- 2:13Speaker 1: love that. What really really makes a show that I

- 2:24Speaker 1: are a part of a family. You guys make exactly
- 2:28Speaker 1: who they are and who you guys are as a family,
- 2:30Speaker 1: because there's so many great content creators that don't have,
- 2:33Speaker 1: you know, as strong a following, like the Lemon Squad.
- 2:35Speaker 1: When d Lemon came on the show, the Lemon Squad
- 2:38Speaker 1: was in full force and it was an absolutely amazing episode.
- 2:42Speaker 1: So while you guys are here, I'm going to just
- 2:44Speaker 1: let you guys know that there is a giveaway on
- 2:46Speaker 1: this show. We did a contest a couple of weeks ago.

- 3:21Speaker 1: He likes poop. He likes to talk poop. He likes
- 3:23Speaker 1: to talk farts. He is one of the amazing hosts
- 3:26Speaker 1: of The Talking Beard Show. So if you guys are
- 3:28Speaker 1: ever looking for something to do on a Tuesday, head
- 3:31Speaker 1: on over to facebook dot com slash Talking Beard's very
- 3:35Speaker 1: amazing show with a great bearded community. In their news
- 3:38Speaker 1: guy I heard he's pretty cool even though they don't
- 3:42Speaker 1: really know his name Mers the new name, right, but
- 3:46Speaker 1: great show, great dudes, great looking guy. But h and
- 3:50Speaker 1: Mark Jones is here all right. So, like we mentioned earlier,
- 3:53Speaker 1: we have a pretty cool artist creative from part of
- 3:56Speaker 1: the creative corner that that we're gonna talk about. So
- 3:59Speaker 1: let's bring in kind of the inspiration of this segment.
- 4:02Speaker 1: The person that kind of threw out this idea in
- 4:05Speaker 1: part of the bi weekly segment that we do so
- 4:08Speaker 1: without further ado, the one the Only Me Madelyne Janelle
- 4:11Speaker 1: Are What's happening? Hey, guys, thanks for joining us. I'm
- 4:17Speaker 1: super excited for tonight. What about you me too?
- 4:20Speaker 4: Actually, this is one of the more powerful stories that
- 4:23Speaker 4: I've ever read from an artist on how they got
- 4:26Speaker 4: into artwork to begin with.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, So, like we kind of talked about in sound
- 4:31Speaker 1: check behind the scenes, is this is gonna be a
- 4:34Speaker 1: pretty It could be a pretty emotional show. We have
- 4:37Speaker 1: two amazing stories that you know, if you're gonna cry,
- 4:41Speaker 1: it's gonna be happy tears. Like two very in my opinion,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and inspiring and just just a great couple of stories
- 4:49Speaker 1: and everything. And like I said, Fight with Buddies fan
- 4:53Speaker 1: is here, his his his friends, his family are in
- 4:56Speaker 1: the house and he he apparently doesn't like public speaking.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I did not know that going in there. So we're
- 5:02Speaker 1: gonna make sure that he's very comfortable and it's gonna
- 5:04Speaker 1: be a great episode. And sometimes he gets a little
- 5:07Speaker 1: you can be uncomfortable having to sit next to this guy.
- 5:09Speaker 1: So it's gonna be all right. We're gonna get you
- 5:12Speaker 1: through this. So yeah, and shout out skaks, shout out
- 5:15Speaker 1: speakspeare yes there she is, so uh yeah, you wanna
- 5:22Speaker 1: you wanna get you want to get going on this?
- 5:24Speaker 2: Oh?
- 5:24Speaker 5: Absolutely us do this all right?
- 5:27Speaker 4: So, her her handle on Instagram and on TikTok is
- 5:30Speaker 4: Angel Speed. But her name is Lauren and like Matt said,
- 5:34Speaker 4: she's from the UK and I talked to her. She
- 5:37Speaker 4: sent me a very brief backstory of her life and
- 5:41Speaker 4: how it led to her artwork today. And I'm gonna
- 5:44Speaker 4: say that there are some things that could be triggered
- 5:48Speaker 4: for people. So it's medical and a little bit of abuse,
- 5:52Speaker 4: so just be prepared. It does have a heavy ending.
- 5:56Speaker 4: So I'm gonna go ahead and read what she sent me.
- 5:58Speaker 4: So when I say, I am actually speaking on Laurn's behalf.
- 6:01Speaker 4: After having children, I was diagnosed as having fibromyalgia and
- 6:05Speaker 4: degenerative degenerative disc disease in most of my spine. I
- 6:09Speaker 4: had been domestically abused and assaulted, which caused damage to
- 6:13Speaker 4: my lumbar spine. I started coloring in adult coloring books
- 6:16Speaker 4: because I was bored being stuck in bed all the time.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Then one day in twenty sixteen, I found out my
- 6:21Speaker 4: fiance was cheating on me, so I left him. I
- 6:24Speaker 4: lost weight, started taking better care of myself and met
- 6:26Speaker 4: someone new, which was brief, but I ended up pregnant.
- 6:29Speaker 4: I was born to have I was born to have
- 6:32Speaker 4: an abortion because my body couldn't cope with having another child.
- 6:35Speaker 4: But I just couldn't do it knowing what my children
- 6:37Speaker 4: were already like fast forward to seven months pregnant in
- 6:40Speaker 4: a wheelchaired. By this point, I had severe headaches I
- 6:43Speaker 4: thought were migraines, but it turned out I was having
- 6:45Speaker 4: a stroke. Two blood clots formed and my cerebral sinus
- 6:49Speaker 4: veins to and from my cerebral cortex. I had brain
- 6:52Speaker 4: damage and I had to learn to speak, walk, and
- 6:54Speaker 4: use my hands all over again. I had my baby
- 6:57Speaker 4: brought out early and was and he was in the
- 6:59Speaker 4: nicku for a while. My sister put braids in my
- 7:02Speaker 4: hair because she said it would be easier for me
- 7:03Speaker 4: to manage. My parents had already moved in with me
- 7:06Speaker 4: at this point. Then at Christmas twenty nineteen, my mom
- 7:09Speaker 4: bought me an Apple pencil. From there, I downloaded pro
- 7:11Speaker 4: Create and just started doodling. The first photographic that I
- 7:14Speaker 4: attempted was Madeline. I finished in twenty two and a
- 7:17Speaker 4: half hours, totally averse span a few days, and that
- 7:20Speaker 4: became more and more frequent. Eventually I had painted one
- 7:23Speaker 4: hundred and thirty paintings in one hundred and twelve days.
- 7:26Speaker 4: My Facebook page is angel Speed Portrait Art and I
- 7:29Speaker 4: do commissions. Although one hundred and twenty eight paintings were
- 7:31Speaker 4: done for free, that's the reasoning.
- 7:35Speaker 5: While yeah, I don't.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So we're going to show off too. We're going to
- 7:39Speaker 1: show off a couple. And she said, I believe yours
- 7:42Speaker 1: was the first one, correct, right, right?
- 7:45Speaker 2: So this is.
- 7:47Speaker 1: This is I'm assuming this is the one. Yeah, yep,
- 7:50Speaker 1: so this is the first one she did. And I
- 7:53Speaker 1: was I'm thankful enough. I was one hundred The one
- 7:56Speaker 1: that she did was the one hundredth one just for
- 7:59Speaker 1: this episode. And like, we were talking back and forth
- 8:02Speaker 1: via email, and she's like, you know, I'm gonna try
- 8:04Speaker 1: to do this, you know this and that, and then
- 8:06Speaker 1: it was like, let me find a picture. Oh, I
- 8:08Speaker 1: found a picture I like, and then it seemed like
- 8:10Speaker 1: this and then and it was done, and I was
- 8:11Speaker 1: like what And uh, here's the one that she did
- 8:15Speaker 1: to me with the with the sweet fishtail braid that
- 8:19Speaker 1: I like to rock every once in a while here
- 8:21Speaker 1: and then these are just a couple of the other ones.
- 8:23Speaker 1: So if anybody knows who these TikTok people that she
- 8:27Speaker 1: drew is, comment below. Let's see how well you know
- 8:31Speaker 1: your fellow tiktokians. Right followed on TikTok awesome, very awesome, Ashley.
- 8:38Speaker 4: She also has a project she's working on right now.
- 8:41Speaker 4: It's called the Culture Kindness Project. She's working with teen
- 8:45Speaker 4: Nathan and she's basically painted Teen Nathan and researched some
- 8:49Speaker 4: of black culture in America, found a song in a
- 8:52Speaker 4: quote from a black person and posted a video, and
- 8:55Speaker 4: then he picked the next drawing, which was a Native American,
- 8:59Speaker 4: and she did the same thing with her portrait. She's
- 9:02Speaker 4: currently working on number three in the series Major Women
- 9:06Speaker 4: from New Zealand is the number three, and she just
- 9:09Speaker 4: wanted to show how different cultures may be, but we
- 9:11Speaker 4: are still at the but we are still the same.
- 9:14Speaker 4: She's trying to spread peace and joy too many ethnicities
- 9:17Speaker 4: and cultures as she can, and if she can change
- 9:19Speaker 4: just one person's mind about racism to other cultures, then
- 9:22Speaker 4: she will have she will feel that she has succeeded.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Absolutely Yeah, And the incredible feedback that you guys are
- 9:30Speaker 1: showing the love is absolutely amazing. And I know she's
- 9:33Speaker 1: going to watch this episode tomorrow because it is going
- 9:35Speaker 1: to be available on YouTube as well, so you guys
- 9:37Speaker 1: can rewatch it. She's going to watch it, and I'm
- 9:39Speaker 1: trying to highlight all the comments so even though you're
- 9:42Speaker 1: not here, we're showing you how much love and how
- 9:45Speaker 1: inspired that not only us are for everything that you're doing,
- 9:49Speaker 1: but you're inspiring so many other artists, and hopefully you're
- 9:51Speaker 1: inspiring at least somebody else out there that you know,
- 9:54Speaker 1: it could have been in the same situation or maybe
- 9:56Speaker 1: just was like you know, I need I need something
- 9:58Speaker 1: like from the art world. Like we kind of talked
- 10:00Speaker 1: about Matline backstage. It's like, what an inspiration? You know,
- 10:05Speaker 1: nobody else has any excuse, like if they want to
- 10:07Speaker 1: sit down and they have a passion for art and
- 10:10Speaker 1: you're just not doing it, Like, let this be an
- 10:13Speaker 1: inspiration for you. It's as simple it's grabbing a pen.
- 10:15Speaker 1: And you already have an advantage over her, you know,
- 10:18Speaker 1: like she she used it as a medical you know,
- 10:21Speaker 1: you know, diagnosis or something to get her motor skills back.
- 10:26Speaker 1: It doesn't get more amazing than that.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Absolutely, And like I said, these are some of the work.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And as you mentioned, the project, if anybody does want to,
- 10:35Speaker 1: you know, help out with the project or anything, we
- 10:37Speaker 1: put her PayPal down there. I don't even know if
- 10:39Speaker 1: she knows that we're doing this, if she watches it,
- 10:42Speaker 1: she's gonna know. But Angel Speed eighty three at Gmail
- 10:44Speaker 1: is the the PayPal that could help contribute to that project.
- 10:49Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 10:51Speaker 1: But and yeah, and like I said, she does commission work.
- 10:53Speaker 1: So if it's as simple as you want, you know,
- 10:55Speaker 1: one of these amazing designs done for you, a loved one,
- 10:58Speaker 1: a family member, anything like that. And what I'm willing
- 11:01Speaker 1: to do if if you guys do a commission piece,
- 11:04Speaker 1: the first five people that pay her and she tells
- 11:06Speaker 1: me that you guys did a commission piece from Beard Laws,
- 11:09Speaker 1: I will put it on a T shirt for you,
- 11:12Speaker 1: like twenty five or fifty percent off. Nice. Just if
- 11:16Speaker 1: you guys want to do that, the first five people
- 11:17Speaker 1: that do commission work. If you want the design of yourself,
- 11:19Speaker 1: a loved one, a pet logan, whatever you want on there,
- 11:24Speaker 1: I'll hook you guys up with a big discount on
- 11:27Speaker 1: a putting it on a T shirt, a coffee mug,
- 11:29Speaker 1: something like that. So what about that that wasn't even planned,
- 11:33Speaker 1: that just came out of my brain.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I like it. That's why you're good.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's awesome. And that's what this that's what
- 11:40Speaker 1: this whole kind of creative corner is. It's about There's
- 11:44Speaker 1: so many you know, inspiring, amazing people out there that
- 11:47Speaker 1: just haven't been seen yet. So hopefully via this platform
- 11:51Speaker 1: we're able to show off some amazing people their talents.
