- 0:15SPEAKER_00: What's up, big ballers?
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: It's the Birdman.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: I'm flying solo today.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna get any pushback or insight from MJG, which kind of sucks for you because generally speaking, he gives a little bit better advice.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: But it is what it is.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: So let's get started.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: First things first, let's take a look at who's out this week or potentially gonna be out, someone you uh might want to keep your eye on as the uh week progresses and we see how the practices play out.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Justin Herbert, IR, CJ Stroud, concussion, keep an eye on that.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: It's rare for someone to bounce back within one week from a concussion, so there's a chance he'll be out this week.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: But again, quarterback, Justin Herbert, CJ Stroud.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: Wide receiver, we got a lot going on.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Keenan Allen out.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Devontae Adams, questionable, he's sick, probably be fine.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Tyreek, he exited the game last week, but then he came back in and he continued playing.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna have to keep an eye on that, see what's going on with Tyreek.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: DJ Moore, same thing.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: He exited the game but then returned.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Should be fine, both those guys, but time will tell over the next couple days.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: We'll see if they practice.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: Uh Nico Collins, calf injury.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Definitely got to keep an eye on that.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: Deontay Johnson, uh, questionable with a knee injury.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure what's going on with that because he did practice yesterday, uh, but he did not practice today, Wednesday.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Christian Watson out with a hamstring injury.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: Chris Olave out, or I'm sorry, Christian Watson and Chris Olave are both questionable and of course Hollywood Brown.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So Christian Watson, questionable hamstring.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Uh Chris Olave, questionable with an ankle and Hollywood Brown, still banged up after the bye week.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure uh if he's gonna play this week, and you gotta keep an eye on Watson and Olave.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: And Deontay Johnson, like I said, him and Nico Collins are both also listed as questionable.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Nico Collins' calf injuries, man, they can linger.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And Deontay Johnson, I think, tweaked his knee in practice on Tuesday.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Running back, we got Josh Jacobs, questionable with a quad injury, Alexander Madison questionable with an ankle, probably gonna be out this week.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Ramondre street uh Ramon Ramondre Stevenson, questionable with an ankle, probably gonna be out this week.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Jerome Ford, questionable with a wrist injury.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Isaiah Pacheco, questionable with a shoulder injury, and Aaron Jones, that knee injury has been lingering all season, but he should be back this week.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Now, some waiver ads this week that you want to consider.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Again, this is stuff you just consider because most likely you don't need to add these guys because you're in the playoffs, but you always want to have a backup plan, and it's always good to have a stacked bench going into the playoffs in case something happens.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Not a lot of people roster two quarterbacks, and uh Jake Browning has been fantastic two weeks in a row.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I thought week 13 was a fluke, but then he did it again last week.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: So you could consider rostering him just to leave him on your bench, or if you're desperate and you had Josh Herbert or something, plug him in.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Um Jaden Reed, reliable wide receiver, and Christian Watson might not play this week.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Noah Brown, Tank Dell is out.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Collins might be out, and if that's the case, Noah Brown's probably gonna blow up this week.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: Uh Zay Jones might be available to pick up.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: He had 14 targets last week, and as we know, Christian Kirk is out.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Um they're all actually listed as questionable, but still worth a pickup and an ad to your roster.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Running back, maybe Dante Foreman if you're desperate for a running back, but again, if you're in the playoffs, you probably don't need him.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Antonio Gibson, if Brian Robinson is ruled out, because right now he's questionable too.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Kareem Hunt, if Jerome Ford is ruled out, because Jerome Ford is questionable.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: And Chase Brown.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: We'll see what he does this week, but he was impressive last week.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Um he had uh he had one catch where he had like 70 yards after the catch or 75 yards after the catch.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Chase Brown's someone to keep your eye on, so maybe roster him.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Just see what happens over the next week or two.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Oh boy, it's getting hot in her.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: My first hot matchup of the week, and I'm actually gonna give you four this week.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Uh Broncos versus the Lions.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Jared Goff is gonna bounce back this week.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And let's keep it simple with the Lions offense, okay?
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Amon Ross St.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Brown, Sam Laporto, Jameer Gibbs, and David Montgomery are all studs that should be in your lineup.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Now on the other side of the field, we got Russell Wilson.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: Nothing to get excited about, but he's been pretty consistent.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Cortland Sutton has 10 touchdowns on this season and has also been very consistent.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Don't start Jerry Judy.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: I've never been on the hype train, and he's proving me right again this year.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: He might get you 10 to 12 points on a good day, but again, that's on a good day.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Javante Williams finally scored a touchdown.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Isn't that great?
