- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a big weekend this weekend.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Like Yeah.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Humongous.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: So like I know.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, we'll go through it, obviously, but I got Emily right on the bubble right now.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: So you were texting me frantic this whole week, like, this has changed.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: And this has changed.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: And this is changed.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my god.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: And me and Drew and James were all texting each other, like, because we don't know where, like, some coaches, like international, we're not like close with, right?
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Like, we can't just like message and be like, hey, uh, is this person doing this show?
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: And we're just like wondering, we're like, fuck, is the girl that's like sitting in 25th right now competing this weekend?
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Or the girl that just randomly hopped on the list because she won that Asia show, don't even know who she is, and she's in like the 24th spot.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: I'm like, is she gonna fly over here and try to get more points?
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Or is everyone gonna be able to jump her?
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: Like, we had no clue what was gonna happen.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: What's going on?
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Drew messaged me on Monday afternoon, and he goes, Is it just me or is this list taking forever to come out?
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, dude, I'm refreshing every 10 minutes right now.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: No, for me, what it was was this weekend, obviously with Tori and Ashley, there was so much like hype with the with them two back and forth.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was a good show.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: I was scrolling, like, when are the results coming out?
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: I was like, When what's happening?
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And I kept on checking my phone like literally every five minutes to see who had won.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Because that was like huge.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: One, obviously, because it's Ashley K, but then two, because like I'm quite close to Tori, and Tori looked like literally interesting.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: She looked really good, really, really good.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Really, really good.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: So I was like, I'm I'm interested to see like what's gonna happen.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: So I was like refreshing my phone.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I was like, why is this taking so long?
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, but it was a good weekend.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: And not to not to take anything away from anyone that won, like Evie's my girl anyway, and she won.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: But I'm almost watching these shows like, oh, if Alice beats Evie, then Alice is off the list and Emily gets to bump back in.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, I don't want to go against my own girl, but like I want Evie to fucking win.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, it also helps another girl get in.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: I'm like, shit.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: And then Alessia wins and hops up in the list.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Like Yeah, it's crazy.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: The list went crazy this weekend.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: There's like five names on there that weren't on there a week ago.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: It's crazy.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's let's have a look at let's start with looking off of that to be fair, because I feel like we've got so much to catch up on in general.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: So, um, okay, so I swear the way we talk about this is like how guys talk about their like fantasy football.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: It's us, like literally like playing a game of checkers, quite literally.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: So Ash looks insane there, by the way, when she posted that update.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, like, she looks full, she looks like conditioning-wise, like obviously conditioning's gonna come in, you know, in the next kind of five weeks or so, but like uh like this is this is what they wanted from her, right?
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Like they wanted more lower legs.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, fuller legs.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: I just I from my eyes, in like back pose, for example, again, her hair's gonna be cut like covering her traps and stuff like that, but trying to make her just upper body look a tiny, which you know what, this is all gonna come down to bigger.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Is that what you're gonna say?
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, I agree.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: Upper body look bigger.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: I think that um I think that the they did exactly like nailed the feedback for the front pose, but I almost wonder if like a percentage too much went to the glutes, and now the back pose is just a glute show.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Like, I think it's still balanced because like looking at this, but next to someone else, is it gonna look like too much glute?
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: But then again, we have from when this photo was taken, five weeks.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: So conditioning can dial that in.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: Maybe it won't be as glaringly in your face, but front pose, huge props to them because that's what they wanted to see.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: That's exactly what they wanted.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Incredible changes, like really, really good time, especially since March.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Like March to now, obviously, since she did the Arnold UK, like super, like really, really good.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: So no, I'm I'm really, really excited.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: And then Jazzy looks incredible as well.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: Jazzy looks great.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: I'm excited to see her this weekend.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna be in Oklahoma?