- 11:54Speaker 1: It doesn't have to just be art. It can be woodworking,
- 11:57Speaker 1: it can be graphic, you know, it can be anything.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Have some amazing guests lined up that we've talked with,
- 12:02Speaker 1: or if you're looking to be showcased, just hit us
- 12:05Speaker 1: up on Instagram, let us know you're interested. We'll schedule
- 12:07Speaker 1: a time so as a survivor you can relate. That's amazing.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I'm glad you're a survivor. Obviously. Beard Laws started off
- 12:15Speaker 1: is a business that gave back to a cancer center
- 12:19Speaker 1: because of my brother, and it's amazing to see the
- 12:23Speaker 1: positivity in here. And CT is gonna back that also, guys,
- 12:27Speaker 1: the T shirt hit me up and oh look at
- 12:30Speaker 1: this amazing love. Hit him up and he's gonna cover
- 12:33Speaker 1: the other fifty percent. So there you go, guys. First
- 12:37Speaker 1: five people that get some work done by Angel Speed
- 12:43Speaker 1: commission work. Make sure you guys get a hold of
- 12:45Speaker 1: me on Instagram or Matt atbeard laws dot com and
- 12:47Speaker 1: we're gonna take care of a T shirt. Or possibly
- 12:50Speaker 1: a Coffeemuk something like that. For you look at this,
- 12:53Speaker 1: the creative corner just coming together. Did you ever imagine
- 12:58Speaker 1: it was gonna even start off?
- 12:59Speaker 6: Like?
- 13:00Speaker 4: This?
- 13:00Speaker 1: Is what episode two?
- 13:03Speaker 2: Is it?
- 13:03Speaker 1: This is only the second creative corner we've done. I
- 13:06Speaker 1: believe is it the third?
- 13:07Speaker 2: I think it's it's third, because the the first one
- 13:11Speaker 2: was kind of where we introduced but I count that
- 13:13Speaker 2: as one as the official scorekeeper of Beard Laws.
- 13:16Speaker 7: Okay, it helped reintroduce some people to metal.
- 13:20Speaker 1: So yes, absolutely, and we in the week's prior guest
- 13:25Speaker 1: got some followers and in a little bit of love
- 13:26Speaker 1: from this as well. So what a great thing. Yeah,
- 13:29Speaker 1: and thank you, thank you for for not only the
- 13:32Speaker 1: support of beard Laws, but the support of every single
- 13:35Speaker 1: artist and obviously guys. Madeline Janelle are is a thing
- 13:39Speaker 1: as well. She's out here. You know, she does some
- 13:42Speaker 1: amazing stuff. I think you cut off your commission for
- 13:44Speaker 1: now because you got some other stuff going, but still
- 13:47Speaker 1: go show her some love on all the social media's yep,
- 13:52Speaker 1: the Instagrams, the LinkedIn, doesn't matter. She's everywhere and it's
- 13:56Speaker 1: Madeline Janelle Art. You think that I would have that
- 14:00Speaker 1: typed up and a banner. You think maybe, maybe maybe
- 14:04Speaker 1: I'll get my act together here.
- 14:06Speaker 2: You can do everything, but as your sidekick, someday I'll
- 14:09Speaker 2: get my shit together.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Well what are you going on that? But uh, yeah,
- 14:13Speaker 1: there we go. We got a couple of people interested,
- 14:15Speaker 1: so yeah, feel free. She's on Instagram and she that
- 14:19Speaker 1: was the PayPal email I believe is a valid email
- 14:22Speaker 1: address that she would love to reach out and communicate
- 14:25Speaker 1: as well. What a cool story. Thank you and thanks
- 14:31Speaker 1: thanks for reaching out. You know what I mean. She
- 14:32Speaker 1: reached out to me because of Madeline. She did a
- 14:35Speaker 1: post on TikTok, so she reached out and we were
- 14:37Speaker 1: able to make this happen. So I think that's absolutely amazing. So,
- 14:42Speaker 1: like I said, first five people that get commission pieces,
- 14:45Speaker 1: make sure you send it to me because I'm curious
- 14:47Speaker 1: as well, and we can show it off on the
- 14:49Speaker 1: show on another creative content of your pieces of work
- 14:53Speaker 1: that you guys had done, and we'll showcase that and
- 14:55Speaker 1: we'll hook you guys up. We're gonna hook you guys up.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So do you have anything else that you'd like to
- 15:00Speaker 1: contribute to that?
- 15:03Speaker 5: No, actually she sent me a lot of that info.
- 15:05Speaker 4: I'm still just blown away by her story just being
- 15:08Speaker 4: able to overcome that, and so it seems like a
- 15:12Speaker 4: something that would take a lifetime, but it seems like
- 15:15Speaker 4: you get through that in such a short period of
- 15:17Speaker 4: times four years.
- 15:19Speaker 5: She's kind of a warrior.
- 15:20Speaker 1: You know, not kind of she is right, she is
- 15:24Speaker 1: a warrior.
- 15:25Speaker 2: An awesome job of relaying that story very professionally, so
- 15:30Speaker 2: well played.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely amazing. So all right, thanks again. If anybody's
- 15:35Speaker 1: just joined, and feel free to reach out Angel Speed.
- 15:38Speaker 1: She's on TikTok. That's her PayPal. She's got a special
- 15:41Speaker 1: project going on. You guys can reach out to her
- 15:42Speaker 1: for commission work. First five people that hit her up
- 15:45Speaker 1: with commission send it over to me Matt at beard
- 15:47Speaker 1: Laws dot com or Instagram, and we're gonna hook you
- 15:49Speaker 1: guys up with it on a T shirt or something
- 15:52Speaker 1: like that. It's gonna be awesome. And then you got
- 15:54Speaker 1: to post on Instagram or send it to me so
- 15:56Speaker 1: we can show case your sweet T shirt on social
- 15:59Speaker 1: media and we'll just continue to keep showing her love
- 16:02Speaker 1: and the amount of love in this segment, and it's
- 16:04Speaker 1: only the logan says three, but this is our second
- 16:06Speaker 1: guest and the amount of love is unbelievable. It's going
- 16:09Speaker 1: to continue to grow. So if you or anybody else
- 16:11Speaker 1: you know that wants a part of it, please let
- 16:12Speaker 1: us know. What else is amazing is the giveaway for
- 16:17Speaker 1: the T shirt that is absolutely amazing. We've had a
- 16:20Speaker 1: lot of great response and anybody that is in this
- 16:22Speaker 1: chat that has not had a chance to vote yet,
- 16:24Speaker 1: now is going to be your time, and we're actually
- 16:26Speaker 1: going to do a giveaway live to see who gets
- 16:29Speaker 1: a T shirt in which design is the winner. So
- 16:32Speaker 1: if you have no idea what I'm talking about, Madeline
- 16:35Speaker 1: designed two logos because she's just amazing, and I feel
- 16:39Speaker 1: like she feels a little obligated because she's like the creator,
- 16:43Speaker 1: you know, corner host, and she was like, well I
- 16:46Speaker 1: got I got Showkay. I'm just kidding. She's not like
- 16:49Speaker 1: that all. But she drew two designs, design one and
- 16:52Speaker 1: designed two. Obviously I came up with the names. I'm
- 16:55Speaker 1: pretty creative myself. But so what we're gonna do is,
- 16:58Speaker 1: if you have not voted, I'm gonna show I'm gonna
- 17:01Speaker 1: show you guys a design. You'd simply vote one or
- 17:03Speaker 1: two in the chat and then I'm gonna update to
- 17:05Speaker 1: the list that we already have and then we're gonna
- 17:07Speaker 1: tell you guys what design one and the winning design
- 17:11Speaker 1: is going to be on a limited edition T shirt
- 17:13Speaker 1: that's gonna be on beard laws dot com. So even
- 17:15Speaker 1: if you don't get the free shirt, you'll still have
- 17:18Speaker 1: a chance to go and purchase the shirt for a
- 17:20Speaker 1: We're gonna make it as cheap as possible and uh,
- 17:23Speaker 1: that way you guys can rock it. And and it's
- 17:25Speaker 1: kind of like you're a part of this because it's
- 17:27Speaker 1: the one you voted on. So just to let everybody know,
- 17:30Speaker 1: the person that is going to win a shirt is
- 17:33Speaker 1: going to be from the the the winning side of it.
- 17:36Speaker 1: So if one wins and you voted one, everybody that
- 17:39Speaker 1: voted one is going to be enter to win this shirt.
- 17:41Speaker 1: It's just gonna be easier for the generator and us
- 17:43Speaker 1: to keep track of it, so.
- 17:46Speaker 2: You can't give the MVP of a World Series of
- 17:48Speaker 2: losing team.
- 17:49Speaker 1: It's true, awesome, awesome, Thanks for following who free T shirts?
- 17:54Speaker 1: Who doesn't love free T shirts? Nice? I don't know
- 17:57Speaker 1: which is nice, but I think it's all pretty nice.
- 18:02Speaker 1: So here is the designs. Let me scroll in on
- 18:05Speaker 1: this all right, So this one here I went too far.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Here we go. This is one, the front face one.
- 18:13Speaker 1: This is actually a scroll. Let me scroll in on
- 18:16Speaker 1: the scroll so you can see it a little more detailed.
- 18:20Speaker 1: So this is option one, the beard with the scroll,
- 18:23Speaker 1: the little circle behind it, and if anybody wants to
- 18:26Speaker 1: circle a different color, that's easy. That's easy. And then
- 18:30Speaker 1: this is design number two. I'm gonna have to scroll
- 18:33Speaker 1: out a little bit. Oh oh, because that that was
- 18:35Speaker 1: a big beard, all right, So that is design number two.
- 18:40Speaker 1: So all you have to do is put in here
- 18:42Speaker 1: if you have not voted yet, if you like one,
- 18:44Speaker 1: if you like two, and then and then I'm just
- 18:47Speaker 1: they're gonna talk. Well I I continue to update this
- 18:51Speaker 1: and then we'll find a random generator and we'll show
- 18:53Speaker 1: you guys live who is gonna win this shirt. So
- 18:57Speaker 1: we got a couple of comments. Here come the comments.
- 19:00Speaker 1: So yeah, logan, you're up. You got a two. You
- 19:05Speaker 1: gotta too, We got.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Yeah. But they got to vote on Instagram right.
- 19:11Speaker 1: No, No, they're they're able to vote right now. I mean,
- 19:13Speaker 1: if you guys want to head over to Instagram show
- 19:15Speaker 1: some love best cool, We're just gonna let them. We're
- 19:18Speaker 1: gonna we're gonna let it do here. We don't want
- 19:20Speaker 1: them to go away. We want them to watch this
- 19:22Speaker 1: amazing show. And we got here. I think wicked fast.
- 19:31Speaker 2: What's up?
- 19:31Speaker 5: Which one are you voting on?
- 19:34Speaker 7: I like number two? Yep, although they're both, they're both excellent.
- 19:42Speaker 7: I go number two as the as an official type thing.
- 19:46Speaker 7: Uh and number one would look really really cool.
- 19:49Speaker 2: On a half.
- 19:51Speaker 5: That's what I thought too, I thought that would be cool.
- 19:53Speaker 5: I like the number two.
- 19:53Speaker 4: I think would look really cool just across the window
- 19:57Speaker 4: of a car.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Where was I was on Billy? Where's Billy? There's Billy Rogers.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I'm showing your comment, so I remember where I was
- 20:06Speaker 1: Billy Billy Rodgers went to that's cool.
- 20:09Speaker 2: And then number serves me a little bit because it
- 20:12Speaker 2: shows with Matt's beard how much food could actually get
- 20:17Speaker 2: in there.
- 20:18Speaker 1: So much food.
- 20:19Speaker 2: It's awesome.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Hey, dirp Quest made a shout out dirt Quest if
- 20:24Speaker 1: you guys saw any of the sixteen bit logo work
- 20:28Speaker 1: that was done. That's on a T shirt and a
- 20:29Speaker 1: sticker on beard laws dot com that was done by
- 20:31Speaker 1: dirt Quest. And we might even have a special little
- 20:35Speaker 1: project coming up. You guys will have to stay tuned.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Maybe even dirt Quest is going to make a special
- 20:39Speaker 1: appearance on the show. Wouldn't that be cool? And just
- 20:43Speaker 1: to let you guys know, in like less than ten minutes,
- 20:46Speaker 1: our special guest is going to be here live and
- 20:51Speaker 1: I'm excited.
