Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell Was Not A Fan Of Her Time At MDCC (9/23/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: The day our article is from the Daily Mail the
- 0:04Speaker 1: headline exclusive Ghislaine Maxwell has two cameras trained on her
- 0:09Speaker 1: in her nine foot by six foot prison cell and
- 0:12Speaker 1: has woken up every three hours in search to ensure
- 0:16Speaker 1: she does not meet the same fate as Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:20Speaker 1: the author of this article is Daniel Bates oh it's
- 0:25Speaker 1: so rough what a rough life You have to get
- 0:28Speaker 1: woken up every three hours and searched so you don't
- 0:30Speaker 1: go the same as Epstein? Too bad. Too effing bad.
- 0:36Speaker 1: If I was Ghislaine Maxwell, thank God I am not,
- 0:40Speaker 1: but if I was her, I'd be really paranoid about
- 0:43Speaker 1: the sentence that Keith Ranieri just got. And if you
- 0:46Speaker 1: think that the SDNY isn't going to go for the
- 0:49Speaker 1: throat the same way, I don't know. I don't know
- 0:53Speaker 1: what to say if they don't. Obviously, the fix is
- 0:55Speaker 1: in if they don't go for the throat. If we
- 0:57Speaker 1: don't see Rico in this Jeffrey Epstein case, this Ghislaine
- 1:01Speaker 1: Maxwell case here, then it's obvious that they're still being protected, right?
- 1:06Speaker 1: Because if R. Kelly is getting a Rico charge and
- 1:09Speaker 1: Keith Ranieri is getting a Rico charge, then surely Ghislaine
- 1:13Speaker 1: Maxwell warrants one, too. Ghislaine Maxwell has two cameras trained
- 1:20Speaker 1: on her inside her prison cell at all times to
- 1:22Speaker 1: ensure her safety. A friend of her family has revealed
- 1:25Speaker 1: to DailyMail.com. Don't you think the family would want to
- 1:29Speaker 1: keep her safe after what happened to Jeffrey Epstein? I
- 1:31Speaker 1: think it's kind of weird that they're flexing like this.
- 1:34Speaker 1: It's a weird flex, right? Why do you care that
- 1:37Speaker 1: she has some cameras on her? She's remanded to the
- 1:40Speaker 1: custody of the state anyway. She has no privacy anymore.
- 1:45Speaker 1: So why are you so worried that there's some cameras
- 1:47Speaker 1: in there? If it was my loved one, I'd want
- 1:50Speaker 1: them to be kept safe. So I'd be okay with
- 1:52Speaker 1: these cameras. So something doesn't compute. The British socialite, co-conspirator,
- 1:59Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag, and bipedal serpent, who
- 2:05Speaker 1: is accused of recruiting 14-year-old girls for Jeffrey Epstein to abuse,
- 2:10Speaker 1: has one camera on the ceiling of her 9-foot-by-6-foot cell
- 2:13Speaker 1: and another four feet away from her. Well, that's good,
- 2:17Speaker 1: considering all of the quote-unquote camera problems we had with Epstein. Oh,
- 2:22Speaker 1: we don't have that footage anymore. Oh, that's pointed to
- 2:25Speaker 1: the wrong cell. Oh, that didn't capture anything. Oh, oh, oh, oh.
- 2:29Speaker 1: So to avoid a situation such as that, for once,
- 2:33Speaker 1: I feel like the prison department is doing the right thing,
- 2:36Speaker 1: being proactive in safeguarding their charge. Imagine that, doing your job.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Maxwell is being woken up every three hours in search
- 2:49Speaker 1: to ensure she does not meet the same fate as Epstein,
- 2:52Speaker 1: who was found dead in his cell while awaiting trial. Look, again,
- 2:57Speaker 1: you're in prison. You don't have the same rights as
- 3:00Speaker 1: free people. Okay, you're in jail. So your rights are
- 3:04Speaker 1: severely restricted. And if waking you up every three hours
- 3:08Speaker 1: is part of the routine that's happening to anyone else
- 3:10Speaker 1: in your position, and I'm sure it is, well then, Ghislaine,
- 3:14Speaker 1: that's the way it goes. Or as they would say,
- 3:17Speaker 1: that's the way the cookie crumbles. You're just going to
- 3:20Speaker 1: have to deal with it. And your mouthpiece, Mr. Basham,
- 3:24Speaker 1: he's going to have to deal with it. Because in life, well,
- 3:28Speaker 1: I know it's a tough lesson for someone like you
- 3:30Speaker 1: to learn, but you don't always get what you want.
- 3:37Speaker 1: After three months in the grim Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn...
- 3:41Speaker 1: Maxwell has finally been given a bra so she can exercise. Oh, well, that's,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I mean, that's just great news. I'm going to sleep
- 3:50Speaker 1: a lot better tonight knowing that Ghislaine Maxwell has a
- 3:53Speaker 1: bra and she can exercise now. I am really going
- 3:58Speaker 1: to be able to sleep now. I was very worried
- 4:00Speaker 1: about her mental state considering she didn't have a bra
- 4:04Speaker 1: to exercise in in the Husqvarna. I mean, are these
- 4:08Speaker 1: people absurd? She didn't have a bra. Nobody cares, nobody
- 4:13Speaker 1: feels bad for her, and nobody trusts her. How about that? Previously,
- 4:19Speaker 1: she was denied one because she was deemed a suicide risk,
- 4:22Speaker 1: according to Brian Basham, a British PR veteran who has
- 4:26Speaker 1: offered to help get Maxwell out of prison. You know,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I'm starting to wonder... Was Mr. Basham hanging out with
- 4:31Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein on the island, perhaps, or over at Zorro Ranch,
- 4:35Speaker 1: or when they were in England? Why is Mr. Basham
- 4:38Speaker 1: so ready to ride to Ghislaine Maxwell's defense like the
- 4:42Speaker 1: Night of Flowers? Stop it. What does she have on you, buddy?
- 4:48Speaker 1: You can't actually believe that she's innocent, right? I mean,
- 4:52Speaker 1: do you really believe that Ghislaine Maxwell is innocent and
- 4:56Speaker 1: that all of these, when I say all of these,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I mean dozens of girls just made these stories up,
- 5:01Speaker 1: just whipped them up right out of thin air. None
- 5:04Speaker 1: of them knew each other. They're all just whipping up
- 5:06Speaker 1: the same stories right out of thin air, huh? That's
- 5:09Speaker 1: exactly what occurred. That's what you would have us believe.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And you would have us believe that your friend Ghislaine
- 5:15Speaker 1: shouldn't be in jail as she awaits trial. Meanwhile, Keith
- 5:19Speaker 1: Raniere just got 120 years. So what would make you
- 5:23Speaker 1: think that the bipedal serpent is getting out of jail
- 5:29Speaker 1: anytime soon? He is part of what her family have
- 5:34Speaker 1: called Operation GGO, or Get Ghislaine Out. And Basham believes
- 5:40Speaker 1: they will be submitting a formal application for bail soon. Um,
- 5:44Speaker 1: we already had one of those hearings, Mr. Basham. Maybe
- 5:47Speaker 1: you forgot. But it was a resounding no the first
- 5:50Speaker 1: time around. And I don't care if you have Dog
- 5:53Speaker 1: the bounty hunter holding her bond. Nobody's letting her out, okay?
- 5:59Speaker 1: You want to see an uproar? You want to see
- 6:01Speaker 1: people freak out? Well, let this bipedal serpent out. You
- 6:05Speaker 1: want to talk about people being in jeopardy? Who knows
- 6:07Speaker 1: what lengths she'll go to. She's already threatened people with
- 6:11Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. We know that she has a lot of
- 6:14Speaker 1: money and obviously still powerful people who are backing her.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So you say that we should let her out where
- 6:21Speaker 1: she poses a risk to not only flee, but a
- 6:24Speaker 1: risk to those that she has already abused once. Yeah,
- 6:27Speaker 1: not going to do it this time around, Mr. Basham.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Maxwell is charged with recruiting girls for Epstein between 1994
- 6:36Speaker 1: and and 1997, and is due to stand trial next July.
