least as far as
- 47:16we're aware. I mean, I do check from time to
- 47:19time the Bureau of Prisons website to do the
- 47:21inmate locator and see where Ghislaine Maxwell
- 47:24is. On my social media, I did a post a couple
- 47:28of weeks ago. I don't think it was too well received
- 47:30by anybody, though. There's certainly not that
- 47:33many likes on the post, but I suggested that
- 47:35maybe we should all band together and send
- 47:38some redacted books to Ghislaine Maxwell so she
- 47:41could read in prison. But remember, it was not
- 47:46long ago, the summer of 2025, when Donald Trump's
- 47:51then Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, who
- 47:55was working under Attorney General Pam Bondi
- 47:58at the time, flew down to Tallahassee, Florida,
- 48:02where Ghislaine Maxwell was being held in prison.
- 48:06And Todd Blanche interviews her for two days
- 48:09with a court reporter present, in a sense, some
- 48:12type of de facto proffer, which doesn't really
- 48:15make any sense. What was she making a proffer
- 48:18for? We know the Department of Justice had decided
- 48:22to not investigate anybody surrounding Epstein
- 48:26or Donald Trump and all of these allegations.
- 48:29So why were they trying to figure out what Ghislaine
- 48:34Maxwell knows? A lot of Todd Blanche's questioning
- 48:38was misguided. But what the Judiciary Committee
- 48:41report says is that during these interviews,
- 48:44Ghislaine Maxwell starts to talk about somebody
- 48:47named Jane. And we know Jane was a 14-year-old
- 48:50girl when she had been trafficked in this whole
- 48:53network. And Todd Blanche cuts Ghislaine off
- 48:56and redirects her. I mean, doing that one time
- 48:59is suspicious, but this happened a few times
- 49:03during the entire interview with regard to Jane.
- 49:06So I'm going to play for you right now an excerpt
- 49:10from the interview between Todd Blanche and Ghislaine
- 49:13Maxwell. This is day two of the interview. These
- 49:16specific interactions between the two are what
- 49:20the Democrats are saying in their report is Todd
- 49:23Blanche basically redirecting Ghislaine away from
- 49:28talking about Jane. You kind of reject that that
- 49:32happened, that you saw that, an obviously under-18
- 49:36woman coming to give him a massage. Well,
- 49:39I believe you're talking about Jane, and I'm
- 49:41very happy to address that. I actually don't
- 49:44think that the testimony is correct. I don't
- 49:48believe... No, no, I just wanted to... Yeah,
- 49:51yeah, I don't want to get into... No, no, no,
- 49:52absolutely not. I don't want to go there. I'm
- 49:55not going to do that. But I believe that what
- 49:58took place with a lot of these people is that
- 50:00there was a slide, right? So there was a zone.
- 50:06And he did meet her, and I did meet her, and I
- 50:09knew that she was a young child and I knew that
- 50:11she was not an adult. But I don't believe he
- 50:16met her until she was 16. So I'm not doing a
- 50:20he said, she said. I'm not doing that because
- 50:22that's not what we have. And here's the other
- 50:26clip that the Democrats say proves Todd Blanche
- 50:30is redirecting Ghislaine Maxwell away from talking
- 50:34about. So I think it's helpful to put this on
- 50:40the time, on the calendar, because I think without
- 50:44that we're lost. So I would say we'll go from
- 50:48the beginning. '91, no. '92, no. '93, no. '94, no. '95,
- 50:53no. '96. Now, in that time frame, you have the
- 50:57allegations of Jane, which I dispute. I don't think
- 51:01you met her until she was... Let's not talk about
- 51:03individuals. No, no, I'm just saying. But there's
- 51:06only, so in that time period, I'm only aware of
- 51:08her. The report says that the whole point of
- 51:11the conversation here was to create a conspiracy
- 51:13of silence and strategically deter Ghislaine
- 51:17Maxwell from sharing information that was not
- 51:20public at the time regarding the relationship
- 51:23between Trump and Epstein. I don't know if I
- 51:26quite exactly hear that within these excerpts.
- 51:30But I did notice after I read both days of these
- 51:34transcripts that Todd Blanche isn't very focused
- 51:38when he's examining Ghislaine. He'll ask her
- 51:41open-ended questions and she'll divert onto
- 51:44different topics and he doesn't redirect her
- 51:46back enough, in my mind, to, in a sense, box
- 51:50her in so that she can't later change the testimony.
- 51:54A lot of the interview goes this way. And this
- 51:57is just a hypothetical type of question. If Todd
- 52:00Blanche were to ask Ghislaine if the sky was
- 52:04blue throughout the entire day, Ghislaine might
- 52:08answer something like, well, I know before 8
- 52:13o'clock in the morning it wasn't blue. Then
- 52:15Todd Blanche will simply move on to a different
- 52:18subject. He doesn't follow up with basic questions
- 52:21such as, well, what was the sky like after 8?
- 52:25Was it blue at any time after 8? It seems to
- 52:28me that he'll ask questions that are entirely
- 52:31irrelevant and won't elicit anything useful whatsoever
- 52:35from Ghislaine. And in between those moments,
- 52:39he'll pepper in something that is important to
- 52:42Donald Trump. And at the end of the day, Blanche
- 52:45really shouldn't be interrupting Ghislaine when
- 52:47she's talking. The whole point is to get her
- 52:50to talk, not to get her to stop talking or cut
- 52:53her off midway through a thought. Having read
- 52:57the transcripts before, having listened to these
- 52:59interviews before, and then listening to them
- 53:02again and again, based on this new perspective
- 53:04that the Democrats give us in their House Judiciary
- 53:08Report, I don't see in these couple of passages
- 53:11about Jane that what Todd Blanche is doing
- 53:15is as sinister as the Democrats are making it
- 53:19out to be, but it could be, and it might be because
- 53:22we really don't have a lot of information about
- 53:24Jane. I can imagine that Jane really is kryptonite
- 53:28to Donald Trump, and I can see Todd Blanche
- 53:32really trying to bury this and dirty up the record
- 53:35so Ghislaine doesn't talk about Jane. After all,
- 53:39Todd Blanche is asking her questions as to whether
- 53:42she's aware of any underage girls with Epstein
- 53:46around the time frame of '91 through 2000-ish.