- 20:53Speaker 2: It's basically like Matt has a front tail.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Well that's all. I mean, maybe you elaborate a little
- 21:00Speaker 1: more on that.
- 21:06Speaker 5: There's that one.
- 21:10Speaker 7: Maybe you weren't going for that, But I tell you what,
- 21:12Speaker 7: that's the sweetest I've ever seen.
- 21:17Speaker 1: That was I typed.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Then you're welcome.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Hey that's a that's a good promo, I guess right.
- 21:23Speaker 1: And by by front tail, he means the beard magical clearly.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, your legend, only your legend stops at the beard.
- 21:32Speaker 1: But mm hmm yourquest. Did you vote for both of them?
- 21:36Speaker 2: Nope?
- 21:37Speaker 1: Twice? Sorry, Yeah, Joe Myers, you can vote if you
- 21:40Speaker 1: haven't voted yet. I think we lost. We lost Logan.
- 21:45Speaker 1: He's gone by Logan see you later.
- 21:50Speaker 5: You his nickname for your beard.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, So where are we?
- 21:56Speaker 8: Uh?
- 21:57Speaker 1: Can I vote more than once?
- 21:58Speaker 2: Nope?
- 21:58Speaker 1: Just vote once. We do both. Boneyard says it's potential
- 22:02Speaker 1: down the road, but we got to do the voting,
- 22:04Speaker 1: and then the voting is going to be the limited edition,
- 22:06Speaker 1: and then maybe there's gonna be down the road, maybe
- 22:08Speaker 1: there'll be a sticker, maybe there'll be something else. He says,
- 22:12Speaker 1: one is in the lead by three.
- 22:13Speaker 9: You don't know.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I love them both for different reasons. YouTube side, Hey,
- 22:20Speaker 1: what's up, Scott? How's it going? Thanks for coming back?
- 22:22Speaker 1: Checking off the show.

- 22:30Speaker 1: All right? Where we yet? We got a haha, we
- 22:32Speaker 1: got a buddy yet it can be buddy, and then

- 22:38Speaker 1: caught up?
- 22:39Speaker 9: Caught up?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Is he Canadian? Who logan? Uh he's not Canadian, but
- 22:47Speaker 1: uh he we live on We're like a border town.
- 22:49Speaker 1: We live on kind of the Canadian border of New
- 22:53Speaker 1: York and obviously Canada, So I mean he's got a
- 22:56Speaker 1: little bit of the a little bit of that Canadian accent.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Love the show. He does, love this show. He comes
- 23:01Speaker 1: to all of them. He's like a top fan. That's awesome.
- 23:06Speaker 1: And any lists pretty close to us, so that's cool.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Didn't know TikTok had a beard community. I'm new to it. Yeah,
- 23:11Speaker 1: we have a big beard community and anybody that is
- 23:13Speaker 1: in discord, beard Laws actually has a discord. You can
- 23:16Speaker 1: go to beard laws dot com slash links and you
- 23:20Speaker 1: can join the discord. We have about one hundred and
- 23:22Speaker 1: seventy five members. It's not just for guys with beards.
- 23:25Speaker 1: It's for anybody that loves beards, females, males, anything else
- 23:29Speaker 1: except for children. I don't want children in there because
- 23:31Speaker 1: it's not always kid appropriate, but you can come in there.
- 23:34Speaker 1: We have a special little section where we only talk beards.
- 23:38Speaker 1: If you need beard help this and that general, anybody
- 23:41Speaker 1: that's on TikTok. It's a place where you can go
- 23:43Speaker 1: and collab. We do a lot of collab videos and
- 23:45Speaker 1: stuff like that, so it's a cool little thing. And
- 23:47Speaker 1: actually we'll talk right now to something that Madeline and
- 23:51Speaker 1: myself talked about earlier, is we're going to introduce a
- 23:54Speaker 1: new segment to the show where you could actually get
- 23:57Speaker 1: a shout out of your own a lot of people,
- 24:01Speaker 1: whether you're a business, whether you're a brand, whether you
- 24:03Speaker 1: just want to TikTok shout out to try to get
- 24:05Speaker 1: us some more followers or show some love. All you
- 24:08Speaker 1: have to do is header over to the Patrion, which
- 24:10Speaker 1: is just patreon dot com slash beard Laws. There's a
- 24:12Speaker 1: couple of different tiers and there's one that will that's
- 24:16Speaker 1: pretty obvious, and if you subscribe to it, it's only
- 24:18Speaker 1: five bucks and you'll get a special shout out every
- 24:22Speaker 1: episode until you're not a subscriber anymore, then I'll still
- 24:25Speaker 1: give you like a freebie. But yeah, I'll do that
- 24:28Speaker 1: for the entire month for you guys. And while you're there,
- 24:31Speaker 1: you might notice a couple of other cool little options.
- 24:35Speaker 1: So yeah, love the show. Where are we? No problem?
- 24:39Speaker 2: Oh?
- 24:39Speaker 1: I vote for one? All right, I gotta get you
- 24:41Speaker 1: in there, and then we're gonna we're gonna close voting
- 24:43Speaker 1: here very shortly because Buddy's gonna be here in about
- 24:46Speaker 1: five minutes. So let's get to the giveaway. Let's get
- 24:49Speaker 1: to the result. So you guys each have approximately one
- 24:53Speaker 1: minute to get the rest of your votes in. And
- 24:56Speaker 1: I'm excited. I don't know how excited you guys are,
- 24:58Speaker 1: because nobody accept for myself and Meg actually know what

- 25:07Speaker 1: Also, by the way, thanks for all the TikTok love
- 25:09Speaker 1: Absolutely no problem, Thanks for thanks for showing the love back.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Anybody that shows me love. I try really hard to
- 25:14Speaker 1: show as much love as I come back and comment
- 25:16Speaker 1: and like and all that stuff. I want to join, Yeah,
- 25:19Speaker 1: join it up. That'd be amazing. It's your first show,
- 25:21Speaker 1: you're coming back. I love it, Carrie, he says, but
- 25:24Speaker 1: I love it. He does say, Bud. He doesn't say
- 25:26Speaker 1: a enough. I'm never here. Oh he's a big fan.
- 25:31Speaker 1: He's always here too. Is there a fan page? I
- 25:34Speaker 1: don't have only fans, if that's what you're asking. But
- 25:37Speaker 1: as far as fans, like I said, there's a discord,
- 25:40Speaker 1: a Patreon, stuff like that. If you have any suggestions
- 25:42Speaker 1: on how you would like a fan page, let me know.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I got the Instagram in the Facebook as well. My
- 25:47Speaker 1: fans can find me in that there discord. She loves beards.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Who doesn't? This is the TikTok king. All right, let's
- 25:55Speaker 1: get you already said that. I got your vote already.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Be beard dreadlocks. Oh I can't do bear dreadlocks.
- 26:04Speaker 9: I can't do that.
- 26:05Speaker 1: I can't do that. You guys are amazing. Thank you,
- 26:08Speaker 1: We really try. Hello from Long Island. Hello, all right,
- 26:14Speaker 1: so cutting off the votes, that's it it's done. It's official.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Let's do this. So number one. Option number one has
- 26:30Speaker 1: fifty eight votes. Number one has fifty eight votes, Number
- 26:35Speaker 1: two has forty nine votes. So the winner is number one.
- 26:45Speaker 1: For anybody keeping score at home, that was a total
- 26:48Speaker 1: of one hundred and seven votes. That's pretty good, right, Yeah,
- 26:52Speaker 1: I wasn't expecting that many. I'm pretty I'm pretty impressed.
- 26:56Speaker 1: So let's see. Can we shout out TikTok can?
- 27:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:00Speaker 1: I don't care shout them out.
- 27:01Speaker 9: I might not.
- 27:02Speaker 1: I'm not gonna feature them all because that's a lot
- 27:03Speaker 1: of clicking, but yeah, show some love or in the
- 27:05Speaker 1: discord as well, if you guys join the discord, show
- 27:07Speaker 1: all the love. There's a special segment for that. So
- 27:09Speaker 1: all right, here we go. Uh number one. So what
- 27:12Speaker 1: I'm gonna do is I have them all in order.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I'm not gonna show all of the names, just because
- 27:17Speaker 1: I don't want everybody's name. Some of them are on
- 27:19Speaker 1: Facebook their real names, and some of them are obviously Instagram.
- 27:23Speaker 1: But I don't want to I don't want to show
- 27:24Speaker 1: everybody the names, but I have them labeled one to
- 27:27Speaker 1: fifty eight. So what I'm gonna do is I'm just
- 27:29Speaker 1: gonna go to random number generator. All right, so we're
- 27:35Speaker 1: gonna do one through fifty eight. Let's let's show it
- 27:39Speaker 1: on the screen just so everybody's there. One to fifty eight.
- 27:42Speaker 1: How many times am I going to press the button?
- 27:43Speaker 1: Do you want me to do it?
- 27:44Speaker 2: Once?
- 27:44Speaker 1: Twice, three times, seven, seven times? We're gonna press the button.
- 27:50Speaker 1: And after the seventh that is who's gonna win the
- 27:54Speaker 1: discord Beard loss dot com slash links. All right, here
- 27:57Speaker 1: we go one two, three, four, five six, and the
- 28:05Speaker 1: winner of the free T shirt is number four, number four.
- 28:10Speaker 1: That's somebody who's really early in the game. Number four
- 28:13Speaker 1: is one two three four. Oh, I think he is.
- 28:16Speaker 1: He in the chat. It's Bearded Wisdom. Bearded Wisdom. He
- 28:22Speaker 1: is a Tiktokian, he is. I don't know if he's
- 28:25Speaker 1: in the chat or not, but I thought I saw it.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But it's Bearded Wisdom. Goes by a totally different name
- 28:29Speaker 1: on Instagram, but it was his personal one, I do believe.
- 28:32Speaker 1: So I didn't shout it out, but yeah, it's number four.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Bearded Wisdom, I believe, is how he goes on TikTok.
- 28:39Speaker 1: He is a great friend. He shows love to Beard
- 28:43Speaker 1: laws all the time. I try to show as much
- 28:45Speaker 1: love back. So congratulations, Bearded Wisdom. You are the winner
- 28:49Speaker 1: of the free shirt. So what I'll do is I'll
- 28:51Speaker 1: reach out to you and we'll get what color you
- 28:53Speaker 1: would like, and we will get what size and all
- 28:56Speaker 1: that good stuff in a shipping address and all that
- 28:59Speaker 1: great information. Look at that, we did it. Awesome. Somebody
- 29:04Speaker 1: just pulled in. I wonder could it be? Could it
- 29:06Speaker 1: be Logan? What do you guys think the odds are
- 29:09Speaker 1: if not? My doors wide open to some stranger. Yeah. See,
- 29:13Speaker 1: he's a great dude. If you guys don't follow him
- 29:14Speaker 1: on TikTok, please let me know. We're actually uh on
- 29:18Speaker 1: uh snapchat. Friends. He's a great dude. I believe he's
- 29:21Speaker 1: from a mission. It is Logan. Logan made it. Guys.
- 29:24Speaker 1: There you go, breaking news.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 29:28Speaker 1: While you were gone, they were asking me if you
- 29:30Speaker 1: were Canadian. I feel Canadian because you said butt a lot. Hey,
- 29:35Speaker 1: what's up, Chris? Yeah, you say but a lot. I
- 29:38Speaker 1: don't know, but oh but I think I said but
- 29:41Speaker 1: oh no. But I was like, yeah, you got It
- 29:44Speaker 1: was weird And all of a sudden you talked about
- 29:46Speaker 1: my tail and you were gone, not even like a
- 29:47Speaker 1: bye the old Irish goodbye iris you did you make?
