- 1:00Speaker 3: Welcome to Acanunjum's hackathon too. If you were here for
- 1:04Speaker 3: the first hackathon, you know basically what I did is
- 1:07Speaker 3: I went through and about approximately thirty minutes gave you
- 1:11Speaker 3: guys ten amazing hacks that you could utilize for your
- 1:15Speaker 3: business today now, which were pretty much no costs and
- 1:19Speaker 3: low cost ways that you could make money, save money,
- 1:21Speaker 3: grow your business, reach your target audience. We want to
- 1:24Speaker 3: our few things, so we're going to just dive right
- 1:26Speaker 3: back into that. So the hacks in the areas that
- 1:30Speaker 3: I actually focused on last time was target marketing, content creation,
- 1:34Speaker 3: passive income, helping you to make your first sale time
- 1:37Speaker 3: savers getting help creating digital products, and ways for you
- 1:41Speaker 3: to enhance your business and add value to your business
- 1:44Speaker 3: so you can get a bigger ticket price. Now I'm
- 1:46Speaker 3: going to dive really into target marketing and content creation
- 1:52Speaker 3: with the tab bit of passive income. That's what we're
- 1:56Speaker 3: really going to focus on today. So now, if you
- 1:59Speaker 3: were in the one before, I noticed that you guys
- 2:02Speaker 3: really liked the bank system, this because I love the
- 2:05Speaker 3: bank system. The bank system is basically a personality science
- 2:08Speaker 3: that pretty much categorizes people into four dominant personality traits.
- 2:14Speaker 3: And what this allows you to do is really get
- 2:17Speaker 3: to know who your customer is so that you can
- 2:20Speaker 3: tailor your pitch to your customer to their values, to
- 2:24Speaker 3: their likes. So the things that they care about. Now
- 2:26Speaker 3: most of you guys who may be kind of familiar
- 2:28Speaker 3: with something like this, maybe like disc or Myers brig as.
- 2:33Speaker 3: You know, they teach us how to identify our personality.
- 2:37Speaker 3: But the truth is our customer does not give it
- 2:39Speaker 3: damn about our personality. We need to know about our customer.
- 2:42Speaker 3: So that is what the bank system teaches you. So
- 2:45Speaker 3: I'm going to run through this really really quickly for
- 2:47Speaker 3: you guys if you were not here. And the reason
- 2:49Speaker 3: why we're going to run through it is because I
- 2:51Speaker 3: want to teach you a new concept today which is
- 2:53Speaker 3: called brand archetype. And these are going to help you
- 2:57Speaker 3: create and understand your brand's persona now, to connect you
- 3:01Speaker 3: with your customer and to build your tribe because as
- 3:05Speaker 3: you know now, it's not simply about products. It's about
- 3:07Speaker 3: telling a story. It's about connecting and building community. So
- 3:11Speaker 3: that is what these things are going to help you with.
- 3:14Speaker 3: So really quickly review of the customer's personality. For the
- 3:17Speaker 3: bank system, we have blueprint, Action, Nurturer Knowledge blueprint. If
- 3:22Speaker 3: there is a box, the blueprint likes to stay within
- 3:25Speaker 3: the box. They are rule followers. Their values are things
- 3:28Speaker 3: like stability, structure systems, planning, process, predictability, responsibility, due to rules,
- 3:32Speaker 3: predentious titles, and tradition. Likes. These are things that they like.
- 3:37Speaker 3: They like accountabilities, budgets, commitment, discipline, guarantees. They're really risk adverse.
- 3:43Speaker 3: They like loyalty, track records, perfection, references, right, proven plans, organization.
- 3:49Speaker 3: This is where you find people who are typically like
- 3:52Speaker 3: in uniform, people who are like architects, people who have
- 3:56Speaker 3: to follow the rule to the letter, and we need
- 4:00Speaker 3: blueprints in our life. When you think about it, there
- 4:02Speaker 3: are some things that you really want to make sure
- 4:04Speaker 3: are great and quality controlled. So once you really understand
- 4:08Speaker 3: who your target audience is, it helps you to know
- 4:11Speaker 3: how to speak to them and the things that are
- 4:13Speaker 3: important to them. Blueprints are risk adverse. So some of
- 4:16Speaker 3: the things that are going to attract blueprints are when
- 4:18Speaker 3: you have a money back guarantee or insurance and things
- 4:22Speaker 3: like that. The next is action. If there's a box,
- 4:25Speaker 3: actions are outside of the box. These are your human
- 4:29Speaker 3: red bulls. Okay, these are your entrepreneurs, your athletes, you
- 4:34Speaker 3: go get it like, jump up, We're ready to do
- 4:36Speaker 3: it now. These are your you know, your hot movers

- 4:43Speaker 3: social media influencers that are everywhere. They like freedom, flexibility, spontaneity, action, opportunity, excitement, attention, stimulation, competition, winning,
- 4:53Speaker 3: fun and image Those.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Earners what's up? You ever walk into a small business
- 4:59Speaker 4: and everything just works like the checkout is fast, the

- 6:47Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:51Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 6:55Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 6:59Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:03Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:07Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 7:10Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 7:15Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over

- 7:21Speaker 2: Have been arrested.