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: No, I'll be at Houston, but I'm excited to see Jazzy's, yeah, her her look.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's gonna be good.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Right, let's have a look at God, so much happened.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: Look at all the breaking news posts.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: I know, breaking news, breaking news, breaking news.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Like, whoa, calm down.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: This was a big one.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Brittany hopped right up into the points.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: I mean, she had nine, so she was like knocking on the door already, but um, yeah.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: Uh I'm gonna mix what we're saying right now with this upcoming weekend so we can everyone listening can be on the same page.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: So Britney's at 19 points now, and it's looking like doing the math, 18 to 19's gonna be the 25th spot.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: So she really like fingers crossed for her that she gets a top five this weekend, because even just getting fifth will solidify her.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: Like, if she has 20, she's golden.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: That 19th spot could be the bubble.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Uh Marie Eve is at 18, she's competing this weekend.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: Um Emily's at 15, she's competing this weekend.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: So if she gets a second, she hops right up above that.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: So it's like a lot of people will be pushing that 19 to 20 mark this weekend.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: Um, and so Brittany literally just needs a fifth place.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: And not that she can't get higher, but like goal like minimum get that fifth place, and she should be solid.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and she she this was definitely one of her best looks in terms of like what she needed to bring, fullness wise, conditioning wise, like for her, like it was just a matter of time in terms of like keep keeping it going and stuff like that, yeah, which is cool to see.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it was a good piece of things.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: I like Roxana's back pose a lot here too, in second place.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: She's she does have she's always she's always had very, very good glutes.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: Um, from like I mean, from even back in the day, like tw in 2023, like when she was at the Olympia and stuff, she had she had really, really good development in her glutes.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: I wonder what is it she needs to improve on.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Obviously, second is still great, but I'm interested to see what improvements she would need moving forwards to get kind of like that win back, you know.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: This top four is exactly who we said it would be.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: It's like we know what we're talking about, you know.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: So wow, that was a huge look at that.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: That was a big mix of top three.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: They all had a vote for second or third.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: And even Ellie's Brittany has four one point, yeah.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: Even Ellie was one point away from second as well.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: So yeah, so they had a yeah, the judging panel had a big discussion about the top three there.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's cool.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: That's very, very cool.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: So yeah, really good, really good, really good job, Brittany.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: And everyone obviously that competed at the show, regardless.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: So super excited.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And then we've got who do we have?
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Because there's not many photos out.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Eevee and my win right there.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: We're just sung sung sung.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: She won her, she's currently seven, got seventeen, correct?
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she made her way up with that one.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: She's got the side.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: But she's not competing this weekend.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: So unfortunately, she could get knocked down.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: Well, we don't know, but the only so Irene and Emily are the only ones in that outside of the top 25 competing this weekend.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: And both of them should be top five.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: So we'll see how it goes.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: That's I think that's that that will be the case.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I think these two, yeah, because that that that that will go down, which is a shame because obviously there's no more Asia shows, but obviously that's that's the the harsh reality of the point system.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: If there's only one more show that you've got to do, unfortunately you have to get over to another show, you know, quickly.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: So and then we've got Anna in third here.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: And then I don't know the rest of the girls.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Uh Natya in is it second?
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: I think so, yes.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: This was second.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: And then I'm not too sure who fourth or fifth were.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And they're not tagged.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: So, and then I don't think there was any other.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Is that Tyler?
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Did Tyler go to that show?
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Tyler was in Tyler was in um Asia.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he was in Asia.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: I'm not too yeah, there's no other shows with there's no other shows with that.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: So, but again, really good lineup.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I think I saw this girl compete before, and she looks I really, really liked her pose, her from the show.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: But she's a previous Olympian.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: She looks great, I mean like so bubbly.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's got a great physique.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: Like that back pose.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Crazy.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Crazy, crazy.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think she looks great.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: And then we had Maya and Evie.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: I think this was Evie.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Evie Evie insane.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: This look was cr this look was this look is Evie's top seven look at the Olympia last year.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: Like she's back to it again.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: Um, I was like iffy in like my my predictions, my mindset around Evie repeating a top ten and getting her check-ins leading into this show, and then seeing this show, I was like, oh yeah, like I I gotta consider her in that top ten again at the Olympia.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: Like that was a that was a very dominant win.
- 9:05unknown: Yeah.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a tough one.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: She looks really, really, really good though.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, really good.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I don't know who was who else was in that we had where is it at?
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Because it where are the photos?
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Where are all the photos?
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: I'm like there weren't a whole lot from the overseas shows.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: There wasn't even there wasn't even much from um like the San Diego show.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: It was like cell phone footage that people were putting in.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: No, and even um there's not any from the Wings of Strength yet.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Wings of Strength had it on their page, their page had a lot of it.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I'm pretty sure Evie won, then it was Maya, and then I don't know who got third.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: I know Alice got fourth.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: I can't remember anyone else.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry to everyone, but we're not too sure.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: This is the first one.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: Where's that put where'd that put Alice on the list?
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: I know she's safe, I just didn't know where she ended up.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: She's like 21, 22.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: 20 something, I think 21 maybe or 21.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, 21.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: 21.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: So because she had 18, I think, before.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: So and then we had the probably honestly the most coverage from the entire weekend was Tori and Ashley back to back um in top two.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: And great showing for Tori.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Really, really good showing for Tori.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: Like, really good showing.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: This was definitely her best.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Um, she cleaned up her posing a ton in terms of how she looked.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: I think conditioning-wise, looked pretty, pretty spot on, if I'm honest.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: And like, I think obviously I don't know what changes obviously they need to make and all that type of thing, but like this was a very, very good show for her to do for sure.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't know what the feedback was there.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: I mean, um, if I'm looking at it, and again, this isn't in person, it's kind of a little washed-out photo.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: Her midsection looks like it could be a little bit tighter, um, just in comparison to where she what where everywhere else is.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: And then I think she did clean up her posing, but it still almost looks like she's leaned in her upper back.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: Like it's leaned backwards.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, look a little bit slightly fast as upper back.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just a tad bit.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: Just a tad bit.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: That could be my only critique, really.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: Back pose looks insane.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Um, and yeah, I mean, this was uh this was a very, very good showing for her.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Ashley looks like Ashley.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: She looks good.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: She comes in.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, the thing with Ashley is, and people don't realize this unless they're there in person or ever see her compete.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: She has really, really damn good glutes that are balanced with her body.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: That's that's why Ashley is who she is.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: Um, nothing is like glaringly dominant, nothing like stands out because it shouldn't in bikini, right?