- 29:51Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 29:52Speaker 1: So congrats Bearded Wisdom. You missed it, Bearded Wisdom. Is
- 29:54Speaker 1: that not the fourth one down? One, two, three four highlighted? Yep,
- 29:58Speaker 1: that's the one nice? So uh he's the winner of
- 30:01Speaker 1: the shirt. And in one one one nice.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't mean to do that.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Let's highlight it one one one one one one. So, uh, Madeline,
- 30:10Speaker 1: why don't you tell everybody where they can find you
- 30:13Speaker 1: what you got going on? This is this is your
- 30:16Speaker 1: bi weekly plug. I'm gonna put you on the big
- 30:19Speaker 1: screen because that's what we do. Are you ready for it?
- 30:22Speaker 2: Yep?
- 30:22Speaker 1: Okay go.
- 30:24Speaker 4: I'm still not taking commissions right now, but if you
- 30:26Speaker 4: guys head over to my website, which is www dot
- 30:29Speaker 4: madelin janel art dot com, I will be uploading new
- 30:32Speaker 4: skate deck designs and right now I just finished a
- 30:35Speaker 4: brand new one that I'm releasing tonight, and you get
- 30:40Speaker 4: prints of them instead of just having to buy the original.
- 30:43Speaker 5: So I will only limit it to maybe like fifty
- 30:46Speaker 5: to one hundred, and they'll be numbered and signed.
- 30:49Speaker 4: So if you're interested in getting like a printed skate deck,
- 30:52Speaker 4: you know, to hang on your wall or to use.
- 30:54Speaker 5: Make sure you head on over there.
- 30:56Speaker 4: And I will be uploading to TikTok and YouTube probably
- 31:01Speaker 4: in the next few days, just kind of building up
- 31:04Speaker 4: some inventory right now and getting some things out of
- 31:07Speaker 4: the weeds before I start making videos again.
- 31:09Speaker 1: So, oh, I just remember something. Sorry, I forgot to
- 31:12Speaker 1: send Buddy the link or big mistake there. I'm sorry.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Buddy never received it. He just texted me. My bad,
- 31:22Speaker 1: that says Bethany Rodriguez. That's not gonna make any sense
- 31:25Speaker 1: to him. I copied that earlier from here for the giveaways.
- 31:28Speaker 1: He's going, wow, all right, all right, So that's my bad.
- 31:33Speaker 1: That would have been a terrible mistake. I thought I
- 31:35Speaker 1: sent it. That's on me. That's on me. Bites with
- 31:38Speaker 1: Buddy family. So and I also have to, uh, I
- 31:41Speaker 1: have to thank you because you kind of brought this
- 31:45Speaker 1: guest to our attention to uh, Like, obviously I knew him,
- 31:49Speaker 1: he knew me, but like we weren't like on texting
- 31:51Speaker 1: a basis and everything, and we've actually, you know, had
- 31:54Speaker 1: We've had some pretty good jokes back and forth. He's
- 31:56Speaker 1: a great dude. But I want to thank you because
- 31:58Speaker 1: you were like you gotta get him on the show.
- 32:00Speaker 1: You gotta get him on the show. And not that
- 32:02Speaker 1: we know what we're doing, but we did kind of
- 32:05Speaker 1: line it up so it would be a very powerful,
- 32:07Speaker 1: inspiring episode because he has a great story and you
- 32:10Speaker 1: guys need to stay tuned to kind of hear about
- 32:13Speaker 1: this story and see what we have in store for him.
- 32:16Speaker 1: And guys, again, he he doesn't love public speaking. Thankfully
- 32:21Speaker 1: we're not in the public, but we're going to give
- 32:22Speaker 1: him a very warm welcome and make him feel very
- 32:24Speaker 1: comfortable as soon as he gets here. That's on me.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Hopefully he's ready. We didn't do a sound check, but
- 32:30Speaker 1: I gotta could feel and everything's going to go.
- 32:32Speaker 3: And Madeline, if you get backed up with your stuff,
- 32:35Speaker 3: you just let Matt and I know I myself do
- 32:38Speaker 3: a wonderful stick figure. My my four year old does
- 32:42Speaker 3: a big head with arms coming out where his ears
- 32:45Speaker 3: are and two legs.
- 32:46Speaker 2: So that's good. Yep, yep too.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Maybe some kid doodles and stuff.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Yes exactly, I mean like my house is full of them.
- 32:56Speaker 3: My old, my six year old, he does. He built
- 32:58Speaker 3: the chainsaw out of paper, so you know he's he's
- 33:02Speaker 3: going places most likely to jail, but whatever.
- 33:06Speaker 5: It's okay. You can join my two year old. She's
- 33:08Speaker 5: marked on every single wall of this house.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Yeah, and we pulls all upstairs on our second before
- 33:13Speaker 4: in every child's room.
- 33:14Speaker 5: It's like a war zone. But it's fine.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:16Speaker 3: We don't have a clean window that doesn't have permanent
- 33:18Speaker 3: marker on it, exactly. We gave them window markers. They
- 33:22Speaker 3: use those for three minutes and then decided that, you know,
- 33:25Speaker 3: Sharpie's were a better idea.
- 33:27Speaker 1: But the cool thing is if because kid doodles are
- 33:30Speaker 1: the best, if anybody does want their kids doodle, put
- 33:33Speaker 1: on a T shirt, put on a mug, put on anything.
- 33:37Speaker 1: I can do that for you, and I would love
- 33:38Speaker 1: to do that for you, So make sure you send
- 33:40Speaker 1: me a message on Instagram with your special request and
- 33:43Speaker 1: I'll do it. And it won't be available for anybody
- 33:45Speaker 1: to buy except for you guys. It won't be open
- 33:47Speaker 1: to the public. So Madeline, I can't thank you enough.
- 33:50Speaker 1: And our special guest is there, so I want you
- 33:52Speaker 1: to at least sayhi real quick, and then we'll put
- 33:53Speaker 1: them backstage so you can say hi to them. You
- 33:56Speaker 1: at least have to say hi. She's so excited for
- 34:00Speaker 1: this show. Can you hear us? We can't hear you,
- 34:05Speaker 1: which is okay. Sometimes it happens. If you want just leave,
- 34:08Speaker 1: come right back in. We'll do another sound check. It's expected.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Don't worry about it, all right, and that's the end
- 34:13Speaker 1: of the show. Thanks for joining us. No, I'm just kidding.
- 34:16Speaker 1: That would have been terrible. That would have been terrible.
- 34:19Speaker 5: His recipes and stuff and his stories.
- 34:22Speaker 1: It's gonna be it's gonna be absolutely amazing, guys. But yeah, if,
- 34:26Speaker 1: like I said, if you just want to x out
- 34:28Speaker 1: and then just click the link again, come right back
- 34:30Speaker 1: in and then we should be able to or whatever.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Give me a thumbs up when you think you're ready,
- 34:34Speaker 1: and we'll just test it again on the fly. You
- 34:36Speaker 1: got a lot of people that are very excited for you,
- 34:38Speaker 1: and then you just left backstage. But that's okay. We're
- 34:41Speaker 1: gonna show some love. You guys saw him, so you
- 34:43Speaker 1: guys know that you know we're not lying. He's really here.
- 34:46Speaker 1: How long? How long? How did Logan get there so fast?
- 34:50Speaker 1: Maybe there was two cameras in the studio and we
- 34:52Speaker 1: were messing with you guys the whole time.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Or maybe I probably should have got.
- 34:56Speaker 1: A ticket allegedly either way, and everything's good. So yeah,
- 35:03Speaker 1: Madeline can't thank you enough, and everybody go show her
- 35:07Speaker 1: some love on all the social media's not just one,
- 35:10Speaker 1: show it on all of them, and you guys won't
- 35:11Speaker 1: be disappointed. And thanks for all you do. And I'm
- 35:14Speaker 1: looking forward to not only releasing that and all the
- 35:17Speaker 1: other kind of ideas that we have coming up here
- 35:19Speaker 1: as well. So, like I said, if anybody has you
- 35:23Speaker 1: know you guys are creative, make sure you hit us up.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Even if you hit her up on Instagram, she'll she'll
- 35:27Speaker 1: end up sending me the context. So while you're here,
- 35:30Speaker 1: let's do you got to do sound check with us?
- 35:32Speaker 9: Sound check? Yeah, headphones, killing it.
- 35:35Speaker 1: All right, killing it. And by the way, if anybody's
- 35:37Speaker 1: wondering what he's slipping out of I might have challenged
- 35:42Speaker 1: I might have challenged him to this, but there's more
- 35:44Speaker 1: of the backstory for a minute. So I'm just gonna
- 35:46Speaker 1: bring it. I didn't think you'd really do it.
- 35:47Speaker 9: Oh, I'm a man of my word. You got no,
- 35:52Speaker 9: that's beer.
- 35:53Speaker 1: That's lots of beer. Now you're gonna Now he's gonna
- 35:56Speaker 1: have to run in and grab himself a beer. So
- 35:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna put your backstage because my favorite part of
- 36:00Speaker 1: this is the guest intros. So we'll bring it right
- 36:02Speaker 1: on just for a second. Everybody is pumped to see you.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Just to let you know you have an amazing uh
- 36:09Speaker 1: family that is out here supporting you and they are
- 36:12Speaker 1: here the whole time, and I am so excited for
- 36:15Speaker 1: this episode. So all right, we're gonna put you backstage,
- 36:18Speaker 1: and Madeline, you're more than welcome to do you want
- 36:20Speaker 1: to stay on here? You want to stay backstage?
- 36:23Speaker 5: Pulling backstage? No, we are featuring buddy.
- 36:25Speaker 1: It is all right. All right, well, hang out as
- 36:27Speaker 1: long as you want, and thanks again for for everything.
- 36:30Speaker 1: And if you guys want, obviously follow on so all
- 36:33Speaker 1: the social media's she'll be back, not next week, the
- 36:36Speaker 1: following for the next creative corner. Absolutely all right, we'll
- 36:39Speaker 1: see you, all right, So let's just get into it.
- 36:43Speaker 1: We're gonna hit the quick little featured artists or the
- 36:48Speaker 1: featured artist, the guest little intro, and then we're gonna
- 36:51Speaker 1: do it, do it. We already know who the guest is,
- 37:14Speaker 1: so let's get right into the intro. He's a man
- 37:16Speaker 1: who rocks the only man bun Beard Combo in the
- 37:19Speaker 1: world that I don't hate. A man who isn't scared
- 37:21Speaker 1: to role play as Wharf from Star Trek. A man
- 37:23Speaker 1: that will teach you how to do the Sin City dance.
- 37:26Speaker 1: A man who aims to treat his girl like he
- 37:28Speaker 1: treat his beard, which is powerful advice fellas. A man
- 37:31Speaker 1: that dresses up better for his tiktoks than Logan did
- 37:34Speaker 1: for his own wedding. A guy that spends more time
- 37:36Speaker 1: in the kitchen than Action Bronson. A man who wants
- 37:39Speaker 1: who uh, oh, I lost my place? Sorry about that? Butchered.
- 37:42Speaker 1: A man who wants to oh, he wants you got
- 37:46Speaker 1: me off flustered?
- 37:47Speaker 2: Get it?
- 37:47Speaker 9: Sorry?
- 37:48Speaker 1: Your laugh on that? Maybe go. A guy that makes
- 37:52Speaker 1: me want to spend the night just so I can
- 37:54Speaker 1: wake up and have whatever breakfast he is cooking. A
- 37:56Speaker 1: man who could easily be featured in the movie Trolls
- 37:59Speaker 1: with that sweet hair, except for he's just way too tall.
- 38:02Speaker 1: A man that whenever you watch one of his videos,
- 38:04Speaker 1: you leave with a smile and sometimes a little happy
- 38:07Speaker 1: tear in your eye. A man who was looking for love.
- 38:09Speaker 1: A man who has a powerful story to tell about
- 38:12Speaker 1: why he cooks daily and I can't wait to hear
- 38:14Speaker 1: all about it, No one the only bites with Buddy,
- 38:19Speaker 1: what an.
- 38:19Speaker 9: Incredible intro that was top not.
- 38:26Speaker 1: I was.
- 38:26Speaker 9: I was on a roll.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Everything was looking good, and then then I got thinking
- 38:31Speaker 1: about actually having a sleepover and eating the breakfast, and
- 38:35Speaker 1: I was really trying not to say in anything inappropriate.