- 6:41Speaker 1: She denies the allegations. Yeah, well, guess what? I hope
- 6:45Speaker 1: you're ready to deny more allegations, because you were active
- 6:49Speaker 1: within Jeffrey Epstein's world for a lot longer than 1994
- 6:53Speaker 1: through 1997, Ghislaine, and you abused a lot more people
- 6:57Speaker 1: than that according to their allegations. So, get ready, because
- 7:02Speaker 1: you're going to be visited by Rico. And I don't
- 7:05Speaker 1: mean Uncle Rico. I'm talking about Rico. She was arrested
- 7:13Speaker 1: this July at her $ 1 million home in New Hampshire,
- 7:16Speaker 1: where she had been living in secret and has been
- 7:18Speaker 1: locked up ever since. Speaking to DailyMail.com, Basham said that
- 7:23Speaker 1: Maxwell had been singled out and her human rights were
- 7:26Speaker 1: being breached because of the conditions inside the MDC. I'll
- 7:30Speaker 1: tell you what, singled out? She is literally a co-boss,
- 7:34Speaker 1: all right? Jeffrey Epstein's partner in crime, 50-50 partners, all right?
- 7:40Speaker 1: So what do you mean, singled out? She's the one
- 7:42Speaker 1: that's responsible for this. She's the one left holding the bag.
- 7:48Speaker 1: And if you folks had your way, she'd go the
- 7:51Speaker 1: same way as Jeffrey Epstein in this lockup, if there
- 7:55Speaker 1: weren't all these extra precautions, probably. So what are you
- 7:58Speaker 1: even talking about, Brian Basham? Basham said that Maxwell's family,
- 8:05Speaker 1: the children of disgraced British newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, are completely, utterly,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and totally convinced that she is innocent. Oh, I'm sure
- 8:15Speaker 1: they are. I'm sure they are because they just have
- 8:17Speaker 1: a sterling reputation amongst the lot of them. Bunch of thieves, crooks, criminals.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Give me a break already. She comes from a long
- 8:26Speaker 1: line of criminals, thieves, and grifters. You think anyone's taking
- 8:31Speaker 1: her or her family seriously? No, they're not. I'm sure
- 8:37Speaker 1: the court is not, prosecution's not, and certainly nobody following
- 8:40Speaker 1: this case is. They are lined up behind her in support,
- 8:45Speaker 1: including for her multi-million dollar legal fees. Well, there you
- 8:48Speaker 1: have it. We know who's paying into her legal fees now.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Now the question in my mind is this. If she
- 8:55Speaker 1: was a mafioso, all the money... that she is spread out,
- 9:00Speaker 1: if she's given money to any of these people, all
- 9:02Speaker 1: that money would be seized under RICO. All of it.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Their bank accounts would be frozen, even if they weren't
- 9:07Speaker 1: convicted yet. All their bank accounts would be frozen under
- 9:10Speaker 1: the RICO Act, and any ill-gotten gains would be seized
- 9:13Speaker 1: by the government. Did Ghislaine Maxwell send any of her
- 9:17Speaker 1: family any of these ill-gotten gains? Let's see the bank receipts.
- 9:20Speaker 1: This is why, once again, it needs to be a
- 9:24Speaker 1: RICO case. You see the sentence that Keith Ranieri got.
- 9:28Speaker 1: You see how R. Kelly is getting absolutely destroyed by
- 9:33Speaker 1: the state. That's not because they have a couple of
- 9:36Speaker 1: perjury charges or a couple of facilitation charges. No, no, no, no, no.
- 9:40Speaker 1: It's because they are facing down literally hundreds of years
- 9:44Speaker 1: of RICO charges. And that's what needs to occur in
- 9:47Speaker 1: this case. Because then all of these loudmouths, all of
- 9:50Speaker 1: these people on the outside looking in who are dumping
- 9:54Speaker 1: money and helping Ghislaine, well, are they part of it?
- 9:57Speaker 1: Did they get any money from Ghislaine or Jeffrey Epstein?
- 10:00Speaker 1: at any point if so well they just might be
- 10:03Speaker 1: part of this case as well Basham said Maxwell's sisters
- 10:10Speaker 1: Isabel and Christine who live in the US are trying
- 10:12Speaker 1: to work hard to muster up the evidence to prove
- 10:15Speaker 1: her innocence muster up what evidence You already had your shot.
- 10:20Speaker 1: She got her out of her one get out of
- 10:22Speaker 1: jail free card when she had the non-prosecution agreement. They
- 10:25Speaker 1: had her dead to rights there. She was literally caught
- 10:29Speaker 1: with her hand in the cookie jar and she got off.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And now you think that's going to happen again, that
- 10:34Speaker 1: we're going to have a repeat performance and you're going
- 10:37Speaker 1: to come in there and steamroll the prosecution and you're
- 10:40Speaker 1: going to steer this the way you want it to go.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but As much as I criticize the SDNY,
- 10:47Speaker 1: at the very least, I highly doubt Alison Moe is
- 10:50Speaker 1: playing that game. Their main concern are her prison conditions,
- 10:58Speaker 1: which he called McCabe. Oh, nobody believes it, okay? It's
- 11:01Speaker 1: the same sort of prison cells for everybody else, all right?
- 11:07Speaker 1: Basham said the good thing is she now has a bra,
- 11:10Speaker 1: which is quite important because she's a very fit woman.
- 11:13Speaker 1: She couldn't really do any aerobic exercise before. Very important
- 11:17Speaker 1: because she's a very fit woman and she... I'm tired
- 11:19Speaker 1: of hearing about Ghislaine Maxwell. I'm tired of all of
- 11:23Speaker 1: these people being so... so ridiculous and so narcissistic that
- 11:31Speaker 1: they still think it's about them. It is not about you.
- 11:34Speaker 1: It is about what you have done and those that
- 11:38Speaker 1: you injured throughout your decades-long crime spree. Besides your buddy
- 11:43Speaker 1: Basham over here and your Habsburg jaw-having relatives, nobody else cares,
- 11:49Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. If it was up to everybody else, you
- 11:52Speaker 1: would get a very fast trial, you would be convicted,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and then you would be forgotten about in one of
- 11:57Speaker 1: the many, many federal prisons here in the United States.
- 12:06Speaker 1: She is on her own floor and has a very
- 12:08Speaker 1: small cell, but doesn't have a table to put her
- 12:10Speaker 1: computer on. Whoop, what? Stop, hold on. So does everybody
- 12:13Speaker 1: in jail have a computer? Everybody has a laptop now
- 12:17Speaker 1: and they're all sitting around in chat rooms, hanging out,
- 12:20Speaker 1: having a gas. What does that even mean? Why does
- 12:22Speaker 1: she have a computer? She shouldn't have a computer. She
- 12:25Speaker 1: should get access to the computer every now and then, right?
- 12:28Speaker 1: Whatever the stipulations are in the prison that the other
- 12:32Speaker 1: inmates are getting, she should get nothing more, nothing less. Okay?
- 12:37Speaker 1: Equal justice under the law means exactly that. I'm told
- 12:43Speaker 1: by family that she has a camera in the ceiling
- 12:46Speaker 1: and another camera that is four feet away from her
- 12:48Speaker 1: and they adjust it when she moves about. They were
- 12:51Speaker 1: waking her up every three hours to search her and
- 12:54Speaker 1: the noise outside her cell with the guards laughing and
- 12:56Speaker 1: joking and yelling to each other is very disturbing. So
- 13:00Speaker 1: she hasn't gotten much sleep. It is bizarre. No, the
- 13:03Speaker 1: only thing bizarre is your defense of her. Okay? Do
- 13:07Speaker 1: you think the girls slept on the island? How do
- 13:09Speaker 1: you think the girls were sleeping at Zorro Ranch knowing
- 13:11Speaker 1: what their fate was when they woke up and they
- 13:14Speaker 1: had to relive the horrors all over again? Do you
- 13:16Speaker 1: think that they were comfortable when you and your friends
- 13:19Speaker 1: and your sick, disgusting buddies were walking by or making
- 13:22Speaker 1: jokes or making lewd comments when everyone was hanging out
- 13:26Speaker 1: around the dinner table? I'm sure they didn't feel too
- 13:29Speaker 1: comfortable either, Ghislaine. Guess what? You're going to learn to adjust.