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: She's top to bottom balance.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Um, she's not the most like shapely, but because of the balance, she does very, very well.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Not to mention her glute density is next level.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: Like when she's hitting the back pose, like the the width of the glutes, the side to side density is just crazy.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it's very true.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Very, very true.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Is that all of them from this weekend?
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Emma won um Fit Model.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Yes, finally, finally.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: She and do you know what?
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: She's been gone forever.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: She's been her first show was Wasarch, if I'm not mistaken, and she got into the first call-outs, but she wasn't she wasn't in top five, I don't think.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: And she has a bit she the first how she started, she wasn't in top five.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: She started her season, she kind of like there was a couple shows, she was first call-outs, not top five.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: She went away for a little bit and refined everything and came back and immediately got into like third spot.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: I couldn't, I can't remember what show it was, but that was like a couple of weeks ago.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: And that's like again, it's a saying of like don't it was Tampa, yeah.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: That Tampa, that was it.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: Like, you gotta keep going, you gotta keep like striving for like what you like what you want, and especially with Fit Model, I feel like Fit Model, when people first came out, I think they didn't think, oh, you know, you don't need to be that lean.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: I do think you need to be lean.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: I say lean with it being like like a touch there, like not too lean, there's a very, very fine line.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: But I think people don't think Fit Model is oh, because Fit Model is Fit Model, you don't have to do that much.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: No, you're athletes.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: The biggest and hardest thing with Fit Model, the biggest and hardest thing with Fit Model, especially criteria-wise and on the coaching side of things, is that it is the biggest balance of condition and muscle density.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: Like when you're in bikini, we we want more glutes, we want the right amount of delt cap, etc.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: But fit model has it a bit more reeled in, and then you have to like work in that gray area of okay, are we pushing too much muscle density, or is this too much conditioning?
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Because you don't want to push either of those too much, so it's meeting in the middle on them both.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: The second you have too much density, now the conditioning can look too much, even if it's not technically it's pushing too hard and it looks like it's too much conditioning, or you have you don't have enough muscle, or you do, and the conditioning isn't there.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: So it's like you it's the perfect mesh of so much, and it's hard, it's hard to nail down.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So she also improved her posing so I just I just realized that a lot.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: Um I mean Jen's a coach and Jen's a posing goat, so she she improved a lot because I think again, like I if you think about it, I think Emma has done before her pro debut like two shows, I'm pretty sure.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Because she did a regional show and then she did Olympia, amateur Olympia, and got a pro card, and then she goes straight into a pro debut.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: And I was actually speaking about this to a lot of people the other day, uh, a few people um at this past weekend, and you I don't think people realise how valuable experience actually is because people think like, oh, okay, you know, I've done a couple shows, now I'm doing my show, like pro shows.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: Pro show, like just because you are pro doesn't mean that you don't have like you have the experience to be what you need to be.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: You've still got to run the circuit as much as you can to get that experience as a pro.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: Like, even like amateurs, you could have done like 20 amateur shows and do your pro debut, and it it's a completely different experience because you've not had the pro experience.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's not the same.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: So I think that's a hard thing to remember, I think, sometimes.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: 100%.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: So and that was the weekend.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Now we have this weekend.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: We got the last fit model spot at one show, and we've got three bikini.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: So let's see.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be good.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: Which one's this?
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: Oh, the Oklahoma.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: This is Oklahoma.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: Oklahoma.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So we've got Jazzy, Marie Eve, Holly Baxter.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: Who else have we got?
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: We've got loads of other people.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: Gillian Hughes, she has a good podcast.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: Ooh.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: I used to train her.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, yeah.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, I mean, this is just statistically and realistically, it looks like it's a Jazzy and Marie Eve show.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Um, and I know Marie Eve wants to like come out and push her, so it's not obviously you have like an Olympian, but then you have a top three Olympian, but it doesn't mean it's just gonna be a walk away.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: So no, exact exactly.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: And I do think that um it's because it's the last I because I know I know I saw a few comments, especially with a lot of the shows across this board.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: Yes, there's less, like less people competing.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: And I hon I honestly thought the same.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Like I thought there was gonna be more people competing, but and I think a lot of people are asking, like, why not why the shows like quote unquote smaller at for the last one?
