- 0:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, welcome to Drinking Bros Kids!
- 0:14[SPEAKER_05]: That Friday afternoon show that always gets weird around here, Anthony, Anthony Holloway is at his military charity events for 9-11.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously, the 25th anniversary ends.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I think it's the only right we go dark today.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I think it's the only right we go dark today.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody else on every other network is run in 9-11 tributes and things like that.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_05]: We did a big one last year with Rob O'Neill.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_05]: I know it's the 25th anniversary, but I don't have a lot to contribute anymore.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_05]: About feelings on and it's thoughts and all that other shit other than it sucks.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_05]: we could do your favorite bleed out songs of all time.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's songs that you want to die to potentially here.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_05]: And let me tell you how this started.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_05]: This started with an episode we did, you had to stay at the very end.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_05]: It was sky king, actually.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_05]: So the Sky King documentary on I think was 18 was the anniversary and then we played the clip at the end and I said hey guys, we're gonna you know
- 1:34[SPEAKER_05]: give Bieber Russell Sky King the drinking bro the week and we're going to play the actual footage from when he did the barrel roll.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_05]: I'd watch the documentary with my wife on, and he was who, uh, maybe year, year and a half ago somewhere in there, and then somebody had posted it online on his death.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_05]: And it was a couple of you guys that reached out and said, hey, what is that song at the end?
- 1:59[SPEAKER_05]: And was he playing that song at the end?
- 2:02[SPEAKER_05]: The answer is
- 2:05[SPEAKER_05]: Whoever did the documentary and decided to score the music supervisor added that song and it was the outro by M83.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_05]: So if you want to play that now, that was on my list, by the way.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_05]: It used to be on my list.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_05]: It for real did, dude.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_05]: And I actually tried to get it for a movie that I did in 2011, 50K in a call girl, love story, available on 2B right now.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_05]: want to go and check that out.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_05]: Tell him that my wife and the director was the guy who directed all those intervention shows on Annie.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_05]: So we wanted to shoot everything real.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_05]: I've gotten quite a few questions over the last few days since that 2b deal went out.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_05]: into the world.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_05]: They're like, oh my god, do you guys seen this movie?
- 2:52[SPEAKER_05]: This is wild and all the other shit.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to spoil it.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_05]: But my name is on like pill bottles and receipts and checking out of things and then the other people who are actors, they're real names were in it as well.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_05]: We only cast one actor that we didn't know.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_05]: The other woman was actually the director's wife.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_05]: And then I didn't get together with my wife, who I met on that movie until afterwards.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_05]: But there's a scene at the end.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_05]: where he may or may not die, who knows.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_05]: And I wanted to play this song.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_05]: Now I called for this and they said, hey, dude, you're looking at $100 to $150,000.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_05]: For the licensing?
- 3:32[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_05]: For M83, the outro.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna...
- 3:39[SPEAKER_05]: This is pre-recorded today we can't go on YouTube or or Patreon right now because they're gonna ding us for all this shit We're actually gonna play the songs.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_05]: We're a Spotify actually monetizes the artists and so does iTunes So it doesn't matter if we play the fucking music But play this song first because this was my original by the way and I'd written it into the fucking movie and then that price tag was Way way too high that we could not afford But yeah, there it is And this was the Bieber Russell song that they used at the end of the movie
- 4:12[SPEAKER_05]: I got our one tower one, I think he completed a barrel roll.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he completed a barrel roll.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_04]: I've heard this song a million times.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't know what the name was, and I had no idea that it was this old.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_04]: I thought that this was like, for me.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_05]: It was a long, long time ago.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_05]: And I was a fan of this band, which is how I found it.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_05]: So I actually saw them probably four, five times live.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_05]: And they played this and I was like, well, I mean, I was just mesmerized at the concert and it kind of stuck with me and then it just started popping up in every film and documentary and all this other shit, it's called M83 The Outro.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm going to have to listen to more of these guys.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_06]: Dude, are all their songs like this?
- 4:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_05]: They are.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_05]: And so, well, here's what happened.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_05]: This first out, what's the name of this album?
- 5:00[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see, where's the title on here?
- 5:02[SPEAKER_05]: It's on the cover right there, if you pull it up.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_05]: All right, we're dreaming.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so if you go to this, this wasn't their biggest song.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_05]: It became it because of music supervisors and people like me who were like, oh my god, I love this song, but everybody knows Midnight City.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_05]: I think you can just play the first few bars in this.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, of course.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_04]: Everybody knows this song.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_04]: I can't believe I've been listening to these guys soon, they're fucking great.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_05]: Same band, same album, all of it.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_05]: But this was the last song in the album, and this is when we all used to listen to CDs.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_05]: That's how old this is.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_05]: This was like, I want to say a later oh nine.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_05]: And I shot that movie in 2011, maybe?
- 5:48[SPEAKER_05]: And this song was massive, but nobody states until the end of the CD.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_05]: And the outro was the outro to the CD.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_05]: Now, if you could start with the first one, go to this album, play the intro.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_05]: The intro is also a lot of people's bleed out songs.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_05]: And you'll know this song as well.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_05]: So this is Kathasus in the a big wave movie where the guys about to die and If you scroll through it just a little bit there as soon as it kicks in you know, there you go It's usually like a heaven scene or Man, I feel like I made it through it was going through something making this apple I think so too, right and it was awesome like I loved it
- 6:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, carry on.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_05]: That was the good the big chorus there.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm going to be listening to the shit all weekend.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, you'll get locked in.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_05]: And so the first two albums were insane across the board.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_05]: You could play them all the way through.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_05]: And then they put out just shit out to that.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_05]: And I was a massive fan.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_07]: Really?
- 7:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_05]: But those two songs were on my list, the problem with it is, and I'll go back to what you said, Bluke.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody is now used the outro song in every fucking documentary film, everything else.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_05]: So what the band was worried about, at least that's what the rap's told me when we're trying to use it in the movie.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_05]: Because I was like, why is the price tax so high?
- 7:23[SPEAKER_05]: I can get a rolling stone song for $100,000.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_05]: And they're like, you're right, you can't.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_05]: And you can get any stone song for $100 for 30 seconds.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_05]: much money, and their answer was, it's been played so much in movies and everything else.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_05]: Since the song is kind of dead or when it comes on somewhere, you hear it so many times that they just want to collect a paycheck for it at this point where it's got to be big enough that if you're going to kill the song and drive it into the fucking ground, we want to be paid for it.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_05]: and i understand that um there was a another song that i tried to use uh for that movie is well and it was called we are young by fun and course that's a classic yeah we were i think we were just talking about them before crime corner the other night
- 8:15[SPEAKER_05]: So, this we were playing on the card trip and usually when you talk to like music supervisors before you're going to go shoot these movies is, hey dude, this is what the script is, you'll give them the scripts and then they'll give you like a drop box folder full of songs.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_05]: And this dude was very, very efficient who did it, Chris Terrentino's the same, sent me 5,000 songs and I went through all of them.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_05]: 5,000, 5,000 songs, I went through every single one of them.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_05]: I don't sleep and I write to music.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_05]: So I just left him on a loop and then if I like something, I would just get off the page that I was writing and then check market, right?
- 8:52[SPEAKER_05]: So you know this, but play the chorus for everybody because this enemy coming massively famous.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_05]: There you go.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_06]: This was like my high school middle school song.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_05]: I love you.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_05]: You were probably what?
- 9:13[SPEAKER_05]: 2012 then?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_05]: 11?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_06]: 12?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_06]: I graduated in 2015.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, then yeah.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_05]: So here's what happened with this one.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_05]: Try to get this song as well.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_05]: It's awesome.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_05]: And they go, hey, dude.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_05]: We want 50 and I was like, oh god, 50's high, man, and then we're like, wow, we're in the middle of this other deal, and we don't know if it's going to go through, but if it does, it's going to be worth ax amount or whatever, and I was like, let me talk to the producers, let me see if I can supply some extra money or whatever, and I did.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_05]: I came back and I said, I got 50, and they go, hey, dude, the other contract came through.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, and I go, okay, I go, what's the price tag?