- 13:35Speaker 1: He was able to kill himself after the guards didn't
- 13:37Speaker 1: check on him all night and the camera outside his cell,
- 13:40Speaker 1: there was not one inside, was not working. Just, you know,
- 13:44Speaker 1: just a coincidence. Like Darth Barr says, just happened to
- 13:47Speaker 1: not be working on the most high profile or one
- 13:50Speaker 1: of the most high profile charges within their care. Just
- 13:55Speaker 1: a big old coincidence. Epstein's death led to a raft
- 13:59Speaker 1: of conspiracy theories and intense pressure on the Bureau of
- 14:03Speaker 1: Prisons to ensure Maxwell stays alive. I think the bigger
- 14:06Speaker 1: conspiracy theory is anyone who believes the official narrative. With
- 14:11Speaker 1: all of the stuff that we know, the stuff that
- 14:13Speaker 1: Bodden has said, the way that they treated the crime
- 14:16Speaker 1: scene when he died, the fact that none of the
- 14:19Speaker 1: cameras have worked, the fact there has been no transparency,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I think that's the conspiracy theory, okay? At Manhattan's federal
- 14:28Speaker 1: court in July, Judge Allison Nathan ruled that Maxwell was
- 14:31Speaker 1: a flight risk because she was facing a lengthy jail term,
- 14:34Speaker 1: the prosecution had a strong case, and because she had
- 14:37Speaker 1: substantial financial resources. Oh, she most certainly has those. Her
- 14:42Speaker 1: family has come out and said that, right? Mr. Basham,
- 14:45Speaker 1: the new mouthpiece. has come out and said, well, look,
- 14:48Speaker 1: we're standing behind her. We're standing beside her. We have
- 14:52Speaker 1: unlimited funds, I guess, to defend her, where that comes from.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Lord only knows where they got all of their millions.
- 14:57Speaker 1: But I guess here we go. They're going to do
- 15:01Speaker 1: their best to try and get Maxwell out. It's going
- 15:04Speaker 1: to be all for naught. And I think that all
- 15:07Speaker 1: the prosecutors have to do is point to Keith Ranieri
- 15:11Speaker 1: to show precedent. Prosecutors had pointed toward Maxwell owning 15
- 15:17Speaker 1: different bank accounts, which held balances up to more than
- 15:20Speaker 1: $ 20 million as a sign of how she could easily flee. Basham, however,
- 15:25Speaker 1: said that Maxwell patently isn't a flight risk because she
- 15:28Speaker 1: could have left the U.S. any time after Epstein was arrested,
- 15:32Speaker 1: but she didn't. Well, that sounds like the obvious thing, right? Yeah,
- 15:35Speaker 1: she could have left whenever she wanted, unless she was
- 15:38Speaker 1: under sealed indictment. Unless she was under a no-fly order,
- 15:41Speaker 1: we don't know any of that, okay? So he can
- 15:44Speaker 1: run his narrative, and I will simply counter his narrative
- 15:47Speaker 1: with my speculation. Because until we know, well, we don't know.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And to be honest with you, which is more likely?
- 15:54Speaker 1: She decided she was going to stay and face all
- 15:57Speaker 1: the charges against her, or her hand was forced and
- 16:00Speaker 1: she couldn't bounce out of the country. As to why
- 16:06Speaker 1: Maxwell stayed in America, he said, she has family there.
- 16:09Speaker 1: It's her home. She regards herself as completely innocent, so
- 16:13Speaker 1: just kept a low profile. Yeah, right. So she just
- 16:16Speaker 1: chose to go to New Hampshire, huh? Had nothing to
- 16:18Speaker 1: do with the location. Had nothing to do with how
- 16:22Speaker 1: close it is to the Canadian border, huh? Nah, nothing
- 16:25Speaker 1: at all. Basham pointed to high profile cases like Harvey Weinstein,
- 16:32Speaker 1: who was accused of rape and sexual assault and was
- 16:34Speaker 1: allowed out on bail. He said, if you look at
- 16:37Speaker 1: Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein, you could argue they were
- 16:40Speaker 1: an existent threat to women. Well, guess what? Neither of
- 16:43Speaker 1: them had, uh, um, Passports for other countries, you epic moron,
- 16:48Speaker 1: Brian Basham. Every time this guy opens his mouth, it
- 16:51Speaker 1: sounds like his head has been abashamed. What a fool.
- 16:56Speaker 1: What a moron. I hope he's making a lot of
- 16:58Speaker 1: money here because your career is ruined, homie. Nobody's hiring
- 17:02Speaker 1: you to be their PR guy. You're failing miserably on
- 17:06Speaker 1: the world's grandest stage. You better have your LinkedIn profile updated.
- 17:12Speaker 1: You better get that resume cooked up because... You're not
- 17:16Speaker 1: long for the world of PR after this stint, pal.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Nobody could argue Ghislaine is an existing threat to women.
- 17:25Speaker 1: She patently isn't. It's a complete mystery to me as
- 17:28Speaker 1: to why Ghislaine should be singled out in this way.
- 17:31Speaker 1: And quite wrong, too. Well, it's a mystery to you
- 17:33Speaker 1: because you're probably on some hallucinogenics. That would be my
- 17:37Speaker 1: guess if you can't see the forest through the trees here.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Are you for real? Dozens of underage girls have come forward, okay?
- 17:47Speaker 1: It's not just these few charges. It's not just Virginia.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It's not just Maria or any of the other girls.
- 17:53Speaker 1: It's all of them together, okay? And the story that
- 17:58Speaker 1: they have all told is the same story over and
- 18:01Speaker 1: over for decades. So Brian Basham, Your bullshit narrative is
- 18:07Speaker 1: not being bought. Operation Get Ghislaine Out? Well, that's going
- 18:11Speaker 1: to be a failure. And I will be here to
- 18:13Speaker 1: narrate every single minute of it. Maxwell's survivors, however, have
- 18:19Speaker 1: called her Epstein's right-hand woman and described how she prowled
- 18:23Speaker 1: the streets looking for underage girls for him to abuse.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And not only right-hand woman, I think they're playing it
- 18:30Speaker 1: down here in this article. The survivors themselves have described
- 18:37Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell as the boss, right? Look, Jeffrey Epstein was
- 18:41Speaker 1: the face and Ghislaine Maxwell was behind the curtain. That's
- 18:44Speaker 1: how it's been explained from people who would know. People
- 18:48Speaker 1: who lived it. During a press conference announcing her charges,
- 18:53Speaker 1: acting U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss said, as alleged, Maxwell enticed
- 18:58Speaker 1: minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered
- 19:01Speaker 1: them into a trap that she and Jeffrey Epstein had set.
- 19:04Speaker 1: She pretended to be a woman they could trust. All
- 19:07Speaker 1: the while, she was setting them up to be sexually
- 19:10Speaker 1: abused by Epstein, and in some cases, Maxwell herself. That
- 19:15Speaker 1: is so heinous, so disgusting, so disturbing. There is no
- 19:18Speaker 1: gray area there. There is no way that anyone can
- 19:22Speaker 1: argue the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell isn't exactly where she belongs.
- 19:30Speaker 1: In a previous interview, Basham revealed that Maxwell has lost
- 19:33Speaker 1: 25 pounds in weight because the prison was unable to
- 19:36Speaker 1: accommodate her vegan diet. I had somebody point out to
- 19:39Speaker 1: me or say that In-N-Out doesn't have vegetarian options. They do.
- 19:44Speaker 1: You gotta know the secret menu, my guy. You gotta
- 19:47Speaker 1: know the secret menu at In-N-Out. When she complained, the
- 19:53Speaker 1: prison authorities took away the scale so she couldn't weigh
- 19:56Speaker 1: herself anymore. Again, why does she have a scale in
- 20:00Speaker 1: the room? Why does she have a computer in the room?
- 20:03Speaker 1: None of that should be in there. If she has to,
- 20:05Speaker 1: she can weigh herself once a week at the nurse's
- 20:08Speaker 1: office or the infirmary or wherever the hell it is
- 20:11Speaker 1: they go for a checkup. She needs a scale in
- 20:14Speaker 1: her cell. Does everybody get one of those? Did El
- 20:18Speaker 1: Chapo have one of those? Does Gas Pipe Casso have
- 20:20Speaker 1: one of those in his cell right now? Does he
- 20:22Speaker 1: have a computer that he can dick around on all day?