- 53:49And when Ghislaine brings up Jane, you'd think
- 53:53that Blanche would want to know more about her
- 53:57and those allegations. But Blanche probably already
- 54:00knows a lot about her and those allegations because
- 54:02he would have had access as a then-deputy attorney
- 54:07general to Jane's testimony in the case of the
- 54:11United States v. Ghislaine Maxwell. One of the
- 54:15other major things disclosed in this report is
- 54:19the account of Beatrice Keul. She alleges she
- 54:24was raped by Donald Trump in 1993. She was a
- 54:30young Swiss model who was recruited to attend
- 54:33Trump's American Dream pageant. The House
- 54:38Judiciary Committee staff interviewed her.
- 54:40She discussed the pageant and how there was a
- 54:44press luncheon at Donald Trump's Plaza Hotel.
- 54:47During their introductory conversation, which lasted
- 54:50about 15 minutes, Donald Trump mentioned to her
- 54:53that she should go talk to his friend, Paolo
- 54:56Zampolli, who would take care of getting a visa
- 55:00for her. Trump then told her that he could get
- 55:03her into NYU. He repeatedly told her that he'd
- 55:08take care of her. Keul said that once she stopped
- 55:11talking to Donald Trump during that luncheon,
- 55:14Jeffrey Epstein immediately approached her, and
- 55:17she talked to him for about 10 minutes. During
- 55:19their conversation, Epstein kept looking over
- 55:22at Donald Trump, who was on the other side of
- 55:24the room. Epstein kept grinning at him. Epstein
- 55:28made similar promises to her and explained to
- 55:31her that they organized many parties for Don.
- 55:34Later that day, Donald Trump's representative
- 55:36invited Keul to go upstairs at the Plaza Hotel
- 55:40and meet with Donald Trump in his room. She thought
- 55:43this was going to be a lucky break for the purpose
- 55:46of furthering her career and education. Trump's
- 55:50representative ushered her up into the suite,
- 55:53where, upon entering, Trump reportedly grabbed
- 55:57Keul from behind and forcibly raped her, in the
- 56:01process tearing her dress. and causing bleeding
- 56:04and bruising on multiple parts of her body. Keul
- 56:07described the rape as brutal. Following the assault,
- 56:12Trump sat her on the edge of the bed and repeated
- 56:16the same promises to her about getting a visa
- 56:19and attending NYU. Keul said she finished the
- 56:23rest of the pageant in a daze and that her passport
- 56:27was taken from her upon arriving. During the
- 56:31pageant, she was also summoned, along with four
- 56:33other models, to a private audition with John
- 56:36Casablancas. Throughout this report, Donald Trump's
- 56:39relationship with John Casablancas and Jeffrey
- 56:42Epstein, and also Paolo
- 56:45Zampolli, is further explored, showing how all four of those men had
- 56:48sometimes worked in conjunction, coordinated
- 56:51their efforts to obtain sex from younger girls,
- 56:54including by shipping them throughout the world,
- 56:58luring them in with the promise of elite education
- 57:02or a green card. Beatrice Keul was 24 years of
- 57:07age when this rape took place at the Plaza Hotel.
- 57:11One thing I'm really fascinated by in terms of
- 57:14the Plaza Hotel is that before the lawyer named
- 57:18Roy Cohn ever even met Trump, Roy Cohn was using
- 57:23a certain suite within the Plaza Hotel to blackmail
- 57:28and extort politicians and other wealthy men.
- 57:32The hotel room was rigged up with eight-millimeter
- 57:34film cameras. And the technique to bait people
- 57:38in was young people. In 1986, Roy Cohn died of
- 57:43complications from AIDS. Two years after that,
- 57:46in 1988, Donald Trump purchased the Plaza Hotel.
- 57:50And it's understood that those blackmail operations
- 57:53continued through Trump. None of that's in this
- 57:57report. It doesn't surprise me that our government
- 57:59doesn't like to talk about these types of surveillance
- 58:02operations. Surreptitiously recording people
- 58:05seems to be yet another thing Jeffrey Epstein
- 58:09and Donald Trump have in common. I just hope
- 58:11our Congress, our government can investigate
- 58:14that, get to the bottom of it, and find all the
- 58:17recordings. Some closing thoughts about the report.
- 58:21It spends a lot of time showing how Donald Trump,
- 58:23his administration, and the Department of Justice
- 58:26are covering for him. And so these Democrats
- 58:28on the House Judiciary Committee are recommending
- 58:31the appointment of a special counsel to investigate
- 58:36Trump's potential crimes and the crimes of Jeffrey
- 58:40Epstein's other co-conspirators. I like that
- 58:43step that the Democrats are formulating some
- 58:45type of plan. And the purpose of these special
- 58:48counsels is to avoid the conflicts of interest
- 58:50of having Donald Trump run an investigation on
- 58:54himself. There's a lot more in the report. I'm
- 58:57just going to leave that to you to check out.
- 58:58It provides the allegations from several other
- 59:01women who claim they were sexually assaulted
- 59:03by Donald Trump. To find out more information