- 9:52[SPEAKER_05]: And they said $150,000.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, come on, man.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, I just went through this with M.E.3 and blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_05]: But I go, this song is even out yet.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_05]: But it wasn't in the public whatsoever, nothing.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, give me this one.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_05]: And they go, man, I don't know who your mood.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_05]: Music supervisor is.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_05]: But this album isn't out yet.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_05]: We've been sending it out to get vibes and all that other shit.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_05]: He must be pretty fast.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, yeah, I was like, he's in the industry.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_05]: He's very good, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, can you at least something
- 10:24[SPEAKER_05]: And then he goes, so I can sleep at night and because I was obsessed with it at this point, trying to end the movie on a high note with his song and the sendoff and everything else.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_05]: And he said, Glee,
- 10:38[SPEAKER_04]: It was fucking.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_05]: This was the season finale of Glee and every all the kids sang in it through, I think the 2012 season, because I got back from shooting that at the end of 11, it was like December of 2011 and then going into 2012, it was the spring that I think that Glee episode, their season finale ended and it was to this song.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_05]: And then this band exploded, this album exploded, every single song off this album and it up to coming ahead.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_06]: And Jack Attsmaugh got famous from it.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_06]: Yep.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_05]: And then the lead singer was dating somebody, uh, some fucking Yoko, and, uh, she said, you know, I don't think you really need this band and he went solo and the band fucking died.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he put out a cell of album and it just fucking died.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_05]: Wait, was it market?
- 11:27[SPEAKER_05]: It was marker quality.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_05]: Wait, what?
- 11:29[SPEAKER_05]: What?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_05]: It was the guy.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's the, you're talking about Jackie Antnoth.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but he's in fun.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_05]: It was he Jackie Antnoth was in fun.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_06]: The band?
- 11:40[SPEAKER_06]: I think was Jackie Antnoth.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm talking about the lead singer.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_05]: Jackie Antnoth's a producer.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, maybe he was the, because that's Jack-Answer off right there.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, wait for it when it comes back around, not that.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, my God, dude.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_05]: Was he in this band?
- 11:56[SPEAKER_05]: That's him, right there.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_05]: Wait, all right, my mind is blown.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_05]: If you don't know who that is, by the way, he's recorded the biggest albums of the last 10 years.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_05]: I'm talking every Taylor Swift album, all of it.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_05]: Type in and see if he was in the band fun.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_05]: If he was, holy shit, dude, what a career.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_06]: Um, the bleachers fun.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, rock band fun in it.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_06]: What did he lead vocal?
- 12:23[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, he, uh, he was the guitarist and drummer for the pop rock band fun.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, dude.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_05]: Imagine you telling the lead singer of that band.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, I think you're too good for this band.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_05]: They break up after this and then that guy becomes the biggest
- 12:41[SPEAKER_05]: record producer of the last 15 years and he fumbled market quality.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure that there's plenty of line-in-up after her though with the amount of money.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_05]: Holy.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_05]: Why everybody knows who he is?
- 12:56[SPEAKER_05]: He's the most famous record producer there is.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_06]: If Benny Blanco can get Selena Gomez.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_05]: They're married now.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_06]: It's crazy.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_05]: Um, but that led me down.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_05]: So I end up using long story long here.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_05]: I end up using like an instrumental version of this song that's pretty awesome and haunting in the band was totally unknown.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_05]: So it worked.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_05]: in the movie, and I was super happy with it, but those were the other options, as this character is dying.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_05]: And it got me to think about bleedout songs and dying and everything else.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_05]: So I used to have a list, but then I lost it.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_05]: Between switching out these computers and all the other stuff, I used to have like,
- 13:41[SPEAKER_05]: At the time, it wasn't called a bleedout out.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_05]: It was just called the end of movies, right?
- 13:45[SPEAKER_05]: So the end credits for every single movie or TV show or the biggest thing that an artist wants.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: And it's the most expensive because everybody leaves the theater on whatever this sits, right?
- 13:56[SPEAKER_05]: So I used to have a list of it and then along the way with all this fucking bullshit and tack and technology is not there yet, guys.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_05]: OK, it got me thinking to the bleedouts song and then a couple listeners hit me up about it.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_05]: This story was kind of too long to tell and I was just like you know what I'll just do a fucking show on it So let's do it and when I was searching for this last night There actually was a spotify list called songs to bleed out to but it said masculinity next to it So it's for dudes which I like I want to be surprised as you guys are today and find this out and go down this path
- 14:35[SPEAKER_05]: I did a Google search first so before we do that let's play the the Google ones first and then we'll go to this guy's list just had a curiosity This is the only guy that actually had a like a bleed out list Which I really fucking love here.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_05]: So let's see what Google said first All right, the obvious ones were the obvious ones here, which I don't need to play
- 14:59[SPEAKER_05]: bleeding out by imagine dragons.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_05]: No, of course.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_05]: Of course.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_05]: That's on the nose.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_05]: If you're going to die to that dude, sorry.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you must know to have a very interesting line.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_04]: No, that's the only thing that is that's really fitting your playlist for your death then yeah, it's not an interesting life.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, so do you want to play that one first?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_05]: Did you want to go to the first one that Google has?
- 15:22[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I have this one already
- 15:28[SPEAKER_06]: Let's take a listen.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_06]: All right, well, I've never heard of this one.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_04]: ["Pomp and Circumstance"] I usually know within 15 seconds, so... Well, depending on how quickly you're bleeding out, you might have some time to learn a new song.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_04]: Now, this wouldn't do it for me.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_04]: If I'm gonna do it.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_04]: Just wait for the... Maybe we need the drop.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you need the drop.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's a it's a Rick and Morty song for it.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, 100% all right.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_04]: I bleed out to there.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_04]: 100% yeah, this this is great.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_04]: I don't I don't watch Rick and Morty.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_04]: What's the significant seven?
- 16:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's it's played over the top of arguably the darkest scene in the in the shows run up until that point and this Specific song playing over the top of such a depressing scene from such a fun comedy show the
- 16:25[SPEAKER_05]: the dichotomy just it's perfect okay it's basically like the the bad guy gets away with it and I like this song like and I don't know I don't even know the reference I do like this song yeah yeah this part the beginning I was with you it was too slow but once I found out it was this song yeah okay I'm on board perfect perfect um and this was just the community picks by Google here real quick before we get to this dude's list uh the next one is time in a bottle by Jim Crow
- 16:55[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't heard it in a long time though, it's the one that they play over the top of like quick silver scenes in the X-Men movies.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_04]: Are you a fucking crouchy fan, dude?
- 17:05[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I like this, this specific song I do like.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_05]: It's, it's a classic.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_05]: It's a classic, and it's a great song.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, this is the slow back up and fade out.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, I just pull out to super, super wide shot.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_04]: You're just laying in the middle of the field, got shot with the little blood.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_04]: Look, you know, this guy's, yeah, I died of this all.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_05]: For sure.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_05]: I think this is too on the nose for me.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_05]: I really, yeah, I wouldn't want to time in a bottle.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_05]: I wouldn't want to...
- 17:38[SPEAKER_05]: I like his mustache.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_05]: I can respect that.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_05]: I've always like crocheted my hair.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_05]: You want her to be a level of metaphor, you know?