- 38:38Speaker 9: Or invited, let's do this, let's make that happen.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Yeah, and I was just like, all right, all right,
- 38:44Speaker 1: don't don't say any of the weird things that are
- 38:46Speaker 1: going on in your brain. And then it just came
- 38:48Speaker 1: out like that. But yeah, that's probably one of my
- 38:51Speaker 1: favorite parts, other than the actual you know, interviews in
- 38:53Speaker 1: the other segments. Is the whole point is to get
- 38:56Speaker 1: that intro, get every get you feeling comfortable, get your laugh,
- 38:58Speaker 1: and just know that that we're ready. So ingrats first
- 39:02Speaker 1: of all on almost one hundred thousand followers.
- 39:05Speaker 9: Close, yeah, so close.
- 39:07Speaker 1: So if anybody out there hasn't followed him yet, go
- 39:09Speaker 1: and follow and hopefully this podcast is going to launch
- 39:12Speaker 1: him to that one hundred. And I'm telling you right now,
- 39:14Speaker 1: you're going to want to do that now, because before
- 39:15Speaker 1: you know it, he's going to be at that three hundred,
- 39:17Speaker 1: four hundred and five hundred and he's not going to
- 39:19Speaker 1: be able to keep up with notifications, so well, you
- 39:23Speaker 1: got to do it now before he's got to hire
- 39:25Speaker 1: someone just to kind of go through and and do
- 39:28Speaker 1: his notifications. So obviously, thank you so much for joining us.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I know we've been chatting and we've both been pretty
- 39:34Speaker 1: excited for this. So one question that I start out
- 39:36Speaker 1: every guest with is because every single person has a
- 39:40Speaker 1: different story of why or how they join the app TikTok,
- 39:44Speaker 1: So I'm wondering now what your story is. Uh.
- 39:48Speaker 9: I started TikTok mainly because I had a friend. I
- 39:51Speaker 9: had a lot of friends who thought I should join Vine,
- 39:55Speaker 9: and I was one of those people who was very
- 39:57Speaker 9: anti Vine. I was like, that's an app for the key.
- 40:00Speaker 9: This isn't a thing, uh. And I was very anti
- 40:03Speaker 9: Vine until one day I tried to download it and
- 40:06Speaker 9: it was gone. It was just gone, and I was
- 40:09Speaker 9: like okay. So a friend hit me up. He's like,
- 40:12Speaker 9: TikTok is the new Vine. Follow me, I'll help you.
- 40:17Speaker 9: And I was like okay, and then literally the rest
- 40:20Speaker 9: is history. I downloaded it to support my best friend
- 40:23Speaker 9: in his cosplay. He makes cosplay like Armor and stuff
- 40:26Speaker 9: like that, and then I got bored and started making videos.
- 40:31Speaker 1: So why boredom is it's a great way to help
- 40:35Speaker 1: that boredom. Yeah, so do you remember do you remember
- 40:38Speaker 1: who who was one of the first people that you
- 40:40Speaker 1: followed on.
- 40:41Speaker 9: Yet uh JT And then of course Goule Bagel.
- 40:46Speaker 1: Goulbagel was huge.
- 40:47Speaker 9: I started about last August, so it was still baby TikTok,
- 40:51Speaker 9: like it's not what you know today is TikTok. But yeah,
- 40:55Speaker 9: goole Bagel was one of my first JT was one
- 40:57Speaker 9: of my first. Love them to death. I think you
- 41:00Speaker 9: always remember your first Yeah, I mean not if I
- 41:05Speaker 9: finished this.
- 41:07Speaker 1: That's why he's drinking and that's why you'll be ready
- 41:10Speaker 1: to make breakfast in the morning. So as you can tell,
- 41:13Speaker 1: everybody is here. Just the comments, the witty comments that
- 41:16Speaker 1: are coming in are absolutely hilarious. I'm trying to compass
- 41:19Speaker 1: and feature some of them. But the funniest, the funnier
- 41:21Speaker 1: ones is Yeah, you do have that effect on people. So,
- 41:25Speaker 1: so do you remember kind of that first video that
- 41:28Speaker 1: either went viral or just kind of went huge and
- 41:31Speaker 1: you were like all right, all.
- 41:33Speaker 9: Right, no, I mean I remember, Okay, So there was
- 41:38Speaker 9: a trend about seven months ago, where you would just
- 41:41Speaker 9: ask people to like your video, and for every person
- 41:44Speaker 9: who liked your video, you would go through in like
- 41:46Speaker 9: an X number of their videos.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Right, I was a trend first one. I went through
- 41:50Speaker 1: all your videos.
- 41:52Speaker 6: That's impressive that there's a lot of them. So I
- 41:57Speaker 6: was like, this isn't going to go anywhere. Everyone makes
- 42:00Speaker 6: this video like, I'm just gonna throw it out there,
- 42:03Speaker 6: follow trends whatever. So I made one of those videos
- 42:07Speaker 6: and it got like I think at the time, a
- 42:10Speaker 6: thousand views.
- 42:11Speaker 9: Which for me was huge. It was like groundbreaking.
- 42:15Speaker 1: I still love it. When I get a thousand views,
- 42:18Speaker 1: it's still big it is.
- 42:21Speaker 9: And then so I was like, okay, maybe this is
- 42:23Speaker 9: a thing. Thanks Melissa, got them, got them? Yeah uh.
- 42:31Speaker 9: But really the turning point was I was running out
- 42:34Speaker 9: of ideas trends. I couldn't produce a trend video every
- 42:37Speaker 9: single day, and so I asked my sister in law Sam.
- 42:41Speaker 9: All my followers ask for more Sam content. She's a
- 42:43Speaker 9: gem my sister in law. I was like, what am
- 42:46Speaker 9: I going to film today? What am I gonna do?
- 42:49Speaker 9: And and she was like I don't care. That's like
- 42:51Speaker 9: I know you don't care, but like I need help.
- 42:54Speaker 9: She's like, what are you doing? And I was like,
- 42:55Speaker 9: I'm cooking breakfast for myself and she was like film
- 42:59Speaker 9: that and I was like, no one wants to watch
- 43:03Speaker 9: me cook breakfast. It turns out, Yeah, it's a bit
- 43:08Speaker 9: of a thing. And I hate breakfast. I hate breakfast food.
- 43:11Speaker 9: I hate waking up early. Like I know it's good,
- 43:15Speaker 9: it's a good part of the day. It's part of
- 43:16Speaker 9: growth and like starting your day off right, but it's
- 43:19Speaker 9: something I kind of I wasn't a fan of. So
- 43:22Speaker 9: it's a big step for me to like go out
- 43:24Speaker 9: of my way every single day to be better, to
- 43:27Speaker 9: like make that breakfast. And so I started the soul
- 43:31Speaker 9: Mate series because I want to better myself every single
- 43:33Speaker 9: day and to I find that one who is the one?
- 43:37Speaker 9: So yeah, then the soul Mate series started and the
- 43:40Speaker 9: rest is history.
- 43:41Speaker 1: And you found your niche. Yeah, for the longest time,
- 43:45Speaker 1: I called it niche.
- 43:46Speaker 9: You know it was niche.
- 43:48Speaker 1: And I was actually on a podcast and they said
- 43:50Speaker 1: something about niche and I was like, oh, that's how
- 43:53Speaker 1: you say it. Thought it was niche, and they're like,
- 43:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna call it a nitch.
- 43:57Speaker 9: With you though, we're gonna change it. We're gonna change
- 43:59Speaker 9: it back.
- 44:00Speaker 1: See if you look at it, it looks like niche.
- 44:02Speaker 1: It says rich in it.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Yeah where you live. However, if I'm apparently Canadian, it's
- 44:08Speaker 2: definitely like.
- 44:09Speaker 1: I'm thinking niche it, which should have at least an
- 44:11Speaker 1: essence and double Lee's or something. I mean, now I
- 44:15Speaker 1: feel like it counts too much. Yeah, I actually think
- 44:19Speaker 1: it was inspired John On on his on his YouTube.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Channel Classic We Are Not. Yeah.
- 44:25Speaker 9: I mean, so.
- 44:27Speaker 1: You commented on the breakfast and uh and everything, So
- 44:31Speaker 1: I was gonna do it a little later, but I
- 44:33Speaker 1: feel like now is the time. We're segueing that way.
- 44:35Speaker 1: So let's tell your story. We kind of talked about
- 44:38Speaker 1: a little bit before you were there and this and
- 44:40Speaker 1: that that you have an amazing story. The guest before
- 44:43Speaker 1: us it was from the UK. So Madeline did a
- 44:45Speaker 1: great job telling her story and it was very inspirational
- 44:47Speaker 1: as well, Angel Speed. She overcame a lot of obstacles
- 44:51Speaker 1: in life. She's a warrior, and uh, and we know
- 44:54Speaker 1: that you have another amazing story and everything that you're doing,
- 44:57Speaker 1: so uh, let's just talk a little bit about it. Obviously,
- 45:00Speaker 1: you hate breakfast who didn't know that it's okay. Though
- 45:03Speaker 1: it's okay, ladies, he will still make it for you.
- 45:05Speaker 1: So just kind of tell I mean, most of the
- 45:06Speaker 1: people here are obviously here for you, they know the story,
- 45:08Speaker 1: but there's there's some people and I'm not even sure
- 45:10Speaker 1: if Logan knows the kind of actual story of the
- 45:13Speaker 1: story of what you got going on. So let's let's
- 45:15Speaker 1: hear it.
- 45:15Speaker 9: Where do you want me to start?
- 45:17Speaker 1: Like, wherever you want this podcast when we interview a guest,
- 45:20Speaker 1: it's all about the guest. It's all about you. You
- 45:22Speaker 1: can take as long as you want to tell your story,
- 45:25Speaker 1: and you know it's all about you and and self
- 45:28Speaker 1: promoting and getting your story out there. Because I feel
- 45:30Speaker 1: honestly that this story could easily go from what was
- 45:34Speaker 1: an idea to some content, to a podcast, to a
- 45:38Speaker 1: movie or at least like a daytime television series that
- 45:42Speaker 1: like unemployed Moms, single moms, you know, just or even
- 45:46Speaker 1: Grandma's are gonna.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Watch start with day four of your life? Go day four?
- 45:51Speaker 9: Yeah, No, that was an impactful day. I remember it vividly. No,
- 45:56Speaker 9: I mean stories are always complicated. My story, really, as
- 46:03Speaker 9: it came to be me started when I was probably sixteen,
- 46:08Speaker 9: and I wound up on the streets. I was homeless for.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Four years, four or five years.
- 46:13Speaker 2: I was.
- 46:14Speaker 9: I had a couple of culinary arts degrees under my belt,
- 46:17Speaker 9: like trade, vocational, not like high end school. Could never
- 46:21Speaker 9: afford high end schools. It was just something I did
- 46:23Speaker 9: in my free time. I always had a passion for cooking.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Did you know that Emerald, however you say his last name, Yeah,
- 46:31Speaker 1: he actually got kicked out of school and then got
- 46:33Speaker 1: his claim to fame when he went overseas, partied too
- 46:38Speaker 1: hard somehow got on a show over over in like
- 46:41Speaker 1: the European area, and then he became on an American
- 46:44Speaker 1: television because my cousin actually went to the same school
- 46:47Speaker 1: that he went to down in Florida, and believe got
- 46:49Speaker 1: kicked out. I had, Yes, So there just a little
- 46:54Speaker 1: side note of you don't need a higher end education
- 46:57Speaker 1: to be as amazing as you and emerl.
- 46:59Speaker 9: Yeah, that's good inspiration. I like that a lot. But
- 47:05Speaker 9: I don't know. I kind of always had a passion
- 47:07Speaker 9: for food, but food in the sense that it brings
- 47:10Speaker 9: people together, which says a lot more about what I
- 47:14Speaker 9: was striving for than even I realized. I enjoy bringing
- 47:19Speaker 9: people together, a positive community, something that I love and
- 47:22Speaker 9: something I can feed into. And so I was doing
- 47:27Speaker 9: cooking for a little bit. I ended up getting my
- 47:30Speaker 9: high school diploma even though I dropped out, went back
- 47:33Speaker 9: to school, were just a little bit, did some college,
- 47:36Speaker 9: not much in cooking, and then kind of gave up
- 47:41Speaker 9: on everything. I was like, this isn't Food's not my
- 47:43Speaker 9: avenue because when you get between people and their food,
- 47:46Speaker 9: they turn into different people.
- 47:49Speaker 1: I mean, at the end of the day, we're all animals.
- 47:50Speaker 9: Right exactly, and if you're that person in the way,
- 47:54Speaker 9: it becomes really really strange. And I just wanted to
- 47:56Speaker 9: foster positivity and love through food and artistic and it didn't.