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: And I think it's a waste if you're not near the points.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: If you're already qualified, what's the point doing the shows if you don't need points?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: And then equally, if you're going into like Tori, for example, Tori's got seven points, she just came off the back of a second, and she could have done Houston, she could have done like this show, she could have done any other show, potentially she could have she could have won and still not made the Olympia, so it makes it almost a waste of a weekend.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: So I think that's what people are people are confused with, but obviously, this is what strategy looks like this close to the Olympia.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: Like you have to be smart with what you're doing and getting points and stuff, especially for pros that are thinking about next year.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: So, for example, Tori has just come off the back of her second uh under Ashley.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: It'd be silly for her to do a show this weekend, she may as well skip this weekend, go into September shows and get next year ahead of everything.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: I was texting Cash that after her second.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: I was like, I was like, man, she she could have had that win, but go in September and rack her up some fucking points or win in September.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Like exactly.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: If anyone's in doing the Olympia this year, and some people might be going into shows before the Olympia to get ahead, but not many people are going to be competing in September potentially.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: So use that, use that as an opportunity to get ahead.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: Because that's what a lot of the European girls do, because a lot of the European shows are after the Olympia.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: So I thought, um, and I was told, but I thought Ashley was doing Houston.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: Um, and then Ashley Kay did not who she's not in Houston, but she said after Arizona, after she won, that she has one more show before Olympia.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: So she's doing a September show.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: I don't know what, but she's doing a September show.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: It could be Sasquatch, it could be Battle of Bodies.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Battle of Bodies, Sasquatch, San Antonio.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's a few.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: There's a few right now.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think I think it's those, I think it's those three, yeah.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: So then we've got we've got Kerrigan, we've got Emily, we've got Irene.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: These are all so you've got Irene and Emily fighting for fighting for points, trying to get on the board.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: And that's always that's always a tough spot to be in.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: But I think if Emily was to get even what, what's the minimum?
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: So what is the minimum these girls have to get?
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Irene and Emily.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Emily, so Emily has the tiebreaker over Irene.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: Irene is one point ahead of Emily.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: But so if Emily beats her by one placing, they're tied in points, but Emily has the tiebreaker, if it comes down to mattering.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: Um now, both of them really realistically need to get a second third.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Like you, third minimum to be safe.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: That will put them at 19.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: And I think that that will be safe enough.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: Um, or, or even more so, if they get second third, Kerrigan wins, Kerrigan's off the list and bumps people up a spot.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because we forget how to do that.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: That opens a spot.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's the only one that can do that this weekend.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Or or uh Marie Eve if she beats Jazzy.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: The two of them are the only ones that have a win where they would come off the board if they won.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so then that brings other other people up anyway.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: And then also equally, um, so okay, so if because if Emily wins, obviously she doesn't it doesn't change anything, she just comes on the board, she just goes on the board.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: So interesting.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: And then I don't think Irene doesn't have a win, so she's just aiming to get points and get get into the Olympia.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: So you said obviously Emily and Irene were tiebreakers, right?
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: So if Irene, say for example, Irene gets second, Emily gets third, for example.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: What what happens there?
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: Uh Irene's ahead of Emily then.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Because Emily needs to beat her by one.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: Irene's ahead of her right now.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: So it's um they're at 1615.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: And so let's say that um uh Emily gets second, Irene gets third.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: They're both at 19, but Emily has a win, so she has the tiebreaker.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: So it's so like we said before, it's done by who has more.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: They so if two so it's done by who has the highest placing, which would be Emily has a win on the season, and then if both people have a win, they dig into the tier of the show.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Because I don't we haven't really kind of spoken about that really a lot.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Like, because again, that could like this situation is exactly happening now.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: It could happen again, like where it could, it could.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: It shouldn't, like it shouldn't happen because realistically speaking, Emily and Irene should both jump the girl from South Korea and Mongolia, the 18th and 17th, 18th and 17.
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: So it shouldn't happen because they're not competing, so they should jump them in Marie Eve will keep moving up too.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: Um, and then Chantal Hill isn't competing this weekend either, so she'd be that bubble at 25 right there.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: So that they should all be solid right there.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: So should be good to go.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: We'll we'll see.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: This is what it looks like, guys, to be strategic.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Like, this was literally this is giving me like PTSD because this was literally me in 2019, like trying to fight for my life, getting on that top 20, and it sucks so bad because it's like it it brings up a lot of pressure, and I can only imagine what's kind of going through Emily's head.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I do think that she is gonna get into that into that spot anyway, and I have every like because she looks incredible, both of them do, Irene and Emily do.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: But it it that feeling, it's tough when it's like that.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: It is, yeah.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: So I know it.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Texted Karen, I was like, How does it feel to be an Olympia blocker this weekend?