- 20:24Speaker 1: Highly doubt it. She was forced to wear paper clothes
- 20:29Speaker 1: and letters from her family have not reached her. While
- 20:32Speaker 1: the guards have stopped talking to her, it's not their
- 20:34Speaker 1: job to talk to you. If they were talking to you,
- 20:37Speaker 1: then you'd say they were threatening you or they were
- 20:42Speaker 1: harassing you in some way. But since they're not talking
- 20:44Speaker 1: to you, well, they don't even talk to me. It's
- 20:47Speaker 1: either way. With people like Elaine Maxwell, you're damned if
- 20:50Speaker 1: you do and you're damned if you don't. So the
- 20:52Speaker 1: best medicine is to ignore her. She has plenty of
- 20:55Speaker 1: access to her lawyers. Maxwell suffered fresh humiliation last week
- 21:01Speaker 1: when a 460-page deposition she gave in a defamation case
- 21:05Speaker 1: brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts was made public. The
- 21:09Speaker 1: transcript showed Maxwell apologizing for smashing her fist on the
- 21:12Speaker 1: table in frustration as she was interrogated about her sex life. So, look,
- 21:22Speaker 1: this whole entire Ghislaine Maxwell story about her getting out
- 21:25Speaker 1: of jail and this Basham guy... And the PR run
- 21:29Speaker 1: they're on here to try and build some sympathy for
- 21:33Speaker 1: this woman is running smack dab into a brick wall
- 21:38Speaker 1: and coming to a complete halt. It's not picking up
- 21:42Speaker 1: any steam. It's not picking up any traction. And nobody
- 21:47Speaker 1: wants this lady out of jail besides Brian Basham and
- 21:51Speaker 1: her family. So I think the good news is I
- 21:54Speaker 1: don't think any of us have to worry. I think
- 21:57Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell stays in jail until her trial, and then
- 22:02Speaker 1: after she's convicted, well, that's where she'll be, in my opinion,
- 22:07Speaker 1: for the rest of her life. If you'd like to
- 22:10Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
- 22:14Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
- 22:21Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that
- 22:27Speaker 1: go with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 22:32Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell was pulled out of general population and
- 22:41Speaker 1: she was placed on suicide watch as the sentencing approaches. Now,
- 22:47Speaker 1: according to her lawyer, Bobby Sternum, who filed a brief
- 22:50Speaker 1: with the court, She says that Maxwell is not suicidal
- 22:54Speaker 1: and there was no reason for her to be put
- 22:56Speaker 1: on suicide watch. But my guess is they're just trying
- 23:01Speaker 1: to play it safe. Knowing that she is going to
- 23:04Speaker 1: get sentenced in a couple of days, knowing that the
- 23:07Speaker 1: sentencing is probably going to be harsh, they're probably, in
- 23:11Speaker 1: my opinion, just getting prepared for all of that and
- 23:15Speaker 1: pulling her out of GP now so that they can
- 23:19Speaker 1: keep a better eye on her. I mean, look, when
- 23:22Speaker 1: you're facing the kind of sentence Ghislaine Maxwell is facing
- 23:27Speaker 1: and you're somebody of great means and great power who
- 23:32Speaker 1: is not used to having other people even tell you
- 23:34Speaker 1: what to do in the smallest way. Now you're in
- 23:37Speaker 1: prison and you're looking at prison for the rest of
- 23:39Speaker 1: your life. That can certainly screw up the psyche of anybody.
- 23:44Speaker 1: So my guess is the prison officials are trying to
- 23:47Speaker 1: play it safe here and they're trying to get ahead
- 23:51Speaker 1: of the game, if you will. But Maxwell? At a
- 23:56Speaker 1: GP now, folks, and on suicide watch, and of course
- 23:59Speaker 1: her lawyers are not happy about any of it. Today
- 24:03Speaker 1: we have an article from CNN, and the headline, Ghislaine
- 24:07Speaker 1: Maxwell is on suicide watch, but isn't suicidal, and may
- 24:11Speaker 1: need to postpone sentencing, lawyer says. Now, I think that's crazy.
- 24:17Speaker 1: What do you mean she needs to postpone What do
- 24:20Speaker 1: you even have to get prepared for when it comes
- 24:22Speaker 1: to sentencing? You're coming in, you're going to sit there,
- 24:26Speaker 1: and the judge is going to sentence you. What does
- 24:28Speaker 1: that even mean, she's not prepared? This article was authored
- 24:33Speaker 1: by Sonia Mogi? Mof? Mogi? Whatever. Glenn Maxwell has been
- 24:40Speaker 1: placed on suicide watch, even though she is not suicidal,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and may need to postpone her sentencing according to a
- 24:47Speaker 1: letter filed on Saturday. by her attorney. Maxwell, 60, is
- 24:51Speaker 1: set to be sentenced on Tuesday in Manhattan federal court
- 24:55Speaker 1: after being found guilty of sex trafficking, a minor and
- 24:58Speaker 1: other charges related to a spiraling conspiracy to abuse young
- 25:03Speaker 1: girls with the wealthy financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. She is
- 25:08Speaker 1: currently being held at a federal detention facility in Brooklyn.
- 25:14Speaker 1: So I have no idea what they're even thinking about
- 25:17Speaker 1: when they're talking about how this should be postponed. That's
- 25:20Speaker 1: just crazy talk. There's nothing that would necessitate a postponement
- 25:25Speaker 1: of a sentencing. Now, maybe if this was like a
- 25:28Speaker 1: hearing or a trial she was trying to get prepared for,
- 25:31Speaker 1: that's a whole different ballgame, right? But when we're talking
- 25:34Speaker 1: about just a sentencing, I don't even understand what her
- 25:38Speaker 1: team is trying to say or do here. Attorney Bobby
- 25:42Speaker 1: Sternum said in a letter, Maxwell was abruptly removed from
- 25:46Speaker 1: general population, sent to solitary confinement, and placed on suicide
- 25:50Speaker 1: watch on Friday without a psychological evaluation and without justification. Now,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I'm sure that a psychological evaluation is probably the right
- 26:00Speaker 1: way to go about it, but if they're concerned that
- 26:03Speaker 1: she might try and hurt herself or inflict self-harm upon herself,
- 26:07Speaker 1: then they have to get ahead of it, right? Or
- 26:10Speaker 1: they're going to be dealing with another situation like with Epstein.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And who wants to deal with that? I'm sure the
- 26:15Speaker 1: people running this facility, they have enough problems with how
- 26:18Speaker 1: much of a shithole the jail is. The last thing
- 26:21Speaker 1: they want to do is have somebody like Maxwell die
- 26:24Speaker 1: on their watch, right? So, my guess is the warden
- 26:29Speaker 1: and the facility decided to be proactive here and move
- 26:34Speaker 1: her ahead of this so that they can stave off
- 26:39Speaker 1: Any issues, perhaps. I met with Ms. Maxwell today, Sternum
- 26:45Speaker 1: said in the letter. She is not suicidal. Well, that's
- 26:48Speaker 1: the same thing that Doug Schoen said about Jeffrey Epstein, right?
- 26:53Speaker 1: And then what happened? Either he was killed, he was,
- 26:55Speaker 1: you know, he's killed himself, whatever. Either way, he ended
- 26:59Speaker 1: up dead, right? So they're trying to avoid that for
- 27:04Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. CNN has reached out to the Bureau of
- 27:09Speaker 1: Prisons for comment on why Maxwell was placed on suicide watch.
- 27:13Speaker 1: It is unclear if Maxwell was placed on suicide watch
- 27:16Speaker 1: because of her link with Epstein. That would make sense, right?
- 27:20Speaker 1: Considering what we saw with Epstein and considering, you know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: the way that all went down, you would think that
- 27:28Speaker 1: they're going to be a bit more cautious here and
- 27:31Speaker 1: not be... willy-nilly with the way they're keeping Ghislaine Maxwell
- 27:37Speaker 1: locked up as she's waiting for this brutal-ass sentence, right?
- 27:41Speaker 1: Sternum said a psychologist evaluated Maxwell on Saturday morning and
- 27:46Speaker 1: determined she is not suicidal. The attorney argues Maxwell is
- 27:50Speaker 1: unable to properly prepare for sentencing. A spokesman for the U.S.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Attorney's Office for the U.S. District of New York declined
- 27:58Speaker 1: to comment. So... They're saying that she doesn't have the
- 28:02Speaker 1: proper amount of time or she can't prepare correctly while
- 28:05Speaker 1: she's in solitary confinement or on suicide watch. And the
- 28:09Speaker 1: question really is, what does that even mean? What does
- 28:12Speaker 1: she have to prepare for? I mean, she's already been convicted.