- 48:01Speaker 9: It didn't happen in the restaurants sense. So uniquely, TikTok
- 48:05Speaker 9: allows me to be artistic with my food and share love.
- 48:09Speaker 9: Yet I'm the only one I asked to eat it.
- 48:11Speaker 9: So yeah, it's it's quite perfect.
- 48:14Speaker 1: And if you're recording the videos, even if it's terrible,
- 48:17Speaker 1: you can put on that like smile and be like
- 48:19Speaker 1: this is crash because you know you're doing that on
- 48:22Speaker 1: some of the other TV shows, like some of that
- 48:24Speaker 1: Ship looks terrible and they're like, this is so great,
- 48:27Speaker 1: and then it's like cut a little like an orange slice,
- 48:32Speaker 1: and like, I'm gonna say this for Vivian. If I
- 48:35Speaker 1: were a cat, I'd spend all nine lives with buddy.
- 48:39Speaker 9: No way, I love you, Vivian.
- 48:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know Vivian either, but
- 48:48Speaker 2: that's where she's going with that.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Okay, sorry, yeah, Vivia, your shot, all of your shot.
- 48:55Speaker 1: This is the time see and this is just another
- 48:57Speaker 1: and then just to get back to your story. This
- 48:59Speaker 1: is another great thing that I love about this because
- 49:01Speaker 1: here on the show, we take you know, some amazing
- 49:04Speaker 1: TikTok you know what I mean people, and you see
- 49:07Speaker 1: them in TikTok and you see them in their fifteens
- 49:09Speaker 1: or you see them in their lives, and it's a
- 49:11Speaker 1: little awkward to be in the live sometimes because it's
- 49:13Speaker 1: only interaction here reading texts you know this and that,
- 49:17Speaker 1: or at least we're having a great conversation, and uh,
- 49:20Speaker 1: you get to see these guys on TikTok and these
- 49:22Speaker 1: girls on TikTok on the show where I can feature
- 49:24Speaker 1: comments and you guys can get your questions, you can
- 49:27Speaker 1: show your love, you can shoot your shots. You can
- 49:28Speaker 1: flirt as hard as you want and they're here for you, Bud.
- 49:35Speaker 1: I mean, so all right, sorry to interrupt the story.
- 49:42Speaker 9: And really the rest is I mean, I got in
- 49:44Speaker 9: to I had a bad habit of getting into relationship
- 49:47Speaker 9: from relationship to relationship to relationship. You're one of those
- 49:53Speaker 9: I was.
- 49:55Speaker 1: I so was.
- 49:57Speaker 9: Because I didn't. I mean, there's a lot story behind that,
- 50:01Speaker 9: but there was a lot to it. And then I
- 50:03Speaker 9: had my son and everything changed. Everything changed. I wanted
- 50:09Speaker 9: to be the best man I could be for my son.
- 50:12Speaker 9: I like I learned to stand up for myself and
- 50:14Speaker 9: I for the first time in my life other than
- 50:17Speaker 9: being like a child. I went single for three and
- 50:20Speaker 9: a half to four years and I was like, I
- 50:23Speaker 9: need to fix this. I need to fix me, like
- 50:26Speaker 9: I've got problems, and TikTok's been a perpetuating wheel to that.
- 50:31Speaker 9: Like every single day I make a video, it's about improvement,
- 50:35Speaker 9: it's about doing something for me. It is a soulmate search.
- 50:37Speaker 9: I want to find that person, but it's about improving
- 50:39Speaker 9: me until I find that person. And that's the beauty
- 50:43Speaker 9: in it. And I love that TikTok's given me a
- 50:45Speaker 9: platform to just find like minded people who want to
- 50:48Speaker 9: grow and be positive and like find the beauty in
- 50:51Speaker 9: life even when it's a rough day. So it's it's
- 50:56Speaker 9: it's just been perpetuating and I can't wait to see
- 50:59Speaker 9: where this goes, Like if it's cooking awesome, if it's
- 51:02Speaker 9: lifestyle awesome. I'm a tiny home person. I want to
- 51:04Speaker 9: build like a little studio. I've got so many plans,
- 51:08Speaker 9: but I didn't even think my life would get here,
- 51:10Speaker 9: let alone where it's going.
- 51:12Speaker 1: It's about to go, and it's it's heading in a
- 51:14Speaker 1: great direction. You can just feel the vibe, you know,
- 51:17Speaker 1: not only the energies, but just the conversations we've briefly had,
- 51:20Speaker 1: Like it's pretty cool and and and it's it's a
- 51:23Speaker 1: great thing because at the end of the day, like
- 51:25Speaker 1: you know, us being dad's too, Like the greatest thing
- 51:28Speaker 1: is at least for me personally, like beard laws and everything.
- 51:30Speaker 1: Like I want to leave a legacy, you know what
- 51:32Speaker 1: I mean, Like when when I'm gone out of this world,
- 51:35Speaker 1: you want your children to be like that's the legacy
- 51:37Speaker 1: he lived. You want to be a role model not
- 51:40Speaker 1: only for your children but for other people around you.
- 51:43Speaker 1: And you want to be the best father that you
- 51:45Speaker 1: can be. And that's how that's how every parent, you
- 51:48Speaker 1: know what I mean, and a lot of people that
- 51:50Speaker 1: that we surround ourselves with, you know what I mean,
- 51:52Speaker 1: that's that's the goal. Those are the three most important
- 51:54Speaker 1: things at least you know that that in my brain,
- 51:56Speaker 1: that's what they are. And it's and it's funny that
- 51:59Speaker 1: you kind of say that, And it's funny what children do.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Man.
- 52:02Speaker 1: It seems like you either you either grow up, wake
- 52:04Speaker 1: up and say, all right, this is a life's not
- 52:07Speaker 1: about me anymore, or there's a handful of those other
- 52:09Speaker 1: ones that are like.
- 52:10Speaker 8: Eh, yeah, no, I totinitely get it.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Whatever, I got a kids, so what I'm still gonna
- 52:17Speaker 1: be me yeh. But uh yeah, it's absolutely amazing, and
- 52:21Speaker 1: uh yeah, I'm excited and and I think we're going
- 52:24Speaker 1: to talk offline. I got a couple ideas of some
- 52:26Speaker 1: stuff where this this whole soul searching can can go.
- 52:30Speaker 1: And I know there's there's been some conversations I think
- 52:32Speaker 1: with you and some others, but I really I don't
- 52:36Speaker 1: tell the secrets.
- 52:37Speaker 9: Wait, there are secrets I need to know.
- 52:40Speaker 1: I'm so I got a secret. But yeah, I honestly
- 52:43Speaker 1: am hoping that you know this platform, and then you're
- 52:46Speaker 1: gonna continue to grow, You're gonna continue bigger and uh
- 52:49Speaker 1: and and I'm glad you're in a better mindset, not
- 52:52Speaker 1: that relationship guy. And uh, you know what I mean,
- 52:54Speaker 1: You're you're looking for the real thing. And and hopefully
- 52:57Speaker 1: it's not what's that show where the one dude gets
- 52:58Speaker 1: to date twenty women at a time. I actually hopefully
- 53:01Speaker 1: hopefully you don't get the you know, tricked into being whatever.
- 53:05Speaker 1: But one thing that that always comes up on our
- 53:07Speaker 1: show too is the way that TikTok's algorithms work, for
- 53:12Speaker 1: how they match people up, you know what I mean,
- 53:14Speaker 1: Like it's crazy they should be selling it to dating apps,
- 53:17Speaker 1: because not not only like you know, for for single
- 53:20Speaker 1: people the way that they're met, because you see a
- 53:22Speaker 1: lot of relationships that developed from it, but the friendships,
- 53:25Speaker 1: you know what I mean, like like us as friends now,
- 53:27Speaker 1: like we would have never met if it wasn't for
- 53:29Speaker 1: this app and all the other amazing you know, people
- 53:32Speaker 1: that we've met from the from the app, like Maddelin
- 53:34Speaker 1: and and everybody else. Like it's absolutely amazing how they
- 53:36Speaker 1: can you know, just just match up people with similar
- 53:40Speaker 1: interests and and uh and kind of how they are
- 53:43Speaker 1: a people too. Yeah, No, I match some shitty people
- 53:47Speaker 1: like sen or maybe I don't messenger back.
- 53:50Speaker 9: I almost trust TikTok more than I trust myself. So
- 53:54Speaker 9: TikTok's on point. That's saying something like, I've met some
- 53:57Speaker 9: incredible people. They are all on my discord. There's a
- 53:59Speaker 9: fan of positivity that I would have never known otherwise.
- 54:03Speaker 9: They are top notch human beings. Love them to death.
- 54:06Speaker 1: There's so many comments that I've been trying to just
- 54:08Speaker 1: refrain from because I was trying to like not break
- 54:11Speaker 1: you know you or the content. But there's some good ones.
- 54:14Speaker 1: They're going hard in the comments right now. Yeah, and
- 54:16Speaker 1: I'm just gonna I'm just gonna go back just a
- 54:18Speaker 1: little bit. Buddy's most definitely their niche or niche niche
- 54:25Speaker 1: straight to the moon. He's gonna go to infinity and beyond.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Where was the other was steak for breakfast? Is okay
- 54:33Speaker 1: for her?
- 54:34Speaker 9: Yes?
- 54:35Speaker 1: That sure looks great on you as a matter of fact,
- 54:37Speaker 1: So she love you. But yeah, there's there's some good ones.
- 54:45Speaker 1: And obviously there there's so much love and in it
- 54:48Speaker 1: and it's well deserved, you know, what I mean, like
- 54:49Speaker 1: you have it absolutely. We mentioned it earlier, like there's
- 54:52Speaker 1: there's certain creators out there that might not have the
- 54:55Speaker 1: biggest following, but the relationships that they built and they're
- 54:57Speaker 1: not they're not fans, you know what I mean. I mean,
- 55:00Speaker 1: they're more than that. They're a family, they're viewers, they're friends.
- 55:03Speaker 1: So I mean, it's it's just it's just a great
- 55:06Speaker 1: thing to see, man, And I'm very happy for you
- 55:08Speaker 1: and in the family that you guys have built and hopefully
- 55:11Speaker 1: well we're a part of it now, whether you like
- 55:12Speaker 1: it or not.
- 55:13Speaker 9: Family. Yeah, yeah, this is the thing.
- 55:15Speaker 2: Now.
- 55:17Speaker 1: If I got a dollar for every time I thought
- 55:19Speaker 1: of Buddy, I do only have one because he never
- 55:21Speaker 1: leaves my mind.
- 55:22Speaker 9: Oh, Vivian, Oh yeah, if I got a dollar every time?
- 55:31Speaker 1: Is that I don't even know, Vivian. But I don't
- 55:33Speaker 1: know why you're looking at me like Dwight.
- 55:36Speaker 2: The Dwight thing throws me off.
- 55:37Speaker 1: It does a little, which is it's extra sexy.
- 55:40Speaker 9: I don't know if you know.
- 55:42Speaker 1: So, so I mean we can move on or if
- 55:45Speaker 1: there's any more to add to your story. But I
- 55:47Speaker 1: feel like the story is absolutely amazing. Yeah, Lad, it's
- 55:49Speaker 1: out there and hopefully you know what everybody in the
- 55:51Speaker 1: podcast make sure obviously you guys hit up bites with Buddy.
- 55:54Speaker 1: He's on the Instagram, he's on the TikTok, and there's
- 55:56Speaker 1: gonna be more. There's gonna be so much more to come.
- 55:58Speaker 1: I'm excited for it.
- 55:59Speaker 2: So let's not forget. You can learn how to cook
- 56:04Speaker 2: with Buddy. It's not just like I watched some of
- 56:07Speaker 2: those I'm thinking, oh, no shit, I could do that.
- 56:11Speaker 9: It's not that hard. We can all do it. No,
- 56:14Speaker 9: I'm throwing classes.
- 56:15Speaker 1: You're welcome, You're more than welcome.
- 56:16Speaker 2: Perfect.
- 56:17Speaker 3: Actually I can no, I can't. I went to my
- 56:22Speaker 3: mother in law, who's basically been quarantine with us. We
- 56:25Speaker 3: go from our place to the airplace the whole time,
- 56:27Speaker 3: which is fantastic.
- 56:29Speaker 2: She's awesome, but they do.
