A 73-year-old cyclist, Michael Barrett, was fatally struck by a red or maroon SUV on Woodpecker Road near Seaford on July 24 at around 2:10 PM — the driver fled the scene. Police have released a photo of the suspect vehicle, which may have front-right headlight damage, and are urgently seeking witnesses or anyone with information.