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: He's actually uh been pretty consistent this year, too.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, a few up and down games, but solid floor.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: That's that's basically the entire offense for the Broncos.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: They're very boring.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: They're not fun to watch, but they do give you a reliable floor every week.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Now, my second hot matchup.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, and by the way, um the defenses for both of those teams should not be an issue for the Broncos and the Lions.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: My second hot matchup of the week, the Niners versus the Cardinals.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Let's keep it simple for the Niners, too.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, Debo Samuel, Brandon Ayuk, and George Kinnel.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: George Kittle should all be in your lineup this week.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: They're all playing very well.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: They make the Detroit studs look like scrubs.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: That's how good the Niners are.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Um They're gonna run all over Arizona.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: And let me see, it was week four when they run a train on them and won by 19 points.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: I expect the same kind of game this week.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: They're gonna just be destroying them, probably win by two or three scores.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: On the other side of the ball, your options are limited, but at least the team is rested from a bye.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Again, uh, not all of them, but most of them.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Trey McBride, stud, you play him every week.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: The only guys I would really play over him are Travis Kelsey and Sam Laporta.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Other than that, I I think he's the third best right now as far as current tight ends that you want to play.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Um, James Conner, risky play every week, but he had an amazing game last week against the Steelers.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: I would plug him in if you didn't have another option, but you may have another option.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Uh but last week, or two weeks ago because of the bye, two weeks he finished with over 100 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Marquise Brown is banged up.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't start him.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And if you're in the playoffs, you probably have better options anyway.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: And you probably have better options than Kyler Murray, too.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: If this is a high-scoring game, you should be confident that Trey McBride will get plenty of volume.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: And you should hope that Connor gets some goal line work.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: If they get up to the goal line, which is a big if, are they gonna get to the goal line?
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Niners D hasn't been as good as they're not playing to the level that everyone expected, at least.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: They are a good defense, but they're not at the highest level like we expected earlier in the season.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So if they get to the goal line, exject expect James Conner to produce as well.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Now, my third matchup of the week is the Cowboys versus the Bills.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Dak Prescott, who I completely doubted until almost week 10, has been unbelievable.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: So he's a must-start every week.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: I can't think of any quarterback I would rather have on my fantasy team than him right now.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: CeeDee Lamb, that's his favorite target.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: He's a must-start every week.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Brandon Cooks has been up and down, but I think he's gonna have a big game.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: And Jake Ferguson has been reliable all season, which is great because the tight end position is so frustrating to find someone reliable.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Uh Tony Pollard has been very consistent recently.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: And um, I said that would happen in one of my player profiles uh about four or five weeks ago.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Um oh, actually, it was six weeks ago I did the player profile on him.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: And the best power the best part about the Dallas offense is they're playing the Buffalo's the Buffalo Bills, and the Buffalo Bills suck on defense.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: They've had a few good games, but generally speaking, they suck.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: So you can expect all of the offense from Dallas to be producing.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Really, I think Dallas is just gonna eat them alive.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: I think this is gonna be a one-sided game.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping that that there's uh enough offense that uh it's a back and forth game, but we'll see.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Uh the Bills offense, they do have enough to get excited about despite going up against a tough Dallas defense.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Josh Allen is incredible despite the turnovers.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: He's the number one fantasy quarterback.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: He's gonna be in your lineup every week.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: James Cook has been reliable all season.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think he's a must-start unless you do have a better running back.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: It might be the case where he's a flex play for you.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: That's great.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: He's got a solid floor every week.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Um, Stefan Diggs has been up and down, but you're gonna start him because you probably don't have someone better than him.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I know he's had, you know, three of the last four weeks have been pretty bad for him, but he's still Stefan Diggs.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: And I'm not gonna get scared by the Dallas offense when I have or the Dallas defense when I have someone like Stephon Diggs.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: Um I wouldn't start Gabe Davis under any circumstances.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: It's just impossible to predict what he's gonna do.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: And uh I don't know what to say about Kincaid because you probably don't have a better option at tight end, but I don't know.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: He's had a couple down weeks, and Dawson Knox is back in the mix.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: So I don't know what to say about Kincaid.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: That's that's up to you to decide.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Um and like I said, with with Dallas, I think I think Dallas is going to uh win this game pretty easily, but I want the game to be a shootout.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm hoping for as a high-scoring endeavor with minimal defense.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: We'll see.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: And my fourth matchup of the week the Eagles versus the Seahawks.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: First things first, it's Monday night football.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: Every team brings their A game on Monday night.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: So that's cool.