- 56:30Speaker 9: Have a cooking nice every day.
- 56:33Speaker 1: I crade you, thank you.
- 56:35Speaker 2: And then it came out that I'm not allowed to cook.
- 56:38Speaker 9: So okay, climate I understand, got.
- 56:43Speaker 1: That fancy apron. It makes me want to throw it
- 56:45Speaker 1: on an apron. But the beard, the beard is tough
- 56:48Speaker 1: with cooking, like I have to put it up because
- 56:50Speaker 1: like just simple stuff like like tonight we did a
- 56:53Speaker 1: chicken braccoli alfredo, you know what I mean, And you're
- 56:54Speaker 1: reaching your sauce. Next thing you know, your beard's in
- 56:57Speaker 1: the in the boiling water with the noodles, and they're like,
- 56:59Speaker 1: oh yeah, that's self trip.
- 57:03Speaker 9: I did that with the bowl of beer literally dreads
- 57:06Speaker 9: in beard in. I just went for it.
- 57:08Speaker 1: You just fine, You just alcoholic, that's right. So I
- 57:13Speaker 1: gotta ask you. We'll get into a couple more questions
- 57:16Speaker 1: as long as you still got time, bring it on.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Let's go. So you did the World's Hottest not challenge?
- 57:23Speaker 1: Did you regret it? Would you do it again? And
- 57:25Speaker 1: how bad did it hurt coming out the next day?
- 57:29Speaker 9: So I tend not to do anything I'll regret the
- 57:31Speaker 9: next day. That's a preface. That one was a bit
- 57:35Speaker 9: of a problem. I was like, I'm not gonna do this.
- 57:38Speaker 9: I don't say come to peer pressure. All my family
- 57:40Speaker 9: and friends were doing it. I was like, no, no
- 57:42Speaker 9: way going down. It was like a an eight like.
- 57:47Speaker 9: I was like, this is going to be a problem.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Did you get that wicked stomach pain?
- 57:50Speaker 9: Yeah, it was like from from the throat all the
- 57:53Speaker 9: way down to the stomach, it was fire.
- 57:56Speaker 1: I'm waiting for ladies to go ahead and shoot your
- 57:58Speaker 1: shot on that comment in them here it was like
- 58:02Speaker 1: a sing in the fire. So anyways, we were saying.
- 58:08Speaker 9: But the next day, no regrets, none had no problems.
- 58:12Speaker 9: It wasn't too bad. I mean on the scale of things,
- 58:15Speaker 9: maybe that's where my channel should just go from from
- 58:18Speaker 9: cooking breakfast to eating hot peppers and regretting it.
- 58:21Speaker 1: I feel the whole is your is your new friend
- 58:27Speaker 1: and a part of your family. I'm going to strong vote.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Now here's a concept. Hear me out, Why don't you
- 58:33Speaker 1: eat the hot peppers and then try to cook live.
- 58:39Speaker 1: That might make for entertainment, but I feel like it's
- 58:41Speaker 1: gonna lead to some terrible stomach problems. And I feel
- 58:45Speaker 1: like that should be like, you know, once in a while. Move.
- 58:48Speaker 1: But hey, there's a lot like they're doing that on
- 58:50Speaker 1: YouTube and they seem to make you know, a lot
- 58:52Speaker 1: of money just eating hot stuff and putting their body
- 58:54Speaker 1: through hell touchet, and I feel like you're better than that.
- 58:58Speaker 9: But yeah, once a week, Yeah, I'll do it like
- 59:00Speaker 9: once a week, maybe twice a.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Week, yeah, depending on how on how it goes, right.
- 59:06Speaker 1: So obviously you're a nerd. I'm a nerd too. I
- 59:09Speaker 1: love that Star Wars right there, absolutely amazing. Who would
- 59:13Speaker 1: you consider one of? There's not a clear favorite usually,
- 59:18Speaker 1: but who is one of your favorite characters or favorite series?
- 59:22Speaker 9: Oh?
- 59:23Speaker 1: I said one of, and nobody's gonna judge you or
- 59:26Speaker 1: or be like that's the one you picked, Because there's
- 59:28Speaker 1: there's a lot is a nerd. You can't just put
- 59:30Speaker 1: all your as you know, in the in the kitchen
- 59:32Speaker 1: and the farming. You can't put all your eggs in
- 59:33Speaker 1: one basket.
- 59:34Speaker 9: Yeah, you can't. But if I had to pick one,
- 59:37Speaker 9: it would be Benjamin Cisco, Star Trek Deep Space nine.
- 59:41Speaker 1: Knew you'd go Star Treks, so you're you're more Star
- 59:43Speaker 1: Trek than Star Wars.
- 59:45Speaker 9: I'm fifty to fifty. My dad split me like I
- 59:47Speaker 9: watched both about even wow.
- 59:51Speaker 1: But that's that's impressive. That's like the truest nerd thing
- 59:53Speaker 1: ever because I'm Star Wars. Okay, my dad was Star
- 59:57Speaker 1: Trek for a long time. Like that was that is
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: viewed a lot more and I just I don't hate it,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: but I'm just more Star.
- 1:00:05Speaker 9: Wars, Okay, I get it. I want a lightsaber, trust me.
- 1:00:08Speaker 9: I see all these lightsaber videos and I want in
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: in But that being said, the Star Trek universe just
- 1:00:14Speaker 9: isn't that big on TikTok.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: So yeah, it was, it will be with your help.
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: Maybe, Yeah, let's do this Star Wars only forever? Yes, start.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Yes, so yeah, so yeah, anybody in the comments, you
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: guys would feel free to say, hey I'm Star Wars.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Hey I'm Star Trek. It's always a conversation. And when
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I was a part of interviews in my in my job,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: that was a question that we would always ask Star
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Trek or Star Wars because I work on it, so
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: we're all thwarts, and it was it was a very
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: important question because there was some truckies and then there
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: was some Star Wars guys, so it was we had
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: to see which.
- 1:00:49Speaker 9: One they led, and uh, we need we need to
- 1:00:52Speaker 9: know what department to put you in as to not
- 1:00:54Speaker 9: cause arguments. Yeah I get it. Yeah, yeah that's good.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: So yeah, that's so. So we talked about it just
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: a little bit when you were kind of saying earlier
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: that you were, you know, into kind of doing some
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: trends and stuff like that. So obviously you're you're in
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: I'm assuming I'm still some of the trends and if so, Like,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: is there any that you really did enjoy or thought
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: were really cool, because there's a lot of them that
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: are just kind of dumb.
- 1:01:19Speaker 9: There are so many trends. I'll be honest, I don't
- 1:01:22Speaker 9: spend a lot of time on TikTok anymore. With like
- 1:01:25Speaker 9: I'm more than ten hours a day and then coming
- 1:01:27Speaker 9: home and shooting a three hour video that I condense
- 1:01:30Speaker 9: down to maybe forty five seconds. I don't have time
- 1:01:33Speaker 9: to watch trends anymore. I wish I did. I wish
- 1:01:37Speaker 9: I knew the trends. I did the wipe it challenge, yeah,
- 1:01:40Speaker 9: and put a twist on it, just a small twist
- 1:01:42Speaker 9: that I had seen somewhere. But most of the trends
- 1:01:46Speaker 9: just go right over. Oh that is good, good job.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: Dwhite just want buddy to talk nerdy to me, talk
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: nerdy to me. Yeah, So yeah, trends. Like I said,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: and I have the same thing. I kind of have
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: a hard time doing really anything other than beard stuff.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: That's just kind of my niche or kiditch. But yeah,
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: that's kind of what I've been doing. But yeah, some
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: of them are pretty cool. It's the ones, I guess
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: that finally make it on your for you page from
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: all the people that you're actually you know what I mean,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: getting a lot of their content when they're all the same.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: Some of them are funny, but some of them like,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: we're not even gonna get them because there's certain songs
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: that just get stuck in my head that just drives
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: me crazy.
- 1:02:29Speaker 9: I like, I mean the heritage one where the dance,
- 1:02:33Speaker 9: the super easy one. I know, I watched your last podcast.
- 1:02:36Speaker 9: You were like, I'm not a huge fan. I did
- 1:02:39Speaker 9: a video. I loved that one. I don't know why,
- 1:02:41Speaker 9: but dance trends are a big, big thing for me,
- 1:02:44Speaker 9: but they don't come across my for you page anymore.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't see a lot of them either. And
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: the only reason I didn't like it is the song
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: was so overdone and then the person that started it
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: just was like even more. And it's not like like
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: there's certain trends that are like and I think it's
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: more relatable because let's be honest, not everybody can dance,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: so it was just an easy one that people could do,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: which okay, you know, but when you get those actual
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: ones that are actually kind of tougher dances like those
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: are cool and it was just kind of just overdone
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: in my eyes, you know what I mean, And then
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: it became a joke and then you start seeing but
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: I mean, and be hon it. There's no judgment to
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: anybody that does it. I think it's cool and it's
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: a good way. But there's so many people I think
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: did it just to try to get that one video
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: that there was no creativity. It was just like a
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: lot of people did it because they thought it was
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: going to get them followers and viewers, and it was like.
- 1:03:32Speaker 9: Sadly that works sometimes on tiktogy sometimes it does, and
- 1:03:36Speaker 9: so of course they're going to go for it.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: Let's just say, I'm glad I don't have girls.
- 1:03:41Speaker 9: Oh tooche, I just want to play video games. Somebody
- 1:03:45Speaker 9: bath me?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go. What else did I? Oh? So, is
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: there any What's one thing that you missed the most
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: during quarantine life?
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: Ah? Okay, the only thing I miss in quarantine life
- 1:04:00Speaker 9: because my life hasn't changed that much. I'm I'm an
- 1:04:05Speaker 9: essential worker. My job hasn't changed. I still come home
- 1:04:09Speaker 9: and then shoot tiktoks. Nothing's really changed for me, except
- 1:04:12Speaker 9: for on occasion, I'll go downtown and I'll go dancing.
- 1:04:17Speaker 9: I'll go to the bar and I will just dance
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: for four hours straight by myself, Like I don't need
- 1:04:23Speaker 9: no girl, I don't need no ma'am. I'm gonna dance.
- 1:04:26Speaker 9: I'm gonna get it.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: And then they flocked you anyways, right, I mean it happens.
- 1:04:30Speaker 9: I mean it's part of life. But I miss dancing.
- 1:04:34Speaker 9: I miss being able to go out and dance. That's
- 1:04:36Speaker 9: wear a mask, I hope. So that would make me
- 1:04:39Speaker 9: so much more.
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: Oh Jesus, in my whole thirty nine year years of existence,
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: I haven't had.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: This many nice things said about me coming to.
- 1:05:04Speaker 9: One of my lives.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: This is awesome, awesome.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and you should check out some of his lives.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Apparently I need to take some tips.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: From you, not pun intended. No. Oh, so, so what's
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: one hobby if any obviously you're still a busy guy
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: that you might have or anything new that you might
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: have learned during quarantine.
- 1:05:29Speaker 9: I've gotten into woodworking a bit more. I love building stuff.
- 1:05:33Speaker 9: I owned a construction company for about a year.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I thought it was just a new term that all
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: the kids were saying, Okay, actual woodwork.
- 1:05:43Speaker 9: Yeah, but I deeply enjoy building stuff. I mean, other
- 1:05:49Speaker 9: than cooking and really being adventurous in my cooking. It'd
- 1:05:52Speaker 9: have to be just building things, like building my office,
- 1:05:56Speaker 9: building this whole setup, building the shelves. I have shelves
- 1:05:58Speaker 9: in my room that I've built. Of course, I posted
- 1:06:01Speaker 9: one video about the shelf that I built, just really
- 1:06:04Speaker 9: kind of getting down and nitty gritty with my hands.
- 1:06:07Speaker 9: It reminds me that it's okay to get dirty. Like
- 1:06:10Speaker 9: sometimes I'm wearing a suit and a tie and I'm
- 1:06:13Speaker 9: cooking dinner, but I'm wearing an apron. I'm not above it.
- 1:06:16Speaker 9: I'll roll in dirt. I care not.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: So.
- 1:06:20Speaker 9: Woodworking has been kind of that one thing I've been.
- 1:06:22Speaker 9: It's that's my grounding station. Like when I need to
- 1:06:26Speaker 9: take a step back from TikTok or creating content, that's
- 1:06:29Speaker 9: where I go. It's just making something with my hands.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: Awesome. What got you in to growing the beard?