- 28:18Speaker 1: All the judge is doing is grounding her now, basically, right?
- 28:21Speaker 1: You're past the point where you're going to negotiate with
- 28:24Speaker 1: your parents. You're not sitting around asking for a more
- 28:27Speaker 1: lenient sentence here. You're going to prison. The question is,
- 28:32Speaker 1: how long are you going for? So studying the notes
- 28:36Speaker 1: and studying transcripts and all of that, I don't know
- 28:39Speaker 1: what good that'll do her. If Ms. Maxwell remains on
- 28:44Speaker 1: Suicide Watch... is prohibited from reviewing legal materials prior to sentencing,
- 28:50Speaker 1: becomes sleep deprived, and is denied sufficient time to meet
- 28:53Speaker 1: with and confer with counsel, we will be formally moving
- 28:57Speaker 1: on Monday for an adjournment, Sternum said. Well, you can
- 29:00Speaker 1: move for all you want. My hope is that the
- 29:03Speaker 1: court and the prosecutors will tell you to get stuffed.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Nobody wants to have an adjournment. Nobody needs a pause
- 29:12Speaker 1: in this. Can we get moving with life, please? And
- 29:14Speaker 1: more importantly, can the survivors get moving with life, please?
- 29:22Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors asked a judge in a court filing on
- 29:25Speaker 1: Wednesday to sentence Maxwell to 30 to 55 years in prison,
- 29:29Speaker 1: arguing she made the choice to sexually exploit numerous underage girls.
- 29:33Speaker 1: And that's what a lot of people seem to forget.
- 29:35Speaker 1: She made these choices. She's the one who decided to
- 29:38Speaker 1: go and hang out with Epstein, to molest these girls
- 29:41Speaker 1: with Epstein, to traffic these girls to Epstein. So she
- 29:46Speaker 1: made this choice. I love when people are like, oh, well,
- 29:49Speaker 1: you know, she's being taken down and used as a scapegoat. No,
- 29:53Speaker 1: she's being punished for her own part in this. Now,
- 29:57Speaker 1: if you want to talk about other people who have
- 29:59Speaker 1: a part who have not been punished, that is certainly
- 30:02Speaker 1: a valid conversation. But don't try and lessen the impact
- 30:06Speaker 1: that Maxwell had on the operation by trying to say, well,
- 30:11Speaker 1: she's just taken the fall now. No, she's not getting
- 30:14Speaker 1: enough as far as I'm concerned when it comes to punishment.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers last week asked a judge to sentence her
- 30:24Speaker 1: to between 4.25 and 5.25 years in prison, saying her
- 30:29Speaker 1: difficult childhood made her vulnerable to Epstein, and she could
- 30:33Speaker 1: not face a harsh sentence because of his actions. I mean, wow.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Not to beat a dead horse here, but how many
- 30:40Speaker 1: people in prison or jail had a lot worse of
- 30:43Speaker 1: an upbringing than Ghislaine Maxwell, had a lot worse shake
- 30:46Speaker 1: of it? And it's because her dad... was mean to her,
- 30:50Speaker 1: that's the reason she went out and molested kids? Sorry,
- 30:53Speaker 1: that's not a valid defense. Epstein, who pleaded guilty in
- 30:59Speaker 1: 2008 to state prostitution charges, was indicted on federal sex
- 31:04Speaker 1: trafficking charges on July 2019, but died by suicide in
- 31:09Speaker 1: a Manhattan federal detention facility a month later, allegedly. The
- 31:14Speaker 1: facility has since been closed down, possibly temporarily, to address issues. Maxwell,
- 31:20Speaker 1: his confidant and former girlfriend, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow
- 31:24Speaker 1: child abuser, and bipedal serpent, was arrested a year afterward
- 31:29Speaker 1: and has been in jail since. Prosecutors say Maxwell helped
- 31:33Speaker 1: Epstein set up a scheme to lure young girls into
- 31:35Speaker 1: sexual relationships between 1994 and 2004. And we all know
- 31:41Speaker 1: it was much more than that. She was also training
- 31:43Speaker 1: the Corps 4. She was, you know, grooming Epstein. Sarah
- 31:48Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers to take over as far as setting up
- 31:51Speaker 1: the massage appointments, you know, getting the girls ready for massages.
- 31:57Speaker 1: You know, Maxwell had a big part to play in this,
- 31:59Speaker 1: and it wasn't just some shrinking violet who was along
- 32:02Speaker 1: for the ride. She was found guilty of five federal
- 32:08Speaker 1: charges in December, including sex trafficking of a minor, transporting
- 32:12Speaker 1: a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity,
- 32:15Speaker 1: and and three related counts of conspiracy. However, she will
- 32:19Speaker 1: only be sentenced on three counts after the judge presiding
- 32:23Speaker 1: over her case agreed two of the conspiracy counts she
- 32:27Speaker 1: faced were repetitive. And that was a great idea, huh?
- 32:31Speaker 1: I don't care if they're as repetitive as the day
- 32:34Speaker 1: is long. Whatever the counts she's charged with, she should
- 32:37Speaker 1: be hit with the time for those counts and have
- 32:40Speaker 1: to go to jail for it. Just like anybody else.
- 32:45Speaker 1: The whole entire ask of four and a half to
- 32:48Speaker 1: five years is one of the most ludicrous things I
- 32:51Speaker 1: have ever seen in my whole entire life. And folks,
- 32:55Speaker 1: we all know the world is full of ludicrous things.
- 32:59Speaker 1: This lady trying to get off soft like this, what
- 33:02Speaker 1: does she think she has? A marijuana possession charge? I mean, really?
- 33:07Speaker 1: You're going to try and come out here and get
- 33:09Speaker 1: less time than someone who gets busted for, say, illegal gambling?
- 33:15Speaker 1: or somebody who is, you know, engaging in some kind
- 33:19Speaker 1: of criminal malfeasance, financial malfeasance, you're going to get less
- 33:24Speaker 1: time than them, huh? Please somebody make that make sense,
- 33:28Speaker 1: because it does not. Ghislaine Maxwell deserves the max sentence here,
- 33:32Speaker 1: and let's hope afterwards she gets hit with a max
- 33:34Speaker 1: sentence on that perjury charge as well. All right, folks,
- 33:39Speaker 1: that's going to do it. If you'd like to contact me,
- 33:41Speaker 1: you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
- 33:49Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
- 33:53Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed can be
- 34:00Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, folks, I'll be
- 34:03Speaker 1: back later on. Hope all of you are having a
- 34:05Speaker 1: good day. the ongoing Ghislaine Maxwell saga as she tries
- 34:11Speaker 1: and maneuvers herself into a position where she has the
- 34:17Speaker 1: narrative set that she is being so mistreated in jail,
- 34:21Speaker 1: that she is being treated so poorly in jail. And
- 34:25Speaker 1: with the COVID outbreak on top of that, how can't
- 34:29Speaker 1: you give her bail? Well, we know that the prosecutors
- 34:34Speaker 1: sent a letter to the court and explained the treatment
- 34:39Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell and pretty much slapped down the assertions
- 34:43Speaker 1: made by her and her legal team. Well, of course,
- 34:50Speaker 1: that wasn't going to be where it ends. Ghislaine Maxwell
- 34:53Speaker 1: and her legal team have filed a brief now with
- 34:56Speaker 1: the court and they're disputing what the federal government is saying.