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: She's like, did you see the post that John put out?
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, right there at the top right.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: John's post right there cracked me up.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: This was last-minute qualifiers versus Olympia blockers.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: Which is the same thing that uh Jordan and Adriana are doing at the Bowl show.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Now, met like two other people who they're trying to get points.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Like literally people trying to get points and get on the list, and they're like, nope, we're gonna compete.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Which also, like, fair enough, because I think isn't this um this show is like a lot of people have said that this is gonna be a really, really good, well-run show.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Apparently, it's great and Mike put Mike put a lot into this.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Mike put a lot into this.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, love that.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm excited for it.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Adriana looks fantastic as always.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Um, Jordan looks incredible as well.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna bring up both of theirs because I feel like has she put up her yeah, this was her recent this was obviously a lot like um 10 years of consistency, like 10 years of what she used to pose.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: And this is what she's gonna do.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: Adriana's glutes have come up a shit ton.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: That's the only thing she needed to work on.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: She has a very a very Issa-like front pose.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: Um, like like waist is fucking snatched and everything just like sits so natural.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: Like there's no flare anywhere.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: She has a perfect S-curve, perfect amount of glute sweep.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: The back pose is what kept lacking.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: She had a little bit more hamstring and adductor in comparison to the glute depth.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: And looking at this, the glutes have come up a shit ton.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: This is really, really good.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: This is very impressive as well.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Jordan.
- 23:41SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure she just is gonna be like just again, guys, not no shade to anyone else on the list.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: But my opinion of top two, this should be a very good top two.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Like, we'll both.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, you're also talking, they're one placing apart at the Olympia.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: So like they're last year.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: They were both top 15.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: Adriana?
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: Wasn't Adriana the top 15?
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: I could have sworn she was.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: I think so.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I I cannot, yeah.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say have a look, because I literally cannot remember.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: Um because I think uh Victoria was 15th.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I'm having such a blank.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Victoria was 15th.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: I don't know who was 14th.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Jordan was 13th, I'm pretty sure.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Pause for for suspense.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, pause for all the suspense.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: Okay, so it was Raina 11, Jordan 12, Jordan Brandon 13, uh, Sally 14, Sally's another one that looks insane.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: That's what I thought, yeah.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: And then Victoria's and then you hit 16, and it was um Adair and Adriana just missed the top 15.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Because that's what that's what I was thinking.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: I was like, there was there was like this in between of uh of those.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: So they were in they were in the same second call-out at Olympia.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: So they're like they're in the talk with each other there.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: And then I mean, physique was it's gonna be good.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: I'm excited for this.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: I think so as well.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be good.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: I'm I mean, both of them look very, very good.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: It's just a case of again, which one you know brings everything.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Britney as well as well.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: This one again.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Britney and Roxana going at it again with each other.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: From what it looks like, obviously, it's uh Jordan from what they've put Jordan Adriana Britney as the Adriana as the the front runners.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Then you've got Roxy, and then Rachel.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: Imagine if Rachel just wins it.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: Because isn't she on is is she on she's got points, isn't she?
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: D different Rachel.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: This is the masters of India, Rachel.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: I keep doing this.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: I keep uh like the I keep getting all the Rachels wrong.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: All the Rachels wrong, for goodness sake.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: But no, this is gonna I think this this weekend is gonna be crazy.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be pretty nice, which I'm I'm excited for to be fair, because I think like this is this is what makes it exciting for like a lot of the people.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: I don't know obviously about like the other categories and stuff like that, but bikini this just it just makes it more exciting.
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: This this weekend either puts me at um I have 13 qualified for the Olympia right now, and I could have 15.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: I would love to have 15.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that'd be great.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: So yeah, yeah.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: Um Chris uh Kristen's right on the edge of getting she got second again in fit model and then need then need Emily to get in.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: So we're right there.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be exciting, it's gonna be it's gonna be cool.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: So any questions that we got asked?
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: I sent you one that I got that I thought was a cool one.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: We haven't really gotten that before.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: Um what did it say?
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: It said, what do you guys feel is the best skill for bodybuilding slash business in general?
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: What do you think helped you the most in your like posing company?
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: Like what did you have?
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: Like communication, even though it's a very broad answer.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: I mean that's actually really interesting.
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: I'm not too sure how to answer that really, because I feel like, yeah, I would want to say there's not I would say more so yes, like communication and knowing how to talk to different type of pe types of people.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: Um again, that's not really yes, it's a skill, but there's not math like specifically a skill that you can just kind of like get a degree in or something like that.
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: But like, I mean, there's no real degrees, in my opinion, that you can kind of, you know, for me anyway, get qualified for for opposing.