- 1:06:39Speaker 9: I couldn't grow any hair at all until it was
- 1:06:44Speaker 9: twenty eight, Like at all my brothers had beards at
- 1:06:49Speaker 9: like twenty three, twenty four. My older brother had his
- 1:06:54Speaker 9: at like twenty one. Couldn't grow like I would just
- 1:06:57Speaker 9: leave it on. I would just let it go, nothing
- 1:07:00Speaker 9: would happen.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: We're get thirty.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: I was the same way, like right around thirty I
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: start even trying. But like I just say, I hit
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: puberty at thirty eight. So yeah, for a year and
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: almost two years now, I've been able to grow a beard.
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: I started this in the last labor day, but at
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: thirty eight my patches went away and.
- 1:07:19Speaker 9: I was like, hey, yeah, get it.
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: And once you're in the beard life, it's just there.
- 1:07:25Speaker 9: To Yeah, it's done. I mean I trimmed off. It
- 1:07:29Speaker 9: was down to here, and I trimmed it off when
- 1:07:32Speaker 9: I got my dreads because it didn't feel balanced. I
- 1:07:34Speaker 9: was so nervous to do it before the podcast. I'll
- 1:07:38Speaker 9: be honest it up.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: And then do it on TikTok because I would have
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: had to do edits. That's just kind of what I
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: do now. And I do all blind reactions, like all
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: these videos of people losing their beard, Like people tag
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: me and they're like watch this blind. I'm like okay,
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: and I press duet and then when it loads, and
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: then I just watch it and I'm just like I
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: never know and sneaky, like some of them are like
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: gonna like lead up, like don't do it, don't do
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: and I'm like nah, right, they got men. So has
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: has TikTok changed your life at all?
- 1:08:13Speaker 9: Oh? Drastically. I mean it's hard to delve this much
- 1:08:18Speaker 9: time into something and not have it change your life
- 1:08:20Speaker 9: or your perception. Like I came from being homeless and
- 1:08:25Speaker 9: having maybe my brother and my sister be like those
- 1:08:27Speaker 9: people in my life that were rocks and even they like,
- 1:08:32Speaker 9: anytime you put that much energy into a person, there's
- 1:08:34Speaker 9: gonna be leadway back and forth. TikTok is the first
- 1:08:38Speaker 9: time in my life where I've felt like I might
- 1:08:41Speaker 9: be something that I've envisioned in my head or wanted. Ever,
- 1:08:48Speaker 9: people are like, we love you, we want more of you.
- 1:08:51Speaker 9: That's the first time I've ever gotten that my entire life.
- 1:08:54Speaker 9: That level of positivity like will always change my perspective
- 1:08:58Speaker 9: of myself and has Like the people in the comments,
- 1:09:01Speaker 9: I absolutely love these ladies. Some of the men I
- 1:09:05Speaker 9: think like less than five percent men, but will always
- 1:09:10Speaker 9: change my perspective.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Is tough problems to have. It's good to be loved
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: by anybody, honestly, and it's great too because you know
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: pretty much any and I mean I've seen people go
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: from you know what I mean, like myself like pretty
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: much no followers, got some good you know, traction, and
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: we're still the same people, and you know what I mean,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: we're very grounded, we're very and it's cool to see
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: some of these people like you and a lot of
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: the guys that I'm friends with, like are in Sanctuary,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: beer bowing John, these guys, they're all the same people.
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: They just have a huge platform, but they've been forced
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: to change their concept because now they're at a level
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: where they make a difference. They have so many eyes
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: on them and they're doing a great job using the
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: platform the proper way to get a you know, a
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: message when they need to. And it's just a really
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: cool to have great people in good power, you know
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: what I mean, and those regards from social media instead
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: of you know, to fifty million people that are creating
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: this like.
- 1:10:05Speaker 9: Hey, don't hate get it.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Maybe maybe it's just because I can't do it maybe,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: so so usually we'll we'll we'll kind of wrap this up.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: We're we're a little bit over the show, which is
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: perfectly fine because it's all about you and you know
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: what I mean, you had a busy day and everything,
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: and we do appreciate your time, but I just kind
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: of want to see if there's any advice that you
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: would give anybody, not whether it be life advice, TikTok advice,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Instagram advice, cooking advice, kind of any advice that you
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: think that you think you know somebody listening that you
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: could tell them and it could change them, you know,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: in a positive manner. Oh, any nice questions, No.
- 1:10:45Speaker 9: I love the heavy questions. I don't have a lot
- 1:10:50Speaker 9: of advice in cooking as I'm still learning, but my
- 1:10:52Speaker 9: advice would have to be hope is the most valuable
- 1:10:58Speaker 9: tool you'll ever have. It's one of the hardest to attain,
- 1:11:03Speaker 9: but it means the most. It's self empowerment to a
- 1:11:07Speaker 9: goal that you'll one day reach if you keep at it.
- 1:11:13Speaker 9: That's all I hold in my heart is hope that
- 1:11:15Speaker 9: the person I become is a person that's valued and
- 1:11:19Speaker 9: a person that can make the world a better place.
- 1:11:22Speaker 9: And if everyone did that from small steps, from making
- 1:11:25Speaker 9: your bed to cooking breakfast, that's the point. Take the
- 1:11:30Speaker 9: small steps, Be okay with taking those small steps. You
- 1:11:34Speaker 9: don't have to do a thousand or like a thousand
- 1:11:37Speaker 9: hours in the gym and change your life overnight. It's impossible.
- 1:11:42Speaker 9: Start with the small stuff and it's okay to be
- 1:11:45Speaker 9: okay with the positivity that that brings into your life.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: Yeah, that's powerful. Yeah, and it's great because you have
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: affected so many people in a positive manner. And the
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: one thing too, that that so many people kind of
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: go through on the on TikTok is some kind of
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: like mental breakdown where they just hit a point they
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: just need to step away and everything. You know, if
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: you ever get to that point, reach out to me
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: to have a conversation, because not only TikTok, the world
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: needs what you do for them, whether it's cooking breakfast,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: it's more than just cooking breakfast, you know what I mean. Obviously,
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: there is a huge story. You are looking for your soulmate,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: and it's not just some it's not just some ploy
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: to get people out there, to get followers, to drive
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: the ladies wild. You're truly at a point in your
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: life finally where you're looking for love. And it's powerful
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: and it has me just like, all right, when's he
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: gonna find it? Like, and I'm so excited because you
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: know what I mean, I could just see the story
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: where you know, next thing you know, it's it's you
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: and your soulmate. You guys are cooking breakfast, you know
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: what I mean. You guys are doing this, and you
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: guys are doing this, and I'm excited to see how
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: this goes. I look forward to that so deeply. Yeah,
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: No is awesome. And I know I think you're in
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: the Washington area and there's a possibility I might be
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: going to the wash to An area in the next
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: couple of months. So when that happens, I'll make sure
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: to hit you up. And we're gonna go hang out
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: with Iron Sanctuary, Beer Bong John and some really amazing people.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: So that's that's pretty cool. It's gonna be a cool trip.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Maybe we can convince him to go.
- 1:13:15Speaker 9: Well, come on, it's not even a maybe you're coming,
- 1:13:18Speaker 9: it's I.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: Think it'd be awesome. I'd like to go for at
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: least like a four or five day trip. But uh
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: that we'll be talking about that after. So one thing
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: that we do at the end of the show is
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: we put our guest up to a random bizarre dare
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Oh just kidding. No, none of that happens. No, I
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: want to now you said it, And actually I was
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: good at when you got in here. I was gonna
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: at some point do like a joke where we actually
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: had like four women backstage and we're gonna play matchmaker
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: for you and all this weird stuff. Now, we didn't
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: do that either. We weren't that prepared. But what we
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: really do is we let you take as much time,
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: whether it's thirty seconds or ten minutes or thirty minutes,
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: to self plug, tell us where they can find you,
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: what you have going on, anything you want the people
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: of the bearded community, or even just you know, your
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: family in here, anything that you want to say. We
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: put you on the big screen. It's all about you.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: And when you're done, then well then we'll bring it
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: back and say goodbye. So it's your time to shine.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: Take as long as you want, tell everybody where they
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: can find you, and just plug away, like what you
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: got going on.
- 1:14:29Speaker 9: I'm currently starting a new series keep Eyes Out on YouTube.
- 1:14:35Speaker 9: I'm starting my YouTube starting to take off the ground.
- 1:14:38Speaker 9: Followers are phenomenal. It's Bites with Buddy literally everywhere you look, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook,
- 1:14:46Speaker 9: you name it, I'm there Bites with Buddy. We're just here.
- 1:14:50Speaker 9: We're a family that's trying to spread positivity and love
- 1:14:53Speaker 9: and growth. If you're about those things, feel free to
- 1:14:57Speaker 9: join the family. That's literally all I've got going on,
- 1:15:02Speaker 9: and that's a great thing.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: We lost Logan. He had to hearnight right there and
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: literally right still hear it. But yeah, so guys follow
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: everywhere as it's rolling on your night bites with Buddy,
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: all the social media is, there's gonna be some amazing things.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: And I'm like, I told you guys earlier, it's one
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: hundred K right now, it's gonna just take off, all right,
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: it's going to we have some big plans, some collabs.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: We're gonna we're gonna grow together, and we're gonna make
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: this just an absolute thing. And I can't thank you enough.
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: And Logan's back, he can't think enough, but for taking
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: the time to be on this. Hopefully it was everything
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: and more that you hope so, and you absolutely killed it.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: I know you were a little bit nervous coming in.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Hopefully it wasn't. Hopefully it wasn't as bad and we
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: made you feel pretty welcome. But it's easy when you
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: have when you have a whole bunch of amazing people
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: in here, I think it's I.
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: Think it's easier when the positivity is there, and you,
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: like ourselves, are always on the pos side no matter
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: what's going on. At some point in your life, you
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: just have to be like, you know what, I'm done
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: with this, I'm gonna look for the bright side.
- 1:16:08Speaker 9: Amen to that.
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: When you get when you get to there, life is
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: just better, really.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: And it's awesome. And I look forward to not only
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: being a part of the family and everything that that's
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: going to become of this and and it's an absolute
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: pleasure to not only have like a finally kind of
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: a face to face well twenty twenty face to face meeting,
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: but just being able to kind of interact with a
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: whole bunch of other amazing people. So not only thank you,
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: but thanks to every single person that came in live
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: to watch us, whether you're on Facebook, whether you're on YouTube.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: And we absolutely appreciate the hell out of every single
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: one of you and look forward to everything that is
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: about to come for your story and we, like I said,
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: it's it's our pleasure to have you. Man, Thank you
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: so much.
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: The Budget club is strong.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: It is strong.
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: I love them to death.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna go on record and saying it's the strongest
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: fan club that we see I mean you, I.
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: Don't know for numbers, but maybe easily the brashest.
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: You know what.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: That's a good thing for sure.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Absolutely we love it if it's exactly our our content
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: in our style, like there's there's something here. And if
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: you ever want to come back on the show, maybe
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: you're just like, hey, what's going on? Maybe I'll come
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: in and co host and something like that. Hit us up.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: We'd love to either, you know, do a do a
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: cooking segment. Sometimes we want to interview somebody while you're cooking.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: We'll just zoom in and we'll be like, all right,
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: what's he doing? Oh, that looks good? All right, and
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: then we'll go back to the interview. There's so many
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: things we can do and hopefully you know what I mean,
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: if you want to be a part of it, we'll
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: we'll work your work your way into a segment. So again,
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: thanks everybody. Uh, if you want to stay backstage, I
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: know you said you got a P two I do too.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna end this. You're more than welcome to hang out.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: And then if some of you guys want to come
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: in and uh and Buddy's okay, let us know, we
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: can send out some links or whatever. So all right,
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: we're gonna be backstage again. If anybody wants to be
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: potential in here and chat for a little bit, send
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: a message to Beard Laws on Instagram. We can send
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: a link and we can have a face to face
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: conversation with some of this family people. Yeah, I know,
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: so I can have ten people at a time, so
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: we can make to match some people Instagram. All right,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: and thanks, thanks Buddy for everything. Like I said, just
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: stick around if you'd like to. We're gonna hit the outro.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: So again, thanks everybody, We absolutely love you. Thanks and
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: Buddy will see a backstage in a second. And one
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: thing that we want to tell you that was a