- 17:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_05]: That's a good point.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_05]: Like I want, I want something that my kids, because it happens all the time.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_05]: Like when everybody's got their last moments in a hospital or let's say you're in hospice or even maybe taking the a relative home.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_05]: Just shit, this just happens to somebody that works with me.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_05]: They took their,
- 18:06[SPEAKER_05]: mom back to the house and had her in the middle she was in hospice in the middle of the living room in a bed and the whole family got around and that's how all their relatives they preferred them to pass away with all them in the room and they would play music.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't ask him though it happened recently so I didn't want to.

- 29:11[SPEAKER_04]: It's a song that he ripped off and got sued for and lost the lawsuit.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_05]: I think I know what you're talking about.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_05]: You probably have heard it.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_05]: This is such a good one.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_05]: This is a good one though.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_05]: Are you going to die?
- 29:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_05]: I like this.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_04]: Go to yours.

- 29:44[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_04]: Which was ripped off by Tom York to write the song Creep.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, fuck.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_05]: I saw I knew Creep was stolen, but I didn't know by who or or anything else.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_05]: And I knew there was a lawsuit, but I didn't know by who.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_04]: So, is this the original?
- 29:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, this is the original.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_04]: It will take 2008 remaster, but this is the original I saw in my The Hollies.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_04]: Hollies is one of my favorite bands.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_04]: They have so many good songs, but it almost all been ripped off.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, if I could make a wish, I think I'd have had that.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's the same chord progression, and everything.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_04]: Exact melody from Creebe.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_04]: And he lost the lawsuit, so he did.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_04]: So, he did.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, even the voice sounds similar.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_04]: It's crazy.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_04]: Jesus.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I bleed out to this any day of the week.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_04]: I like this a lot.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_04]: It's a good one.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_04]: It's amazing.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_06]: You know, if I hadn't heard this song, I would think this would be like the Beatles covering the creepers.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_04]: I know.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_04]: I thought, so when I very, very first heard a year ago, I thought it was a David Bowie song.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_04]: Cause it even sounds like David Bowie?
- 30:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, maybe David Bowie's got some great bleed out songs.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_04]: I've got a Bowie song on my list.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, so we'll go back to these community pixel quick.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, next up is on the nature of daylight by Max Richter.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know that song.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, not, not ringing a bell.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_04]: I have a feeling we're probably going to recognize the hook and a lot of you song.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_05]: I, I did too.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_05]: I did too.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_05]: Because I don't listen to depressing music a lot.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_05]: I have a tendency to.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't think about dying a lot.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, it looks like that this song.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I know this song.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_06]: And mids, too.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_05]: I know exactly the science.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_05]: This has been a time.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, this is a big one.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_05]: It's been a time of shit.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_05]: Not ringing a bell yet.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, it will, brother.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_05]: It will.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_05]: we should have put like swords that slowly moved down from the ceiling and then whoever doesn't know the last one do like we all die individually and then one of us lives we've just got a sword at the end of the series over each one of our
- 31:57[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, this is a sad one.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_06]: How long is this, too?
- 31:59[SPEAKER_06]: Man, it's six minutes.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's a good, and that's, so I look at, uh, this is dark.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_05]: You need time for the one.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_05]: I know you need time to die, dude.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_04]: Like, God, I know that's dark, but it's true.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I'm with you, though.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_04]: You need, you need time to build the moment.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_04]: Fuck.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, is it good one?
- 32:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_05]: I'll agree with this.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_05]: All right, whoever this is when community picks.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_05]: And then the last one they had just got top five.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_05]: The last one was, I know the end by Phoebe Bridgers.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_04]: Phoebe Bridgers is good.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_04]: I don't recognize the title of the song, though.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_05]: No, her.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_04]: I was going to say that I have a feeling that if this were a list for women, Phoebe Bridgers would probably be close to the top.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_05]: Well, we're going to get to the list for dudes after this.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_05]: This was just you, or I go, excuse me.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sure many, but I can't place it.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely not.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely not.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_05]: I would not want to die to this.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_05]: Whatever it is.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_05]: It makes me want to kill myself.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_05]: But yes, I'd change myself before I do.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_06]: Right now.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I feel like a woman could die to this.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I feel like maybe it wouldn't work for us, but I could see a woman bleeding out to the way.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_05]: I should ask my wife before I left what hers was.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, I'd be curious to know that, too.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_04]: When Jess is, she would retax, she might get back to us before the show's done.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: If I was the school called to pick up my fucking daughter, then I was just like, hey, Han, you got to deal with this.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_05]: Why, what are you doing?
- 33:29[SPEAKER_05]: I'm listening to death songs today with my buddies.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_05]: Cool?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_05]: Are we good, Han?
- 33:34[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, this...
- 33:36[SPEAKER_05]: This is probably good for a woman, it's not for us, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me, it's not for me
- 34:08[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, this was on my list.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, John and Cash shirt.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_05]: This is Johnny Cash version, right?
- 34:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not a fan of the Trent Rosenner.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not either, dude.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_05]: Well, here's the weird thing is Trent Resner recorded first.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he wrote this song.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_05]: And he said, this song belongs to Johnny Cash.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_05]: It was way better than the version I did.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_05]: Who is credit?
- 34:27[SPEAKER_05]: I love the fact that he agrees with that, too.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_04]: So to me, that shows artistic integrity.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_11]: The only thing.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_06]: Oh man, when this kicks into, fuck yeah, dude.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_06]: I get tired of this.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_06]: I'm just going to feel bad for myself for no reason.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_06]: It's perfect.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_05]: When I was, it actually makes me feel happy because it starts to pick up.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_05]: To me, it's the right idea to pick up.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_05]: It's a bittersweet, but uplifting.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_04]: It's the uplifting.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_04]: But when I was still working in film, when I was in the sound department, I would usually bring my guitar with me to set just like something to do during setups and stuff.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_04]: The number one song that I was always requested to play was hurt by Johnny Cash.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_06]: Really?
- 35:02[SPEAKER_06]: You know, maybe it was just so well put together, but I always think of the Logan trailer whenever I hear this song.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah, dude.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not even a, you guys know I hate those movies and even I was like, that's a goddamn great trailer.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_05]: That's like an entire movie about bleeding out.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: Well we die in the whole time.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_05]: And I didn't sit.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_05]: I never saw it.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_05]: It was really good.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_05]: It's solid, yeah.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_04]: It really is.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_05]: I heard it's good.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_05]: And I know Ryan Reynolds.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_05]: Who, you know, I said don't like, but some is is requesting to his credit.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_05]: A bleed out movie for Wesley Snipes in Blade.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_05]: So he said that that movie deserves the Logan treatment.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_04]: I agree.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_05]: And Wesley Snipes still dope in a live and looks great.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_05]: Go to the top of this list.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_05]: What do we got up top?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_05]: Well, the top we got time in a bottle.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_05]: No way.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I guess that makes sense.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_05]: It's famous to shit, like I understand that.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_05]: What's two?
- 36:03[SPEAKER_05]: On the nature of daylight.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_06]: What?
- 36:06[SPEAKER_06]: I think it might have brought that to the top.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it might have been pulling.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_06]: No way.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think this list was totally separate.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_06]: What's the third one?
- 36:13[SPEAKER_06]: It was, but I think it rearranged as I was.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_06]: As we listen to it.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_06]: What's the third one?
- 36:18[SPEAKER_06]: Unshaken by DeAngelo.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_06]: I know DeAngelo.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_06]: He's just died, by the way.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I know.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_05]: Let's skip forward.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_05]: Let's see.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_05]: He's an R and B artist by the way.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, we've got it.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_04]: Be this way.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_04]: Leave your black.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_04]: I'm okay with this one, I like this, this sounds like something that you'd listen to while you're slowly bleeding out on a delta in the south somewhere.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_05]: I just don't know if I could tell my kids I've bled out to deal with D Angela, and you know what I'm saying?