- 27:44SPEAKER_00: It's just it's just down to a lot of experience.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: Um but damn, like, yeah, that's actually a really good question.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: I'd say communication, to be fair, that's a good one.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: Because like I I speak to so many different types of people, so you know, people that are shy, people that are like this is not their realm or world at all.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: And I think a lot of people don't understand that like what we are doing is so very, very vulnerable.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: And like to a lot of new people that are new into the sport, they're so they're kind of scared of posing or doing the bodybuilding thing.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's a lot, so you have to kind of come at come at it with a a certain level of like sensitivity and like empathy to be like, you know, it's okay.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Some people don't, some people are like, do this, do that, and that's fine.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: But I feel like I've gotten the best out most out of my clients from understanding what they're how they're going through it in terms of like if they're struggling with opposing, if they find it easy, if they don't, like, do you know what I mean?
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: So it's I think it's re knowing how to read people, um, or knowing how, yeah, how to read people, communicate with them better, you know.
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: So I think I like adapt uh adaptability, being like being able to always go with the flow and constant changes occurring.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: People cancel on you, someone says that they'll have something done by a certain deadline, like if you're having a a flyer made, a post made, an app made, like always just being able to adapt to whatever it throws at you, whatever your prep throws at you, whatever your business throws at you.
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: Like, I think that that is one of the the best uh the best tools that you can have, the best things you can work on is just being able to go with the flow and be chill with everything because it's never going to go a hundred percent your way.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think that also is like very, very important just in prep in general, like that kind of like having adaptability because yeah, you could have I did a post about it today about being like making sure that you're focusing on the habits versus just perfecting your schedule.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Like, don't get me wrong, yes, we need a schedule that fits everything, and like it's easier to be in routine, but like what happens if those things, you know, the routine or the schedule gets fucked up.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: Like, is that gonna break your entire world, or are you gonna stick to the habits and make sure you still get everything done regardless, you know?
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: So I mean being able to find something that you can do when like the shit's thrown at you.
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: Like, I used to be here's an example I used to get so pissed if um I was at the airport, my flight was delayed or canceled, it used to throw off my entire trip.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Like if I was going to a show or coming home from a show, um, I used to be so irritated about it.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: And then I realized like, like, there's a hundred other people here that are being affected by it as well.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: What can I do at this time instead?
- 30:26SPEAKER_01: Like, it's gonna take me literally just a few minutes to reroute.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Like, maybe they're like I get on a flight two hours from now, or the airline is paying for a hotel and I go tomorrow morning, or hey, I don't need to be at this show, I'm just going back home.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: Like whatever.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: And so I just and I've literally just become the whatever happens, happens.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: And I just realized that like I can fill that time with something else.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: But I used to be so that used to be one of the things that would irk me the most.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: I used to get so pissed about that.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Um, getting to the airport on time, getting there, making sure everything's on time, and and now I just like if it happens, it happens.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and if and it's also like like you said, it's a very big perspective shift because I do think that like again, we are as bodybuilders, we're very regimented anyway, and that's that's a very, very good trait.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: But I think if one thing gets thrown off, that fucks up everything.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: And it is important to have that slight amount of flexibility where you then don't get so upset about these things because sometimes shit happens, like, and we can't generally control it, and like you don't want your entire world to fall apart because one thing went wrong out of your schedule.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: Like, what can you do to kind of stick to your schedule in just in a different format?
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: That's fine, you know?
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so but yeah, I completely agree.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: I got a good one for you before we end this, since we were fast today.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: This one might take a few minutes.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: All right, Phoebe has no energy, by the way, guys, so I'm ramping this up right now.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: Alright, so would you rather would you rather win the Arnold or be top five at the Olympia?
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, why are you doing this to me?
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: That's so fucking hard.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: I don't that's really hard because like they're both very, very well my question to you is which which one you would you say I say is the I don't want to say the bigger show, because obviously you know Olympia's the bigger show, but it that's that's hard.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, okay, so to from two two different perspectives I love the Arnolds because it it almost brings a level of prestige that is literally like it you have to you have to firstly you have to obviously ask to be like like submit an absolute more prestigious number of people, yeah.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: And and that's why I like the Arnolds from that perspective.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: So yes, winning that would be insane.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: Winning the Olympia, obviously, that's the the the creme de la creme of bodybuilding.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: So like I don't know, fuck, that's really hard.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: Think about it for like 30 seconds, and I'm gonna touch on what you just said too.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: I I see this go around all the time where people talk about the Olympian number should be reduced to be like the Arnold.
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: Guys, maybe you're thinking about that in open bodybuilding terms, right?