- 35:04Speaker 1: They're disputing what the Bureau of Prisons is saying. And
- 35:09Speaker 1: of course, we knew this was coming, right? Again, Ghislaine
- 35:14Speaker 1: Maxwell and her legal team, they're not going to just
- 35:17Speaker 1: sit on their hands. They're not just going to take
- 35:20Speaker 1: it laying down and say, sure, put me in prison
- 35:22Speaker 1: for the rest of my life. They're going to use
- 35:27Speaker 1: whatever is necessary to try and get this vile woman
- 35:34Speaker 1: this new bail hearing, and then get her out of
- 35:37Speaker 1: jail while she awaits trial. That is their goal. And
- 35:41Speaker 1: they will use whatever loophole, whatever technicality, whatever they possibly
- 35:46Speaker 1: can to try and achieve this goal. Now, so far,
- 35:53Speaker 1: the judge has not really been too receptive to Ghislaine
- 35:57Speaker 1: Maxwell and her strategies. Their legal team, Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team,
- 36:06Speaker 1: has taken loss after loss in multiple courtrooms as they
- 36:12Speaker 1: try and navigate their way through this very dangerous obstacle
- 36:18Speaker 1: course that is Ghislaine Maxwell and the truth. See, it's
- 36:24Speaker 1: difficult to defend a client when you know that that
- 36:28Speaker 1: client is not innocent. And you see that whole entire
- 36:32Speaker 1: strategy form before your eyes as they continue to try
- 36:37Speaker 1: and find those technicalities, right? This is never going to
- 36:40Speaker 1: be a case where her lawyers are like, oh yeah,
- 36:44Speaker 1: she's innocent. She didn't do any of this stuff. That's
- 36:47Speaker 1: not what they're looking for. They're looking for some sort
- 36:49Speaker 1: of technicality, some sort of loophole, some sort of narrative
- 36:54Speaker 1: that they can run with like this one. Oh, the judge,
- 36:58Speaker 1: she's being treated so badly. She's not getting treated like
- 37:00Speaker 1: the rest of the inmates. And she's getting a flashlight
- 37:03Speaker 1: shined in her face every five minutes. And they try
- 37:07Speaker 1: and build that narrative. And they wrap it up with
- 37:11Speaker 1: the COVID pandemic. And then that becomes their talking point, right? Oh,
- 37:21Speaker 1: she should be let out. Her conditions are terrible in
- 37:23Speaker 1: jail as it is. And then you add this COVID
- 37:26Speaker 1: on top of it. You have to let her out.
- 37:31Speaker 1: And that is the position that her legal team has
- 37:35Speaker 1: right now. And they're going to do everything that they
- 37:38Speaker 1: can to try and push that narrative and to get
- 37:41Speaker 1: Judge Nathan to sign off on it. So... They fired
- 37:47Speaker 1: off their brief in response to the brief that was
- 37:51Speaker 1: sent over by the prosecutors. And that is what we're
- 37:54Speaker 1: going to talk about this morning. So this article is
- 37:58Speaker 1: from the New York Post. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell losing her
- 38:02Speaker 1: hair from onerous imprisonment, lawyers say. This article was authored
- 38:09Speaker 1: by Rebecca Rosenberg. So the jail conditions are what's causing
- 38:15Speaker 1: her to lose her hair, huh? Mmm, I doubt it.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Maybe the stress brought on by being in jail can
- 38:21Speaker 1: make you lose some of your hair. But just being
- 38:24Speaker 1: in jail, all of a sudden you go bald? All
- 38:26Speaker 1: of a sudden you lose those locks? And now you're
- 38:29Speaker 1: rocking a Telly Savalas balded head? What does that even mean?
- 38:35Speaker 1: The conditions in jail are making her lose her hair.
- 38:39Speaker 1: How about the fact that she's stressing constantly about never
- 38:43Speaker 1: seeing the light of day again? That's making her lose
- 38:46Speaker 1: her hair, probably. I mean, look, I don't work at
- 38:49Speaker 1: the Bosley Hair Club for men or anything like that,
- 38:51Speaker 1: but you know. Conditions in jail are so tough for
- 38:56Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. The accused pedophile procurer, co-conspirator, fellow scumbag, general
- 39:04Speaker 1: all-around scumbag, and bipedal serpent, is losing her hair and
- 39:09Speaker 1: is wasting away to skin and bone, her lawyers complained
- 39:13Speaker 1: in a new court filing, and now... Remember, this comes
- 39:16Speaker 1: on the tail end of the prosecutors sending their brief
- 39:21Speaker 1: over and denying all of this already. Because these assertions
- 39:26Speaker 1: were made by her legal team previously, remember. and they've
- 39:30Speaker 1: been talking about how bad her conditions are in jail
- 39:33Speaker 1: how terrible things are for Ghislaine Maxwell in jail for
- 39:38Speaker 1: pretty much the whole entire duration of her stay so
- 39:41Speaker 1: far and certainly since Bobby Sternheim has joined the team
- 39:46Speaker 1: that has been one of the uh Constant talking points
- 39:51Speaker 1: for Bobbi Sternheim since she's joined Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team
- 39:55Speaker 1: and she has been laser focused on trying to leverage
- 40:01Speaker 1: some of these technicalities into a get out of jail
- 40:04Speaker 1: free card for Ghislaine Maxwell. While her weight may currently
- 40:09Speaker 1: be fairly consistent, she had lost over 15 pounds and
- 40:13Speaker 1: she is sustaining hair loss, wrote attorney Bobbi Sternheim. In
- 40:17Speaker 1: the letter to U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan, who is
- 40:20Speaker 1: overseeing Maxwell's sex trafficking case. Again, stress can cause all
- 40:25Speaker 1: of that, right? Anxiety, stress, lose weight, stop eating, withdraw.
- 40:32Speaker 1: All of that stuff can occur. And is she under
- 40:36Speaker 1: a lot of stress? Hell yeah. Is she experiencing a
- 40:38Speaker 1: ton of anxiety? Probably. So again, I don't think it's
- 40:44Speaker 1: the actual prison case. stay that is causing her to
- 40:49Speaker 1: have any sort of issue lose some hair maybe or
- 40:52Speaker 1: lose a couple of pounds pretty sure that has to
- 40:55Speaker 1: do with the stress of being in prison the filing
- 41:01Speaker 1: was in response to a letter the federal bureau bureau
- 41:05Speaker 1: of prison sent the judge insisting that maxwell is well
- 41:09Speaker 1: cared for and has maintained a healthy 134 pound weight
- 41:14Speaker 1: while at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Now, we
- 41:22Speaker 1: know that according to Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team, she's saying
- 41:28Speaker 1: that Ghislaine lost 15 pounds. But according to the brief
- 41:32Speaker 1: filed by the Department of Prisons, they said she was
- 41:37Speaker 1: fluctuating between a couple of pounds, give or take. So
- 41:41Speaker 1: like usual, there's three sides to the story. Her side,
- 41:47Speaker 1: the government's side, and then the truth. Because the government's
- 41:52Speaker 1: smarmy too, folks. Believe it, right? So I take everything
- 41:55Speaker 1: they say to me with a grain of salt as well.
- 41:58Speaker 1: But it's obvious what Ghislaine Maxwell is up to here.
- 42:03Speaker 1: She's definitely trying to leverage this. Her lawyers are trying
- 42:07Speaker 1: to leverage this. And they're going to use any tools.
- 42:13Speaker 1: that they find in their toolbox that they think can
- 42:16Speaker 1: get the job done, even if it's not the proper tool, right?
- 42:20Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to use the back end of the
- 42:23Speaker 1: measuring tape to hammer in the nail. And that's what
- 42:28Speaker 1: these people are doing right now. They're scrambling, looking for
- 42:31Speaker 1: any avenue, any foothold that they can dig their feet into.
- 42:38Speaker 1: And build a proper strategy to try and get her
- 42:40Speaker 1: off the hook. Because again. They'll never ever ever ever ever.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Be able to win in a trial in my opinion.
- 42:49Speaker 1: A jury. Of her peers. Is going to hear the evidence.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Laid out before her. And it is going to be.
- 42:59Speaker 1: A real rough go. For her lawyers to try and
- 43:02Speaker 1: get this lady. Off the hook. Especially considering. just the
- 43:08Speaker 1: circumstantial evidence that's available to us and imagine if they
- 43:13Speaker 1: go and get all of these girls the ones from
- 43:16Speaker 1: palm beach all the little the little high school girls
- 43:19Speaker 1: all the girls that were abused after and they come
- 43:22Speaker 1: in and they testify against Ghislaine Maxwell one after one
- 43:26Speaker 1: and you just have a line and a line a
- 43:31Speaker 1: line of girls that are testifying against Ghislaine Maxwell How
- 43:36Speaker 1: was her defense team supposed to counteract that? Well my
- 43:41Speaker 1: client says she didn't do it. So that's the end
- 43:43Speaker 1: of that. Let's wrap this trial up. She's looking at
- 43:49Speaker 1: big time trouble. And if they really go after this
- 43:53Speaker 1: case the way they should. And they continue to prosecute
- 43:56Speaker 1: this case. In an aggressive manner. Then the only hope
- 44:01Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has. In my opinion. is one of these
- 44:05Speaker 1: technicalities or one of these loopholes. Maxwell's lawyers have frequently
- 44:11Speaker 1: complained about the terrible terms of her confinement, including frequent
- 44:16Speaker 1: strip searches, being awoken every 15 minutes by a flashlight
- 44:20Speaker 1: at night to ensure she's still alive, and countless meals
- 44:24Speaker 1: consisting of no more than bread and butter. Oh, I
- 44:28Speaker 1: don't buy that. I certainly don't buy that. Just bread
- 44:31Speaker 1: and butter? What is this, 1956 at Leavenworth? Give me
- 44:37Speaker 1: a break, bread and butter. Maybe that's all she's chosen
- 44:43Speaker 1: to eat off of her fantastic spread of bologna, corn,
- 44:48Speaker 1: 18-day-old cornbread, and then some bread and butter. Maybe she
- 44:55Speaker 1: chose just to eat the bread and butter, but I'm
- 44:57Speaker 1: sure she was provided with a full meal. Like every
- 45:00Speaker 1: other inmate. Three hots and a cot. That's the deal.