- 36:50[SPEAKER_05]: Like my white children.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_05]: They all didn't listen.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_05]: If you're a black dude, for sure.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_04]: I think at that point it'd be up to Jesse, so you'd have to ask her if she'd be okay with it too.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's to the kids.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_05]: Now this wouldn't fly.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe my kids would be like, dad.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_05]: not doing well look you know there has to be a different type of bleedout song for every kind of person right and I feel like a new inclusive bleedout exactly exactly I believe that's we are recording this on on 911 the photo that's gone around today's the following man Oh yeah for from 911 right jumping out of that building.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_05]: It's one of the most famous photos.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_05]: There is he was on the cover of time magazine
- 37:31[SPEAKER_05]: as well, because, yeah, there it is.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, this photographer, and they did a documentary on this in HBO.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_04]: If they still haven't identified this guy, have they?
- 37:39[SPEAKER_04]: Or did they end up identifying the documentary?
- 37:42[SPEAKER_05]: I think the documentary is a whole dock, and then they did this, right?
- 37:46[SPEAKER_05]: And this guy called this perfect shot.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_05]: And I think if I was gonna, hurt myself out of window like this, because I'm afraid of heights.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_05]: I think of that too.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_05]: Like this, by the way,
- 37:57[SPEAKER_05]: Since we are recording on NN11 and I know I'm not going to talk too much about it, but this would be the scariest way to die for me, jumping off of a building because I'm afraid of heights and the only way that I thought that I could do it is if I was just like maddening and somebody just opened up like a huge gator tail and just crush a huge rail and then just charge right out of fucking window, right?
- 38:24[SPEAKER_05]: You gotta be all jacked up on something.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_04]: in my opinion, or else I don't think I could do it.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm pretty sure there was a whole lot of adrenaline flowing through his system.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_05]: No, I'm sure there was.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_05]: And obviously with everything was going on, he doesn't have time to play a bleedout song and everything else, but fortunately, if I had the choice and I had and they said, Ross, tomorrow you had to jump out this fucking window and do it, we're going to give you the fucking gator to tell the ass for and all that other shit, right?
- 38:48[SPEAKER_05]: I would want that sped up version of free bird that we played during the Olympics for the Olympic hockey team.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_05]: where it's just fucking where it just kicks in crazy.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_05]: I forget the name of the guy who read did it.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_05]: Trim it down to just the solo on its own.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_05]: So you don't have the best.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_05]: But it was.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_05]: That's what it was.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_05]: So if you go to Instagram and try to score a photo or a song to it, that is what I would want to hear.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_05]: Where it's just like, all right, fuck it.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_05]: Because as soon as that kicks in, it just goes ballistic, but it's another band that did it.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_05]: Um, it is the free bird song.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that specific part is like a musical version of a gator tale itself.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_05]: Oh Yeah, that's a gator tale.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it's but this is really ramped up like they sped it up very very quickly Keep going It's gonna be at the end Yeah, there it is
- 39:49[SPEAKER_05]: There it is.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah dude.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_05]: I've never heard of this.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_05]: Turn this up dude.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_05]: And then go dude.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_05]: Go.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_05]: Run out the window.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck yeah, I could jump out of the way.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_05]: I could jump out of fucking window to this song I could jump back and jump out one right now, dude.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, this truck free.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_04]: This is really sober This version of the song in particular.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_04]: I think it well it was already done once in the devil's rejects But if you're gonna be like charging at a line of men with guns.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's the song to listen to Fuck yeah, dude, so that was that was like all right.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_05]: I'll jump out the fucking window
- 40:31[SPEAKER_05]: But I got, I got to be all hyped up and something's got to be like, all right, fuck it, where you're just like, fuck this whole world.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, from my mom.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_04]: Free bird is on my list of bleedout songs, but that's because I, one of my entries is literally any song by Leonard Skinner.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_04]: I'll bleed out to all of them.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_04]: Simple man.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_04]: Simple man great one to bleed out.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_05]: I don't really want to bleed.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_04]: Like I bleed out to sweet home Alabama also because it's like such an upbeat song that just like, you know Bleed now in some alley somewhere with that plane in the background.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_04]: I think it feels good.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_05]: I think if you were a University of Alabama fan I get I hey if you pull the state of Alabama.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_05]: I guarantee that's on there like for me I'll tell you what since I'm from Georgia that song my list is Ray Charles
- 41:13[SPEAKER_05]: Ray Charles, really.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, Georgia, Georgia on my minds.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_05]: Ah, that is a good one.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_05]: You played that?
- 41:18[SPEAKER_05]: I'm good.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_05]: Simple man, dude.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_05]: Simple man's on my list for sure.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_05]: Orger.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_06]: This is the, you know, look back to your life and you know, it wasn't so bad.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_06]: Right, right, it wasn't that bad.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_06]: It wasn't so bad.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_06]: I'm just bleeding out, but you know what?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_06]: He put a gun around.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_06]: It's some good stuff.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_06]: It was a good run.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_04]: They're like, all right.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_04]: There's a little bit of regret here and there, but overall, it's good.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know anybody who has lived a full life and doesn't have any regrets.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I think you have any regrets, you don't have a full life.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, no.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you didn't take any chances.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_05]: All right, what do we got up next?
- 41:58[SPEAKER_05]: Simple man, we all know.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_05]: You should.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_06]: You don't have a simple man.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_05]: You should.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_05]: I just turn off the show right now.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_06]: What do you guys think of a Blade Runner 249?
- 42:08[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know it, actually.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't, so I never saw the movie.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_04]: I saw it, but I don't remember very much about it, because it... Is this on his list?
- 42:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_04]: Does he tie in the film?
- 42:18[SPEAKER_04]: I can't remember.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's a thing about the movie.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_04]: I can't remember the ending either.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_04]: I remember it was too long.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, what's the thing as hell?
- 42:33[SPEAKER_05]: So on its face, it's a good song, but could you die to a song from a movie you didn't like?
- 42:38[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know this, I like it.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_05]: I just don't really remember.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, you liked it, okay.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_04]: This isn't quite the tone that I'd go for if we were to bleed out song.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you need to like the answer.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_04]: I like the song.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_06]: What's up next?
- 42:51[SPEAKER_06]: What do we get up next?
- 42:53[SPEAKER_06]: We got as the world caves in by Matt Maltese.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_02]: And you're back, it's pretty tired.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, I know this song.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_05]: And we're drunk.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 43:05[UNKNOWN]: Couple bottles, babe.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_06]: This is the one that, uh, this is a real touch.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_06]: This is a real touch.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_06]: Bleeding out, and your wife is holding it.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_05]: I was gonna say, this is a relationship.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_05]: This is a relationship song.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's definitely got that vibe.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna,
- 43:30[SPEAKER_05]: Well, man, I want to see this man.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_05]: I had to say it, dude.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_04]: I thought you just sold me on the movie, Greenlight.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I said, I think the person getting murdered would not be happy with this.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, people would ask me to pay me to write shit, like other scripts, and like, you know, go straight and shit.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_05]: I would just turn on random music, and then be like, all right, I can work off for this, whatever this is.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_05]: Or like, I like this.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_06]: I'm getting like,
- 43:56[SPEAKER_06]: pop the lips vibes, like everything is falling apart, that the media is coming down.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_05]: Buildings are crashing around you, and you're just like...
- 44:04[SPEAKER_06]: It's like... Yeah.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_06]: It's gonna end.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_05]: I really like this.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_05]: What's the name of this?
- 44:09[SPEAKER_05]: That's the world capes.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_05]: What?
- 44:12[SPEAKER_04]: What's the name of this world capes?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_04]: This might just fly fast for the weekend.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_05]: These are all great.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_05]: Let's not.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_05]: I'll be alive by night.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_05]: I don't promise you be alive by night.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_05]: Promise you'll be alive by night.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_05]: Live by Monday.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, what do we got up next?