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Uh Jalen Hurts had his worst game of the season last week against Dallas.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: As we were just talking about, their defense is rock solid, their team overall is rock solid.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: But Jalen Hurts is a must-start every week.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Everyone knows that.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: AJ Brown should be an absolute monster this week going against a terrible Seattle secondary.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: Devonta Smith has been rock solid most of the season, too.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: And DeAndre, DeAndre Swift uh has been pretty bad the last couple weeks.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: And you may very well have better options at running back, but if you have to play him, the good news is Seattle's run defense sucks too.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: So that makes him a lot more appealing.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: I stay away from Dallas Goddard every season.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Um because he's overrated and injury prone.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Um you may not have a better option at tight end, but you probably do.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: I mean, if if Goddard's on your team, you probably had him on your bench for a long time while you picked up somebody else.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Whoever that somebody else is, you probably want to play him over Dallas Goddard.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: But again, I could be wrong because Seattle's defense sucks.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Um, Geno Smith and Kenneth Walker are back in the mix for Seattle, but I don't know if either of those guys will be 100%.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: They may not have the highest ceiling, but they should have a reasonable floor.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: With that said, Gino could blow up.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: We don't know.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: Um, the Philly secondary is suspect, and he has two very, very reliable weapons in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: So I think Gino could be a good play.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: I think he's gonna at least give you a solid floor, like I said, and um he could blow up because DK and Tyler Lockett are awesome, and the secondary uh for Philly is is suspect at best.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: It's time for the cold call of the week.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: And I got two for you.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: Chargers versus the Raiders tonight.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Ooh, that's gonna be bad.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: On top of Justin Herbert and Keenan Allen being out, Donald Parham and some linemen are banged up too.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: And the Raiders D is actually pretty good.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: Although Max Crosby is recovering from a knee injury, so I don't know if he's gonna be 100%.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: He might be in there, he might not.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Um, but outside of Austin Eckler, I'm not playing anyone on the Chargers.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: On the other side of the field, we have a couple linemen that are out.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: Devontae Adams is sick, he'll probably be playing, but he might not be 100%.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: And Josh Jacobs is banged up too.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: They aren't going to be 100%, and Jacoby Myers has been up and down all season.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: I'm just not confident in any Raiders this week.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: On top of all that, two backup quarterbacks, diminished offensive weapons, and respectable defensive units on both sides of the football.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: I'm staying far away from this game.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: My second cold matchup this week is the Falcons versus the Panthers.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Two more teams with a couple good players mixed into a collection of garbage.
- 15:09unknown: B.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: And that's all.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: You would think Drake London is automatic after last week, but if you look at his overall production throughout the season, it's it's up and down, and he's had more down weeks than up.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: And the Panthers secondary is actually pretty good.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: Uh Adam Thielen has been forgettable for over a month.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: Chuba Hubbard might be a good flex play because he gets plenty of volume or has over the last couple weeks.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: But I'd rather start someone else.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: If you're in the playoffs, you probably have better options.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And the Falcons' defense has been pretty good this year.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Stay away from this game altogether.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: It's time for our shit call of the week.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: I've been high on Zach Moss and the Colts over the last couple weeks, and they both let me down last week.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: With that said, I do like them this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers because the Steelers aren't playing good football.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: They haven't been playing good football.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: They don't deserve to have a winning record.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: Uh, I think the Colts will run all over them and stuff them on defense.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: So I was wrong about the Colts defense last week.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: I was wrong about Zach Moss the last couple weeks, but I like them this week.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Maybe the Steelers' play calling will be better this week, but I doubt it.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: I feel masochistic watching them play football.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Uh keep it short and simple.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: My big balls call this week is Derrick Henry getting two touchdowns.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: If you look over the last three games, Derrick Henry's gotten two touchdowns in each of those three games.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: So he's had six touchdowns over the last three weeks.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: I expect that trend to continue, and I'm gonna call it that.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Derrick Henry scores two rushing touchdowns this week against Houston.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: I forgot he was playing, but I had it written down.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Derrick Henry, two touchdowns against Houston this week.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: Alright, folks, we got one more special segment for you today.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: We got the score with Jor.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: Uh who do you think's gonna have the most overall points this week?
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: Josh Allen.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Josh Allen.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: He always says Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: This week, he's going with Josh Allen.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: We'll see.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: He's got a tough matchup, but we shall see.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: He's great play every week, so you heard it here first.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: The number one player of the week, Josh Allen.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Thanks to everybody for tuning in.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: See you on the next one.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Good luck in the playoffs.
