  Speaker 2: officially the holiday season, and I think people who have

  Speaker 2: been listening for years know that this time of year

  Speaker 1: Sure. This is my thirteenth year of actually doing this

  Speaker 1: fundraiser for the kids and young adults that are being

  Speaker 1: treated at the Roger Merris Pediatric Cancer Care Center. And

  Speaker 1: what I do is I get monetary donations big or small. Okay,

  Speaker 1: everything is very very much appreciated, but I get that.

  Speaker 1: And with the money I raised during the season, I
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: turned that into the fifty dollars visa gift cards. You
• 0:57
  Speaker 1: know this way, you know, the families whatever they need.

  Speaker 1: If they want to buy toys for the kid, they
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: can do that. But if there's other issues of groceries
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: and buying gasoline, getting Granny and Grandy at the town
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: or whatever. You know, they've got the option of using
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: them money. How did they choose? And then along with that,
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: I go to area hotels and get certificates for free
• 1:17
  Speaker 1: rooms for those primarily that are being treated for the
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: cancer out of town. So it's a combination of those
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: two things. Last year it was a good season, ended
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: up with seventy two hundred dollars which equated to one
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: hundred and forty four fifty dollars gift cards and vouchers
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: for sixty nine free hotels.

  Speaker 2: Wow, that is incredible and sadly, there are so many
• 1:39
  Speaker 2: people that are spending their holidays in the hospital. They're
• 1:43
  Speaker 2: going through fighting for their life. And Clevie's Christmas Fund

  Speaker 2: is something that is just so special and we've partnered
• 1:50
  Speaker 2: with you every year because it's such a great way

  Speaker 2: for us to give back through the big ninety points

  Speaker 2: having Christmas Wish with all these kids, and we wanted

  Speaker 2: to give you a check on behalf of wish Chevrolet

  Speaker 2: and Heartland Chevy Dealer and of course the Big Christmas Wish,

  Speaker 2: we want to give you a thousand dollars check so