- 44:26[SPEAKER_05]: Who, uh, I'm next.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_06]: We got House of the Rising Sun.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_06]: That was all of the fuck on my list as well.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_05]: Through the animals.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_04]: That was the second most requested song when I would play a guitar on set.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_06]: Everybody on set was the thing about bleeding out.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_05]: They mostly have to die.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_05]: They actually are every crew member wants to kill themselves.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_04]: But I don't know if you guys have ever listened to the rest of the catalog by the animals The guy who do this the guys who do this song.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_04]: We get fucking amazing
- 45:05[SPEAKER_05]: So there was one song was in New Orleans for Marty Grah and it was an alarm clock with a radio player that was inside the hotel and I'd set the alarm to get up the next day and I wanted to blow my brains out because my head the hangover was so bad and New Orleans and I was drinking fucking yards and all that bullshit that night before This was the song that the radio, the clock radio started from and it was like
- 45:29[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe I should just fucking end it like just lay here and end it all right now.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_05]: I got that out of sign.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what to shake this fucking hangover dude.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, I'm pretty kind of next.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, here.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_06]: I want to float a song really fast.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_06]: I don't want to know if you guys have heard it.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_06]: Um, we'll see.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_06]: It might be a risk.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not sure if this will be one, but but I think we should at least We'll have to take you to this kind of mental here.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_05]: I like it.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_05]: I like it blue.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_05]: What do we got?
- 46:06[SPEAKER_05]: I feel like I've heard this in a movie where you might not really have it from a TV show.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_06]: What TV show is it from?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_06]: Black Mirror.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, fuck!
- 46:15[SPEAKER_06]: This is like the theme song about artificial theme song.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_05]: This is a good one.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_05]: This, that series though, every one of them feels like an individual movie to me.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it doesn't feel like a TV series.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's the anthology.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_05]: I love that show.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_05]: So do I.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_05]: That's a good one.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_05]: That's a good song.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_05]: I like it.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_05]: I know you're talking about.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_05]: It's also just kind of creepy after watching Black Mirror.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_05]: This is after you murder somebody and then kill yourself.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_05]: So you're like, oh shit.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_05]: Or like suicide by cops.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_05]: We just walk out the door and you're like, fuck you.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_05]: No, fuck you.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_05]: I've got to grab that.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 47:24[SPEAKER_05]: It's been in commercials, movies.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_04]: For some reason, a lot of these songs are striking me as songs that you listen to as you're committing suicide after a murder.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_04]: Like, some of these do sound like murder suicide songs.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_05]: I think this is in the movie and don't quote me on this because I think it could be wrong, but you turn with Sean Pan and where they all die.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_05]: That's pretty fitting.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_05]: Is a good one dude.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_05]: That's a really good one.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_05]: I've heard this in a lot of shit.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't know this was Him now Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I absolutely approve this.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_06]: Yep, what do we get him next?
- 48:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I was without a face by Billy.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_05]: I don't I said I face by Billy.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_05]: I don't okay.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_04]: You'll know and I don't know how I feel about this one
- 48:15[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not a fan of it in the first place.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_04]: Eyes without a vase?
- 48:19[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I know the song.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_04]: I'm on the fence.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, if I wouldn't want to die this.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_04]: If you're like a Ryan Gosling from Drive, kind of character, it can be a bleed-out song.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that doesn't fit my, my bone.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_04]: Now.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_05]: And again, it's tough to say, hey, what did you die to to your kids, Billy Idol?
- 48:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't know if I feel good about that one.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm gonna pass that as well.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean this was well, you know, you got to have the songs that are specifically for certain types of people, you know, I did a show you You weren't here.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_05]: It was an awesome.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if you were in the backwork and coup, but it's about my dead dad one day It was a crazy story.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_05]: I don't fucking know it's hell
- 49:10[SPEAKER_05]: When I got his car from Vallex, you never think about that either, right?
- 49:13[SPEAKER_05]: Where they're like, oh hey, here's the keys to your dad's car and you're like, oh shit.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_05]: I turned on the car, he was listening to a cassette tape of the Rolling Stones and it was a Shino White.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_05]: Shino White was the name of the sign.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_05]: It's a great, like...
- 49:27[SPEAKER_05]: It's weird, man, that's that was the song that played when I got into the car.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_05]: It was pulled out.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_05]: And I, I'm a huge stone's fan, and I really didn't know this song.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_05]: It was super old, and it was the end of the album, and uh, and I didn't really know.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_05]: And then Martin Squarespace did a, did a doc years later about the stones.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_05]: And he called it shine a light.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_05]: And it was one of his favorites as well.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_11]: So you stretch that.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, off the bat, I know, I'm on boardboard.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and then it's kind of uplifting, shine a light, and then there's a whole chorus.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_05]: This is a happy bleedout.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, so I got in the car, and I just let it play, because I had to drive it back to his house.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Fucking weird now, that would be intense.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: I know, and it was the cassette tape.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: So I just let the whole tape play at that point.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Did you all want to put it to sleep over?
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: No, because I didn't have any more to, there's no cassette players anymore, everything's digital, so it's like, like, well, and I'll say this, like, even though everything's digital, and yeah, you don't have that physical copy anymore.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_05]: It's nice to go back and be able to look up everything in the past on digital.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_05]: Because let's say you couldn't, then what, right?
- 50:49[SPEAKER_05]: So you didn't got to go hunt and pack in for it on eBay or a vinyl or a cassette or whatever.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_05]: So now is everything is at your fingertips.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_05]: So whenever, I mean, whatever mood, I'll kind of pop this on in the background.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_05]: And I would write to this as well.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, that's a bleed-out song for me.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_05]: That's over for us.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_05]: And plus, it was the same song as my, like, all right, cool.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_06]: Sounds like my dad to go out, but he'll be kind of nice.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_05]: I like that.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_05]: Not bad.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_05]: I like that.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_05]: It's weird, but not bad.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_06]: Go back to that guy's list.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_06]: What did Humbly have up next?
- 51:21[SPEAKER_06]: All right, so this one is interesting.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_06]: I haven't heard this, but it's from a video game called Detroit Become Human.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, good game.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's, um, the song's called This is the End.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_06]: By the doors by John John Payes now because this is the end by the doors.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_06]: It's on a lot of this.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah Very video gaming So it feels like a medieval times death It takes business in the future.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, this is about this is almost like a blade runner video game really Yeah, you play an android that's it's like in a world word androids or a
- 52:00[SPEAKER_04]: Like just on the verge of becoming a protected class, but they're still not on par with humans.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_05]: I like this song.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think that would have won a die to this.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_05]: This is too like, Robo sexual.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, this one isn't working for me.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't make you open a vein.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_05]: Let's say AI took over, right?
- 52:17[SPEAKER_05]: And all those boss and dynamic dogs fucking crushed through the doors and everything else.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_05]: And that was playing out of their bodies.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_05]: Like the robot dogs.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_05]: I got chewed up to this.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_04]: I'd be right with it now that I'm picturing bad.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_04]: Like being underneath a wave of, you know, these Boston Dynamics robot dogs, I think that could fit.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_05]: Slowly, you know, taking my, there's like fucking 38 fucking dogs, robot dogs, the wire tearing your face up, and you're kicking and fucking punching, you've emptied, you know, the magazine, and all your shit, and there's just too many dogs, there's too many Boston Dynamics dogs coming into it.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_04]: I think it'd be more of a, like this strikes me, that whole scene strikes me as like a very cinematic thing as opposed to an emotional bleedout kind of thing.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_05]: I like fights.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, I don't think it's a plan.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_05]: It would have to be like out of the dogs.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_05]: Like, hey, we're going to go and fucking kill everybody.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_05]: And then they're all set to this one song.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_05]: It's like playing flight of the balconies during Vietnam.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, dude.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_05]: I mean...