- 45:05Speaker 1: When you go and have a stay. Courtesy of the
- 45:09Speaker 1: federal government. Sternheim wrote that while her meal plan may
- 45:14Speaker 1: be in compliance with the BOP policy now. It was
- 45:18Speaker 1: not for the first six weeks of her incarceration. Oh
- 45:22Speaker 1: I'm sure. I'm sure that she was just being starved.
- 45:25Speaker 1: They weren't giving her any food whatsoever. They were like, starve, Ghislaine.
- 45:30Speaker 1: You're not having any food. That's what they would have
- 45:35Speaker 1: you believe. That the prison guards would come by and
- 45:40Speaker 1: it was like Shawshank Redemption. They'd beat her. They'd pull
- 45:44Speaker 1: her out of the cell. They'd strip search her in
- 45:46Speaker 1: a violent manner. And then once she starts calming down
- 45:49Speaker 1: and she starts falling asleep, they point a flashlight in
- 45:54Speaker 1: her eyes. Give me a break, okay? She gets a
- 46:00Speaker 1: flashlight pointed in her cell like every other convict. She
- 46:08Speaker 1: has been kept in isolation and been denied access to
- 46:12Speaker 1: education and leisure programs, movies, religious services, and other opportunities
- 46:18Speaker 1: the letter states. Wait a minute. All of a sudden
- 46:21Speaker 1: she's religious? She's found God now? She's going to go
- 46:25Speaker 1: and do a little bit of a hallelujah? And as
- 46:33Speaker 1: far as education, the Oxford-educated Ghislaine Maxwell is going to
- 46:40Speaker 1: take a few community college courses while she's in the Huskow, huh?
- 46:45Speaker 1: All right. Okay. I guess maybe if there's a course
- 46:50Speaker 1: on morality, maybe she should take that because she obviously
- 46:53Speaker 1: skipped that course at Oxford. And leisure programs? What does
- 46:59Speaker 1: that even mean? What, is she going to be out
- 47:02Speaker 1: on the yard with the other girls making friendship bracelets?
- 47:08Speaker 1: Her lawyers really think you're stupid. They really think you're dumb.
- 47:12Speaker 1: And they think you're going to believe this nonsensical narrative
- 47:15Speaker 1: that they're trying to pitch. But they're wrong. Leisure time, huh?
- 47:22Speaker 1: Leisure time is for people who didn't abuse children, Ghislaine.
- 47:28Speaker 1: It's obvious that Ms. Maxwell is bearing the brunt of
- 47:32Speaker 1: BOP incompetence, Sternheim wrote. No, she's bearing the brunt of
- 47:37Speaker 1: her own incompetence, her own disgusting deeds, and her own
- 47:42Speaker 1: vile way of life. The Department of Corrections and the
- 47:50Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons? Well, that's just part of your new journey, Ghislaine.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Get used to it, okay? Get very, very, very used
- 48:00Speaker 1: to it. Because while the Department of Prisons, the Bureau
- 48:07Speaker 1: of Prisons might be incompetent, if anyone has ever deserved
- 48:13Speaker 1: to be in custody, it most certainly is this bipedal serpent,
- 48:20Speaker 1: in my opinion. She said the MD, she said the
- 48:26Speaker 1: MDC has imposed extraordinarily onerous conditions of constraint on Ms.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Maxwell to avoid the catastrophic consequences of negligence occurring at
- 48:36Speaker 1: the MCC that resulted in the death of Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
- 48:41Speaker 1: shouldn't you be happy about that if you're the lawyer? What,
- 48:44Speaker 1: you want her to get killed? Does that benefit you
- 48:47Speaker 1: or something, Ms. Sternheim? She kills herself or something happens
- 48:50Speaker 1: to her. What then? No more gaudy checks rolling in
- 48:54Speaker 1: for you. So what is it that you propose? Do
- 48:57Speaker 1: you propose that she leaves isolation and she's put on
- 49:00Speaker 1: the main line? Do you propose that she is given
- 49:06Speaker 1: a whole wing of the jail to come and go
- 49:09Speaker 1: as she pleases? What is it exactly that you propose? Oh,
- 49:13Speaker 1: we know. Has nothing to do with any of this.
- 49:17Speaker 1: It's all about trying to get her out. That. is
- 49:20Speaker 1: what you're setting up miss sternheim it is so transparent
- 49:27Speaker 1: what these people are up to maxwell's alleged co-conspirator fellow
- 49:33Speaker 1: child abuser general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent as well
- 49:39Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself at the BOP's Metropolitan Correctional Center
- 49:44Speaker 1: in Manhattan last year while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Uh,
- 49:51Speaker 1: hanged himself, huh? You mean allegedly hanged himself? I'm sure
- 49:56Speaker 1: him and Nicholas Tartaglione were discussing, you know, chicken-colored parmesan
- 50:01Speaker 1: recipes and how Jeffrey Epstein could, you know, make a
- 50:05Speaker 1: proper Sunday sauce. Sternheim demanded that the warden be called
- 50:12Speaker 1: before the court to debrief the judge directly on the conditions. Well, look,
- 50:17Speaker 1: to be honest with you, I don't think it's a
- 50:18Speaker 1: bad idea if the warden gets called before a judge
- 50:23Speaker 1: at some point anyway for this facility to make sure
- 50:26Speaker 1: the whole facility is being managed correctly. Not about what
- 50:34Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is up to. You really think the warden
- 50:37Speaker 1: has time for that? As if there isn't, you know,
- 50:40Speaker 1: X amount of other prisoners that have to be facilitated
- 50:44Speaker 1: and maintained and watched over. So the warden should come
- 50:48Speaker 1: down and have a chat about Ghislaine Maxwell. What makes
- 50:51Speaker 1: her so effing special? The back and forth over Maxwell's
- 50:57Speaker 1: confinement comes as her attorneys have renewed her bid for bail.
- 51:02Speaker 1: That right there tells you everything you need to know.
- 51:04Speaker 1: That one little portion of this article. The back and
- 51:10Speaker 1: forth over Maxwell's confinement comes as her attorneys have renewed
- 51:15Speaker 1: her bid for bail. That's what this is all about, folks.
- 51:19Speaker 1: That's all that this is about. They know that Maxwell's
- 51:25Speaker 1: being treated like anybody else would be treated in there.
- 51:27Speaker 1: They know that. But they're going to try and spin it.
- 51:30Speaker 1: They're going to try and dress up the facts. And
- 51:32Speaker 1: they're going to try and sell it to you as
- 51:35Speaker 1: if she is being treated like she is in a
- 51:38Speaker 1: Soviet gulag. After her arrest in July on charges she
- 51:45Speaker 1: recruited girls and women to be sexually abused by her
- 51:48Speaker 1: and Epstein, Nathan denied her bid for a lease on
- 51:51Speaker 1: a $ 5 million bond. $ 5 million? That was a weak
- 51:55Speaker 1: proposal anyway, by the way. How are you going to
- 51:58Speaker 1: come with a weak-ass, sorry-ass $ 5 million proposal for bail
- 52:03Speaker 1: when Epstein was talking about $ 100 million? Because, I'll tell you,
- 52:10Speaker 1: in my opinion, Ghislaine Maxwell was just as bad as
- 52:13Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. She wasn't some shrinking violet. She wasn't somebody
- 52:19Speaker 1: who was just getting orders and doing a yes-man routine.