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: Because like after the top five, top six in open bodybuilding, there's a pretty big fall-off.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: In bikini, it's not like that.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: All the way down to 15 to 18 could be as high as like seventh place this year.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: Like Victoria got 15th last year and came out and gave Jazzy a good run in the fall right after, and then won her show, and like she could be as high as in the top 10 this year.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: She could jump seven, eight placements, and you can have people that drop.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: You can have a Miss Olympia all the way down to 10th.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: Like, there's there's things like the Arnold is very prestigious because of that.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: Like, it's cool that it's invite only and you only get 10 to 12 names, but how many are you then missing?
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: Like, look at the Arnold this past year, and you did like you're missing Issa, Maria Acosta, like you're missing people that were that six, seven, eight, nine, ten range, a previous Miss Olympia that's on the Olympia stage this year.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: So, like, I think we have four Miss Olympias or five Miss Olympias in the Olympia this year.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: They're not all gonna be at the Arnold.
- 34:08SPEAKER_01: So it's like that's where yes, it's prestigious because of number of people and it's invite only, but number of people being that little is not always the best.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: Like, I want to see people that are able to be that, like, are in that second to third callout be able to work their way up, and that requires there being 20 to 25 people.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Um, if the Olympia comes out with something, if Tyler comes out with something where it reduces the number from we're gonna be at roughly high 40s this year, I think it's at 50 right now.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Um, and unless care unless Kerrigan wins, no one that's not gonna be a higher number.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: Like no one's coming off the list.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: And then we also have like three to five people not doing it that are qualified.
- 34:49SPEAKER_01: So you're only gonna have in the mid-40s on stage in the Olympia.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: That's cut down by 30 from last year.
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: That's a hell of a lot.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Like that's what they wanted.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: They accomplished the goal.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: If they cut it down anymore, I would think it would just be to maybe get it down to in the 30s to maybe 40 tops, but yeah, I think that's a perfect number.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: I think 10 at the Arnold is too little, but I understand why they do it at the Arnold.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: So, okay, two things.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: Why I said, oh, oh, I've it's gone through my head.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: But what I would say is, um I would want to, I think after you said that, with which makes a very, very good point about there being, you know, multiple Miss Olympias, a lot more competitive ladies, and not a lot of people to beat.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: A lot more people to be.
- 35:32SPEAKER_00: It's an it's it is the Olympia, if I'm honest.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Don't get me wrong, that doesn't that doesn't mean that the Arnolds isn't that top level, in my opinion, but it's you being 40 plus people that have 100% had to either get top 25 points, which most people on the tw on the points lift has had to do at least five shows to get to that that position of where they are, and the the other the other people that qualify obviously have to win two shows.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: So, like them being all those people, I yeah, I feel like yeah, I'd rather I'd rather win the Olympia, which is yeah, I also think the fact that you made me say that is horrible, but it me touch like adding on to that for you in the same sense.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: I think that it's also more prestigious in the sense of like you get top five at the Olympia, you beat everybody.
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: You go to the Arnold, not to take anything away from anyone that wins the Arnold, but you're not against the whole top ten of the Olympia.
- 36:28SPEAKER_01: Like Jazzy was missing from the Arnold this year.
- 36:31SPEAKER_01: She's not missing from the Olympia though, so it's like there's there's that level of prestige as well.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: Third in the world was not on the Arnold stage, but she will be at the Olympia.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: My question to you now is because next podcast that we do, well, one, we'll have the Olympia, the full Olympia list, and two, there could be a potential up-and-coming announcement from Tyler.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: Because we've said this before, like I think there's gonna be a change in the in the point system.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: What do you think that change is gonna be?
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: I think it's gonna be top 15.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say out there.
- 37:05SPEAKER_00: I think it's gonna be top 15 and two wins this year, I think.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Or two two wins puts you in and then top 15 points.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think so.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: I could see that.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: I could see that.
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: And that I think that that also it I like that route.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: Um, and I also think that top 15 should have to have a win.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 37:24SPEAKER_01: I think that one win is a prerequisite, then you start getting points.
- 37:29SPEAKER_01: So if you get two wins, you're in.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: And just to be considered for the top 15, you win one show, then you start accumulating points from there.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: That's how I think it will go or should go.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: If you look at it, the only people, yeah, most of the people, there's only been a few that haven't actually gotten a win on the Olympia points list.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: So you're like you're in the Olympia.
- 37:52SPEAKER_01: I feel like it and we've had this talk.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: You've said that you've talked to Max about it, you and I have talked about it.
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: Like, I my my perspective shifts because, like, use Brie Wilson, for example.
- 38:02SPEAKER_01: She has been through the fucking ringer this year and gotten so many top fives, so it's like, yes, that is amazing, and I feel like that is rewarded.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: Like, she should be in the Olympia because of how well she's done consistently, but at the same time, you have someone that has a win and isn't even on the list.