- 53:17[SPEAKER_05]: I'd be okay with that, I guess.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't want choice.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_04]: You don't want choice.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_05]: It's the dynex, but Boston dynex, it's their choice, not mine.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, what's the next one on here?
- 53:30[SPEAKER_06]: So this next song is by cigarettes after sex.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_06]: It's called Apocalypse.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_06]: I love cigarettes after sex.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_06]: Don't ever like the actual thing or the band.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_06]: The band.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_05]: OK. And the actual thing.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_05]: And one of the things is great.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_05]: That's fine.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's not bad.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_04]: It's not bad.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_04]: I think I'm...
- 54:02[SPEAKER_04]: I love this song actually.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_04]: But I like it.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_05]: I like this song.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if I would've wanted to die to it though.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_04]: It did remind me of another song that I hadn't thought of before.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_04]: But it's definitely going on my way.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_04]: Sorry, my bleedout list, which would be what's it called?
- 54:19[SPEAKER_04]: It would probably be the very first song that comes up if you search for God's speed you black emperor.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_04]: It was used in 28 days later.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_04]: It was like essentially the defense.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's a solid video.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_05]: That's it.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_04]: That's a fucking good one, dude.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_04]: Also, if you want to try some new writing music for years, Godspeed Black Emperor was my go-to for any sort of writing, because there's no vocals or anything like that, and it's all just sort of droning music.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_04]: It's great to write, too.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_05]: I had a writing mentor, and I asked him, and saw his buddies, and I was like, what is it?
- 54:51[SPEAKER_05]: You know, the funny thing is they're answers were the same.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_05]: It was usually one band that they loved, and they would play the band over and over and over again.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and I used to do that with exact songs.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_05]: If I wasn't a scene, like writing, trying to finish, like, one fucking scene, and whatever it was, and I pictured the song in my head, I would purposely put it on repeat.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_05]: And my record was, oh, god, this is fucking dark, I don't know what I think about it.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_05]: I think I put it 68 times in a row.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, dude, that, I don't, me personally.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_04]: Same song.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I'm weird about this stuff, because when I'm doing it like if it was the same song.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_04]: If I need music to listen to while I'm working, I need something repetitive with, and like programming especially when I was doing games.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_04]: But the same song repeat when I was doing game design, there was a list of about three of N7 fold songs that I would only play those songs on repeat while I was programming.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_04]: It made my brother-in-law want to kill me because we worked in the same room.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_05]: I couldn't, but I, I always, I did it by myself.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_05]: So I wouldn't play music if I was writing with.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_05]: I started wearing headphones.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, it would be the same through any time I was programming.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_04]: It would be one of the same three events, seven full songs.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_04]: Because for some reason, that was just what worked for me.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, but it was, I remember waking up the next day.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_05]: And I, I felt like shit, and I was just like, I never want to hear this song in the rest of my life.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think I've played it since.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_06]: It's looking like God's speed.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_06]: You black emperor is an album.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: No, it's a bandit.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_04]: If you click on that first one, the F-sharp A-sharp, if you just play that, it's the first song off of this.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, dude, I would never put anybody through that.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, go ahead and start clicking on it.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_04]: And then there's a long lead up to it.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, it's already like three minutes.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_04]: This actually opens up with a really, really cool, spoken word poem.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, this.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_04]: Who is this?
- 56:42[SPEAKER_04]: This is God's speed you blackering.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_04]: It was a fuck ton of comments on that video.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_04]: But they're music, especially this entire album.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_04]: This is one of the albums that I would just listen to from start to finish while I was writing.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_04]: And it's all this droning like ambient.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_06]: This is a song that I would use to write off into the desert and die of exposure.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_06]: Oh yeah, I could use it for that.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_06]: Exposures in the sun.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_06]: This one, dehydration.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's a bad way to go to got to be an awful way to go dehydration and sun exposure When I dream about killing people, that's what I want to do them Because I just think it'd be one of the worst ways to die.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, that's that's the way the rock is straight Like just sitting in a lawn chair and then just drinking water in front of them
- 57:36[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not kidding, like a full, like one of those 24 packs from my Costco and then just slowly drinking it over and over and over again, like right in front of them.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_04]: Make sure that you just blatantly spill lots of it.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, just pouring it all over my face and like t-shirt, like so hot out here, fuck.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but that would be a torture song for somebody else to die to for me.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, that it would work for that, too.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_05]: All right, what's next on this guy's less on a homeboys list here?
- 58:08[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_05]: It's got laws, by the way.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, tell me for sure.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_05]: Or...
- 58:12[SPEAKER_05]: He's the darkest motherfucker on earth.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_06]: Here's a movie that, this is a song from a movie I recently watched.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_06]: A movie that you guys might know called Obrother Were At Thou.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_06]: Lots of good music in this horse.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_06]: There it is, but it's tied to.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_06]: It's called a down to the river to pray.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, shit!
- 58:31[SPEAKER_10]: As I went down in the river to pray, study in about that little way and ocean.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_04]: This is another one that'd be good to bleed out too, like on a Mississippi Delta.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_04]: Fuck yeah dude.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, sisters, let's go down, let's go down, come on down.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_05]: I bet you're a bunch of women, this is on their list as well too.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_05]: If this was playing, I wouldn't mind it though.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_05]: I think women singing in the background would be alright.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_05]: I, yeah.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_06]: Adam, what was going on in this movie when they were they were was about the bathroom scene.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, now I go to the next one.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_05]: All right, this is kind of like that we don't know this guy.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_06]: I know, it keeps him a mystery, this next song is called Down in the Willow Garden by the early brothers.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, the I really brothers.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_06]: Yep, I really.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, uh, I don't know this, it might be everyone.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I thought I knew it.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think I do.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_05]: I don't recognize it, but I mean, I don't even have the effort that brother's in great, so.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_05]: I don't want to die to this.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_05]: I agree.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_05]: I don't want to die to this.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_05]: I understand why it's on his list.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_05]: I don't want to, I personally don't want to die to this.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_05]: If I was in the pop-up album cover on, yeah, there it is.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_05]: If I had died, and then my kids just looked up these two gay guys, but talking to each other, like these two brothers.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_05]: They're like, Dad, what the fuck did we did?
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_05]: Was there some closeted shit going on?
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_05]: I think you just want to tell us.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_04]: That's what's your last thing of like, yeah, it wasn't gay, but... Yeah, if I was going to die to that style of music, I would just listen to some of the older stuff from the hollies.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, what's next?
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_04]: What do we got in the next?
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_06]: This next one is called O Children by Nick Cave in the Bad Sea.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_05]: So Nick Cave, dude.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_05]: Every song is due to ever wrote, was it fucking...
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_05]: Let's give it a head in this.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_05]: You boys get a skim head in the cave ship.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_05]: There you go.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_07]: The measure that moves me, you know the skulls.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I know that, uh, for sure I bleed out to this, but I know that this is gonna be a paint, an opinion that might piss off some people in the audience.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_04]: I've always liked Nick Caves music.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_04]: Everybody does.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_04]: But I've never known anybody doesn't like Nick Caves.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_04]: I've never liked his voice.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_04]: I wish it was somebody else singing his songs.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_04]: Who would it be?
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I don't know, but I wish it wasn't him.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_04]: I wish it was my life.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_04]: Like a Tom weights?
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, a Tom weights I could give you on for sure.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_07]: to give us now for what we've done.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_04]: Ah, it's a great song and die too though.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_04]: He's a great songwriter.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just not a fan of the way his voice sounds.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_04]: I understand.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_06]: There's people who have this kind of voice that do it better.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, who's next?
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_06]: Let's take a request from Coup.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_06]: You got it.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_06]: You got one.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, well, you want to start listing off some of our own.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, do you have five?