- 52:26Speaker 1: She was hatching these plots. She was making sure that
- 52:29Speaker 1: they went into motion. And the lieutenants below her, the
- 52:32Speaker 1: Corps 4, well, they were there to make sure that
- 52:38Speaker 1: Ghislaine and Jeffrey's orders were followed to a T. In
- 52:46Speaker 1: a November 25th letter to the judge, unsealed Monday, Maxwell's lawyer,
- 52:50Speaker 1: Mark Cohen, asked that the bail application be filed under
- 52:55Speaker 1: seal 2. to protect her friends and family who plan
- 52:58Speaker 1: to co-sign the bond. Zero chance that's occurring. This will
- 53:02Speaker 1: all be a public spectacle. This is something that the
- 53:05Speaker 1: public has an interest in. And the days of hiding
- 53:09Speaker 1: in the shadows for these people are over. If you're
- 53:14Speaker 1: going to sign the bond to try and get Ghislaine
- 53:17Speaker 1: Maxwell out and you're going to co-sign her, then that's
- 53:19Speaker 1: probably going to come with some scrutiny from the media, right?
- 53:22Speaker 1: You would think. Now, should anybody be sending death threats
- 53:27Speaker 1: to anybody or threatening anybody? Hell no. Hell no. That's
- 53:32Speaker 1: lunatic behavior. But as far as talking about people who
- 53:42Speaker 1: co-sign these bonds or people that are involved in trying
- 53:45Speaker 1: to spring her, hell yeah, that's going to be discussed.
- 53:48Speaker 1: It's an important part of the story. It adds context, right?
- 53:52Speaker 1: All of the people that are around her, all of
- 53:54Speaker 1: the people that are working with her and for her
- 53:56Speaker 1: to try and get her out, they're all parts of
- 53:58Speaker 1: this story. And the second that you put your name
- 54:01Speaker 1: down on a legal document like this, you inject yourself
- 54:05Speaker 1: into that story. And people are going to have some questions.
- 54:12Speaker 1: They are legitimately afraid that if their identities become public,
- 54:16Speaker 1: they will be subjected to the same relentless media scrutiny
- 54:20Speaker 1: and threats that Ms. Maxwell has experienced, Cohen wrote. Again,
- 54:24Speaker 1: anybody out there threatening anybody else is an absolute moron.
- 54:32Speaker 1: The idea is to air these people out and put
- 54:36Speaker 1: pressure on prosecution to bring them to justice. And furthermore,
- 54:47Speaker 1: have people around Maxwell received some shitty emails probably? Yeah, probably.
- 54:51Speaker 1: That's just the nature of the beast, right? But unfortunately
- 54:57Speaker 1: for them, they're defending a very vile person. And there's
- 55:04Speaker 1: going to be a lot of people with a lot
- 55:06Speaker 1: of questions. So while I'll never condone any sort of abusive,
- 55:12Speaker 1: bullying behavior... Or threatening people. That's a bunch of bullshit.
- 55:18Speaker 1: I do support hard questions. And guess what? Those hard
- 55:22Speaker 1: questions don't have to be framed nicely. These people for
- 55:28Speaker 1: way too long. Have gone off with softball questions. If
- 55:33Speaker 1: questions were even ever asked. And now things get ramped
- 55:37Speaker 1: up a little bit. And some hard questions come in
- 55:40Speaker 1: from a few different... Different areas, different people. And all
- 55:46Speaker 1: of a sudden it's, oh, we're being harassed. Oh, we're
- 55:48Speaker 1: being threatened. And I don't buy it. Just more fodder
- 55:54Speaker 1: for the narrative. More fodder for their narrative. And it
- 55:59Speaker 1: goes to help bolster their argument that Ghislaine Maxwell should
- 56:05Speaker 1: be out of jail waiting for bail. At least in
- 56:08Speaker 1: their mind. The filing included examples of several death threats
- 56:13Speaker 1: against Maxwell posted to social media. The judge has agreed
- 56:17Speaker 1: to redact the names of friends and family in court papers,
- 56:20Speaker 1: but not to seal the entire filing. So, I'm pretty
- 56:26Speaker 1: sure anybody who has ever had any sort of publicity
- 56:34Speaker 1: has received death threats on social media. Have you folks
- 56:37Speaker 1: taken a look At Twitter lately... And the unhinged behavior...
- 56:41Speaker 1: You see on there on a regular basis... So I'm sure...
- 56:47Speaker 1: There's been some wild ass people... Posting some wild ass shit...
- 56:50Speaker 1: On social media... But they'll blow that up into... Like...
- 56:54Speaker 1: There's a... Faction of ninja assassins... On the trail... Looking
- 56:59Speaker 1: to get Ghislaine Maxwell... And her family... When that's not
- 57:03Speaker 1: the case... People have questions... Some of those questions are
- 57:09Speaker 1: hard and some of those questions might be gruff. But
- 57:14Speaker 1: guess what? Ghislaine Maxwell has herself to blame for all
- 57:20Speaker 1: of this. She created this for herself. She chose to
- 57:23Speaker 1: cavort with Jeffrey Epstein. She chose to be involved in
- 57:26Speaker 1: this criminal conspiracy. And she chose to help abuse these
- 57:30Speaker 1: children and girls. So if you're going to co-sign for
- 57:35Speaker 1: somebody like this. And you're going to come out swinging
- 57:38Speaker 1: in her defense. Don't think that you're not going to
- 57:43Speaker 1: be met in the center of the octagon. And challenged.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Because this lady right here is as vile as they come.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I don't see one single reason why she should be
- 58:02Speaker 1: out on bail. while she awaits her trial. And all
- 58:06Speaker 1: of the stuff that her legal team has brought before us,
- 58:10Speaker 1: all of the assertions that they have made, they have
- 58:14Speaker 1: provided no evidence of any of this. These are all
- 58:17Speaker 1: just assertions. And as far as I can tell, a
- 58:21Speaker 1: bunch of hyperbole from her legal team. So hopefully Judge
- 58:26Speaker 1: Nathan recognizes all of this for what it is. She
- 58:29Speaker 1: seems to be doing that. And I can understand the
- 58:33Speaker 1: redacting of some of the names. I get that, right? Eventually,
- 58:37Speaker 1: it's all going to come out. But I understand some
- 58:40Speaker 1: of the redacting of the names. If there's some maniacs
- 58:42Speaker 1: contacting these people, I get it. But at the end
- 58:45Speaker 1: of the day, it's not going to stay private forever
- 58:48Speaker 1: or for long. It's going to come out who is
- 58:51Speaker 1: defending Ghislaine Maxwell, who is putting up dough for her
- 58:54Speaker 1: to get out of jail. All of that stuff is
- 58:56Speaker 1: going to come out. And we know that she still
- 59:02Speaker 1: has friends. We know that she still has some connections.
- 59:05Speaker 1: I've said it from the jump, though, that she has
- 59:08Speaker 1: been burned as an asset. She no longer is afforded
- 59:12Speaker 1: the protections that she had while she was being run
- 59:15Speaker 1: as an asset with Epstein. Those protections are long gone.
- 59:19Speaker 1: But she still does enjoy some of the contact she
- 59:22Speaker 1: once had. And she might have that dirt. on some
- 59:27Speaker 1: of these people as well. And you would think she does, right?
- 59:30Speaker 1: So that puts her still in a pretty decent position
- 59:34Speaker 1: to try and perhaps twist an arm or two to
- 59:38Speaker 1: get some help here. But as far as having the
- 59:42Speaker 1: backing and protection of the intelligence community, that's done. She's
- 59:48Speaker 1: burned as an asset, just like Epstein. And now they're
- 59:51Speaker 1: left to float on their own. And all those ties
- 59:53Speaker 1: that they had to intelligence... be it, you know, Mossad,
- 59:59Speaker 1: the CIA, Russian intelligence, whatever it may be. All of
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: those ties, all of that evidence that ties them together
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: has been burned, just like their assets, Epstein and Maxwell,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: because that's how the intelligence community works. You're never going
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: to be able to put together a puzzle and have
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: it show the intelligence community's fingers in this. That's going
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: to only be done... by hard-charging forensic accounting work. My
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: question is, when in the hell are we going to
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: start seeing that? If you'd like to contact me, you