- 7:36Speaker 1: to return legally. Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump,
- 7:41Speaker 1: America's laws, border and families will.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Things that are key and they like beauty. They also
- 7:51Speaker 3: like the bottom line. They want you to get right
- 7:53Speaker 3: to and they want to know what's in it for them.
- 7:55Speaker 3: They like to live endorsement's confidence, entertainment and send US
- 7:58Speaker 3: power prizes, recognition results parties, and of course that BIP treatment. Okay,
- 8:05Speaker 3: so these are your like non traditional folks. They're able
- 8:08Speaker 3: to jump up on a whim. They're going to change
- 8:10Speaker 3: their their the ideas in mid flight. But they are
- 8:13Speaker 3: definitely the movers and the shakers. Then you have your nurturers.
- 8:18Speaker 3: If you think about the box. Again, nurturers are going
- 8:21Speaker 3: to recycle the box or I even like to say
- 8:24Speaker 3: gift wrap the box. Your nurtures are your nonprofit, community driven,
- 8:29Speaker 3: your teachers, your caregivers, right, the people who you know
- 8:33Speaker 3: to be like that nurturing spirit. They value relationships. They
- 8:38Speaker 3: want to know how you treat the people on your team.
- 8:40Speaker 3: They want to know how you value your relationships. They
- 8:43Speaker 3: like authenticity, personal growth, significance, teamwork, involvement, community charity, ethics, harmony, morality,
- 8:51Speaker 3: and contribution. That's really what they care about. They're not
- 8:55Speaker 3: profit driven, they're not driven by status and the status quo.
- 8:59Speaker 3: And of course they like a good cause, authenticity, you know, approval, family, empathy, faith, inspiration,
- 9:05Speaker 3: supporting as team building, nurturing, encouragement, and diplomacy. So if
- 9:09Speaker 3: you have something that speaks to you know, a nonprofit
- 9:13Speaker 3: or a percentage of your proceeds goes to a charity,
- 9:17Speaker 3: or you have a sustainable business, those are the kind
- 9:20Speaker 3: of conversations and the messaging that you would push out
- 9:23Speaker 3: for your nurturers. And the last is knowledge. If there's
- 9:27Speaker 3: a box, they build it, okay, So your knowledges are
- 9:31Speaker 3: exactly that. They are into knowledge, information, tech, things like that,
- 9:38Speaker 3: definitely not centered in emotion. They like the facts and
- 9:41Speaker 3: they like the stats. So they value learning, intelligence, logic,
- 9:45Speaker 3: self mastery, technology, research and development, science, universal truths, expertise, competence, accuracy,
- 9:52Speaker 3: and the big picture. That's really what they care about.
- 9:55Speaker 3: When you have a product or a service, they want
- 9:58Speaker 3: to know that you know what you're doing doing so
- 10:01Speaker 3: they really load like ignorance or if you don't know
- 10:04Speaker 3: about your product or your ideas are just rooted in
- 10:07Speaker 3: emotion and you don't have any facts or stats to
- 10:10Speaker 3: back them up. They like analysis, charts, graphs, data experts, innovation,
- 10:15Speaker 3: proof with information studies, technology, strategy, and higher education. Now
- 10:20Speaker 3: this gets really really deep. I mean, this gets really
- 10:22Speaker 3: deep because we can go into a lot of other
- 10:24Speaker 3: areas about the bank system, but this has just given
- 10:27Speaker 3: you an overall idea of who your customer is and
- 10:30Speaker 3: what they value most important, because that's going to tailor
- 10:34Speaker 3: how you talk to them, how you present what you
- 10:36Speaker 3: have to them. You can have one product and actually
- 10:39Speaker 3: tailor your pitch to make sure you're resonating with these
- 10:43Speaker 3: four different personality types. Now as you go forth and
- 10:46Speaker 3: you're like, Okay, I got it, I got it. I
- 10:48Speaker 3: understand my product, I understand my service, and now I
- 10:51Speaker 3: understand how to pitch it. You also have to focus
- 10:54Speaker 3: on how to attract that customer to you, and that
- 10:58Speaker 3: is what the brand archetype. So there are twelve brand archetypes, okay,
- 11:03Speaker 3: and these are really largely rooted in psychology. You're going
- 11:06Speaker 3: to see these characters in movies a lot, you know,
- 11:09Speaker 3: so you'll be able to identify with them. And it's
- 11:11Speaker 3: really really simple. So the outlaw, that's the person who
- 11:14Speaker 3: definitely is like disruptive, rebellious, combative. Right, that's the guy
- 11:19Speaker 3: who's like rules are meant to be broken. And we
- 11:21Speaker 3: know this, we know this character, we've seen him in movies,
- 11:25Speaker 3: but you've also seen them in brand So a perfect
- 11:28Speaker 3: example to me of an outlaw brand is Harley Davison. Like,
- 11:32Speaker 3: Harley Davison definitely attracts that spirit of that rebel and
- 11:36Speaker 3: that outlaw. And if you look at their messaging, if
- 11:39Speaker 3: you look at their advertising, everything speaks to that rebel nature. Right.