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, yeah.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: I've got, I think I wrote down 10.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_04]: But one that we kind of mentioned is space auditing by David Bowie.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, fuck.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I would run into as my, my damaged spacecraft is re-entering the atmosphere.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_04]: And I know I'm going down.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, and that might be possible, Coup.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_05]: The way we're ahead it with either of these guys can shit like Wow, they just face crash a rock in into the moon.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_05]: You know that right?
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, we're this Yeah, play the beginning of this Fuck yeah, dude.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm gonna threw super low try it's given ahead just a bit.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_05]: It starts off low I died of this for sure on a percent
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_04]: I'd even be willing to die on earth to this long, too.
- 1:02:44[SPEAKER_04]: Wouldn't have to be in space.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, thanks for being here.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_00]: You guys ever see his last video?
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_04]: He put out last album before he died.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_04]: Last music video?
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, it's...
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_04]: Blacks are.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I remember it was a huge, when it came out, but like very prophetic of his impending death.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_04]: Well, he did it on purpose.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, he did.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he knew.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_05]: And go back and watch the video.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_05]: It's like him blind and like in the closet.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_05]: It's all fucking, he's just one of those genius artists who was just like, hey, I know I'm gonna die in this sit.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_05]: By the way, Dolly Parton just did this.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_05]: So she has a song that comes out when she's 100.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_05]: Also on her 100th birthday, if you go to Dollywood, there is a song that is locked in a box in this case.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_05]: You can see the case and everything else.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_05]: And there is a CD player in the case next to it because they didn't know if CD players were gonna be around.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_05]: And so Dolly Parton has one last song.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_05]: It will not be released for 20 years, there it is.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_05]: There's the picture.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_05]: And pun intended dying to hear this song.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_05]: She said it was great.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_05]: She said this before, yeah.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, she, she for sure wouldn't choose, you know, like a shitty B side to be the song that she leaves behind as a legacy.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_04]: I think so, right?
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I should have for sure.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_04]: She would have picked the song.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_04]: She would actually, she picked exactly what she wants us to hear.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_04]: What if this song became number one fucking 20 years later?
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_04]: I mean I imagine it this is definitely gonna be number one when it comes out Yeah, it's got drops dude.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_04]: It's gonna like there's gonna be so much anticipation building up to it It's gotta be well kids remember Dali Parton.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_04]: I hope so.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_04]: I think so.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_06]: I hope so, too Yeah, I'll be up to us to make sure that that they remember have you guys seen the This space out of the It's not a music video time play, but
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_06]: at it for the beginning of Volarian City of a thousand plans.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, so yeah, they've done a lot of edits to this song down over the years.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's just like people meeting each other and then eventually when they're great enough happens.
- 1:05:01[SPEAKER_04]: It's a nice fuck.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's so it's kind of a bummer that they started off this good and then just absolutely
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_06]: I'm willing to say I like the movie, even though it objectively is not very good.
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_04]: If they cast somebody else's that lead, I would like to go on that's fair.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_06]: I like the world building.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_04]: The world building.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_04]: That part was great.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_04]: That was looped the song, wasn't it?
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_04]: Believe so.
- 1:05:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he's amazing at world building.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_04]: Who else is on your list, Koop?
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_04]: So, see, I'll just get ahead to something It's a little bit more interesting, because I've got like wicked game by Chris Isaac on here.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_04]: That's a good one, dude.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_04]: It's a good one.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_04]: The air that I breathe already mentioned that.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_04]: Hurt by Johnny Cash.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_04]: So, one that we haven't mentioned yet is Kate McCannon by Colter Wall.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know this song.
- 1:05:50[SPEAKER_04]: It is all great.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_04]: What you've probably heard me playing it around.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I was gonna say it's all late today here.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_04]: I'm either playing the Devil Warrs, a suit and tie, sleeping on a black top or a Kate McAnne, like, hold for a while in those days.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_04]: If I could take the place of any musical artist, it's this guy.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_06]: Really?
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_06]: So, a few, if your name is Kate McAnne, this song's perfect for you to tell you it honestly is weird.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_04]: That's an actress' name, Kate McAnne.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_04]: Kate McAnne.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_07]: And he floats outside my prison.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, that's going to be sad.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_07]: Walkin' lows with them.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_07]: And he sings to me real low.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_07]: He's held to where you... Yeah, this is a good one.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_05]: This is a good one.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_05]: I sure absolutely love this song.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's a great one to die out.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't know this artist either.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he's got, you've probably heard.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_05]: So he just renamed himself Kate McKanan?
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_04]: No, his name, his name's culture wall, though this is called Kate McKanan.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, man, that would be wild.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_05]: Way to go, Kate.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_05]: You're in the front row and it's just some dude.
- 1:07:05[SPEAKER_05]: You're like, I can't.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, Kate, can't really get into that, you know?
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, luckily he stuck with culture.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I, I knew a culture and I knew a cult where I grew up because we're in culture.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_04]: No, a C.O.L.T.E.R.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_04]: and culture.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_05]: I've never heard a culture.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, my best friend's son is named cult.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_04]: C.O.L.T.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I knew a culture and I knew a cult when I was growing up.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_04]: But I grew up with a bunch of fucking redneck, so.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_04]: I got, yeah, yeah, fucking it.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, Kate McCannon is actually my, my number three choice for songs to bleed out to my number one choice for a song to bleed out to is my way by Frank Sinatra.
- 1:07:46[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay.
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_04]: Technically, that's, it's number a point five.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_05]: So, I believe my way was on that guy's list, by the way, because I, when I opened it, that one shot up to me, but, uh, God and, and press play.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_05]: And I'm a big post he just died from the sopranos, and I did a movie with him.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_05]: I did a couple of movies with him, and he was fucking awesome.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_05]: He always loved Frank Sinatra and all this other shit.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_05]: So I scored him with a photo and let's say Frank Sinatra.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_07]: I'll say it clearly.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_05]: He would always go out together and he'd take me all these crazy Italian places that I didn't know existed in Los Angeles.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_05]: You know all right?
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_05]: I would always try to take him the all of the time.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_05]: I just want one photo of all of us, you know, with the olive garden together.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_05]: They saw a fucking photo of me at the olive garden.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_05]: I'd be fucking killed.
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I was like, got you.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_05]: I loved it so much though.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_05]: I loved it.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_05]: But I love this song.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_05]: Great.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_05]: Great.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_05]: Because that's on us and not your songs that I would die to.
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, because you'd be going out your way.
- 1:08:53[SPEAKER_06]: That's for sure.
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_07]: I've had a few.
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_05]: And my way is Stranglebation.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_05]: No, no.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_07]: That's just...
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_05]: and he got it.
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_05]: No spotter.
- 1:09:01[SPEAKER_05]: I just tell you to leave the room.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_04]: Cool.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_04]: I dare say that songs for Stranglebait, too, is a completely separate list, but this is gonna be on both of them.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_04]: Well, and excesses at the top of them.
- 1:09:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's gonna say it's pretty much gonna be an excess playlist and then Frank's enough.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_05]: Well, Lincoln Park.
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_04]: And then clips from Kung Fu.
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, this car now.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's been a lot of them.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_04]: uh... uh... i like that that's that's your number one uh... well i'm trying to figure out a way to play my real number one without giving it away but i'll just i'd say what i won't look how about that ok look you want the screens far away anyway so i can't i can't fucking do it you know pull that up and see if you can just play it without the video on screen yeah i won't be able to that that's been so far away i'll be able to read that i know so you're good you're good
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if it even be on display.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_05]: Now that I've said this and I'm going back to it in my mind, I think Shinalite's got to be number one.
- 1:10:00[SPEAKER_05]: I like, yeah, if I can go back to the other one, I mean, if I were you, that'd be my number one also.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_05]: Because I didn't know this song at the time either.
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_05]: So like, it was the first time I was hearing it, which is so odd because I'm a massive fan of the stones, but we used to listen to full albums back in the day.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_04]: Um, Luke's working on bringing it up right now.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_04]: That's fine.
- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, shine a light is number one.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm for me.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_05]: That's I think I, I would put that, I think I'll put that one by the time.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_04]: So here's my real number one.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_04]: So you're real number one.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_05]: And again, I can't see it.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_05]: It says matter.
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_01]: Don't need online.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_01]: I cars for kids.com.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's cars with the K. Pick up this quick and eat.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I'm sorry.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_06]: As long as the bleed out too, and as long as I make you kill yourself, I'm not the same.
- 1:11:00[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, would that be the worst if somebody played the song you hated the most to die too, too?
- 1:11:07[SPEAKER_05]: On top of like whatever gruesome death you were going to have.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:11:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:11:10[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's just that's insult on top of Andrew.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_05]: Man, there was a movie, oh shit, it was on Tubey.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_05]: It was next to it when I was looking at the movies, we had up there the other day.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_05]: Goddamn, and I can't remember the name of it.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_05]: It was Britney Murphy and Jason Schwartzman, like slam or slur or blur, it was like four letters, something like that.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_05]: There was one of the worst scenes I've ever seen in a fucking movie.
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_05]: It was about like mess fun, spun, thank God.
- 1:11:45[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, spun.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_05]: Have you guys, do you know what this is?
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_05]: Have you seen it?
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_05]: The titles familiar, but I don't think I've actually seen it.
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_05]: Don't watch it.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's that bad.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_05]: It's about these, they're all spun out.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_05]: They're all spun out, so it's like, everybody's on drugs, everything's super fucked up.
- 1:12:00[SPEAKER_05]: And he ties this fucking stripper to a bed.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_05]: And she's like, arms behind her back, legs, everything.
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_05]: mouth duct tapes, I think she can see too, but it's fucking too huge speakers in front of the bed that it's just blaring like fucking death metal, whatever it is, right?
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_05]: And it's on repeat over and over and over again.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_05]: And the guy walks into the room and he's like, oh, my God, I forgot my keys.
- 1:12:32[SPEAKER_05]: She's like I please I've been here for like seven like three three days listen to this over and over and over again She can't move on this bed And he's like I'll be right back.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_05]: I got to go And he just runs out and he's all fixed this later
- 1:12:43[SPEAKER_05]: never comes back, and it's just like, oh, it's gross.
- 1:12:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_06]: It's just like, smut, that's crazy.
- 1:12:49[SPEAKER_05]: It's close, man.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_05]: It's a fucked up movie, and it was an independent film and ton of famous people were in it, but it's one in done.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_05]: There's a lot of movies that are one in done for me, where I'm like, well, they got a lot of ones.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_05]: Requiem for a dream, only watch the ones.
- 1:13:04[SPEAKER_05]: Can't watch it again.
- 1:13:05[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, spun, never watch it again.
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_05]: I saw it in the theaters.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_05]: Can't watch it again.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_05]: Um, there's a lot of those movies for me where I'm like, all right, I understand what you're doing here and all that other shit, but I can't watch this Yeah, if some of the covers made it look like Almost like a kid's type movie, you know the film kid was it was dark.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's that's another one and done for me is kids Kids I watched and if the I think it's the this some RPR I'm not suppose for a solution, but some kids I took it first dates you.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_04]: Oh Oh, dude, you did mention that.
- 1:13:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, and she was just like what the fuck
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_05]: Because at that point, I already know like I want to be an actor, all of those stuff, and I want to see some cool artistic shit.
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_05]: It's one independent theater in Atlanta.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_05]: I was like a senior in high school, and I... She's like just dropping off.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_05]: Nope.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_06]: This is a movie.
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_05]: And I'll spoil it for you.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_05]: It's a girl whose black documents aids at the end of the movie, like for real.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_05]: What?
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, it's Chloe Swaney.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, Chloe Sabini is, she gets rapes and gets AIDS at the end of it.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_04]: At the end, that's the last thing.
- 1:14:10[SPEAKER_04]: Damn.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, it's, I mean, it's even almost like a, like, a just cut to black.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, it did.
- 1:14:16[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's, yeah, it is, it is one of the most stark endings I've ever seen to.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_05]: All of them became massively familiar with Rosario Dawson, that was her first move.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_05]: They're all real cool.
- 1:14:24[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, shit, I forgot she was in there.
- 1:14:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, the director just went around New York and just found street kids and put him in this fucking movie.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_05]: And then they all blew up.
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_05]: I think the one kid's dead, Tally, are the other one?
- 1:14:39[SPEAKER_04]: I was just having a conversation about this movie with Dan the other day.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_05]: It's obscure.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_05]: I was a priori to obscure for the audience, but it's a fucked up movie.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_05]: And I highly recommend not showing it on a first date.
- 1:14:52[SPEAKER_05]: What else is on this guy's list here, Blue?
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_06]: I also on this guy's list.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_06]: This is one that that stuck out to me.
- 1:15:00[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_06]: Who is this?
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_06]: This is, oh, Cloud Debussy.
- 1:15:05[SPEAKER_06]: Do you know this one?
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, Claire Debussy.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_06]: Claire, it'll end by Cloud Debussy.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, I know something.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, everybody knows it.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_06]: Great song.
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_05]: I feel like this is an obvious one.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_05]: I like it.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure there's a bit of a dive to it to be fine, but it wouldn't be my choice.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_06]: If I dive to this, I'd feel a little generic.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, yeah, that's a good way to put it.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think this guy made this playlist for like a hospice or something like that, where it's just like, hey, dude, you're cousins, or, you know, whoever ants, I could do this.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_05]: If he did, he nailed it.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_05]: I know shit, because it's, look, it's really fucking good.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_05]: And it, this is we don't know who this person is, fuck.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_05]: What's the next one?
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_06]: All right, this one, if you die to this one, you are probably pretty cool, okay?
- 1:15:58[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, good on bang, but what's called bang bang or uh yeah bang bang baby shot me down.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_06]: I know the song.
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah And kick slow.
- 1:16:09[SPEAKER_09]: He was six we wrote on horses made of sticks
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like this is a gender neutral bleed out song too.
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I agree.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_04]: I would bleed out to this, but you've been got shot by your lover in short.
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_09]: I'd be fine with this one.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_06]: I like this version.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think I've ever heard this one.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_06]: I haven't heard this version either.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_06]: I guess I always hear that I've killed Bill of Origin.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I think this was a killed version.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't notice a difference.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, maybe.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_04]: Now let's get that waffles in the background yeah I like it though I guess I've only heard this version then I think the kilba version is a little faster it is yeah play the next one
- 1:17:11[SPEAKER_11]: I would mind dying this.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_05]: It's okay.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_05]: It has to be on a playlist.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_05]: Like, surprise me with it.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_05]: Where's like, oh shit.
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_05]: Doctors says he's got less than 24 hours.
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_05]: You know, and it's like, this... Maybe I'm dying to know if this guy is... ...to make this place actually the same.
- 1:17:30[SPEAKER_05]: Well, not that.
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_05]: Or like, a relative or something.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_05]: Where you're like, okay.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_06]: Does it have a date for when does he has a date that it is 2024 a lot of 20 or 24 March No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_05]: I like that song.
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_05]: If that's on the list and I'm dying to it fine, it's not my first.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_06]: Like, you know, if you're here, if you close your eyes and then that song comes on and you're fading away.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_06]: You're okay with that.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you're okay with that.
- 1:18:07[UNKNOWN]: It's got dark today.
- 1:18:09[SPEAKER_04]: That'd be Friday.

- 1:21:32[SPEAKER_04]: For sure, this song in particular, I think what I would like is this would be playing underneath a heroic speech being given to me in my unit by a commanding officer as we go into an absolutely hopeless man.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_06]: That's not how I see it.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_06]: I see it more as running into battle than avoiding it.
