State Police pulled over two suspects near Massena after a high-speed chase on the Northway, leading to the seizure of over 500 pounds of cannabis. The passenger, 29-year-old Tori Rushlow, was caught tossing vacuum-sealed bags of weed out the window. Both suspects, including driver Jackson, fled on foot and resisted arrest, resulting in injuries to two troopers and damage to patrol cars.