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: So it's like someone won a show and isn't qualified yet.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, someone didn't win and is.
- 38:28SPEAKER_01: So that's where I like I like weigh it.
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: Because I'm like, huge mad respect to the amount of consistency, and I think that that should be in the Olympia.
- 38:35SPEAKER_01: But is that consistency better than someone that has that won a show?
- 38:40SPEAKER_01: So it's like it's it's hard for me to scale like that because I see both sides.
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: Um, I think for next year, one win should be a prerequisite.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: So your your you think I think I like that idea, but I'm gonna stick with my idea of I think they're gonna do top 15 and then 25.
- 38:57SPEAKER_01: Well, I don't think there's any way in hell you make top 15 if you don't win a show.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: If they do so.
- 39:02SPEAKER_01: Like if they if they reduce it 25 to 15, there's no way you're not winning a show.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: There's five girls.
- 39:08SPEAKER_01: In the top 15, do you think there are?
- 39:10SPEAKER_01: Are there?
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there is.
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: There's Bree Wilson in in the you've got Bree Wilson, you've got Natya, you've got Kerry Sexton.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: They're all the same.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: And then even Jess, if I'm honest.
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: Jess is in that top.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Jess is just below the top 15.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: But still, yeah.
- 39:27SPEAKER_00: So so there are a few people that haven't won a show.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: There's only five out of the whole of the top 25, but um, which is still pretty good.
- 39:35SPEAKER_01: If I'm on the show, you know what I think that would do though, because when you start to look at the top 15, you have a lot of the same numbers.
- 39:41SPEAKER_01: You have four people with 23, you have five people with 21.
- 39:45SPEAKER_01: So tiebreaker, if it goes if it's what you said, having a win will put you above all those anyway.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think I think that would that would that would be my and yours is two wins and top 15, but you have to win a show to kind of break in that.
- 40:01SPEAKER_01: Because like if you look at if you look at Brie right now, she's last of the 21s.
- 40:06SPEAKER_01: It doesn't show that on this list, but everyone except for Jess in the 21s has a win.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: Um, Alice has a win, Ashley has a win, Navea has oh, Novea doesn't have a win.
- 40:16SPEAKER_01: So three people have a win.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: So three people are above her in the 21s.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: So that is a good way if it stays that way.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: That that's a good way to look at it too.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: Like if it's top 15, having a win is the tiebreaker.
- 40:28SPEAKER_01: Um, I still think like after the season it should go that way.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: Um, but I also still like my original idea where Tyler should just say what like after they obviously like you can't use this Olympia for data gathering because it hasn't happened yet, but they should be like, okay, last year we had 70, it was way too much.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: This year we have about 45.
- 40:48SPEAKER_01: Do we think that's gonna be too much?
- 40:50SPEAKER_01: What do we want the number to be at?
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: And they're like, you know what?
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: 40 is a good number, or 30 is a good number, and they just cap the points at that.
- 40:59SPEAKER_01: So if you win two shows, you're in.
- 41:01SPEAKER_01: And if 20 people win two shows and 30 is the cap, only the top 10 in points make it.
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: I agree.
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: So I do agree with that to be fair.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: Um, comment down below, everyone, because we actually want to know.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: Should we do a giveaway to the person who wins?
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: Like, is in like yeah.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: Put in your put in your what you think the change is gonna be.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: If there is a change, this is also this is our speculating that we think that there's gonna be a change.
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: Like, there could be no changes, this is completely pointless.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: But if there is a change, it's gonna happen this Monday or Tuesday, because then that goes into next year's point system.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: What do you think, if there is gonna be a change for the Olympia point system, what you think it should be, or what do you think it is?
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: Comment down below on YouTube.
- 41:43SPEAKER_01: Yes, and then we'll be able to do that.
- 41:44SPEAKER_01: You know what we pull too with that?
- 41:46SPEAKER_01: It's like if they reduce it more, um, and obviously I'm not on the back end, I don't know all the numbers and everything, but if they reduce it down to like say 30, they're saving that much more money on flights and hotels and the medals that are made and just everything.
- 41:58SPEAKER_01: It's probably hundreds of thousands of dollars when you think about every division.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: You got like 60 in men's physique this year, it's insane.
- 42:05SPEAKER_01: And so it's like when you if you reduce it all the way down to 30 and you're pretty much cutting it in half, and you do that across classic, wellness, all the divisions that are doing points, all of that money, one, yes, the Olympia Committee can pocket some more because I know that it's like they pay a lot to put on the production, but a little bit can also be put back into certain areas, whether it be prize money or the expo or whatever it may be, little areas can be given back to as well.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: And so I think that that's another plus to doing that.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
- 42:35SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 42:35SPEAKER_00: So comment down below, comment what you think.
- 42:38SPEAKER_00: So thank you guys for listening, as always.
